- 0:18Hello, and welcome to episode 116 of the All Systems Go Sports
- 0:24Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:27I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:34Happy Tuesday. Another day here in the arena.
- 0:37Guys got a couple days off from football.
- 0:40We have no games up until Thursday where we're looking at
- 0:43a big Thursday Night Football showdown.
- 0:45Buffalo and Miami did notice a little bit of movement toward
- 0:48Miami early. They're -1 up to -2 two and a
- 0:51half. So I do have some good internal
- 0:54numbers on Thursday Night Football.
- 0:55Home favorites, straight up. Historically, we've seen those
- 0:58favorites at home when about 75% of the time and a pretty good
- 1:02bet split on Miami as well. So I'm maybe looking toward a
- 1:05Miami money line play, but it is a divisional match up.
- 1:08We're still a couple days away. So we'll kind of put a put a
- 1:11fork in that for now. That's kind of my early take,
- 1:13maybe an opportunity to buy low on Miami at home on Thursday.
- 1:18But between now and Thursday, we're going to continue to grind
- 1:21in the sports betting arena. So today is going to be back to
- 1:23our roots. I know it's football season, but
- 1:25today we're getting back to Major League Baseball.
- 1:28I have a 5 pack of MLB sweats for you guys today, including
- 1:33what couple favorites here do have.
- 1:35What do I have, Two dogs or one dog with a good sharp reverse
- 1:38line move. And also going to kind of factor
- 1:40in not just line moves, betting system matches, bet splits, but
- 1:44also motivation because we're getting closer and closer to the
- 1:47end of the year. The Pennant races, the wild card
- 1:50races are heating up. We even have some teams that are
- 1:52close to cashing some win totals.
- 1:54I'm looking at you Arizona Diamondbacks.
- 1:56So I took over 83 1/2 wins. They're sitting at eighty wins
- 1:59right now. So now is the time of year to
- 2:01kind of put in all those different factors and see if we
- 2:04can finish up the MLB regular season strong as we have
- 2:07basically the rest of September before we get to October in the
- 2:10postseason. So A5 pack here for today.
- 2:13Now looking back toward yesterday, we bounced back with
- 2:16a winning day 2 and 1 + 0.68 units.
- 2:20Had a nice win in Major League Baseball with the New York Mets.
- 2:22They're up pretty much all game. They blew it in the 7th but came
- 2:25back and took the lead, then slammed the door and one three
- 2:28to two against the Blue Jays. So it was nice to get back on
- 2:31the horse for MLB and get a winner and then split our Monday
- 2:34Night Football plays. We had a great hit with Breece
- 2:36Hall over 28 1/2 receiving yards.
- 2:39Remember our friends at Rhythm were predicting 36.4 receiving
- 2:43yards and he landed on 39. So Rhythm was boom spot on with
- 2:48that prediction. Helped us catch that Reese haul
- 2:50over. Unfortunately, couldn't get The
- 2:52Jets. And that one was frustrating
- 2:53because we got a really good number on The Jets.
- 2:55You know, got them plus 4 1/2 + 4, then end up closing 3 1/2.
- 3:00They're sharp as a tack. We even got some great injury
- 3:02news that Christian McCaffrey wasn't going to play.
- 3:05So it's like, boom, everything's lining up our way, let's go
- 3:07Jets. And then what happened, Soj?
- 3:09Same old Jets really couldn't stop a Nosebleed as the former
- 3:13Jet Bart Scott used to say about my Patriots, and really couldn't
- 3:17muster anything on offense either.
- 3:18So Jets sadly couldn't come through for us.
- 3:20But we did get our rhythm player prop.
- 3:22We did get the New York Mets, so A2 in one night plus 0.68 units.
- 3:27And also just a comment on flat bedding, you know, I think if
- 3:30you're looking at last night's card, like you might have been
- 3:33most excited about The Jets and the points.
- 3:35That was obviously the spread biggest game of the night.
- 3:38You know, maybe you're not a huge player prop person.
