- 0:13Speaker 1: Hello you guys, Welcome back to another episode of the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Hawkerel Energy Podcast. I'm your host, Kaylee, and this is
- 0:19Speaker 1: your weekly reminder that it's a new day, a new week,
- 0:22Speaker 1: a new mindset, and another day. If you'd become the
- 0:24Speaker 1: Hawtrel Energy you want to attract. Hello you guys, Happy Wednesday,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode. I legit just sat here
- 0:32Speaker 1: for like twenty minutes just looking outside my window waiting
- 0:36Speaker 1: for this crew to stop cutting the lawn across the
- 0:40Speaker 1: street from me. I have like a park and they
- 0:42Speaker 1: were cutting the lawn, and I'm like, there's no way
- 0:44Speaker 1: I'm going to be able to record this episode with
- 0:46Speaker 1: this loud noise in the background. So I literally just
- 0:49Speaker 1: sat here looking at them, waiting until they were finished
- 0:53Speaker 1: so I can record this episode. So anyways, they're officially
- 0:55Speaker 1: done so I can get back into recording this episode.
- 0:59Speaker 1: But I hope you guys are having an amazing week
- 1:01Speaker 1: so far, amazing month so far. I cannot believe we're
- 1:04Speaker 1: already going into July next month, which is so crazy.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Summer has already flown by and I'm already starting to
- 1:12Speaker 1: see Faul decore, which is literally insane. I feel like
- 1:15Speaker 1: summer literally just started technically what like four days ago,
- 1:19Speaker 1: June twenty first, and I'm like, I cannot believe that
- 1:23Speaker 1: we're already like bringing out faull de Core, Like, let's
- 1:26Speaker 1: slow down a little bit, love Fall, but I really
- 1:30Speaker 1: want to just enjoy summer and not have to think
- 1:32Speaker 1: about pumpkins right now. However, I do get excited obviously
- 1:35Speaker 1: thinking about like anything fall related when it comes to
- 1:37Speaker 1: like pumpkins, spice lattes, pumpkin cream, cold foam, pumpkin cream pies,
- 1:42Speaker 1: like give it all to me. But at the same time,
- 1:45Speaker 1: let's slow down because I'm just getting into the summer
- 1:48Speaker 1: mode now and i just want to fully embrace the
- 1:51Speaker 1: nice weather, the tan, just doing everything off my summer
- 1:55Speaker 1: bucket list and all that. I'm so happy because obviously
- 2:00Speaker 1: you're in Miami the following weekend, and then this weekend,
- 2:02Speaker 1: Zach and I actually finished the deck aka Zach finished
- 2:06Speaker 1: the deck, not me, because I can't do shit when
- 2:09Speaker 1: it comes to building stuff.
- 2:10Speaker 2: But I did help.
- 2:12Speaker 1: I will say I was able to be there and
- 2:14Speaker 1: help a little bit when it came to screwing certain boards,
- 2:17Speaker 1: and I low key think Zach actually wanted me to,
- 2:20Speaker 1: like somewhat participate in building the deck, so that's why
- 2:24Speaker 1: I actually ended up like trying to help.
- 2:25Speaker 2: But obviously he did majority of it. I did, like
- 2:28Speaker 2: maybe two percent of.
- 2:29Speaker 1: It, but hey, I will take a little bit of
- 2:31Speaker 1: credit for putting a few screws in a few boards.
- 2:34Speaker 1: So anyways, it was nice how we like wanted me
- 2:37Speaker 1: to feel included and somewhat feel like I put the
- 2:39Speaker 1: effort in making the deck. But I did order all
- 2:43Speaker 1: the furniture, so I feel proud of that, and I
- 2:45Speaker 1: made a whole little setup. But we also got a barbecue,
- 2:48Speaker 1: and we ended up having our first barbecue this weekend.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And oh my god, guys, I have to say, cooking
- 2:54Speaker 1: on a barbecue just tastes ten times better than cooking
- 2:57Speaker 1: on a stovetop. Like nothing will compare. I have to
- 3:00Speaker 1: be honest, Like, just a barbecue chicken breast just tastes
- 3:03Speaker 1: ten times better than putting it in an oven. I
- 3:06Speaker 1: honestly had an eck for the longest time for a
- 3:09Speaker 1: chicken breast because obviously a chicken breast is such a
- 3:12Speaker 1: high protein meal. It's so healthy, but like, I don't know,
- 3:15Speaker 1: I feel like you got to put something with it, right,
- 3:17Speaker 1: you got to add barbecue sauce. You got add something
- 3:19Speaker 1: to it. It Just like kind of was giving me
- 3:22Speaker 1: a bit of an eck for a really long time,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and I was trying to find like recipes to include
- 3:26Speaker 1: chicken breast in it. But you know, then I feel
- 3:28Speaker 1: like the recipe isn't healthy anymore because you're adding so
- 3:31Speaker 1: much cream, cheese, sauce, whatever in order for it to
- 3:34Speaker 1: actually taste good. But when you put a chicken on
- 3:37Speaker 1: the barbecue, add a little bit of barbecue sauce, or
- 3:39Speaker 1: even just a little bit of soy sauce, whatever the
- 3:41Speaker 1: case may be, have it with some vegetables and a
- 3:44Speaker 1: carb Like, oh my god, ches's kiss. So we had
- 3:48Speaker 1: that bur first meal on the barbecue and it was
- 3:50Speaker 1: so good. And then the following day we did sausages
- 3:53Speaker 1: on the barbecue, and yeah, we've just been loving it
- 3:56Speaker 1: and I'm so happy we got one. I cannot believe
- 3:58Speaker 1: it took us this long to buy one. But now
- 4:00Speaker 1: that we finally had a deck setup, we were finally
- 4:02Speaker 1: ready to just kind of invest in really getting the
- 4:05Speaker 1: backyard all set up. So I'm hoping by next week
- 4:09Speaker 1: we can finally start having people over. We do get
- 4:11Speaker 1: our dining set in and I think like three or
- 4:14Speaker 1: four days, which is really exciting, and then we get
- 4:17Speaker 1: our couch and chairs and fire pit and all that
- 4:21Speaker 1: for not another three weeks. I kind of made a
- 4:24Speaker 1: screw up with ordering furniture. I probably should have ordered
- 4:27Speaker 1: furniture back in April, but I think back in April,
- 4:30Speaker 1: I didn't even have backyard plans at that point. I
- 4:32Speaker 1: had no idea that we were going to be putting
- 4:34Speaker 1: a deck in until like end of May. So yeah,
- 4:37Speaker 1: everything was just really back ordered, just because I think
- 4:39Speaker 1: I obviously, like going into the summer season, everyone's ordering
- 4:43Speaker 1: backyard furniture and all that. So it was a little
- 4:46Speaker 1: back ordered. But that's okay. She's coming in in July
- 4:50Speaker 1: and we're going to make the most out of it
- 4:51Speaker 1: for August and September. And of course, when you invest
- 4:55Speaker 1: in furniture, it's important to know that you're going to
- 4:57Speaker 1: have it for a pretty long time. And I know
- 5:00Speaker 1: this backyard furniture will have for honestly the next little while.
