  Speaker 1: From Auntie Sarah.
• 2:30
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 2:31
Speaker 1: I miss her right about this well all the time, but she normally comes home in.

• 2:35
Speaker 2: She'll be here in a couple weeks.
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: Woo-hoo.
• 2:37
Speaker 1: Sweet Auntie Sarah that lives in Denver, colorado, is like the OG moon child.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: She's like the stay wild moon child, right, nevi, would you agree?
• 2:45
Speaker 1: Yeah, apparently I look like her.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: I think you do, you do.
• 2:49
Speaker 1: You definitely got that Schaefer in you, auntie Sarah.
• 2:53
Speaker 1: You're making her proud.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: Bye, can we get a little moon howl before you go?
• 2:58
Speaker 1: Come on, wolfpack, give us the moon howl.
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: I'm okay, I'll do it.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: 3, 2, one Ow Ow Say wild moon childs.
• 3:11
Speaker 2: Help Charlie with her foot, she's got a pricker in it.
• 3:13
Speaker 2: Oh no, oh, charles Burrows, she's got a flat tire.
• 3:16
Speaker 2: Get the first egg kit.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: I think there's some tweezers, in there.
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: Oh my goodness.
• 3:22
Speaker 2: Don't forget the neosporin.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: They learned what that was today.
• 3:26
Speaker 1: You recognize it, but maybe not quite sure.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Anyways, new moon, I'm putting out my water tonight.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: I love to do crystal charged moon water and putting that right on the grass where it can get that grounding earth energy along with that lunar pull, and then I use that water.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: I fill up everyone's cups with that water.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: I'll even give it to the dogs yes, like the dog crystal traction too and water some of your house plants with it as well, with that moon water.
• 3:58
Speaker 1: There's something to it, it's that love lingo, it's that.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: It's that energy, yes, and then I'll draw out my like pieces that I've been wearing, because I have a lot of pieces, so I don't drag them all out.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: Some I keep in my window still, so they just get charged, you know, throughout the, throughout the month.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: But I feel like all my special pieces that I'm wearing and that need a little reboost and recharge, I'll put on a sweet little platter of sorts and put that in the earth too, to be charged by the moon.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: Is that about aligned with what I don't do all?
• 4:32
  Speaker 2: that.
• 4:32
Speaker 2: But yes, I, I like the moon water.
• 4:34
Speaker 2: The only thing is like tiger's eye.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: Be careful, tiger's eye because, of something with the don't put it in the water, yeah don't infuse you can still still charge it.
• 4:43
  Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes.
• 4:44
Speaker 2: I just like being out there and like soaking it up myself.
• 4:47
Speaker 2: Sometimes I'll be in the house and like feel like somebody's looking at me and I'll look out the window and it's the moon, just like.
• 4:56
Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, I charge myself.
• 5:00
  Speaker 1: It can play.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: Yes, especially here in the summer, you cannot beat a good summer night underneath the moon and the stars.
• 5:09
Speaker 1: Yes, that's a really good point.
• 5:12
Speaker 1: You know, kind of pay that respect to the moon and spend some time with it.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, and maybe you say your prayers and things that you want to let go and speak into existence, things that you want to draw in, and just being present in that moon moment, create your own moon moment moon moment.
• 5:32
Speaker 2: What do you do for your moon moment?
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: honestly.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: No, yeah, we want to know what, what our listeners are doing for their moon moments.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: Please share them with us, dm us, email us or send us a moon wave and we are sure to receive it.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: But yeah, I think that all the, all, the everyone has their own like ritual and you know, sometimes you fall off or you don't do anything at all.
• 5:55
Speaker 1: Maybe you just miss the full moon completely.
• 5:57
  Speaker 1: You're like what?
• 5:58
Speaker 2: and that's okay too.
• 5:59
Speaker 2: And then it's like, oh, that's why everything is out of hand.
• 6:03
Speaker 2: Control, crazy, just right, it's like the full moon, no wonder.
• 6:12
  Speaker 1: And I'm synced.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: My menses cycle is synced up pretty darn close to the full moon, like like sure, like right is right, I got it today, true story.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: So I feel like that's really cool because I feel like that was the original of the moon cycle, and not only for your gardening and farmer's almanac, but also for your, your menses cycles and that's how women can tell.
• 6:35
Speaker 1: So I feel like that's really kind of you're really in tune.
• 6:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think, like the, the length of days is kind of it.
• 6:42
Speaker 2: It's not like 30 days, like a month right, like neither is your menstrual cycle, but I think the moon is a little shorter than a month, right.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, because the signs change.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, your sun sign and it's so different.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: We kind of learned today dwelling into the moon sign, because we know we have your sun sign and your moon sign and what's the other?
• 7:07
Speaker 1: And the rising Right.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: The mojo rising, there's three signs Sun moon and the rising.
• 7:17
Speaker 2: Yeah, your birth sign.
• 7:19
Speaker 2: Yeah, the moon and the sunrise, yeah.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, there's another one and I want to say it's the rising.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: But hey, if anyone can comment on who's watching, help us out.
• 7:29
Speaker 2: We're phoning a friend, we're feeling horny because it's the buff bone.
• 7:33
Speaker 2: I know it, it's just blinking.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: I got the camera, the ring light is in my eye and I can't quite.
• 7:39
Speaker 1: No pressure, no pressure, only pressure is the one we're putting on ourselves.
• 7:42
Speaker 1: Pressure, yeah, no pressure, only pressure is the one we're putting on ourselves.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: And you don't want to know what we are more than enough, yahoo.
• 7:50
Speaker 2: Ow, it's already ours, and that includes you too, mm-hmm, don't you forget it, it's already yours.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: You are chosen and invited and more than welcome and so divinely loved.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: Yes, should we say prayer, and you have all the loved.
