• 1:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Show us, donate, I'm Gerard, back here with Paul.
• 2:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Paul, big question for you as we start off.
• 2:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you going to be seeing cats of Hiko Nakajima when he comes to Germany
• 2:11
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so fun fact.
• 2:13
[SPEAKER_04]: I actually already had like a hotel booked.
• 2:16
[SPEAKER_04]: So already I didn't have tickets booked yet for WXW, but I already had like a hotel booked in Oberhausen because Like normally I like to stay in Düsseldorf because Oberhausen sucks, but apparently there's like that weekend of like the big WXW like weekend
• 2:34
[SPEAKER_04]: There is a backstreet voice concert in Düsseldorf.
• 2:38
[SPEAKER_04]: So it was literally unaffordable.
• 2:40
[SPEAKER_04]: So I was like, okay, in that case, I might as well just lock something in with like free cancellation over housing just in case I decide to go.
• 2:48
[SPEAKER_04]: And now that Nakajima is going to be there, I'm like, okay.
• 2:52
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, now I kind of have to go.
• 2:53
[SPEAKER_04]: Now I have to go, I'm just trying to decide kind of what category I'm going to get.
• 2:58
[SPEAKER_04]: If I'm going to get like the just like the evening pass and then decide like closer to the event if I'm going to get any of the like additional throws or if I want to spend like
• 3:09
[SPEAKER_04]: like more money to like get to basically get the like the what's called again to take it for the whole festival.
• 3:19
[SPEAKER_04]: So you have like all of the like and silly areas shows included as well.
• 3:23
[SPEAKER_04]: But yes, I will be going.
• 3:24
[SPEAKER_04]: I just need to decide if I want to spend basically if I want to spend like 270 euros to get the evening pass for like rose two or three or if I want to pay 70 euros more and get the
• 3:53
[SPEAKER_02]: this is hardly the first Italian wrestling company to have just bizarre name promotion.
• 3:57
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
• 3:58
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 4:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I guess you're doing a bit of a European tour.
• 4:04
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm curious if you'll end up in France, but nothing has been announced yet.
• 4:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Well Paul, does he think this as anything?
• 4:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Because something that Nakajima has never done in a national stuff before.
• 4:15
[SPEAKER_02]: He's been willing to water.
• 4:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: He did.
• 4:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I think some American dates a couple years ago, but you think that this means anything else, like you can't get John Dates and I think it might be.
• 4:28
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, right, it's not like he would be the only like Japanese guy that's doing that.
• 4:32
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's what she could hear Eerie was doing for a while there, where he was like working more in Europe than he was in Japan at times.
• 4:40
  [SPEAKER_04]: And I mean,
• 4:46
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's pretty clear that like a lot of like Japanese guys see this as like a good opportunity I think especially because you can't really do tours of the US right now because you're gonna get fucked by immigration So I think and worth the win again as week as it is like
• 5:04
[SPEAKER_04]: really you're only choice if you want and I go abroad and make some money and like a currency that is worth more than your own.
• 5:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Europe's kind of your only choice.
• 5:14
  [SPEAKER_04]: Right.
• 5:15
  [SPEAKER_04]: Right.
• 5:16
[SPEAKER_04]: So I think that I think that like eight is obviously like a good, I think at this point WXW has like very clearly developed a really good reputation.
• 5:25
[SPEAKER_04]: We have Japanese wrestlers just based on the fact that they keep bringing them in constantly.
• 5:29
[SPEAKER_04]: And yeah, I think it's just a easier way for them to make money than like go to like the US and risk like getting the part that the Nicaragua.
• 5:39
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
• 5:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so we'll show off quickly, uh, start off with big Japan, big Japan 31 beyond the survivor.
• 5:47
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, this was not their annual May 5th show.
• 5:54
[SPEAKER_02]: In front of 1,255 fans, which is actually down from last year, so not a good side, like a lot, like 400 people left.
• 6:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so that's not good, and that's not a good, a good sign for being prepared as they continue to shed wrestlers, although they are trying to do something on this show.
• 6:16
[SPEAKER_04]: I think actually specifically this show because one of the reasons why they are always able to draw so many more fans for this than for all of their other shows that the tickets for this are like the cheap basically.
• 6:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that's I think the gimmick that they've been doing lately, just make a bunch cheaper tickets instead of drawing like, I know, a hundred people, whatever, but if that's not even working any
• 6:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's not good.
• 6:47
[SPEAKER_02]: So I was going to sit here and watch the whole show.
• 6:51
[SPEAKER_02]: All five hours of it.
• 6:53
[SPEAKER_02]: But I will just say that I watched Rubin on our Abbey defeating Rayumi, Rayuma Sekimo in 949 with the octopus hold.
• 7:02
  [SPEAKER_02]: Good solid match.
• 7:03
[SPEAKER_02]: I got to say I only watched one death match and it was the bar of wire board plus weapon ring death match.
• 7:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 7:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
• 7:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's not it.
• 7:10
[SPEAKER_02]: It was the tag team type,
• 7:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Torah, Sagarah, and Kazumi Kukud, if you had Yuko Miyamoto and Isami Kodaka in 1815 with the bird strike.
• 7:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I was in this award from Kukudaka.
• 7:26
[SPEAKER_02]: And this was actually had not a bad little match.
• 7:29
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I'm not surprised.
• 7:30
  [SPEAKER_04]: Like these up.
• 7:31
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 7:32
  [SPEAKER_04]: Like, yeah.
• 7:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Um, they.
• 7:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Like they actually wrestled this.
• 7:36
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like the, you know, you're Abdullah Kobayashi and Ryuji, you know, at this point, who just smashed each other with stuff.
• 7:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 7:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I didn't even dare to try to watch Abdullah Kobayashi versus me.
• 7:48
[SPEAKER_04]: I was about to ask you if you even were like a 10-year-old.
• 7:51
[SPEAKER_02]: With that, give it a three to watch that.
• 7:54
[SPEAKER_02]: But I did watch for the Junior Heavyweight title.
• 7:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Kosuke Sato defeating Tetsuki Nagawa in 1915 by referees stop at the front not clawing.
• 8:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, he has six defense of the junior title and this rock, uh, this is unlike any other junior match.
• 8:09
[SPEAKER_02]: I think you'll see in Japan this year because it's turned off good solid wrestling.
• 8:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: Both guys are saw.
• 8:13
[SPEAKER_02]: I think the gal was at a year or two ago when he was getting sort of, uh, some attention in real zero one.
• 8:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, okay, he's got something there, but I was like, I still got a ways to go.
• 8:25
[SPEAKER_02]: I think this is the best match I've ever seen him in and at some point, they just started like,
• 8:30
[SPEAKER_02]: just stiffing each other so hard on this and this is not yeah like I said this is not your traditional junior match so it was just awesome to watch and keep the shit out of each other until Saddle got him in a necklock and what so you know I think some people said this is their favorite match on the show actually I don't know about that but it was pretty darn good
• 8:52
[SPEAKER_02]: main event for the world's drawing title.
• 8:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Kazumosso Yoshida defeated Soda-Mongi in 3338 with a tombstone pile driver to win the title.
• 9:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so the 25th strong champion.
• 9:04
[SPEAKER_02]: And Dai-Mongi failed on a six defense.
• 9:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this was pretty good, but it should have gone 33 minutes.
• 9:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Hawke's learning strategy, but they sort of lost me in the middle.
• 9:15
[SPEAKER_02]: But, you know, I think compared to there, if you've seen their first match,
• 9:19
[SPEAKER_02]: like it is worth watching because your sheet of like steps up here like obviously Dimonji still controls a lot of this match is still a very much an aggressor but you seem compared to the the first match your sheet is like often does get more aiming and has points where he does counter um um Dimonji very effectively to gain the momentum and a really fun closing stretch where yeah your sheet of put you it takes him two piles two tombstone pile drivers to put
• 9:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Although, you know, when you're 1,200 people in Yokohama, Budakana can sound a little communist.
• 9:54
[SPEAKER_02]: But I would say, I think they more or less got what they needed to get out of this match and kind of crown your sheet.
• 10:01
[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't know how he's going to do because he is unlike most of the other strong champions that big Japan has ever had.
• 10:10
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, like I said, I haven't seen this one.
• 10:12
[SPEAKER_04]: I love the like for as much in Corrigan.
• 10:17
[SPEAKER_04]: I think that one is still one of my favorite matches of the whole year.
• 10:21
[SPEAKER_04]: But again, that one was helped, you know, by being there in the building and everything.
• 10:27
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I can see if you kind of do like a similar match structure where I can drag a little bit, if you go like, like a half hour.
• 10:36
[SPEAKER_04]: But I might check this out.
• 10:38
[SPEAKER_04]: That's for where you see the girls.
• 10:40
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's kind of the problem that they have, like in general, right?
• 10:43
[SPEAKER_04]: Like it's like the roster is so thin that you just run through challenges.
• 10:48
[SPEAKER_04]: What are you really quickly?
• 10:49
[SPEAKER_02]: I want you got five defenses and they had to give them death match guys.
• 10:54
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and you see that twice.
• 10:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and you see it twice.
• 10:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so yeah, that's that's kind of the problem.
• 11:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know.
• 11:02
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, I mean, they're kind of in a really bad spiral, but it's like, you have a fin roster and then people keep leaving.
• 11:10
[SPEAKER_04]: So your roster becomes even thinner and so it's just, and there's no, again, I think for that, to be honest for me, the main problem is like, there's just nobody, I've talked about this before, there's nobody coming up and death mattress like, no, because they're just going to keep getting older and the roster's keep getting thinner and it's like,
• 11:27
[SPEAKER_04]: It baked a pan is a cockroach so I'm not saying they're gonna go to business like maybe they go to business sometimes I don't expect them to but it's just it might just be a thing where it's like Not really like with a bang but more with a whimper it's just like death by a thousand cuts and it's like and then it's It's like something called it more or something called big Japan continues to run only shin kiba
• 11:52
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, or it like basically becomes like real Japan, but for like death metrics list, where it's like guys in like the 60s, hitting each other with, but it won't even be hitting each other with light tubes anymore.
• 12:05
[SPEAKER_04]: So, no, even though what the fuck they're gonna do.
• 12:07
[SPEAKER_02]: There is one positive thing for them.
• 12:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I can't remember his name, but who's that super rookie they had that got injured?
• 12:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I forgot his name, but I know which one you mean, yeah.
• 12:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Like the big guy, he's coming back this month.
• 12:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I think later this month is his return.
• 12:27
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, hopefully he's like, you know, his knee recover.
• 12:30
[SPEAKER_04]: Because like, okay, to be fair, at this point that was January, which was a while ago, he was still kind of noticeably limping when he was doing like ring duty in January.
• 12:41
[SPEAKER_04]: But again, that was a couple of months ago.
• 12:44
[SPEAKER_04]: So could have gotten better since then.
• 12:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I mean, then the cows on, they should just walk back to him.
• 12:51
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.
• 12:52
  [SPEAKER_04]: What other choice?
• 12:53
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, again, you see there is a kind of guy where it's like, you don't even need to like keep the title on him that long.
• 12:59
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I think he's better as a chaser than like, probably, he just from the type of rest place.
• 13:04
[SPEAKER_04]: He seems like a guy that's better as a chaser than like a champion.
• 13:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, if you look at the, um, just the sort of, um, I don't know,
• 13:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, story line was exactly a perfect chase, you know, loses, but shows him And then he does it, and you can, you know, do whatever later with him and not kind of thing.
• 13:25
[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, you really got to get out of canning from this guy's name.
• 13:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Now I'm, what was it?
• 13:31
[SPEAKER_02]: No, I have also completely blanked on it.
• 13:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Completely banked on it.
• 13:36
[SPEAKER_04]: I can see him in front of me.
• 13:37
  [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
• 13:38
[SPEAKER_04]: I can see him in front of me.
• 13:41
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what he's doing.