- 5:03Speaker 1: And I made sure that I picked the ones that
- 5:06Speaker 1: I really wanted. I didn't cheap out. I was like,
- 5:08Speaker 1: I'm going to invest in the ones that I truly
- 5:10Speaker 1: think are going to be long lasting, because I didn't
- 5:13Speaker 1: want to have to just settle on something that was
- 5:15Speaker 1: going to come in next week. But then I knew
- 5:17Speaker 1: I was going to most likely sell in the marketplace
- 5:19Speaker 1: and you know, rebuy another set that I actually wanted for.
- 5:23Speaker 2: The future house.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So I tried to be smart and just order the
- 5:26Speaker 1: one that I absolutely loved and knew that we would
- 5:28Speaker 1: get a lot of use out of and longevity out of.
- 5:31Speaker 1: That's kind of how I structure my mind when it
- 5:33Speaker 1: comes to making large purchases is making sure that it's
- 5:37Speaker 1: something that's going to last a very long time, something
- 5:39Speaker 1: that's worth the investment. And I always just find spending
- 5:42Speaker 1: a little bit more money on certain things can sometimes
- 5:44Speaker 1: be worth it, especially when it comes to furniture for
- 5:47Speaker 1: a house or anything like that. So just something to
- 5:50Speaker 1: keep in mind when you are in that phase in
- 5:52Speaker 1: your life where you're looking to you know, splurge and
- 5:55Speaker 1: get you know, high end furniture.
- 5:57Speaker 2: And all that.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I do think that's something that's worth in So anyways,
- 6:01Speaker 1: I'm very excited for all that stuff to come in.
- 6:03Speaker 1: We can finally start having people over, having some like
- 6:05Speaker 1: backyard movie nights or just like watching Netflix outside, cooking
- 6:10Speaker 1: dinner outside, eating outside. All that is going to be
- 6:13Speaker 1: such a great time having that backyard setup. And yeah,
- 6:15Speaker 1: I'm excited to have hopefully all that set up board July. Now,
- 6:19Speaker 1: as you can see in today's episode title, we're going
- 6:21Speaker 1: to be talking about the midyear Hawk Girl raset because
- 6:25Speaker 1: we've officially reached the month of June. Obviously, as you
- 6:28Speaker 1: guys know, summer technically started I think last week or
- 6:32Speaker 1: early this weekend, June twenty first, and I want to
- 6:34Speaker 1: talk about just being six months into the year and
- 6:37Speaker 1: knowing that we have six months left of this year,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and I want to talk about how we can actually
- 6:43Speaker 1: continue to achieve the goals on our vision board that
- 6:46Speaker 1: we might have forgotten about or might have just kind
- 6:49Speaker 1: of lost, you know, touch of what's happening for our
- 6:53Speaker 1: year this year.
- 6:54Speaker 2: And I actually just did a.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Deep dive of my vision board and kind of just
- 6:57Speaker 1: like reviewed it made sure that I was, you know,
- 7:00Speaker 1: on track to achieving these goals that I set for
- 7:03Speaker 1: myself in the beginning of the year. And whether things
- 7:05Speaker 1: have changed or maybe things have gone in the right direction,
- 7:09Speaker 1: or maybe you're you know, kind of forgot about certain
- 7:12Speaker 1: goals that you're like, oh crap, or maybe there's some
- 7:14Speaker 1: goals that you almost forgot about and now you're like, Okay,
- 7:16Speaker 1: I need to kind of reidentify how I'm going to
- 7:20Speaker 1: achieve these goals before the end of the year, Like,
- 7:22Speaker 1: am I going to create a timeline for myself in
- 7:25Speaker 1: order to achieve these things?
- 7:26Speaker 2: All that?
- 7:27Speaker 1: So we're going to really just dive deep on how
- 7:29Speaker 1: we're going to be able to actually achieve the goals
- 7:31Speaker 1: that we wanted to achieve before the end of the year.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Talk about revisiting how we're going to achieve things all that. Okay,
- 7:37Speaker 1: So I think the first step that everyone needs to do,
- 7:39Speaker 1: which is something that I just said that I did,
- 7:41Speaker 1: was revisit your vision board. So see what you've achieved
- 7:44Speaker 1: so far, what have you not achieved. Maybe get a
- 7:47Speaker 1: piece of paper out and write down all the goals
- 7:49Speaker 1: that you achieved, or look back at that piece of
- 7:52Speaker 1: paper that you wrote all the goals down from the
- 7:54Speaker 1: beginning of this year. Kind of check off things that
- 7:57Speaker 1: you've achieved, but also maybe look at things that you
- 8:01Speaker 1: maybe you know, have only partially achieved or you're getting
- 8:04Speaker 1: close to achieving, Like maybe that might be a good
- 8:06Speaker 1: way to motivate yourself to get to that end goal.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I've noticed that there was some trips that I've been
- 8:12Speaker 1: wanting to go on, like I wanted to go down South,
- 8:15Speaker 1: I wanted to book a trip down to Europe all that.
- 8:17Speaker 1: So I've already done the two down South trips in
- 8:20Speaker 1: the beginning of this year, and my Europe trip I
- 8:22Speaker 1: still haven't booked yet, so I'm like, who knows, Like,
- 8:24Speaker 1: will this happen?
- 8:25Speaker 2: Will this not?
