- 0:03Speaker 1: All right, welcome back everybody. Yeah, we got the phones
- 0:09Speaker 1: open eight seven seven forty four Wooding. You can text
- 0:12Speaker 1: us over to two two nine eight seven. What is
- 0:14Speaker 1: today's Take a Puppy Day or National Puppy Day? National
- 0:17Speaker 1: Puppy Day? Is National Puppy Day?
- 0:22Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 0:23Speaker 3: Yeah, this is a little sweeties.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, what was uh? Oh I have By the way,
- 0:28Speaker 1: I have not heard all the details about this.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah yeah, hold on, I was the one who
- 0:34Speaker 2: was part of all of it. I can sider that
- 0:36Speaker 2: the story.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Well, oh let's let's let's uh, you know, you have
- 0:40Speaker 1: your narrative, Sea Bass, because Menace. Menace told me he
- 0:43Speaker 1: had a story to share. He said, as well, you
- 0:46Speaker 1: witnesses too.
- 0:47Speaker 4: I didn't.
- 0:49Speaker 5: I was so happy.
- 0:53Speaker 6: Somebody was all giddy because somebody brought a dog into
- 0:58Speaker 6: the building, and Sea Bass was all excited because he
- 1:02Speaker 6: wanted to knock these people out.
- 1:04Speaker 2: So you're a call.
- 1:05Speaker 7: A couple of months ago, I found somebody sneaking what
- 1:08Speaker 7: I thought was sneaking their dog in not to one
- 1:09Speaker 7: of our office floors, but one of the other floors
- 1:11Speaker 7: in the building. They're using the freight elevator in the back,
- 1:13Speaker 7: and I said, oh, these sneaks.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Because we have a email from our person who charge
- 1:20Speaker 4: for our building manager stating that the building and our
- 1:23Speaker 4: office itself both have no dog policies except for actual
- 1:27Speaker 4: registered service. Well that's kind of interesting because you called
- 1:31Speaker 4: the building on speakerphone in front of Sammy and I yes,
- 1:34Speaker 4: and try to knock out this person about This person said.
- 1:37Speaker 1: This is new, this just happened.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Just yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I said.
- 1:41Speaker 7: I said, hey, I got the office number downstairs, not
- 1:44Speaker 7: to the radio station, but the building, and said the.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Actual building who owns the building? He said, Hey, I
- 1:49Speaker 2: was just coming up and.
- 1:51Speaker 7: There's a dog in the freight elevator and I've got
- 1:54Speaker 7: these really bad allergies. But you.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Don't.
- 2:01Speaker 1: By the way that your your thing on that is
- 2:03Speaker 1: that the same as the people who are offended on
- 2:05Speaker 1: behalf of other people. Like let's just say, like, uh,
- 2:08Speaker 1: you know, on behalf of the.
- 2:10Speaker 3: People who are the gay community.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Am I'm offended? Are you?
- 2:14Speaker 7: No?
- 2:15Speaker 1: I'm not gay? But on behalf of.
- 2:18Speaker 7: But because my main problem with dogs is they create mess.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Okay, so on, let me hear the rest of the
- 2:25Speaker 1: story first. So this person brings the dog in, he's
- 2:27Speaker 1: on the phone.
- 2:28Speaker 6: He's on the building management to the people that own
- 2:31Speaker 6: the building, to any.
- 2:32Speaker 8: Receptions, okay, and he goes, yeah, to make them aware
- 2:37Speaker 8: of their policy that there's no dogs allout in the building,
- 2:41Speaker 8: and she replies with, oh, we don't have a policy
- 2:44Speaker 8: of no dogs.
- 2:47Speaker 2: She said, it's okay if they take the freight elevator.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Yeah, she said, dogs are allowed in the building, they
- 2:52Speaker 5: just have to take the freight elevator.
- 2:54Speaker 7: To which I said, well, why would that be and
- 2:57Speaker 7: she didn't really know.
- 2:58Speaker 6: No, she said, because us if uh to to be
- 3:03Speaker 6: like less distracting coming in right and for.
- 3:05Speaker 9: The sea basses of the world.
- 3:06Speaker 5: So she said, you know, so I suggest, you know,
- 3:07Speaker 5: you can take the main lobby elevator, which.
