- 0:00Speaker 1: What I want to get into now, is that really
- 0:02Speaker 1: practical aspect of like breaking that pattern, right, because that's
- 0:05Speaker 1: where most of us are. We have that negative self talk,
- 0:09Speaker 1: we have the victim mindset, we have the I'm busy,
- 0:13Speaker 1: I've got too much going on, I'm overwhelmed, I'm experiencing anxiety.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It's that person at work, it's my partner, like we
- 0:21Speaker 1: have that. That's reality of where we are today. Yeah,
- 0:24Speaker 1: how do we break that pattern in a way that
- 0:27Speaker 1: actually makes a difference and is easy enough as a
- 0:30Speaker 1: starting point.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's been said that you should meditate for twenty
- 0:34Speaker 2: minutes a day, unless you're really busy, then you should
- 0:36Speaker 2: meditate for an hour a day.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Yeah. I love that, by the way, that's why I
- 0:40Speaker 1: meditate for two hours to day.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Yeah. So look, I mean information is what opens that door.
- 0:46Speaker 2: I mean, if you think that your thoughts have something
- 0:51Speaker 2: to do with your future, just from a theoretical standpoint,
- 0:54Speaker 2: that your thoughts create your destiny, and you think sixty
- 0:59Speaker 2: to seven twenty thousand thoughts in one day and ninety
- 1:02Speaker 2: percent of those thoughts are the same thoughts as the
- 1:04Speaker 2: day before, well, then your life isn't going to change
- 1:07Speaker 2: very much. As long as you're thinking the same way,
- 1:10Speaker 2: and those same thoughts lead to the same choices, The
- 1:13Speaker 2: same choices lead to the same behaviors. The same behaviors
- 1:17Speaker 2: create the exact same experiences, and we anticipate the same
- 1:21Speaker 2: feelings or emotions from those experiences, and those emotions are
- 1:25Speaker 2: the payoff that drive our very same thoughts. While our
- 1:28Speaker 2: biology are neurocircuitry, a neurochemistry, our hormones, and even our
- 1:33Speaker 2: gene expression will be equal to how we think, how
- 1:36Speaker 2: we act, and how we feel. And how we think,
- 1:39Speaker 2: how we act and how we feel is called our personality,
- 1:42Speaker 2: and our personality creates our personal reality. That's it. So
- 1:46Speaker 2: the present personality who's listening to this show has created
- 1:49Speaker 2: the present personal reality called their life. So if you
- 1:53Speaker 2: can latch onto this idea, if you want to create
- 1:55Speaker 2: a new life, a new personal reality, you got to
- 1:59Speaker 2: change your personality, which means you better start thinking about
- 2:02Speaker 2: when you've been thinking about and changing it. You begin
- 2:05Speaker 2: to become conscious of your unconscious actions or habits or
- 2:09Speaker 2: behaviors and modify them. And then we have to begin
- 2:12Speaker 2: to look at the emotions that we live by every
- 2:15Speaker 2: single day that keep us connected to the past. And
- 2:19Speaker 2: decide do these emotions belong in our future. So most
- 2:23Speaker 2: people are trying to create a new personal reality as
- 2:25Speaker 2: the same personality, and it doesn't work. You literally have
- 2:29Speaker 2: to become someone else. So the principal neuroscience says that
- 2:32Speaker 2: nerve cells that fire together wire together. You keep thinking
- 2:35Speaker 2: the same way and making the same choices, demonstrating the
- 2:38Speaker 2: same habits, that creating the same experiences, that stamp the
- 2:42Speaker 2: same networks of neurons into the same patterns, all for
- 2:45Speaker 2: the familiar feeling called you. And you do that for
- 2:47Speaker 2: ten years on end, you're going to begin to hard
- 2:49Speaker 2: wire certain patterns in your brain that becomes your identity.
- 2:53Speaker 2: And by the time we're thirty five years old, it
- 2:56Speaker 2: kind of becomes fixed, right, And psychology used to say
- 2:59Speaker 2: that you can't change them, but we now know that
- 3:01Speaker 2: you can. So then that kind of box in the
- 3:05Speaker 2: brain that is the habit of ourselves. It's we're ninety
- 3:10Speaker 2: five percent of the time running a series of programs.