- 3:40Maybe you like the conventional sides side betting is your
- 3:43favorite. And maybe you said, hey, like
- 3:45priest Hall player prop. That's cute.
- 3:47You know, Mets on the money line.
- 3:49That's all right. But I really like The Jets.
- 3:52So I think one way that a lot of new betters get in trouble is
- 3:55that they just don't have discipline, bankroll management.
- 3:57Like if The Jets were your favorite play yesterday and they
- 3:59were my favorite play too. But here's the thing, just
- 4:01because they're your favorite play doesn't mean you want to
- 4:03put, you know, 3 units on The Jets and a unit on all the other
- 4:06plays. Or you know, a unit on The Jets
- 4:08and a quarter unit on the other plays.
- 4:10Just make it very simple on yourself, flat betting.
- 4:13You're betting to risk, not betting to win.
- 4:15You're risking one unit every single play.
- 4:17Now I was super excited to sweat The Jets, but I knew that hey,
- 4:22Jets were risking one unit just like my two other bets on the
- 4:25player prop and on the New York Mets.
- 4:27So I just wanted to kind of mention that and solidify that
- 4:30because let's say you love The Jets and put 3 units on it and
- 4:33you only put a unit or a half unit on the Mets and the briefs
- 4:36Hall prop. Well, you actually had a losing
- 4:38night because you were not disciplined with your bankroll
- 4:40management. You let your bias seep in, make
- 4:43it easy on yourself flat betting.
- 4:45Every play is bet trust. First bet to win every play is
- 4:47risking 1 unit. That way even though maybe you
- 4:50are pulling for one bet over the other, they're all equal.
- 4:53That way you can go 2 and one and eke out a profit.
- 4:56So just wanted to mention that. But anyway guys as we get ready
- 4:59for another big week, I did write a sharp report for
- 5:02visen.com for some early college football games that were
- 5:05catching my eye. So if you ever want some early
- 5:07insight coming into this week, you know you can always check
- 5:10out my Twitter page at Josh under score Insights.
- 5:12I'll just give you a couple games real quick before we get
- 5:14to baseball. West Virginia and Pittsburgh
- 5:17heavily back game. Everyone's betting West
- 5:19Virginia, they open as high as like lane 4 1/2.
- 5:22It's now down to 2 1/2 toward Pittsburgh.
- 5:24So Pittsburgh in the points, I'm waiting for a three that caught
- 5:27my eye. LSU, South Carolina, everyone's
- 5:30betting LSU, but LSU open -7 F, it's down to seven.
- 5:34We're going to see if we can maybe get the hook again with
- 5:36South Carolina, but that would be in unranked dog versus ranked
- 5:39opponent as well as a conference dog.
- 5:42One that's really intriguing to me is Washington State,
- 5:44Washington, Publix all over Washington.
- 5:46That's a neutral site game at the Seahawks Stadium.
- 5:49But Washington, I believe open like -5 1/2, they're down to 4
- 5:531/2 or five. So I'm looking at maybe holding
- 5:55my nose with Washington State in the points.
- 5:56And then another one that really caught my eye was Pittsburgh or,
- 6:00sorry, Purdue and Notre Dame. Because even though Notre Dame
- 6:03had that terrible loss against Northern Illinois, they're
- 6:05favored by 28. They lost outright.
- 6:07Public still is looking to lay the points with them on the road
- 6:10at Purdue. So they're getting around 60% of
- 6:12early bets, but they open -12 1/2 the lines down to 10.
- 6:16You know, if you can still find a hook on Purdue, 10 1/2
- 6:19contrarian unranked versus ranked off a by Purdue has a
- 6:24good rest advantage there. That could be another early play
- 6:27looking, looking at the points there.
- 6:28So just some early takes. But again, on Tuesdays, I'm
- 6:32always going to be writing the early college football sharp
- 6:34report, so you can always catch that for my Twitter page at Josh
- 6:37under score Insights. And then for NFLI mentioned
- 6:40Buffalo, Miami, I'll just mention this real quick.
- 6:42Week 2 is typically overreaction week in the NFL.
