  Speaker 1: and whatever you do, did heartily as to the Lord

  Speaker 1: and not to men. You know, we often think breakthrough

  Speaker 1: comes from one big moment, a major opportunity, a huge promotion,

  Speaker 1: a dramatic answer to prayer. But more often than not,
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: it's not the big things in termine our destiny. It's
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: the small, unseen, everyday choices. It's how you speak when
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: you're frustrated. It's how you respond when you're overlooked. It's
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: whether you show kindness when it's inconvenient. See, the little
• 0:51
  Speaker 1: things don't feel insignificant at the time. In fact, they

  Speaker 1: can feel unfair. Maybe at work you're not getting the

  Speaker 1: credit you deserve. Someone else is being recognized while you're

  Speaker 1: doing the heavy lifting. At home, you're the one making

  Speaker 1: sacrifices that go unnoticed. And relationships you're choosing patience while

  Speaker 1: the other person seems difficult. It's tempting to say, why

  Speaker 1: should I keep trying? Why should I go the extra

  Speaker 1: mile when no one appreciates it. See that's where this
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: scripture becomes so powerful. Do it as unto the Lord.

  Speaker 1: When you change your perspective, everything shifts. You're not just

  Speaker 1: being patient for your spouse. You're honoring God. You're not
• 1:32
  Speaker 1: just staying professional for your boss. You're representing God. You're
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: not just keeping your mouth closed. You're passing a spiritual test.

  Speaker 1: God is far more interested in your character than your comfort.

  Speaker 1: The way you handle the small moments reveal whether you're

  Speaker 1: ready for the bigger ones. If you can't manage your

  Speaker 1: attitudes and a minor inconvenience, how will you manage responsibility

  Speaker 1: at a higher level. Promotion doesn't ultimately come from people.

  Speaker 1: It comes from God. People may overlook you, but God

  Speaker 1: never does. Every time you choose integrity over impulse, kindness

  Speaker 1: over criticism, excellence over mediocrity, you're so in seeds, and

  Speaker 1: seeds always produce a harvest. The enemy wants you to

  Speaker 1: think the small things don't matter. Oh, but Heaven keeps

  Speaker 1: right thing when it's hard, when you honor God in private,

  Speaker 1: when you stay faithful in the mundane You're building a

  Speaker 1: foundation that can sustain the blessings God has prepared for you.

  Speaker 1: So don't let a small compromise delay of big destiny.

  Speaker 1: Don't let minor irritations rob you have made your favor.

  Speaker 1: Greatness is not built in grand gestures. It's built in

  Speaker 1: consistent obedience. And when you unor God in the little things, Oh,

  Speaker 1: He'll trust you with greater things. Oh Father, help us

  Speaker 1: to honor you into small, everyday moments of life. Teach

  Speaker 1: us to respond with integrity, kindness, and excellence even when

  Speaker 1: it's difficult or unnoticed. God, we choose to do everything

  Speaker 1: else unto you. We trust that You, God, are faithful,

  Speaker 1: and we will stay faithful. God, You'll lead us into

  Speaker 1: greater things when we do. In Jesus' name. Hey, now

  Speaker 1: that's your word for today. Take it applied to your

  Speaker 1: everyday life and you continue to be encouraged at inspired.
