- Coming up next on the Jeff Crilley Show, you're gonna meet an expert who says your handwriting reveals much more about your personality than you might think. Her journey just ahead. Many are predicting that the worst is yet to come, which is unfortunate, said one person here. Until now, they've enjoyed reputation of being the nation's icebox. Watched a burglar in his home this morning by webcam. As a journalist of over twenty five years, stories are what make my world turn. Reporting live from The Dallas Newsroom tonight, Jeff Crilley, Fox four news. But in 2008, I took the jump from my familiar life and started a PR firm from my home. We're talking about anyone with a camcorder like the one I'm using becomes a television network. We started slowly growing the company, We now have over a 100 clients, and we've branched into the world of live digital broadcasting. I now own eight different TV studios and have a huge team. And the stories that I now get to share are sometimes the most important of my life. Life has a funny way of coming around full circle. This is The Jeff Crilley Show. Well, with many companies, there are several rounds of interviews before they hire someone. And my next guest suggests that they could save a lot of time and money if they just asked for the handwriting of the person that they're interviewing. Anagha Deshmukh is in the studio, she is a leadership and handwriting expert. Thanks for coming on the show. Thank you for having me on the show Jeff. Well, I'm I'm thrilled to have you in the studio. I showed you my handwriting and I won't tell you what she said. She says I'm a serial killer. No, that's not true. But I'm fascinated by this. Anagha, tell us about the what what is this the thought process behind analyzing handwriting? So handwriting is basically a printout of what's going on in your brain. You know, whatever is going on in your brain, your hand shows it, it's on paper, And if you've learned the science of handwriting analysis, you can tell a lot from the strokes, from the spacing, from the margin, from the pressure, and the way the letters are written. So one can tell more than 150 personality traits very accurately about a person just from their handwriting. That's incredible. And so like you were saying before the show, if somebody is interviewing for a sales position, their handwriting should be bold and strong. Yes. If you are if somebody's interviewing for a sales position, then they need to be outgoing. They need to naturally connect with people. Right? You want someone who's not tired of talking to people. You want a person who's a connector. You want a person who is enthusiastic, who exudes enthusiasm, who really lives the culture of the company as well. So all these things, they would not be uncovered by a questionnaire based based test. What you can see from handwriting is really what the invisible says. So when we are hiring for a sales position, we will get a certain number of handwriting samples, and we look at them, and first we look for role fit. Is this person a good salesperson? The second thing we look for is culture fit, because this person needs to exude the values and whatever that company stands for. So we need to see if the values match. We need to see if the person has the attributes, the personality traits that are needed for a sales role. And this is becoming more and more important day by day because with AI, everything is going to look the same. All the companies eventually will look the same. Their marketing tactics will be the same, HR will be the same. Anybody can go on AI and say, hey, build out a resume or a job description for so and so. So things are going to start looking more and more generic. The person is going to be a generalist. So what's going to be left for companies to differentiate themselves is going to be their fabric or their culture. And culture is really made of the people you hire. Do they have the values that really your company stands for? That's what's going to differentiate companies in the next few years. And that is why it's really important to hire for personality and for culture versus just for skill sets. Yes. Because skill sets are going to be the same very soon. Alright. We're going to pull up her website which is handle.fyi and we're going to pull this up and as we scroll down, I want you to talk about like your ideal client. Are you working for large companies, medium sized companies, small companies? Mhmm. I work mainly for small business owners because they need this. They need to hire quick. Because as they're growing, they want talent faster. They don't have time to wait. So handwriting is going to just leapfrog you and take you to the next step and tell you exactly what talent you need. It is also going to get you the right talent and not just based on questionnaire based tests or computer based tests. It's going to get you much more deeper view into these people. Because in small business, you might have 10 employees or 100 employees, maybe 500 employees. But that's really critical. Each member of that team is a contributor. In large companies, there might be some people who are slacking here and there, and that won't really count. But in small companies, every person has to pick up their weight. You know, they have to work on things that they're meant to do. So execution is a lot more important in smaller companies. And that is why I work more with smaller companies. And then we hire we help for pre hiring, but also smaller companies bring me in and they bring us in for leadership acceleration. They have retreats, one day long retreat, two day long retreats, where what we do is prior to meeting, I take the handwriting of everybody in the boardroom or the C Suite and then my team we have analysts on our team and they go back and they analyze everyone's patterns. So we go through what are your thinking patterns, what are your innate strengths that the team doesn't know about, why you think the way you think. And then in those C suite discussions, we know much better why a person thinks a certain way. Why does he need so many datas and so many graphs and so much analysis? Why? Because the brain thinks that way. So there are typically three kinds of thinkers. One is like a tennis player, really quick. A thought comes, an issue comes. They're quickly like tennis player. They can hit left, right. They can just address the problem at hand. Another one is like think, visualize a balance or a scale. The other person who is analytical is always weighing the pros and the cons like a scale. And the third type is a process oriented thinker or visualize ducks in a row. And every company needs all these thinkers, but in C suites, they don't understand who's thinking how. And when we uncover these thinking patterns, their innate strengths, what could potentially be holding them back, it is so valuable for the team and they go so much faster and that