- 6:45So if you played poorly, public's going to want to fade
- 6:48you. You played well, they think
- 6:49you're great. We're going to try to look for
- 6:51some inequities in the market. And there are already couple
- 6:53games that are catching my eye, but I'll mention this one, the
- 6:56Rams in Arizona. I think Puka Naku is hurt.
- 6:59That was Rams opener -2 it's now flipped to Arizona -1 1/2 even
- 7:04though Publix on the Rams. So keep an eye on on these plays
- 7:07here. Another one is Cincy in Kansas
- 7:10City, KS City played great, or you know one obviously by the
- 7:14toe of likely, but Cincinnati looked terrible against the
- 7:17Pats. The early look ahead was Kansas
- 7:19City laying 3 1/2. Now it's up to six.
- 7:21So do you hold your nose and take since E + 6?
- 7:23These are the games that we're going to think through, but just
- 7:25keep in mind Week 2 is always overreaction week.
- 7:28We want to kind of go against your impulses of just playing a
- 7:32team who played great in week one or fading A-Team look bad in
- 7:35week one. We're going to look for some
- 7:37some market value here, so stay tuned for that.
- 7:39But anyway, as we were grinding all summer long, it was
- 7:42baseball, baseball, baseball. Now, it's like saying hello to
- 7:46an old friend looking at a baseball slate here for today.
- 7:49So first on the board for me. I got five overall.
- 7:52Let's try to go three and two and eke out a profit.
- 7:54First game on the board that caught my eye.
- 7:56This is an early matchup, 6:40 PM.
- 7:59Eastern Time game between the Miami Marlins and the Pittsburgh
- 8:02Pirates. Now, Marlins come in 54 and 90.
- 8:05The Marlins just took where they take or the opener was last
- 8:10night. Sorry.
- 8:11And you had Pittsburgh win three to two in that opener.
- 8:13Now, Pittsburgh comes in 68 and 76, so both teams below 500.
- 8:17But I'm going to go with a good sharp line move on the Pirates
- 8:20here because the Pirates open this game around -135 Pirates
- 8:25now up to -150 so about a 15 cent steam move in favor of
- 8:29Pittsburgh. Obviously, this is not the most
- 8:31heavily bet or sexiest game of the day.
- 8:33So if you got smart money, taking a position here tells me
- 8:36that wise guys really like the value of this number.
- 8:39With the Pirates, you would also think, hey, 2 bad teams, take
- 8:42the dog. But no, actually, there's a good
- 8:44system here. When two teams are below 500
- 8:47facing each other, take the favorite.
- 8:49It's 60% this season without with about a 2 1/2 percent ROI.
- 8:54Let's dig in first to the pitching matchup we have for the
- 8:57Marlins. Adam Aller going, he's a righty.
- 9:00He's one and two with a 4.15 ERA.
- 9:02He'll be opposed by the righty, Carmen Medinsky.
- 9:06Medinsky try to spell that one, but he is 2 and five 3.73 ERA.
- 9:12But again, big move here toward Pittsburgh.
- 9:14Pittsburgh currently is only getting around 65% of bets.
- 9:17It's not a hugely lopsided bet, but the lines been adjusted in
- 9:20their favor. Checking off a few boxes here at
- 9:23Pittsburgh. We just mentioned that 2 bad
- 9:25teams take the favorite but also non division favorite, lack of
- 9:28familiarity benefiting quote UN quote the better team which
- 9:31would be based upon the favorite designation.
- 9:33Now Ludinsky, I believe is the opener here, but he is, he's got
- 9:39a 2.25 ERA in September. He's only giving up one run in
- 9:42four innings. And the last three games that he
- 9:44opened, they, the Bucco has won all those games.
- 9:47So maybe some good vibes here with Mudinsky on the bump.
- 9:51Now, I'm going to bank on the offense of Pittsburgh hopefully
- 9:53coming to play here tonight. They've hit 142 home runs.
- 9:57They've scored 610 runs versus Miami.
- 10:00They've scored 551 runs, only hit 133 homers.
