- 0:41Speaker 4: It's too early, that's what we're doing.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Two pm is nice.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I like it a little later. I like it as
- 0:46Speaker 2: a lenner.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Sure four is a reasonable is yeah?
- 0:52Speaker 2: I think if you aim for three thirty, you hit four.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Yes.
- 0:55Speaker 4: I like that's what we're doing. We're aiming for three thirty.
- 0:57Speaker 5: We're calling everybody to come at two for a little appetizer, hang, chill,
- 1:02Speaker 5: and then sit down to eat at like three three thirty.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Usually there's a half hour of delay when you like
- 1:08Speaker 3: Thanksgiving meal, a half hour to forty five minutes delay
- 1:10Speaker 3: on that, but thank you, Martha Stewart.
- 1:12Speaker 2: So what do we got? Mostly sunny drive today, highs
- 1:14Speaker 2: in the mid sixties.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Rain is back again tomorrow making a cameo again, like
- 1:19Speaker 3: Will Ferrell in that Jonas Brothers movie.
- 1:22Speaker 2: You see You.
- 1:26Speaker 4: I haven't watched it yet.
- 1:27Speaker 2: No, man, it's so good. You gotta watch it.
- 1:30Speaker 3: It's a very Jonas Christmas featured real family members and
- 1:32Speaker 3: bunch of celeb cameos Will Ferrell, did one, Joe miss it?
- 1:36Speaker 2: Thanksgiving eight days away? Get in on that.
- 1:38Speaker 3: Then it's Christmas honeka on the holidays, New Year's pandew
- 1:42Speaker 3: bills today also got a bunch of jingle Ball tickets
- 1:44Speaker 3: to give away every single hour this morning. How are
- 1:46Speaker 3: you sis anything to know you're doing good?
- 1:48Speaker 4: Hundred percent?
- 1:49Speaker 6: You know, it's just busy. I feel like there's just
- 1:52Speaker 6: this time of the year. My mind is racing us
- 1:54Speaker 6: to like the gifts I need to get. And it's
- 1:56Speaker 6: not just family and friends, like it is the kid's
- 1:59Speaker 6: teacher and like the assistant teachers and all.
- 2:02Speaker 1: This buddies at the school, Like you have to think
- 2:05Speaker 1: of all these little gosh, yes much, it's so much.
- 2:09Speaker 1: But you know what, it's fun.
- 2:11Speaker 3: I'm responding to people right now, and they do this
- 2:13Speaker 3: this time of year when they say, how are you crazy?
- 2:16Speaker 2: Busy? Crazy busy? Is my response is so.
- 2:18Speaker 4: Cheesy, cliche twenty six I want to.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Say, that's rude busy. Now. I didn't know about this.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Did you guys know about setting your like wake up
- 2:27Speaker 3: time to a sleep cycle.
- 2:29Speaker 6: I heard about people doing it, and I know about
- 2:32Speaker 6: like sleep cycles in.
- 2:33Speaker 1: General, but no, have you ever done it? No, I've tried.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I've never I don't know that.
- 2:38Speaker 3: I honestly we talked about I think everything here over
- 2:41Speaker 3: the last two decades.
- 2:42Speaker 2: I don't remember this conversation.
- 2:44Speaker 3: But leave it to the next generation over there, or
- 2:47Speaker 3: in turn, Sophia, who likes el Fagan right, don't you
- 2:52Speaker 3: like that el Fagan restaurant?
- 2:53Speaker 2: Elf that one too.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Leave it to the next generation over there to set
- 3:06Speaker 3: their alarm to sleep cycle. So this is what you're doing, Sophia,
- 3:09Speaker 3: explain out works and why you're doing it, setting your
- 3:11Speaker 3: alarm to a sleep cycle.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:13Speaker 7: So now that I come in with you guys every
- 3:16Speaker 7: morning and we start really early, I've had to like
- 3:18Speaker 7: adjust my sleep a lot. So I've learned that when
- 3:22Speaker 7: we go to sleep, we go through four to six
- 3:23Speaker 7: stages of sleep, and those are like your sleep cycles.
- 3:26Speaker 7: So if you wake up like in the middle of
- 3:30Speaker 7: one of those sleep cycles, you're gonna wake up feeling
- 3:32Speaker 7: groggy and just more tired and not ready for the day.
- 3:35Speaker 7: But if you time it perfectly, and each of these
- 3:37Speaker 7: cycles are ninety minutes long, So if you time it
- 3:39Speaker 7: perfectly to where you finish a cycle at the end
- 3:43Speaker 7: of the ninety minutes and you wake up and set
- 3:45Speaker 7: your alarm to that time, you wake up feeling refreshed,
- 3:47Speaker 7: ready to go, like you're not tired, even though it's
- 3:50Speaker 7: like early in the morning, You'll still be like, good
- 3:52Speaker 7: to go.
- 3:52Speaker 3: This is impossible. I don't sleep in forty five or
- 3:55Speaker 3: ninety minute segments.
- 3:56Speaker 2: But you know what I know? I do not. No,
- 3:58Speaker 2: he gets out those No, that too, but I don't sleep.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I sleep like in twelve minute increments or twenty minute
- 4:05Speaker 3: in of course you do. So how would I set
- 4:07Speaker 3: my alarm for one of those delios? Where'm gonna come
- 4:09Speaker 3: out of my sleep cycle? I have to wake up
- 4:10Speaker 3: to set my alarm. Tont wan, I'm gonna wake up, Like,
- 4:12Speaker 3: how do you know when you're gonna wake up.
- 4:14Speaker 2: That's the problem I have with this.
- 4:15Speaker 7: So something if you have like a specific time the
- 4:18Speaker 7: next day you want to wake up, you can kind
- 4:20Speaker 7: of like count backwards in ninety minute increments of like
- 4:24Speaker 7: how long you want to sleep, like six hours, seven hours.
- 4:27Speaker 3: You basically just see science that you get exactly ninety
- 4:31Speaker 3: minutes every cycle.
- 4:32Speaker 2: To me, I don't think, I know, I don't.
- 4:34Speaker 6: For someone that sleeps through the whole cycle, I think, yes,
- 4:37Speaker 6: you get up, science back sleep.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Now when I get up, it's just me flipping, like
- 4:41Speaker 3: I flip every fifteen, twelve, twenty eight.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So you're still sleeping.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 4:45Speaker 3: I know I'm away because I make a moan when
- 4:47Speaker 3: I have to move my pillow to the other side.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Really my hug pillow.
- 4:51Speaker 1: That's fascinating. When I fall asleep, I don't wake up
- 4:54Speaker 1: and that alarm goes off.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Y'all should see me sleep.
- 4:57Speaker 6: You have a huggy pillow, Can you set up a
- 4:59Speaker 6: camera put it on the timeline.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I don't mind if that's what you want. I do
- 5:03Speaker 3: have a huggy pillow. Yes, I so just to be here.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I love that.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like this.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like a third person in the bed.
