- 0:14Speaker 1: Kick. So morning, Good morning, Good morning, y'all. It is
- 0:20Speaker 1: actually twelve or four a m. Before I get started.
- 0:25Speaker 1: I am actually in twenty one day challenge, but I'm
- 0:31Speaker 1: behind because I still need to do day five. So
- 0:34Speaker 1: y'all give me a little I fine. I don't know
- 0:48Speaker 1: who my half pine is. Her name is true Ye.
- 0:52Speaker 1: I had an event on today. I was not able
- 0:55Speaker 1: to attend her event, and I want to send out
- 0:57Speaker 1: my apologies to her because she means so much to
- 1:02Speaker 1: me and it was just very disappointing to me that
- 1:05Speaker 1: I was not able to attend her event on today.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Had some difficults in my mission. My mission was to
- 1:12Speaker 1: be there, but I was unable to be there. But nevertheless,
- 1:19Speaker 1: I just want her to know that I am truly,
- 1:21Speaker 1: truly proud of her and we are yet cheering for her.
- 1:25Speaker 1: She had her first book signing and it was a success.
- 1:30Speaker 1: She was able to sell out of all of her
- 1:33Speaker 1: new books that she released on today. So just wanted
- 1:37Speaker 1: to let her know that I am proud of her,
- 1:39Speaker 1: I'm cheering for her, and this is just the beginning.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Know that this is just the beginning. So with that
- 1:45Speaker 1: being said, y'all, we're on a twenty one day challenge,
- 1:50Speaker 1: and our twenty one day challenge is to bring about
- 1:54Speaker 1: visibility for our brands. Of course, for those that do
- 1:58Speaker 1: not know. Most of the people that you will see
- 2:01Speaker 1: come through my platform, most of them, if they're not podcasters,
- 2:05Speaker 1: they are authors. Most of them are podcasters and authors.
- 2:08Speaker 1: So I do a lot in the author realm in
- 2:11Speaker 1: trying to bring awareness to our black and brown authors.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I struggled in the beginning because before I even became
- 2:20Speaker 1: an author, I worked with youth in the Anderson, South
- 2:23Speaker 1: Carolina area, and it was hard for me finding brown,
- 2:28Speaker 1: black and brown books that represented our community and represented
- 2:32Speaker 1: our kids. That was a struggle. So one of my
- 2:35Speaker 1: missions was to find more black and brown authors. That's
- 2:40Speaker 1: what I set out to do. Doing that course of
- 2:43Speaker 1: running that program, I was able to bring some of
- 2:46Speaker 1: those authors and some of those different people into the
- 2:49Speaker 1: program and working with them, they encouraged me to become
- 2:53Speaker 1: an author, y'all, and I am now the published author
- 2:59Speaker 1: of over one hundred and forty literary works, ranging from
- 3:02Speaker 1: calendars to devotions, to journals to anthologies, poetry. I've even
- 3:10Speaker 1: dabbled in some urban fiction books, but you name it,
- 3:16Speaker 1: I've tried to share it. And what we're doing here
- 3:20Speaker 1: through the one hundred Outer Movement is we're doing a
- 3:25Speaker 1: slew of challenges to help bring awareness and to help
- 3:29Speaker 1: bring some clerity to our our brands and to bring
- 3:33Speaker 1: some visibility and exposure to our brands. So we are
- 3:36Speaker 1: on our second twenty one day challenge. This is specifically
- 3:41Speaker 1: designed to bring visibility to our brand. So we are
- 3:46Speaker 1: day five and Day five consists of the message of