- 3:12Speaker 2: So then sitting and doing the work, we have to
- 3:17Speaker 2: become disentangled from those programs. And so the moment you
- 3:21Speaker 2: decide to do something differently or making your choice, what
- 3:25Speaker 2: most people don't want to face is that discomfort, and
- 3:28Speaker 2: that discomfort, that uncertainty, that lack of predictability, that unknown
- 3:37Speaker 2: is what people are afraid of because they'd rather live
- 3:40Speaker 2: in guilt at least they can predict who they're going
- 3:43Speaker 2: to be than take a chance and possibility. So when
- 3:46Speaker 2: a person begins to understand this and you say, well,
- 3:50Speaker 2: how long have you been this way? And they say,
- 3:52Speaker 2: I've been like this for thirty five years? And you
- 3:54Speaker 2: say why thirty five years because thirty five years ago
- 3:57Speaker 2: I had this one event. Well, the stronger the emotion
- 4:00Speaker 2: you feel from reaction from that event, the more altered
- 4:03Speaker 2: you feel inside of you, the more the brain narrows
- 4:06Speaker 2: its focus and freezes the image and takes a snapshot.
- 4:10Speaker 2: And that's called the memory. Right, So then forget the memory,
- 4:15Speaker 2: just overcome the emotion because it's the emotion that keeps
- 4:17Speaker 2: you anchored to the past. So that sounds really good theoretically,
- 4:22Speaker 2: but when you step out into that unknown, into that void,
- 4:27Speaker 2: the body really is in a habit, and a habit
- 4:30Speaker 2: is when the body becomes the mind. Or if you're
- 4:33Speaker 2: thinking about that past event and it's producing an emotion,
- 4:37Speaker 2: well you need an image and a feeling to start
- 4:40Speaker 2: the conditioning process. So the body's either conditioned into the
- 4:44Speaker 2: familiar past or it's hardwired in the predictable future because
- 4:48Speaker 2: it wakes up every single day and runs through the
- 4:50Speaker 2: same series of routine actions. So the present moment then
- 4:53Speaker 2: becomes the unknown. When people start feeling that discomfort day,
- 4:57Speaker 2: they'd rather get on their cell phone and call someone,
- 4:59Speaker 2: or get and say I can't meditate, or you know,
- 5:02Speaker 2: I have too much to do. They excuse themselves, they
- 5:05Speaker 2: return back into that familiar feeling because the body's actually
- 5:10Speaker 2: telling the brain the habit is when the body becomes
- 5:13Speaker 2: the mind. So the body stepping out into the unknown
- 5:15Speaker 2: and says, ooh, I'd rather feel guilty, I'd rather feel
- 5:19Speaker 2: unhappy than be in this discomfort. So then at least
- 5:23Speaker 2: then when they return back to that familiar feeling, then
- 5:26Speaker 2: they feel safe. So they step out in the unknown
- 5:28Speaker 2: and the body starts influencing the mind, sting you can
- 5:30Speaker 2: start tomorrow. You're too busy. It's your mother's fault. You know,
- 5:35Speaker 2: it's your culture's fault. And I don't have enough money.
- 5:38Speaker 2: This isn't going to work. Those are the programs in
- 5:41Speaker 2: there that are standing in the way between you and
- 5:44Speaker 2: your future. So then nerve cells that no longer fire together,
- 5:48Speaker 2: no longer wire together. So the act of observing those
- 5:52Speaker 2: states of mind and body means you're no longer the program.
- 5:56Speaker 2: You're the consciousness observing that program. So then to meditate
- 6:03Speaker 2: it means to become familiar with So as you become
- 6:05Speaker 2: familiar with those thoughts, you become conscious of how you speak,
- 6:09Speaker 2: you become aware of how you act, You notice how
- 6:12Speaker 2: you're feeling. The more conscious you become of those unconscious programs,
- 6:16Speaker 2: the less unconscious you'll go and your waking day. Why
- 6:20Speaker 2: because it's not enough to just have a great meditation
- 6:22Speaker 2: and get up and get on the freeway and get
- 6:24Speaker 2: in traffic and getting stressed, you just return back to
- 6:27Speaker 2: the old self again. Our job then is to sustain
- 6:32Speaker 2: that modified state of mind and body the entire day.