• 8:05
Speaker 1: Yes, should we say a prayer, and you have all the answers.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: Yes, we should say a prayer, should we?
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Ruby Doobie wants to be in on the prayer too.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: My sweet little sun, moon and star.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: Oh, she's so cute.
• 8:20
Speaker 1: Let's bow our heads in honor of dear Lord Jesus.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Do you want to say the prayer?
• 8:30
Speaker 2: you know the light?
• 8:32
Speaker 1: no, you can't you're so good at the prayers one of these things you're going to share because the prayers that you do share make such profound ripples and waves in my brain.
• 8:43
Speaker 2: I love your prayers too make such profound ripples and waves in my brain.
• 8:46
Speaker 2: Ditto because I love your prayers too.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: I just think we got a whole lot of love for you.
• 8:57
  Speaker 1: Lord.
• 8:57
Speaker 1: All right, bowing our heads, amen, amen, amen, amen.
• 9:01
Speaker 1: Yes, okay, we're bowing our heads and we're taking deep breath in.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: I'm inviting you to also close your eyes, bow your head and say join us on this prayer.
• 9:15
Speaker 1: Dear heavenly father, our dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank you so much.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: May the glory be to you for us to be aligned here on this full buck moon, where we get to live, love and learn and share in your honor, as we are co-workers and brand ambassadors with you, lord, and your will and your divine, mystical, magical ways.
• 9:42
Speaker 1: May our minds stay open to the possibilities, our hearts stay soft soft to let love in, and our eyes stay open to the unlimited amount of possibilities that you have bestowed in us through your Holy Spirit.
• 10:00
Speaker 1: Can I get an amen?
• 10:05
  Speaker 1: Amen.
• 10:09
Speaker 2: That was a gut one.
• 10:10
Speaker 2: I hope you enjoyed that as much as me.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: Prayers are not boring.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: They don't have to be.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: They're what you make of it, like Joe Dirt, you know.
• 10:18
Speaker 2: And there's no right or wrong way either right, Put your intentions out there.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: I feel like gratitude is a really good way to maybe start or throw that in there and I know we talk about God a lot on here and our good Lord, savior, jesus Christ, and a lot of good um, what is that?
• 10:35
Speaker 1: Like crusader, like we're on a mission, but I just wanted to put out there like that's what we believe and it's just that universal love, just like Reiki.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: That really is what we're talking about.
• 10:47
Speaker 1: You know, whether you want to call it source or the divine, or being or spirit, you know it takes all different types, but love is love, baby.
• 10:57
Speaker 1: So I am not here to judge or discriminate and you know I just feel like in my practice of spirituality and what I've been learning, it's good to talk about him.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: You know, I just feel like in my practice of spirituality and what I've been learning, it's good to talk about him.
• 11:05
Speaker 1: You know, part of building the relationship is by using his name and so that's what I choose to call it and that's how my perception and you know I don't dare not speak for you, you know, but you know, like your perception, is your reality.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: So that's just how I'm internalizing it and taking the information and that's where I'm just at, right here, right now.
• 11:33
Speaker 1: But you know that's that's how good of a divine source that we worship is that he meets you right where you're at, and, and and assures you that you're exactly where you need to be.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: So no stress, no, and more fun, yes.
• 11:44
Speaker 2: Be fearless and play we have a purpose and here's a plan surrender surrender.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: That is two in 2025's mantra yes, surrender.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: I actually told the kids I'm like can someone write surrender right here for me and henna tattoos?
• 12:03
Speaker 1: Because we're practicing on offering that at the music fest.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: So I'm like Henna would be so much fun and like nothing super permanent, like I don't know if I'm ready for a tattoo that says Surrender right there with ink, but Henna, I'm down.
• 12:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think that'll be.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: Yeah, can you write Surrender?
• 12:21
Speaker 1: on me, Sunshine I would love to Please, yes, you can you write surrender on me?
• 12:25
Speaker 1: Sunshine, please, yes, yes.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: I just see them like a cute, like cursive, like writing, and then I just feel like that would be such a good reminder every time I look down to like surrender, like not my plan, let it shine.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: And when it does, I feel like that is when I feel like in the moment, in the vortex, when all the magic happens and things just click.
• 12:41
Speaker 1: And every time I just look up and I'm like wow, so, so, entirely blessed and grateful for the day.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: And that has everything to do.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: What was our prayer?
• 12:53
Speaker 1: It was we wrote it on the of choose your own adventure.
• 12:58
Speaker 1: Oh, the mantra, our mantra for today Choose your own adventure.
• 13:04
Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, yeah, yes.
• 13:05
Speaker 2: Choose your own adventure.
• 13:08
  Speaker 1: So true.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: Yes, I feel like kind of like with our cannabis and you know how you have different options of, you know your amount of elevation, or you know, basing on your dosing, or whether you want to go with CBD or THC-I we kind of like does consumption right?
• 13:26
  Speaker 1: Like?
• 13:27
Speaker 2: how do you want to consume?
• 13:28
Speaker 1: Yes, it's kind of like we dubbed it as like, choose your own adventure, like what are you in for?
• 13:32
Speaker 1: And I feel like the choosing your own adventure.
• 13:34
Speaker 1: You know, even though it's not our plan, you know you do make choices.
• 13:38
Speaker 1: Hey, you guys go.
• 13:40
Speaker 1: Thank you, love you.
• 13:45
  Speaker 1: Mean it, me-y-y-y-y-y-yams, me-y-y-y-y-y-yams.
• 13:50
Speaker 1: We're healing the baby.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: It's just a little pain, okay.
• 13:56
Speaker 1: Well, do it outside.
• 13:57
  Speaker 1: Healing is pain.
• 13:58
  Speaker 1: Take it outside.
• 13:59
  Speaker 1: How about that?
• 14:06
  Speaker 2: Five minutes.