- 3:51Speaker 1: Core Message. That is the message for today and it
- 3:54Speaker 1: is tied up Core Message. So I am going to
- 4:01Speaker 1: be sharing with you guys what I have, what I
- 4:07Speaker 1: come up with with this brand, and how I've been
- 4:13Speaker 1: sharing various things that I do. So I'm going to
- 4:16Speaker 1: share with you guys things that have worked for me,
- 4:19Speaker 1: things that I have incorporated into my doing and into
- 4:23Speaker 1: my every day. So here goes. Yeah, it's with my
- 4:47Speaker 1: pulling up my notes, pulling up my notes. That that's
- 4:53Speaker 1: his job. So I get in my way because but yeah,
- 5:03Speaker 1: I am pulling this up so that I can get
- 5:06Speaker 1: this Okay, here, I had a couple open so today
- 5:22Speaker 1: message message. I have been challenging every and to talk
- 5:30Speaker 1: about their story and the message behind what it is
- 5:33Speaker 1: that they're doing. So today I want to share with you.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I want to share with you the heartbeat of my
- 5:42Speaker 1: books and the message that I hope to inspire on
- 5:49Speaker 1: every page, and it is healing. That healing is possible
- 5:52Speaker 1: no matter where you begin, know that you can heal
- 5:57Speaker 1: because we don't have to allow hindrance, ego, an attitude
- 6:01Speaker 1: to stop us from moving in love. So this message
- 6:04Speaker 1: matters because it's more than just words on papers. It
- 6:07Speaker 1: is a lifeline. Let me tell you a little bit
- 6:10Speaker 1: of my story. So I am a product of a
- 6:17Speaker 1: single mother home. My mother pretty much raised me until
- 6:22Speaker 1: she transitioned. My mother to transition twelve days after my
- 6:27Speaker 1: sixteenth birthday. So I've come from a place of a
- 6:31Speaker 1: lot of trauma. I've come from a place of not belonging.
- 6:39Speaker 1: A lot of things could classify me, but I decided
- 6:41Speaker 1: not to allow those things to classify me, but to
- 6:47Speaker 1: define myself, to leave a legacy where people truly know
- 6:54Speaker 1: who I am, what I stood for, and how did
- 6:58Speaker 1: I accomplish the things that I So that's the trail
- 7:01Speaker 1: that I'm trying to leave. Why I want to leave
- 7:03Speaker 1: that trail because I want people to know that, regardless
- 7:06Speaker 1: of where you start. That does not have to be
- 7:08Speaker 1: your end. And I am chronological in it. I'm leaving
- 7:14Speaker 1: it through various books. No, you may not accomplish everything
- 7:17Speaker 1: that you want when you want to, but if you
- 7:20Speaker 1: continue to go, and that's what each one of these
- 7:22Speaker 1: books is shown that you know, even though I may
- 7:25Speaker 1: have had setbacks, I may have had let down. So
- 7:27Speaker 1: I mean, I have had disappointments I make that came
- 7:31Speaker 1: to keep me from reaching that particular goal. But then
- 7:34Speaker 1: I share how I overcame that, how this worked, how
- 7:37Speaker 1: this worked, and how that came to play. So you
- 7:40Speaker 1: would journal you would see that through my journey of
- 7:43Speaker 1: books and through my journey of literary works that I have.
- 7:48Speaker 1: So I just want people to know that there was
- 7:52Speaker 1: a time where I felt, you know, like I couldn't
- 7:56Speaker 1: do some of the things that I'm doing. But moments
- 8:00Speaker 1: can help you grow and can help you to align
- 8:07Speaker 1: and walk into those things that He's purpose for you.
