- 1:07Speaker 4: A podcast call twenty five wists stocking fun and they
- 1:12Speaker 4: are room whist So yeah, it's too bad, but what
- 1:15Speaker 4: did you expect?
- 1:16Speaker 2: It's a podcast call twenty five whistles.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Oh, Jason Campbell coming up, former Redskins quarterback, former Auburn quarterback.
- 1:27Speaker 1: We'll talk to him.
- 1:29Speaker 3: We can do all our favorite teams real quick.
- 1:31Speaker 5: Ed he's dying.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Oh sorry, god hours Kevin.
- 1:35Speaker 4: I couldn't talk.
- 1:37Speaker 3: He's going crazy.
- 1:38Speaker 4: And then I was turning blue.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I got all my notes, I ready to go. I
- 1:42Speaker 1: got two pages of firing up. Okay, I'll go first.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Arkansas did not play. We do play Tennessee this week
- 1:48Speaker 1: in Knoxville.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Was that a relaxing weekend for you? Now?
- 1:51Speaker 1: I hate it?
- 1:51Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:52Speaker 1: I hate it because what am I looking forward to?
- 1:53Speaker 5: Then?
- 1:53Speaker 3: Like other random teams? Yeah?
- 1:56Speaker 1: That's the Cubs got crushed that Saturday game one o'clock.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I at least had that because Arkansas didn't play, but
- 2:03Speaker 1: the Coups played at one. They're playing Milwaukee, and Milwaukee
- 2:06Speaker 1: scored nine runs in the first two inning, so I
- 2:07Speaker 1: didn't have that. Yeah, it was over quick. So my
- 2:10Speaker 1: two teams one didn't play at one lost.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Uh so there you go. That's it. Now if we
- 2:15Speaker 3: go over to Eddie.
- 2:16Speaker 1: With the Cowboys, hey, we back baby. I mean, honestly,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I think Dak's probably one or two in the MVP
- 2:23Speaker 1: race right now.
- 2:24Speaker 4: I mean he is playing out of his mind, which
- 2:26Speaker 4: I love. I mean, we went into this game with
- 2:29Speaker 4: again ceedee, Lamp's still out, Turpin's out. We've got a
- 2:33Speaker 4: couple of people just out. But they played great. The
- 2:36Speaker 4: defense stepped it up. Whatever eber Flus is doing, he's
- 2:38Speaker 4: doing great things. They're shifting baby. I know they're playing
- 2:42Speaker 4: the Jets, but.
- 2:42Speaker 1: That was going to say, you know what they're doing
- 2:44Speaker 1: playing the Jets yet.
- 2:45Speaker 4: I know, but people always say like, oh, man, don't
- 2:48Speaker 4: you want like a more a close game. It's like, no, no,
- 2:51Speaker 4: exactly what happened Sunday is exactly what I like.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Yeah, good Cowboys win.
- 2:55Speaker 4: It was fun.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Two, two and one now and one that's considered a
- 2:58Speaker 3: winning record though, Yeah, and one crazy Patriots is a
- 3:01Speaker 3: big win.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Last night, talking about being back boys, I stayed up
- 3:06Speaker 1: late last night. Well, we have a bunch of money
- 3:08Speaker 1: on it because we have in our league. But I
- 3:09Speaker 1: stayed up late watching that. That's a huge win for them, huge.
- 3:12Speaker 3: I thought they were gonna throw it away for sure.
- 3:14Speaker 3: They tried a stupid penalties. I could not believe it.
- 3:19Speaker 3: I was like, get this guy off the field right now,
- 3:21Speaker 3: both of them, and then somehow they still pull it off.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Drake May is the next coming of Josh Allen, and
- 3:27Speaker 3: I love to watch it, love to see it on
- 3:29Speaker 3: his team.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I can't say he's the next coming of Josh.
- 3:31Speaker 3: I mean pretty dang close, doesn't he though? I mean
- 3:34Speaker 3: how much he runs and gets out.
- 3:35Speaker 1: That he looked great though, he did look great, And
- 3:40Speaker 1: that's what I'm saying on Josh Allen's turf.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Come on, we're not going to argue he didn't look great.
- 3:44Speaker 3: But to say he's the next coming.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Of Josh Allen, you gotta start somewhere. Yes, by not
- 3:50Speaker 1: saying he's the next coming of Josh Allen and your
- 3:52Speaker 1: guy Stevenson fumbling again, don't.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Oh, don't get me started. The penalties. Oh, it's too much. Luckily,
- 3:58Speaker 3: Buffalo might have been even worse as far as like penalties.
- 4:01Speaker 3: I think they had little more yards. They had another turnover,
- 4:03Speaker 3: a couple of bad turnovers for them, so that saved us.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Thank god.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Another one on my team's won. I forgot.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Oh the Panthers man, Oh yeah, I forget.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Oh, yes, that's not who you're talking about. Smith. They
- 4:14Speaker 3: came bad.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Now floora Gators to anybody who plays taxes, Yeah, it's terrible.
- 4:22Speaker 3: That's terrible.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Arches buns man.
- 4:24Speaker 5: He's.
- 4:26Speaker 1: He is pure bud cheeks. It looks like you're right.
- 4:28Speaker 3: He didn't even throw the ball.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and when he does, because I saw them post
- 4:33Speaker 1: a clip because I didn't. I was flipping back and forth.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I saw I missed the long touchdown he threw, but
- 4:37Speaker 1: I watched it like seven times. They're like arches back
- 4:39Speaker 1: even it's like an underarmed flame. Yeah, he's his mechanics
- 4:43Speaker 1: are weird.
- 4:43Speaker 3: And then for that one player, backup quarterback came in
- 4:45Speaker 3: throws a dart. It's oh yeah, helmet came.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Off, so the backup guy has to come in freaking
- 4:51Speaker 1: like a sixteen yard out on the money on. It's
- 4:57Speaker 1: number one and number two preseason are now not ranked.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Crazy Penn State in Texas. That was an ugly Penn
- 5:03Speaker 1: State game. Yeah, like when we had had them in
- 5:06Speaker 1: my parlay and they didn't hit. But I liked watching
- 5:09Speaker 1: them lose more than I.
- 5:11Speaker 4: Want to hit the parlor.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, it's kind of fun because we hit the
- 5:14Speaker 1: other two. Yeah yeah, yeah, but yeah, that's crazy, but
- 5:17Speaker 1: that's probably. I mean, UCLA's got to be bottom five,
- 5:22Speaker 1: was in the Power four.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Yeah, they're bad, They're not good.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Yeah I say that, like yeah Arkansas, No, Arkansas was
- 5:29Speaker 1: like seven or so. So yeah, preseason number one, Texas,
- 5:32Speaker 1: number two, Penn State, number four, Clemson are I combined
- 5:35Speaker 1: eight and seven. After Week six, I watched a lot
- 5:39Speaker 1: of the Clemson North Carolina game.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Oh, North Carolina.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It was like watching two villains fight. You know, either
- 5:46Speaker 1: way you're gonna feel pretty good because one of them
- 5:48Speaker 1: just lost. Yeah, Belichick's now a villain to me?
- 5:50Speaker 6: Is he?
- 5:50Speaker 3: I was gonna say, is he a villain?
- 5:51Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 5:52Speaker 3: I honestly forget he's even coaching.
- 5:54Speaker 1: That's better that way if you're like a Patriot fan, Yeah, I.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Don't even think about it. We got the North Carolina
- 5:58Speaker 3: quarterback on the Patriots now with Mike Ray, let's go now,
- 6:00Speaker 3: I'm ready. Yeah, it was bad.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Clemson just lined up, and they're bigger and faster in
- 6:06Speaker 1: every way.
- 6:07Speaker 3: I saw the first play, didn't they score like the
- 6:08Speaker 3: first place? Yeah, it was.
- 6:09Speaker 1: They threw it as a wide receiver pass, so it
- 6:12Speaker 1: comes against the ball. They throw it out to the
- 6:13Speaker 1: like the wide receiver or the running back like on
- 6:16Speaker 1: a screen. I was watching it, but I was working out,
- 6:18Speaker 1: and then he throws and it was just it was
- 6:20Speaker 1: over from there. They never got their bearings back.
- 6:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:24Speaker 1: So yeah, okay, let me just go through some notes here. Okay,
- 6:28Speaker 1: I have Jackson Dart's necklace looks freaking ridiculous. I've made
- 6:31Speaker 1: fun of it every week.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Oh I thought you'd say awesome.
- 6:34Speaker 1: No, it's not awesome.
- 6:38Speaker 3: It's loud.
- 6:39Speaker 1: It's like a perfectly shaped necklace, so it's not even
- 6:41Speaker 1: like a hanging chain. Like a hanging chain, I would
- 6:44Speaker 1: be like, okay, I'm too old, but even I like, hey,
- 6:48Speaker 1: I don't mind change. I like when player's playing change,
- 6:50Speaker 1: that's cool. His is like something you go to Zales and.
- 6:55Speaker 3: He gets it's just around his neck and he's more
- 6:58Speaker 3: like a choker over his turtleneck. It is not cool. Yeah,
- 7:01Speaker 3: it was not cool before he started.
- 7:03Speaker 1: I remember seeing it when he was coming in for
- 7:04Speaker 1: packages with Russ and I thought that necklace is not good.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's it's literally a necklace, not a chain. There's a
- 7:11Speaker 1: sister's necklace. You're lying, that's what it says.
- 7:14Speaker 6: Oh really, Jackson Dart took sparkling heart necklace from the
- 7:17Speaker 6: sisters room.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Are you sure you're not a joke?
- 7:20Speaker 4: Is it because she's like not doing well or something?
- 7:23Speaker 3: No, it's sorry. Are you sure that's not written like satire?
- 7:27Speaker 5: Oh?
- 7:28Speaker 3: No, you just got onions on Fox Sports?
- 7:30Speaker 1: Okay, but why would you wear it outside your clothes?
- 7:34Speaker 1: No way, That thing looks I believe No, no, I
- 7:37Speaker 1: believe you. That thing looks like it's moreth one hundred
- 7:39Speaker 1: thousand dollars.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Huh or more?
- 7:41Speaker 4: Oh like a little sister wouldn't.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Have sentimental diamond heart sentimental?
- 7:45Speaker 1: No, it's no, No, he may have that on the
- 7:46Speaker 1: whole necklace chain, the chain thing he has on there's
- 7:50Speaker 1: a No, it's like jewels.
- 7:53Speaker 6: I'm sending.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Let me see what it is. Yeah, it's like his
- 7:55Speaker 3: good luck charm. No, I need to see.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Well, then we'ord it under your shirts. Looks ridiculous. I'm
- 7:59Speaker 1: not falling off this one.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Hey, we're right, there with you. Hold on at least
- 8:03Speaker 3: it makes sense?
- 8:04Speaker 1: No, I know, right, his dead mother and dead dog
- 8:08Speaker 1: both Diamond. Then you're like, okay, man, you can wear
- 8:11Speaker 1: that makes sense now that is it? Wear it under
- 8:13Speaker 1: your clothes though, dude? And do you even wear it
- 8:17Speaker 1: after this game? Like it's not your good luck?
- 8:19Speaker 4: Cho Well he's worn it every game, okay, yeah the
- 8:23Speaker 4: first She's alive, right, yeah, hope, man, she's healthy, right.
- 8:31Speaker 6: Diamond, like, she's not dead, So take it off.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Take it sentimental? Is that the name of the style
- 8:36Speaker 4: of necklace or is it a sentimental piece of jewelry?
- 8:40Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 8:41Speaker 3: You need to stop wearing it though, yeah, yeah, no,
- 8:45Speaker 3: I'm not backing off this one. You like a little
- 8:47Speaker 3: like bracelet, rubber bracelet or something like that, or wear
- 8:50Speaker 3: it under your shirt or wear it yeah, because it
- 8:52Speaker 3: looks like a choker like you want to it looks
- 8:54Speaker 3: like you were in a blink choker.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Anyway, he had a bad game, he looked really good.