itself gives them speed to market because they have lesser meetings going forward because now they know, why do you need 10 different decks? Oh, because you're an analytical person. Typically, they're like, Okay, I didn't get enough data today. Let's reschedule the board meeting. Let's have this one more time. Let's discuss it in the next board meeting and then let's approve the capital. And then they're thinking, Yes, capital is going be approved, that board meeting comes and then again it is postponed and they don't have enough data. But once you understand who are the people who need that excessive amount of data, why they need it, you know, you start getting a deeper understanding. You don't need three board meetings. You can get it done in just one board meeting and that's how powerful this is. Wow. I'm fascinated by you. I could talk to you all day long. She has had a chance through her journey to rub elbows with the rich and famous, including the great Jack Canfield from Chicken Fruit Soup for the Soul fame. Let's go ahead and roll this clip. Well, welcome to Success Today with Jack Canfield. I'm your host Jack Canfield. I'm here with an amazing guest, Anagha Deshmukh, and she is working on what we call boardroom breakthroughs. How do we get boardrooms that have a lot of issues where people are not communicating in ways that are, I would say, successful and effective, and how to break through that using the technology that she has. So I'm really glad to have you here because this is a big issue. So let's before we get into all the details of that, give us a little background of where you're coming from and how you got to where you're now working on this particular issue. Well, Jack, thank you for having me on the show. I'm very excited to be here. I help people and organizations get a fast pass in this age of AI. And I have been an electrical engineer working in corporate America for twenty three years, leading global teams and working across many, many global countries. And I'm finding that the solution lies in people and the personality traits more than the technology. So, really, I use very, modern but noncomputer based technology to get those breakthroughs for people. And what what led you to do that? How did you decide that was something, okay, I wanna do this? Yes. So I was in a board meeting once, and they were asking for data. And then they asked for more data. And then they asked for some more data. And, really, at the third time, it was very apparent. It was not the data that was lacking. It was something that was holding people back with that was within their personal ities. It was the limiting traits that people had within their personalities. And at a boardroom level, you can't tell people, hey. You know, you have fear of failure. You can't do this. So I have a system that helps people understand what's holding them back. So that is fascinating and you told me something before the show that you actually helped Jack Canfield with his signature. Will you share that? Absolutely. Yes. Jack worked with me very closely to see if he can elevate himself even more. He's already at the summit, the top there, but even then he worked with me. And he's a constant lifelong learner, so he wanted to know every trait and what does it mean. So he took the time to really understand what's making him successful and then what's holding him back. And I worked with him to change his handwriting, to change his signature or elevate his signature so he can attract even more abundance than he already has. And at the age of 81 years old, he actually practiced it every day consistently Wow. Over a month. And he saw some great results, and he saw results on his Whoop device, and he sent me some great notes from that. So it was fascinating to work with Jack. He is not only inspirational, but he's so consistent, and he uses his time like gold. Wow. And I learned so much from Jack. I'm really feeling privileged to work with Jack so handwriting reveals your personality, but if you change your handwriting, does your personality change? Absolutely. Yes, you can elevate the the personality traits that are making you successful, so boost them up even more or or and you can also remove the limiting personality traits that are holding you back. For example, I worked with 56 Oscar nominees last month and out of 56, 53 of them had a fear of criticism of looks. So they get very I wouldn't have thought about that. Handwriting tells you what is invisible. And I looked at their handwriting and each one of them had that trait. And with handwriting, you can remove those things. If you have fear of sensitivity of criticism to looks, then you can remove those just by practicing certain letters in the same same way every day and then you can rewire your brain through that. That is so incredible. You also have a very popular podcast called Boardroom Breakthrough. We've got a pitch deck that gonna put on the screen and as we scroll down, tell us about this podcast. When did you start it and what kinds of people do you like to feature? I started that podcast mid of last year in 2025, around June 2025. And the listeners of the podcast are mainly C suite members who want to go faster. And right now, you know the AI revolution is going on, and everybody wants to speed through it. They want to learn how to execute AI because a lot of the members are like, well, AI is here. Don't worry about it. Some are very paranoid about what it's going to do. My job might remain. My job might not remain. My company might not remain. So there's a lot of anxiety around that. And Boardroom Breakthroughs was designed to help people understand that it's not about AI. It's about the personality traits that are on your team that will help you execute or might derail you from executing. And in the next three years, the biggest change is going to happen in the history of humanity. So you will see that we do need to boost our success traits that make us successful, but also remove all the limiting traits that we have so we can catch up with what's going on. We can harness the power of these next three years of rapid transformation. And that is why you want to make sure that you're understanding what the personality traits are and also you're unleashing yourself from all those patterns that are holding you back. Okay, we have about a minute left, so look into the camera on the left and talk to the the company that might wanna bring you in. If you're a company that needs rapid change, if you're a company that needs solid talent, that can take you through this sea of change, then you wanna look into handwriting analysis and I'm here to help you out. Outstanding, you've been such an amazing guest. We're gonna put her website on the screen one more time, it's handle. Fyi. Thank you so much for coming on the show and sharing your wisdom. Thanks for having me. You bet. That's it for now. We'll see you next time.