- 6:35Speaker 2: And if you can, get ready, because something different or
- 6:40Speaker 2: unusual is going to begin to happen in your life,
- 6:43Speaker 2: and it will come as a coincidence or a synchronicity.
- 6:46Speaker 2: And that's breadcrumbs from the divine saying you're on the path.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Just keep doing it. There'll be another one. Just keep
- 6:51Speaker 2: staying in that energy. And so teaching people then to
- 6:56Speaker 2: understand that there's a formula that we now know that
- 7:01Speaker 2: if you apply that formula, you'll begin to see those changes.
- 7:05Speaker 2: And now as people are doing it more and more effectively,
- 7:10Speaker 2: the results are going up as well. We just had
- 7:13Speaker 2: Bond University. They just took a whole bunch of my
- 7:16Speaker 2: brain scans from ten years ago, huge clinical study, a
- 7:20Speaker 2: lot of analysis, and they're blown away by the speed
- 7:26Speaker 2: in which the community can change brain heart coherence. They
- 7:32Speaker 2: know how to do it. It's not something that's separate
- 7:37Speaker 2: from them. They've practiced it enough times that they now
- 7:40Speaker 2: know how to do it. So what's the significance of that, Well,
- 7:43Speaker 2: really simple in your life. If you start returning back
- 7:48Speaker 2: to the same reactions to the same people in circumstances,
- 7:51Speaker 2: you're returning back to the old self. So you got
- 7:54Speaker 2: to stay conscious in your life. And if you're not
- 7:58Speaker 2: being defined by a of the future, then you're left
- 8:02Speaker 2: with the memories of the past and you will be
- 8:04Speaker 2: predictable in your life. So crossing that river of change
- 8:07Speaker 2: from the old self to the new self, there's a neurological,
- 8:11Speaker 2: a biological, chemical, hormonal, a genetic death of the old self.
- 8:15Speaker 2: But if you teach people there's something on the other side,
- 8:18Speaker 2: they won't give up on themselves. They'll keep going. So
- 8:21Speaker 2: there's enough evidence to encourage people. And you can't tell
- 8:24Speaker 2: me you're too old to do this work. You can't
- 8:26Speaker 2: tell me you're too sick to do this work. You
- 8:27Speaker 2: can't tell me you have a turbulent past, or that
- 8:31Speaker 2: you're too overweight or too underweight, or too out of shape,
- 8:33Speaker 2: or you can't even tell me that you've never meditated before.
- 8:36Speaker 2: In fact, some of our greatest scans are people who
- 8:40Speaker 2: just have never meditated before. That we're not trying to
- 8:42Speaker 2: do anything. They just follow instructions. So our community now
- 8:47Speaker 2: is beginning to understand that it is possible, and they
- 8:51Speaker 2: go all in, not fifty percent in, not sixty percent.
- 8:54Speaker 2: And when we do a week long event, we got
- 8:56Speaker 2: a thousand people or fifteen hundred people, and they are
- 8:58Speaker 2: all in. And that when they start getting beyond themselves
- 9:02Speaker 2: that first day or second day, once they start getting
- 9:05Speaker 2: beyond themselves and that magic starts to happen, then I
- 9:09Speaker 2: have no idea. I can't predict what's going to happen next,
- 9:13Speaker 2: and it's usually pretty exciting.
- 9:15Speaker 1: It's been said that when the pain of staying the
- 9:18Speaker 1: same outweighs the pain of change, then we will change, Yes.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Exactly right. How bad does it have to get? Yeah?
- 9:23Speaker 1: Exactly And it's like, why is it that we get
- 9:26Speaker 1: so attached to that old self? Like, what is it
- 9:29Speaker 1: about it? Is it security? Is it safety? Is it familiarity?