- 8:58Speaker 1: He reminds me you can do both. You can look
- 9:00Speaker 1: really good and have a bad game as a rookie year.
- 9:02Speaker 1: He reminds me of what bo Nicks was doing last
- 9:04Speaker 1: year when I was like, dude, I know he sucks
- 9:06Speaker 1: right now, but he's going to be really good. I
- 9:08Speaker 1: think Jackson's art's going to be good. He just does
- 9:10Speaker 1: not know how to get down. He was way aggressive.
- 9:13Speaker 1: He threw some bad picks, but the Giant's like five
- 9:16Speaker 1: possessions in a row. It was like punt, punt, fumble, fumble, interception. Yeah,
- 9:20Speaker 1: they're all offense, just didn't didn't look the same with
- 9:23Speaker 1: no neighbors.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Oh, it's funny that rookie quarterbacks do act like that,
- 9:27Speaker 4: Like they just don't. I would think the first thing
- 9:30Speaker 4: the coaches do, like preseasonly, all right, here's the first thing.
- 9:33Speaker 4: You're going to slide. We are going to protect you.
- 9:35Speaker 4: You're not going to be an idy of the NFL.
- 9:37Speaker 3: But they always do it.
- 9:38Speaker 4: They're just like, I'm not slide.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I don't think it's a rookie thing. I think it's
- 9:41Speaker 1: how aggressive they are as runners more so than it
- 9:44Speaker 1: being a rookie thing, because I think Josh Allen did
- 9:46Speaker 1: that for two years almost three, and I think they
- 9:50Speaker 1: tell them, they tell them, but it takes usually a
- 9:53Speaker 1: couple of hard hits to realize, oh, this is better.
- 9:56Speaker 3: They're like stubborn kids think about like growing up your
- 9:58Speaker 3: whole life in high school and ca like you are
- 10:00Speaker 3: the dude and you never slid and you never had
- 10:02Speaker 3: like you're running people over in high school. College not
- 10:05Speaker 3: so much, but still like you're the dude, notine running
- 10:07Speaker 3: people over. And you get the NFL, and it's probably like, oh,
- 10:10Speaker 3: I really can't do this.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Nope, But you have to do it to do it,
- 10:14Speaker 1: especially if you've always done it, because instinctually it's in you.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I don't think you just go I almost start playing
- 10:19Speaker 1: and I'm just gonna slide all the time, naturally, especially
- 10:22Speaker 1: if you're going for first downs because your idea has
- 10:24Speaker 1: always been I got to get the first down to
- 10:25Speaker 1: get the most yards possible. Instead of the NFL. It's
- 10:28Speaker 1: a lot of times live to play again.
- 10:31Speaker 3: The guys that look like most natural or the baseball players,
- 10:34Speaker 3: the Kyler Murray's and it looked like a small kid
- 10:38Speaker 3: had escaped.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Oh my god, yesterday when Kyler Murray sa him runninground
- 10:40Speaker 1: the right side, I thought it was I thought it was.
- 10:43Speaker 3: He looked like a child running.
- 10:46Speaker 1: So small and I know he's small, that's always the joke.
- 10:49Speaker 1: But he he was like he broke he was around
- 10:52Speaker 1: the right side and he was running. It was like
- 10:57Speaker 1: I was rooting for the little child to get away
- 10:58Speaker 1: from the big man.
- 10:59Speaker 4: There, don't hurt him. What about when he got hit
- 11:02Speaker 4: in the head with that snap?
- 11:04Speaker 1: He had to go into the concussion. The bass hit
- 11:07Speaker 1: him so hard in the helmet.
- 11:09Speaker 3: That's what happens to a kid, That's what I'm saying.
- 11:12Speaker 3: They were like, Cayler Murray.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Might have a concussion, and they showed the clip and
- 11:15Speaker 1: I thought it was going to be of him, like
- 11:16Speaker 1: not sliding.
- 11:17Speaker 3: No, it was a shotgun snap to hit him in
- 11:19Speaker 3: the head.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, how hard was that snap?
- 11:22Speaker 3: Like, Oh, you can't hit a child in the head
- 11:24Speaker 3: of the ball.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Okay, that's pretty funny.
- 11:27Speaker 3: More notes. I do have a note about that the head.
- 11:30Speaker 1: No, the Cardinals running back. You flipped the ball?
- 11:33Speaker 4: Oh my god, not the one.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Guys, how does this cross?
- 11:36Speaker 7: It?
- 11:36Speaker 4: Just cross the line.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Every year there's somebody who does this, yes, college or NFL, YEP,
- 11:42Speaker 1: who flips it and they have to go to replay
- 11:45Speaker 1: and see if they started flipping it right before they
- 11:47Speaker 1: crossed the line.
- 11:48Speaker 3: It's not like the line is.
- 11:50Speaker 4: It's just like get across it and do whatever you want.
- 11:53Speaker 4: You do row row row your boat. You can do
- 11:55Speaker 4: a snow angel, whatever you want. Just get in the
- 11:58Speaker 4: middle of the end zone.
- 11:59Speaker 1: It always happens, and there's a lot of time to
- 12:00Speaker 1: think about it. It never happens after like three yards out,
- 12:04Speaker 1: or it's a quarterback bootleg, you know, from seven yards out,
- 12:08Speaker 1: and it's always somebody with a thirty five or forty
- 12:10Speaker 1: yard catch or run, which was this case, and they
- 12:12Speaker 1: have a long time to be like oh yeah, yeah,
- 12:15Speaker 1: oh they toss it. It's real stupid.
- 12:18Speaker 4: Yeah, but even like was it Jamar Chase or somebody
- 12:21Speaker 4: like scored and just walked in backwards? Do you see that?
- 12:23Speaker 3: Like even that, like just get across the line, and
- 12:26Speaker 3: I don't mind that.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I don't mind, like like the Sean old school like
- 12:30Speaker 1: catch it until he actually did it, though he did
- 12:32Speaker 1: it was probably the worst one.
- 12:34Speaker 3: But yeah, no, I don't mind that. You don't mind
- 12:36Speaker 3: you go on to backwards either way, just go in sideway.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Who care?
- 12:39Speaker 1: But the walk like, oh can like justin Jefferson, like
- 12:43Speaker 1: he did a thing where he caught it. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 12:45Speaker 1: I just slowly walked in.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Maybe I think that looks cool when they do that. Yeah,
- 12:49Speaker 3: that means you're so far ahead of everybody.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Yeah, just screw it.
- 12:52Speaker 3: If you're running full speed and you still drop it,
- 12:54Speaker 3: it's like you made it all the way there and
- 12:56Speaker 3: this is what you do with it.
- 12:57Speaker 1: The funniest one, and I'm glad it's not my team
- 12:59Speaker 1: that doing it. But the funniest one is whenever they
- 13:02Speaker 1: do the I pull my hamstring. Oh yeah, they run
- 13:06Speaker 1: it in They grabbed their hamstring and then turned into
- 13:07Speaker 1: a dance.
- 13:09Speaker 4: Wait for the dance?
- 13:10Speaker 6: Did Jalen Ramsey? Jalen Ramsey did that?
- 13:13Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 13:13Speaker 3: Last week, Yeah, against the the Vikings and yeah, Germany,
- 13:17Speaker 3: I think it was.
- 13:17Speaker 1: That's the last one that I saw.
- 13:18Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
- 13:19Speaker 6: Did you see what Jonathan gannon uh did to de
- 13:23Speaker 6: Mercado after that happened? Now, he walked up to him.
- 13:26Speaker 6: I mean, it's I saw it in the news this morning.
- 13:28Speaker 6: He walked right up to him, was yelling at him
- 13:31Speaker 6: and punched him like like in his arm or his
- 13:34Speaker 6: chest or something. It's like becoming like.
- 13:37Speaker 3: I saw a video of him yelling at him, I
- 13:39Speaker 3: didn't see a punch like he.
- 13:40Speaker 6: Right right after he got done yelling, he like hit
- 13:43Speaker 6: hit him in the chest or the arm, like punched
- 13:46Speaker 6: him you know what.
- 13:47Speaker 4: He's got shoulder pads on.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I don't know, I'm punching the face would be different.
- 13:52Speaker 1: The path makes him take his helmet off to a
- 13:54Speaker 1: punch on the face, take it off. Take your helmet
- 13:56Speaker 1: off because.
- 13:57Speaker 3: I'm going to punch you. That's different.
- 14:00Speaker 4: Okay, punch in the arm.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Come yeah, let's see some other stuff here. I have
- 14:05Speaker 3: Mark Sanchez. What the crado? That went from pure sympathy to.
- 14:10Speaker 1: WTF as the news came in more and more because
- 14:13Speaker 1: everybody was like, prayers from Mark Sanchez, prayers from Marxanchez,
- 14:15Speaker 1: and I get it. Mark Sanchez stabbed late at night.
- 14:18Speaker 1: You're thinking he probably got mugged, probably had a nice
- 14:21Speaker 1: watch on us, something happened, and nope, some dude with
- 14:25Speaker 1: a truck.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Sanchez was drunk trying to get the truck.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Yeah, because at first you hear the guy was parking
- 14:31Speaker 1: in a place in Sanchez like you can't park there,
- 14:33Speaker 1: And then Sancho tried to get in the truck and
- 14:35Speaker 1: they gut pepper sprayed him and then Sanchez continued, so
- 14:39Speaker 1: then he stabbed him. Yeah, the guy said he felt
- 14:42Speaker 1: like he was fighting for his life and the guy
- 14:44Speaker 1: was like seventy yeah, sixty nine years old trying to
- 14:46Speaker 1: beat up a set, right right, and what are you
- 14:48Speaker 1: doing in the alley of a bar called thirty at night?
- 14:50Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's a good question. Like, so, was it
- 14:53Speaker 4: like trying to find a parking space and that guy
- 14:55Speaker 4: was delivering something.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Sanchez I don't think was trying to find a parking
- 15:00Speaker 1: space for himself.
- 15:01Speaker 3: From what I read, I couldn't even I don't even
- 15:03Speaker 3: know if this was true because so many things keep
- 15:05Speaker 3: coming out, but like they were literally in the back alley,
- 15:07Speaker 3: like running sprints or like doing something that I saw too,
- 15:10Speaker 3: and the truck was in the.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Way and they couldn't run. Yeah, okay, all right, they
- 15:15Speaker 1: were just so now you get.
- 15:16Speaker 4: Well, so when you're drunk sometimes you're like I could
- 15:18Speaker 4: race you, I could beat you, or maybe you're doing
- 15:20Speaker 4: like little sprint races back there.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Yeah that's what they were doing. Yeah, I think that's
- 15:22Speaker 3: what they were doing.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Okay, And then the truck parked in.
- 15:24Speaker 3: The way of the sprints. Yeah, so he told the
- 15:27Speaker 3: guy to move his truck and the guy was like, no, boy,
- 15:29Speaker 3: And that's what it led to, which is just yeah.
- 15:32Speaker 1: And also imagine you're like a small seventy year old
- 15:34Speaker 1: man and there's a six to two hundred and thirty
- 15:36Speaker 1: pound Mark Sanchez trying to get in and beat you up.
- 15:39Speaker 3: You know what you do?
- 15:39Speaker 1: You spran pepper story and then that doesn't stop on
- 15:41Speaker 1: you know what you do anything? Yeah, because he got
- 15:44Speaker 1: the crap, not Sanchez, the driver. He looked terrible in
- 15:47Speaker 1: the hospital, had gashes on his face. Yeah, so he
- 15:51Speaker 1: gets stabbed too, like I think he got beat up
- 15:55Speaker 1: like Ik Sanchez. God, again, this is just me seeing
- 15:59Speaker 1: pictures and then reading little uh news sections, because it's
- 16:08Speaker 1: all the same, except a news story will have slightly
- 16:10Speaker 1: different variation of what we've read.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Yeah, it was a crazy one.
- 16:14Speaker 4: And that was Friday night, Saturday night, Saturday night. I no,
- 16:17Speaker 4: I don't know Friday night, Riday night.