- 10:05Now we do have Pittsburgh five and O head to head against
- 10:08Miami. They've had their number and
- 10:10they have good sharp steam in their favor here for tonight.
- 10:12And then little cherry on top, I popped open my juice Reel app
- 10:16and I looked at the sharp mush indicators here in terms of the
- 10:20everyone in the app who is bet on this game.
- 10:23You know, the good betters are basically all in Pittsburgh.
- 10:26It's a 14% sharp mush edge where the better betters are on
- 10:29Pittsburgh, the worse betters are on Miami.
- 10:31But once you notice that 15 cent steam move, boom, that got me
- 10:34thinking, hey, Pittsburgh could be the play.
- 10:36Dug a little deeper and it looks like the buckos here tonight
- 10:39could be worth it, worth a unit. So I'm gonna go Pittsburgh,
- 10:42guys, sharp steam -135 to -150 I'm on Pittsburgh at -150
- 10:49another early game here, 6:40 PM Eastern Time, the Colorado
- 10:52Rockies against the Detroit Tigers.
- 10:55Don't look now, but Detroit is only three games back of the
- 10:58final wild card spot. Now coming into it, we have the
- 11:01Colorado Rockies 54 and 90. They did, however, just take two
- 11:04of three at Milwaukee. Meanwhile, Detroit, 73 and 71,
- 11:08just took two of three at the Oakland A's.
- 11:11So pitching match up for tonight, we have Bradley
- 11:13Blaylock going for Colorado. He is 1 and 2 with a 5.4 O ERA.
- 11:18He'll be opposed by Kyder Montero, the righty going for
- 11:21the Tigers. On the year, he's four and six
- 11:24with a 5.47 ERA. What have we seen across the
- 11:26market here? Well, good.
- 11:28Steam in favor of Detroit. Detroit open this game around a
- 11:32-, 170. Home favorite.
- 11:34Now they're up to around -175 -, 180.
- 11:37And as I'm looking at my live odds page, I see one book that
- 11:40just went to -190 So gift and a curse.
- 11:43Good thing. Lines going to Detroit.
- 11:44That's my bet here, guys. I'm going Tigers.
- 11:47I got them at -175 Not a great thing if you haven't bet it yet,
- 11:50because you're gonna have to lay around a -, 180 at this point.
- 11:53But good sharp steam 10-15 cents.
- 11:56Now at this point, they're getting 85% of bets, nearly 90%
- 12:00of dollars. So a good low bets, higher
- 12:02dollars. Pro and Joe bet split.
- 12:04I have a system here. Both date, both had the day off
- 12:06the previous day. Take the favorite simple.
- 12:09But it's about 60% since 2020. So the cream rises to the top.
- 12:13When both teams have had a day off home Rd. splits favored
- 12:16Detroit. Now Detroit's only 35 and 34 at
- 12:18home, but Colorado is 22 and 53 on the road.
- 12:22I believe that's the second worst Rd. record in baseball.
- 12:24Only the White Sox are worse and if you had faded Colorado this
- 12:28year, you're 62% profitable overall based on the output this
- 12:33season. Also I'm going to look at the
- 12:35last 10 here pitching, but basically a big edge here for
- 12:40Detroit. Last 10 games they have a team
- 12:42ERA of 2.41. Colorado's team ERA 4 point O3.
- 12:47Also you'll get the bullpen. Colorado has the worst bullpen
- 12:50in baseball, 5.38 ERA. Detroit has a 3.64 bullpen ERA
- 12:55that is the 6th best and Major League Baseball.
- 12:57And then also motivation. Colorado's out of it, got no
- 13:00chance at a postseason berth. Detroit only three games back,
- 13:03as I mentioned of the final wild card spot.
- 13:06So this is a Detroit team where this means more to them and
- 13:09hopefully they that added motivation can really guide us
- 13:11to a win here tonight. But Long story short,
- 13:14interleague favorite, good sharp line move.
- 13:17I want to fade Colorado on the road.
- 13:19I want to back this motivated Detroit team.