- 5:14Speaker 3: But I have to flip my huggy to the other side.
- 5:16Speaker 3: When I flip, yeah, and I go, oh, have you get.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Another huggy pillow on the other side.
- 5:22Speaker 2: No, but then I run into's like a bumper. I
- 5:23Speaker 2: run into it.
- 5:25Speaker 4: That's a great idea.
- 5:26Speaker 6: I only know that because I did it when I
- 5:28Speaker 6: was pregnant. I had so many pillows that every time
- 5:30Speaker 6: I have to move over, I'd have to move the
- 5:32Speaker 6: pillows so and then I just got two pillows on
- 5:33Speaker 6: each side.
- 5:34Speaker 3: That doesn't work. I'll be very busy on that side.
- 5:36Speaker 3: I can't intrude on space in case anybody shows up.
- 5:40Speaker 2: All right, I.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Don't know, Sophia, good luck with that, But I'm just
- 5:43Speaker 3: saying if that works for you, great, I just don't
- 5:45Speaker 3: know that it's perfect ninety minutes every time you have
- 5:47Speaker 3: a sleep cycle for me, we heard you. Great conversation.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Thank you, Little two point seven Kiss FM. What's that
- 5:57Speaker 3: Tailor's with documentary coming out on Disney Plus? I really
- 5:59Speaker 3: want to It's not for a while, right.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Since summer December twelfth or thirteenth.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Okay, soon, looking forward to seeing that. Yesterday we had
- 6:06Speaker 3: the director on from the Selena document.
- 6:08Speaker 1: It was super cool to talk Elos Dinos.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Yes, she had all that VHS footage she got to
- 6:15Speaker 3: see and put into it. You haven't seen it. That's
- 6:17Speaker 3: on Netflix. Now what is going on? We were talking about
- 6:21Speaker 3: Martha Stewart. She says the perfect time she wants you
- 6:23Speaker 3: to have Thanksgiving dinner. The perfect time is two pm.
- 6:26Speaker 2: For me.
- 6:27Speaker 3: That's too early to get everything ready in the kitchen.
- 6:30Speaker 3: To be ready by two that means you're really aiming
- 6:32Speaker 3: for one. And no, that's not And I want you
- 6:35Speaker 3: know when people come in.
- 6:36Speaker 6: We were never an early Thanksgiving family growing up as kids.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I mean we yeah, I was like eight pm.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Ready, we didn't go that far.
- 6:45Speaker 3: No, so your dad is now banned from the Thanksgiving kitchen.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I think in.
- 6:49Speaker 6: General, our parents are just banned from hosting Thanksgiving at
- 6:52Speaker 6: this point.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Look, my parents are in their eighties. I feel like
- 6:54Speaker 1: you guys should.
- 6:54Speaker 6: Just be grandparents and just sit on the couch and chill, like,
- 6:57Speaker 6: we don't need you in the kitchens, so to speak.
- 6:59Speaker 1: But this happen a few Thanksgiving to go.
- 7:01Speaker 6: Actually, they were hosting and I noticed that my dad
- 7:04Speaker 6: had the turkey in a bucket, like marinating.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I don't know, and that was it.
- 7:11Speaker 6: He had the turkey in the bucket overnight into the
- 7:14Speaker 6: next day and then cooked it, and apparently he thought
- 7:17Speaker 6: nothing was wrong with that.
- 7:19Speaker 2: And the bucket where I washed my car with the sponge,
- 7:21Speaker 2: no like le.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Home depot bucket.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Yes, on top of it.
- 7:27Speaker 6: Wasn't even about the bucket being dirty or anything like that.
- 7:30Speaker 6: It was just more of the fact that like this,
- 7:31Speaker 6: this turkey was not in the fridge all night, like
- 7:34Speaker 6: it was just.
- 7:35Speaker 2: In the bucket salted.
- 7:39Speaker 1: That was his argument.
- 7:40Speaker 6: But and I will give him, like, nobody got sick
- 7:45Speaker 6: with that turkey. I didn't know you could do that
- 7:48Speaker 6: with turkeys. I don't you can just leave him in
- 7:50Speaker 6: buckets over night?
- 7:51Speaker 2: That stuff?
- 7:51Speaker 3: Is that salty stuff? That that salty ham. Yeah, that's
- 7:55Speaker 3: all meat that was never cooked.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Oh, I guess you're right, and they hang it or something, right, it.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Salt all over and it's good to go.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I know, I did not know.
- 8:03Speaker 6: Well, there was that incident with that Thanksgiving, and then
- 8:05Speaker 6: there was another year where he it was just completely
- 8:08Speaker 6: undercooked and that was why we would eat so late
- 8:10Speaker 6: because it wasn't ready and it wasn't ready, and it
- 8:12Speaker 6: wasn't ready and so we're into like eight nine pm.
- 8:15Speaker 6: So that's what I'm saying. Our parents are banned, Like
- 8:17Speaker 6: we're just I love you so much, but let's just
- 8:18Speaker 6: like take it away in the way, like we're we
- 8:20Speaker 6: can host now.
- 8:22Speaker 3: My mother's the opposite. She couldn't wait till somebody took
- 8:25Speaker 3: over in the kitchen. Yet she is not coming near
- 8:28Speaker 3: that stuff. She's sitting in the living room playing with
- 8:29Speaker 3: floora the whole time.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Oh, it's the best. That's what they need to be doing.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Randy and Rosie take a load off, exactly exactly. And Randy,
- 8:37Speaker 3: you're right, brianing is fine in the buckets tell me
- 8:41Speaker 3: up next in a second year. Or there's a quick
- 8:43Speaker 3: change in your like when you get home routine you
- 8:46Speaker 3: could make if you want to save money on ordering takeout,
- 8:49Speaker 3: if that's something you go to all the time. Hey,
- 8:51Speaker 3: all right, let's get into this. You get on from work,
- 8:54Speaker 3: what do you do first, somebody, you're so tired? Like
- 8:56Speaker 3: what I do when I go from work is I
- 8:59Speaker 3: immediately pull off my clothes. Yeah, I put on my
- 9:02Speaker 3: comfy sweats or something that's loose. I slip in my
- 9:06Speaker 3: little fuzzy ugs, and I put on a very loose.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I think it's a woman's T shirt. Actually, good for you.
- 9:13Speaker 2: I didn't know that one. I got it, but it is.
- 9:15Speaker 3: I was told, yeah, but it's very like you know
- 9:18Speaker 3: how y'all have those T shirts with very open sleeves,
- 9:21Speaker 3: like very wide to that.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Above your arm. I got your right, where's that? What's
- 9:28Speaker 2: the part?
- 9:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't think of the name of that of
- 9:31Speaker 1: that style of.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Capriza pan.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I know Capriza Pan or both. I know what you're
- 9:41Speaker 1: talking about.