- 16:19Speaker 3: I don't know technically Saturday morning yet because it wasn't
- 16:23Speaker 3: the morning of the game. And then they had to
- 16:25Speaker 3: fly Brady Quinn in to do the game. Oh they
- 16:27Speaker 3: had to fly him. Man, I believe I know he
- 16:29Speaker 3: did it.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I didn't know if he was Yeah, dang, yeah, so, uh,
- 16:34Speaker 1: you know what, I feel terrible for the old man
- 16:37Speaker 1: because in this nobody is praying for the old man.
- 16:40Speaker 1: It was all prayers for Sanchez. I said this on
- 16:42Speaker 1: the show. If I had to like tear of my prayers,
- 16:43Speaker 1: I go old Man first. Yeah, I don't Knowpe just
- 16:45Speaker 1: gets you know, he's okay, but I don't waste any
- 16:48Speaker 1: prayers on him. If you've got a double prayer up
- 16:49Speaker 1: on the old Man doing that, man, Old Man didn't
- 16:52Speaker 1: do anything.
- 16:52Speaker 4: It's trying to work deliver his truck.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Yeah, there's going to be a video. It comes out
- 16:58Speaker 3: at some point.
- 16:59Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 16:59Speaker 4: They said that there's a vide, they just haven't released it.
- 17:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:01Speaker 6: Right, So I just sent it to you guys the video.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Like Brandon has everything the old guys wanted, Jackson Dart's
- 17:07Speaker 1: sister's necklace.
- 17:08Speaker 3: He's got the backstory on all of it. Yeah, and
- 17:12Speaker 3: we don't even know. We just know what we've read.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Football is back, and so is your shot at big wins.
- 17:18Speaker 1: With Draft Kings Pick six, the official daily Fantasy partner
- 17:22Speaker 1: of the NFL, you just picked more or less on
- 17:25Speaker 1: two or more player stats. So, for example, tonight Chiefs
- 17:29Speaker 1: and Jaguars Patrick Mahomes more or less than two hundred
- 17:32Speaker 1: and forty seven passing yards. I'm gonna go less. Travis
- 17:35Speaker 1: Kelcey more or less than one touchdown. I often bet
- 17:38Speaker 1: on Travis Kelcey to catch a touchdown. It has not
- 17:40Speaker 1: been going for me, not been going well. So I'm
- 17:41Speaker 1: gonna go less and Trevor Lawrence more or less than
- 17:44Speaker 1: two twelve passing yards. I'm going more. So My picks
- 17:46Speaker 1: are Mahomes less than two forty seven, Kelsey no touchdown,

- 18:50Speaker 3: How about the the Karen and Lacy's are the not
- 18:53Speaker 3: Corona Lacey? We find it here? Yeah, the he wasn't
- 18:57Speaker 3: in the accent.
- 18:57Speaker 4: I know, and I don't know about this.
- 18:59Speaker 1: They whreaking torched him. He was an LSU player who
- 19:03Speaker 1: supposedly was in the created the car accident killed a person.
- 19:07Speaker 1: He ended up he ended up killing himself.
- 19:10Speaker 3: He didn't even do it.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Now the footage has come out and he was like
- 19:12Speaker 1: seventy yards behind.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I can give you some of this.
- 19:16Speaker 1: It's just how the world, how the Internet treated Cairen
- 19:19Speaker 1: Lacy when the story first hit. I mean he was
- 19:22Speaker 1: villainized quickly. They said he caused a deadly crash. It
- 19:26Speaker 1: was flying down a highway in Louisiana, there was passing
- 19:28Speaker 1: cars in a no passing zone, and then drove away.
- 19:30Speaker 1: From the scene while a man lay dying. That story
- 19:33Speaker 1: was everywhere all over social media. People were commenting on
- 19:37Speaker 1: the story. People piled on they were calling him a killer.
- 19:41Speaker 1: And then it was proven that he didn't cause the crash.
- 19:46Speaker 1: His lawyer release footage showing his car was about seventy
- 19:48Speaker 1: yards behind when the impact happened. He didn't hit anybody,
- 19:51Speaker 1: he didn't touch another car. And there's now I watched
- 19:55Speaker 1: the body cam footage from the cop there's now evidence
- 19:57Speaker 1: that some witnesses may have been coached in their statements.
- 20:00Speaker 5: Oh my goodness.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Even prosecutors were unsure that he had done anything, but
- 20:07Speaker 1: everybody the Internet had completely attacked.
- 20:10Speaker 3: So he killed himself in yep, April yep.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Because he was about to go, by the way, he
- 20:17Speaker 1: was an LSU football player who was about to have
- 20:18Speaker 1: a real shot at the NFL.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Yeah, he was good, and this draft stock just took.
- 20:22Speaker 1: He was scheduled to face a grand jury in April.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Oh yeah, there was no way he was getting drafted. Yeah,
- 20:27Speaker 1: he was scheduled to face a grand jury in April.
- 20:29Speaker 3: He never made it.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Days before that hearing, he died in a suicide during
- 20:32Speaker 1: a police chase in Houston, twenty four years old. The
- 20:36Speaker 1: guy was labeled a criminal. His name is Future Everything,
- 20:42Speaker 1: so out of a terrible story.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Yeah, he didn't do it.
- 20:45Speaker 1: And I watched the footage of the wreck when they
- 20:47Speaker 1: show where his car was, and I watched the cop
- 20:50Speaker 1: on bodycam coaching the witness.
- 20:53Speaker 3: I didn't see that. You see like the clipboard, yeah,
- 20:58Speaker 3: in the paper and.
- 20:58Speaker 1: He's like, you saw crazy geez kid killed himself because
- 21:05Speaker 1: of how everybody was portraying him when he didn't do it.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's wild.
- 21:10Speaker 5: That sucks.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Yeah, that sucks.
- 21:13Speaker 5: All right.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I didn't have that as a note. I just was
- 21:15Speaker 1: like following that story. I was preparing it for something
- 21:17Speaker 1: else I was gonna do.
- 21:19Speaker 3: But yeah, then his lawyer said, back when he killed himself,
- 21:22Speaker 3: the truth will come out, indeed, and here it is. Yep,
- 21:25Speaker 3: all right, So I have Mark Sanchez, I have Dart's necklace.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Looks ridiculous. Hey, Eddie, did you know the Troygeman went
- 21:36Speaker 3: eleven his first eleven starts?
- 21:37Speaker 4: Yeah, you learned that in the documentary.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't watch the documentary.
- 21:40Speaker 4: They were terrible, dude, I didn't. I didn't know that.
- 21:44Speaker 4: When like looking back at history, like remembering that part
- 21:47Speaker 4: of the Cowboys. I didn't remember that, and I didn't
- 21:49Speaker 4: remember uh Emmitt Smith sitting out three games when they
- 21:53Speaker 4: were doing contract negotiations. He set out for three games
- 21:58Speaker 4: and they lost all three of them.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Yeah, and Jerry's let's break it up, all right.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Let's come, And then he started winning.
- 22:03Speaker 1: I bring up the Troyman thing because I was Spencer
- 22:05Speaker 1: Ratless first one yesterday, he's now one and ten.
- 22:08Speaker 6: Started crazy.
- 22:10Speaker 1: He looked pretty good. He yeah, he's always kind of
- 22:12Speaker 1: looked okay on a terrible team.
- 22:14Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 22:14Speaker 1: He fights, man, he does, and he moves well. Yeah,
- 22:17Speaker 1: and he's got a good arm. His arm has always
- 22:21Speaker 1: been strong, like that's always been his thing. But for
- 22:24Speaker 1: the Saints yesterday, yeah.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Yeah, he needed that. He kind of felt every week
- 22:28Speaker 3: watching him, You're just like, God, this guy needs to win.
- 22:30Speaker 3: I'm glad they got him for him.
- 22:31Speaker 1: He was zero and ten and his first ten and
- 22:33Speaker 1: that all starts.
- 22:34Speaker 4: So I had that he can be the next Troykman.
- 22:37Speaker 4: And what he said, the new coming, what do you say.
- 22:39Speaker 3: New coming to Josh Allen?
- 22:43Speaker 1: They can come and yeah, whatever he said, I thought
- 22:46Speaker 1: the I had a big statistical parlay going with. I
- 22:53Speaker 1: had like three money line games. I had two anytime
- 22:57Speaker 1: score touchdowns, I had another and I was in It
- 23:01Speaker 1: was like, I bet like one hundred bucks to t win,
- 23:02Speaker 1: like eight or nine hundred dollars, and the Eagles all
- 23:06Speaker 1: they had to do is win. But I cashed out
- 23:09Speaker 1: while they were winning.
- 23:09Speaker 3: By the way, Yeah they're up seventeen to three.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:12Speaker 3: I cashed out something in me.
- 23:14Speaker 6: Wow.
- 23:14Speaker 1: And then Eddie's like, I was just kidding, you have
- 23:16Speaker 1: to cash out, and I was like no, no, no.
- 23:17Speaker 3: I said, cash out.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Man.
- 23:19Speaker 4: We're approaching the witching hour.
- 23:22Speaker 1: And usually in Essen, if Betty says something that no offense,
- 23:24Speaker 1: I tend to go to the opposite way. But I
- 23:26Speaker 1: was already feeling I was already feel like I'm gonna
- 23:28Speaker 1: jump out of this, and thank god I did. But
- 23:30Speaker 1: the Eagles did lose. There are no undeated teams anymore
- 23:32Speaker 1: with the Eagles and the Bills losing.
- 23:34Speaker 5: Yep.
- 23:34Speaker 1: But the no call on the this is what I wrote,
- 23:39Speaker 1: terrible personal foul call for the Eagles at the end
- 23:42Speaker 1: of the game. Yes, and then no call on a PI.
- 23:46Speaker 1: I think that happened there.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Goddard, I think I don't know, yea Goddard. Yeah, they
- 23:51Speaker 3: didn't call that. I don't know about the personal fowl though,
- 23:56Speaker 3: I remember the no call on the p I.
- 23:57Speaker 4: Though sis about that, well, I wrote it, whatever it is,
- 24:00Speaker 4: so somebody else knows. So what happened?
- 24:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I wrote that the preseason number one or two
- 24:05Speaker 1: teams are both on ranked in Week seven, Texas and
- 24:08Speaker 1: Penn State. Texas is in no fear of firing their coach.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Penn State, Yeah, after that loss another one, I think
- 24:19Speaker 1: they think about it. Oh yeah, it's but that buyout
- 24:22Speaker 1: is a fifty million. It would suck to play football
- 24:27Speaker 1: a Ucla. Yeah, no, man, in La, that stadium is
- 24:31Speaker 1: massive and it's never full.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Right is that the old like Olympic Stadium.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Colisseum the Rose Bull? They played what plays at the Colisseum?
- 24:42Speaker 3: Oh it's they bleed out.
- 24:44Speaker 1: They blew out Ucla did and it was only like
- 24:47Speaker 1: the main parts in the middle.
- 24:48Speaker 6: Yeah, I thought. I thought. I was like, why wasn't
- 24:50Speaker 6: there anybody there?
- 24:51Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 24:51Speaker 3: I mean the only time you watched the Rose Bull
- 24:53Speaker 3: is during the Rose bul But they play there every
- 24:55Speaker 3: home game.
- 24:56Speaker 4: That's tough.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Is that stadium all one hundred thousand? Yeah, you can
- 24:59Speaker 1: tell huge, and in La, nobody cares about anything enough
- 25:03Speaker 1: for there to be one hundred thousand consistently. No, just
- 25:05Speaker 1: because there's so much yep, h Vandy, Hey, I listen.
- 25:09Speaker 1: They played pretty good.
- 25:10Speaker 3: They lost.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Yeah, they played pretty good. They went down to Alabama
- 25:13Speaker 1: and it was for sure a game.
- 25:14Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 1: They were running that shovel pass option perfection.
- 25:18Speaker 3: It was awesome.
- 25:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:19Speaker 3: I like how the announcers talked about like last year
- 25:21Speaker 3: they ran it this way and then this year they
- 25:23Speaker 3: did this, but then had this little pivot on it.