- 3:09Speaker 7: I use the freight elevator often because I'm often bringing
- 3:13Speaker 7: in large items, which is actually true. I'm bringing big
- 3:16Speaker 7: stuff in here a lot of times, picking up stuff,
- 3:18Speaker 7: deliveries and things of that nature into it. And I said,
- 3:20Speaker 7: you know, I'm really allergic, which again it's not fully cough.
- 3:23Speaker 1: The whole time, she said, the last no policy, what's
- 3:28Speaker 1: the what's the last large thing that you brought up
- 3:30Speaker 1: that wouldn't have fit in the regular elevator?
- 3:32Speaker 2: What do you think we get via like Instacart or
- 3:34Speaker 2: whatever or door dash.
- 3:35Speaker 1: You can't fit up the regular elevators. I must use
- 3:38Speaker 1: the freight that's typically where the deliveries happen. But I
- 3:41Speaker 1: do buring large things that you know, other stuff they
- 3:43Speaker 1: don't want.
- 3:44Speaker 6: Okay, but still she said there is no policy so
- 3:48Speaker 6: that you can't have dogs in the building.
- 3:49Speaker 7: Now she that's is this is, this is all true,
- 3:52Speaker 7: this happened. However, I have a feeling that we have
- 3:55Speaker 7: an instance of a little miss know nothing who's the receptionist,
- 3:59Speaker 7: doesn't know the actual building doesn't, but she handled the leases.
- 4:02Speaker 6: The person, the person that emailed you does not, but
- 4:07Speaker 6: he the people the.
- 4:08Speaker 7: Building, you know, he talks to the people that own
- 4:10Speaker 7: the building. She's the receptionist. She doesn't sign the leases.
- 4:12Speaker 7: She doesn't sign the.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Do you think perhaps the policy has changed since that
- 4:16Speaker 1: original email, because things change all the time. This building
- 4:20Speaker 1: is three quarters of the way empty.
- 4:22Speaker 7: They may have, you know, like yeah, you know what
- 4:29Speaker 7: what they used to care about a lot, Maybe not
- 4:30Speaker 7: so much now.
- 4:31Speaker 1: That's a great point.
- 4:32Speaker 7: Separid issue about me leaving my cars here over the weekend.
- 4:35Speaker 7: But regardless on the dogs, but that both is my
- 4:38Speaker 7: other point about this cramp building. Uh so, yeah, so
- 4:40Speaker 7: I think that's possible. What they may have changed it
- 4:42Speaker 7: in order to try to like lure in business. Okay,
- 4:45Speaker 7: which case, we'll see, I'll talk. I couldn't find any
- 4:51Speaker 7: copies of our leases online, which.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Is a surprise.
- 4:53Speaker 1: So you got, you got served.
- 4:54Speaker 7: I got well, I got I got by someone who
- 4:57Speaker 7: doesn't I don't think knows the poblem.
- 4:58Speaker 5: Hold on, can I tell my favorite part of what happened?
- 5:01Speaker 5: And the whole story is that the end doing his
- 5:03Speaker 5: fate coughing and he's like, oh, I'm so sorry, I'm
- 5:06Speaker 5: just really I'm very allergic to dogs. Dogs and she
- 5:09Speaker 5: goes take benadryl. Yeah, that sounds like a.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Yeah, which.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Miss no medical advice.
- 5:25Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Stuff.
- 5:27Speaker 2: She doesn't know the stuff about it.
- 5:30Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 5:30Speaker 1: You have problems like you're you're out here in the
- 5:32Speaker 1: world like you can't you can't expect the whole world
- 5:36Speaker 1: is going to cater to yours. So you better be
- 5:39Speaker 1: ready with your empupenn or your den and drill or
- 5:42Speaker 1: whatever you would need to take. Depends on you run
- 5:44Speaker 1: into something.
- 5:45Speaker 2: I was told this was a safe office building for
- 5:47Speaker 2: people with disabilities.
- 5:49Speaker 3: So I can bring my dog tomorrow. Here's the thing.
- 5:53Speaker 7: If you called our front desk people and ask them
- 5:56Speaker 7: talk to us about the building policies that are to.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Talk to them about the permit for.
- 5:59Speaker 6: The way, well they know what company they were exactly.