- 8:11Speaker 1: But I just want you to know, but through the
- 8:14Speaker 1: pain in the process, I discovered who I was, and
- 8:19Speaker 1: I discovered my purpose and I understood. I discovered that
- 8:25Speaker 1: you know, we all have a purpose, we all have
- 8:27Speaker 1: a plan, we all have something that we're supposed to
- 8:30Speaker 1: be doing in this world. It's not an accident. It's
- 8:33Speaker 1: not a coincident. It's not We didn't get dropped out
- 8:36Speaker 1: of this guy. He strategically placed us here. He placed
- 8:38Speaker 1: us here to be a part of this kingdom and
- 8:43Speaker 1: to allow this message to come forward. That's why I
- 8:46Speaker 1: write the books that I write. As you pick up
- 8:49Speaker 1: these various books, you're gonna find bits and pieces of
- 8:52Speaker 1: about me, so you will find out alone this journey,
- 8:57Speaker 1: that you're not alone, that there are stories that can
- 9:00Speaker 1: change your life. Hearing other people's testimony where there may
- 9:05Speaker 1: have been a moment of darkness, you can see how
- 9:09Speaker 1: we were able to come to the light and how
- 9:11Speaker 1: we were able to come out of that and allow
- 9:14Speaker 1: God to shine through our lives. One thing about being
- 9:19Speaker 1: an author, you get an opportunity to share your story.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I want you to understand that a story that no
- 9:27Speaker 1: one sees or here can't help anyone. So if that
- 9:33Speaker 1: is that is what is happening with a lot of us.
- 9:37Speaker 1: We have these books, we have these stories, we have
- 9:40Speaker 1: these things, but then yet we don't get them out there,
- 9:43Speaker 1: We don't promote them, we don't let people know who
- 9:45Speaker 1: they are, So I just want you to know that
- 9:48Speaker 1: a story that no one sees or here helps no one.
- 9:52Speaker 1: And that is why I'm here today a part of
- 9:55Speaker 1: this twenty one day challenge because I want you to
- 9:58Speaker 1: be able to hear this mess. I want to be
- 10:01Speaker 1: able to get this message out and for every person
- 10:04Speaker 1: waiting for a story like yours, they need to know
- 10:07Speaker 1: your story. So if you're not being visible, y'all, because
- 10:12Speaker 1: daily visibility is not just about setting the book. It
- 10:16Speaker 1: is about reaching hearts. It is about reaching minds and
- 10:19Speaker 1: letting our story do what they're meant to do, and
- 10:23Speaker 1: that it's making impact. You didn't just get a book
- 10:26Speaker 1: just to sell, and if you're doing this just to
- 10:30Speaker 1: make money, then you're in it for the wrong reason.
- 10:33Speaker 1: By showing up every day, going live, sharing, engaging, we
- 10:39Speaker 1: remind the world who we are, what we offer, the
- 10:43Speaker 1: message that we have, and the message that can change lives.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Imagine if each day, just one person discovers your story,
- 10:53Speaker 1: Imagine the ripple effects that it starts with you just
- 10:56Speaker 1: showing up. Here's how and you can achieve that goal
- 11:02Speaker 1: and how it can help you. So each day, start
- 11:06Speaker 1: your morning with a mission in mind. Why did you
- 11:10Speaker 1: begin every day, it's a fresh opportunity to reconnect with
- 11:15Speaker 1: your why. Before you post, go live, or start your work,
- 11:20Speaker 1: take a moment to remind yourself of the core reason
- 11:23Speaker 1: to why you wrote your book, why you build your brand?
- 11:27Speaker 1: Was it to offer hope, to empower others through your experience,
- 11:31Speaker 1: to inspire change or healing. Look, write down your mission
- 11:39Speaker 1: statement and keep it visible on your desk, on your phone,
- 11:42Speaker 1: or on a sticky note before every interaction, say it
- 11:46Speaker 1: out loud. Write down what you hope to accomplish for
- 11:51Speaker 1: others through this book. Today, begin your live video or
- 11:56Speaker 1: posts by briefly sharing your why. This is a grind
- 12:00Speaker 1: that this will ground you and instantly connect you with
- 12:04Speaker 1: your audience. When days are tough, recall your original spark
- 12:10Speaker 1: or your breakthrough that set you on your author's journey,
- 12:14Speaker 1: like you gotta keep telling people this, You gotta keep
- 12:17Speaker 1: sharing this with people so that people know. Share your
- 12:20Speaker 1: personal stories or your readers testimony that has connected with
- 12:25Speaker 1: your themes. Stories stick with people much longer than a
- 12:28Speaker 1: list of facts and features. But sharing a piece of
- 12:32Speaker 1: your journey, your own journey a message that you receive
- 12:36Speaker 1: from readers whose life has been impacted by your book.