• 14:07
Speaker 1: That's all we have.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: Or an hour or an an hour because it takes us an hour and we're like you still are, and we're like no, it takes a little bit, but we got notes yeah, we got.
• 14:19
Speaker 2: We're not just flying by our seats the whole time.
• 14:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of stick to the somewhat of a plan, stick to the structure, otherwise we'd be here for hours.
• 14:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, we got things to say and things to share and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here.
• 14:35
Speaker 1: Thank you, all these beautiful loved ones.
• 14:39
Speaker 1: One of Sunshine's loved ones asked her when we were going live today.
• 14:44
Speaker 2: Yes, like they were waiting, or like wanted to or like you guys are like when, when are you guys going live?
• 14:49
Speaker 2: I just thought that was so, were waiting or like wanted to or like you guys are like when, when are you guys going live?
• 14:53
Speaker 2: I just thought that was so cool.
• 14:54
Speaker 2: That touched my heart.
• 14:55
Speaker 2: Thanks, deb, love you.
• 14:55
  Speaker 2: We're here.
• 14:56
  Speaker 2: I hope you're here too.
• 14:57
Speaker 1: It's that bit of encouragement that just goes such a long way, because I feel like we are really blazing trails here and trying whole podcast Say it's the sea turtles yes, summer living High five at.
• 15:11
  Speaker 1: Earth.
• 15:11
  Speaker 1: Mama Jesus, I'm in a mama's.
• 15:12
Speaker 1: It's been such a beautiful path Adventure.
• 15:18
  Speaker 2: Confidently vulnerable.
• 15:19
  Speaker 2: Mm-hmm, it's raw, we're real.
• 15:27
Speaker 1: I think, that's what they like, Just like Sunshine last night.
• 15:31
  Speaker 1: What Sunshine?
• 15:33
Speaker 1: Tell them what you did.
• 15:34
Speaker 1: Tell them what you'll be doing.
• 15:38
Speaker 2: I sang With bubbles on the worship team.
• 15:42
Speaker 2: I was so scared I don't even know what I did or said or sang.
• 15:47
Speaker 2: My knees were locked.
• 15:48
Speaker 2: It was like an out-of-body experience, but I was singing for the Lord.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: And their children and their children.
• 16:00
Speaker 2: Which, if anybody knows me, I am not Like this is Bo's forte.
• 16:05
Speaker 2: She loves to speak.
• 16:06
Speaker 2: She can just do it all day right.
• 16:09
Speaker 2: I'm more like behind the camera.
• 16:10
Speaker 2: But she encouraged me, invited me and I showed up and it was so fulfilling it really was.
• 16:20
Speaker 2: I was like, wow, I really can do hard things, even though there was nobody in the seats.
• 16:24
Speaker 2: It was just us Practice.
• 16:27
Speaker 1: It was worship practice.
• 16:28
Speaker 2: And I'm not a singer Like I have no musical background singing wise at all.
• 16:36
Speaker 1: So neither do I, Well I would have never guessed they never guessed either, like you would have never sang before, like never, never, no, seriously, voice of an angel, sunshine, your soprano voice, and it just came through so clear and and confident.
• 16:55
Speaker 1: Through it, I've heard you it was the holy spirit.
• 17:00
Speaker 2: Seriously, glory to god.
• 17:02
Speaker 1: He's so so to even bring us together on that stage being able to sing these songs, I mean, wow, it's beyond my wildest dreams.
• 17:13
Speaker 1: Honestly, that's how I felt yesterday, also for Pretty Rachie's, our bestie's birthday celebration.
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: Happy birthday.
• 17:23
  Speaker 1: Dragonfly Princess.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: You have my heart.
• 17:26
  Speaker 2: Fairy feather fl.
• 17:27
  Speaker 2: Flutter flower lover.
• 17:29
Speaker 2: Oh, that was a good one, flutter flutter.
• 17:33

• 17:36
Speaker 1: The fluttering feather, flowering fairy We'll figure that one out.
• 17:44
Speaker 1: She's all those things and more and she just celebrated her 44th birthday yesterday and I feel like getting us together and enjoying the water, being on the water, taking the kids tubing, enjoying the boat with the beautiful sun, mind you, big Cedar Lake like up until one, so we were meeting at one o'clock.
• 18:08
Speaker 1: Up until one o'clock it was overcast, cloudy, did not really win.
• 18:11
Speaker 2: You didn't want to be outside.
• 18:12
Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, like I mean, yes, be outside if you had to, but definitely was an ideal boating conditions and I feel like, between your prayers, my prayers and her prayers, and you know not our plan.
• 18:23
  Speaker 1: I mean literally one o'clock.
• 18:24
Speaker 1: We got out there the sky just opened For real.
• 18:29
Speaker 2: Yeah, the kids were even down at the beach swimming and they came up.
• 18:32
  Speaker 2: They're like it's too cold.
• 18:33
Speaker 2: We're like, well, we're just going to try it on the boat, right?
• 18:36
  Speaker 2: Yeah?
• 18:36
Speaker 2: It's different yeah, and it was like whoa.
• 18:40
Speaker 1: And on a day.
• 18:41
Speaker 1: I mean, I understand it was a work day, but there was not anyone out there except some sailboats that were doing some racing practice.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: I was like pretty Rachel, nice of you to reserve the lake for your birthday party.
• 18:58
Speaker 1: Wow, we didn't go above and beyond.
• 19:03
Speaker 1: So insane, so insane.
• 19:04
Speaker 1: I mean to have those days where the water was just perfect temperature and the the air, the Sun beaming and the music playing and we didn't have.
• 19:19
Speaker 2: We're right about food to eat, but between your ham, rachel's bananas and chips, we had a yeah, water, water.
• 19:27
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 19:27
Speaker 2: We had a party.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: We had more than enough, yeah way more than enough and honestly, it was just so true.
