HubSpot customer portal's support area is now Support Space | Shipped Aug 2026
HubSpot renamed the support area in customer portal to Support Space, as the portal expands beyond support tickets. First thing to try: search your help articles, snippets, and email templates for "support area" and update them.
Who it's for: support team leads and Service Hub admins who run a customer portal, customer success managers who point customers to it, and anyone still on the legacy customer portal.
