- 1:10Speaker 1: let's go. It's a story you need to hear to
- 1:28Speaker 1: believe and then grab your popcorn because there is more.
- 1:31Speaker 1: President Trump, he was doing the interview. Oh, he was
- 1:37Speaker 1: doing a lot of the chit-chat and the jibber-jabbering with
- 1:42Speaker 1: Trey Gowdy over at Fox News. Never forget, Trump will
- 1:45Speaker 1: always tell you how the press is this and that
- 1:48Speaker 1: and the fake news and et cetera, and then he
- 1:50Speaker 1: does the interview. So, Producer Carl. Would you please reach
- 1:56Speaker 1: out to the White House and let's get our President
- 1:59Speaker 1: Trump interview going on?
- 2:00Speaker 2: I have him on speed dial, Tony.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Thank you very much. He's one nine hundred Trumpy. Because
- 2:08Speaker 1: you got to get all the digits in there. That's
- 2:10Speaker 1: what he calls him. The president, he, you know, is
- 2:14Speaker 1: saying president like things.
- 2:18Speaker 2: These are very violent statements. evil people. And if they
- 2:22Speaker 2: had a nuclear weapon, Israel would be gone. If I
- 2:24Speaker 2: weren't president, Israel would be gone. There would be no Israel.
- 2:28Speaker 2: And there would probably be no Middle East. And the
- 2:30Speaker 2: way you know that is people that were sort of
- 2:33Speaker 2: neutral got along with them for years. As soon as
- 2:36Speaker 2: the shooting started, they started aiming at Saudi Arabia, at Qatar,
- 2:40Speaker 2: at UAE, at Bahrain, at Kuwait.
- 2:43Speaker 1: They were aiming.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Everybody was shocked. I was surprised. I thought it was
- 2:48Speaker 2: a very good thing because they lost all of the
- 2:50Speaker 2: support that they had. They had a certain amount of support.
- 2:52Speaker 1: They were, let's say, neutral, largely neutral.
- 2:56Speaker 2: That means that if they would have had a nuclear weapon,
- 2:58Speaker 2: they would have fired it. So I think the Middle
- 2:59Speaker 2: East would have essentially been gone.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Now, I can't tell you that they would have fired
- 3:05Speaker 1: a nuclear weapon. But yes, when the Iranians fired at Jordan, Bahrain,
- 3:14Speaker 1: it was seen to a lot of people as this
- 3:16Speaker 1: is their methodology. This is how they think they should
- 3:18Speaker 1: go about things. It was.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Mostly confusing. But the belief, of course, being that they
- 3:27Speaker 1: can so saber rattle and so threaten their neighbors that
- 3:31Speaker 1: their neighbors will put pressure on the U.S. to stop
- 3:35Speaker 1: or the neighbors will go after Israel and that will
- 3:37Speaker 1: bring the U.S. to stop. And that's not what happened.
- 3:41Speaker 1: I want to say for the record. They are losing this.
- 3:46Speaker 1: They are losing this. in every way, except the president
- 3:50Speaker 1: continues to say things that makes him look bad.
- 3:54Speaker 2: And that was big trouble. And frankly, you know, with
- 3:58Speaker 2: the inflation, I've largely taken care of inflation. By the way,
- 4:02Speaker 2: the gasoline is going to go down. The oil is
- 4:04Speaker 2: going to go down like a rocket going in the
- 4:06Speaker 2: opposite direction as soon as we win that war, complete
- 4:10Speaker 2: the war. Already, you know, we've got total control. I
- 4:13Speaker 2: would say almost total. That could be a nuisance. But
- 4:16Speaker 2: we have control of the hormone strain.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You can't say the oil is going to go down
- 4:21Speaker 1: when we win the war when you already tell me
- 4:22Speaker 1: that we have control of the oil. You can't. It
- 4:25Speaker 1: doesn't work, sir. You know, the line is, we said
- 4:32Speaker 1: this from the beginning. If you go back to my
- 4:34Speaker 1: original writings on Trump in the first term, deeds versus words.
- 4:40Speaker 1: That's how I wrote it. Selena Zito said that Trump
- 4:45Speaker 1: should be taken seriously and not literally. um and it
- 4:51Speaker 1: both are are the same kind of a message don't
- 4:55Speaker 1: worry so much about what he says worry about what
- 4:56Speaker 1: he does but you can't say we've won we've won
- 5:01Speaker 1: we got this we got that we got the other
- 5:04Speaker 1: we have the oil we have the straight and then
- 5:06Speaker 1: say we have to win the war when you said
- 5:08Speaker 1: you've already won we know i'm right so why am
- 5:11Speaker 1: i going over this with you you know what i'm
- 5:13Speaker 1: saying He does this to himself. If I had been
- 5:20Speaker 1: in the interview, I would have been like, but you
- 5:21Speaker 1: said we won. You said we have the oil. Why
- 5:24Speaker 1: do you say the things, sir? Why can't you control
- 5:26Speaker 1: yourself enough to not say the things? Why do you
- 5:28Speaker 1: make my life more difficult? And that of all of
- 5:30Speaker 1: your supporters who want to support the policy. You're killing them, sir.
- 5:36Speaker 1: You're killing them. And then there was this about the midterms.
- 5:40Speaker 2: I think Mike is going to be great. I think
- 5:42Speaker 2: that we have some really good candidates running. And what
- 5:47Speaker 2: I'm going to do, I was explaining before, I'm going
- 5:49Speaker 2: to go out and I'm going to campaign like I
- 5:52Speaker 2: did for myself. And I'm going to hope that people
- 5:55Speaker 2: think that I'm on. And if I'm not on, if
- 5:58Speaker 2: they don't go out and vote, if they go out
- 6:00Speaker 2: and vote, we're going to win easily. But some people
- 6:03Speaker 2: like me more than they like the party. I mean,
- 6:05Speaker 2: you know, you can't be insulted by it. There's nothing
- 6:07Speaker 2: you can do about it. But if they go out
- 6:09Speaker 2: and vote, we're going to win. And if we don't,
- 6:12Speaker 2: our country is going to be in sad shape because.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Now, we've been arguing this for a while since the election.
- 6:19Speaker 1: They voted for Trump. They didn't vote for Republicans. And
- 6:21Speaker 1: Republicans are the only people who haven't learned this yet
- 6:25Speaker 1: and are still not campaigning like it. You're not him.
- 6:31Speaker 1: You have to prove yourself in different ways. I'm sorry,
- 6:36Speaker 1: we're in September now. I mean, tomorrow's September. And where
- 6:39Speaker 1: have you seen the hard-edged campaign from Republicans across the
- 6:44Speaker 1: country to win the midterms? Maybe we don't see it
- 6:47Speaker 1: because here, very often, the die is already cast. Where
- 6:53Speaker 1: are you seeing any of it anywhere? We should... You know,
- 6:57Speaker 1: people like him more and they should we should think
- 7:00Speaker 1: of him on the ballot and people that should be
- 7:01Speaker 1: the focus. I said the other day, this is crazy talk,
- 7:04Speaker 1: except maybe that's the only way to turn these people
- 7:07Speaker 1: on and get them to come out. He is right, though.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Republicans lose. Well, get ready for impeachment to start with.
- 7:16Speaker 1: But it's going to get real ugly real quick.