- 8:26Speaker 1: Obviously I hope to do that, but we'll see. Another
- 8:30Speaker 1: thing was I had the YouTube play button on my
- 8:33Speaker 1: vision board because I've been really trying to post on
- 8:35Speaker 1: YouTube a lot lately because it's one of my favorite
- 8:37Speaker 1: platforms to create content on. I've had this YouTube play
- 8:40Speaker 1: button on my vision board for the past three years,
- 8:43Speaker 1: okay three years, so it's definitely been a working progress
- 8:46Speaker 1: on trying to achieve it. I looked at my YouTube
- 8:49Speaker 1: channel i think last week, and I noticed I was
- 8:51Speaker 1: at ninety nine thousand subscribers, meaning that I'm a thousand
- 8:54Speaker 1: followers away from hitting that YouTube plaque. So I'm actually
- 8:59Speaker 1: certain that I might actually get that YouTube play button
- 9:02Speaker 1: that's been on my vision board for the past three
- 9:04Speaker 1: years so it's motivating me to get into my YouTube grind.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I'm like, Okay, we got to start posting more, we
- 9:09Speaker 1: got to start gaining new subscribers, gaining a new audience.
- 9:13Speaker 1: So now I'm feeling more motivated to achieve that goal
- 9:15Speaker 1: because looking back at the vision board and knowing that
- 9:18Speaker 1: I'm so close to achieving that one goal for myself,
- 9:21Speaker 1: it's just a way to motivate myself. So let's say
- 9:23Speaker 1: there's some goals on your vision board that you've been
- 9:26Speaker 1: working on and you're so close to just completely achieving
- 9:29Speaker 1: that goal. This might be a great way to also
- 9:32Speaker 1: just motivate yourself to achieve it by reviewing those goals
- 9:35Speaker 1: and reviewing those things that you wanted to achieve before
- 9:38Speaker 1: at the end of the year. So it's a great
- 9:39Speaker 1: way to motivate yourself as well. Another thing was a
- 9:42Speaker 1: lot of my fitness goals was maintaining pilates, being consistent,
- 9:46Speaker 1: just kind of really pushing myself to try new things.
- 9:49Speaker 1: And I feel like this year I've definitely been really
- 9:51Speaker 1: good at that is just trying different workout classes, really
- 9:53Speaker 1: getting out of my comfort zone. Obviously being consistent with
- 9:56Speaker 1: pilates because it is my favorite form of movement doing
- 9:59Speaker 1: workouts with a lot of friends. I think at the
- 10:01Speaker 1: beginning of this year, I didn't think I was going
- 10:03Speaker 1: to meet so many friends in the fitness industry and
- 10:07Speaker 1: like all going to the same workout classes.
- 10:10Speaker 2: And all that.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And now, you know, looking back from January to now,
- 10:14Speaker 1: I'm literally arranging my workout schedules around my friends who
- 10:18Speaker 1: take the same workout classes as me. And now you know,
- 10:21Speaker 1: every Saturday we go get coffee together or a protein
- 10:23Speaker 1: smoothie together, all that, and like that was something that
- 10:26Speaker 1: I didn't think was actually going to happen, but that
- 10:28Speaker 1: was something that was on my vision board that I wanted.
- 10:31Speaker 1: I wanted to create friendships, I wanted to be able
- 10:33Speaker 1: to do workouts with friends all that. And now it's
- 10:35Speaker 1: become such a fun hobby that I can do with
- 10:38Speaker 1: these new friends that I've met who have a lot
- 10:40Speaker 1: of similar interests with me, and has.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Just made working out so much more fun.
- 10:45Speaker 1: So I'm really happy that that was something that I
- 10:47Speaker 1: wasn't expecting to happen but happened, and it kind of
- 10:50Speaker 1: does reflect my vision board in a way. One thing
- 10:53Speaker 1: that I honestly haven't put a lot of energy towards
- 10:56Speaker 1: that has now kind of helped me out in terms
- 10:59Speaker 1: of how I want to direct things going into the
- 11:01Speaker 1: last six months of the year was a getting podcasts
- 11:04Speaker 1: videoing up. I think that was something that Zach and
- 11:07Speaker 1: I kind of put on the back burner because there
- 11:09Speaker 1: was a lot of upcoming last minute trips that we
- 11:11Speaker 1: weren't anticipating.
- 11:12Speaker 2: That kind of took a lot of my time.
- 11:15Speaker 1: And then you know, then we started building a deck,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and other house projects came up that were more of
- 11:19Speaker 1: a priority. So I kind of put that on the
- 11:21Speaker 1: back burner because I don't want to just start video
- 11:24Speaker 1: podcasting and just you know, sit on my couch and
- 11:27Speaker 1: start talking in front of a camera, Like I want
- 11:29Speaker 1: to create a vision that I've always had the vision
- 11:32Speaker 1: for the Hawkrow Energy podcast. It's creating my studio slash office,
- 11:36Speaker 1: having the couches that I want, having the mics that
- 11:38Speaker 1: I want, having the whole background setup. Like, I have
- 11:41Speaker 1: a vision and I very much want to execute it
- 11:43Speaker 1: in the professional way. So it might not be in
- 11:46Speaker 1: the next month, it might not be for the next
- 11:48Speaker 1: two months, it might not be till the end of
- 11:50Speaker 1: the year, but I do know that that goal will happen,
- 11:54Speaker 1: because obviously there's still moving parts that I'm trying to
- 11:57Speaker 1: execute for this video podcasting, but I do know what's
- 12:01Speaker 1: going to happen. But I think this was kind of
- 12:03Speaker 1: a sign where it just kind of opened up my
- 12:05Speaker 1: eyes in terms of like, Okay, this is something that
- 12:07Speaker 1: you've been slacking on, and this is something that you
- 12:10Speaker 1: haven't really put any effort towards. So now you need
- 12:13Speaker 1: to redirect your efforts on how you're going to be
- 12:15Speaker 1: able to achieve this before.
- 12:16Speaker 2: The end of the year.
- 12:17Speaker 1: So that's just an example of a goal that I
- 12:20Speaker 1: haven't really focused on that I kind of almost forgot
- 12:22Speaker 1: about that I need to redirect my efforts on how
- 12:25Speaker 1: we're going to achieve it before at the.
- 12:27Speaker 2: End of the year.