- 13:21I'm on the Tigers. I got them at -175 again,
- 13:24they're creeping up closer to -190 at this point now some late
- 13:28night sweats. Next one up team that I am
- 13:31rooting for in terms of winning tonight and hope hopefully get
- 13:35us to our win total over 83 and half wins.
- 13:38That's the Arizona Snakes. They're 80 and 64.
- 13:41That means we only need four more wins to cash Arizona.
- 13:45And this is a bet that I had talked about way early in the
- 13:48spring prior to, I believe when this podcast dropped or maybe I
- 13:52mentioned it. I'm not sure.
- 13:53But either way, I know I'm not alone.
- 13:55My buddy Darush and a couple others are on the snakes over.
- 13:58So let's see if we can get there.
- 13:59Anyway, for tonight, they're going to host the Texas Rangers
- 14:029:40 PM Eastern Time. Coming into this one, the
- 14:05Rangers are 70 and 74. Just took three of four against
- 14:09the Halos, you know, Arizona 80 and 64.
- 14:12They lost two or three against Houston, but avoided the sweep
- 14:15and won that series finale on Sunday. 12:00 to 6:00.
- 14:19Now, pitching match up here for tonight, we have Nathan Ivaldi,
- 14:22the righty going for Texas. He's 11 and seven, 3.55 ERA.
- 14:26He'll be opposed by the righty, Zach Gallon, 11 and six, 3.69
- 14:31ERA. What have we seen across the
- 14:32market here? Well, good sharp steam in favor
- 14:35of the Snakes. This game open with Arizona as
- 14:38low as a -, 135 -, 140 home favorite.
- 14:42Now Arizona is all the way up to -175 so a big, big steam move in
- 14:47favor of Arizona tells us a lot of smart money came in here on
- 14:50the snakes. Now, couple things to like about
- 14:54Arizona in this one. Want to be classic interleague
- 14:56favorite, lack of familiarity benefiting quote UN quote the
- 14:59better team. You also have a very good
- 15:01correlative betting. Favorite low total because we
- 15:03have Arizona again -175 now. And the total in this one is 7
- 15:081/2 and actually opened eight. So the lines moving toward the
- 15:11under and toward Arizona, the favorite good correlative
- 15:14betting, more expect or fewer expected runs scored, more
- 15:17likely to come from again, quote UN quote.
- 15:19That better team. I'm going to bank on the offense
- 15:22of Arizona hopefully getting to Nathan Ivaldi tonight.
- 15:25They're hitting 262 on the year, 183 home runs as well as 782
- 15:32runs scored. You look at the Texas Rangers
- 15:35here for tonight. Texas Rangers are hitting only
- 15:40239, 151 homers, 606 runs scored.
- 15:45Also home Rd. splits Texas 29 and 40 on the road.
- 15:48Arizona 39 and 31 at home. In addition, we have a good
- 15:54advantage play here. Interleague home favorite who
- 15:56made the postseason the previous year.
- 15:58That system is 119 and 7063 percent, 4% ROI and also both
- 16:03had the day off. Take the favorite mentioned that
- 16:05a second ago with one of the other games you bet on, but that
- 16:08would match with Arizona 60% since 2020.
- 16:11And also one of the better chalk teams in baseball this year is
- 16:14Arizona. They're 47 and 25 as a favorite
- 16:1765%. That is the third best chalk
- 16:20team in Major League Baseball. Also, you look at the starting
- 16:24pitchers here, Nathan Vivaldi. I mean I have a soft spot for
- 16:27this guy cuz as a Red Sox fan, he was great playing for the Sox
- 16:31and I'll never forget that 18 inning game against the Dodgers
- 16:34where he came out of the pen and pitched like a full game 9
- 16:36innings. I end up losing that game, but
- 16:39of ALDI really showed me something there.
- 16:40But anyway, his home Rd. splits 3.11 ERA at home, 4.24 on the
- 16:46road this year. So he's been worse on the road.
- 16:48Obviously he's on the road at Arizona tonight.