- 9:42Speaker 3: So the thing is, if you don't do that, and
- 9:44Speaker 3: if you find yourself you get into that mode where
- 9:47Speaker 3: you're relaxing, you kick back, and then you're so lazy
- 9:49Speaker 3: you don't want to make anything for yourself in the kitchen,
- 9:51Speaker 3: even if it's quick. You end up ordering food. You're
- 9:53Speaker 3: spending money on all that delivery. Yeah, I was told
- 9:57Speaker 3: you should just go straight into the kitchen when you
- 9:59Speaker 3: get home, and or to make something like interest change.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Smart and the minute you get comfying on the couch,
- 10:06Speaker 6: forget it.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's the same thing for me.
- 10:09Speaker 3: I when I want to watch something in the living room,
- 10:13Speaker 3: I have to go to the bedroom and do all
- 10:14Speaker 3: of my regimen thrust the teeth, wash the face.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Yeah, your beauty routine, moisture.
- 10:20Speaker 2: It up on the knees.
- 10:21Speaker 3: I have to get all that done before I watch
- 10:23Speaker 3: something because I want to not do all that afterwards.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Isn't that the worst of that feeling? You have to
- 10:26Speaker 3: go through all my stuff after watching something.
- 10:28Speaker 1: God forbid you don't loation your knees before you go
- 10:30Speaker 1: to bed.
- 10:30Speaker 4: That one got me too.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Oh, you don't think it'd be a turn off if
- 10:33Speaker 2: a guy had dry knees every day?
- 10:35Speaker 4: Loation your knees.
- 10:36Speaker 1: The image of you in your knees, it's not I'll
- 10:39Speaker 1: do it now.
- 10:40Speaker 2: It's like that on my knee.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Coup did you elbows?
- 10:43Speaker 1: Of course?
- 10:45Speaker 2: I think dry knees and elbows a turn off.
- 10:47Speaker 4: Looking at your elbows are so smooth.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Today's quote the version of you that doubted yourself is
- 10:59Speaker 3: no longer in charge now if you just got here,
- 11:03Speaker 3: good timing once again on you. Because Sisney says she
- 11:06Speaker 3: wants to call out Tanya, I am.
- 11:09Speaker 6: I have some questions. That's not a call aus, It's like,
- 11:12Speaker 6: let's call out. I mean now that I sit next
- 11:14Speaker 6: to her, like so close, I just noticed a few things.
- 11:17Speaker 3: It is the best that you guys are in such
- 11:19Speaker 3: close ximite that it's awkward.
- 11:22Speaker 2: I love it so much. Thank you, Thank you.
- 11:25Speaker 3: First Sustany, let's get into the headlines and we'll do that.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Pay some bills, gingleball tickets, it's all rolling. On a Wednesday,
- 11:30Speaker 3: This FM headlines with Sisy So.
- 11:33Speaker 6: Investigators determined a gas leak caused the explosion at Echino'
- 11:37Speaker 6: Hill's home that injured several people.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Over the weekend, a.
- 11:42Speaker 6: Federal judge did I bail again for the man accused
- 11:45Speaker 6: of causing the Palisades fire. In January, officials rolled out
- 11:49Speaker 6: the La is Open campaign to help boost tourism and
- 11:53Speaker 6: support small businesses still recovering from January's wildfires, and date
- 11:58Speaker 6: McRae's deluxe version of So Close to What is out
- 12:01Speaker 6: Friday and features twenty one tracks.
- 12:04Speaker 3: It is a gift to be so close to somebody
- 12:07Speaker 3: that you work with that you can say what's on
- 12:09Speaker 3: your mind, you know.
- 12:11Speaker 8: I was.
- 12:11Speaker 3: I was back home a lot over the last days,
- 12:15Speaker 3: right in and out of Atlanta, right and I saw
- 12:17Speaker 3: some of my high school buddies, and one of my
- 12:19Speaker 3: high school buddies told me that he told one of
- 12:21Speaker 3: our other buddies that he was just he looked like
- 12:24Speaker 3: a square right now? And what was he why why
- 12:28Speaker 3: do you say that he didn't he just looked square
- 12:32Speaker 3: like he was. He just thought he was unhealthy, oh
- 12:34Speaker 3: like physically got it. I just called him out. Wow,
- 12:37Speaker 3: I would never say that.
- 12:38Speaker 1: I would hear there.
- 12:39Speaker 2: No problem saying that. We can say that, like we're
- 12:42Speaker 2: that close.
- 12:44Speaker 4: I've never heard that term before of us square.
- 12:47Speaker 2: So here we are.
- 12:48Speaker 1: And that's when you acted like you can act like
- 12:50Speaker 1: a square.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I've never heard this. That's what he said to me.
- 12:53Speaker 2: It's a South I grew up in the South.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Yeah, we do, all right.
- 12:57Speaker 3: So anyway, Sisiny has something. I don't know what it
- 13:00Speaker 3: is that she wants to call out about Tanya.
- 13:02Speaker 2: What is it?
- 13:02Speaker 6: I just have a few observations. So I am very
- 13:04Speaker 6: easily distracted. And now that Tanya is sitting over here
- 13:07Speaker 6: next to me, like this used to just be like
- 13:09Speaker 6: my area and there was nobody around me, and now
- 13:11Speaker 6: I had like I see I can see her computer screen.
- 13:14Speaker 6: I can see area too. It's not about not liking it.
- 13:18Speaker 6: You don't have to get defensive.
- 13:19Speaker 1: This is not anything bad.
- 13:21Speaker 4: I'm scared.
- 13:22Speaker 6: Don't be scared. So I noticed that during the show.
- 13:26Speaker 6: And sometimes she's on her phone and she's and I
- 13:29Speaker 6: was like, okay, find whatever, checking a text message my maybe,
- 13:32Speaker 6: but no, she is like scrolling not Instagram, but she's
- 13:36Speaker 6: scrolling her own photo camera roll.
- 13:40Speaker 2: No, she just looks.
- 13:42Speaker 1: She looks at her pictures a lot, and.
- 13:46Speaker 6: Then my eyeballs will go and then she's like, it's
- 13:48Speaker 6: a picture of Sonny and she's like zooming in on Sonny,
- 13:51Speaker 6: and then it's like a picture of Robbie and.
- 13:52Speaker 1: It's like she's zooming in on Robbie.
- 13:54Speaker 6: And then she scrolls and she scrolls and she finds
- 13:55Speaker 6: other people that I can't recognize. But it's just so
- 13:58Speaker 6: I'm like, I can't help, but my eye balls be
- 14:00Speaker 6: like attracted to like what's happening on her computer, her phone,
- 14:03Speaker 6: her things.
- 14:03Speaker 1: And she moved around a lot.