- 12:27Speaker 1: So really just evaluate everything on your vision board. There's
- 12:31Speaker 1: going to be a lot of positives. There's going to
- 12:32Speaker 1: be some again kind of negatives where you're like, Okay,
- 12:35Speaker 1: we need to readjust things and figure out how we're
- 12:37Speaker 1: going to make this happen. So it's important to do these,
- 12:41Speaker 1: you know, either monthly checkups or midyear checkups, anything like that,
- 12:44Speaker 1: just to kind of review everything that you actually wanted
- 12:47Speaker 1: to achieve because this is how you're actually going to
- 12:49Speaker 1: achieve your goals is by actually reviewing and making the
- 12:52Speaker 1: effort and finding ways on how to achieve these things
- 12:55Speaker 1: for yourself. If you just make a vision board and
- 12:57Speaker 1: you don't even look at it and you just kind
- 12:59Speaker 1: of forget about it, then you're losing the point of
- 13:01Speaker 1: how to actually achieve these things. Like you can't just
- 13:03Speaker 1: make it in January and then look back in December
- 13:06Speaker 1: and be like, oh, yeah, I only achieved two things
- 13:08Speaker 1: on my vision the board because I didn't, you know,
- 13:10Speaker 1: do my monthly checkups or my midyear checkups of you know,
- 13:13Speaker 1: how I can actually achieve those goals, or you didn't
- 13:16Speaker 1: create a plan or a timeline on how you.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Were going to achieve those things.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Like I see girls who just make these vision boards
- 13:21Speaker 1: just for the aesthetics of it and then don't do
- 13:24Speaker 1: anything with it, like they don't actually execute the plan
- 13:27Speaker 1: of actually achieving these things. So do those monthly checkups,
- 13:30Speaker 1: do those monthly goals, do those midyear checkups, because I
- 13:34Speaker 1: do think it really helps your motivation, helps you know,
- 13:38Speaker 1: redirect yourself in the right path to achieve these certain
- 13:41Speaker 1: things for yourself. So this kind of goes into the
- 13:43Speaker 1: next one, which is create a plan to achieve these goals. So,
- 13:47Speaker 1: for example, if you want to start waking up earlier
- 13:49Speaker 1: and you haven't done that yet, so if you want
- 13:51Speaker 1: it to become the morning girl. And this kind of
- 13:53Speaker 1: also goes into the persona that we've talked about in
- 13:55Speaker 1: previous episodes of who do you want to become this summer?
- 13:59Speaker 1: Who do you want to be come this year? Do
- 14:01Speaker 1: you want to become the morning girl? Do you want
- 14:03Speaker 1: to become the pilates girl? Like, create your whole persona
- 14:06Speaker 1: around this one goal that you have for yourself. So
- 14:09Speaker 1: if you wanted to become the morning girl of waking
- 14:12Speaker 1: up earlier and making more time for yourself by showing
- 14:15Speaker 1: up for yourself early in the morning doing your favorite
- 14:17Speaker 1: things before you start your workday, then this is the
- 14:20Speaker 1: time and the sign to readjust your nighttime schedule, your
- 14:23Speaker 1: morning time schedule, create a system on how you're going
- 14:26Speaker 1: to become that morning girl. So maybe it's going to
- 14:29Speaker 1: bed an hour earlier at night, which would make it
- 14:31Speaker 1: easier for you to wake up early. It's all about
- 14:34Speaker 1: creating a consistent flow. So I've been in the process
- 14:37Speaker 1: of starting to wake up at five o'clock in the morning.
- 14:40Speaker 1: This was my June goal. As you guys know, usually
- 14:42Speaker 1: I'd wake up at six, which is still very early,
- 14:44Speaker 1: but I've been trying to make the adjustment of waking
- 14:46Speaker 1: up at like five five thirty. So for the whole
- 14:49Speaker 1: month of June, I've been really trying to make it
- 14:51Speaker 1: a priority. Obviously, on the weekends, I do sleep in,
- 14:54Speaker 1: which I think is important because I need to obviously
- 14:57Speaker 1: have that sleep in during the weekend in order to
- 14:59Speaker 1: wake up earlier throughout the week. I would say I've
- 15:02Speaker 1: been waking up at five twenty five thirty consistently for
- 15:07Speaker 1: the last three weeks of June, and I'm so proud
- 15:11Speaker 1: of myself. That first week was definitely difficult. I definitely
- 15:14Speaker 1: had a hard time getting out of bed by five thirty.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Like I would usually like lay in my bed scroll
- 15:19Speaker 1: you know, wouldn't get out of bed till like six fifteen,
- 15:21Speaker 1: six twenty. Now I would say, I wake up at
- 15:24Speaker 1: five twenty five thirty and I'm out of bed by
- 15:26Speaker 1: like five forty, and it gives me twenty minutes to
- 15:29Speaker 1: get myself ready for the day, so, you know, brushing
- 15:32Speaker 1: my teeth, putting my workout, set on doing my skincare
- 15:35Speaker 1: and then I'm out the door walking Freddy by six o'clock,
- 15:38Speaker 1: which I personally love because I get an hour walk
- 15:41Speaker 1: in before my seven am pilates class.
- 15:43Speaker 2: And it just proved to me that I can.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Wake up an hour earlier than I used to be
- 15:47Speaker 1: able to do a few things that I wasn't able
- 15:50Speaker 1: to do after my workout classes because it affected my
- 15:53Speaker 1: work schedule all that. So being able to get a
- 15:56Speaker 1: walk in, eat my breakfast while watching a YouTube video
- 15:58Speaker 1: like doing the little things that mattered me has made
- 16:01Speaker 1: a huge effort just by waking up that one hour earlier.
- 16:04Speaker 1: So if you want to become that morning person and
- 16:06Speaker 1: you really want to make that a goal for this
- 16:08Speaker 1: year and you haven't done so yet, this is the
- 16:10Speaker 1: time to do so. And by doing this, you need
- 16:12Speaker 1: to create a really good bed time schedule and a
- 16:14Speaker 1: consistent time of waking up in the morning. If you
- 16:16Speaker 1: have an even bigger goal than just becoming this morning person,
- 16:19Speaker 1: maybe you have really big career goals that you want
- 16:22Speaker 1: to achieve for yourself, this is the time to create
- 16:25Speaker 1: a timeline for yourself. So whether it's weeks or months
- 16:29Speaker 1: of things that you need to do to get to
- 16:30Speaker 1: that big end goal. This is your time now to
- 16:33Speaker 1: create that timeline that's going to allow you to figure
- 16:35Speaker 1: out how you're going to achieve that big goal throughout
- 16:37Speaker 1: each week or each month before the end of the year.