- 6:05Speaker 7: So what I'm saying is she probably doesn't have the
- 6:06Speaker 7: lease in front of her. So God bless her for
- 6:09Speaker 7: being nice. And she's she's the type of little miss
- 6:11Speaker 7: know nothing that she's gonna like make up stuff and
- 6:13Speaker 7: lean on the stuff that she wants to happen. Aka
- 6:15Speaker 7: dog's ruining things.
- 6:16Speaker 10: So you you reject everything that she said to me.
- 6:21Speaker 7: The policy may have changed. He had no training for
- 6:23Speaker 7: her job for this policy. Her job isn't to know
- 6:25Speaker 7: the least. So here's here's a question. Like you call
- 6:27Speaker 7: the cops, right, the cops show up, they look into
- 6:30Speaker 7: a situation. Isn't it their discretion whether they choose to
- 6:33Speaker 7: enforce something or not.
- 6:34Speaker 2: That is true.
- 6:35Speaker 7: However, what a lot of folks will say it is
- 6:37Speaker 7: not the cops job to be the prosecutor. This happened
- 6:40Speaker 7: to me personally when I was had the gun pulled
- 6:42Speaker 7: on me doing cart narks I had and the cops said, well,
- 6:46Speaker 7: it wasn't really technically brandishing or assault or or terroristic
- 6:51Speaker 7: threats because he didn't actually pointed at you. I had
- 6:53Speaker 7: numerous lawyers hitting me up saying, no, it was and
- 6:56Speaker 7: it is not the police's job to decide that.
- 6:58Speaker 2: That is the DA's job to decide.
- 7:00Speaker 11: And isn't that what brandishing is? Like just kind of
- 7:02Speaker 11: flash it a little exactly?
- 7:04Speaker 1: Okay, now that's the case. Will also like you're using
- 7:06Speaker 1: a case of potential violence, like there's a there's a
- 7:09Speaker 1: deadly weapon, not a puppy in.
- 7:15Speaker 6: The building brandishing a weapon address and you guys.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Know I'm saying, like it. Okay, so somebody, somebody jay
- 7:25Speaker 1: walks and the cops sees it, they can choose whether
- 7:27Speaker 1: or not to issue the a citation for the jaywalking.
- 7:29Speaker 1: But also the cops don't know every law properly what
- 7:32Speaker 1: I'm saying, much like the frontlatlady.
- 7:36Speaker 2: To know the incident.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Mister officer know nothing, Yeah right, well us know nothing.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I don't know. It was a great day for and
- 7:45Speaker 2: we do all need to bring our dogs into Now here's.
- 7:48Speaker 7: What I'm going to ask right now, holding manager listening,
- 7:50Speaker 7: I have to email him. I don't know if he'll
- 7:52Speaker 7: give me the copy of the lease. I'm sure it's
- 7:54Speaker 7: in there. That is my suspicion.
- 7:56Speaker 2: My suspicion is uploaded to AI and have it read
- 7:59Speaker 2: it for you.
- 8:00Speaker 7: Well, they'll say some of us, they'll say, dogs won't
- 8:01Speaker 7: be that hard to find, pets, pets, dogs, et cetera.
- 8:05Speaker 7: All I know is I have a laminated copy of
- 8:07Speaker 7: the notice we were given. Let's say we have a
- 8:09Speaker 7: no pet policy from.
- 8:11Speaker 2: The guy who the whose job it is to know
- 8:13Speaker 2: that stuff.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Wait, the guy that works for us, the.
- 8:15Speaker 7: Guy who is the building manager, who knows the facility
- 8:18Speaker 7: manager for our radio company, not the building itself.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Right, maybe he's the one who's mistaken.
- 8:23Speaker 7: He would he would know more about the building rules
- 8:25Speaker 7: than than the people the building that if it was
- 8:29Speaker 7: if it was the person who signed the least I
- 8:30Speaker 7: would agree with you.
- 8:30Speaker 2: But this is the little front.
- 8:31Speaker 1: He's not the one who signs the lease either, but
- 8:33Speaker 1: he knows about it.
- 8:35Speaker 11: But isn't this kind of moot because you said no pets,
- 8:37Speaker 11: no animals. Weren't there literal chickens being raised in.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Here pet purposes?