- 16:50And then Zach Gallon, the Arizona Snakes are seven and two
- 16:54in his last nine starts. And a little cherry on top for
- 16:57Arizona Robo Jackson, our little friend, our AI bot, the hardest
- 17:01work in AI bot that we know at Juice Real who puts out two best
- 17:05bets that are AI driven best bet picks each day.
- 17:09Well, guess what? One of the two today is Arizona
- 17:11on the money line. So add it all up, guys.
- 17:13Interleague favorite, good sharp steam move.
- 17:16Hopefully we get one win closer to our win total.
- 17:18I'm going Arizona at -175 two more bets to finish up tonight.
- 17:23These are some late night sweats.
- 17:25Next one, Seattle, the Mariners hosting the San Diego Padres
- 17:29late game here, 9:40 PM Eastern Time.
- 17:32Now, this one's interesting for a couple reasons.
- 17:34Let's set the stage first though, the San Diego Padres are
- 17:3781 and 64. The Padres, however, just just
- 17:40lost two or three at San Francisco.
- 17:42You know, all the Mariners, they are 73 and 71, just took two of
- 17:46three against Saint Louis. So pitching match up for
- 17:48tonight, we have you Darvish, the righty going for San Diego.
- 17:51He's four and three, 3.51 ERA. He'll be opposed by George
- 17:55Kirby, fellow ready. He is 11 and ten. 3.61 ERA.
- 17:59What have we seen across the market here?
- 18:02Well, really sharp reverse line move in favor of Seattle.
- 18:05This game actually opened with the Padres listed around a -,
- 18:09115 road favorite. Now we flipped to Seattle -115
- 18:14even some shops Seattle -120 so this line is completely flipped.
- 18:18Dog to fave. You guys know what that means.
- 18:20Woo woo, dog to fave. Smart money move, you went from
- 18:24basically Seattle minus one O 5 dog or almost even money dog to
- 18:28now laying around -120 tells us a lot of smart money came in on
- 18:32Seattle to flip that number. And that's notable because the
- 18:35Seattle Mariners are only getting around 40% of bets.
- 18:38So Publix on Padres, why this line flip towards Seattle?
- 18:41I smell a rat here guys. I'm going to play Seattle.
- 18:44There will be an interleague favorite system match.
- 18:46You have a curl to betting favorite low total as the total
- 18:49in this one is 7 with the line moving toward now Seattle at
- 18:53this point as the favorite. Both had the day off.
- 18:55Take the favorite that also matches with Seattle 60% Since
- 18:592020, George Kirby has been much better at home than on the road.
- 19:03On the road 4.1 O ERA at home 2.94 He's at home here tonight.
- 19:08Seattle as a home favorite is 34 and 22 on the year 61% nearly a
- 19:145% ROI. Seattle is 2 and O head to head
- 19:17against San Diego this season. Hopefully that continues and
- 19:20last 10 games, Seattle's hitting 257 with a 3.69 ERA.
- 19:25San Diego's hitting 251 with a 4.45 ERA.
- 19:29So it seems obvious take San Diego, better record, much
- 19:32better offense. Yet we got something fishy going
- 19:35on the signs flipping towards Seattle.
- 19:36So I'm going to hold my nose, cross my fingers.
- 19:39I got to go with the sharp reverse line move guys dog to
- 19:41fave. Give me the Mariners shop round.
- 19:44I got Seattle at -115 last bit of the night, another very fishy
- 19:50line move. Let's go to the West Coast.
- 19:52I guess we're already in Seattle or Arizona now.
- 19:55Let's go a little bit north here or I guess South of Seattle, if
- 19:58I can remember my elementary school geography.
- 20:01But anyway, San Francisco is what I meant to say.
- 20:03Let's go to San Francisco or the Giants at 9:45 PM Eastern Time
- 20:08tonight. This game's on ESPN Plus are
- 20:11hosting the Milwaukee Brew Crew. Now, Milwaukee comes in 82 and
- 20:1561, however, they have lost four of their last five, just lost
- 20:19two or three against Colorado. You know, San Fran 71 and 73.