• 13:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just, oh, is this it?
• 13:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: Is it Koshiro Asakura?
• 13:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 13:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: Asakura.
• 13:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 13:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 13:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 13:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 13:55
  [SPEAKER_02]: I found it.
• 13:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 13:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's him.
• 13:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 13:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 13:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Asakura is the future of this company.
• 14:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Whether he is ready or not.
• 14:04
[SPEAKER_04]: kind of like it's just like again we're at the state but it's like you just throw something out the wall.
• 14:09
[SPEAKER_04]: If it doesn't stake it's not gonna make a situation and he works but maybe it's gonna do something.
• 14:14
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean.
• 14:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Though, well, let me ask you this, do you give your sheet of his nice little feel good right in for a couple months, but then do you transition on back on a dimonge or onto someone with his bread before you have Asakura win it?
• 14:30
[SPEAKER_04]: Because you're also like because like your sheet is like such a good like underdog that it's like Yeah, and Asakura is a big, you know.
• 14:37
[SPEAKER_02]: if you do, in that strong tradition.
• 14:40
[SPEAKER_04]: So, I mean, if you really want to put a Muslim, give, like, you're like, one or two defenses, right?
• 14:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 14:45
[SPEAKER_04]: And then as a courageous, like, comes in and just squashes them.
• 14:48
[SPEAKER_02]: That's, you could also do that, yeah.
• 14:51
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it just, like, it just comes in, like, a complete monster and just destroys them and, like, I don't know, five to eight minutes and when it's a title, like, again, that's risky, but like, putting a title on him in the first place, it's risky, you might as well just double down.
• 15:05
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 15:05
  [SPEAKER_02]: So that's big Japan.
• 15:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought I would just, it was worth mentioning because it is a big show of the year, even if, yeah, exactly the best show of the year, but what I watched I liked and even though I was a big fan of Dimonji, I mean, with Asuka coming back and I assumed Dimonji is going to hang around then, you know, I'll keep, I like I said, I'll keep, it's enough to keep me at least peaking in on the big of shows and everything like that.
• 15:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so then we go to Noah legacy rise on April 24th, 2026 and boy, do we have a lot to talk about it?
• 15:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Noah, a car could haul for 1,021 fans, Paul, what do you think of that number or given that card?
• 15:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's not that surprising.
• 15:44
[SPEAKER_04]: No, yeah, I mean, it's a dead supporting number for them at this point, given what they've drawn recently, but I mean, it was a shit card like it's like it's really like eventually like it's what we've seen in the past as well, right?
• 15:58
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, like companies kind of have like a bit of momentum drawing in current and even if they don't put up like good cards, but then eventually fans just go like, well, this nothing on here, that's really worth my time.
• 16:11
[SPEAKER_04]: You have like the junior heavyweight.
• 16:12
[SPEAKER_04]: tag title match but then otherwise it's just absolutely nothing show so I'm not surprised that fans for like like why like why would I go come here?
• 16:22
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like even on a Friday like it's like like there's so many more actually you know what I mean You're in Tokyo there's so many more nice things you can do on a Friday and I don't go to this show I mean I probably like used the thing if I was there as a tourist I would have gone Let's say I was like living in Japan I probably like if I was living in Tokyo I probably would go like
• 16:42
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you know what?
• 16:44
  [SPEAKER_04]: No.
• 16:45
[SPEAKER_04]: I probably would have been like, yeah, I think I'd rather like, I don't know hang out with friends instead.
• 16:51
[SPEAKER_02]: So we started to share with Manibu Soya, Aida, super crazy and Daikyo to Shima, defining it so she could tell we were going to have a holiday on as you remember, Kara and Katzumi in a Hada in 732 with a Dando from Soya, I don't know, Kara, perfectly fine, open air.
• 17:04
[SPEAKER_02]: And then kid like us kid like us to and her own career if you can see it end Ohio and you Koyanagi in 552 with the Swanton bomb from like us on Koyanagi.
• 17:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I liked it, but it was way too short.
• 17:20
[SPEAKER_02]: And then Nall defeated Midori Takahashi in 121 with the mountain all and I liked it because it's just a fun little squad.
• 17:28
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, to get the chart.
• 17:30
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, exactly.
• 17:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And then we got the business end of the card sort of color Anderson and Doc Gallows defeated Kato Kimi and Harutoki in 1943 when Anderson pinned Harutoki after the magic killer Paul.
• 17:42
[SPEAKER_02]: Do I have to take an L?
• 17:43
[SPEAKER_04]: for saying that on the good brothers?
• 17:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because they've actually tried.
• 17:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: Or do you?
• 17:48
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and they're in the tag league now as well.
• 17:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, we'll get to that in a moment.
• 17:55
  [SPEAKER_02]: All right.
• 17:55
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I can't help but thinking that now I have to take it out for the good bros of all people.
• 18:01
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you know what, give it.
• 18:04
[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like let's at least give them a year because that's the thing.
• 18:08
  [SPEAKER_04]: Like they might start.
• 18:09
[SPEAKER_02]: You said you lost in that.
• 18:11
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 18:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: There is no way.
• 18:14
[SPEAKER_04]: I think the tag league tag league will find out.
• 18:16
[SPEAKER_04]: Like once we're in tag league in the middle and really the tolerance of the tournament and like I don't know, like gun more pre-factor.
• 18:26
[SPEAKER_04]: Like we'll see like if the bright lights of good mar are really going to like motivate like machine gunker.
• 18:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 18:33
[SPEAKER_02]: And then now me Cheney Marfucci in Canada or defeated Master Kidding me in Elth and Wolf in 1028 with the perfect inside Krenald for Marfucci on Wolf.
• 18:42
[SPEAKER_02]: And of course, this was how you thought it was going to go in terms of a, you know, some baby faces versus team, 2,000 X.
• 18:51
[SPEAKER_02]: So that was that, although, you know, they were trying to service with the book, and I guess we'll say as we'll get to later.
• 18:57
[SPEAKER_02]: And then it was a lot to Kashi Sagar and June Masaoka, Defeat, Katsuriyah, Nighto, Bush, or you say, 11, 11, Bushy was to squalify.
• 19:07
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I thought it's what I find really interesting about this is that like, well, my thing for this one was like, yeah, valiant baby face is our, basically, overcoming like the cheating here's and it's like,
• 19:22
[SPEAKER_04]: I think really what was noticeable is that like all of the like little like cheating antics that like LTJ do, that are like over as like baby face moves in New Japan, get like viciously boot like every world's basic.
• 19:39
[SPEAKER_04]: Like they don't have that same cash ray that they did in New Japan, which makes some sense but I'm still surprised that there is kind of like none of it basically because like boozy blowing the mist got like massive booze on the crowd.
• 19:59
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk about something else that somewhere out this team does, like it's matters of fruits.
• 20:03
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, well, I mean, it's just, I don't.
• 20:07
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, at this point there is nobody left that is like, like, night or short, still continue doing the destino.
• 20:14
[SPEAKER_04]: It is no, nobody except for Tetsuya night on this planet thinks he should still be doing this move.
• 20:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Right.
• 20:21
[SPEAKER_02]: And then, GAC Junior Heavyweight Cake, the metal dragon bait in Alejandro defeated Tatiske and Kai Fujimura in 1451, for the cradle from Alejandro on Patiske.
• 20:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And I was fine, but you know, it's fashion, team 2000x stuff, and Kai Fujimura's goofy ass heel work.
• 20:38
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's bad, so bad.
• 20:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: It turned Alejandro instead.
• 20:44
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 20:46
[SPEAKER_04]: And again, who has had some experience as a hero, for example, yes, I mean, I to be fair, I do like the Dragon Bay and Alejandro team.
• 20:54
[SPEAKER_04]: It's just if, yeah, I kind of like, she just had this great run as an underdog baby face and disusters.
• 21:02
[SPEAKER_04]: such a mess like which fight which felt that he was finally breaking out right because he's just been like spinning his wheels it's like a young boy for like 10 years and then he has this great run in the junior tournament and now he's doing this which just it's like the most like undercard
• 21:31
[SPEAKER_02]: uh... we had a counter-inshain hasty-feeing yoshiki in a moron amosca in eighteen thirty two with a bomb-value death from haste on in a mora and uh... hey this is a good-backed can i say it was a nice traditional good solid warm-up tag for a title match yeah uh... i think haste also show it that you know like because there was a bit of like doubt around it because his new Japan run wasn't good because he just had like
• 22:00
[SPEAKER_04]: no motivation at all very clearly and again this at least gave me like a bit more of like an easier feeling that like okay that's like trance that like the metrophine number is going to be good got to lose the nunchucks though those are so corny oh god yeah notice that such p.a.v.
• 22:17
[SPEAKER_04]: it looks like such it I was like what do you do with that yeah it's like like why like
• 22:27
[SPEAKER_02]: look like a substitute dog.
• 22:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And so we go then to know a spring may have the next big show that they had real Goku 2026 on the May 2nd.
• 22:40
[SPEAKER_02]: And obviously, okay, real Goku cook it on.
• 22:43
[SPEAKER_02]: In from 4,539 fans of Paul, what do you think of that number?
• 22:47
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, very clearly Shane Hayes is a big a draw than Kenta.
• 22:54
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, great.
• 22:54
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you know, like, I mean, obviously
• 22:57
[SPEAKER_04]: you have to credit nighter to some of that number.
• 23:01
[SPEAKER_04]: But I think also Tristan general, like it's not like there was like that really was like the only like drawing match on the card, but because I don't really think Shane Hayes does she give you number?
• 23:12
[SPEAKER_04]: You would generally consider like a big drawing match.
• 23:16
[SPEAKER_04]: So the fact that they kind of still like drew more people than last year, I think is definitely an achievement.
• 23:23
[SPEAKER_04]: And I think again, I think in Amura is building a bit of like a case as a draw here.
• 23:28
[SPEAKER_04]: Because while the Azawa Naito is like the match, but like still like in Amura's like this people there are very obviously just for Amura.
• 23:36
[SPEAKER_02]: He has done pretty well for himself, often considered every time he's made a vintage with a title match.
• 23:42
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think he really is like, I think again, it was like a make or break thing for him right like because of his age and everything and I think like he's made it like I think he is like a main event like a proper main event and I would will remain one like for the rest of his North Korea really.
• 24:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so we share off with a couple of pre show matches which were not much we had obviously worse to feature on the
• 24:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Pretty sure, but Team Noah, that goes.
• 24:15
[SPEAKER_02]: She could tell Gai Haroki and Hajimeo, well, Harai defeating the rookie Yuto Koenagi, Haroto Serriya, and Medori Takahashi, and 64 with a Texas cold relief hold.
• 24:26
[SPEAKER_02]: We could tell Gai and Takahashi with Katoga getting a rare hope in these days.
• 24:33
[SPEAKER_02]: And then Ada defeated Katsumi in Hada and only 345 with the Imperial Uno, which I thought probably could have been
• 24:41
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, in a hot as not like quite a rookie and I think that they are also fast tracking him.
• 24:46
[SPEAKER_02]: So so we've out of that rookie status sooner rather than later.
• 24:49
[SPEAKER_02]: So you could have given him a couple of minutes.
• 24:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's eight up.
• 24:52
[SPEAKER_04]: Then he's in the car moving up to heavyweight as well.
• 24:55
[SPEAKER_04]: Like that makes it easier.
• 24:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 24:58
[SPEAKER_02]: So on the main part, can't get to your endo.
• 25:02
[SPEAKER_02]: and how I had it defeated Muhammad Yonek as if you could food you to and deck you to Sheenman 838 with the gold suit from Kenta on Oreshima, perfectly fine solid opener, then the hands of Kenta going from the main event to like the opener in one year.
• 25:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that is, that's a very good point that I didn't even think of.
• 25:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, they they second them down.