- 12:41Speaker 1: You bring life into the core message of your book.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Let me tell you this is what you can do.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Rotate between stories from your own life and testimonies from
- 12:53Speaker 1: others who have read, because both are powerful and both
- 12:57Speaker 1: makes your message real. It's all about real and reliability.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Do not shy away from vulnerability. Share your struggles as
- 13:06Speaker 1: well as your breakthroughs. People want to connect with you.
- 13:10Speaker 1: They want to know who you are. They want to
- 13:11Speaker 1: know what you struggle with. They want to know your vulnerabilities.
- 13:14Speaker 1: They want to know when you have overcame, how you
- 13:17Speaker 1: have achieved us sensory language, and emotions to draw your
- 13:22Speaker 1: listeners in, make them feel what you feel and experience
- 13:27Speaker 1: your transformation. Y'all. It's all about connecting. It's all about
- 13:31Speaker 1: allowing people to experience what you experience that it's all
- 13:35Speaker 1: about allowing them to relate to you. Conclude with your wife,
- 13:40Speaker 1: this story matters and what someone else listening right now
- 13:45Speaker 1: can take away? What can you take away? What can
- 13:49Speaker 1: people take away from hearing your story? Ask your audience
- 13:54Speaker 1: to share their own experience, to share their story to
- 13:57Speaker 1: build a real community. Its ability isn't just about being seen.
- 14:03Speaker 1: It's not just about being seen, but it's about making
- 14:06Speaker 1: others feel seen too. By inviting your audience to share
- 14:10Speaker 1: their experiences and response to your posts, your foster belonging,
- 14:16Speaker 1: and you open up the power of connection. Y'all. Polls
- 14:20Speaker 1: open end question that directly ties into your book message.
- 14:25Speaker 1: For example, ask your audience have they experience or what
- 14:29Speaker 1: has helped them through like pull from their experience you
- 14:34Speaker 1: want to get to You want to get them engaging
- 14:37Speaker 1: in the conversation. You want them to know that their
- 14:40Speaker 1: thoughts matter and their opinion of how you are, what
- 14:45Speaker 1: you're presenting, how it connects with them, that is important.
- 14:50Speaker 1: So connecting with your audience and then give give them
- 14:56Speaker 1: the opportunity to share their story, share their voice on
- 15:01Speaker 1: your platform, share their stories, and invite them to be
- 15:06Speaker 1: a part of your blogs. If you have a blog.
- 15:08Speaker 1: If you don't have a blog, create one, because that's
- 15:11Speaker 1: another outlet that you can share your story, another outlet
- 15:14Speaker 1: that you can share other individuals that follow you their story.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And always respond genuinely to every comment. Acknowledge those that
- 15:25Speaker 1: support you, thank them for supporting you, ask for follow up,
- 15:30Speaker 1: pose follow up questions, and reflect back to what you've shared,
- 15:35Speaker 1: they've shared, and other listeners have shared. You want to
- 15:39Speaker 1: create a community that spotlights and appreciate your readers daily.
- 15:46Speaker 1: You want to celebrate them for participating. Lastly, we want
- 15:53Speaker 1: you to make sure that you are being present, you're
- 15:56Speaker 1: being authentic, and you keep your message front and center.