- 25:25Speaker 5: It was awesome.
- 25:26Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 25:26Speaker 4: I wrote that.
- 25:27Speaker 8: There you go.
- 25:28Speaker 3: He just tried to Johnny Manzel getting in there with.
- 25:30Speaker 4: The yes and then go up to Diego and give
- 25:34Speaker 4: them a little hugg Yeah.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Okay, I have one other note where Eddie thinks it
- 25:39Speaker 1: might be a food influencer. Now, oh, did somebody repost
- 25:42Speaker 1: your video or something?
- 25:43Speaker 5: Huge?
- 25:43Speaker 4: Dude, this is a huge, huge moment in the influencing world.
- 25:46Speaker 4: I posted my popcorn.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Video influencing world world huge man, and.
- 25:51Speaker 4: I got reposted by Blackstone, the people that the owners
- 25:56Speaker 4: of the Griddle, the people that make the Griddle.
- 25:58Speaker 3: They reposted my post. Well yeah, that's huge. Did they
- 26:02Speaker 3: pay you or send you anything?
- 26:03Speaker 5: No?
- 26:03Speaker 4: No, But I mean all their followers are like, hey,
- 26:06Speaker 4: look at this Eddie guy cooking popcorn.
- 26:10Speaker 6: I assume it's like you're the second coming of Guy Fieri.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Second coming.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Some may say, did you tag them?
- 26:18Speaker 4: Yeah? I tagged. I tag them in all my videos.
- 26:20Speaker 3: I think that's brilliant.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I think you should follow up on that though with them, like, hey,
- 26:23Speaker 1: I saw you shared my video. Do you want to
- 26:25Speaker 1: collab on some stuff?
- 26:27Speaker 4: Send them a d M?
- 26:28Speaker 3: Yeah? Can I uh? I know it's it's your influencer world,
- 26:33Speaker 3: But can I just offer one?
- 26:34Speaker 4: Oh?
- 26:35Speaker 3: Dang it? Can I offer? Because I follow? You know,
- 26:40Speaker 3: I get I get recipe accounts from other guys that
- 26:43Speaker 3: I follow for like meal prep and all that stuff.
- 26:45Speaker 3: And the only because you made what was after the popcorn?
- 26:48Speaker 3: My yes, that looked delicious, Thank you, But what about needing,
- 26:54Speaker 3: like like the the amount that you're putting in of
- 26:57Speaker 3: peanut butter or of whatever it is, you know.
- 27:01Speaker 4: What I mean?
- 27:01Speaker 3: So the video of the amount that I put in
- 27:04Speaker 3: is not enough? No, you gotta put it on the
- 27:06Speaker 3: description because when I make, when I do the meal prep, no,
- 27:09Speaker 3: it's not down to the bottom. Yeah, right down the
- 27:11Speaker 3: bottom the description I make. Oh, you got to do
- 27:14Speaker 3: two cups of this, three cups of this, a tablespoon
- 27:17Speaker 3: of this. Could you just say a little bit of this,
- 27:19Speaker 3: a little bit of that, and like this little I'm
- 27:22Speaker 3: just saying I think it would help. This is like
- 27:24Speaker 3: he's just giving you some tips, even.
- 27:26Speaker 4: Tips it should I don't even want to take these
- 27:28Speaker 4: tips from the drink station. See. The reason I don't
- 27:32Speaker 4: write it out is because they'll keep watching it to
- 27:37Speaker 4: get the ingredient.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Now that's oh dude, I've seen my wife do it.
- 27:40Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you though, for the most part,
- 27:42Speaker 1: people will take in social media. They don't keep watching them.
- 27:44Speaker 1: If you don't tell them everything they want to know quickly.
- 27:46Speaker 1: They don't even stay no, no, no.
- 27:47Speaker 4: What I'm saying is say you want to make the
- 27:49Speaker 4: issa ebol right, if it was written out, you just
- 27:52Speaker 4: screenshot it and boone, that's my that's my recipe.
- 27:55Speaker 3: That's not sure.
- 27:56Speaker 4: Or then you can just watch and be like, okay,
- 27:57Speaker 4: he put us scoop of that a little bit, then
- 27:59Speaker 4: rewind that, watch it again one more view.
- 28:01Speaker 3: I didn't have the views.
- 28:03Speaker 1: It's not people that consume social media. I think he's
- 28:06Speaker 1: got a point right out of the bottom.
- 28:07Speaker 3: But you people would save it like I saved some
- 28:10Speaker 3: you know, saved tab or whatever, and then so you
- 28:12Speaker 3: can so you'll go back and watch it again and
- 28:14Speaker 3: also read how much of whatever you're putting it in.
- 28:17Speaker 1: And they promote things that have been saved and shared
- 28:20Speaker 1: more than they do comments anymore these days. I think
- 28:23Speaker 1: you can learn something from.
- 28:24Speaker 4: Him drink station over here.
- 28:26Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 28:27Speaker 3: I'm just saying, hey, I'm trying to help you out. Okay,
- 28:29Speaker 3: I'm not criticizing you.
- 28:30Speaker 4: Know what, I should accept that you're right, You're right.
- 28:32Speaker 4: I should be like, hey, thanks for helping me.
- 28:34Speaker 9: Man.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I don't take shots at you like you do to
- 28:36Speaker 3: me all the time, just randomly. I'm just I'm just
- 28:38Speaker 3: giving you something, suggestions, Kevin.
- 28:40Speaker 4: I think you both can learn from each other, from
- 28:41Speaker 4: one influencer to another.
- 28:43Speaker 6: If you guys collabed on something, Yeah.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Like can I make you a drink that you can
- 28:48Speaker 4: use at the drink station?
- 28:49Speaker 3: Yes?
- 28:50Speaker 1: You know what I enjoyed about your video? Yeah, you
- 28:52Speaker 1: didn't have pedal voice. I turned the volume all the
- 28:56Speaker 1: way when I see it.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Did.
- 28:58Speaker 1: I cringe whenever you make a new one, because I'm like,
- 29:00Speaker 1: I can't take pedal voice and I turned and you
- 29:02Speaker 1: did your thing, and I was like, oh, no, pedal boys, awesome.
- 29:05Speaker 4: You're talking about when you first see a post? Oh,
- 29:06Speaker 4: Eddie posted a vid like do I really want to watch?
- 29:08Speaker 3: Yes?
- 29:10Speaker 4: See I know where the pedal voice came from. Where
- 29:13Speaker 4: in my in my office where I voice Uh. Sometimes
- 29:16Speaker 4: I don't want to do it too loud because people
- 29:17Speaker 4: are still sleeping or something, so like, okay, so Sam,
- 29:20Speaker 4: I'm making the ass bowl like here's my as Oh no, no,
- 29:27Speaker 4: but now but now I'm like, hey, I got a
- 29:29Speaker 4: nice ebowl and now it's like more exciting, not so
- 29:32Speaker 4: much pedophile, like how you talk right now?
- 29:34Speaker 3: Perfect?
- 29:35Speaker 4: Yeah, No, I'm getting more comfortable with it.
- 29:37Speaker 8: I am.
- 29:38Speaker 5: I am.
- 29:38Speaker 4: But now I guess I'm gonna write it.
- 29:40Speaker 1: You ever want an ice a bowl in a van?
- 29:42Speaker 1: Don't eat your theory, get it, get in my wide
- 29:45Speaker 1: van for the I E bowl.
- 29:46Speaker 6: I haven 'ingreedy.
- 29:50Speaker 4: I thanks to the support.
- 29:52Speaker 3: No, I'm giving you the voice.
- 29:54Speaker 4: I'm saying thank you. Yeah.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Can you take a tip? I just took it.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you another one. Oh gosh, No, I'm
- 29:58Speaker 1: just kidding. The tip was keep doing non pedal voice
- 30:02Speaker 1: if you got to wait five minutes for everybody to
- 30:04Speaker 1: wake up.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Do it loud or do that?
- 30:05Speaker 6: No?
- 30:05Speaker 4: No, no, I'm going to d M the company today.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Yeah, like, hey, I.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Saw, I love working with you. You guys want to
- 30:10Speaker 1: collab on something. And all that means is do they
- 30:12Speaker 1: want to send.
- 30:13Speaker 3: You free stuff?
- 30:14Speaker 5: Oh?
- 30:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that'd be cool and then eventually you can work,
- 30:16Speaker 3: you know, do money.
- 30:17Speaker 4: So if they say, if they say, like, yeah, what
- 30:19Speaker 4: do you have in mind?
- 30:20Speaker 1: Then have something in mind? Present something. What's your next thing?
- 30:24Speaker 4: Oh I'm gonna do a drink next.
- 30:26Speaker 6: Oh there we go on the griddle.
- 30:27Speaker 3: No okay, but no there you know them. You need
- 30:35Speaker 3: to have something for them.
- 30:36Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I was thinking about doing
- 30:38Speaker 4: salmon on the griddle.
- 30:39Speaker 8: I was great.
- 30:39Speaker 1: I was thinking about doing salmon on the griddle. Here's
- 30:42Speaker 1: what I don't have. If you guys will provide me
- 30:44Speaker 1: with this another griddle, and I could I could use
- 30:48Speaker 1: a second griddle for shooting. If you guys could provide
- 30:50Speaker 1: one of those, I'd be happy to tag that that's
- 30:52Speaker 1: good stuff.
- 30:53Speaker 3: Yeah, then then sell on Craigs Lost or whatever.
- 30:57Speaker 4: I look like a bigger drummer with a bunch of
- 30:59Speaker 4: griddles around it.
- 31:00Speaker 8: You got.
- 31:02Speaker 3: That's actually really funny. Yeah, good, have to sell it.
- 31:05Speaker 3: You just have it now.
- 31:06Speaker 4: That's a good tip, Thank you man.
- 31:08Speaker 1: And then as you're no, yours was good to Kevin.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Yeah was good too. Just chop liver over here.
- 31:17Speaker 5: I like that one.
- 31:18Speaker 1: We got text tech helmet sweet tech them there it is.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I watched them play for the first time this weekend.
- 31:25Speaker 4: They're good.
- 31:26Speaker 5: They're good.
- 31:26Speaker 1: They're so good watching them play Houston. Houston was undefeated.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:30Speaker 1: I bet them and took and gave up points and
- 31:32Speaker 1: they still cover. I think it was like thirteen and
- 31:34Speaker 1: a half or something.
- 31:35Speaker 3: I know it's eleven and a half at one point. Yeah.
- 31:38Speaker 4: Their colors were cool too this week. They look like
- 31:40Speaker 4: the oilers.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Yeah, Houston.
- 31:42Speaker 4: Yeah, oh yeah, yeah. I noticed that there were a
- 31:44Speaker 4: lot of cool uniforms this week.
- 31:46Speaker 1: I didn't notice that. And I watched the first half
- 31:48Speaker 1: of the game because I bet it, but I didn't.
- 31:49Speaker 4: You didn't think you were watching the oilers for a second.
- 31:51Speaker 3: I didn't.
- 31:52Speaker 6: I'm trying to he's also color blind.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Oh that'sir that's true.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, it's like it's a baby blue with a
- 31:57Speaker 4: little bit of red.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Yeah, almost like an old miss I hear you guys,
- 32:01Speaker 3: I just don't remember.
- 32:03Speaker 4: We're explaining what colors.
- 32:04Speaker 1: I just don't remember. I got Texas Tech workout gear.
- 32:07Speaker 1: You guys can grab whatever down because they sent us
- 32:10Speaker 1: a bunch of work out in that.
- 32:11Speaker 6: What about the Seahawks Bucks uniforms throwbacks?
- 32:16Speaker 4: What I told my kids is like, right there, that's
- 32:18Speaker 4: exactly what they looked like when I was your age, yea,
- 32:20Speaker 4: and they were all like crabs. They were like, oh
- 32:22Speaker 4: like black and white days. No, I'm not that old.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I did see Sean Alexander because they were doing like
- 32:26Speaker 1: twenty five years or whatever it was, since something that
- 32:29Speaker 1: John Alexander was there in his black jacket because they
- 32:31Speaker 1: were also and Mike Alsott was there. Oh okay, cool cool, Yeah,
- 32:34Speaker 1: and they both looked great.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Oh I thought you're gonna say something bout seventeen kids.
