Hey Heal Squad. Welcome back to part 2 of my conversation with my naturopath Dr. Alison. In today’s episode we discuss some of the results I have experienced during my healing trip in the Dominican Republic. During this trip I have focused on using the sunlight as my medicine and practicing daily rituals like fascia stretches, grounding, and eating seasonally. We also go through some of my amazing results from my last bioresonance scan, my renewed focus on self-care, and some of the empowering lessons I’ve learned about prioritizing my health over societal expectations.