- 20:23They've won three of their last four, just took two of three
- 20:25against San Diego. So pitching match up here for
- 20:28tonight. We have Aaron Savalley, the
- 20:31righty going for Milwaukee. He's five and eight, 4.62 ERA.
- 20:35He'll be opposed by Landon Roop, who's O&O with a 3.41 ER, and it
- 20:39looks like Roop is going to be the opener here.
- 20:43What have we seen across the market?
- 20:45Well, everyone and their mother is on Milwaukee.
- 20:47Far better record. They open as a very short -130
- 20:50Rd. favorite. However, despite nearly 75% of
- 20:54bets going on Milwaukee, Milwaukee's money line price
- 20:58here is dropping open -130 they're down to -120 So why?
- 21:02If you got to take a step back, why if everyone's betting
- 21:05Milwaukee -130 are the odds makers dropping Milwaukee to now
- 21:09-120 saying, hey, you like Milwaukee?
- 21:12Let's let's give you a better number here to play Milwaukee.
- 21:15A lot of you know, average Joe betters would double down in
- 21:17this spot of Milwaukee. But as data-driven betters, this
- 21:20tells us we got smart money coming in on San Francisco.
- 21:23So I'm going to take a shot here on the dog guys.
- 21:25We've opened San Francisco getting around plus one.
- 21:29Let's see, plus 1/15 and they're now down to plus one O 5.
- 21:33So you can get a little bit of plus money here on San Fran, but
- 21:36that is a really sharp reverse line move against Milwaukee in
- 21:39favor of San Francisco. Now Aaron Cavalli, I want to bet
- 21:43against him on the road at home, he's been good, 3.3 O ERA on the
- 21:46road, 6.63. And also Landon Roop or Ralph,
- 21:50who is the opener here, he's been pretty good.
- 21:53He's only given up 1 earned run in 15.1 innings pitched.
- 21:56But again, on paper, Milwaukee's better team, better record, yet
- 22:01San Fran is seeing this line move in their favor.
- 22:03So it's not often you get kind of a home dog with a little bit
- 22:06of plus money with such great reverse line movement, even
- 22:09though they're only getting around 25% of money line bets.
- 22:13So I'm going to take a shot here, guys on San Francisco.
- 22:16Let's go G men. It'd be nice to catch a plus one
- 22:19O 5. I'm on giants plus one O 5 S
- 22:22Giants, Seattle Mariners, Arizona snakes, Detroit Tigers
- 22:27and Pittsburgh Pirates. Can we get three out of five and
- 22:30go three and two and eke out a winning day?
- 22:32That is the goal. So without further ado, another
- 22:35pod here in the books, guys. But this is the part of the pod
- 22:37where we wrap things up and I begin wrapping it up by asking a
- 22:41favor of you. If you're listening to my voice,

- 26:46closing line sharpest attack. Unfortunately Soj same old Jets.
- 26:50But overall guys, a winning night flashing one of those
- 26:52tickets. First one's on me, next one's on
- 26:54you. We'll post about the book

- 27:02Of course, I'll leave you with this.
- 27:03Stay sharp, stay contrarian, bet against the public, place
- 27:06yourself on the side of the house.
- 27:08Always be with the smart money, never against it.
- 27:10Will smart money win every time? Of course not.
- 27:13Smart money was Jets last night. They didn't show up for us.
- 27:16But here's the thing. You can be heartbroken and have
- 27:18a a losing pick. You know, here and there by
- 27:20following smart money. It's going to happen.
- 27:22Betting is difficult, it's hard, it's unpredictable, but if you
- 27:25consistently belt with your head and not your heart, follow the
- 27:28model against the public, with the house, with the pros, flat
- 27:31bet, avoid parlays, get that closing line value.
- 27:33If we can do that long term, we're going to be successful
- 27:36sports betters. So have a great Tuesday night,
- 27:38everyone. Let's try to get three out of
- 27:40these five MLB bets and then we'll be back at it tomorrow for
- 27:43episode 117 of the All Systems Go sports Betting podcast

- 27:50great Tuesday night.