• 25:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that that the rain last year felt like a gold watch rain in 2015, and of course, let's put it back on Kenta type
• 25:31
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't I wouldn't I'm not like we're not shocked me.
• 25:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought I couldn't walk there, but we're not shocked if you never wants a GHC title again.
• 25:40
  [SPEAKER_04]: No, I wouldn't surprise me either.
• 25:42
[SPEAKER_04]: Like I don't think he probably even wants to because his body is obviously he's shot as well.
• 25:47
[SPEAKER_04]: It's he probably is fine just like you know like getting a title shot every once in a while and then I think it's more respectable.
• 25:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: He many does in
• 25:57
  [SPEAKER_04]: because it's a legend.
• 25:58
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 25:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 26:00
[SPEAKER_02]: So then we had the handicap match.
• 26:01
[SPEAKER_02]: No, the feeling kid like us and kid like us two and four twenty two with the mountain all on like us two.
• 26:07
  [SPEAKER_02]: I was fine.
• 26:09
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 26:10
[SPEAKER_04]: Again, kind of weird, but it's like there's two people here that you're putting in your tagly getting squashed on like under five minutes by one guy.
• 26:17
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I don't even necessarily disagree with them losing the match.
• 26:21
[SPEAKER_04]: It's just a weird decision for like a team that I guess you want to have some credibility coming and like a couple of weeks.
• 26:29
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, when we talk about the tag week, I'm looking at their block and possibly like you get two points.
• 26:35
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, the, I mean, it probably is, but still, like, I was probably what if, like, switch days and, like, eight hours in a hour to be honest, like you could probably put this on the pre-show.
• 26:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
• 26:49
[SPEAKER_02]: And then a three-way match with Manavus Soya, Saxith, Hotsley, and X being you can, you know, the feeling caught you, Mia, Howard, Toki, and Alejandro, and also the team of Masa Kittamy at Takashi's
• 27:03
  [SPEAKER_02]: 2, 4, 3, 2, 8, 6, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9
• 27:33
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, so I just increasingly drawing more and more people into his mid-life crisis.
• 27:38
  [UNKNOWN]: I see.
• 27:39
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, you have to remember, I get that it's passionate retels, however, it still has the retels name and I would just remind people what retels was originally, originally it was a bunch of like former like indie twink like scammers.
• 28:00
[SPEAKER_04]: And now it's like Manabu Sawyer, Saxon
• 28:07
[SPEAKER_02]: What's funny is that, um, when you know have the team with Naya wasn't it?
• 28:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and DDT, they were serious and they were pretty good.
• 28:17
[SPEAKER_02]: That he's overt that he leaves DDT, but then picks up a gimmick.
• 28:21
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll leave him again in a different way.
• 28:24
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, I know I think it makes.
• 28:27
[SPEAKER_02]: I enjoy, you know, a more serious run and he kind of reverts back when he goes to Noah.
• 28:33
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, well, it's the holiday doing attack.
• 28:36
  [SPEAKER_02]: Then L.T.J.
• 28:38
[SPEAKER_02]: versus Team 2000X, all about a one, an alpha wolf in Kai Fuji, more a defeated on Hell Reyes.
• 28:45
[SPEAKER_02]: And it ray you see in 729 with the package pile driver from Wolf on Reyes.
• 28:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, at least it was short.
• 28:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 28:54
[SPEAKER_02]: And then all about a two.
• 28:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: No D.K.Match, Bouchy, and D.K.
• 29:00
  [SPEAKER_02]: D.K.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.M.
• 29:23
  [SPEAKER_04]: which is really bad.
• 29:25
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, like that's really bad if that's your best match of this all-like series.
• 29:29
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
• 29:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And special tag match, Dale Michi Marafuji and Kenow defeat Carl Anderson and Doc Gowas.
• 29:36
[SPEAKER_02]: when Marfujipin gals with the arm walk package hold which Paul mildly surprised me because I thought they were going to keep the good brothers undefeated and that again another good brothers exceeding expectations match what I have to say yeah I mean I really did not see the like never meetry marfujipos coming to be honest but I mean I don't know it is working though
• 30:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and then to the LTJ versus Team 1000X all out battle three Osawa defeating Tatsuyet Nighto in 1812 was a backslide and woof, he's not a good match, uh, all let me ask you this, is Nighto more washed than Muto was at the same age?
• 30:23
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, or at the
• 30:29
[SPEAKER_02]: When Moodle won the GHE title from Go, he was better than Nighto is now, and he was still on.
• 30:35
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yes.
• 30:36
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 30:37
  [SPEAKER_04]: No.
• 30:37
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's all it's a fair area.
• 30:39
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, at the very end, it was very rough because he was just like, again, he could basically not move at all anymore.
• 30:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 30:47
[SPEAKER_02]: His hip was about to disappear.
• 30:49
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but I, yeah, no, I will say, yeah, the goeshiyozaki match was way better than this match because then anything.
• 30:55
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it was also like it was like that it had that like like basically it was insanely sloppy that match.
• 31:04
[SPEAKER_04]: But like that's what made it better because it was just these two like doing moves that like this shouldn't have attempted.
• 31:10
[SPEAKER_04]: So it was looked insanely dangerous and I've had whereas in this one it was just like, Osawa trying to bounce around night or night to couldn't even do anything so that didn't even work.
• 31:21
[SPEAKER_04]: Like it worked against like a hurrah because a hurrah was just like yeah, I don't know, just like throw me into like a row of chairs for you times in a row.
• 31:31
  [SPEAKER_04]: Fuck it.
• 31:31
  [SPEAKER_04]: Why not?
• 31:32
[SPEAKER_04]: But as they couldn't really do that here, suppose.
• 31:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the funniest part of the match to me was when Nato went for that little swinging DDT off the ropes and he botches it in the cloud just booze and I think the fact that they blew the fact that Bushy doesn't miss it's all connected.
• 31:49
[SPEAKER_02]: Nato and TGR's supposed to be the cool outside of heels, but when Nato shows up and he is falling apart, then they're not going to cheer for her.
• 31:57
[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to they're just going to totally reject it.
• 31:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Like he is getting rejected way faster than Muto ever did.
• 32:03
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no, I think that's very fair.
• 32:05
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 32:06
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, at least he's putting like Osawa over.
• 32:09
[SPEAKER_04]: So that's at least a more positive thing than we do.
• 32:13
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I mean, he won with a back side, which makes you wonder, you know, I mean, a probably going to run this back in like the end one.
• 32:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 32:23
  [SPEAKER_04]: Well, also interesting enough.
• 32:25
[SPEAKER_04]: They're not doing put a con next year.
• 32:27
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that one that one is actually I mean It the way he said it apparently it was already booked.
• 32:34
[SPEAKER_04]: So they couldn't get it So but it's still weird that they're then moving like to like December 31st We're just like you know the ultra pan spot like in the base you're running ahead to head as well.
• 32:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah
• 32:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Which, I mean, where are they running again on the 30 first?
• 32:53
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they're running on December, yeah, they're running the Yokoha.
• 32:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Yokohama, Buntai.
• 32:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: Buntai, right, okay.
• 33:01
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, basically, if you're like,
• 33:05
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, like, if you're like a foreigner coming in, like realistically, you're going to go to all Japan, not least.
• 33:10
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's a different city.
• 33:12
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's very close.
• 33:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it's still the, uh, okay.
• 33:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: So let's see here.
• 33:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: What time is?
• 33:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it starts at 15 o'clock.
• 33:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 33:23
[SPEAKER_02]: And I believe those all Japan shows also to
• 33:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I can't even go and try to like catch the second half of the Noah show or something.
• 33:38
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I know for example, like John Carroll, right, because they're, or I think they've already got everything booked.
• 33:45
[SPEAKER_04]: Like they're going to the ice ribbon show in the morning.
• 33:49
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's quite literally a case of like, well, it's not even just like which one you prefer.
• 33:53
[SPEAKER_04]: It's also quite literally just a case of like, well, it's just much more likely to like make it to your your
• 34:03
[SPEAKER_04]: for the show and then it's also like the thing like what you want to do after it's right like because it can't get out of both of those shows in the early evening and it's like well you want to go party in Yokohama you want to go party in Tokyo which I'm sure Yokohama is nice however the other city is literally Tokyo yes exactly and then in the semi-main event for the GHC junior heavyweight title dragon bane defeated Amoska in 1433 with the bane twister
• 34:32
[SPEAKER_02]: failed third defense and then Dragon Bane is the 61st Jcg heavyweight champion Paul this was fantastic match.
• 34:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 34:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Damascus should be in the conversation for best junior of the year.
• 34:47
[SPEAKER_02]: I know a world in May, but still.
• 34:49
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, him and Bain even.
• 34:51
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's the year.
• 34:53
  [SPEAKER_04]: Seconds as well.
• 34:53
[SPEAKER_04]: It's like it's kind of crazy when you remember how old he is.
• 34:57
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, it's not like what you want.
• 34:59
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's like in theory.
• 35:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, exactly.
• 35:01
[SPEAKER_04]: It's not like like like he literally wrestles like guy like at least like 10, 15 years younger than he actually is.
• 35:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, absolutely half his age.
• 35:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I think about Liger in at the age of 41, which I think would have been what in the mid 2000s, maybe Yeah, you know, and he was still a great wrestler, but he was not doing what a mask it does Yeah, and not as like smoothly as well like that Liger was still doing some time What was very selected?
• 35:29
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, a rumour, yeah, who was younger?
• 35:32
  [SPEAKER_04]: What's he?
• 35:34
[SPEAKER_02]: It's about, it's a younger five years, roughly the same age He was like 36 or even, really?
• 35:40
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, yeah, but the Kuromo, yeah, definitely has slowed on a lot more than like a maxa has.
• 35:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, yeah, no, it was 37 this year.
• 35:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Jesus, okay.
• 35:49
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, he's way younger than a party was.
• 35:51
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 35:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Four years younger than a maxa.
• 35:54
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so it's absolutely in like the way he wrestles like, I mean, Dragonbane again, I'm like they were both amazing in this match.
• 36:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.
• 36:02
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.
• 36:03
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah.
• 36:04
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 36:05
[SPEAKER_04]: Because Dragonbane is like, what 24, 25?
• 36:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 36:10
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, absolutely.
• 36:11
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I can tell you that for free dragonbane is absolutely got to rank fairly highly on my like 30 on a friday list.
• 36:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
• 36:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it's time to get that 30 industry.
• 36:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I believe it's a really need to get that done.
• 36:23
  [SPEAKER_02]: We got it.
• 36:24
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's due to 22nd in 3 to 7th.
• 36:27
[SPEAKER_02]: I might 100 greatest wrestlers ever would list like a day or two ago.
• 36:32
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I was that one this time around.
• 36:36
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I am.
• 36:38
  [SPEAKER_02]: I put co-ordinate number one.
• 36:39
[SPEAKER_02]: A carahokotone number two and ten number three.
• 36:43
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's a pretty good.
• 36:44
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's a pretty good top-free.
• 36:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 36:48
[SPEAKER_02]: So that is a very good start for the year for the junior division, I think.
• 36:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 36:54
[SPEAKER_02]: No, I think they've been already done good this year.
• 36:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 36:57
[SPEAKER_02]: And even black in the last year with the aroma rain.
• 37:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well the question is much like the Haromu Rain.
• 37:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Is this just a nice little gold watch double champion thing for Bane before he adds off to Triple A?
• 37:12
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean Maybe I kind of confused with like what's happening with like the whole Triple A thing anyway.
• 37:19
[SPEAKER_04]: It's like yeah It seems kind of fluid who is actually under contract there?
• 37:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Cuz Galena is Galena the hair yet.
• 37:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know
• 37:28
[SPEAKER_04]: No, because I think he's also working like in these now too.
• 37:31
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, weird.
• 37:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 37:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I just, I just expect, I know we've said this a few times, but it's a, like, global door is just to, like, stop pairing a note of what day.
