Clark County Ends Flock Camera Contract | Eau Claire News
Clark County Sheriff’s Office has officially ended its partnership with Flock Safety after a thorough review of the automated license plate reader system’s real-world impact — and most importantly, after listening closely to community concerns. Sheriff Kirn canceled the contract, removed the cameras, and emphasized that public trust is built through accountability and responsiveness. This move sends a powerful message: law enforcement in Clark County prioritizes community input over technology alone.