- 8:42Speaker 1: And he's the one that brought that in And technically
- 8:49Speaker 1: that wasn't that wasn't. My most favorite thing that we've
- 8:51Speaker 1: ever done was fine for a minute, for a while,
- 8:56Speaker 1: smoked on stage or there's no smoking allowed because it's
- 8:58Speaker 1: part of the entertainment.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Chill to be.
- 9:01Speaker 6: Fair sea bass as we've been always told, if the
- 9:03Speaker 6: dog is incorporated in some kind of.
- 9:06Speaker 7: Bits, but if it's not, if it's oh, I just
- 9:08Speaker 7: like dogs, and I'm gonna get the hair of your
- 9:10Speaker 7: hair and it's gonna pee on stuff and cdit.
- 9:11Speaker 1: So they can bring them to hospitals.
- 9:14Speaker 2: They shouldn't, but I know that there are times do.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But it's not.
- 9:18Speaker 2: They're just chilling in hospitals because the nurse likes to
- 9:20Speaker 2: have her dogged.
- 9:21Speaker 10: True. They're working, yeah, thank you working, They're bringing smiles.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I could bring my dog in. It could be
- 9:27Speaker 3: part of hair.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I would love that, But she's so for I work.
- 9:30Speaker 1: For a commercial landlord, and the person who answers the
- 9:32Speaker 1: phone is most definitely aware of our policies.
- 9:34Speaker 7: That police says, just saying well, yeah, when you talk
- 9:38Speaker 7: to receptionists, they aren't always that.
- 9:40Speaker 1: How Seed Bask keeps calling her a little miss no nothing,
- 9:42Speaker 1: simply because he didn't get the answer he was hoping for.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I have an answered writing she has what she.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Thinks now show today is National.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Puppy Day, Puppy Day, the Loss of Puppies, National Puppy Days.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I've noticed a I've noticed my not that my
- 10:02Speaker 1: dog was ever like a super big ball of energy,
- 10:05Speaker 1: but I've noticed she started acting more like an older dog.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, yeah, because she's what seven eight seven
- 10:12Speaker 3: give me eight eight, not as like tail waggy, just.
- 10:16Speaker 12: Like like you like the look of her face and yeah,
- 10:21Speaker 12: just her overall, just kind of general like she's fine,
- 10:24Speaker 12: Like she's she's still got as much energy I think
- 10:26Speaker 12: she's ever had, it's just that she shows it differently.
- 10:29Speaker 11: And what do they call it, like sugar muzzle or whatever,
- 10:31Speaker 11: when she's already white.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, my dog's getting so gray.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Yeah, starts right.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Around the mouth, but then it's kind of spread to
- 10:40Speaker 3: the eyes and now it's kind of like the body
- 10:42Speaker 3: is getting great.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I told you to bum my wife out because she
- 10:45Speaker 1: brought her to the vet just for the regular you
- 10:47Speaker 1: know stuff, and they said, well she's now a senior lady,
- 10:50Speaker 1: and man, that bummed my wife out. But I just
- 10:53Speaker 1: got who's the little senior lady? Yeah, yeah, just kiss her.
- 10:57Speaker 3: I always think of the baby that's saying the price
- 11:00Speaker 3: of love is grief, and that is so true. With dogs.
- 11:04Speaker 3: We go in this cycle of we know.
- 11:06Speaker 1: We're not going to have them forever, and my wife
- 11:08Speaker 1: keeps pushing like we should get another one, like have
- 11:11Speaker 1: a second to keep her young and maybe over. But
- 11:14Speaker 1: I said, no, that this is going to be my
- 11:16Speaker 1: one and only dog. Oh really, yeah, I don't want
- 11:20Speaker 1: another one after her.
- 11:20Speaker 3: I considered another dog, but what if that's the dog
- 11:23Speaker 3: that choose the couch up or poops in the house.
- 11:26Speaker 3: We had current dog is absolutely perfect. Yeah, we had
- 11:30Speaker 3: it going on with our son. He was great, slept immediately.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I said, well, the second one doesn't sleep through the night,
- 11:38Speaker 1: and we have all this and then she's been the
- 11:40Speaker 1: one who's been like hell on wheels.