- 16:40Speaker 1: So it's all about timelines. It's all about really just
- 16:44Speaker 1: making the effort of doing these little things to.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Get to that big end goal.
- 16:48Speaker 1: So, as I said, setting different bedtimes, waking up earlier,
- 16:51Speaker 1: creating a timeline, and how you're going.
- 16:53Speaker 2: To actually achieve these big goals for yourself.
- 16:55Speaker 1: So now once you've kind of revisited your vision board,
- 16:58Speaker 1: you kind of figured out, Okay, these the goals we're
- 17:00Speaker 1: going to achieve before the end of the year. You know,
- 17:02Speaker 1: I've already achieved these ones, which is good. It's created
- 17:05Speaker 1: motivation for yourself to get you know, more of these
- 17:07Speaker 1: goals done before the end of the year. You're also
- 17:10Speaker 1: going to want to have to declutter your space because
- 17:13Speaker 1: for me personally, I recently just did a big closet
- 17:17Speaker 1: clean out, and I am so happy I did that
- 17:20Speaker 1: because I feel like it just created a mental reset
- 17:23Speaker 1: for myself because I think that was something that I
- 17:25Speaker 1: was just kind of like putting to the side not
- 17:27Speaker 1: really caring about, but it really does make a huge
- 17:30Speaker 1: mental difference when you actually make the effort of cleaning
- 17:34Speaker 1: out your closet, getting rid of all those things, decluttering
- 17:37Speaker 1: other spots in your home, like your office cabinets that
- 17:40Speaker 1: you might been avoiding. Maybe it's your office at work
- 17:43Speaker 1: and you know you haven't really decluttered that space. Like
- 17:46Speaker 1: just removing things that you've kind of ignored for the
- 17:49Speaker 1: past few weeks or past few months will really just
- 17:52Speaker 1: make you feel like you've reset your life. Like I'm
- 17:54Speaker 1: not even over exaggerating, like it feels like a fresh start,
- 17:57Speaker 1: a new beginning. It just makes you feel like you're
- 17:59Speaker 1: more organied, and it almost feels like a little like
- 18:02Speaker 1: yearly reset right where it's like, okay, kind of makes
- 18:04Speaker 1: you feel like you're in January again, where it's like,
- 18:06Speaker 1: all right, let's get the gears back going, let's get
- 18:09Speaker 1: back into routine, let's get back into the swing of things,
- 18:12Speaker 1: let's feel more organized again. Let's go back to the
- 18:14Speaker 1: girl that we told ourselves that we wanted to become
- 18:16Speaker 1: in the beginning of the year. So it's all about
- 18:19Speaker 1: just decluttering and cleaning up our space and really organizing
- 18:23Speaker 1: everything another thing that I think is important to do
- 18:25Speaker 1: is a digital declutter. So this is something that I'm
- 18:28Speaker 1: a victim to when it comes to like my photos,
- 18:31Speaker 1: my videos, Like my camera roll is so crazy, guys.
- 18:35Speaker 1: I need to go through all of that and just
- 18:38Speaker 1: delete things that I'm not, you know, needing anymore. I
- 18:42Speaker 1: did do a bit of a declutter when I was
- 18:44Speaker 1: on the plane in Miami. I think I deleted I
- 18:46Speaker 1: want to say, like twenty thousand photos and videos, which
- 18:49Speaker 1: is still nothing and compared to what it is now,
- 18:52Speaker 1: but it's making a step towards, you know, getting more
- 18:55Speaker 1: organized and feeling like things are going in the right direction.
- 18:59Speaker 1: So that could be also like other digital things that
- 19:02Speaker 1: could be a digital reset could just be like large
- 19:05Speaker 1: files on your computer that you might been ignoring, you know,
- 19:08Speaker 1: your emails. That's something that I actually am thinking about
- 19:11Speaker 1: now that I need to do. I have used up
- 19:13Speaker 1: like ninety percent of my email storage for both my emails,
- 19:17Speaker 1: so going through that decluttering all that. It could also
- 19:20Speaker 1: be like work files, like you know, physical paper in
- 19:23Speaker 1: your filing cabinet that you might want to go through.
- 19:27Speaker 1: So I don't know, just like either a digital declutter
- 19:30Speaker 1: or just kind of like an office declutter of things
- 19:32Speaker 1: that you might have been ignoring from your work that
- 19:35Speaker 1: you could do that would really really help you just
- 19:38Speaker 1: kind of reset mentally and know that everything's fresh, everything's organized,
- 19:43Speaker 1: and you kind of just feel like it's a new beginning.
- 19:45Speaker 1: This is something that I actually just did recently that
- 19:47Speaker 1: I think it's important to do, especially at this time
- 19:49Speaker 1: of the year.
- 19:49Speaker 2: As well. Is a financial reset.
- 19:51Speaker 1: So reviewing your spending is also just like reviewing things
- 19:55Speaker 1: that you might be subscribed to. Are you still using
- 19:57Speaker 1: that gym membership that you signed up for in the
- 20:00Speaker 1: beginning of the year. If you're not, let's remove it.
- 20:02Speaker 1: If you are, and you're just not, you know, being
- 20:05Speaker 1: too consistent with it, maybe this is your sign to
- 20:07Speaker 1: start figuring out a schedule for yourself to make that
- 20:10Speaker 1: money worth it.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Right.
- 20:11Speaker 1: You obviously don't want to be subscribing to things that
- 20:12Speaker 1: you're not using because then we're just wasting money. So
- 20:15Speaker 1: if you need to cancel any apps, cancel any gym
- 20:17Speaker 1: memberships that might be you know, just wasting money away
- 20:20Speaker 1: that you're not using, it's important to do that now.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Just unsubscribe from anything that you're not using. Another one
- 20:27Speaker 1: is just saving more money. So if that was one
- 20:30Speaker 1: of your goals for this year was to just be
- 20:32Speaker 1: better financially and just you know, be more cautious of
- 20:36Speaker 1: how you're spending your money or how you're saving your
- 20:38Speaker 1: money from your paychecks, this might be a good time
- 20:40Speaker 1: to kind of just review if you're actually doing that
- 20:43Speaker 1: in a proper way. And if you're about to get
- 20:46Speaker 1: to the end goal that you wanted. Maybe you have,
- 20:48Speaker 1: you know, this goal of how much you want to
- 20:50Speaker 1: save before the end of the year, this might be
- 20:52Speaker 1: the time to kind of just like review, are you
- 20:54Speaker 1: actually getting to that goal?