• 37:42
[SPEAKER_04]: And then, I mean, long over again, like, if you're a major, like US TV promotion, like you would be stupid not to try and sign these guys.
• 37:51
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, exactly, right?
• 37:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you could, this might sound ridiculous, but even in AEW, you could sign them and just slot them in as the new future brothers, because they have a very similar
• 38:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: Right?
• 38:02
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 38:02
[SPEAKER_02]: If a wolf can be Penta and Dragon Bay can be Phoenix.
• 38:06
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no, no, no, you can absolutely do that, like it's, right?
• 38:10
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 38:11
[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I mean, like it's literally not a promote, like actually, you know, what who could actually, like, if they're not going to the US, there is another promotion that might want to approach them in that case, because I mean, we've asked it, like they have been to reports out there that like New Japan is looking for junior talents.
• 38:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that's actually very true.
• 38:31
[SPEAKER_02]: They may or may not have
• 38:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that one's not quite clear, yeah, and yeah, but you know, that's exactly the point, right?
• 38:43
[SPEAKER_02]: So keep it on for that.
• 38:45
[SPEAKER_02]: A new department hasn't rated Noah compared to other places, at least recently.
• 38:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know.
• 38:50
[SPEAKER_04]: Probably because it's more expensive.
• 38:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, you've got him into bidding wars then.
• 38:55
[SPEAKER_02]: And for the GHC, heavyweight championship, Shane Hayes,
• 39:00
[SPEAKER_02]: defeated Yoshiki in Amura in 342 with the for your four jackknife holes after the Bond Valley death to win the title and he's the 50th champion and the third foreign geeks you have you like champion I was shocked not like the biggest shock in all of wrestling history anything but I was surprised but also god damn this is awesome actually yeah
• 39:27
[SPEAKER_02]: prove that doubt is wrong.
• 39:29
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no, he really did.
• 39:30
[SPEAKER_04]: I think there was like a little bit of like a boring period in the match.
• 39:34
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but like otherwise, like this was pretty damn awesome.
• 39:38
[SPEAKER_04]: Like just balls to the wall, like after that, just heart hitting hard hitting more.
• 39:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, look.
• 39:46
[SPEAKER_02]: This wasn't just all Shane Hayes, Inamura played a major role in Frall, we know Hayes won't be able to recreate this with someone other than Inamura.
• 39:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 39:54
[SPEAKER_02]: But I think Hayes is also more serious than he has been.
• 39:59
[SPEAKER_02]: But honestly, Paul with how well this all went off, I want to see Mad Mikey.
• 40:05
  [SPEAKER_02]: Where is Mad Mikey?
• 40:06
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 40:07
[SPEAKER_02]: He has to come up with that.
• 40:08
[SPEAKER_02]: He has to come up with that.
• 40:10
[SPEAKER_02]: He needs to come in and have lots of people in there.
• 40:12
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 40:14
[SPEAKER_04]: It's also a shame that like seemingly like haze and like Matt Mikey sold the rights to TMDK to New Japan.
• 40:23
[SPEAKER_02]: It sounds seems like it, but he was wearing like a...
• 40:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: TMDK, like, wrist brand.
• 40:28
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 40:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 40:29
[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know, but they're not, you know, using the term or anything like that.
• 40:34
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because because, and it's also New Japan, it's like New Japan is like selling the, what's it called?
• 40:40
[SPEAKER_04]: They're like merge as part of like their like official New Japan merge.
• 40:45
[SPEAKER_04]: So, so, and this is why I'm thinking that they like that New Japan, like bought the rights to TMDK,
• 40:54
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, if you went into like the New Japan store when Suzuki Goon was around, uh, they would always have like this Suzuki Goon merch and like, oh, like, and like their own separate, like, area basically.
• 41:06
[SPEAKER_04]: They could never be just like part of like the New Japan merch.
• 41:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: Right.
• 41:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: Right.
• 41:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, honestly though, is it a bad thing?
• 41:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they had been TMDK for so long that they'd be freshened
• 41:22
[SPEAKER_02]: chain joining the white Raven squad is what he needs to help fashion himself up.
• 41:27
[SPEAKER_04]: I can definitely see it.
• 41:28
[SPEAKER_04]: It's just a little bit of a shame because they obviously like at least into a pan they were like originally like a Noah faction.
• 41:36
[SPEAKER_04]: I know that like they really were like
• 41:39
[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, what's the call again?
• 41:40
[SPEAKER_04]: And it was like a fraction of Australia before that.
• 41:44
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, they were but still like, you know, like they were like an important part of Noah for like a couple of years, but then again how many of those fans are even left anymore, because like that was like 10 plus years at this point.
• 42:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
• 42:02
  [SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, wow.
• 42:03
  [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah.
• 42:04
[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think of the title change?
• 42:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, a part for me being a great match.
• 42:09
[SPEAKER_04]: I, to some degree actually thought coming, I would say.
• 42:12
  [SPEAKER_03]: Hmm.
• 42:14
[SPEAKER_04]: I still wasn't like a hundred percent sure what it was just like it felt like the inner mirror rain had like you know like run its chorus and it was very much a case of like well where is it was even gonna drop it to at this point unless you just wanted to like redo with our versus inner mirror.
• 42:30
[SPEAKER_04]: It's also like a thing of like well if you couldn't win like a Shane Hayes to come in you probably have to like give him a tighter rain.
• 42:40
  [SPEAKER_04]: So yeah
• 42:41
[SPEAKER_04]: That's why that's why I was like, okay, like if Shane hates coming in like they're probably going to put the belt on him if even like just for like a little bit So yeah, yeah, I wasn't super surprised, but we'll see how long it lasts.
• 42:55
[SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing Well, we'll talk about that in a minute because there's some booking that may suggest that it's not a long rain, but I was no I don't really know why to save time to be completely honest with you
• 43:07
[SPEAKER_02]: So they had the after-mayhem, which was the day after on May 3rd, I should juke you face a drawing at 468 fans for Super No Big and Seafood House.
• 43:17
[SPEAKER_02]: They started off the show with a bang.
• 43:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Could see a night of Embrushi versus Kendo and Yoshiki and Emura went to a time on the draw.
• 43:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I believe this is all between vortex.
• 43:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: Was it done?
• 43:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 43:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 43:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, so that was a interesting little opener, but, you know, uh, get Nido getting in, get out.
• 43:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
• 43:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Gallos Pintments away after the magic killer.
• 43:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Now that's appearing.
• 43:58
  [SPEAKER_02]: I never expected I'd see.
• 43:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Doc Gallos and Doc Gallos and Doc Gallos and Doc Gallos.
• 44:03
  [SPEAKER_04]: Great.
• 44:03
[SPEAKER_04]: And then they did try to like two feet.
• 44:06
[SPEAKER_04]: You took like, you took a lot of time.
• 44:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they just aren't here.
• 44:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 44:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder if they'll stick to him with them.
• 44:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: It would be fine.
• 44:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Right you say defeated Haurotus Maria in 1940 with an inside cradle.
• 44:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, man.
• 44:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Right you say sometimes he looks like he might be doing stuff but I don't know what he's got.
• 44:26
[SPEAKER_02]: So far, I mean, I think Surya is the future.
• 44:30
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, again, before I use if my main concern is right, like he really invest like the regular reps and like a key part of his development.
• 44:39
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, like it's like, I'm hilarious, like a known said he's going back to Europe.
• 44:44
[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know what's happening there?
• 44:47
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what the fuck where you say it's going to, I guess just hang around Noah's video is best option.
• 44:52
[SPEAKER_02]: He should go to Europe.
• 44:56
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, if you can get regular reps there, that's the thing.
• 44:58
[SPEAKER_04]: If you can get it in the infec, you know, like a W, like a fan.
• 45:02
[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to max it, like a fan.
• 45:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Max it, though, actually, yeah.
• 45:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Family is just family, like the same thing.
• 45:06
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I, I, I, I, you speak Spanish.
• 45:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I don't know, like, you don't have to, yeah, all those other guys go and they don't speak.
• 45:17
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's true.
• 45:18
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's true.
• 45:18
[SPEAKER_04]: That's never stopped the Japanese wrestling coach of Mexico.
• 45:21
  [SPEAKER_04]: No.
• 45:23
[SPEAKER_02]: Or never stopped to sketchy wrestle from hiding in Mexico.
• 45:26
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
• 45:28
  [SPEAKER_04]: This should be fair.
• 45:30
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, where you say it wouldn't need to do that, but no, no.
• 45:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Manavu Soya and Yuki, you know, defeated at Sushi Katogane, oroki, it threw 56 with the passion is from Soya on a rocky end.
• 45:42
[SPEAKER_02]: This is all about a squash to establish this team.
• 45:45
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you could figure this out in your head how it went.
• 45:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: The M.G.
• 45:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Marafuji, Amasuka, Shudji Kondo, and Madorio, Madori Takahashi, defeated Ozzawa, Alpha Wolf, Null, and Junmasa Okin 1236 with the armor.
• 46:01
[SPEAKER_02]: package hold from my Fuji on null, and null takes the rare loss, because he's usually quite protected.
• 46:09
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean again, it's the Murafuji push right now.
• 46:12
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's a Murafuji.
• 46:12
[SPEAKER_04]: You've got to squash a bunch of people in like handicap matches, and the payoff on that is he gets beat by Murafuji.
• 46:19
[SPEAKER_02]: I know, this fine match actually, it's a pretty good dead, it's in pretty good teams there.
• 46:26
[SPEAKER_02]: And then Masa Kirimia, Tatsuke and Kai from Jamoran defeated Kato Kimia Harutoki and Alejandro in 1331 with the inside cradle from Kirimia on Alejandro.
• 46:38
[SPEAKER_02]: And of course with this being a team 2,000 next.
• 46:41
[SPEAKER_02]: match, you can expect some of the things that happened here.
• 46:43
[SPEAKER_02]: You can sort of, you know, but also what happened was after the match, kiddo me and Kiyomiya got on the mic and basically challenged her versus faction just banned it for it.
• 46:57
[SPEAKER_02]: The already incredibly short hair of
• 47:01
[SPEAKER_04]: And it's literally everybody pointed out, including English commentary was like, well, he doesn't have a lot of hair, so this match kind of doesn't make sense.
• 47:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Which is funny because they will sell anything that no, yeah, yeah, that's so bad.
• 47:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And then in the mean event, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton, Kenton,
• 47:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Good match, which was about build up the Kenton versus haste match, which we've run out to mention, Kenton came up to congratulate haste at Sumo Hall and then haste, challenged him because Kenton defeated haste in the previous challenge.
• 47:42
[SPEAKER_02]: I think in what 2013 to retain the GHFL, whatever.
• 47:46
[SPEAKER_02]: So that was set up.
• 47:48
[SPEAKER_02]: That was a good match.
• 47:49
[SPEAKER_02]: And then I believe it was after this when Endo said that he had now for the foreseeable future was staying with Noah, right?
• 47:54
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, until he, like, achieved success in no, uh, which, yeah, good luck.
• 48:02
[SPEAKER_02]: The thing is by the time, whatever, even if he's in there another year, like DDT will, I know, solidify a bunch of new young guys.
• 48:10
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's the thing that so many, there's so many people coming up in that promotion, like this.
• 48:15
[SPEAKER_02]: No, because they're going to come on for us to go back to put over Tacashi, Tacashi, Missada at some point, like maybe, yeah, you know, the house
• 48:25
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I don't know, he can like, redraw in damn nation T.A.
• 48:29
  [SPEAKER_04]: I guess.
• 48:32
[SPEAKER_04]: Because eruption isn't really a thing anymore.
• 48:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Nope, they're all retired or injured, I think.
• 48:39
  [SPEAKER_02]: Or is that I can't remember?
• 48:41
  [SPEAKER_02]: I've completely lost interest in D.T.
• 48:43
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's actually retired.
• 48:47
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's fine.