- 11:41Speaker 9: You know, you know, she's great and I love her,
- 11:45Speaker 9: but character.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Man, like two on one is better than one on one,
- 11:49Speaker 1: you know, certainly better than being out numbered by kids.
- 11:51Speaker 3: But yeah, I don't. I don't.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I don't think I'm open to another dog after her
- 11:56Speaker 1: like the one and only I do.
- 11:59Speaker 3: But I mean, I see how you feel.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I did that.
- 12:02Speaker 6: Early I had a dog that was a year old.
- 12:03Speaker 6: And then I got a second dog. So now they're
- 12:05Speaker 6: ten and nine, and the one, the younger one, still
- 12:09Speaker 6: acts like a puppy. It's insane. I thought she would
- 12:13Speaker 6: like calm down a little bit, but no, she's like
- 12:15Speaker 6: a smother.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Se Greg's Greg's forever dog Rex, Yes, who was tattooed
- 12:23Speaker 1: on my arm. Yeah, when Rex died, I was pretty
- 12:26Speaker 1: sure that Greg wouldn't get another dog, and then he did.
- 12:28Speaker 3: I know, and I resent to Cally. I resented Cally
- 12:31Speaker 3: the first week or two because I kept compairing her
- 12:34Speaker 3: to Rex.
- 12:35Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 12:35Speaker 3: And when we got Calli she was technically a puppy
- 12:39Speaker 3: ten months that's still a puppy, right, So she was
- 12:42Speaker 3: chew the remote control, chew my glasses, scratch at the door,
- 12:46Speaker 3: and I thought, oh my god, what have we done?
- 12:48Speaker 3: And now she is like Rex two point zero. She's perfect.
- 12:52Speaker 1: But do you love her as much as Marx?
- 12:56Speaker 3: I love Rex.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I would say, there's no way.
- 12:57Speaker 2: That's you love your dog.
- 13:01Speaker 1: He loves her, he does.
- 13:02Speaker 3: I think I've probably crossed over to loving Callie slightly
- 13:07Speaker 3: more if.
- 13:07Speaker 1: I if I had Are you saying that because she's
- 13:11Speaker 1: listening right now, because she's actually easier than Rex was.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Rex was really he was kind of dog aggressive, so
- 13:20Speaker 3: when you took him on a walk, and if the
- 13:22Speaker 3: dog was even across the street, he would borderline pull
- 13:25Speaker 3: you to it. And he did not like other dogs.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I'm shocked to hear that, and Callie couldn't care less
- 13:30Speaker 1: about it. And I'm glad. I'm happy for you because
- 13:32Speaker 1: that's that's great.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Like, I love what.
- 13:34Speaker 10: Kind of dog was Rex?
- 13:36Speaker 1: Both PIDs?
- 13:37Speaker 3: Yeah, and there's so I mean er. Yeah, well, Genus,
- 13:42Speaker 3: I met Kelly.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I'm still scar literally we.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Do have some other show related dog news.
- 13:48Speaker 11: Oh yeah, yeah, so I was one of those pills
- 13:52Speaker 11: that I'm never doing this again.
- 13:53Speaker 10: I can't.
- 13:53Speaker 2: My heart is closed to this.
- 13:54Speaker 11: But after many years and a lot of thought and
- 13:57Speaker 11: a lot of research, we're getting a puppy.
- 13:59Speaker 1: I was going to give you half one. That's enough.
- 14:05Speaker 1: It's kind of okay, Yes, Greg, girly, show Greg, Show
- 14:11Speaker 1: Greg what it looks like when it's a full grown dog.
- 14:14Speaker 9: What kind of time?
- 14:15Speaker 1: Hold on, let's be quiet so we can get Greg's
- 14:17Speaker 1: natural reactions. I know what it's gonna be.
- 14:21Speaker 3: That's not a dog.
- 14:23Speaker 10: Okay, let me explain myself. Let me explain scale.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Okay, scale one, the ten.
- 14:32Speaker 9: Oh for the dog. I mean it's cute. I do
- 14:34Speaker 9: like dogs, but three.
- 14:38Speaker 10: It's hardly a dog.
- 14:39Speaker 4: I get it.
- 14:39Speaker 10: Let me explain how I found this dog.