- 9:33Speaker 1: As you said? Is it? What is that that keeps
- 9:36Speaker 1: us so attached and so focused on something that we
- 9:38Speaker 1: don't even like that much.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I think we've been hypnotized and conditioned into becoming materialists.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I think that we define reality with our senses, and
- 9:49Speaker 2: I think that is one of the biggest delusions. So
- 9:52Speaker 2: the fundamental question is, can you believe in the future
- 9:55Speaker 2: that you can't see or experience with your senses yet,
- 9:58Speaker 2: but you've thought about enough times in your mind that
- 10:02Speaker 2: your brain has literally changed to look like the event
- 10:04Speaker 2: has already occurred. Now, the latest research and plasticity says
- 10:07Speaker 2: that's absolutely possible. And can you select a new possibility
- 10:11Speaker 2: in the quantum field and begin to emotionally embrace that
- 10:14Speaker 2: future every single day to such a degree that your body,
- 10:19Speaker 2: as the unconscious mind, the objective mind, does not know
- 10:23Speaker 2: the difference between the experience in your life. That's creating
- 10:26Speaker 2: the emotion and the emotion that you're fabricating by thought alone,
- 10:30Speaker 2: to the degree that you begin to signal new genes
- 10:33Speaker 2: and new ways to change your body to look like
- 10:37Speaker 2: the experience has already happened.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Now.
- 10:38Speaker 2: The latest research in epigenetics says it's absolutely possible. I'll
- 10:41Speaker 2: think about this every day, installing the circuitry every day,
- 10:46Speaker 2: conditioning the body into the emotion of the future, that
- 10:49Speaker 2: your body begins to change to look like it's already happened. Now.
- 10:53Speaker 2: This is where it gets fun, because now you no
- 10:57Speaker 2: longer have to go anywhere to get it. Now it
- 11:00Speaker 2: begins to come to you. You become the vortex or
- 11:03Speaker 2: the magnet to your destiny. So then people who come
- 11:07Speaker 2: out of their meditation and they say, well, I just
- 11:09Speaker 2: focused on my wealth. Why isn't it there? Well, you're
- 11:12Speaker 2: not that good. If you're asking why isn't it there,
- 11:15Speaker 2: you're back to the old person again. Stay in that
- 11:19Speaker 2: state for an extended period of time as an experiment,
- 11:24Speaker 2: as the scientist in your life, to keep your energy
- 11:28Speaker 2: connected to the dream of your future, and then see
- 11:33Speaker 2: what kind of effects begin to take place without moving
- 11:38Speaker 2: into impatience. Without moving into frustration, without starting to analyze
- 11:43Speaker 2: why it hasn't happened or when. That is the trap
- 11:47Speaker 2: of defining reality with your senses. So you have the
- 11:50Speaker 2: thought of your future and you don't see it, then
- 11:52Speaker 2: you experience separation. But people who are practicing this work,
- 11:56Speaker 2: they have the thought of their future and they feel
- 11:57Speaker 2: the emotion of their future. They're still connected to it, right,
- 12:00Speaker 2: So that takes practice, and it's just learning, like hitting
- 12:04Speaker 2: a golf ball, hitting a tennis ball, dancing the salsa,
- 12:08Speaker 2: you know, crocheting, whatever it is you got to you
- 12:10Speaker 2: gotta start out staying real conscious and learning. Then you
- 12:13Speaker 2: get good at it and it gets to be instrumental,
- 12:16Speaker 2: it gets to be fun. And that's that's what I
- 12:18Speaker 2: want for anybody, that the act of creation should be
- 12:22Speaker 2: a blissful, play, ecstatic, loose, free process. And so I
- 12:29Speaker 2: love the idea of people taking time out of their
- 12:32Speaker 2: lives uh to prove to themselves that if they're defined
- 12:37Speaker 2: by the vision of the future, then they're not living
- 12:40Speaker 2: by the memories of the past, and that's where the
- 12:42Speaker 2: unknown exists. So many people, the unknown is a scary place,
- 12:47Speaker 2: so they don't see that future because they're used to
- 12:52Speaker 2: seeing that future with evidence with their senses, and you
- 12:55Speaker 2: have to be able to get beyond that and stay
- 12:58Speaker 2: in the unknown, stay in that discomfort, and then in
- 13:01Speaker 2: that moment to begin to self regulate, like, oh, I'm
- 13:06Speaker 2: starting to feel little anxiety. Ooh, I'm starting to feel
- 13:08Speaker 2: a little frustration. That's the defining moment where your body's
- 13:12Speaker 2: going back to the past, because emotions are a record
- 13:14Speaker 2: of the past. Or you go into a routine again,
- 13:17Speaker 2: so you catch yourself. It's a victory. And if you
- 13:22Speaker 2: keep catching yourself, those victories add up, and it's not
- 13:26Speaker 2: so much about your wealth or your health, or your
- 13:29Speaker 2: freedom or your new relationship. It's actually about who you become.