- 32:38Speaker 8: No, not that.
- 32:40Speaker 1: But he looks good, yeah, or Sean Sean looks great,
- 32:44Speaker 1: also looks strong still still yeah, yeah, but John Ognner
- 32:48Speaker 1: doesn't look any older.
- 32:50Speaker 5: How do they do that?
- 32:52Speaker 8: You know?
- 32:52Speaker 1: How?
- 32:56Speaker 3: Why go on and say, oh they stay fit?
- 32:59Speaker 5: No?
- 32:59Speaker 1: You know how you know?
- 33:01Speaker 8: Oh? I got I got ya, I got you.
- 33:02Speaker 3: I know what I wish Reid was here.
- 33:04Speaker 6: Do you mean.
- 33:07Speaker 4: No raid?
- 33:07Speaker 1: Note, He turns, Okay, I'm gonna play this, and then
- 33:14Speaker 1: we're gonna get to Jason Campbell. I had Brian Bosworth
- 33:17Speaker 1: on the Bobby Cast and so legendary football player in
- 33:20Speaker 1: the eighties for Oklahoma. He's the only person to ever
- 33:23Speaker 1: win the Bucks Award twice. He won a national championship
- 33:27Speaker 1: with the Sooners. He was his own brand before nil
- 33:29Speaker 1: and college brands ever existed. A lot of people which
- 33:33Speaker 1: I'm finding did not know he was the sheriff and
- 33:35Speaker 1: the Dr Pepper Fansville commercials. Yeah, I get more people going,
- 33:38Speaker 1: what I didn't know that?
- 33:39Speaker 8: Did you know that?
- 33:39Speaker 4: Yeah? Of course I knew that.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, back to it. Then I asked
- 33:44Speaker 1: him if he knew just how famous he was when
- 33:45Speaker 1: he was at Oklahoma. So we talked about that and
- 33:48Speaker 1: then his haircut at the time and the reason behind it.
- 33:50Speaker 9: They got to the point where I felt kind of famous. Yeah,
- 33:53Speaker 9: because every school that we would go to on the road,
- 33:57Speaker 9: all of their players and even when we got to
- 34:02Speaker 9: you know, when we played in the Orange Bowl. I
- 34:04Speaker 9: remember Washington's players. They'd get us together on these little
- 34:08Speaker 9: you know, Orange Bowl like trips and stuff, and we
- 34:11Speaker 9: were on some cruise and I think that's when it
- 34:13Speaker 9: first hit me. All of the players from from Washington
- 34:18Speaker 9: were going, hey man, hey, boss man, I'm gonna get
- 34:20Speaker 9: a picture with you, you know, and they gave us
- 34:22Speaker 9: those little Kodak cameras and stuff. I guess it's like
- 34:24Speaker 9: the little freebie stuff that they would give you in
- 34:26Speaker 9: the swag bag. And I'm thinking, is this weird? Why
- 34:31Speaker 9: am I taking pictures with the opposing team. I don't
- 34:34Speaker 9: know how my teammates are going to feel about that.
- 34:36Speaker 9: But the team my teammates were also they they kind
- 34:41Speaker 9: of enjoyed the ride too, because you know, I would
- 34:45Speaker 9: just say shit because I felt like we were good enough,
- 34:49Speaker 9: we could back it up, you know, and it was
- 34:52Speaker 9: just all organic. I wasn't doing it to like you know,
- 34:55Speaker 9: you know market myself. I was just you know, living
- 34:59Speaker 9: my best life in the best you know, school possible,
- 35:03Speaker 9: and everything was working. All the stars were aligning. So
- 35:07Speaker 9: I was along for the roller coaster ride, but I
- 35:09Speaker 9: was bringing everybody along with me and we were all
- 35:11Speaker 9: having such a blast. And then it just kind of
- 35:14Speaker 9: everywhere we went, you know, we you know, at the
- 35:16Speaker 9: end of the game, the cheerleaders would come over, Hey,
- 35:18Speaker 9: we want to get a picture, and I'm going, you know,
- 35:20Speaker 9: I don't sing, I don't dance. I just play football.
- 35:23Speaker 9: We're really good. I'm not as good without these guys.
- 35:28Speaker 9: But it just seemed like all the notoriety was was
- 35:32Speaker 9: was coming down on me. I mean I helped a
- 35:35Speaker 9: little bit because I you know, I cut my hair weird.
- 35:37Speaker 9: You know, I didn't think it was weird. I just
- 35:39Speaker 9: cut it because my old man wouldn't let me cut
- 35:41Speaker 9: it in high school. And I was just like, well
- 35:43Speaker 9: he's not he's not you know here now, so I
- 35:46Speaker 9: can do whatever I want to.
- 35:47Speaker 3: So that wasn't like a big statement when you cut
- 35:49Speaker 3: your hair the first time, like to the world.
- 35:51Speaker 5: No.
- 35:51Speaker 9: I mean it was more of a my dad because
- 35:54Speaker 9: my dad was like, you know, you're not cutting your hair.
- 35:56Speaker 9: I pay seven dollars to get that bowl cut, and
- 35:58Speaker 9: that's the cut you're getting. I said, but Dad, everybody
- 36:01Speaker 9: in this you know, in high school, right before fall ball,
- 36:03Speaker 9: they all go get their hair buzzed, and well, you're
- 36:06Speaker 9: not doing that. You're going to get your bowl cut
- 36:09Speaker 9: and that's what you're getting. So, I mean my dad
- 36:12Speaker 9: was one of those you live by his rules, or
- 36:14Speaker 9: you don't live. And I appreciated that. I mean, I
- 36:18Speaker 9: would rather have a dad that was that way than
- 36:21Speaker 9: a dad who was trying to be my friend, because
- 36:23Speaker 9: I see the consequences of parents trying to be their kids'
- 36:29Speaker 9: friends instead of their parents. And they're not supposed to
- 36:32Speaker 9: be their friends. They're supposed to be there to make
- 36:34Speaker 9: them hate life so they can get the hell out
- 36:37Speaker 9: of the house and grind their own foundation and build
- 36:41Speaker 9: their own house with the tools of hard love, tough love,
- 36:46Speaker 9: you know. And I thank God for that kind of relationship.
- 36:50Speaker 9: I mean, I wish he was a little more warm,
- 36:51Speaker 9: warm and fuzzy and and happy, but I know that
- 36:54Speaker 9: that was what he was capable of. He gave me
- 36:57Speaker 9: as much as he had, and you know it, you know,
- 37:01Speaker 9: it was what it was. I wish it was more,
- 37:04Speaker 9: but I appreciate what I did get from him. But
- 37:07Speaker 9: you know, all of the stuff that really happened really
- 37:12Speaker 9: was it just really happened organically. I remember when we
- 37:15Speaker 9: were going to the Orange Bowl that first year, I
- 37:17Speaker 9: went and got the haircut. I want to say, I
- 37:20Speaker 9: got that haircut about halfway through the season. It was
- 37:24Speaker 9: after I know it was after the Texas game, because
- 37:25Speaker 9: I've seen pictures with me with just long, scraggly hair.
- 37:29Speaker 9: So sometime during during that season, and I remember going
- 37:33Speaker 9: to the Orange Bowl. I asked the girl, said, I
- 37:36Speaker 9: used to be a tow head. I'd love to be
- 37:38Speaker 9: a toehead again.
- 37:39Speaker 8: Can you do that? And she goes, yeah, I just
- 37:41Speaker 8: sit down.
- 37:41Speaker 9: And we were leaving that day to go on the
- 37:44Speaker 9: bus to the plane to get to you know, to
- 37:47Speaker 9: go to Miami, and I was already packed, so I
- 37:52Speaker 9: had made the appointment, so I had I could get
- 37:54Speaker 9: trimmed up nice and clean and then get on the
- 37:56Speaker 9: bus and then go and back. In those days, if
- 37:58Speaker 9: you missed a bus, you're paying your own way. I mean,
- 38:01Speaker 9: they might be upset with you, but to get down there,
- 38:04Speaker 9: you got to pay your own way. And I'm sure
- 38:06Speaker 9: you'd have to get up and do some stadium stairs
- 38:08Speaker 9: at five point thirty in the morning. But I remember
- 38:12Speaker 9: sitting in the chair and I'm looking at my watch
- 38:14Speaker 9: and I'm going, holy shit, I'm gonna miss the bus.
- 38:16Speaker 9: You got to get this stuff off, man, I gotta go.
- 38:18Speaker 9: So she washed it off. I didn't even look at it,
- 38:21Speaker 9: and I got to the bus walked on the bus
- 38:24Speaker 9: and the guys just started donkey laughing.
- 38:26Speaker 8: I mean, I'm just what's what's the matter?
- 38:29Speaker 9: Get your hair? Says, yeah, what's wrong with it? It's orange?
- 38:35Speaker 9: It's orange and looked in the like the reflection. I
- 38:38Speaker 9: can't see it. Is it orange?
- 38:40Speaker 5: Really?
- 38:40Speaker 8: Says yeah, Well, we're going to the Orange Bowl.
- 38:43Speaker 9: That's why. That's right, I'm going to the Orange Bowl.
- 38:47Speaker 9: I'm just trying to get everybody fired up.
- 38:49Speaker 8: How do we feel?
- 38:51Speaker 9: So it was like everything happened, you know, accidentally, you know,
- 38:55Speaker 9: with a slight bit of on purpose. I corrected it
- 39:00Speaker 9: after I got back, but you know, it was like,
- 39:03Speaker 9: you know, everything that I did was like how outrageous?
- 39:07Speaker 8: Can I push this? How much further? Is there really
- 39:10Speaker 8: a line in the sand?
- 39:12Speaker 9: Or is it just kind of an imaginary Just keep
- 39:14Speaker 9: pushing it, keep pushing and keep pushing it.
- 39:16Speaker 1: And I think that was was always like that football
- 39:20Speaker 1: is back, and so is your shot at big wins.

- 41:34Speaker 1: Hey, so I saw your tweets at the sec as
- 41:36Speaker 1: wide open.
- 41:37Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I don't even know where to start except for Texas
- 41:40Speaker 1: probably sucks. Like, let's start there. Texas kind of sucks,
- 41:42Speaker 1: right man.
- 41:43Speaker 5: I'll tell you what.
- 41:43Speaker 7: I knew that was gonna be a tough game for
- 41:44Speaker 7: Tests when you think about how they went to Ohio
- 41:47Speaker 7: State and that.
- 41:49Speaker 5: First game they wouldn't even score many points.
- 41:50Speaker 7: Again, Matt Patricia's defense, who kind of kind of laid
- 41:54Speaker 7: a blueprint for a lot of SEC schools as far
- 41:56Speaker 7: as like doing his zone blitzes and how to high
- 41:58Speaker 7: blitzes that you see in the NFA. You know, he's
- 42:00Speaker 7: kind of brought to college a little bit. But I
- 42:02Speaker 7: knew Florida played great defense all year. They've kept them
- 42:05Speaker 7: in every game they've struggled offensively, and I just kind
- 42:08Speaker 7: of figured that once they got a biweek and the
- 42:10Speaker 7: opportunity to work on their passing game and fit some
- 42:14Speaker 7: things there, that they could be a good football team
- 42:16Speaker 7: and they would be a dangerous team for Florida.
- 42:18Speaker 5: Go.
- 42:18Speaker 1: I mean for the testis to go in there and play,
- 42:20Speaker 1: yeah with Texas next week and they do have to
- 42:22Speaker 1: play Oklahoma. Were we unfair on the expectations onto arch Manning.
- 42:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 42:29Speaker 7: On my first show, a podcast I did with Taylor Davis,
- 42:31Speaker 7: I told everybody, I said, you know, you have to
- 42:34Speaker 7: pump the brakes and awarding kids, you know, trophies before
- 42:38Speaker 7: they actually play.
