  Happy Friday morning, everybody. We race tonight out at Volusia

  with the World of Outlaw Sprint Cars, and then I race for the

  final time tomorrow night. Saturday night, that's our big

  race. It's called the Gator.

  And then on Sunday I head home to see my wife.

  And boy do I miss Kim so much. Then we are excited because on

  Monday Kim and I take off to Yellowstone National Park.

  We're going to go with the with a vacation group called Sunrise

  Tours. They're out of Kirkwood, MO and

  we took a vacation last year with them to the Canadian
• 0:47
  Rockies. And boy we loved it.

  We went to Calgary, AB, Canada, we went to Banff and we got on a
• 0:56
  train through the Rockies and we ended up in Vancouver up there
• 1:01
  in Canada. So they said, Kenny Wallace, if
• 1:04
  you love this Canadian Rockies, you're going to love winter in
• 1:10
  Yellowstone. So yeah, Bobby Labonte, he
• 1:14
  called me from there. He was skiing out there a couple
• 1:17
  weeks ago and I see little little Elleges been out there
• 1:22
  and hell, I didn't know it. I guess Yellowstone is the place
• 1:26
  to go with lots of skiing out around that area.

  Big Sky, What is that, Montana somewhere around?

  I don't know. All I know is I'm going West.

  Kim and I are looking forward to having a good time.

  I don't think we're going to be rolling around in the snow, but

  we're going to do winter in Yellowstone National Park.

  But on Monday, Kim and I are taking a vacation and we return

  on the day of the Daytona 500. As we're landing, coming back to

  Saint Louis from Yellowstone, they'll be starting the Daytona

  500. So we're looking forward to that

  next week. OK, this one caught me off

  guard. Today's conversation.

  I woke up here at Uncle Rusty and Aunt Patty's beautiful home

  and I got on X and there he was, Mark the kid Martin out of

  Batesville, AR and this is today's Coffee with Kenny

  subject. Mark said not to my surprise

  because Mark is a good man and he's a lover.

  But Mark says this is what Mark Martin said and I'm quoting him.

  I might miss it a little bit, but this is what he said, he

  said. I have seen so many mean and

  negative comments over the Cookout clash at Bowman Gray.

  Maybe we should try to look at the positive.

  How hard NASCAR worked to get that race in that I liked.

  I liked that a lot. Now a little bit lady later a

  lady seemed like a smart lady. What I mean by that, not one of

  those rage ladies, lady goes in response to Mark says.

  I am taken aback by all the unnecessary rage.

  They're three wide at Talladega. I mean, it's it's clearly a good

  race. People will still get on social

  media and complain with rage. What was that group Rage Against

  the machine? That's it.

  effect. And I responded all next this

  morning I said rage is a funny thing.

  One person rages, the other person goes, hey, I feel like

  raging too. You ever see those dancers in a

  in the like rage dancing? One guy gets out or starts

  flopping around. Well, hell, I'm going to join

  him. Gets in and everybody just

  starts flopping around. And I mean, it's going crazy and

  they're all of a sudden you have 30 people out there.

  They're not even dancing. They're just flopping around.

  I don't see that anymore. They I don't know.

  It was like it wasn't even grunge music it but I don't know

  Kenny yesterday about, my gosh, NASCAR was dealt an unbelievable

  card and what they pulled off was unbelievable.

  They got a foot of snow. They got sleet halfway through

  the race. They countered with all weather

  tires. Then Fox puts the Masked Singer

  on, moves the race over to FS2. I mean, Ben Kennedy had to be

  gone. Ben Kennedy had to be gone.

  What? What else?

  I mean, this event last year was through the roof.

  That's why we're doing it again this year.

  So in ending everybody, I want to say that I agree with Mark

  Martin and that Lady. Can we just try?

  Can we just try to look for the good?

  Because guys, it's the start of the year, the rules are set.

  the lady said, it just seems a little unnecessary.