• 48:50
[SPEAKER_04]: Fine from what I've been saying.
• 48:51
[SPEAKER_02]: I like you, I know, but, you know,
• 48:53
[SPEAKER_02]: So that was that show and then we go to the fifth at cork at home front of 1,000 through 102 fans and I know I mean, I think it's fine for what the main event of the show wants.
• 49:04
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and also this I mean to be fed was in gold and week Yeah, but it was still like an I mean it was still like in 11 a.m. Show as well.
• 49:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, all of these court like when people talk I actually
• 49:17
[SPEAKER_04]: This was the rare, like, early, early curriculum that I caught last year.
• 49:21
[SPEAKER_04]: I forgot that this was this, I couldn't sleep, I was like, watch, I was like a wicket for a year and I was like, I should know it's on a might of full of watch that I could like, and sleep.
• 49:31
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I could have watched this slide, but I forgot because no way usually doesn't have this time sign.
• 49:38
[SPEAKER_02]: And also Pam was later.
• 49:41
[SPEAKER_02]: And one thing that when people talk about Noah softening in Corgan Hall, I can kind of see it, but all those great Corgan numbers are all GHC title matches, not GHC national title or just tag matches, right?
• 49:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 49:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think they're they're softening a bit, but we'll see where this goes.
• 49:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so to start off, Kenon Amoska defeated eight in Botpens array in 541 with the PFS from Kenon.
• 50:03
  [SPEAKER_02]: Men's away, I find a little opener.
• 50:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Tetsuya, Nito, Bushen, where you say defeating Udu Koyanaki, Harotasuri, I'm a Dori Taka-Hopki, it's a 35 with a crabball from Bushen, Koyanaga.
• 50:15
[SPEAKER_02]: And you couldn't tell me if, uh,
• 50:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I can't remember that I don't did anything in the background, I pretty sure he didn't actually tag in.
• 50:24
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
• 50:25
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a... And then in Busoya, you could, you know, Dekio de Schema, which sounds like a great team, but then super crazy defeated, because of Yuki Fujita, Muhammad Yone at Sushi Katovian, Hajimeo Har and A32, with the passion is from Sorya Anohara, and Paul, let me ask you this, is, because of Yuki Fujita, a member of Team Noa.
• 50:44
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think he is officially, like, or he's from Ishikawa in evolution.
• 50:48
[SPEAKER_04]: Exactly, that's exactly, exactly, exact reference I just wanted to make.
• 50:56
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think that's basically the role that he has.
• 50:58
[SPEAKER_04]: Also on, like, super crazy, right?
• 51:02
[SPEAKER_04]: Remember when, like, all Japan brought him in, like, what, like, five years ago or something at this time?
• 51:09
[SPEAKER_02]: God, what's the thing that I want to go now?
• 51:10
[SPEAKER_02]: It could have been three or four or five, yeah?
• 51:13
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, when we were like, at this, it's like a nice, like, you know, like gold watch thing for him to do, and any it's like gonna go back to Mexico and retire or whatever.
• 51:23
[SPEAKER_04]: And he just hasn't left.
• 51:25
[SPEAKER_03]: So we're still here, still here, still here.
• 51:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so then after that we had Yoshiki and Amura Carl Anderson dot gals kid like us a kid like us two defeating Ozzawa Takashi Sugira and all Tadesuke and Dune Masaoka 925 with the mooseo from Inamura on Masaoka trying to build Inamura back up, but we're getting out of this another Inamura versus Ozzawa match coming talk about in a minute And then Shane haste Tetsuya and oh
• 51:59
[SPEAKER_02]: uh... defeated kenta and katsune in a hot in ten fifty-one's the worried uh... from eight pay start in a hot a again nice solid little match but then the dissolution versus hair match kind of key me a defeated masochidemy and seventeen forty-seven with a skyward elbow to and can be a lot actually did shave his hair down all the way at least
• 52:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: with this.
• 52:22
[SPEAKER_02]: And I was fine at moments, but then it also had exactly what you think was going to have with the interference and everything like that.
• 52:30
[SPEAKER_02]: And the Mad Prince made an appearance as well.
• 52:34
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it also probably had like the weirdest spot of the entire year, which I don't know if you remember that.
• 52:40
[SPEAKER_04]: Basically, they had this thing of the, like, you had like Kita Mia trying
• 52:50
[SPEAKER_04]: And there was just like old man who was like sitting there who like couldn't really get up.
• 52:57
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, okay.
• 52:58
[SPEAKER_04]: It's actually kind of weird that that doesn't happen more often given how old.
• 53:02
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like population of Japan.
• 53:04
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
• 53:04
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think I've ever seen that happen before.
• 53:06
  [SPEAKER_03]: Oh.
• 53:07
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, like hit a mirror and kind of had to like noticeably stall because the old man just couldn't get up.
• 53:11
[SPEAKER_04]: And then he'd like he didn't even get up.
• 53:13
[SPEAKER_04]: He just kind of fell out of his chair.
• 53:15
[SPEAKER_04]: He kind of just fell out of his chair and they were like, okay, fuck, I will just do this spot now and then the old man is just like next to them on the floor and like The staff is like trying to get him up and it's like this is this is bizarre What's even happening anymore?
• 53:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah exactly just And then in the main event for the JC national title, Namushi.
• 53:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Namichi Marafuji defeated alpha wolf
• 53:43
[SPEAKER_02]: 24, 17 with the referee stopped the perfect headlock to win the title is a 20.
• 53:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
• 53:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: He's a 20th national champion.
• 53:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: Damn.
• 53:51
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been a lot of national champions.
• 53:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's been a long seven years.
• 53:56
[SPEAKER_02]: I was before the pandemic though.
• 53:58
  [SPEAKER_02]: I think right.
• 53:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think.
• 54:02
[SPEAKER_02]: in the days of Michael else.
• 54:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 54:10
[SPEAKER_02]: Look, I mean, this had the perfunctory team.
• 54:13
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, you know, Ferris, but God damn it.
• 54:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how he did it.
• 54:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Mar Fuji had a great match here and he somehow did it and I thought look we said for a while that he was always good for one or two matches a year but then he had the title match against Kenta and which again was a match against disappointment which is like okay if you can't have a good match and try against Ken to he's truly truly walked but Dan he did it.
• 54:40
[SPEAKER_04]: He really seemed like that probably was like a, it seems like that was a motivating factor for him, right?
• 54:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, then he was like, okay, like, I shit the bat here and it seems like he just, I don't know.
• 54:54
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what he's done, but it seems like he just, like, is like, nah, fuck this.
• 54:59
  [SPEAKER_04]: I'm back now, basically.
• 55:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
• 55:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Which I'm not against.
• 55:02
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I think, I think there is actually trends now for, like, this tighter range to be good.
• 55:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we'll see how long it goes to, right?
• 55:09
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I mean, it also depends if they're actually going to do any, like, tighter defenses.
• 55:14
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 55:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Though, I don't know, more food delivery struck me as a guy that just was happy to do this thing and not have want to be.
• 55:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Burned with these titles, so either he's getting ready to have a round before he retires, or this is just a really quick transition of it.
• 55:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 55:33
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 55:34
[SPEAKER_04]: I've, again, the problem of the, yeah, like I said, the problem of the national title, like basically ever since, uh, the whole like Osawa thing has just been like, well, it just hasn't beaten that many, like, defenses.
• 55:49
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 55:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah.
• 55:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll evade the title back into meeting something after it just getting knocked around.
• 55:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 56:00
  [SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
• 56:02
[SPEAKER_02]: So to preview, the next big show is on the...
• 56:07
[SPEAKER_02]: 13th that cork in hall.
• 56:10
[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll curious how this will draw because made a van.
• 56:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Shane Hayes versus Ken Ta, you know, she keep you number of versus Ozzawa and I assume it's going to be number one contenders match, basically, right?
• 56:20
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 56:20
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 56:21
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that doesn't really make like that's the other weird thing, but it's like like the thing I thought they were doing, it's like, okay, you're going to do like you have Shane Hayes take the title.
• 56:30
[SPEAKER_04]: So you don't have to run back in number
• 56:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 56:35
[SPEAKER_04]: You can save that match.
• 56:37
  [SPEAKER_04]: But I guess that's not what they're doing.
• 56:40
[SPEAKER_02]: So also you didn't really have to run this match either because he just pin night up.
• 56:45
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's the other thing.
• 56:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Because it is really no point for like in the morrow winning.
• 56:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: No, no.
• 56:52
[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, no, it's it's a bit of a it's a bit of a bizarre decision on those part.
• 56:56
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I'm not against it.
• 56:58
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's just I don't know.
• 56:59
[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like there would have been money in saving and morrow is a lava.
• 57:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, special tag team match, Tiger Mask and Kenovers, Alejandro de Michi Marfuji, I take this to Tiger Mask fair while to know a match, right?
• 57:14
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 57:14
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 57:15
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 57:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 57:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 57:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, so.
• 57:15
[SPEAKER_04]: Like it be it's retiring and like to.
• 57:19
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 57:19
  [SPEAKER_04]: July.
• 57:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 57:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: July.
• 57:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 57:21
  [SPEAKER_04]: All right.
• 57:22
  [SPEAKER_04]: 10 person.
• 57:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: 10 person tag match.
• 57:24
[SPEAKER_02]: That's just you could tell because you could Fujita, Muhammad, Yone, Haroki, and Dekyod, Shima versus Masa, Kiribia.
• 57:30
  [SPEAKER_02]: The costumes
• 57:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Tag Team Match, Tetsuya Neto and Burshi versus Amasuka Blackvence array.
• 57:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: Another, it's six-man, three, six-man, three-way match.
• 57:44
[SPEAKER_02]: So we got Katoki Mia Harutoki and Yudokunagi versus Tetsuya Endohayata and Katzumi and Hada.
• 57:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Versus kidlikeos, one kidlikeos, two-in-medori Takahashi.
• 57:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Then you have a Tag Team Match, Manibu Soya, and you can eat versus eat and should you condo.
• 58:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that could be fun, and then you have another Herodus, Herodus, Ruiya, versus Ruiya, Samatch.
• 58:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, they're having a best of three series games, and it's the first match.
• 58:12
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 58:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that's a good idea.
• 58:14
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 58:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: I would die, I'm sure that's Ruiya.
• 58:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: If I were.
• 58:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 58:20
[SPEAKER_02]: So also Global Tag League coming up, starting on May 23, Kyoto, KBS Hall, and then ending on the 16th of June,
• 58:29
[SPEAKER_02]: And we'll just go around the blocks here.
• 58:32
[SPEAKER_02]: So A-Block, L-T-J, Natto and Bouchy, all were valiant.
• 58:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Kai-Doky and me and Harutoki, elegant darkness of the white raven squire.
• 58:40
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's Tetsuya and Go and I add out the good rockers.
• 58:45
[SPEAKER_02]: The Lycos Jim, as we were talking about before, and God chairman, which is Tekashi Suga, and are sorry, Masa Kittimi and Tekashi Suga, yeah.
• 58:55
  [SPEAKER_02]: And then we've got,
• 58:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Maru Ken of Namichi Marfuji and Kenow.
• 59:00
[SPEAKER_02]: You've got the sun setters, which is your shiki and I'm more in stallion Rogers.
• 59:05
[SPEAKER_02]: You've got the beast of monkeys, which is Kezi Yuki Fujita and Muhammad Yonay.
• 59:10
[SPEAKER_02]: And then you have in block, sorry, where was I?
• 59:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, in block B, then you have Kezhe Katsubi.
• 59:22
[SPEAKER_02]: And Hada, so we were talking about him moving up to Heavyweight.
• 59:25
[SPEAKER_02]: You've got your passionate retels team if you can e-know in Manibu Soy and the real outcasts, which is a little bit hattest gay of all people, such a bizarre theme.
• 59:41
[SPEAKER_02]: It is such a bizarre team, but someone's got to eat those pins when those are what in this tournament.