- 42:40Speaker 5: And will he be in the screen talent in the future.
- 42:43Speaker 7: He probably will, but as of today, was just like,
- 42:46Speaker 7: you can't put that much pressure on the kid that
- 42:48Speaker 7: haven't started in college yet. In his first two games
- 42:51Speaker 7: they played in in college was against you know, lesser opponents,
- 42:54Speaker 7: and he came in and sparing time, So it wasn't
- 42:58Speaker 7: like he was a full time starter and having to
- 43:01Speaker 7: play this schedule. You know, once you become the target,
- 43:04Speaker 7: now everyone shoots for you, and unfortunately for him, he
- 43:07Speaker 7: was a target before his career even started at Texas.
- 43:09Speaker 7: So I just think, uh, you know, he carry a
- 43:12Speaker 7: lot of pressure on his shoulders. You know, you feel
- 43:15Speaker 7: like he has to live up to you know, his
- 43:16Speaker 7: uncles and everybody case. That's what everyone is expect that's
- 43:19Speaker 7: what everyone expects, and I don't think it was fair
- 43:22Speaker 7: for him to have to deal with all of that, uh,
- 43:24Speaker 7: you know, noise in the beginning. As far as you know,
- 43:27Speaker 7: everyone's saying he's the top Heisman Canada, he's the first
- 43:30Speaker 7: pick in the draft next year, and all these different things.
- 43:33Speaker 7: It's almost like the media is kind of building them up,
- 43:36Speaker 7: you know, just waiting for him to mess up. So
- 43:37Speaker 7: they got an opportunity to, you know, to have bigger stories.
- 43:41Speaker 1: Oklahoma's unefeated. They'll play Texas next week, but they don't
- 43:43Speaker 1: have Jeometerier playing.
- 43:45Speaker 5: Uh.
- 43:45Speaker 1: I mean, he was a Heisman favorite until he had
- 43:48Speaker 1: to go in for hand surgery. Hawkins looked pretty good
- 43:50Speaker 1: last week, but how do you see this game happening?
- 43:52Speaker 7: Oh, Red River rivalry. It's always a tough game, right Uh.
- 43:57Speaker 7: If Joum materials in that game, I lean towards oklahom heavily.
- 44:00Speaker 7: Uh not, you know, I say heavily in the rival games.
- 44:04Speaker 7: Seven points is heavy, but you know, because of what
- 44:07Speaker 7: he brings to the table. And I saw him play
- 44:09Speaker 7: against Auburn defense and I figured our defense was one
- 44:11Speaker 7: of the better ones, you know in college football. You know,
- 44:14Speaker 7: he made the players that he had to make when
- 44:16Speaker 7: they was there, And to me, that's the true testament
- 44:18Speaker 7: of a quarterback. When they had to go down and
- 44:21Speaker 7: win the game. He took him down to drive. He
- 44:24Speaker 7: stood in the pocket, you know, took some hits to
- 44:26Speaker 7: the to the chest, and he was still delivering balls
- 44:29Speaker 7: acurately when he had to. And I thought we put
- 44:31Speaker 7: a lot of pressure on him from a defensive standpoint
- 44:34Speaker 7: to get him off his mark, and he just kept
- 44:36Speaker 7: chopping wood and kept chopping and end up eventually they
- 44:39Speaker 7: ended up beating us at the end. But yeah, Oklahoma's
- 44:43Speaker 7: gonna lean heavy on their defense. You know, Mason Junior
- 44:45Speaker 7: is a beast. He's probably the best pass rusher, one
- 44:49Speaker 7: the top three pass rushers in college football. You know,
- 44:52Speaker 7: he has speed, he has size, he can come off
- 44:54Speaker 7: the ball with power, and so I know Tests is
- 44:57Speaker 7: gonna have to try to chip block him with the
- 45:00Speaker 7: with the running back as well. But I think in
- 45:02Speaker 7: this game, again, Archi is about to go against another
- 45:05Speaker 7: top defense. And the difference between Florida and Oklahoma. Oklahoma
- 45:10Speaker 7: has young corners. You know, they had a true freshman
- 45:13Speaker 7: at they're starting that they had on Cam Coben. I
- 45:15Speaker 7: thought we was able to take advantage of that. I
- 45:17Speaker 7: think Sharp will try to do the same thing this
- 45:20Speaker 7: week against Oklahoma.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Speaking of your school, Auburn, Jackson Arnold feels like he's
- 45:25Speaker 1: like twenty five years old because you know, he's a
- 45:28Speaker 1: five star kid. He's a freshman last year Oklahoma, but
- 45:30Speaker 1: it feels like he's lived a long life. How do
- 45:32Speaker 1: you see his development so far this year?
- 45:35Speaker 7: I think for Jackson is the biggest thing when you
- 45:37Speaker 7: play for defensive coordinators, right and I think when he
- 45:39Speaker 7: was at Oklahoma, it's all about, you know, I don't
- 45:41Speaker 7: want to turn the ball over because we have this
- 45:43Speaker 7: great defense and we don't want to get off the
- 45:45Speaker 7: opposing team something easy. I think the hardest thing for
- 45:48Speaker 7: him right now is you know, just cutting it loose.
- 45:52Speaker 7: You know, he doesn't want to make the mistakes. He
- 45:53Speaker 7: doesn't want to throw an interception, and I think sometimes
- 45:57Speaker 7: you may need to throw one, you know, just to
- 45:59Speaker 7: kind of feel you know, they get get get it
- 46:02Speaker 7: off your back a little bit, and just you know,
- 46:04Speaker 7: being able to take chances sometimes because you know he's
- 46:07Speaker 7: a dual threat quarterback.
- 46:08Speaker 5: He can run, he can throw.
- 46:10Speaker 7: And I think the thing right now is just trying
- 46:12Speaker 7: to figure out an offensive line up front. I think
- 46:14Speaker 7: that's where everything starts. At is getting better pass protection,
- 46:18Speaker 7: and I think for him is just trust what you
- 46:20Speaker 7: see and you see it, just let it go. You know,
- 46:23Speaker 7: in this league, guys are not gonna be wide wide open.
- 46:26Speaker 7: Often for guys two to three yards in front of
- 46:29Speaker 7: someone that's open, you know, and just trust your arm
- 46:31Speaker 7: and trust what you see and just let it go.
- 46:33Speaker 7: So I think to get him to the next level,
- 46:35Speaker 7: he has to start trusting his eyes a little bit
- 46:37Speaker 7: more and just and just let the ball go.
- 46:40Speaker 1: Who do you think is the best team in the
- 46:41Speaker 1: SEC right now?
- 46:43Speaker 5: Man?
- 46:47Speaker 7: That's that's a tough one because every week it's like,
- 46:49Speaker 7: you know, at one point everyone saying the LSU look
- 46:51Speaker 7: good if they beat Clemson. Then once you saw a
- 46:53Speaker 7: couple of weeks of Clemson, you're like, okay, and that
- 46:56Speaker 7: LSU offense is sputter, and then you know test is out.
- 47:00Speaker 7: You know, everyone was waiting to see who they played
- 47:02Speaker 7: after they played Ohio State because you know, they beat
- 47:04Speaker 7: some some other teams, but it wasn't the same size
- 47:07Speaker 7: value as as SEC or Big ten. And now they've
- 47:11Speaker 7: lost two of those big games. You know, Alabama is
- 47:14Speaker 7: trending in the right direction. I thought Vanderbilt could have
- 47:17Speaker 7: won that game this weekend. They don't turn the ball
- 47:19Speaker 7: over twice in the rezone. I hate to see it.
- 47:23Speaker 7: I guess right now it has to be Alabama.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Yeah, to look at the ap that came out Ole,
- 47:27Speaker 1: miss Texas, A and M, Alabama, Georgia. You got all
- 47:30Speaker 1: these teams up. And the great thing about the SEC
- 47:32Speaker 1: is also the worst thing about the SEC. It'll all
- 47:34Speaker 1: shake itself out, but man, they're just eating each other
- 47:37Speaker 1: up every week.
- 47:38Speaker 7: Yeah, it's the NFL in college. Yeah, that's why I
- 47:41Speaker 7: tell everybody. Next year we go to nine SEC games,
- 47:44Speaker 7: So on any given Saturday, anybody can be beat. You
- 47:47Speaker 7: saw Missippi State, you know, could have beat Tennessee two
- 47:49Speaker 7: weeks ago. They gave up two touchdowns to the defense
- 47:53Speaker 7: for Tennessee's defense, so they spared them fourteen points and
- 47:57Speaker 7: still win in overtime. You think about you know, A
- 48:00Speaker 7: and M. They look really good defensively, but offensively they
- 48:03Speaker 7: struggled a lot. I know they kind of pulled away
- 48:05Speaker 7: from Misissippi State a little bit in the third quarter
- 48:07Speaker 7: this week, but overall they're still struggling a little bit offensively.
- 48:10Speaker 5: Excelf for the Notre Dame game.
- 48:13Speaker 7: When I think about Old Miss Old Miss to me
- 48:15Speaker 7: is the that's the that's the team you got to
- 48:18Speaker 7: keep your eye on coming into this year one. You
- 48:21Speaker 7: they have to replace a lot of defensive players, had
- 48:23Speaker 7: to replace Jackson dart Uh, some of the receivers, and man,
- 48:26Speaker 7: they found something.
- 48:27Speaker 5: This kid is shamless.
- 48:29Speaker 7: You know, this kid come from a you know, basically
- 48:32Speaker 7: D two level and D one double and he's he's
- 48:35Speaker 7: shining right now, like he's throwing over three hundred yards.
- 48:38Speaker 5: So he's rushing the ball.
- 48:40Speaker 7: You know, Austin Simmons was a good talent as well,
- 48:42Speaker 7: but you know Austin, you know, had a couple of turnovers.
- 48:45Speaker 7: But this kid protects the football and he and he's
- 48:48Speaker 7: leading this team pretty good, and team believe in him.
- 48:50Speaker 7: And defensive I think Pete Goldberg got these guys. Pete
- 48:53Speaker 7: gold and got these guys playing, you know, higher level
- 48:56Speaker 7: than than what they expected. So to me, their schedule
- 48:59Speaker 7: gets a little hard. So we're gonna find a little
- 49:00Speaker 7: bit more at the Old Miss Uh as we get
- 49:03Speaker 7: rolling here.
- 49:03Speaker 5: But to be the lsu I thought in their backyard
- 49:07Speaker 5: was it was a big, big win.
- 49:08Speaker 1: For them when you were playing and I want to
- 49:11Speaker 1: take Tuscaloosa out because that was a rivalry game. But
- 49:14Speaker 1: when you were playing at Auburn, what was the what
- 49:16Speaker 1: was the craziest, loudest stadium you played in?
- 49:18Speaker 7: Oh As, you know, LSU at nighttime. You know, anytime
- 49:21Speaker 7: you went to Baton Rouge at nighttime, you gave everybody
- 49:23Speaker 7: all day to get and get hammered. So by the
- 49:27Speaker 7: time the game started, you know, they had this big
- 49:29Speaker 7: tiger that would uh sit beside your like your locker room.
- 49:34Speaker 7: You come out and he's like, man, you know, trying
- 49:38Speaker 7: to intimidate. You know, I was like, only things stay
- 49:41Speaker 7: in the cage were good. But uh but I tell you, man,
- 49:45Speaker 7: it's uh it was Liuve.
- 49:46Speaker 5: I tell you what.
- 49:47Speaker 7: Auburn at nighttime and we played Georgia this week at night.
- 49:51Speaker 7: I'm not being biased, but Auburn's probably one of the
- 49:53Speaker 7: loudest places I've heard or seen it at nighttime in
- 49:58Speaker 7: a home stadium outside outside of Baton Rouge.
- 50:01Speaker 1: You don't think there's a little bit of buias there.