• 19:32
Speaker 1: I was dancing on the front of the boat.
• 19:34
Speaker 1: I remember just like listening to that song and I was like just living my best life.
• 19:38
Speaker 1: And the kids were, you know, everyone was just in their own jive and I just couldn't have dreamed.
• 19:43
Speaker 1: This is what dreams are made of.
• 19:44
Speaker 1: I could not have dreamed it any better or more.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: That's how you're like when you say like God's like your plan, it's like a single flower, and you're like you're over here, like yeah, I could just, and if I, you know, if only, and I wish, and just a single flower.
• 19:59
Speaker 1: And then it's like God's plan.
• 20:01
Speaker 1: This is beautiful, okay, and I just couldn't like picture it any better.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: And especially in that moment, I had to just take a second and even now just give thanks because I mean, this is really living the dream, baby, and anything is possible.
• 20:16
Speaker 1: It's just all in your mind for everybody, and that is the power of what we have bestowed on us.
• 20:22
Speaker 1: We're children like it, we royalty we royalty, you royalty you royalty, ow, ow, ow, ow own it, claim it, grab it.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: The full moon is a perfect time to do it, because it's all about the manifestation and speaking it into existence, and that growth and renewal mindset where it's, just like today's, a new day.
• 20:42
Speaker 2: Just keep stepping, just keep moving forward look for the lessons and the blessings and the treasures so good, so good.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: Oh, I just love it.
• 20:54
Speaker 1: Uh, the, choose your own invention and, not to mention, choose your own adventure.
• 20:59
Speaker 1: I feel like paying so much gratitude and thanks to the big D out there.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: My husband, dan, is out in the field in this very moment planting our future 10 acres of hemp for biomass and a contract deal for farmers, which is the future here in Wisconsin.
• 21:22
Speaker 1: He is not going to plant himself.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: He actually had a custom fitted.
• 21:28
  Speaker 1: Never, I don't.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure it's not going to plant itself.
• 21:29
Speaker 1: He actually had a custom fitted.
• 21:29
  Speaker 1: Never, I don't, I mean, I'm sure it's out there.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: So I don't want to be like never before, because I mean, but like never in this, area.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: It is a custom piece that they had a retrofit for our tractor, for this machinery, for this size of seed hemp seed which are teeny tiny.
• 21:41
Speaker 1: You know, it's not your average seed, yeah, and it's not coated with anything crazy either.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: Oh, speaking of the devil, he's calling me.
• 21:47
Speaker 1: Sorry, babe, he'll be in short and then he's going to see us in our bikinis and make Danny's hot.
• 21:55
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it is, but it's just insane for the Swiderski precision solutions.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: Do they come through with an attachment for the tractor through our international officer and they are planting the what was it?
• 22:16
Speaker 1: 30,000 seeds right here, right now.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: Right now in the power, by the power of the full moon, which is when you're supposed to plant, when the seeds are robust and juicy and plump because of the lunar tides.
• 22:32
Speaker 1: Right, exactly, yeah, yeah.
• 22:36
Speaker 1: So please join us in a sweet prayer that these seeds find their sweet forever home and they produce a wonderful, bountiful harvest that will be enjoyed as plant medicine by the masses, as they are made into oils, topicals, edibles, you name it.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: Who knows what the processor is going to do with it?
• 22:57
Speaker 1: But we're going to deliver some primo hemp for them to crush some crude and make some products.
• 23:04
Speaker 1: Yes, yes, so you've got to have a contract, you've got to have a buyer for this stuff if you're going to plant it at that scale.
• 23:08
Speaker 1: Yes, yes, so you gotta have a contract, you gotta have a buyer for this stuff if you're gonna plant it at that scale.
• 23:11
Speaker 1: Yeah, so the fact that he's given a go, at it and I feel like filling, like keeping away.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: He has such an open mind and he's just such a doer yeah, you know, like he's just getting shit done Constantly.
• 23:24
  Speaker 1: I mean he's just a doer's like.
• 23:30
Speaker 1: He's like the epitome of like don't just talk about it, be about it, and that's I feel like I draw that energy from, because whenever I'm feeling like sad or lazy or like I just like look at Danny, I'm like okay, well, let's go.
• 23:42
Speaker 1: This guy just keeps showing up, just keeps getting up, getting out of putting tying his work boots on and gets out there and gets after it, and just such a can-do spirit.
• 23:50
Speaker 1: It's just so motivating.
• 23:53
Speaker 2: I never hear him complain either.
• 23:54
Speaker 1: No, ever, honestly, and he never talks shit about other people either.
• 23:59
Speaker 1: I feel like he's like one of those people that's like small-minded people talk about people Older people and then like people.
• 24:05
Speaker 1: They talk about events and then like forward future.
• 24:08
Speaker 1: I forget what they like label.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, that mentality is, but he's definitely like always like he's a planner.
• 24:14
Speaker 1: He's like looking forward and just keep her moving.
• 24:18
Speaker 2: yeah, just keep her moving dan the man with plan.
• 24:21
Speaker 2: Ah, if he can't see what?
• 24:23
Speaker 2: No one can go dance i's got all kinds of cheerleaders.
• 24:29
  Speaker 2: Yeah, he does.
• 24:31
Speaker 2: He's got like a whole squadron.
• 24:33
Speaker 1: We're all cheering him on.
• 24:34
Speaker 1: I'm like especially cheering him on this project because I just feel so strongly in what he's doing and, honestly, we couldn't do it without him.
• 24:42
Speaker 1: Like without his vision and know-how and attitude.
• 24:45
Speaker 1: There's just no way.
• 24:46
Speaker 1: And like resources, I feel like he's putting some money on the line.
• 24:49
Speaker 1: You know like he's making the moves and you know taking out the loans and you know going through the formal channels to be able to afford to get the implement and the seeds through the geneticists and like really give it a solid go.
