A masked arsonist targeted Liberal MP Salma Zahid’s home in Scarborough, dousing five vehicles with gasoline and igniting two before fleeing—recoiling from flames but using the burning can to torch a second car. Zahid’s car and another were destroyed, but her home escaped damage and everyone inside remained safe.