- 50:04Speaker 7: I'm just saying, you know, it gets rocket, man, I'm
- 50:09Speaker 7: talking about it gets rocket. They'll swags, surf come on
- 50:12Speaker 7: and at the end and the fourth quarter, you know,
- 50:14Speaker 7: people get intense, and you know, especially if it's a
- 50:17Speaker 7: big game like Georgia or Obama LSU, you know, all
- 50:20Speaker 7: these big teams, like it gets really really loud. I
- 50:23Speaker 7: would say this. I played in Florida at nighttime. The
- 50:25Speaker 7: Swamp gets loud. I really like the Swamp tests and them.
- 50:28Speaker 7: They like to sway back and forth. But I haven't
- 50:30Speaker 7: been there the night game both times Auburn played. It's
- 50:32Speaker 7: been daytime that I've been calling games. But Tennessee is loud.
- 50:38Speaker 7: I played in Tennessee and four and they had one
- 50:40Speaker 7: hundred and ten thousand, and you know, they get the
- 50:42Speaker 7: singing Rocket top. So the SEC has a lot of
- 50:46Speaker 7: premier stadiums that even in the NFL they can't even
- 50:50Speaker 7: compare to because just the loudness and high intense they get.
- 50:55Speaker 3: It is fun to play in You mentioned four. I
- 50:57Speaker 3: think of four.
- 50:58Speaker 1: I think about how you guys got screwed. You undefeated,
- 51:00Speaker 1: you don't get to play for a national title. Does
- 51:02Speaker 1: that still bother you?
- 51:05Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 51:05Speaker 7: It always will, probably, you know, just the fact that
- 51:08Speaker 7: you realize how hard it is to play in this league.
- 51:10Speaker 7: And I think we kind of set the run after US.
- 51:13Speaker 7: I think the SEC went on like a seven to
- 51:15Speaker 7: eight game winning streak in the national championship run. So
- 51:19Speaker 7: it bothers you a little bit, But I always tell people, man,
- 51:23Speaker 7: no one can take away the undefeated season. No one
- 51:25Speaker 7: can take about take away what you accomplish and all
- 51:28Speaker 7: the different things that you know we was able to
- 51:31Speaker 7: do that year. I think started a conversation about the
- 51:34Speaker 7: playoff system, right, you think about as a whole, these
- 51:38Speaker 7: guys having a chance to now go out there and compete,
- 51:41Speaker 7: and now you get into the dance where before you
- 51:44Speaker 7: have to let a computer system decides, you know, who
- 51:47Speaker 7: gets to play in the dance.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Do you have a favorite drive when someone asks you
- 51:51Speaker 1: that question from back in Auburn, like a drive maybe
- 51:53Speaker 1: late in the game that you're like, man, that was
- 51:54Speaker 1: the one.
- 51:55Speaker 7: Oh yeah, I can always go back to the LSU
- 51:57Speaker 7: game that year. We're down nine to three and it's
- 52:03Speaker 7: like we went forward on the one yard line one
- 52:06Speaker 7: time and we didn't get it, so we only had
- 52:08Speaker 7: three points on the board at that time. It was
- 52:10Speaker 7: a you know, jugging out, just defensive battle, like I
- 52:14Speaker 7: think over thirty something players. When people went back and
- 52:16Speaker 7: looked at it, on both of those teams together played
- 52:19Speaker 7: in the National Football League, and it was one of
- 52:22Speaker 7: the hardest hitting games I ever played in. And you know,
- 52:25Speaker 7: five minutes to go in the game, and you know
- 52:26Speaker 7: Nick Saban was ahead. Coach Mush Champs the defensive coordinator
- 52:29Speaker 7: at that time, and you know they was defending national champs,
- 52:32Speaker 7: and we got to go down to go down, and
- 52:34Speaker 7: we know this may be our only shot, and were
- 52:36Speaker 7: going a loan drive and I remember getting the fourth
- 52:39Speaker 7: and twelve coach Coach Borges, who's the offense coordinator, said hey,
- 52:44Speaker 7: we're going to do a rollout to the right because
- 52:46Speaker 7: we got to get you away from the blitz.
- 52:48Speaker 5: We know, saving the Muschamp We're gonna go cover zero.
- 52:51Speaker 5: And it's true enough.
- 52:52Speaker 7: They went cover zero, brought everyone and we knew there
- 52:55Speaker 7: was one guy we couldn't block. That was the furthest defender,
- 52:57Speaker 7: which was the corner on the blitz in US sprint
- 53:00Speaker 7: to the right, and I just remember, you know, two
- 53:02Speaker 7: guys about the hammer of me, and I knew Cordon.
- 53:04Speaker 5: Taylor was one on one outside. I just remember just
- 53:07Speaker 5: kind of.
- 53:07Speaker 7: Letting the ball go a little bit and putting a
- 53:09Speaker 7: little air on it so you can see it when
- 53:10Speaker 7: he come out of it because I knew I was
- 53:12Speaker 7: gonna have time to wait for him. I just remember
- 53:14Speaker 7: getting hammered and then this thing, I know, I heard
- 53:16Speaker 7: the crowd getting loud and going crazy, and I was
- 53:19Speaker 7: just like, I couldn't see if he caught it yet.
- 53:20Speaker 7: So I got up and I saw a jumbo trun
- 53:23Speaker 7: and everything that he had caught it, and we got
- 53:25Speaker 7: the first down and then got the third and twelve,
- 53:27Speaker 7: which base was third and gold. I think we lost
- 53:29Speaker 7: the artis in the first play, and we run, you know,
- 53:32Speaker 7: a double stick. Now, I played with two inside receivers
- 53:34Speaker 7: who knew he was gonna get some type of too
- 53:36Speaker 7: high quarters look, and true enough, Cordon Taylor again ran
- 53:41Speaker 7: a double move, was able to find him in the
- 53:43Speaker 7: back of the end zone, and the crowd just went crazy.
- 53:46Speaker 7: Probably the loudness I've heard in Auburn. I wasn't there
- 53:50Speaker 7: in thirteen when they won the kick sets. I was
- 53:54Speaker 7: asking the pros at that time. But the loudest I've
- 53:56Speaker 7: heard and there was that game and it was going crazy.
- 54:00Speaker 1: Was there ever a time that you were so prepared
- 54:03Speaker 1: that when the defense got into whatever whatever they were
- 54:05Speaker 1: giving you, whatever shell whatever, that you were like, oh,
- 54:07Speaker 1: I know exactly what we're doing, like it was all
- 54:10Speaker 1: it felt like it was so easy that night.
- 54:12Speaker 7: Oh yeah, first half of Tennessee two thousand and four.
- 54:15Speaker 7: I think we was thirty one and three at halftime.
- 54:18Speaker 7: You know, we go to Rocky Top and you know,
- 54:20Speaker 7: cameras everywhere, the river it's all lit up. I know,
- 54:25Speaker 7: the sea of tangerine oranges everywhere, and you know, here
- 54:28Speaker 7: comes Old Auburn. And I remember that week it was
- 54:33Speaker 7: a top ten matchup, and everyone kept talking about Tennessee, Tennessee, Tennessee,
- 54:36Speaker 7: and we just like, hold on, now, we got a
- 54:38Speaker 7: veteran football team and no one's you know, it's giving
- 54:41Speaker 7: us a lot of created College game day was there,
- 54:44Speaker 7: and I know Charles Barklay, I saw him on the
- 54:46Speaker 7: set earlier that day, and you know how he was
- 54:48Speaker 7: talking about, you know how he felt all gonna come
- 54:51Speaker 7: in there and win this game and the reasons why.
- 54:54Speaker 7: And that's the game we started locking the arms if
- 54:56Speaker 7: everyone kind of go back and and you know ourselves
- 55:00Speaker 7: hard fighting soldiers back in the day. You know, that
- 55:02Speaker 7: was the book that our team chaplain came up with
- 55:04Speaker 7: our name and he based it off you know, the
- 55:08Speaker 7: story of the three hundred and so we ended up
- 55:11Speaker 7: locking arms and we came out that night and said, look,
- 55:14Speaker 7: it's us against everybody in here, and you know it's
- 55:17Speaker 7: one hundred and ten thousand people in the stands and
- 55:19Speaker 7: it's you know, there's only eleven can play on defense, offense,
- 55:22Speaker 7: and special teams. So everyone focused on you know, your job,
- 55:27Speaker 7: but you know we're gonna come out of here victories night.
- 55:29Speaker 5: Man. We came out that night man like laying the hammer.
- 55:32Speaker 7: You know, running Brown was running the ball, r cattle
- 55:34Speaker 7: at running the ball, harror and passing game was on point.
- 55:38Speaker 7: You know, at halftime we look up with thirty one
- 55:40Speaker 7: and three. In the second half, we just kind of
- 55:41Speaker 7: nailed back a little bit because at that point in time,
- 55:44Speaker 7: it's just control the game and get out of there.
- 55:46Speaker 7: But you know, that was one of those games in
- 55:48Speaker 7: the SEC Championship we had to play them again, and
- 55:50Speaker 7: it's hard to be the team twice in the SEC.
- 55:52Speaker 7: And here we go playing Tennessee again and what got
- 55:55Speaker 7: it all started boning with when yeah, one of their
- 55:58Speaker 7: defensive line line back said that was a flute what
- 56:01Speaker 7: happened at night in Tennessee. So you know, we made
- 56:05Speaker 7: sure that we beat them twice so that they can
- 56:08Speaker 7: remember that it wasn't a fluke.
- 56:10Speaker 1: How satisfying is it to be in another stadium you're
- 56:14Speaker 1: the away team and you shut the crowd up.
- 56:17Speaker 7: Oh man, Especially there right, you hear rocket Top every
- 56:20Speaker 7: every two minutes, Like, Yeah, I love Tennessee atmosphere. But
- 56:25Speaker 7: you hear rocket Top like every two minutes in pregame,
- 56:27Speaker 7: it's all you heard. Tying the game, get a start,
- 56:30Speaker 7: it's all you heard, kickoff all you heard. And it's
- 56:34Speaker 7: a great atmosphere. It's one of the fun atmosphere to
- 56:36Speaker 7: play in college football. But at halftime, when everyone's quiet
- 56:39Speaker 7: and you know, and then at the end of the
- 56:41Speaker 7: third quarter you start seeing the people you know twins
- 56:43Speaker 7: out of the stadium. That means you must have done
- 56:46Speaker 7: your job. And it doesn't get any better than that.
- 56:50Speaker 7: You can go in the opposing stadium at the end
- 56:52Speaker 7: of the third quarter you start seeing their fan base leave.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Let me ask you one NFL question. Do you remember
- 56:57Speaker 1: your first NFL touchdown? Who was it?
- 56:59Speaker 4: Two?
- 57:00Speaker 5: There's Cooley.
- 57:00Speaker 7: I think it was Tampa Bay game played Tempa and
- 57:03Speaker 7: two thousand sits No, it was Carolina Panthers in two
- 57:08Speaker 7: thousand and six.
- 57:08Speaker 5: Coolly.
- 57:09Speaker 7: I think it was like a sixty seven yard seven
- 57:11Speaker 7: yard touchdown. I remember I had to start in the
- 57:14Speaker 7: middle of the season, you know, like so Breneo at
- 57:17Speaker 7: that point in time was the starter. And then all
- 57:20Speaker 7: of a sudden they said, hey, well we're gonna throw
- 57:22Speaker 7: you out there against Derrick Brooks and a Rundez Barber
- 57:24Speaker 7: and you know, and Tampa Bay defense for your first
- 57:28Speaker 7: NFL start. Okay, you know that's when Tampa's defense was
- 57:32Speaker 7: really really good and everything.
- 57:35Speaker 5: But it was a sighting time. You know. Pro football
- 57:39Speaker 5: is it's changing.