- 14:04Speaker 6: Like that's that's basically where my jenueo is coming down.
- 14:11Speaker 4: Okay, so this makes sense.
- 14:14Speaker 5: But my Robbie and I are hosting Thanksgiving this year
- 14:18Speaker 5: and we're doing something we're creating a cake with we
- 14:22Speaker 5: need every family member's photo, and so I'm in charge
- 14:25Speaker 5: of getting robbed the photos because he's going to photoshop
- 14:27Speaker 5: the photo and make so I'm in charge of gathering
- 14:30Speaker 5: the photos. But the photos need to be the right
- 14:32Speaker 5: size of everybody's faces.
- 14:33Speaker 4: And we have thirty family members.
- 14:35Speaker 3: So what we're saying, Sissy and I think thinking the
- 14:38Speaker 3: same thing about to say, is we only asked from
- 14:40Speaker 3: six to ten we as.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Your photo search. I'll do it.
- 14:47Speaker 4: I don't do when we're talking, I'll do it.
- 14:49Speaker 2: If I don't know what do I do. I can't
- 14:51Speaker 2: see her.
- 14:52Speaker 6: She's doing anything during commercial brands shocking.
- 14:57Speaker 4: We had a deadline to get it's done. We had
- 14:59Speaker 4: a deadline.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Is created deadline like you didn't need to.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Do this case.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Thanksgiving because there's so much to do.
- 15:09Speaker 4: I'm like, this needs to be done by tomorrow.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You know, since we're letting it all out.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Oh the broom for this.
- 15:16Speaker 6: I do have one more bone du pick actually literally.
- 15:21Speaker 6: So we were in the bathroom the other day, like
- 15:23Speaker 6: we usually, we're kind of the same schedule.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Women go to the bathroom. She's doing her dishes in
- 15:27Speaker 1: the bathroom sink.
- 15:28Speaker 9: What okay, first of all, this is my dish, her coffee, No,
- 15:35Speaker 9: you had two you had to have And I was like,
- 15:38Speaker 9: what are you doing?
- 15:39Speaker 6: She's like, I'm just rinsing it out because I'm just
- 15:41Speaker 6: rinsing out like you have a whole kitchen just down
- 15:43Speaker 6: the hall.
- 15:44Speaker 4: But two birds, one stone. I'm going to the bathroom
- 15:46Speaker 4: and then.
- 15:46Speaker 2: I brings that wash your drs.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Did you use the kitchen like people are washing their
- 15:52Speaker 1: hands in there?
- 15:55Speaker 2: It's true, says truth.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Now she brings her dishes into the bathroom.
- 15:59Speaker 3: That just be what about the breakroom where you're supposed
- 16:02Speaker 3: to wash the dishes.
- 16:03Speaker 5: I don't necessarily go in the breakroom every morning, but
- 16:05Speaker 5: I go to the bathroom every morning, and so I
- 16:07Speaker 5: just read your dishes.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Don't let me go in the bathroom where all of
- 16:10Speaker 3: us go to the bathroom.
- 16:10Speaker 6: That I don't like smell the bone broth like linger
- 16:13Speaker 6: through the pipes.
- 16:16Speaker 2: This is so great. Thank you for sitting questions.
- 16:20Speaker 4: You know what, I have no bones to peak. I
- 16:22Speaker 4: love sitting next to you.
- 16:23Speaker 3: It's just like the thing you're missing. Yeah, you to
- 16:27Speaker 3: tell us something that's driving you crazy. So yeah, go
- 16:32Speaker 3: find something that makes you nuts about us.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Please?
- 16:35Speaker 4: Okay, all right, this is fun.
- 16:38Speaker 2: I guess what we have Thursday Friday show.
- 16:40Speaker 1: We got lots of time, hopefully years to come.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Thank you. I really appreciate you coming along.
- 16:45Speaker 3: And it is so fun to do what we were
- 16:48Speaker 3: just doing a few minutes ago, where you just call
- 16:50Speaker 3: out somebody you work with.
- 16:51Speaker 2: I love it. Please call us out, call us out
- 16:53Speaker 2: on the phones. Do anything.
- 16:54Speaker 6: Oh, that could be a fun segment for listeners to
- 16:57Speaker 6: call us.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Yeah, call us out. What do you hear that makes
- 17:00Speaker 3: you nuts? Call us out? Call us out and call
- 17:02Speaker 3: us out. I think that it just makes us closer.
- 17:05Speaker 3: When you called out Tanya for doing her dishes in
- 17:08Speaker 3: the bathroom here, you caught out Tony for scrolling her
- 17:11Speaker 3: camera roll during the show here.
- 17:13Speaker 2: But now we're closer.
- 17:15Speaker 6: I mean, I was just genuinely curious, like why she
- 17:16Speaker 6: started her pictures so much.
- 17:17Speaker 5: I said, I'm going to show you a picture of
- 17:19Speaker 5: the finished product because it's turning out so good.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Because you're doing it for four hours of morning while
- 17:26Speaker 3: around the air, let's do the trending report Tanya.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Yes, Okay.
- 17:30Speaker 5: So Sophia Bush, she is undeniably the star of the
- 17:34Speaker 5: CW show One Tree Hill. Like to me, Sophia Bush
- 17:38Speaker 5: was One Tree Hill. It was what's what's the when?
- 17:41Speaker 5: When it's a cast of a multiple people ensemble cast.
- 17:45Speaker 5: But to me, she was the star, and she's getting
- 17:47Speaker 5: honest about her salary back in the day, So she
- 17:51Speaker 5: revealed how much she ended up making per episode. She said, once,
- 17:54Speaker 5: I paid ten percent to my managers, ten percent to
- 17:56Speaker 5: my agents, five percent to my lawyers, a publicist, feed taxes,
- 17:59Speaker 5: and then the k for my apartment in Wilmington, which
- 18:01Speaker 5: she had was mandatory to relocate. I was taking home
- 18:05Speaker 5: three k per episode, So it's a lot of money.
- 18:09Speaker 5: But what really put into perspective and what was the
- 18:12Speaker 5: kicker and what everybody is kind of talking about from
- 18:14Speaker 5: this interview.
- 18:16Speaker 10: Was that.
- 18:17Speaker 5: It was the discrepancy between her male co stars. She said,
- 18:20Speaker 5: it took me twenty years in this industry. Year twenty
- 18:24Speaker 5: was the first time I got paid equally to my
- 18:27Speaker 5: male co stars. So that is the thing that people
- 18:31Speaker 5: are kind of just like really globbing onto because it
- 18:33Speaker 5: wasn't necessarily the number. It was that it's an ensemble
- 18:37Speaker 5: cast and the men were just making so much more
- 18:39Speaker 5: than her when in my opinion, she carried the show.