- 14:42Speaker 9: And it's probably gonna yap all day.
- 14:43Speaker 10: No, no, they don't. They're not barkers.
- 14:45Speaker 3: You know when you watch the dog show on TV. Yeah,
- 14:47Speaker 3: the one that wins is always the lame. It's never
- 14:51Speaker 3: like a dover man.
- 14:53Speaker 11: Okay, let me explain. I am deathly allergic to dogs.
- 14:56Speaker 2: For real.
- 14:57Speaker 1: What's the breed and people can look it up? After
- 14:59Speaker 1: much re search the breed you.
- 15:01Speaker 10: Sound embarrassed to say, I am, after I am. After
- 15:03Speaker 10: much research, I found these are the most It's called.

- 15:49Speaker 11: gonna be my whole personality and totally inable. I'm making
- 15:51Speaker 11: a calendar. Plugs as puppies are cute, plugs are the
- 15:55Speaker 11: most disgusting.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Then when they grew up.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Okay, so this such a girly dog.
- 16:01Speaker 10: I know, I can't believe I'm doing.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Would your husband take this dog and walk by himself? Okay?
- 16:07Speaker 1: And you got to know that this is a dog
- 16:09Speaker 1: that your son is never going to be able to
- 16:11Speaker 1: be proud of.
- 16:11Speaker 10: He's not going to claim if you had.
- 16:13Speaker 1: A daughter, it would be different like here's I would
- 16:16Speaker 1: love it and be super proud of it. But this
- 16:17Speaker 1: is your sitting up to like you want your step

- 16:28Speaker 1: that he cannot be proud.
- 16:29Speaker 10: Okay as a puppy.
- 16:30Speaker 2: I think he's going to be stoked.
- 16:32Speaker 10: But yes, when.
- 16:32Speaker 1: It it'll be like this, my st.
- 16:36Speaker 10: The puppy is going to last six months.
- 16:40Speaker 5: And all the girls are going to love it, and
- 16:41Speaker 5: that's what he's going to go because.
- 16:44Speaker 1: They're gonna think he's safe because he's gay.
- 16:46Speaker 11: Well that's that can work, okay, So yes, run in
- 16:53Speaker 11: here we have because it's you know, he'll understand this.
- 16:58Speaker 11: It's because the protein in their saliva that's less than
- 17:00Speaker 11: other dogs. So we'll see what happens. But yes, we
- 17:03Speaker 11: kind of have a name. UH didn't mean to like.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Is it a boy or girl?
- 17:06Speaker 10: It's a girl because she was the only one in the.
- 17:10Speaker 9: Yes, princess.
- 17:11Speaker 11: When we were given the picture of her, it was
- 17:14Speaker 11: just she had one dog in the litter, which I
- 17:16Speaker 11: guess it is weird. And she's tiny, tiny, well just
- 17:19Speaker 11: a teeny little thing. And I was like, look at
- 17:21Speaker 11: this little pip squeak. So we started calling her Pip,
- 17:23Speaker 11: like are we gonna get Pip?
- 17:25Speaker 2: I like that?
- 17:26Speaker 10: Okay, Squeaks cues she's a little Pip.
- 17:29Speaker 9: And there's a pinhead from Freaks, the old movie Pips Squeak.
- 17:33Speaker 1: The name is like an eight the Dogs of Three.
- 17:35Speaker 10: We were going to call her Peach, like Princess Peach.
- 17:37Speaker 9: It doesn't make the dog any cooler.
- 17:38Speaker 10: You know, but like she's a little Pip.
- 17:40Speaker 1: She says, a little Pip that's the dog's name.
- 17:42Speaker 10: That's what we're calling her right now.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Yeah, well that'll be the name. Yeah, sounds a decided
- 17:48Speaker 1: unfortunately already decided.
- 17:49Speaker 11: You guys, Are you guys are going to hate Christmas?
- 17:52Speaker 10: Because I really do want to do a twenty twenty
- 17:54Speaker 10: seven cald puppy.
- 17:57Speaker 5: Make sure that you put it in a little stocking wall,
- 17:59Speaker 5: still fit, and one of the obviously, and in a
- 18:02Speaker 5: basket with bunny ears.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Don't worry, I got that.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Oh my god, Geen, it's making me gage just looking
- 18:07Speaker 1: at these up.