• 59:47
[SPEAKER_02]: So Paul, who are your sort of guests of wanting this one?
• 59:51
[SPEAKER_04]: I think the good brothers probably have these machines, right?
• 59:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't think so.
• 59:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 59:58
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think Kaito and like Kitamiya and Tsigura out because I think they're just gonna like,
• 1:00:04
[SPEAKER_04]: One is going to eliminate the other team, basically.
• 1:00:07
[SPEAKER_04]: Now you're in Bouchy at Champions.
• 1:00:09
[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't make a lot of sense, and then the like cuts are basically out.
• 1:00:13
[SPEAKER_04]: So I think to me, like Block A comes down to either endo and Hayata or the good brothers, and I probably would go with the good brothers.
• 1:00:21
[SPEAKER_02]: And do you think that a win over Mario can in the finals for revenge?
• 1:00:25
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:00:26
[SPEAKER_04]: That actually, that actually would make a lot of sense, because then otherwise from Block B, I mean, I guess maybe, so yeah, you know?
• 1:00:33
[SPEAKER_02]: It's very important to leave it for them in the finals, I don't know.
• 1:00:37
[SPEAKER_04]: But they have given them a bunch of like matches to build them up and so.
• 1:00:41
[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, like, to me, good brothers feel like, but then it can good brothers already get, can get like a win over like, nighto and bushy and tournament.
• 1:00:52
[SPEAKER_02]: It gets over the problem, it's like people who don't want to implement that, it's not a schoolboying dot gals or machine gunkers.
• 1:01:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:01:02
[SPEAKER_04]: Because I want to have a feeling that whoever wins this is going to beat LTJ for the titles.
• 1:01:06
[SPEAKER_02]: They have to, they've got to go to these titles.
• 1:01:08
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I got to get a side of love of night, though.
• 1:01:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
• 1:01:11
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:01:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Usually it's the word calls of your team.
• 1:01:13
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's really, really bad.
• 1:01:16
[SPEAKER_04]: Don't want Bouchy to be the word calls of your team.
• 1:01:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let's look at the last block night here, or the last two block nights, because on the June 7th, you got Nado and Bouchy versus Carl Anderson and Doc Gallows.
• 1:01:30
[SPEAKER_02]: So this is last A block night.
• 1:01:32
[SPEAKER_02]: And then you've got a Lycos gym,
• 1:01:35
[SPEAKER_02]: versus Kittamia and Sugaera and then Kiyomiya and Harutoki versus Endo and Hayada.
• 1:01:43
[SPEAKER_02]: So those are all poised for some upsets there as well.
• 1:01:46
[SPEAKER_02]: And then on the last B-block that you got Maru-Kandvers and Inamurans down in Rogers, you got Yoni and Fujita versus Kentan and Hada and you got Soya and Yino versus Tadascano Zawa.
• 1:01:57
[SPEAKER_04]: That's, right, does that change?
• 1:02:05
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but then again, we didn't just we didn't get that in the carnival either.
• 1:02:09
[SPEAKER_04]: So no, well, come on.
• 1:02:13
[SPEAKER_04]: It's like from the literal, the fight I mentioned.
• 1:02:15
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
• 1:02:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, that's Noah.
• 1:02:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know what this company is doing.
• 1:02:25
[SPEAKER_02]: It's both got some great ideas.
• 1:02:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's incredibly stupid one.
• 1:02:29
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's kind of what they've always been in a way.
• 1:02:34
[SPEAKER_02]: But we move on to all Japan to cover a quite a number of shows in the champion carnival, including up to the final block tonight.
• 1:02:44
[SPEAKER_02]: And we start off with the Castle Cobb a cuttube on April 25th, in front of 453 fans for supernova agency full house.
• 1:02:54
[SPEAKER_02]: And we'll just run through this quick.
• 1:02:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Part, anything on the show that you thought stood out?
• 1:03:01
  [SPEAKER_04]: Um...
• 1:03:02
  [SPEAKER_04]: Thought real?
• 1:03:03
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, the heat that gave us as you, my match?
• 1:03:06
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
• 1:03:07
  [SPEAKER_04]: Was the double pin?
• 1:03:09
  [SPEAKER_04]: the double pin.
• 1:03:11
[SPEAKER_04]: I thought that was actually like it was quick.
• 1:03:13
[SPEAKER_04]: Right in your head like you were like coming out like a house a fire and just like taking it to Videki.
• 1:03:19
[SPEAKER_04]: I thought that was quite fun.
• 1:03:21
[SPEAKER_04]: And then otherwise I did like Kikuta with the second motor as well.
• 1:03:26
[SPEAKER_02]: You sure did I. I also give credit.
• 1:03:28
[SPEAKER_02]: I got Ray versus Talts was better than it was gonna be.
• 1:03:31
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no definitely, definitely.
• 1:03:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Because they kept that one short.
• 1:03:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and even Honda vs. Zion was decent, but the thing with Cantor vs. Kubo was another snooze.
• 1:03:42
[SPEAKER_02]: They just dealt with it.
• 1:03:44
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no.
• 1:03:44
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's a big one.
• 1:03:45
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, Kubo, Kubo, which was in the guy that is at like that level, basically.
• 1:03:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: No.
• 1:03:51
[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, this was shorter than a title match, but even then still, they don't have it.
• 1:03:56
[SPEAKER_02]: And then on the 26th at San Joe City Public Warfare Hall in front of 728, we had
• 1:04:03
[SPEAKER_02]: uh... can go machine mode defeating recetto kumarashi defeating go shiozaki uh... ought to see defeating uma and zai which i thought my god and zai selling and that was awesome yeah
• 1:04:17
[SPEAKER_02]: You may argue the feeling, right now I'll be, which is a little long, but it was actually quite, it's pretty good, it's pretty good.
• 1:04:23
[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I think you might end up in just two people that just have that, like, just have, you know, like, the chemistry.
• 1:04:32
[SPEAKER_04]: Like again, if you remember, like the title match, that was also surprisingly good as well.
• 1:04:39
[SPEAKER_02]: And then, in the main event, towels to feed a cat on my heart with the ride, the lighting, daddy, and a match.
• 1:04:44
[SPEAKER_02]: So I thought it was actually better than their triple cry.
• 1:04:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't matter.
• 1:04:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:04:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:04:49
[SPEAKER_04]: I think again, I think you kind of like identified that fairly correctly, like last time recorded, but it was like, well, Kuma is the one that's going to take to pin and talos is the one that's going to like beat me a horror off like the two reason.
• 1:05:01
[SPEAKER_04]: Triple cry on challenges and it's it's pretty clear why because talos is just better.
• 1:05:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Talos has basically pinned in single matches most of the main of better than this company and former triple-character champions, except for one that wasn't clear, right?
• 1:05:16
[SPEAKER_02]: But all of the matches here were so I mean even Kuma versus Go was much better than the average.
• 1:05:21
[SPEAKER_02]: then that can't show match with Gens Kuma.
• 1:05:25
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because it's also because, like, basically, the way go structure matches, just works better for Kuma than the way, like, can't just structure matches.
• 1:05:33
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:05:34
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, like, Kuma and Go just kind of stood there and just, like, beat the shit out of each other, like, Kuma's chest was like, Yep.
• 1:05:42
[SPEAKER_04]: Welting up really, really, really badly by the end of that match, because Go just chopped them really, really fucking hard.
• 1:05:49
[SPEAKER_02]: And then on May 2nd at Nantokita General Holesale Center in Coriama, we had Kumorashi fitting Kenga Machimo in 2AW, which was perfectly fine.
• 1:06:01
[SPEAKER_02]: We had Renai Abba fitting Dysuke Sekamoto in 1228 with a death roulette.
• 1:06:05
[SPEAKER_02]: And again, I think Sekamoto being Sekamoto got a little, let me put this advice at least of fire out of Renai Abba.
• 1:06:14
[SPEAKER_02]: you know compared as much as you can yeah exactly and then we had you my own side of the town called ten all this which is very this to this question it's and that injury or worker shoot I am not sure so like we get to it on the next one but like I because I paid like because I watched that one after it was announced that
• 1:06:41
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:06:42
[SPEAKER_04]: And when he came out to the match for Kuma Rashi, he was noticeably limping already.
• 1:06:49
  [SPEAKER_04]: So, I don't know if that...
• 1:06:51
  [SPEAKER_04]: He's also a fantastic sour.
• 1:06:54
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's the problem.
• 1:06:56
[SPEAKER_04]: What was the... What was the last time?
• 1:06:58
[SPEAKER_04]: Like the fact that the immediate post match, she was like, I'm so sad that my champion kind of will run a stone was like, okay, that means you already knew
• 1:07:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, when was the last time they, in Japan, you saw someone clearly go in injured to actually injured into a match to do an injury angle.
• 1:07:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like, they would either.
• 1:07:24
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they, they just run you out.
• 1:07:26
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:07:26
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:07:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Or you work and you.
• 1:07:28
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, okay, I mean, actually, you know what, like somebody that is clearly injured, working a match, I actually just saw that, and that was in Dragon Gate, where he didn't know where he, they followed it, it wasn't an angle, it wasn't an angle, it was basically U.T.
• 1:07:49
[SPEAKER_04]: Where they basically did no setup matches because UT has a neck injury and it's gonna be out for a while after this and it was very clear in the way they worked the match that UT was injured because there was just certain things they just you know didn't do
• 1:08:06
[SPEAKER_04]: But again, there wasn't worked around in a way where it wasn't injury angle or whatever.
• 1:08:11
  [SPEAKER_04]: They didn't do that.
• 1:08:12
[SPEAKER_04]: They still worked the match like a normal match, just taking it easy.
• 1:08:18
[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't a case of like Tanaka working over UT's neck.
• 1:08:23
[SPEAKER_04]: Like the way it was with basically Kumar Raj, she's stomping, and so I was ankle into oblivion and the match getting stopped.
• 1:08:31
[SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, I do be honest.
• 1:08:33
  [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
• 1:08:36
[SPEAKER_02]: They say, okay, look, I understand you got to get an appointment with a doctor, and maybe like a war specialized doctor, but they had announced that June side of was going to be out with an orbital bone injury like in a day, like actually diagnosed him, whereas they haven't announced anything about Anzys injury subsequently, other than he's just out.
• 1:09:00
[SPEAKER_04]: That's true, he had it just for like, yeah, he's entered, no return date.
• 1:09:03
[SPEAKER_02]: And he's posting screenshots from the, uh, the back to the right on his, um,
• 1:09:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: Instagram.
• 1:09:09
[SPEAKER_02]: So I, someone have to do a media tour?
• 1:09:13
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but like, wouldn't you have known this in advance of the tournament?
• 1:09:17
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I don't know.
• 1:09:18
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's weird.
• 1:09:19
  [SPEAKER_04]: It is weird.
• 1:09:20
[SPEAKER_02]: You see winning the patch, or if he is, then they should be winning the champion crown for the title.
• 1:09:26
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, show up for like the reunion.
• 1:09:29
[SPEAKER_04]: Like not in the shirt, just win the triple crown, just show up to the reunion with
• 1:09:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, um, I thought Anzai's performance in the Talismatch, whatever happened was really good because if he had hurt fucked up as ankle, he did quite well.
• 1:09:48
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, oh yeah.
• 1:09:50
[SPEAKER_04]: And then now really good match.
• 1:09:53
[SPEAKER_02]: You may argue to be Doka Kukuta in 1929 with the fool.
• 1:09:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: which again, great match.
• 1:10:00
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, humor really is like the like there was like a bit of like a lol and like the middle of the match, but then I thought like the beginning was great and like the ending of the match was fucking great as well.
• 1:10:11
[SPEAKER_04]: just like really like like a cutter like I think when he actually turns up the intensity the thing is something he struggles a little bit at times like he's really fucking good and I said this on Omar Casse as well think he should just jump think he should just go to all Japan I think just stylistically he just fits much better on all Japan than he doesn't drag and get that kind of looks bad
• 1:10:35
[SPEAKER_04]: for Dragon Gate if they lose another guy.