- 13:33Speaker 2: And so overcoming the old self allows us to become
- 13:38Speaker 2: somebody else. And there is that period of transition I
- 13:42Speaker 2: call it the void where there's just not a lot happening,
- 13:45Speaker 2: and you just got to be able to keep going
- 13:49Speaker 2: and continuously get to the end of your belief where
- 13:53Speaker 2: most people stop. I just had a fabulous conversation with
- 13:56Speaker 2: someone this weekend, broke through to the other side, and
- 14:03Speaker 2: now there's so much magic happening around this person, but
- 14:08Speaker 2: she's worthy now to receive it and that is the key,
- 14:13Speaker 2: because the universe only gives us what we think we're
- 14:16Speaker 2: worthy of receiving. So we got to come initiated into
- 14:19Speaker 2: this and understand it thousands of years of programming. It
- 14:23Speaker 2: says that we have to change things matter to matter,
- 14:27Speaker 2: you know, in three dimensional reality, and it will take time,
- 14:30Speaker 2: but to begin to connect to that resource called the
- 14:33Speaker 2: quantum field and create from the field instead of from matter,
- 14:37Speaker 2: there's a lot of unlearning that has to go on.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Absolutely, And when you're catching yourself, what are you doing?
- 14:42Speaker 1: Are you writing that down? Are you noting that down?
- 14:45Speaker 1: Are you making a mental note of practically what is
- 14:47Speaker 1: someone having to do to once they catch it? Then
- 14:49Speaker 1: how do you deal with that emotion and anxiety in
- 14:52Speaker 1: the moment that feels so heavy, that feels so real,
- 14:56Speaker 1: real and trapping, And like you said, I was just
- 15:00Speaker 1: is that the Facebook head coat quarters at Menlo Park
- 15:02Speaker 1: A couple of weeks ago, I was testing out their
- 15:04Speaker 1: new Oculus range of virtual reality, and all the studies
- 15:08Speaker 1: by virtuality show now that you feel the same experience
- 15:12Speaker 1: of hanging off the edge of a cliff in virtual reality,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and your body displays the same symptoms as they would
- 15:17Speaker 1: if you were actually hanging off a cliff. So just
- 15:19Speaker 1: showing how imagination does mirror the other way too through
- 15:21Speaker 1: virtual reality. But how that feels so real, like our
- 15:25Speaker 1: body gets when you're stepping out off the ledge. You're
- 15:28Speaker 1: doing it is if it's reality, and so that anxiety
- 15:30Speaker 1: feels so real? What do you do after catching it?
- 15:32Speaker 2: What happens to that emotion? Well, you know, just like
- 15:35Speaker 2: anything else, Jay, I mean, it's just like in the
- 15:38Speaker 2: golf ball you get back into a bad habit again.
- 15:40Speaker 2: You know, you have to really begin to mentally rehearse.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Like so you ask yourself at the end of your day,
- 15:49Speaker 2: I do this every day, how'd I do? How'd I
- 15:52Speaker 2: do today?
- 15:52Speaker 1: Bro?
- 15:53Speaker 2: How'd you do? Just do good? Where'd you fall from grace?
- 15:56Speaker 2: What was it that caused you to go on conscious
- 16:01Speaker 2: for the rest of the day? Like what was that moment? Now,
- 16:05Speaker 2: if you're a student of life, you'll begin to contemplate, Well,
- 16:10Speaker 2: it was that person that said that thing? Then I reacted,
- 16:14Speaker 2: or this I got this email, or things didn't go
- 16:16Speaker 2: my way and I started feeling angry or frustrated or fearful.
- 16:20Speaker 2: The next time that happens, How can I involve my
- 16:24Speaker 2: experience Now you may have to search for some answers
- 16:28Speaker 2: of the best model to build, or you may actually
- 16:32Speaker 2: have a long contemplation and start to go God. The
- 16:34Speaker 2: next time that happens, I think I'm gonna do this,
- 16:37Speaker 2: or I'm gonna do that, or I'm going to plan
- 16:38Speaker 2: my behaviors, and the act of closing your eyes and
- 16:43Speaker 2: rehearsing what you're going to do begins to install the
- 16:48Speaker 2: neurological hardware in your brain to looks like you already
- 16:51Speaker 2: did it. Now the brain is no longer a record
- 16:54Speaker 2: of the past. Now it's a map to the future.