- 20:55Speaker 2: Are you not?
- 20:56Speaker 1: Do you need to save a bit more, do you
- 20:57Speaker 1: need to work a little bit harder, whatever the case
- 20:59Speaker 1: you but I think it's important to just really do
- 21:02Speaker 1: that financial reset. That way, you know that you're on
- 21:06Speaker 1: the right track. You're not wasting any money. Everything that
- 21:08Speaker 1: you're putting your money towards is worth it, and you're
- 21:11Speaker 1: reviewing your spending habits, you know, your budgets all that. Now,
- 21:14Speaker 1: if you're that kind of person that wants to make
- 21:16Speaker 1: extra money. For an example, this kind of goes back
- 21:18Speaker 1: to the decluttering of cleaning out your closet. I see
- 21:22Speaker 1: a lot of girls actually selling their clothes off like
- 21:24Speaker 1: the Facebook marketplace or creating Instagram pages or anything like that.
- 21:28Speaker 2: I definitely need to do this.
- 21:30Speaker 1: I have a bunch of dresses that I've just kind
- 21:32Speaker 1: of put to the side that I know I want
- 21:33Speaker 1: to sell, but I just haven't had the chance of
- 21:36Speaker 1: like taking photos and uploading it.
- 21:37Speaker 2: To the app.
- 21:38Speaker 1: But if you want to make a little bit extra
- 21:40Speaker 1: money that you know you want to get rid of
- 21:41Speaker 1: some things, that's a great way to declutter but also
- 21:44Speaker 1: make a bit of money out of it. I always
- 21:46Speaker 1: find like a declutter your closet and sell clothes on
- 21:49Speaker 1: I think there's like Deppop, Poshmark and then the Facebook
- 21:53Speaker 1: marketplace or again selling it through Instagram. Another thing that
- 21:56Speaker 1: I think is important to do for our midyear reset
- 21:59Speaker 1: is reassessing your rituals. And what I mean by that
- 22:03Speaker 1: is I feel like I always talk about this, but
- 22:05Speaker 1: each season, I think we always have an adjustment to
- 22:08Speaker 1: our routine. So for me, in the winter season, you know,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I'm not really outside much.
- 22:12Speaker 2: I'm more indoors.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I still like to go to my workout classes, but
- 22:16Speaker 1: I don't really prioritize my walking. You know, I bought
- 22:19Speaker 1: an indoor treadmill to help me out with that. But
- 22:21Speaker 1: it just it's a very different routine in the winter
- 22:23Speaker 1: versus my summers. In my summers, I try and wake
- 22:26Speaker 1: up earlier. I tried to go for long walks, I
- 22:28Speaker 1: try to be outside as much as possible, you know,
- 22:31Speaker 1: get my workouts in all that. So I'm always adjusting
- 22:34Speaker 1: my rituals and my routines throughout each season, and I
- 22:38Speaker 1: think it's kind of important to do that because I
- 22:40Speaker 1: think it creates a bit of change, which is good
- 22:42Speaker 1: because I think when you're doing the same thing for
- 22:45Speaker 1: too long, you're going to start kind of getting bored
- 22:48Speaker 1: of it and not really looking forward to doing those things.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Whereas when you actually change your routine and you start
- 22:54Speaker 1: creating new rituals or new habits and you bring it
- 22:57Speaker 1: into a new season, I think it's something that you
- 23:00Speaker 1: enjoy more and you look forward to more. So kind
- 23:02Speaker 1: of reassess your rituals into the season, and if you
- 23:06Speaker 1: want to add anything new, maybe remove things that you
- 23:09Speaker 1: didn't really like or you're getting bored of trying different
- 23:12Speaker 1: workouts all that. Like, just really just create a summer
- 23:15Speaker 1: ritual for yourself that you don't already have and it
- 23:19Speaker 1: might just create more excitement, more motivation, and allow yourself
- 23:22Speaker 1: to actually stick to that routine. Another one is creating
- 23:26Speaker 1: a mood board for the summer. We've talked about this
- 23:28Speaker 1: a lot, but if you haven't done this yet, this
- 23:30Speaker 1: is something to really reflect on for each season. So,
- 23:34Speaker 1: because obviously we're in the summer season, I've created a
- 23:37Speaker 1: summer mood board for myself. And I feel like mood
- 23:40Speaker 1: boards also help me not only like achieve these goals
- 23:43Speaker 1: that I have for myself for the summer, but also
- 23:46Speaker 1: just kind of like how I again see my persona.
- 23:49Speaker 1: So if I want to dress a certain way, like I,
- 23:52Speaker 1: you know, I say all these photos from Pinterest and
- 23:54Speaker 1: I'm like, Ooh, I really want my fashion to be,
- 23:56Speaker 1: you know, like this, where it's more caprice, more modest,
- 23:59Speaker 1: less crop tops, like I kind of have like a
- 24:02Speaker 1: vision for myself, right, Or maybe it's like, oh, I've
- 24:05Speaker 1: been really liking the fun colors and esthetics to the home,
- 24:08Speaker 1: so buying really colorful mugs or colorful bowls and like
- 24:12Speaker 1: really just kind of tying in the summer season with
- 24:16Speaker 1: things that I'm purchasing as well. Right, So I don't know,
- 24:19Speaker 1: I think it's all about just kind of reflecting your
- 24:22Speaker 1: mood board and your current season and your current day
- 24:25Speaker 1: to day life when it comes to like summer clothes,
- 24:28Speaker 1: things that you want for your home, or it could
- 24:31Speaker 1: be like summer sense when you think of like perfume
- 24:33Speaker 1: and candles, like reflecting your home based off the scent
- 24:36Speaker 1: of the season. You know, flowers, I think of hydranges
- 24:40Speaker 1: in the summer, summer eating, so like finding fruits maybe
- 24:44Speaker 1: that reflect the season that's really popular right now, like peaches, mangoes.
- 24:48Speaker 2: All that. So really just creating.
- 24:51Speaker 1: This mood board for yourself for each season and kind
- 24:53Speaker 1: of just like really visualizing how you want to reflect
- 24:57Speaker 1: yourself into this season. I think it is, yeah, something
- 25:01Speaker 1: that's always fun to do and again creates some excitement
- 25:04Speaker 1: and change and yeah, makes you feel like you're really
- 25:08Speaker 1: romanticizing your life, which we know we're all about that.