- 16:01Speaker 1: How do you do that? Consistency is not about frequency,
- 16:07Speaker 1: It is about showing up as your true self every time.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Let your voice, your faith, your value shine through in
- 16:16Speaker 1: every interaction. How do we do that? First, you don't
- 16:22Speaker 1: be afraid to show up and come from behind the scenes,
- 16:27Speaker 1: even when you are up, when you have ups and downs,
- 16:32Speaker 1: and know that we're all a work in progress. We're
- 16:36Speaker 1: building trust. We have not arrived. We will never arrive
- 16:42Speaker 1: fully because there's always something that we can be doing better,
- 16:46Speaker 1: that we can do better. But we want to make
- 16:48Speaker 1: sure that we are addressing the common objective. We don't
- 16:54Speaker 1: want to leave doubts openly. We want people to feel
- 17:00Speaker 1: what we are presenting. We want to make sure that
- 17:06Speaker 1: we are using visuals, quotes, and intentional brand building techniques
- 17:12Speaker 1: to re enforce our core message. You always want to
- 17:16Speaker 1: reinforce that you are sharing what is your core message?
- 17:20Speaker 1: Reinforce with everything that you post your visuals, your quotes,
- 17:25Speaker 1: everything around your brand. It should be intentional with your
- 17:29Speaker 1: core message. So find out what is your core message?
- 17:32Speaker 1: What do you want everybody to walk away from your platform?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Knowing if you are an author, that should be represented
- 17:39Speaker 1: in your books and everything that you write. Your core
- 17:42Speaker 1: message should come across, even when you're writing in anthologies
- 17:45Speaker 1: in other people's books. Your core message should always be
- 17:49Speaker 1: front and center. So if you're not sure what your
- 17:51Speaker 1: core message is, discover what it is and make sure
- 17:55Speaker 1: that it is front and center. And know that, of course,
- 18:02Speaker 1: from time to time we may drift, we may drift
- 18:05Speaker 1: ouf our mission, but know that it's okay. Gently redirect
- 18:10Speaker 1: yourself your audience back to the heart of your message.
- 18:13Speaker 1: It's okay to get out for it sometimes, but always
- 18:17Speaker 1: be ready to redirect back to your core message. Remember repetition, bills, recognition.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Keep speaking your message until it becomes a symphony with
- 18:28Speaker 1: your name and your brand. You want it to play
- 18:32Speaker 1: music for you. When people see your brand, when they
- 18:35Speaker 1: see your logos, when they hear a quote, when they
- 18:38Speaker 1: hear your voice. You want your core message to be
- 18:41Speaker 1: able to come forth. You want them to get exactly
- 18:44Speaker 1: what it is that your core message is about In summary, y'all,
- 18:51Speaker 1: when you live out your mission every day, sharing your story,
- 18:55Speaker 1: inviting others in, and showing up as your authentic self,
- 19:00Speaker 1: you do not just build visibility, You bill meaning connection
- 19:04Speaker 1: and true impact. This is how you become unforgettable. Let's
- 19:12Speaker 1: commit together to let our word shine and our brands
- 19:17Speaker 1: to grow one day at a time. The world needs
- 19:20Speaker 1: your story, Let's make sure that they hear it. Don't
- 19:25Speaker 1: sit in silence, and don't think that visibility is just
- 19:28Speaker 1: about constantly posting, because that's not visibility. Visibility is about
- 19:33Speaker 1: connecting and making that relatable connection with those that support
- 19:39Speaker 1: your brand, allow them to know who you are, and
- 19:43Speaker 1: it is about being present, authentic and keeping your message
- 19:49Speaker 1: front and center. Again, y'all, I am Queen Angela aka
- 19:57Speaker 1: Queen of Collaboration social media Platforms, y'all, and my whole
- 20:03Speaker 1: desire is to educate, empower and encourage. That's what I
- 20:07Speaker 1: do and I do it through the four seeds, through connection, collaborating, creating,
- 20:14Speaker 1: and community building. So I want to thank everyone that
- 20:18Speaker 1: is participating in this twenty one day challenge. If you

- 20:32Speaker 1: to participate in the next challenge, y'all. We start week

- 20:48Speaker 1: to get involved. If you are an author or a creative,

- 21:14Speaker 1: we'll be day six, y'all. And we have how many
- 21:17Speaker 1: more days on this journey? Huh, y'all? Fifteen more days?
- 21:22Speaker 1: Fifteen more days? Will you allow your brand to speak