- 18:42Speaker 6: Yeah, and if the men were making three k the same,
- 18:44Speaker 6: then like, okay, whatever, we're all in this together, correct.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Like friends, Like they all kind of were making the
- 18:49Speaker 5: same toulous. It's it's all relitive for each other, right, yea,
- 18:55Speaker 5: because they were like, we all it's an ensemble cast,
- 18:57Speaker 5: we're all getting paid the same.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Well, that's when wondering like, if if she were to
- 19:00Speaker 3: go to the rest of the cast there, right, what
- 19:03Speaker 3: would they have done?
- 19:04Speaker 2: Would they have stood by her? Would they have tried
- 19:05Speaker 2: to help out? To be right? To raise the bar
- 19:08Speaker 2: for everybody?
- 19:09Speaker 4: Yeah, it's interesting.
- 19:10Speaker 5: It's interesting because I just feel like, also there is
- 19:13Speaker 5: when people talk about this, there is this thing. I
- 19:15Speaker 5: feel like men ask for what they want and have
- 19:17Speaker 5: an easier time doing it, whereas I feel like women,
- 19:20Speaker 5: not all women, but women generally don't. And so I
- 19:23Speaker 5: think that now she's saying she finally, after twenty years,
- 19:26Speaker 5: got her voice to kind of speak up for herself.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Have you met Sophia Bush? You have right, I have.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Not, But I, oh my god, I feel like she's
- 19:33Speaker 1: in this building all the time.
- 19:34Speaker 4: Don't you do her podcast?
- 19:36Speaker 10: Uh?
- 19:38Speaker 1: Why don't you stuck her? Don't you find her?
- 19:40Speaker 3: I sat across I've met her, but I sat across
- 19:43Speaker 3: from her in the wild at a restaurant a.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Couple of years ago.
- 19:47Speaker 3: And I don't want to say I was like watching
- 19:49Speaker 3: her because that's weird, right, But I was watching how
- 19:52Speaker 3: nice she was that everybody in the restaurant.
- 19:54Speaker 4: I always like to.
- 19:55Speaker 2: See if you know someone, like, what are they really
- 19:58Speaker 2: like in the wild.
- 19:59Speaker 3: I've heard she's it's really nice, super angelically sweet.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yes, and I love that.
- 20:04Speaker 1: That's nice to know.
- 20:05Speaker 10: Dan.
- 20:05Speaker 3: I walked over and said hi, because I do know her.
- 20:08Speaker 3: I've never seen her in that setting.
- 20:09Speaker 4: I love her.
- 20:10Speaker 1: But you watched her from Afar first, and then you
- 20:12Speaker 1: walked up.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Yeah, how do you spot people? Yeah, that's what you do.
- 20:17Speaker 3: Want to go in? Okay, I will call me out.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Let's go. Come on, all right, I just did more more.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Now let's get to the match game and this will
- 20:27Speaker 3: be for tickets to our jingle Ball presented by Capital
- 20:30Speaker 3: One Sierra.

- 21:22Speaker 3: Is there a match?
- 21:23Speaker 1: I said, coat too, No match there?

- 21:28Speaker 1: I said rain check?
- 21:31Speaker 2: Right, Sophia comes down to you. If you say rainbow,
- 21:35Speaker 2: she gets a point. What'd you say?
- 21:36Speaker 6: I said, rainbow, Sophia, the engine coming through for you.
- 21:42Speaker 3: Sierra, All right, Zach, Here we go. Yours is life blank,
- 21:49Speaker 3: life blank. Think about that, life? What gotta get to
- 21:53Speaker 3: to win two matches?
- 21:55Speaker 2: Here? What'd you say, Zach? Uh? Saber lifesaver, life saver, lifesaver?
- 22:03Speaker 2: All right, Sisney, lifesaver.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Skills, life skills.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Tanya, lifesaver for the match, I said, lifeless, Ruby, life partner.
- 22:16Speaker 1: To be a life vesta.
- 22:21Speaker 3: That was tough, tough, tough, Sorry about that.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Zach. We do love you and we invite you to
- 22:26Speaker 2: help you all the time.
- 22:26Speaker 6: Please, of course, thank you so much, thank you, bye bye.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Now see I didn't want to celebrate too much in
- 22:35Speaker 3: front of Zach, but you got the tickets, gratulations. Thank
- 22:40Speaker 3: you so much.
- 22:40Speaker 4: I'm so excited.
- 22:42Speaker 3: We are too. Thank you for doing so great in
- 22:44Speaker 3: the match game. And we'll talk to you real soon.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Hold on, all right, we'll see you there at Jingleboll.
- 22:48Speaker 11: Okay, thank you.
- 22:49Speaker 12: I appreciate it.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Very very welcome, our pleasure on air with Ryan Secrets.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Everything off this morning on a Wednesday. Now let's go
- 23:01Speaker 3: to the back room, Mikayla. As I've said before, I
- 23:05Speaker 3: feel a responsibility to make sure that everyone working here
- 23:09Speaker 3: is in a very successful, committed relationship. Before I focus
- 23:11Speaker 3: on myself. So now you're the next I would say project.
- 23:16Speaker 3: But now you're the next focus.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Can we can help you?
- 23:20Speaker 3: Well, let's just focus on Mikayla. First sekday, Sure, she
- 23:23Speaker 3: found a guy. You met this guy where.
- 23:26Speaker 8: So this sky likes man hinge.
- 23:28Speaker 2: On hinge And what did you like about him?
- 23:30Speaker 8: So he liked me first, but I matched with him
- 23:33Speaker 8: because of my friends.
- 23:36Speaker 2: What do you mean by that, I don't understand.
- 23:37Speaker 8: So I I was scrolling through a hinge on the
- 23:40Speaker 8: couch with my roommate and I was like, wait, this
- 23:43Speaker 8: guy seems perfect for my roommate. I showed her the
- 23:46Speaker 8: picture and she goes, oh, he's cute. So I had
- 23:49Speaker 8: to like him back before I could move on.
- 23:52Speaker 1: So I did.
- 23:53Speaker 8: But I want to message him for my friend.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Is that bad?
- 23:55Speaker 8: Or should I unmatch with him?
- 23:56Speaker 10: Well?
- 23:56Speaker 2: What of for a say?
- 23:57Speaker 3: I didn't know that, like you sit with groups or
- 23:59Speaker 3: couples people to scroll through your hingies that like sharing
- 24:05Speaker 3: the responses in the scrolls? Is that something that you do?
- 24:07Speaker 3: Did you do that tiny when you hinged?
- 24:09Speaker 4: I did it with all of you.
- 24:10Speaker 2: No, I didn't sit there and look at you.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Yes you did, Yes you did.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Yes.
- 24:15Speaker 2: I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Am I wrong?
- 24:19Speaker 8: No?
- 24:19Speaker 2: There's anything wrong with that? Michiela to me pass it on? Yeah?
- 24:22Speaker 4: Oh yes, No, I don't think so.