- 18:07Speaker 10: Thanks a lot.
- 18:09Speaker 3: I feel like a dick for not loving your dog,
- 18:11Speaker 3: but okay, I get happy for you.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I do. I love all dogs I do.
- 18:16Speaker 10: This is hard, but it's it's Yeah, it's like a
- 18:19Speaker 10: little bunny.
- 18:20Speaker 9: At least you got a unique looking one, right.
- 18:22Speaker 10: Yeah, and they're so fluffy. I love fluffy dogs.
- 18:25Speaker 11: I don't like the pointy hair on dogs, Like, oh yeah,
- 18:28Speaker 11: that's not my thing.
- 18:29Speaker 10: I love.
- 18:29Speaker 3: We'll search this breed. It's like it's long, straight hair.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Can you make it? Can you give it a perm
- 18:34Speaker 3: or a permit?
- 18:35Speaker 1: And yeah, somebody did say, by the way, you're going
- 18:37Speaker 1: to spend a ton of.
- 18:38Speaker 11: Money on Yeah, but also I heard my white hair
- 18:41Speaker 11: my husband and and they don't really shed My husband
- 18:44Speaker 11: and my kid have both tried to bar me from
- 18:48Speaker 11: dying it because I think that's super funny.
- 18:52Speaker 9: Don't do that animal, it's not it's not too tick.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I saw one that looked like Tigger and it was hilarious.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Right, Well, since it is a National Puppy Day, we
- 19:00Speaker 1: do have a game that Menace came up with that
- 19:04Speaker 1: we're gonna play next. And what we'll we'll tell you
- 19:06Speaker 1: what it is next. It's just a little fun. It's dumb.
- 19:08Speaker 1: It's National Puppy Day.
- 19:09Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 19:10Speaker 3: It's adorable.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Yeah, we've had guess that gus. How about guess that bark?
- 19:13Speaker 3: Yeah, Woodie show.
- 19:18Speaker 1: All right, So I told you Manu, it's got a game, Yes,
- 19:21Speaker 1: National Puppy Day, and the game guess that bark? Yes
- 19:25Speaker 1: that bar and you have to guess is it a
- 19:27Speaker 1: pit bull or a ship? Su Yes?
- 19:31Speaker 3: All right?
- 19:31Speaker 2: All right, So do we want to play just in
- 19:34Speaker 2: the room there?
- 19:35Speaker 3: Okay? All right?
- 19:36Speaker 6: Well yeah, I have a bunch of clips here, and
- 19:38Speaker 6: all you guys gotta do is guess is that ship?
- 19:42Speaker 2: Here's clip number one?
- 19:43Speaker 1: All right, clip number one, guess that bark? All right,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna go out and limb way to know.
- 19:59Speaker 2: I'm oh really.
- 20:01Speaker 1: No, that's I'm going pit bull on that one.
- 20:03Speaker 2: You are correct?
- 20:04Speaker 1: Wow, alright, so it's the first person to to ring in. Yes, okay,
- 20:12Speaker 1: but now, but no, that was you know, that was
- 20:14Speaker 1: a practice round. Everybody back to zero points. Alright, now again,
- 20:18Speaker 1: you don't want to just jump the gun really hard.
- 20:21Speaker 1: All right, here we go, Gina, you are correct, It
- 20:30Speaker 1: is okay, all right, all right, I hate to lose. Okay,
- 20:36Speaker 1: I guess that bark? Is it a pit bull or
- 20:39Speaker 1: a shis.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Greg lose?
- 20:50Speaker 1: Alright?
- 20:51Speaker 3: Man?
- 20:51Speaker 1: See, I was trying to give everybody a chance so
- 20:55Speaker 1: quick on that first one took Okay, I guess that bark?
- 21:01Speaker 1: Is it a pit bull or a shouts? Here we go, Sammy.
- 21:10Speaker 5: I don't know if this is one that's gonna train
- 21:12Speaker 5: trick us, but.
- 21:16Speaker 1: It would be a pit bull pitbull? She got it?
- 21:19Speaker 3: Damn it? All right?
- 21:21Speaker 1: This is it last clip? Is it a pit bull?
- 21:25Speaker 1: Or is it a ship?