• 25:03
Speaker 1: And it's like the good old, like church, try you know, like the good old.
• 25:07
  Speaker 1: What's that?
• 25:07
  Speaker 1: The good old?
• 25:08
Speaker 1: Is it the church?
• 25:09
Speaker 1: Try the good old, honest, honest, go at it.
• 25:13
Speaker 1: Like maybe it doesn't, it's open mentality, maybe it's not going to work out, maybe no, but you know it is like I feel like he's able to pivot.
• 25:21
Speaker 1: Yes, and I feel like that's what farmers really got to be able to do out here is have that ingenuity to be able to create and pivot and be just embrace solutions, not the problems.
• 25:33
Speaker 2: Yes, yes, precisely, go danny, go danny, I'm so excited out there.
• 25:40
Speaker 1: I can't wait to go check it out and see the seed planted.
• 25:42
Speaker 1: But it doesn't look like much now.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: We gotta go see that thing in action.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, get some footage of it.
• 25:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, exciting times, oh exciting times we're living in and you know it can be done.
• 25:55
Speaker 2: Thy will be done I mean with this beautiful fertile soil, the sun, just give it a little water and love it's already done.
• 26:08
Speaker 1: Yes, and I just cannot like.
• 26:09
Speaker 1: I feel like we have been feeling behind the ball a little bit with our gardening and our planting, because we've been so anxious, but I mean like you're gonna remind ourselves, like we are gonna have 10 acres.
• 26:22
Speaker 1: I know of this beautiful six foot tall maybe I mean they're only four Four to six foot tall hemp plants bearing about a pound to two pounds of bud Juicy Flower Dripping, and try to like field harvest it as well and then get it to that perfect temperature, where the perfect temperature doesn't mold, it's just enough dry and not heavily pollinated that's where genetics really come into play and high cbd potency.
• 26:54
Speaker 1: So harvest it just at the right time where it's still compliant with a 0.3 farm bill.
• 27:02
Speaker 1: Who came up with that number anyway, oh, yeah, did we tell you got audited by the USDA, Just like yeah twice just like a couple weeks ago and they're like oh yeah, we came out there.
• 27:14
Speaker 1: We actually sent Danny out, we were busy probably podcasting and we're like Danny, go talk to them.
• 27:21
Speaker 1: He was like what are you doing?
• 27:24
Speaker 2: You were just here last year.
• 27:25
Speaker 1: They're like oh yeah, like we're here by mistake.
• 27:27
Speaker 1: We just wanted to see what was going on.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: We didn't have anything in the ground yet.
• 27:30
Speaker 1: Good thing we're too legit to quit.
• 27:32
Speaker 1: And had all of our license and insurance, all of our eyes dotted and T's crossed, yes, but that's always a little nerve wracking when you're like, yeah With anything, yeah, especially growing hemp, where you know it's just a relative over and it's a substance, one classified drug.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: So aye, aye, aye.
• 27:54
Speaker 1: Not for long, not for long.
• 27:56
Speaker 1: We started a petition.
• 27:57
Speaker 1: Yes, sign our petition, friends.
• 28:00
Speaker 1: Oh, you guys, please, we have to remember to put it in the link yes, honestly Link of the petition.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: Oh, I guess I gotta like write that down and circle it.
• 28:13
Speaker 1: You guys, I was so inspired.
• 28:16
Speaker 1: So the last time that we had been on here was the day before the 4th of July, and when I went home that night and I was just like could not get off, I'm like what is?
• 28:24
Speaker 1: There's got to be more, there's got to be.
• 28:26
Speaker 1: And before we've had used AI to rewrite the declaration of independence to the declaration of the independence of cannabis, for reform, for legalization and decriminalization and reclassification of of it, and boy did AI come up with the humdinger.
• 28:50
Speaker 1: Oh, it was good.
• 28:51
Speaker 1: It was just kind of like preface the original document, and it was like all the points were spot on.
• 28:57
Speaker 1: I was reading it.
• 28:58
Speaker 1: I'm like, yes, yes, yes yes, I'm like so how do we get this out to the people?
• 29:02
Speaker 1: What is more, and then I like AI'd that and it was like start a petition and so I was like, yes, I was like changeorg, here I come, blogged on to their, posted the petition.
• 29:13
Speaker 1: Sunshine shared it through the blog and the website and google and socials, everything.
• 29:23
Speaker 1: So I think we got like 30 signatures.
• 29:25
  Speaker 1: Yes, 33 maybe.
• 29:27
Speaker 2: Maybe 42 by now.
• 29:30
Speaker 1: But any support is appreciated.
• 29:31
Speaker 1: I love that, your friend well, our friend Kevin, had started that Wake Up Wisconsin petition years ago, yeah, and ended up getting 225.
• 29:41
Speaker 1: And I have so much more of appreciation for what he had to do to get those 225 signatures.
• 29:45
Speaker 1: But I mean, come on, guys, let's legalize it already.
• 29:48
Speaker 1: This is our chance and this is how we make change and reform is by having united voices.
• 29:52
Speaker 1: So really important work that we're doing here, so share it with a friend.
• 29:57
Speaker 1: You can even donate it too to get it in front of, like a wider audience outside of our social networks.
• 30:02
Speaker 2: Or share it on your social network too.
• 30:04
  Speaker 2: That's an option.
• 30:05
Speaker 1: Please, any way to give and just have to be monetary is more than appreciated, because we want to get this done.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: Yes, yes we know you're out there.
• 30:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, we hear every day about, seriously.
• 30:19
Speaker 1: There's not a day that goes by being in the industry and being the position that we're in that I don't hear people crossing the border to get the goods and meanwhile I'm over here like ahem yeah, like my god, I'm trying to find some, some of this and I'm like it's right here, it's for your local farmer.