- 24:24Speaker 6: Not if she's never met him and never kissed him
- 24:26Speaker 6: and never went on a date with him, like he's a.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Stranger and spotted the guy for her roommate.
- 24:30Speaker 4: No, but he matched with you because he wants to
- 24:33Speaker 4: date you.
- 24:33Speaker 6: He doesn't care a dude, he doesn't care right.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Early days, Like.
- 24:41Speaker 8: How would you feel Ryan if someone did that to you?
- 24:43Speaker 2: Are you explaining to me what happens to me?
- 24:46Speaker 8: So you're like, say you like Tanya unhinged, and you
- 24:50Speaker 8: were wanted to match with her, to go on a
- 24:52Speaker 8: date with her, but then she messaged you and said, hey,
- 24:55Speaker 8: don't think we're a match, but I think you're perfect
- 24:57Speaker 8: from my friend totally cool down.
- 25:01Speaker 1: She's like doing all the work for him.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Yeah, because at this.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Stage doesn't matter, Like, I'm just trying to get up
- 25:05Speaker 3: exactly whatever you're doing.
- 25:07Speaker 4: But you fish the one you swiped on.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's I don't know that that's real. I
- 25:12Speaker 2: just like, yeah.
- 25:13Speaker 1: He probably swiped a bunch of other girls too.
- 25:16Speaker 5: I would be so annoyed if I swiped on a
- 25:18Speaker 5: guy yes, and he goes, actually, I want to match
- 25:22Speaker 5: you up with my.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Not because he doesn't talk like that.
- 25:26Speaker 1: But you never know, what if the other guy is
- 25:28Speaker 1: cut and hit it off.
- 25:30Speaker 3: And also like if he matched with you and that's good,
- 25:33Speaker 3: what if the roommate's great, Like he knows that you're
- 25:36Speaker 3: good for him, but great for the roommate.
- 25:38Speaker 2: I'm an advocate.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Okay, I think it's great and you don't know this
- 25:41Speaker 1: guy anything, so just do it.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm no qualms, all right, perfect, what are you
- 25:48Speaker 2: gonna do?
- 25:48Speaker 8: I'm gonna message him for my friend.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Yeah. They were doing this with us before he did
- 25:53Speaker 2: it with him. That's so sweet, considerate shop.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Wheel of Fortune dot Com is the link, Tony, if
- 25:58Speaker 3: you want to buy that Wheel of Fortune.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I'm rella for the rainy days in.
- 26:01Speaker 5: La I'm going I'd literally have never gotten hit up
- 26:04Speaker 5: more for a link.
- 26:06Speaker 2: I'm probably fit at home too. You can just turn
- 26:08Speaker 2: it to the side and spin it.
- 26:09Speaker 3: It's just like, yeah, So we're talking about Culver City
- 26:13Speaker 3: and Sony is down there a lot of great blocks
- 26:16Speaker 3: to walk and have coffee restaurants, pieces and things like that.
- 26:18Speaker 2: I'm down there quite often.
- 26:20Speaker 3: And now they're talking about doing something there downtown right
- 26:24Speaker 3: in Culver City.
- 26:25Speaker 6: Oh yeah, they're talking about having people being able to
- 26:28Speaker 6: walk legally with drinks in hand during certain events. So
- 26:34Speaker 6: not like all the time. Right now, they're taking like
- 26:36Speaker 6: little baby steps. As we know, Santa Monica has done
- 26:38Speaker 6: this on Third Street Promenade. They had to do it
- 26:40Speaker 6: on weekends anyway, Culver City council agree to look more
- 26:44Speaker 6: into it. The idea would be to set up entertainment zones,
- 26:47Speaker 6: have it be you know, kind of organized in that sense,
- 26:50Speaker 6: and it would cover several blocks of the business district.
- 26:53Speaker 6: So if you're familiar down there, you have like you know,
- 26:55Speaker 6: Jameson's Pub thirty three taps that area, and it could
- 26:58Speaker 6: be for occasions for now, think World Cup, Olympics, even
- 27:03Speaker 6: the tree lighting which is coming up on December fourth
- 27:06Speaker 6: this year. They want to see if they can just
- 27:08Speaker 6: bring some more energy back into the area and kind
- 27:10Speaker 6: of juz it up, because yes, we need a little
- 27:13Speaker 6: bit more life in that night life downtown area of
- 27:15Speaker 6: Culver City.
- 27:16Speaker 3: I vote yes. I know it's just for the special occasions.
- 27:20Speaker 3: I thought it was more often than that it is Saturdays,
- 27:23Speaker 3: but I vote yeah.
- 27:25Speaker 1: I think so too.
- 27:27Speaker 3: I still think it's exciting all these things are coming
- 27:29Speaker 3: to LA because LA is gonna evolve, It's gonna gonna
- 27:32Speaker 3: things are gonna start happening here and already are in LA,
- 27:36Speaker 3: and these little perks will come along with it. Sure
- 27:39Speaker 3: there'll be the downside of a lot of people in
- 27:41Speaker 3: traffic and like that, but there are some perks. I mean,
- 27:45Speaker 3: I don't know that I have any reason to say
- 27:48Speaker 3: that wouldn't be fun for me.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Do you see a downside, Tanya?
- 27:53Speaker 5: No, Actually I only see upside because I feel like
- 27:55Speaker 5: the biggest thing that my girlfriends complain about is that
- 27:58Speaker 5: there's not enough places to meet people like single people.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Well, discuds solve that, yes, and they're right in hand.
- 28:06Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 28:07Speaker 3: So let me grab Mariah here in San Dimas. Mariah,
- 28:10Speaker 3: good morning, and thank you for reaching out to us.
- 28:12Speaker 3: How you doing, I'm doing all right? How about you
- 28:16Speaker 3: doing fine? We want to talk about this issue you're
- 28:18Speaker 3: having around Thanksgiving. You're saying your boyfriend is spending Thanksgiving
- 28:23Speaker 3: with his ex's family. Yes, can you give us a
- 28:29Speaker 3: little context on this?
- 28:31Speaker 10: Sure? So I've been dating here for about five months now,
- 28:35Speaker 10: and he usually spends his holiday with his ex girlfriend's family,
- 28:41Speaker 10: and they dated for a few years. He gots super
- 28:44Speaker 10: close to the parents, and even after the breakup, they
- 28:47Speaker 10: just kept inviting him. So he's been going every year.
- 28:52Speaker 4: And that's weird.
- 28:53Speaker 1: This is a no for me.
- 28:56Speaker 2: But have you expressed it you're uncomfortable with this?
- 29:00Speaker 10: I he's offered to let me go with him to
- 29:05Speaker 10: see that it's nothing, It has nothing to do with
- 29:07Speaker 10: the X. She won't even be there. She lives in Boston.
