SPEAKER_00: Hello, dear souls, and welcome to the Light Bears Library.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: My name is Kate Harmony.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: In today's journal entry, I want to speak to you as a group of people here in the Light Bears Library.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: Normally I just speak to one soul, you here watching with me.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: But today is a special occasion, and it's I'm feeling quite nervous and excited about this particular journal entry because in my last video about sensitive men, I was speaking to the men that were already here on my channel, and there were about 30% watching.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: Now I would say that probably 90% of my audience is you highly sensitive men.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: And I am so glad to have you here.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: You are so welcome here.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: That video has apparently found some kind of life of its own out there in the world.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: It um yeah, and there's so many comments from you.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: There's over 600, and I am doing my best to reply to each and every one of you.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: So if I haven't replied to your comment, please know that I will I will hopefully get to it very soon.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: Um I uh but please know that I they mean so much to me, all those comments.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_00: It helps me to feel not so alone.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: And my husband, I've been sharing the comments with him and to help him feel not so alone.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: So today's video, I've been feeling a little um it kind of feels like, you know, when you're this this was my metaphor to my husband anyway.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: It's like, you know, you you have like a maybe a speaking a speaking gig or like a music gig and you rent a hall and you're kind of expecting the same amount of people as usually watch my videos, you know, whatever, whatever, you know, like about, I don't even know, like eighty, ninety.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: And um, instead, the hall is packed with standing room only.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: And I'm just feeling because we're all introverts here, well, there's there's some extroverts here, hello.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, but you know, that we're all introverts, so it's like a hushed, quiet crowd, all expectantly waiting, full of INFJs and INFPs who are lovely people, but it's still it feels it feels a bit nervous nervous, even though it's just me here talking in my living room to you.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of what I'm a hushed expectation.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: And but all I'm here doing is sharing my thoughts on the library's library.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: It's my journal entries, so uh that keeps me grounded, and um, I'm not here to perform, I'm just here to welcome you.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: And obviously, there is a need for yeah, for sensitive men to have a space to feel seen and heard and share about the being an INFJ and a highly sensitive man and INFP as well.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: And so I your comments as a sensitive person myself have brought me to the highest highs and the lowest lows.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: I found myself crying and um and cheering you on and and you know, just pouring my heart out to you, sending you so many blessings.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: So yes, um, it's been wonderful.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: And this video I wanted to ask you a question because so much of I actually I made a video after that one that I was gonna publish, um, but then I realized like I can't possibly publish that one without sort of saying hello to you first.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: But that video was talking about how we as idealists, you know, INFPs and and INFJs, as well as ENFPs and ENFJs, are are the idealists of our world.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: You know, we have these visions, and I think I will publish that video next because I think it's important because part of who we are is to have an ideal and a and a vision for the future of making the world a better place.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: And I know so many of us feel like giving up on on any of that, but I feel like in order to thrive as an individual human soul, we need an ideal.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: And so I'll share with you my little ideal, and you can tell me if if that's something that that would would resonate with you and that you would want.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: So um my idea is that you know, my husband and I ran a um or we'll run still, we have um a music education business called Hack Music Theory, and we used to have a an online network, um, a mighty network of of songwriters.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: We recently shut it down because, you know, lots of people are just interested in AI.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: And anyway, but um, we had a mighty network and it was great.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: And I was thinking that maybe we could have a light bearers library full of light bears, people who maybe don't feel like they have much light within them, but we do.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: And I think if we can come together as as highly sensitive INFJs and INFPs, and other people are welcome as well, but but that would be we we build this little little community of people that support one another and and hear each other, hear, listen deeply to one another.
• 5:20
  SPEAKER_00: I feel like that's what's missing.
• 5:22
  SPEAKER_00: We're we're we're we don't have to be maybe so isolated.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: And I know online I feel it too.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: Online just feels it feels hard, but when we you know don't have people within our community that we can connect with, it's it's better than nothing.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_00: We're making do.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: But there's a cool feature in there that there's like a map you can put where you are on it, and potentially, I mean, there's someone just down the street that is another highly sensitive INFJ or INFP, and um we could we could maybe make real friends, in-person friends.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: This is my idealism, okay.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, but but having said that, um, I was thinking we could have um I have some we could have like a men's group, so specifically a group that's within within the community in the network that is that men can get together and talk about a lot of the things that you're talking about in the comments of how how to how to like I feel like we need to spiral upwards in some way in our own personal life.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: Yes, the world is what it is, and maybe we can't help that get better, but we can help one another get better, or not even get better, but you know what I'm saying, spiral upwards as opposed to spiraling downwards into despair and feeling like giving up on life.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: And um I think I think we can we can help one another.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: And so we could have, yeah, men's group, a women's group, we could have, I was thinking so many of you like want to meet other INFJs or INFPs, and it's like there could be, you know, a dating group, you know, where you could say, hey, I'm interested in, you know, meeting some, you know, whatever.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, and we could have a book club, right?
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: We all love books here.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: Um, I know in our household we love philosophy and theology and psychology and anthropology and history and the esoteric stuff, and and we could have, my husband was like, we could have a Christian group.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: He loves he loves talking theology and and um so we could have an atheist group, we could have whatever kind of groups we want, and we could share book rec recommendations, we could go deeper on topics, you know, there's so much we we we long, we long for the depth, you know, of of you know, intellectual, emotional, you know, emotional development, whatever it is, and we could do we could do like um group group sessions.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: We could I could hold like like mini group sessions for for us to kind of go deeper.
• 8:11
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: I'm just this is my INF penis, my any, my intuitive part, just thinking about all the ideas that are possible.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: So anyway, I don't want to like start it if no one wants that, and that that's totally fine.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I would love to hear from you.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: I think there's like a quiz function on YouTube where like down below the video there's like a quiz.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: So I'll just post a little quiz like, are you interested in this?
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: And you could just put yes or no, or in the comments you could put thoughts, ideas, um, or whatever.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: I just I just I think I think I think we could spiral upwards together.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: And um, I so appreciate all of you and the the depth of of psychological emotional growth that you've gone through and the in intellect of of conversation that we've been having around philosophical stuff and ethics and morals and um, you know, I'd love to go deeper, and YouTube comments is not necessarily a a great place for community building, so um that's kind of my thoughts on that.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: So um I think that's that's kind of all I have to say today.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: I just wanted to keep it short and say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here.
• 9:38
  SPEAKER_00: This is um I I I actually don't have words.
• 9:45
  SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't have words.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: So you know that you are loved and appreciated by me, and my husband has been reveling in just not feeling so alone either.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: And hopefully we can spiral upwards together.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much for being here.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: Wishing you so many blessings, signing off for today.
• 10:08
  SPEAKER_00: XOXO Kate.