- 16:56Speaker 2: And if you keep installing that hardware, the hardware will
- 17:00Speaker 2: become a software program, which means you'll just start acting
- 17:03Speaker 2: like a happy person. Why there's no magic there. You
- 17:06Speaker 2: install the circuitry. So that's more important than the news.
- 17:13Speaker 2: It's more important than answering any email or any text.
- 17:16Speaker 2: It's more important than talking about your past or some dinner.
- 17:22Speaker 2: If you can begin to just think about how you're
- 17:26Speaker 2: going to do it differently, that's the building process neurologically already.
- 17:30Speaker 2: So now you have to get conscious in order to
- 17:32Speaker 2: do that, and it takes some time. It means you
- 17:34Speaker 2: got to shut your cell phone off, You've got to
- 17:35Speaker 2: close your door. You got to take a break from
- 17:37Speaker 2: everything out there and begin to practice. And so by experience,
- 17:42Speaker 2: then you start noticing all here it comes, Here comes
- 17:46Speaker 2: the frustrationer, here comes the fear. And now we've given
- 17:50Speaker 2: people the tools to be able to self regulate, to
- 17:53Speaker 2: create brain and hard coherence. And so you see people say,
- 17:56Speaker 2: excuse me one minute, I just can't need a minute.
- 17:59Speaker 2: It takes some break, they get back in, they connect
- 18:01Speaker 2: to the energy of their future. This is incidental compared
- 18:05Speaker 2: to where they're going, So they don't fall from grace,
- 18:08Speaker 2: they don't allow their energy to drop. And so yeah,
- 18:12Speaker 2: in the beginning, it takes a lot, because it takes
- 18:16Speaker 2: a lot of energy and awareness to stay conscious and
- 18:19Speaker 2: not go unconscious. But if you're persistent and you're determined,
- 18:23Speaker 2: and you're sincere, you begin to figure it out. You
- 18:27Speaker 2: begin to say, I am not going to give my
- 18:29Speaker 2: power away to that person or that circumstance when I
- 18:32Speaker 2: can use it to heal or to create a new future.
- 18:35Speaker 2: And so people then won't excuse themselves and say I
- 18:38Speaker 2: had a hard day yesterday. I had a fight with
- 18:40Speaker 2: my coworker or my ex or and I don't feel
- 18:43Speaker 2: like doing the work. Well, that's the time they get
- 18:46Speaker 2: back on the horse, because it's all of those times
- 18:51Speaker 2: that we self correct. Those are the most valuable moments us.
- 18:55Speaker 2: People who have had profoundly transcendental experiences or they we
- 19:01Speaker 2: say got lit up, They connected and their brain goes
- 19:04Speaker 2: into very very high coherent states and super gamma patterns
- 19:09Speaker 2: that are way outside of normal, and they have a
- 19:11Speaker 2: transcendental downloader connection that's mystical. They look back at their
- 19:17Speaker 2: entire life. They don't want to change one thing in
- 19:21Speaker 2: their past because it got them to that moment. That's
- 19:24Speaker 2: the moment. The past no longer exists now by the
- 19:26Speaker 2: same means, they look back at their past and they
- 19:31Speaker 2: see all those tough moments where they overcame themselves and
- 19:35Speaker 2: they fall in love with that person. They don't look
- 19:37Speaker 2: at the good meditations or the things that went well.
- 19:40Speaker 2: They know that it was those moments that got them
- 19:43Speaker 2: to this moment. And I think then that's when they
- 19:47Speaker 2: begin to understand that all of the hard work, all
- 19:51Speaker 2: the effort in who we become makes no one can
- 19:55Speaker 2: take that away from us. So then once we arrive
- 19:58Speaker 2: at that level and we experience. Whatever the dream is
- 20:01Speaker 2: or whatever we create. The next thing is, do it
- 20:04Speaker 2: until you fully enjoy it, and then when it gets
- 20:06Speaker 2: boring or predictable, let's go again, Let's do something else. Yeah,
- 20:10Speaker 2: and I think that's evolution.
