Nate's NBA Basketball Playoffs Wager 042926 · Nate's Daily Wager

Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
April 29th, 2026. And just like I was hoping,
• 0:25
Spurs put it to him. And I guess I was a little
• 0:28
incorrect there, but once again, incorrect in the good way in
• 0:32
that the Spurs did go out there and beat him down by almost 20.
• 0:36
So I was thinking they were just going to get the dozen, kind of
• 0:39
sort of squeak it out for the cover.
• 0:41
But no, they put it to him, gave it to him pretty much all game
• 0:44
and ended up at 19 over. So on the positive side, it's
• 0:49
good to be wrong in that manner. So you get the win stacking a
• 0:52
couple together. Let's see if we can keep these
• 0:54
going. We're going to keep riding this
• 0:57
basketball Western Conference first round night.
• 1:00
We got the Lakers back home. We got Houston trying to extend
• 1:04
the series. And I'm not sure that's going to
• 1:07
happen. In fact, I'm going to, I'm
• 1:08
betting on it not happening. So the question becomes, can the
• 1:11
Lakers cover that 3 1/2? I'm not really happy about that
• 1:15
hook. I wish this was really, I really
• 1:17
wish it was 2 1/2. That'd be nice.
• 1:19
But an even 3 would be fair enough.
• 1:21
But 3 1/2, that's right there at that man.
• 1:24
So I know the Lakers are going to win.
• 1:25
Well, I don't know. No, I just know where I believe
• 1:28
the Lakers are going to win. So I think they're also going to
• 1:31
  cover. I think that's what's going to
• 1:32
happen. I think, like I said, LeBron is
• 1:35
going to go out there. He just wants this series.
• 1:37
He wants to get it done. He really wanted that sweep, but
• 1:40
then once the sweep didn't happen, once they got behind,
• 1:43
just kind of let it happen. So tonight I think he's going to
• 1:46
go out there, he's going to try to get it done and I think he's
• 1:49
going to cover. So I'm hoping they get they get
• 1:51
it done by by 5. Hope we don't get some back door
• 1:55
loss, some random bucket late for no reason, but see what we
• 1:58
can do. So we're going to go Los Angeles
• 2:01
Lakers -3 1/2 against the Houston Rockets in tonight's NBA
• 2:06
Western Conference first round playoff basketball action.
• 2:09
Anything better than that, pound it.
• 2:11
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
• 2:13
