A Florida sergeant, Jason Stickels, 44, got arrested for felony battery after allegedly attacking an elderly couple at a bar while off-duty and intoxicated. Surveillance and witnesses confirm he assaulted the 71-year-old woman first, then turned on her 77-year-old husband when he tried to intervene. Sheriff Mike Chitwood called it a “career-ending mistake,” apologized to the victims, and even offered to buy them dinner.