• 1:10:39
[SPEAKER_04]: But I also feel like Kikuta doesn't really fit with what they want to do with like the guys that are coming up in that like in their promotion where like it's like a good version.
• 1:10:51
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah exactly what's like it's also like it's a Tanaka as well but it's like it's just it's kind of like the Kikuta generation and like Kikuta
• 1:11:04
[SPEAKER_04]: Like it feels like they've been passed by.
• 1:11:06
[SPEAKER_04]: So maybe the best thing to do is to just move on and just, you know, go somewhere else.
• 1:11:14
[SPEAKER_04]: And I think Gekuta has like a pretty natural landing spot with, with a falter pan, which very clearly likes him because they wouldn't have brought him back for like, you know, they wouldn't have given him like,
• 1:11:25
[SPEAKER_04]: like how rarely you do to give like back to back like champion carnival spots to outside of hmm second motor of machimo but yes they can move the machimo but that's yeah that those have been around like those are basically those two at this point are basically part of the inventory yeah for sure like they're not signed but they might as well be yeah they're not getting
• 1:11:53
[SPEAKER_02]: I would not have any problem with Dr. Kudor or even just doing I don't really do ideal.
• 1:11:58
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but he just becomes like a freelance and just works basically specifically spent the time between the two.
• 1:12:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then main event was can't film your hard-eating race title in 1657 with the shutdown soup bucks hold and I thought that this was a good match and because these guys haven't had had had some like a messed up before but this was solid and I got to say Paul, big race started off a little shaky but he is being much better than I expected in this tournament because I thought him and his shoulder was going to be a weak link.
• 1:12:32
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no he really like I think he really like I think it's kind of like turn things around in a tournament like it's holding up pretty well like his charismatic coming through much better now as well Yeah, like just at the beginning of this mat, right like when you had like the dueling like chance with them And like Ray like really like firing up the crowd and everything and again can't do so fucking good like the like indignant local in the face when it's like well how dare anybody cheer for anybody anyone except for me
• 1:13:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then on the third of May in front of six hundred and seventy fans at Light Light Cube, Utsunomiya, we had Kuma Rashid, like we already said, defeated Uma Anzine one minute and fifty four seconds by referee stop, and you can draw your own good cruisers about that.
• 1:13:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Go Shiozaki defeated Kengon Machimo in 1923 with the go-on Larry, and this started like slow, but it built to
• 1:13:29
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just a great match between these guys.
• 1:13:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Two great veterans just going there and having a match and kicking each other's eyes.
• 1:13:38
[SPEAKER_04]: It's also like a thing, Kengos, like, I think, overall, I think you might, yeah, I guess probably my MVP of the tournament.
• 1:13:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:13:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, like, Kengos, not that far behind.
• 1:13:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: No.
• 1:13:51
[SPEAKER_04]: He said some really excellent matches and I think he'd, like, I think, like here we've go obviously, he had a great match.
• 1:13:57
[SPEAKER_04]: But I think we're here really like excelled in some ways.
• 1:14:00
[SPEAKER_04]: It's like really carrying some of the like weaker guys in the tournament to like, these are natural.
• 1:14:06
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's actually.
• 1:14:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Odyssey and yeah, you know, that was decent.
• 1:14:11
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, look, honestly, here's the thing.
• 1:14:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, let's just talk about this now because we're on the topic.
• 1:14:16
[SPEAKER_02]: This tournament, I think is exceeded everyone's expectations.
• 1:14:19
[SPEAKER_02]: I have not heard anyone put, no, no, everybody has been like this has been solid, yeah.
• 1:14:26
[SPEAKER_02]: You may airyog your playing cybers is a big part of that.
• 1:14:30
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, absolutely.
• 1:14:32
[SPEAKER_02]: But two weak links are all three of the weakest links.
• 1:14:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Ray Sido, which I think was more due to injury, Carlos and Zion.
• 1:14:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: They are especially...
• 1:14:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, especially Zion and Odyssey.
• 1:14:48
[SPEAKER_04]: They were fine and Odyssey I think was still like you still had like the rest mattress on the tournament.
• 1:14:55
[SPEAKER_02]: I think Odyssey vs. Anzai was good and I think Odyssey vs. Kango was good.
• 1:15:02
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I agree.
• 1:15:03
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not trying to say that everyone here was a great wrestler.
• 1:15:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just saying they had better performances than I expected.
• 1:15:10
[SPEAKER_04]: But I mean with Odyssey it's also like you know the bar is on the floor.
• 1:15:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's true too.
• 1:15:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Which I go to the next match, tell us the field of art seems to have a game with the equivalent.
• 1:15:23
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, Kudos to Talos for getting art to say up for that.
• 1:15:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 1:15:29
[SPEAKER_02]: And then Block B, Hadecki Suzuki defeated Madoka Kuduna in 1348 with the back slide.
• 1:15:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: And this was great.
• 1:15:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Like Hadecki didn't want to have anything in this kid.
• 1:15:38
[SPEAKER_02]: This is not just that he destroying a young guy.
• 1:15:42
  [SPEAKER_04]: Adam the fuck up.
• 1:15:43
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:15:46
[SPEAKER_04]: It's like what the fuck is a dragon gate come here?
• 1:15:49
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to beat you up outside for half the match.
• 1:15:51
[SPEAKER_04]: Never going to go inside do something real brief and an old pinion with a backslet.
• 1:15:56
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like you can kind of get away with this because like Kakud is going to the semi spoiler alert.
• 1:16:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
• 1:16:02
[SPEAKER_02]: And then in the main event, uh, Renai Abe defeated right behind in 607 with the death roulette and again,
• 1:16:09
[SPEAKER_02]: I have to do 16 minutes, no, but it was solid, probably fine.
• 1:16:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Good, good, not solid, good.
• 1:16:15
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:16:17
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I was a little disappointed because they too obviously had a much better match.
• 1:16:21
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's true.
• 1:16:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's true.
• 1:16:22
  [SPEAKER_02]: The Royal Road.
• 1:16:23
  [SPEAKER_04]: The Royal Road, yeah.
• 1:16:25
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
• 1:16:25
[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't think people were expecting much from this, that main eventing at Carnival show to be honest, but you know what?
• 1:16:31
[SPEAKER_02]: It was fine, so then we go into this whole convoluted thing of the champion because we have two rest of it, so one in each block.
• 1:16:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Cork at Hall 3177 fans.
• 1:16:44
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a good number for them at Cork in these days, especially with this is even the finals of the tournament.
• 1:16:49
[SPEAKER_02]: So we go to Talos defeating Kuma Rashi in 746 the choke slam.
• 1:16:54
[SPEAKER_02]: So in and out, the Goshozaki-pitting Odyssey in 1946 the Strong Arm Lariat.
• 1:16:59
[SPEAKER_02]: And what was great about this show was go face the big guys and him just like they didn't have any of this awesome.
• 1:17:06
[SPEAKER_04]: But that was a really good look on his face for like a day reveal that it's like, oh, you're gonna face Talas and he's like I'm not a fuck.
• 1:17:12
[SPEAKER_04]: I had to like just Press law to say for like 10 minutes enough to like deal with the other tall fucker got that Yeah, I'm too old for this.
• 1:17:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I can't go machine mode defeated can't tell me your heart in 1551 with the mood out with the submission and
• 1:17:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Damn, this is awesome, too.
• 1:17:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's like a great kango performance.
• 1:17:32
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, great way to like eliminate Miyahara's role.
• 1:17:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 1:17:36
  [SPEAKER_02]: I almost think like, um, I don't what we're going.
• 1:17:38
[SPEAKER_02]: But like, in other ways, you probably should have been building towards like a kango challenging for the triple ground match.
• 1:17:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: Do they actually?
• 1:17:46
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I do think, yeah, I mean, I do still think, like, at this point, like goes winning pretty clearly.
• 1:17:53
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, probably beating Miyahara.
• 1:17:55
  [SPEAKER_02]: I think so too.
• 1:17:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:17:57
[SPEAKER_02]: And he'd be, and then go be, can't go in the tournament and that would have, maybe they had to switch it out, but that would have also been a good challenger.
• 1:18:03
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
• 1:18:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Zion defeated Yuma Aoyagi in 12 or 3 with the run down.
• 1:18:08
[SPEAKER_02]: And this is like the best shot in singles matches.
• 1:18:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you must throw this asshole.
• 1:18:15
[SPEAKER_02]: You must done it again.
• 1:18:16
[SPEAKER_04]: That's why it's the MVP of the tournament, right?
• 1:18:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:18:21
[SPEAKER_02]: And then Ryuki Honda defeated Daisuke Sekamoto in 1411 with the final vent again.
• 1:18:26
  [SPEAKER_04]: Awesome.
• 1:18:27
[SPEAKER_04]: No, this was like prop like, I mean, this this felt like a strong B-drade match.
• 1:18:32
[SPEAKER_02]: This was, yeah, this was a strong B-drade match for sure.
• 1:18:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: Um, it's great.
• 1:18:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, Kukuta versus Raniabe, not bad, but I, I feel like it sort of took the momentum of the show down a bit.
• 1:18:45
[SPEAKER_02]: after the last couple of matches, right?
• 1:18:47
[SPEAKER_04]: See my comment for this is Mandoka Kuku, they're looking at Rena Yabe and thinking, boy, you can use Yoke, it's gotten a lot taller.
• 1:18:58
[SPEAKER_02]: And then of course, while we've got all these ties, so,
• 1:19:03
[SPEAKER_02]: What didn't race, so why didn't race or who someone going through with eight points that didn't have to have a match?
• 1:19:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Kikuta went through because he beat everybody else with eight points.
• 1:19:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:19:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:19:18
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like a block beat.
• 1:19:19
[SPEAKER_04]: Like he decky went through by like you know forfeit.
• 1:19:23
[SPEAKER_04]: Like literally like he beat because he was going to face Drew in the final night.
• 1:19:27
[SPEAKER_04]: He went through with nine.
• 1:19:28
[SPEAKER_04]: And then Kikuta beat Ren Ayab, second motor and Honda.
• 1:19:32
[SPEAKER_04]: And that's what it happened to sort of use tri-breakers, which they normally don't, but I get, again, especially the situation I guess, because, well, same as from a three way match, I suppose.
• 1:19:43
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:19:43
[SPEAKER_02]: So in the block A, second place decision match, Ray said it was going to keep going machine in 450 with the crab hold, and this is a great sprint with, like, you know, martial arts trying to take them down and get them the quicksome, but then, yeah.
• 1:19:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Ray fought back and he uses power.
• 1:20:00
[SPEAKER_02]: And then the block A first place this is you have to go cheat.
• 1:20:04
[SPEAKER_02]: It was lucky to be a thousand eight twenty with the strong arm Lariat.
• 1:20:08
[SPEAKER_02]: And this is again like quick.
• 1:20:10
[SPEAKER_02]: But all it that was all it's needed to be.
• 1:20:12
[SPEAKER_02]: And then like just the image of go finishing, Palace off of two go on layers.
• 1:20:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: This is awesome.
• 1:20:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, thought chopped down that tree.
• 1:20:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:20:20
[SPEAKER_02]: So the semifinals on the 17th that Paul, you bar a wave arena.
• 1:20:27
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, of course.
• 1:20:29
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's going to take a lesson.
• 1:20:30
[SPEAKER_02]: He versus Madoka Kukuta, which, yeah, and then reset versus Hedeki Suzuki, which honestly, I think will be a lot of fun.
• 1:20:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:20:41
  [SPEAKER_02]: And also, I think,
• 1:20:42
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, here's the question, because Ray versus the deck is a kind of match that you can do like in eight minutes.
• 1:20:48
[SPEAKER_02]: The deck you're getting the surprise, the finish of the pitch.