- 25:11Speaker 1: We always talk about doing that, and I think it
- 25:14Speaker 1: just creates excitement of the little things that we do
- 25:16Speaker 1: every single day and just makes you enjoy it ten
- 25:19Speaker 1: times more. And then the last thing when it comes
- 25:22Speaker 1: to our midyear reset is a mid year glow up.
- 25:25Speaker 1: So maybe there's appointments that you haven't really done in
- 25:29Speaker 1: a long time, Like maybe it's a hair appointment, or
- 25:31Speaker 1: maybe it's your nail appointment that you haven't done in
- 25:34Speaker 1: a long time, try and change things up. Maybe it's
- 25:37Speaker 1: trying a different haircut, you know, going shorter, going blonder,
- 25:41Speaker 1: going darker. Maybe it's changing up your skincare routine or
- 25:44Speaker 1: actually you know, doing monthly facials, or maybe it's creating
- 25:49Speaker 1: like new routines and rituals for yourself. Or maybe it's
- 25:53Speaker 1: trying a new lipstick, like it could literally be anything,
- 25:55Speaker 1: or trying out new blushes. For example, I've been really
- 25:58Speaker 1: on blush TikTok right now, Like I've seen a lot
- 26:00Speaker 1: of influencers just talking about new summer shades of blushes.
- 26:03Speaker 1: And I'm that kind of person where I pretty much
- 26:05Speaker 1: have a very basic makeup routine, Like I just kind
- 26:08Speaker 1: of stick to the same stuff. Whatever looks good, great,
- 26:10Speaker 1: I don't really.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Change it up.
- 26:11Speaker 1: But when it comes to blushes, I've been actually changing
- 26:15Speaker 1: up the blush colors I've been using, And lately I've
- 26:18Speaker 1: been using like a bright red, which I never thought
- 26:20Speaker 1: a bright red would look good on me, but I
- 26:23Speaker 1: heard it's actually supposed to like reflect that sun burnt
- 26:26Speaker 1: sun kiss look, and I started to see girls with
- 26:29Speaker 1: similar skin tones to me who was using a red
- 26:32Speaker 1: blush and it looked insane on them. So now I'm
- 26:35Speaker 1: using red blush, like bright bright red blush, which I
- 26:38Speaker 1: never thought I would ever use. But it's been something
- 26:41Speaker 1: that's a nice change. It's been like a nice little
- 26:43Speaker 1: glow up. I feel like, you know, after I've been
- 26:45Speaker 1: on the sun all day and I do a little
- 26:46Speaker 1: bit of makeup and then I add this new blush
- 26:48Speaker 1: and I've been obsessed with it just kind of creates excitement,
- 26:51Speaker 1: It creates more confidence than myself all that. So it's
- 26:54Speaker 1: good to always change up your makeup products sometimes, or
- 26:58Speaker 1: your skincare, or just something new in general, because, let's
- 27:01Speaker 1: be honest, sometimes we have a little mid year crisis.
- 27:04Speaker 1: It's just the reality. So if you're feeling that way
- 27:07Speaker 1: and you've been wanting to try something new or different,
- 27:09Speaker 1: it's always okay to do a little glow up and
- 27:11Speaker 1: just change things up, whether it's changing your nail colors,
- 27:13Speaker 1: changing your haircut or your hair color, or just trying
- 27:17Speaker 1: new makeup products. So that's kind of how the mid
- 27:19Speaker 1: year hawkrel reset is. So if you haven't done that,
- 27:22Speaker 1: yet I highly recommend doing it. I think it's a
- 27:24Speaker 1: great way to go in for the next six months
- 27:26Speaker 1: mentally and just know how much else you have to
- 27:29Speaker 1: achieve yourself. It creates that motivation maybe if you've been
- 27:32Speaker 1: slacking and you feel like you just needed that boost
- 27:35Speaker 1: of motivation or just energy or just mood in general.
- 27:38Speaker 1: I highly recommend taking these tips that I just talked
- 27:41Speaker 1: about and just kind of really bring it into your
- 27:44Speaker 1: day to day life for the next six months. And
- 27:46Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, you're going to see a
- 27:47Speaker 1: difference before the end of the year. The last thing
- 27:49Speaker 1: I want to talk about is competence. I want to
- 27:52Speaker 1: talk about confidence this summer because I do have a
- 27:55Speaker 1: few things that I want to touch on when it
- 27:57Speaker 1: comes to feeling more competent, because I think there's times
- 28:01Speaker 1: that we go through kind of like what I said,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and you go through like a mid year crisis, you
- 28:04Speaker 1: might not be feeling yourself and you want to find
- 28:06Speaker 1: ways to just boost your confidence and feel just.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Better about yourself and just show up for yourself.
- 28:12Speaker 1: So one thing that I actually really loved that I
- 28:14Speaker 1: heard from I think Mel Robbins podcast was she was
- 28:17Speaker 1: talking about your daily wins. So thinking of the three
- 28:22Speaker 1: wins of each day, so each day you can reflect
- 28:25Speaker 1: on your journal and you can write down three things
- 28:27Speaker 1: that you did that you were proud of. So it
- 28:30Speaker 1: could be the smallest things like I actually drank, you know,
- 28:33Speaker 1: two liters of water today. I stopped scrolling at ten pm.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I stopped scrolling at my phone at nine pm. I
- 28:40Speaker 1: actually went to bed at ten pm tonight instead of
- 28:43Speaker 1: eleven pm because I wanted to wake up four five am.