- 57:40Speaker 7: You see a lot of college now pro football and
- 57:42Speaker 7: the type of offenses they're running. The game has changed
- 57:46Speaker 7: backly so much, like as far as how you can
- 57:47Speaker 7: hit someone, how you couldn't hit no one. Back in
- 57:49Speaker 7: the day, people hit you as a quarterback and they
- 57:51Speaker 7: would bear down on you and like try to bear
- 57:54Speaker 7: you in the ground and everything. They try to knock
- 57:56Speaker 7: the crap out of you. Where Now if you come
- 57:58Speaker 7: even close to the head or you know you half
- 58:01Speaker 7: a second late on the head, you.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Know it's it's your podcast, The sc State of my podcast.
- 58:06Speaker 1: How many times a week do you guys do that?
- 58:08Speaker 5: We do it once a week.
- 58:09Speaker 7: We try to cover all things SEC, none biased. Like
- 58:13Speaker 7: I said, we get on there, we talk about a
- 58:14Speaker 7: lot of things it's going on around around the league.
- 58:17Speaker 7: It seemed like my landscaping people decided they want to
- 58:19Speaker 7: come by the window while I'm on.
- 58:20Speaker 1: I didn't know if that was me or you. I'll
- 58:22Speaker 1: be honest, because it happens at my house all time too.
- 58:25Speaker 7: Like geez, you know, like outside, they just had to
- 58:28Speaker 7: show up at at this time. But yeah, I would
- 58:31Speaker 7: say we do it once a week and it's a
- 58:33Speaker 7: great show. Taylor Davis does now standing job, and then
- 58:36Speaker 7: you know, we truck cover all things and it's really fun.
- 58:40Speaker 7: You know, everyone should tune in, man, because we're not
- 58:42Speaker 7: just Auburn biased. We cover all things in the.
- 58:44Speaker 1: SEC SEC State of My podcast with Jason and Taylor Davis.
- 58:48Speaker 1: You guys check it out if you're looking for a
- 58:49Speaker 1: good new sports podcast, especially SEC. Hey, Jason, big fan.
- 58:52Speaker 1: I really appreciate the time, and I hope you have
- 58:54Speaker 1: a great rest of the day.
- 58:55Speaker 8: Man.
- 58:56Speaker 5: Yeah, I appreciate it, guys. Thanks for having me on.
- 58:58Speaker 7: And maybe next time my landscapers a side tell a
- 59:00Speaker 7: different time.
- 59:02Speaker 3: All right, man, all right?
- 59:04Speaker 8: See you later.
- 59:09Speaker 1: By the way, we did miss our parlay. I'm sorry
- 59:13Speaker 1: about that, but there was a point where I was
- 59:15Speaker 1: just rooting for Pen State to lose. I flipped on
- 59:17Speaker 1: the parlay.
- 59:18Speaker 8: Understand.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't affect it, but I flipped on it.
- 59:22Speaker 1: Texas Tech we hit that one. Georgia, we hit that one.
- 59:25Speaker 1: Penn State. I would I'm happy that happened like that.
- 59:28Speaker 1: What sucks is if you miss it and then they
- 59:31Speaker 1: eke out a win, but you missed the cover, like
- 59:33Speaker 1: we're gonna miss it.
- 59:33Speaker 3: I just wanted them to lose. Yeah, when they started
- 59:35Speaker 3: coming back, I was like, no, yeah, you're gonna lose.
- 59:37Speaker 3: You're gonna lose. I just like drama.
- 59:42Speaker 1: Okay, So I pulled up my stats on my DraftKings,
- 59:45Speaker 1: and for the month, I am up six hundred and
- 59:52Speaker 1: twelve dollars. All right, No, I mean it's fine, that's
- 59:55Speaker 1: not the point. That's not the point.
- 59:57Speaker 4: That's pretty it's better than mine.
- 59:58Speaker 3: Brandon sent me these screenshots. Brandon hit a.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Twelve pick parlay twelve for four dollars and he won
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: two hundred and seventeen dollars.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: What well, thank you, Drake May. You're starting to piss me.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Off Man, would you mind if I look at your stats?
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: Oh? Please, just don't tell my wife.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: No, I'm just kidding.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: It's all good now, I just want to see because yeah,
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: look at your status show coming over. I had some
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: some bonus bets from the Kiren Williams thing, the two
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: hundred and fifty that I used a lot of, but
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: I could be losing more than I'm making, so we'll see. Yeah,
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: but that's why I said it's time for an intervention.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: That's what we're thinking because Brandon hit like a four touchdowner.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: He had he had a four pick ten fo one
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: hundred bucks, but he hit a twelve.
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: Okay, I'll I went like thirty bucks on pump.
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: But we're not betting the way they are.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: So if you go to like your brien, what do
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: you say, two dollars, go to my stat sheet twelve legs, dude,
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: and then it's going.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: To bring up so this month that's what you are.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Oh okay, so here's Brandon's total?
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: Come on, Oh pretty good. Well hold on, keep the
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: phone because I have a question. I have some other questions.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: Okay, what you could not do that one first?
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: So this month Brandon is minus seventy three dollars.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: Oh, through.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Six days last month, he was up eighty nine dollars.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: He's actually in the black. He has a net gain
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: of fifteen dollars, having used it all for two months.
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: Okay, so he started two months ago. Uh huh, I
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: mean it's pretty good.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're in the winnings at all.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, he break even.
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: That's yeah.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: How many here's my question, entertainment. How many bets has
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: he placed?
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: Well, I'm scared to know.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: Wait, didn't you just win like a thousand bucks?
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: Right?
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: He had a huge one, two thousand? He says, like,
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: oh I told my wife two thousand. Yeah, you had
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: a big one, like huge, it was a thousand.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, wow, that means you're way down.
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: Oh no, not really. I mean, well, if you're did
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: you catch out the thousand? Oh yeah yeah okay, no no, but.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: It's if it's in your account, it still counts. I
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: don't have to take it out of your account the winner.
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: That's true.
- 1:02:17Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, So let's see what do what do you
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: want to know?
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: How many bets is he placed in two months?
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: Okay?
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Settled?
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: What do you want to hear?
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: All this?
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: Three four, you get to count of it and tell
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: you eight oh.
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: Wow, eleven twelve, thirty Tennessee gambling eighteen, thirty, thirty one,
- 1:02:38Speaker 6: thirty two. Oh there's a meeting today, six thirty.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Seven, forty one, three, four, five six.
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: Does anybody want to be my sponsor? Yeah?
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, there's a lot.
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: So you're getting to fifty.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: Oh yeah, it's it's easily in the one hundred.
- 1:02:52Speaker 9: It's still.
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: I do guys have like any advice? I feel like
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: every week that I do winning, you are up, dude,
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: you do you? I would say, like in the first month,
- 1:03:04Speaker 6: I'm like, oh, I'm not going to do that anymore.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: That's that's not good. Don't do that anymore.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: I have advice for you. Okay, since we just do
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: it for entertainment, for fun, don't do anything more than
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: you have for entertainment for fun.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: Okay, you're having fun, you're doing all right, keep doing you.
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: Keep doing it.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: But you're again you're winning.
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: Okay, I'm going to cancel this meeting.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: That's crazy that you're for now. It's hard to win.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: It's hard to win consistently. It's fun and you just
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: have to play with what's what's fun? But it's like golf,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: like if you're winning, just enjoy it. Ye take it
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: in buddy, because next weekend is going to be completely opposite.
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: But it's also true, like when you hit one in
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: the water, don't get too mad about it. You're just
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: doing it for fun.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: Unless your friend knows.
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: I started betting soccer. That's kind of fun.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: Okay, don't do that.
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: Brand.
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: Have you guys heard that Eddie's a psychic thing?
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: No?
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: Are you thinks of the psychic now?
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: I haven't told anyone. I only told you go ahead
- 1:03:58Speaker 4: because you're I'm gonna start by saying you're not gonna
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: believe me, and but there's no reason for me to
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: even make this up. The reason I asked when the
- 1:04:06Speaker 4: Mark Sanchez thing was, and it was Friday night, is
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: because on Saturday morning I woke up and had march
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: Mark Sanchez in my head.
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: I do.
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: I don't know why, but I just pictured his face
- 1:04:19Speaker 4: and I'm like Mark Sanchez. I remember being in the shower,
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: being like Mark Sanchez.
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: In the shower. Yeah, just kind of chant Sanchez and
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: the butt in the showers. What you're thinking of?
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: No, I just I was just in the shower and
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: I'm just thinking, yeah, did we see him in a
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: Cowboys game?
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: No? No, maybe you saw it and you didn't realize
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: that I heard it.
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: Yeah, you must have like constantly, just like on social media.
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: There's no way, guys, I don't sleep scroll like.
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: Do you wake up?
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: No?
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Speaking of Mark Sanchez. Mark Sanchez to face felony charge
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: just came across Indiana prosecutors had felony battery charge against Sanchez. Also,
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: Eddie psyche Can predicted it's.
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: In the article he star.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: So you thought you just woke up and started and
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: felt Mark Sanchez came to you.
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: I don't think he did just come to me. And
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: then later in the day I start seeing the news
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: and Mark Sanchez this is I was like, this is crazy,
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: this is crazy. I thought about him randomly this morning,
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: and now all this news is coming out. Why would
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: I randomly think of Mark Sanchez.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: The Jets are playing the Cowboys on Sunday.
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: That possible point. That's weird that a hot dog at
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: any point?
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: No, no hot dog?
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: What's what's the hot dog?
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: I do wait?
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: I eat a hot dog on the sideline, Mark Sanchez.
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: Wasn't it a brute?
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: It's a hot dog. Don't be racist. Hey, how can
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: I be racist?
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Don't be racist?
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: Is his name? Sanchez?
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: Doesn't mean you can go with Burritoka, dude, Mark, all right,
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: we're done.
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: Isn't that crazy?
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: Though?
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: Don't worry. I don't think you'd believe me. But that's crazy. Okay,
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: I'm telling you. Something else comes up this morning.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: I couldn't stop thinking of Campbell soup.
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: What like?
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: I woke up, okay, and everywhere I looked it was
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: a Cancels Campbell soup. Campbell soup being who we talked
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: to on the show earlier, j Campbell.
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: No, it's not funny. It's not funny, it's different. That's
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: like if you were walking down the street and a
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: can of Campbell soup hit you in the head. That
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: would be weird.
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: I'd be pissed.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Yeah, suit, who's the I can't believe you thought Sanchez
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: and Rito?
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: You sure won't Brito.
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: It was also a football game. What are they gonna
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: do it?
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: I don't know, deliver it?
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: Okay, anything else that we have, Mike, we haven't gotten
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: to good Yep, we came. Uh you know who had
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: a big win with Cincinnati this past weekend. Oh, definitely
- 1:06:48Speaker 3: not the Bengals. You're talking about university. They're a player. Yeah.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: I think we're gonna have coach Saderfield on on the
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: show Thursday, which is cool. We met him, we went
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: up since, but then I brought him to the Opry
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: a few weeks ago before the season started. How many seasons,
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: I mean weeks we win seven, weeks six.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: Week eight, weeks seven for college six.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: Okay, so it's been about two and a half months ago.
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: God, Lee, I know, just like time flies.
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: I think he'll come on with us later on this week.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: But they're they're good. The only game they lost was
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: that early lost to Nebraska in Nebraska Week one.
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: But they beat Kansas. They beat UCF like they're a player,
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: and they were beating up on I always stated too
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: that they yeah, big win. Yeah, they were up like
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: thirty one seven or something at one point. Yeah, it's crazy.
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: So we'll have them on all right. That's it. I
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: hope you guys have a great rest of the day. Eddie,
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: blow us a whistle. You did that so hard on purpose?
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: No, No, because you're frustrated, because we don't believe you're
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: Mark Sanchez.
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: No, I kind of came to you and he came
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: to you in a shower.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: That kind of pissed me out a little bit, and
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: I knew you all wouldn't believe me.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: But dude, that's crazy. Why do you tell Bobby just
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: because I.
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: Was gonna tell him I want to talk about this
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: on the show, okay?
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: And I was like, I can't wait for you too.
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: I'll made it feel all goodbout it. I was like, Yeah,
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: that'd be really good to talk about, knowing exactly where
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: we're gonna go with it. Yeah, man, that'd be great.