• 30:39
Speaker 1: No, you're saying I try to say it without you know always saying it, but yeah, I feel I just felt really good about that.
• 30:48
Speaker 2: It did progress quickly and it was amazing.
• 30:50
Speaker 2: So check it out, you guys.
• 30:52
  Speaker 2: It's worth a read, worth a see.
• 30:54
Speaker 2: All you need to do is sign your name and your email and then you'll verify that you're an actual person, don't worry.
• 30:59
Speaker 1: No, no connections, no ties oh, I know it is rough.
• 31:05
  Speaker 1: There isn.
• 31:06
Speaker 1: Yes, please sign the petition for the declaration of the legalization of cannabis.
• 31:12
Speaker 1: That's a mouthful, I don't know if it's okay, just roll with me.
• 31:17
  Speaker 1: Roll with me.
• 31:17
  Speaker 1: I love it.
• 31:18
Speaker 1: Roll with me, ay, ay, ay.
• 31:20
  Speaker 1: That was awesome.
• 31:21
Speaker 1: And 4th of July there's nothing more American and explaining to the kids what that independence means, even talking about it today.
• 31:34
Speaker 1: But the land of opportunity and this position that we're in and having that faith in God, we trust it's right there, it's everywhere, it's all around us, it's on the dollar bill, man, yes, having a lot of faith in that, it's a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful thing.
• 31:46
Speaker 1: Ah, so good, ah, so good, so so good.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: Oh, yes, where's the maracas?
• 31:57
  Speaker 1: I know.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: So we had the petition.
• 31:59
Speaker 1: We had the 4th of July.
• 32:00
Speaker 1: We planted our epic garden out front.
• 32:04
Speaker 1: That came together just beautifully.
• 32:06
Speaker 1: Yes, that was insane to get our hemp that we're using with the UW research program.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: Them out of their cell trays into the dirt.
• 32:16
Speaker 1: They are like vibing on a whole other level right now.
• 32:18
Speaker 1: They're so, so happy out there in the wild, out of their confined container.
• 32:25
Speaker 1: Yes, they're free, and then do a lot of companion planting.
• 32:29
Speaker 1: I love the how it just came together yeah, because we had tomato plants that we wanted to get in and we did it like some, like um a row of a certain genetic, then a row of tomato plants then another, then another white divider, yes, and then we even did it like in between.
• 32:45
Speaker 1: So we're like cannabis tomato, cannabis tomato, like in the row.
• 32:48
Speaker 2: And then we did that with peppers too yes, which is kind of nerve-wracking because I don't know if you've ever planted a garden.
• 32:54
Speaker 2: But I feel like the toughest part for me is planning.
• 32:58
Speaker 2: Like where do we put all these plants and seeds?
• 33:00
Speaker 2: And like, oh, it's gonna work and it just worked out so well without a plan.
• 33:05
Speaker 2: Right, just like how about right here?
• 33:07
Speaker 2: Like sure, that looks great.
• 33:10
Speaker 1: We channeled our inner big d with a big dick energy and just made it happen.
• 33:15
Speaker 1: We got it done.
• 33:16
Speaker 1: I loved our little flower garden in the middle too, flowers second generation seeds that we had harvested from our flowers last year how special is that and some gifted from some friends as well, are like grand baby seeds right like these are grand babies and then I really love that we went ahead.
• 33:39
Speaker 1: We've been talking about the three sisters planting from a braided sweetgrass book and audio for a long time.
• 33:47
Speaker 2: The three sisters tell them about it yeah, so I believe it's native and it was a companion planting, so they used each other to help each other.
• 33:55
Speaker 2: So you plant the corn or like just a tall growing plant sunflower, sunflower, yep, I think that's the three brothers, maybe.
• 34:02
Speaker 2: And then next you do the climbers.
• 34:06
Speaker 2: So, on the the plant, you do like peas or beans, so that it'll climb up, and then, as ground cover, do like the squash or the pumpkins or the watermelons or the Vinings, yeah, the vinies.
• 34:22
Speaker 1: So the tall plant, the climbers and the viners, and they all work together where it's like a hands-free approach to gardening and really utilizing nature to work in your favor yes, work with her, not against her.
• 34:35
Speaker 1: I'm really excited to see how that turns out.
• 34:37
  Speaker 1: Me too.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: It's gonna be awesome.
• 34:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, I can already and the fact that we just did it and like, we don't know what's talking about it.
• 34:43
Speaker 1: We're gonna be about it, so stay tuned, because we'd love to share it with y'all buck around and find out and I love that we capped it off too with those, the flower mix from alaska yeah, aunt emmy gifted to us.
• 34:54
Speaker 1: Yes I feel like it just gave us the opportunity to kind of like, be free we had an extra thing in the garden and shout out to dan again for laying out the weed barrier for us and most of the garden before the three sisters and the wildflower section.
• 35:08
Speaker 1: I mean that weed barrier is going to be a game changer.
• 35:11
Speaker 1: Yes, because Lord knows we ain't got time, and then the sawdust, oh the utilizing with Danny the carpenter.
• 35:19
Speaker 1: He had a whole like dump trailer dump trailer full to repurpose that.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: We used the sawdust, the shavings from his on-site equipment because he has to clean up the site.
• 35:31
Speaker 1: He can't leave that all there, so they put it in bags and we use that as our mulch layer barrier to keep the moisture in and the weeds out and the weeds out oh, it's gonna be so good.
• 35:43
Speaker 1: It all just came together.
• 35:44
Speaker 1: It really did, and the kids pitched in and they helped out, they got.
• 35:48
Speaker 1: They were, like Johnny, on the spot with things that we needed, from like covering the compost soil to getting the sawdust.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: That was big help.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, it was so cute watching them.
• 35:57
Speaker 2: They're big bags we had.