- 28:46Speaker 1: So just write down the little things, because I don't
- 28:48Speaker 1: think you realize how proud of yourself that you should
- 28:52Speaker 1: be for doing those little things that you actually wanted
- 28:54Speaker 1: to achieve for yourself. I always talk about like I'm
- 28:57Speaker 1: always lacking water, So if I can actually fit two
- 29:00Speaker 1: of my water bottles in a day, I try and
- 29:03Speaker 1: make that a win for myself because that's something that
- 29:05Speaker 1: I don't do every day. So if I do actually
- 29:07Speaker 1: finish it, I'm very proud of myself, and I want
- 29:09Speaker 1: to make sure that I create this accomplishment for myself
- 29:13Speaker 1: because even though it is small, it does create a
- 29:15Speaker 1: bit of confidence in yourself. Another thing is just trying
- 29:18Speaker 1: new things this summer that might feel out of your
- 29:20Speaker 1: comfort zone. I ended up trying my first legree class
- 29:23Speaker 1: last week, and we're in June. I've been talking about
- 29:26Speaker 1: trying Lagree since January. I think that was something that
- 29:29Speaker 1: I just, you know, kind of always made excuses for
- 29:31Speaker 1: in terms of like, oh, well, you know, I go
- 29:33Speaker 1: to pilates, I don't really need to go try lagree,
- 29:35Speaker 1: like or oh, you know, I'm There's just always an
- 29:38Speaker 1: excuse that I just kind of always made up. And
- 29:39Speaker 1: then I finally pushed myself and I decided to go
- 29:42Speaker 1: to this class. I decided to go with my sister,
- 29:44Speaker 1: so doing it together again made it more fun.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Doing it with a friend.
- 29:47Speaker 1: We both didn't know what we were doing, so it
- 29:49Speaker 1: was kind of more fun in that sense of like, hey,
- 29:51Speaker 1: we're doing this together.
- 29:53Speaker 2: We're trying something new together. It's something different.
- 29:55Speaker 1: But again, pushing yourself might actually surprise you and make
- 29:59Speaker 1: you realize that it might be something that you actually
- 30:01Speaker 1: really enjoy.
- 30:02Speaker 2: And I did actually really enjoy Lagree.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I've had a few comments and messages asking if I
- 30:08Speaker 1: liked it better than pilates or how would I compare,
- 30:11Speaker 1: But because I only did one class, I feel like
- 30:13Speaker 1: I can't give a deep dive of the difference between
- 30:16Speaker 1: like the reform or that I use that pilates versus
- 30:19Speaker 1: Lagree reformer. It's both obviously very different, but I feel
- 30:23Speaker 1: like they were both hard in different ways. So I
- 30:25Speaker 1: will give my honest review on that when I've done
- 30:27Speaker 1: it a bit more, because I feel like I've only
- 30:30Speaker 1: done one class, so I can't give a full review
- 30:32Speaker 1: on it, but I will definitely do an in depth
- 30:34Speaker 1: review of what I prefer or maybe like why I
- 30:38Speaker 1: prefer one over the other. I think another thing when
- 30:41Speaker 1: it comes to confidence is start showing up for yourself.
- 30:45Speaker 1: So if you feel like you've been lacking working out,
- 30:49Speaker 1: or just lacking in general in terms of like, you know,
- 30:52Speaker 1: might have not been doing the things that you used
- 30:54Speaker 1: to do, like journaling or you know, drinking water every
- 30:58Speaker 1: single day, or you know, just like doing healthy habits
- 31:01Speaker 1: that you used to do that you haven't been doing anymore.
- 31:03Speaker 1: And maybe you're starting to notice the lack of confidence
- 31:05Speaker 1: from not putting the effort in yourself because you're not
- 31:08Speaker 1: doing those little things, then maybe this is a sign
- 31:11Speaker 1: that you need to start showing up for yourself again
- 31:13Speaker 1: and do those things that you told.
- 31:15Speaker 2: Yourself you were going to do.
- 31:16Speaker 1: I think it's important to just never give up and
- 31:18Speaker 1: know that definitely things can get hard, and you know,
- 31:21Speaker 1: sometimes we feel like we're in this tough situation. But
- 31:24Speaker 1: I think we always used to need to have that
- 31:26Speaker 1: mindset of going back and realizing that when we do
- 31:29Speaker 1: these little things that it does feel good and that
- 31:32Speaker 1: we do get ourselves out of this negative headspace, and
- 31:35Speaker 1: that it creates a positive mindset for yourself, which allows
- 31:39Speaker 1: you to want to show up for yourself and create
- 31:42Speaker 1: that confidence that you wanted to rebuild for yourself. And
- 31:44Speaker 1: not only do we need to show up for ourself
- 31:46Speaker 1: and you know, create this positive mindseset for ourself and
- 31:49Speaker 1: all that, but we need to also surround ourself with
- 31:52Speaker 1: people that really just bring that positive energy that you
- 31:55Speaker 1: want to continue throughout your daily lifestyle. So try and
- 31:59Speaker 1: be social and surround yourself with people that are like
- 32:02Speaker 1: minded like you. The last thing you want is to
- 32:04Speaker 1: be around people who are going to bring you down
- 32:07Speaker 1: and just be negative and just like not fill your cup.
- 32:10Speaker 1: I think you really just need to be around people
- 32:13Speaker 1: who are also very goal oriented and motivated and maybe
- 32:16Speaker 1: uplift you and make you feel confident and make you
- 32:19Speaker 1: feel good. If you're with these people who aren't bringing
- 32:22Speaker 1: that positive energy, then you're not gonna have the positive
- 32:25Speaker 1: girl summer that you wanted. You're gonna create this negativity
- 32:28Speaker 1: for yourself that you.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Don't want or you don't need.
- 32:31Speaker 1: So just make sure to surround yourself with positive and
- 32:35Speaker 1: kind people like yourself. Finding groups of friends maybe for
- 32:38Speaker 1: different things. Like I said, I have friends for my
- 32:40Speaker 1: workout classes, I have friends for my walks. I have friends,
- 32:44Speaker 1: you know when it comes to maybe social settings and
- 32:47Speaker 1: going to restaurants and all that. Like, there's gonna be
- 32:49Speaker 1: friends for so many different things and so many different reasons,
- 32:52Speaker 1: and I think it's important just to always be around
- 32:55Speaker 1: those people that are always going to just uplift you
- 32:59Speaker 1: and bring that positive energy that you want for this
- 33:01Speaker 1: summer season. So those are my tips for maybe just
- 33:04Speaker 1: feeling a bit more confident this summer, as well as
- 33:07Speaker 1: just your midyear reset of how you're going to completely
- 33:11Speaker 1: just get back into your grind, your motivation, and how
- 33:15Speaker 1: you're going to actually achieve these goals for yourself before
- 33:17Speaker 1: the end of the year. But I'm going to end
- 33:20Speaker 1: this episode off here. I hope you guys have an
- 33:22Speaker 1: amazing week and amazing weekend. For all my Canadian girlies,

- 33:39Speaker 1: Day is on Friday this year. But anyways, I'm going