- 29:11Speaker 10: But but I'm definitely uncomfortable. I just haven't really responded
- 29:15Speaker 10: just yet.
- 29:15Speaker 6: I don't know if it's I don't know, Ryan, Ryan,
- 29:23Speaker 6: I don't know what you're gonna say.
- 29:24Speaker 2: You don't know what I'm saying. Yes, I don't understand
- 29:27Speaker 2: in any world where this would be.
- 29:29Speaker 3: Okay, wow, okay, Well, if somebody could speak around here,
- 29:34Speaker 3: be nice, get mine.
- 29:36Speaker 2: And I'm and I'm friends with my ex girlfriends.
- 29:39Speaker 3: I still don't think if I was with somebody, I
- 29:42Speaker 3: would think it's appropriate to go see her parents. And
- 29:45Speaker 3: I'm still close to her parents to this day, their.
- 29:48Speaker 6: Parents, So he should be at your Thanksgiving with you
- 29:51Speaker 6: and your family.
- 29:53Speaker 3: I think this is a sign, what kind of sign
- 29:57Speaker 3: one foot out that, like one foot's not in the pool.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Or door whatever.
- 30:00Speaker 1: It's like, you're right that.
- 30:02Speaker 3: This is inconsiderate, it's not focused, it's not committed, it
- 30:06Speaker 3: is disrespectful. I don't really I don't really think there's
- 30:09Speaker 3: any reason why he should do this.
- 30:14Speaker 6: Okay, I'd break up with him, I mean, that's drastic,
- 30:18Speaker 6: but I think conversation needs to be had.
- 30:21Speaker 1: She had it and he's like, come with me again.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Does he want to get back with his ex girlfriend?
- 30:27Speaker 10: Yes, and he swears he doesn't.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Okay, I don't trust him in this. Honestly, I believe him,
- 30:35Speaker 3: and there's something weird going on there. So you're right
- 30:37Speaker 3: to be bothered and maybe upset about it. Mariah, thank
- 30:40Speaker 3: you for listening.
- 30:42Speaker 10: Thanks.
- 30:43Speaker 3: You know, I forget each year. What is so excited
- 30:46Speaker 3: about the holidays? And I forget the drama that comes
- 30:48Speaker 3: with all the holiday.
- 30:48Speaker 1: There's so much stress, right, I.
- 30:50Speaker 3: Just wish we could not have they just please be
- 30:54Speaker 3: drama free.
- 30:54Speaker 5: But also like five months is kind of early, so
- 30:57Speaker 5: maybe they don't want to spend the holidays together, which
- 30:59Speaker 5: I also understand. And you know, going to the X, Yeah,
- 31:02Speaker 5: he should be with his own family.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Like what on Air with Ryan Seacrest phone screen of
- 31:11Speaker 3: Phonsie looking for Love and Disneyland every weekend. What I
- 31:16Speaker 3: love is that it doesn't take much to excite fansie
- 31:18Speaker 3: like he got excited about this. This is the Winter
- 31:20Speaker 3: Foody preview And basically these are different restaurants and places
- 31:25Speaker 3: around southern California to do some cool stuff for the season. So,
- 31:28Speaker 3: for example, Chick fil A is doing something unique, right, Fonzie.
- 31:32Speaker 11: Yeah, so I'm actually really hyped for this one. It's
- 31:34Speaker 11: gonna be the Peppermin Chip menu, So we have a
- 31:37Speaker 11: lot of fun drinks that we're gonna have, so including
- 31:39Speaker 11: the Peppermin Chip milkshake, the ice coffee, the Peppermin frosted coffee,
- 31:44Speaker 11: which is normally where they blend the coffee and ice
- 31:46Speaker 11: cream together, and then an ice cream cone which is
- 31:48Speaker 11: what they call their ice cream cones with Peppermin chips,
- 31:50Speaker 11: so like peppermint sprinkles.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Do you know what?
- 31:52Speaker 3: I realized that when I'm full, if I have anything
- 31:55Speaker 3: peppermint flavored, I don't feel it comforts me.
- 31:59Speaker 2: It cools me. I feel much better very quick. Yeah, yeah,
- 32:02Speaker 2: obviously does.
- 32:02Speaker 3: I'm about pepmint sweets, peppermint chocolate, chip ice cream, mint
- 32:07Speaker 3: chip ice cream.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Right. The mint oh so good.
- 32:10Speaker 6: It's like the little chocolate you get at Olive Garden
- 32:12Speaker 6: and at the very end of your meal.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Very refreshing.
- 32:14Speaker 3: Right, Yes, it's like it's a cool burst of fun andies.
- 32:18Speaker 3: All right, So Phonsie's Winter foody preview. What Starbucks doing
- 32:20Speaker 3: this time of year?
- 32:21Speaker 11: Oh dude, Well, I'm excited that they're back because I
- 32:24Speaker 11: started off the holiday season with honorable mentioned the iced
- 32:28Speaker 11: sugar cookie latte.
- 32:29Speaker 2: That's what I did. It was really good.
- 32:30Speaker 11: But they also have the Gingerbread Chai Latte, which I
- 32:33Speaker 11: personally think if you're trying to avoid coffee, that's the
- 32:36Speaker 11: best one to get. It's very spicy, very warming, cozy,
- 32:39Speaker 11: and you can get at ice and you'll still feel
- 32:41Speaker 11: those same cozy vibes either way. And yeah, a lot
- 32:45Speaker 11: of great stuff. I also had the Polar Bear cake
- 32:47Speaker 11: pop and that was just really fun. So I share
- 32:49Speaker 11: those with my little brothers all the time.
- 32:50Speaker 3: You know, if I'm going to Starbucks, this is me.
- 32:52Speaker 3: I'm getting caffeine. I'm getting a coffee. I like all
- 32:56Speaker 3: this these cute things, but I am taking down that
- 33:01Speaker 3: liquid as a as a kick.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Does the childe lat to give you a kick? I
- 33:06Speaker 2: don't think it.
- 33:06Speaker 3: It doesn't give the same kick, right, It's more of
- 33:09Speaker 3: a flavor, it's more of a vibe. Yeah, all right. Lastly,
- 33:11Speaker 3: since we're getting close to Thanksgiving.
- 33:13Speaker 11: Yeah, and so I just want to shout out my
- 33:15Speaker 11: favorite holiday offering that we have, like throughout the Southland
- 33:19Speaker 11: this time of year, and it's always the Thanksgiving leftover
- 33:21Speaker 11: sandwiches and so honorable mentioned to the place where I
- 33:24Speaker 11: will find my forever person.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Disneyland.
- 33:26Speaker 11: They have the thanks Miss Yeah, the thanks Miss Holiday Sandwich,
- 33:30Speaker 11: which is essentially Thanksgiving leftovers, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce and
- 33:36Speaker 11: on a nice like toasted loaf with housemaid chips.
- 33:39Speaker 2: It's really who eats that?
