Mia Bieniemy, wife of Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, was shot at their Virginia home—she’s in stable condition but with serious injuries. Their son, Elijah, has been arrested and faces severe charges including malicious wounding and firearm-related offenses. Eric, currently away from the Chiefs’ training camp, has returned to be with his family. Coach Andy Reid confirmed Mia’s stability and the team’s support for the family.