• 35:59
Speaker 2: I mean, we kind of struggled too Somewhere in the trailer flopping about they worked together.
• 36:05
Speaker 2: It was teamwork, Mm-hmm it was beautiful.
• 36:07
Speaker 2: And they had fun doing it.
• 36:08
Speaker 2: I would venture to say yeah.
• 36:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, and they'd kick it around and spread it out.
• 36:11
Speaker 2: It was so soft, we were walking on it.
• 36:13
Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, that was a lot of fun.
• 36:15
Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, it was a long day, but we got it done it, have that done Many hands make light work.
• 36:23
Speaker 1: Amen, amen, sister Bony fingers.
• 36:29
Speaker 1: Cher Bear love you, love it.
• 36:34
Speaker 1: Cher Bear's got it cooking at Cheryl's Club.
• 36:35
Speaker 1: 175 for the Hogs for Heroes this Sunday.
• 36:40
Speaker 2: It's going to be amazing.
• 36:41
Speaker 1: They are gifting a local veteran, brett Peterson, a brand new Harley Davidson and it is sweet and in honor.
• 36:49
Speaker 1: He has a wonderful story about his service and how he was a writer and he continues in service for his profession.
• 36:55
Speaker 1: That he does and it's just super inspiring.
• 36:57
Speaker 1: I'm excited to go to that this Sunday at Sheryl's Club 175.
• 37:00
  Speaker 1: What time?
• 37:00
  Speaker 1: 11 to 4.
• 37:03
Speaker 1: 11 to 3 is when I plan on being there.
• 37:05
Speaker 1: Yeah, actually a little later, because we're rambling after the church singing and the worship team at New Life off of Highway D would love anyone to join us.
• 37:15
Speaker 1: That would be a lot of fun.
• 37:17
Speaker 1: Please do take it to church, then I get to hit up both my churches in one day.
• 37:26
Speaker 2: New Life and Cheryl's Club.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: And talk about reaching into the community and being his hands and feet.
• 37:32
Speaker 1: I can think of no better way to spend my day.
• 37:37
Speaker 2: And Cheryl's going to be there.
• 37:38
  Speaker 1: Oh Cher.
• 37:38
Speaker 2: Bear is going to be there.
• 37:40
Speaker 2: That's special because she's not always there.
• 37:42
Speaker 2: She may have her name on the sign in the building, but she's not always there.
• 37:44
Speaker 2: She may have her name on the sign in the building, but she's not always there.
• 37:45
Speaker 1: So when she is aside for the six days a week that she opens Well in the morning.
• 37:51
Speaker 1: You're right, yes, I was like.
• 37:52
Speaker 1: If you tell her, she'd be like yeah, yeah yeah, like to have fun.
• 37:55
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 37:56
Speaker 2: Like you know, enjoy, yeah, when you can enjoy time with her, I think she's on food duty.
• 38:06
Speaker 2: She loves being the one serving up the burgers and whatever else she's got cooking in a day.
• 38:07
Speaker 1: She's so good at it, she's natural.
• 38:09
  Speaker 2: Sorry.
• 38:10
Speaker 2: So you are there, a whole lot being of several hundred people.
• 38:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm like Mom.
• 38:15
Speaker 1: How on earth do you do it and make it look so easy and so good too, and with so much love and tender care?
• 38:21
Speaker 1: I feel like that's where she really shines is when she's her soul food.
• 38:26
Speaker 1: Share bear soul food because when she be doing it, that's her love language right, it's a giver.
• 38:33
Speaker 1: She's a really share bear is the giver.
• 38:34
Speaker 1: Yeah, that's her love language.
• 38:36
Speaker 1: She loves giving like tons of gifts, just showering you.
• 38:39
Speaker 1: She's not always words of affirmation and it's not even always quality time with her, because she doesn't.
• 38:46
Speaker 1: She's her famous lines is I gotta go, I gotta go, she's just going.
• 38:49
Speaker 1: I wonder where I get it going yeah, anyways, but okay, see you later happy trail.
• 38:57
  Speaker 1: Yeah, she's going.
• 38:58
Speaker 1: That's all we need to know yes, she on her own adventure, she's home.
• 39:04
Speaker 2: Oh, love you, cheryl.
• 39:07
  Speaker 2: Yes.
• 39:08
Speaker 1: Such powerful, powerful stuff.
• 39:11
Speaker 1: Oh, I love that.
• 39:13
Speaker 1: And then we had our Sound Circle Zoom meeting with Miss Ina, who is throwing the most epic first annual Earth 5 Music Festival in Barroca, Wisconsin, next weekend, with Mike Love and Toby Love performing in Sierra Mara.
• 39:31
Speaker 1: Yes, there's more, but those are the only three that I can think of, besides Sunshine and Bubbles, and we'll be participating in a healing sound circle amongst other healers that are all using musical instruments, and one of my favorites that kept being brought up was the diggeroo, the digger, the diggeroo, the diggeroo, which I have no idea, we're bringing our crystal sound bowls?
• 39:58
Speaker 1: Yes, and the sound, the crystal pyramid, and we have a, we have the rain stick, we also have the ocean sounds all of which we're also going to bring to you guys, I'm so excited excitement, same thing.
• 40:24
  Speaker 2: No.
• 40:25
Speaker 2: Home Door Music Festival 10th annual Regner Park, west Bend, wisconsin.
• 40:33
  Speaker 2: Join us.
• 40:34
Speaker 2: It starts at 2 on Saturday.
• 40:36
Speaker 2: It's a Saturday and Sunday gig, but we will just be there on Saturday and we have our own stage and we're not 100% sure what that's going to look like, but it's going to be amazing and we're going to bring instruments for everybody to play along.
• 40:49
Speaker 2: So use your gifts.
• 40:51
Speaker 2: Anybody can shake a tambourine.