- 33:41Speaker 3: Every week that I see at Real Fortune, Vana White
- 33:45Speaker 3: she eats not that from Disneyland. She eats a Thanksgiving
- 33:49Speaker 3: like little Thanksgiving cranberry turkey sandwich as her meal when
- 33:54Speaker 3: we're taping the show Delicious.
- 33:56Speaker 2: But that wouldn't I always say that that would burn
- 33:58Speaker 2: it out for me.
- 33:58Speaker 1: I love a turkey sandwich.
- 34:00Speaker 3: I do too, but not the exact same flavors Bady flavors,
- 34:04Speaker 3: cranberry flavors as Thanksgiving, I need that less to make
- 34:07Speaker 3: it special, all right, go ahead, Fanzi.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:09Speaker 11: And so also, if in case you're not gonna be
- 34:12Speaker 11: at the park of that same day, you can always
- 34:14Speaker 11: go down the street over the Anaheim packing district. The
- 34:17Speaker 11: Croft is my gosh, one of my favorite places. On
- 34:20Speaker 11: top of the fact that they have their own version
- 34:23Speaker 11: of the sandwich, it comes with turkey stuffing, gravy fried onions,
- 34:26Speaker 11: arugula and cranberry. You can get that as a sandwich
- 34:29Speaker 11: or as poutine style Canadian friedes.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Poutine Canadian fries yum. And if you couldn't catch all,
- 34:35Speaker 3: that's a lot of info. KISSFM dot com, Sash Ryan.
- 34:38Speaker 3: Inside our I radio app, we got that talkback feature.
- 34:41Speaker 3: You can reach out to us. Pretty easy way to
- 34:44Speaker 3: do it. You sound great when you do it in
- 34:46Speaker 3: sat our irt radio app the red talkback microphone. So
- 34:49Speaker 3: I'm gonna play something back. These are different things that
- 34:51Speaker 3: we've gotten. Liza in Oakdale Sistani and Tanya thinks that
- 34:54Speaker 3: she has a solution to my phone issues.
- 34:57Speaker 2: I could not believe my phone. I was not the.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Glass of my phone wouldn't scroll, wouldn't do any command.
- 35:05Speaker 3: And I got another one and it did the same thing.
- 35:08Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 35:09Speaker 4: Hey, Ryan, it's please.
- 35:11Speaker 6: I'm listening to you about your phone issue.
- 35:15Speaker 3: And maybe you just got dirty fingers.
- 35:18Speaker 10: Maybe wash them.
- 35:21Speaker 2: By Oh maybe it's lotion or grease.
- 35:23Speaker 1: Oh wash your fingers.
- 35:25Speaker 2: I do wash my.
- 35:26Speaker 3: Fingers could be palmade, it could be moisturizer.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Who knows dirty fingers?
- 35:33Speaker 3: Kim and Tennessee heard that. I yeah, I went to
- 35:36Speaker 3: the doctor. I lost some height. Apparently I didn't lose
- 35:39Speaker 3: as much as they're telling me. I lost. Obviously, you
- 35:41Speaker 3: guys would have said something. You would have seen for
- 35:42Speaker 3: sure with the naked eye. But I went in to
- 35:45Speaker 3: get my height done for my physical and all of
- 35:47Speaker 3: a sudden, I was like an inch and a half
- 35:49Speaker 3: shorter than reality at the doctor's office.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Yeah, you gotta switch doctors.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Well, yeah, how's that happen?
- 35:56Speaker 10: Hey, Ryan, it's Kimberly from Tennessee.
- 35:59Speaker 5: Don't feel bad about finding out your little bit shorter.
- 36:03Speaker 11: Same thing happened to me.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Last week, only I went down two inches in a week.
- 36:09Speaker 9: I feel your pain.
- 36:11Speaker 10: Love you guys, listen every morning, have a good day.
- 36:14Speaker 2: But but but what if we keep going down.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Po size in no time exactly? I mean, I'm just
- 36:21Speaker 3: gonna want to hang out with me. Then let's do
- 36:23Speaker 3: one more. These are our talk backs inside the I
- 36:25Speaker 3: right about this is Larry Joe and Hemmett. He agrees
- 36:27Speaker 3: that Thanksgiving is the best holiday. I think we said
- 36:31Speaker 3: we have favorite holidays, but Thanksgiving is special because it's
- 36:34Speaker 3: not religious. Everybody's off work, you're together with friends and family.
- 36:37Speaker 3: Here's Larry Joe and Hemmett.
- 36:39Speaker 12: Good morning, Ryan, Sisty and China.
- 36:41Speaker 9: Everyone in the back room.
- 36:42Speaker 12: It's your boy here, Larry Joe. From him, I just
- 36:46Speaker 12: want to add on that for me as well. I
- 36:49Speaker 12: believe Thanksgiving is my favorite holidays. It's right there in
- 36:53Speaker 12: the middle between Halloween and Christmas. And what I like
- 36:56Speaker 12: about Thanksgiving it's just the whole atmosphere. Then also you
- 37:01Speaker 12: look forward to build up leading to Christmas, so I think, yeah,
- 37:05Speaker 12: Thanksgiving is my favorite as well.
- 37:08Speaker 3: Yeah, let's enjoy the anticipation. Let's not let the drama
- 37:14Speaker 3: take over.
- 37:14Speaker 4: In the moment.
- 37:15Speaker 3: Exactly, it's coming next week. Thanks to those talkbacks. Love it
- 37:19Speaker 3: listening to those. We have so many I can't get
- 37:21Speaker 3: them all in the air, but I will get some
- 37:22Speaker 3: more if you want to reach out.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Today. It was so fun always, but earlier, especially.
- 37:29Speaker 3: When Sydney called out Tanya on washing her dishes in
- 37:32Speaker 3: our bathroom.
- 37:33Speaker 2: Here are.
- 37:35Speaker 3: To the bathroom, bathroom, that bathroom. We don't really know why.
- 37:39Speaker 3: We didn't get an answer, did we.
- 37:41Speaker 5: So I go in, I filled my cups up with
- 37:43Speaker 5: water and so use the restroom and then I just
- 37:47Speaker 5: rinse them out and then I'm back here.
- 37:48Speaker 4: In the studio.
- 37:49Speaker 2: So it's efficiency.
- 37:50Speaker 4: Efficiency, less efficiency.
- 37:53Speaker 3: But I don't think you should wash your plates where
- 37:56Speaker 3: people go to the potties. Yeah, well they're cup Well
- 38:01Speaker 3: whatever your copy does bone broth like residue in the air? Yeah,
- 38:07Speaker 3: how are people going to focus on their business if
- 38:08Speaker 3: you got bone broth and roman there?
- 38:10Speaker 2: Anyway, it's all up on the podcast.
- 38:11Speaker 3: If you missed it every day by noon, we'll talk