- 21:26Speaker 3: Sue?
- 21:31Speaker 2: I wasn't making anist enjoying the game.
- 21:35Speaker 10: No, damn it, that one. I really wasn't sure.
- 21:48Speaker 1: So here's a here's a little thing about hype alogenic dogs. Right,
- 21:52Speaker 1: This is from a pediatric allergist. It says, it's amusing
- 21:56Speaker 1: to me how many parents have been conditioned, guilted into
- 22:00Speaker 1: including three little words, and they tell me they have
- 22:02Speaker 1: a dog, but it's hyperalergenic. It's similar to when I
- 22:05Speaker 1: ask parents if anyone smokes cigarettes at home, Yes, but
- 22:08Speaker 1: always outside I light cigarettes. I like to set the
- 22:12Speaker 1: record straight right now, no parents should ever feel guilty
- 22:14Speaker 1: about having a dog. You are all hereby absolved of
- 22:17Speaker 1: any future need to state it's just hyper allergenic. But
- 22:20Speaker 1: it's a myth.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Of course.
- 22:22Speaker 1: About two thirds of homes in the United States have
- 22:24Speaker 1: at least one pet, and almost most of these have dogs.
- 22:27Speaker 1: In addition to ten to twenty percent of all children
- 22:30Speaker 1: adults across the world are allergic to dogs. That means
- 22:32Speaker 1: there are a lot of people that live with the
- 22:34Speaker 1: very animal that causes them the misery. Allergy symptoms include
- 22:38Speaker 1: itching of the nose, eyes, sneezing, blah blah blah blah blah.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Dog dander is what causes symptoms of the allergy. It's
- 22:44Speaker 1: not the length of style, the type or shedding of
- 22:47Speaker 1: the fur. Dander comes from saliva, skin cells, and urine.
- 22:51Speaker 1: So unless your dog has no mouth, no skin or
- 22:54Speaker 1: dozen pee it will release dander into the air.
- 22:57Speaker 11: Right, And so apparently that the allergy is called can
- 23:00Speaker 11: F one, and then there's CANF two, can F three,
- 23:03Speaker 11: and can OFF six. And some dogs don't have as
- 23:06Speaker 11: much of those proteins because like if a dog licks me,
- 23:08Speaker 11: I just get a rash usually wherever they licked me,
- 23:12Speaker 11: like oh god, it itches.
- 23:13Speaker 10: But apparently some have less than others.
- 23:15Speaker 7: It's not the I think, what the allergiest to say here,
- 23:17Speaker 7: it's not it's not really even guilty. It's just that's
- 23:19Speaker 7: a sales technique. Yeah, to use on people who don't
- 23:22Speaker 7: do the research.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Yep, they said. Hyper alergenic dogs are a magical fantasy
- 23:27Speaker 1: created by breeders and marketers to wait for it, sell
- 23:30Speaker 1: more dogs.
- 23:32Speaker 7: Interesting, right, So yeah, your dog may have produce more fur,
- 23:36Speaker 7: which has more sealive which gets on your skin, may
- 23:39Speaker 7: be more or less.
- 23:40Speaker 2: It's a it's a loophole. Now.
- 23:41Speaker 1: The one thing I do like the idea of or
- 23:43Speaker 1: the ones that have the hair and not the fur,
- 23:45Speaker 1: because like the shedding with dogs, man.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Well your dog sheds like crazy, right.
- 23:51Speaker 1: It's yeah, she sheds not as see, and she's got
- 23:54Speaker 1: longer hair, which I don't mind as much as those
- 23:56Speaker 1: dogs who have like your dogs men have, like the
- 23:59Speaker 1: really tiny high man. Those things are like like like cactus,
- 24:03Speaker 1: little tiny man, you like, you'll catch one of those.
- 24:06Speaker 1: Oh my god, I thought you were just stabbed. And
- 24:09Speaker 1: those and those little hairs I think are harder to
- 24:11Speaker 1: clean up than the longer.
- 24:12Speaker 2: I'll just get a black, short haired dog and you
- 24:15Speaker 2: barely ever see.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't feel it eight seven seven forty four
- 24:21Speaker 1: text over to two two nine eight seven will be
- 24:25Speaker 1: right back