• 1:20:51
[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think, like, what files do you want to see?
• 1:20:53
[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see go versus the deck you file.
• 1:20:55
[SPEAKER_04]: I think that probably would be a bit of a match.
• 1:20:57
[SPEAKER_04]: I wouldn't be shocked if they do Ray versus go though.
• 1:21:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: Of course.
• 1:21:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Ray goes hunting champion.
• 1:21:03
[SPEAKER_04]: And also the other thing is because obviously the final to me was going to be June versus go that was the original plan Yes So you just use the other side of brother instead.
• 1:21:16
[SPEAKER_04]: Yep, but I do feel like I think goes like I think at this point right like go It's gonna win.
• 1:21:22
[SPEAKER_04]: I think this really is really back the back shocker Yeah, no, I don't think that would make any sense to be honest
• 1:21:31
[SPEAKER_04]: Like if I had to rank them in terms of likelihood to win, I'd probably go go hiteki kikuta and then it's Ray last.
• 1:21:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Really, I would go go Ray kikuta hedaki, you know, I'm really, you don't think he, hiteki has a chance at all.
• 1:21:48
  [SPEAKER_04]: I mean,
• 1:21:49
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but very small because I mean it depends right like if goes not winning then like right like you can have like He take he win and then he loses to Kento and you do like kango masimo Roses can't do and then I don't know you do basically you have Ken to keep the title all the way To like after the royal road.
• 1:22:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and then he do like Honda versus Ken to fall for the title after Honda wins the
• 1:22:19
[SPEAKER_04]: I do, like, that's the other thing.
• 1:22:23
[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, basically, goes the only winner where I think he has a chance of winning a title.
• 1:22:28
[SPEAKER_04]: I think if any of the other free win, I don't think they're beating Kento.
• 1:22:32
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:22:32
[SPEAKER_04]: And with Kento, that becomes really fucking complicated politically, because he is still going to be the dream gauge champion by the time he challenges for a title.
• 1:22:43
  [SPEAKER_04]: Unless they're like,
• 1:22:45
[SPEAKER_04]: Like they're not going to drag the tripped at a champion carnival winner, like challenging for the triple crown until after Kobe World.
• 1:22:52
[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't think he could as losing a tighter dream gate before Kobe World.
• 1:22:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: Right, right.
• 1:22:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, that don't make sense to me.
• 1:23:01
[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, your dream gate champion did still make the semis and everything like that.
• 1:23:05
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, oh yeah, no, like just like the perfect thing.
• 1:23:07
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's like he's all he's losing to go.
• 1:23:10
[SPEAKER_04]: She was a hockey player.
• 1:23:11
[SPEAKER_04]: Like that's like, you know,
• 1:23:13
  [SPEAKER_04]: That's fine.
• 1:23:15
[SPEAKER_04]: Especially if you go then wins the tournament and wins the title.
• 1:23:19
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think there's any issue with the Dreamgate champion losing to the guy that gets a big push after.
• 1:23:25
[SPEAKER_02]: And then you can have go, you have to look and be go with some other point in the future.
• 1:23:32
  [SPEAKER_04]: I guess.
• 1:23:32
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:23:33
  [SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.
• 1:23:33
[SPEAKER_04]: Again, if you're good as sticking around regularly, you can run that match back eventually.
• 1:23:38
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
• 1:23:43
[SPEAKER_02]: I watched an episode of NWA power.
• 1:23:46
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, I did see you posting that you were doing some research.
• 1:23:49
[SPEAKER_04]: I had a feeling that that was happening.
• 1:23:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I so far there's only been one episode of the Crocket Cup with the times of calamity over.
• 1:23:59
[SPEAKER_02]: And I got to say they are really putting over on commentary the times of calamity and I have to give Joe Galley is credit because he really researched.
• 1:24:08
[SPEAKER_02]: the Titans and Al Jepan and he listed off all the previous world tag team champions noted that these world tag team titles had the lineage in the PWF and NWA international titles.
• 1:24:19
[SPEAKER_02]: So on this show, we start off with a play in mattresses which was a four-way tag team match.
• 1:24:25
[SPEAKER_02]: This is for the number 16 seed.
• 1:24:27
[SPEAKER_02]: So the Titans of Klami defeated Eddie Grace
• 1:24:38
[SPEAKER_02]: with a double chokes on I can't remember grace and I don't know even know who
• 1:24:46
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair,
• 1:25:14
[SPEAKER_02]: be a sports editor, or anything like that.
• 1:25:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's, it's, you do it, Brad.
• 1:25:19
[SPEAKER_04]: I think he just, that's the thing.
• 1:25:21
[SPEAKER_04]: I just think he's not able to do anything else, really.
• 1:25:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:25:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: Real Dean Malenko.
• 1:25:29
[SPEAKER_02]: Although he's not as good a demon like on the ring, of course, and then so that so the Crocodacup 16 see this is a 16 seed plan match right because the type of climbing really lasted to Claire so they had to do that and then to get the 16 seed match so they beat scenes and green which is banned ban Malone and is he James who we recently saw in
• 1:25:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: Monday magic was it?
• 1:25:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, I forgot about that.
• 1:25:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and so they beat them in 305 with another double choke slam and then so and then of course
• 1:26:03
[SPEAKER_02]: The only nine titans matches Giselle Shoddy feed Tiffany Deves to win the NWA World's Women's television title.
• 1:26:12
[SPEAKER_02]: And then the main event of the show, this is the actual first round of the Crocket Cup.
• 1:26:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: Charles, he's played matches.
• 1:26:18
[SPEAKER_02]: God, I'm trying to draw this bracket.
• 1:26:21
[SPEAKER_02]: Titans of Clamity defeated the Immortals, Kratos and Odin's son.
• 1:26:25
[SPEAKER_02]: in seven minutes and two seconds after a double choke slam and I think rent pinned Odinson.
• 1:26:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And of course, Kratos and Odinson are no strangers to all Japan progress.
• 1:26:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was about to say that.
• 1:26:37
[SPEAKER_02]: And Odinson a couple of tours and then Kratos and Lee won.
• 1:26:39
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I wouldn't know why because it was awful.
• 1:26:44
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he was so bad.
• 1:26:47
[SPEAKER_04]: Remember, people were like trying to gaslight us that, like, create us is actually good.
• 1:26:51
[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, I've never seen it.
• 1:26:52
[SPEAKER_02]: That was later when we started working New Japan strong, they were like, yeah, that's great.
• 1:26:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Big man, yeah, yeah, same thing here, Odinson was carried the match and was really the glue.
• 1:27:05
[SPEAKER_02]: And like he said, he was the guy that also made all those, help make all those matches when he was an older pan great with the ad and everything, right?
• 1:27:13
[SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, and you definitely used to work on,
• 1:27:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because Perra is not very good either.
• 1:27:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so yeah, that was it.
• 1:27:22
[SPEAKER_02]: And like I said, they just kept getting put over on the, uh, on commentary big time and they cut a promo after this match.
• 1:27:30
[SPEAKER_02]: And when cut it in Japanese, they had the subtitles on, but it was very still mundane, like I hope to be the best in where in the tournament.
• 1:27:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Whereas tell us, um, you know, cut a promo and just showed so much charisma.
• 1:27:43
[SPEAKER_02]: on this show, especially in the main event, right?
• 1:27:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, Talus' looks like a fucking star out in this show.
• 1:27:50
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
• 1:27:51
[SPEAKER_04]: I think they should just put the, like, end of your title on him, really.
• 1:27:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, yeah, well, I, someone else in the discord, also put the video, no, we even discord, point out.
• 1:28:00
[SPEAKER_02]: That Talus's got to get the thrill Billy, a tour of, on Japan.
• 1:28:05
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, really?
• 1:28:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you familiar with the thrill Billy?
• 1:28:08
[SPEAKER_04]: I think I've seen, like, one or two matches of his.
• 1:28:13
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he looks like someone that would have gotten a tour in the 1980s of Japan.
• 1:28:18
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, hey, why not?
• 1:28:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
• 1:28:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:28:22
[SPEAKER_02]: I'd be perfectly cool with that.
• 1:28:25
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I'm going to keep trying.
• 1:28:27
[SPEAKER_04]: Is he the endow champion right now?
• 1:28:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: I believe he is.

[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, hey, yeah, why not?
• 1:28:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:28:33
[SPEAKER_04]: Look, it can only be better than the last time we had the endow
• 1:28:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so yeah, that is um, you're a little NWA Crocodacup update.
• 1:28:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: Um, which is funny.
• 1:28:52
[SPEAKER_04]: Um, you said it still hasn't fully aired.
• 1:28:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 1:28:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: No, why was it?
• 1:28:57
[SPEAKER_02]: I was taped on now.
• 1:28:58
  [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't say.
• 1:28:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, it was taped on April 4th.
• 1:29:02
  [SPEAKER_04]: It's over a month ago.
• 1:29:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Why end by end by end by end by current NWA stands
• 1:29:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Are any closing thoughts then, Paul?
• 1:29:15
  [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, nothing major.
• 1:29:17
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm actually really curious how to know, like, tag tournament is going to go just because it's been so fucking long, since they've had that tournament.
• 1:29:26
  [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, last year.
• 1:29:27
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, they had they had, yeah, but this seems more like something they're going to directly again.
• 1:29:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they are.
• 1:29:34
[SPEAKER_04]: So again, it was something that was kind of missing from like the, no, like this time of the year calendar, basically, when I can actually feel some time.
• 1:29:44
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
• 1:29:45
[SPEAKER_02]: And I grew up there and watched the champion kernel for you having a lot of fun.
• 1:29:49
[SPEAKER_02]: It's easy to watch too, right?
• 1:29:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yeah, this is a couple of batches that probably went a little long.
• 1:29:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: That featured Rennie Abe.
• 1:29:56
[SPEAKER_02]: No, otherwise like I think the tournament kind of brings by basically yeah, yeah, it was very good and a much This best jabbing carnival since no 20 23.
• 1:30:07
[SPEAKER_02]: I believe was pretty good.
• 1:30:08
[SPEAKER_02]: What was the one with the June versus canto final?
• 1:30:15
[SPEAKER_04]: I think I was twenty four but otherwise I mean it's at least at the very least it's one of the best since the pandemic I think that's absolutely.
• 1:30:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh no question to that.
• 1:30:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
• 1:30:28
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so we will be back.
• 1:30:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let's come back right after the Carnival Finals.
• 1:30:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
• 1:30:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that isn't too weak.
• 1:30:36
  [SPEAKER_02]: So that's the first.
• 1:30:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's a big nose chosen for that.
• 1:30:39
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm excited about these Carnival Finals actually.
• 1:30:42
[SPEAKER_02]: More so than I have been in the last time, because I think I know who's going to win, but I also really want to go to it too.
• 1:30:48
[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll be excited to watch that.
• 1:30:49
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
• 1:30:50
[SPEAKER_02]: I think the final is going to be going to be going to regardless of what they actually.
• 1:30:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
• 1:30:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Match up and something won't go.
• 1:30:55
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll make it happen, right?
• 1:30:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: I have.
• 1:30:56
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:30:57
[SPEAKER_02]: My biggest concern though, in the back, like, first of all, much of Go's play, I don't know how much of this is a work, first of all, much of his shoot, but Go's playing, he's got his ribs taped up like, you know, he's just manned about that, like, fall apart in the ring tight thing.
• 1:31:11
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I don't know how much his will work, and how much his is a shoot.
• 1:31:14
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think there's even that much of a difference to be quite honest.
• 1:31:19
[SPEAKER_04]: I do think like it might literally just be the rest of thing of like, you know, his body is actually falling apart, but he's just working through it anyway and using it as a storyline.
• 1:31:29
  [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, exactly.
• 1:31:31
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so we'll be back to the carnival finals and until then, enjoy all the wrestling out there.
• 1:31:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: Bye.