• 40:54
  Speaker 2: Cue the tambourine.
• 41:02
Speaker 1: Our very first performance on a stage.
• 41:07
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, you guys.
• 41:11
  Speaker 2: How elevating.
• 41:12
Speaker 2: We're going to elevate the scene.
• 41:15
Speaker 1: So in years past we had been there at the Homegrown Music Festival vending with DNA Hemp and we elevated the scene by offering our free samples and free hugs and crystals and bubbles and all the high-fiving awesomeness.
• 41:28
Speaker 2: But this year sunshine had a couple tricks up her sleeve asking you shall receive like hey, can we just, you know, be like a sideshow in between acts and like, well, we'll think about it, let's see what we can do.
• 41:42
  Speaker 2: Josh comes back.
• 41:45
Speaker 2: He's like you got the whole stage, the whole day.
• 41:48
  Speaker 2: We're like what?
• 41:49
Speaker 2: Oh boy, that is exciting.
• 41:53
Speaker 2: So yeah, you got to come check it out.
• 41:58
Speaker 1: Sunshine and Bubbles side show Side piece and I feel like it all like encompasses.
• 42:02
Speaker 1: So we're and I feel like it all like encompasses that we're like using it not as like practice, but like the prerequisite for Earth 5 Music Festival, because we were going to be kind of offering, wanting, like envisioning the same thing of like spreading out a beautiful blanket and like laying out all of our instruments and having, you know, people come and join the band, essentially, and creating magic and music together, while meanwhile the bubbles are blasting and the chimes are swaying in the wind and the puppies are running around, and I mean you got the, the blooming blossoms, which AKR children um frankly it's known as the wolf pack offering glitter and feathers and henna and all the high-fiving awesomeness.
• 42:43
Speaker 1: It's just kind of like the band and our stage crew.
• 42:47
Speaker 2: We're going on the road, friends, and you're the High Back Tribe again, and so we need you to please come.
• 42:53
Speaker 1: You are so invited Along with you and all your friends.
• 42:55
  Speaker 1: Spread the word.
• 42:56
Speaker 1: Come check out the Homegrown Music Festival, because not only are we the side piece performance from 2 to 9.
• 43:03
Speaker 1: Which seems like a long time.
• 43:10
Speaker 1: When we originally asked for a half an hour snippet into the the main stage, it progressed quickly there's a whole main stage of wonderful performers that have some really groovy, awesome music that they want to share with y'all.
• 43:24
Speaker 2: So and food vendors the different options there so you got food, music and a whole lot of fun, yes, and bring the family, because there's that regner park, has that new pond and all the floatables.
• 43:37
Speaker 2: I do believe you have to like reserve times on there, so plan ahead or plan accordingly, but otherwise splash pad.
• 43:45
Speaker 2: If it's going to be hot, everybody can run through the splash pad and cool down.
• 43:49
Speaker 2: It's going to be amazing.
• 43:50
Speaker 2: Plenty of fun for everyone for real.
• 43:54
  Speaker 1: I'm so excited.
• 43:54
Speaker 1: And and that's coming up right around the corner, right after the west bend farmers market, yes, so get your veg, get you know, get your groceries for the week and then head on over for some wonderful entertainment.
• 44:09
Speaker 1: But don't you worry For those that are unable to attend.
• 44:12
Speaker 1: We're going to do our best to utilize these resources and broadcast them to the universe.
• 44:17
  Speaker 1: So stay tuned.
• 44:21
Speaker 2: You don't want to miss it.
• 44:22
  Speaker 2: No.
• 44:23
Speaker 1: Mm-mm Home grown and I feel like that originally, like when we were coming to name dna hemp technically our llc is dna homegrown hemp we eventually, like, ditched the homegrown to kind of keep it more clear and concise.
• 44:41
Speaker 1: But is that not the universe working?
• 44:45
Speaker 1: And this should be our first performance for Sunshine and Bubbles and the High Vibe Tribe Mmm.
• 44:52
Speaker 1: I feel like we could really have fun with the podcast too and do live interviews and kind of do crowd engagement and all that kind of fun stuff.
• 44:58
Speaker 1: How was the sprinkler my?
• 45:00
Speaker 1: love it was really fun.
• 45:01
Speaker 1: We played out a green light, oh really.
• 45:03
Speaker 2: That is a good idea, good idea.
• 45:05
  Speaker 1: I like that.
• 45:06
Speaker 2: What about Red Rover?
• 45:07
Speaker 2: Lily has a towel for you.
• 45:09
  Speaker 1: Red Rover.
• 45:09
Speaker 1: Red Rover would be really hard with only four people.
• 45:11
  Speaker 2: I'm just kidding.
• 45:12
  Speaker 2: That's a rough one sometimes.
• 45:14
Speaker 1: We were going to play Sharks in the Middle but Lily said not to ruin your plans.
• 45:17
Speaker 2: Thank you for that.
• 45:29
  Speaker 1: And we turned.
• 45:29
  Speaker 1: Read the comments.
• 45:30
Speaker 1: We have some watchers but not all the comments.
• 45:31
  Speaker 2: Comment.
• 45:32
Speaker 2: What's your favorite comment?
• 45:32
Speaker 1: We're almost done you guys.
• 45:33
Speaker 1: We just have a few Comment what you love about Sunshine and Bubbles and the High Five Tribe and we'll give a shout out to the comment we like the best.
• 45:40
Speaker 1: Ooh, I like that Reading Engagement, yes, Engage.
• 45:48
Speaker 1: I was thinking of my diaphragm but there's only one people that is watching.
• 45:53
Speaker 1: It says we'll get more one person wearing a pretty head.
• 45:59
Speaker 1: Don't call us out scam.
• 46:00
  Speaker 1: There was more.
• 46:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, I also want to, you know.
• 46:05
  Speaker 1: Pay homage.
• 46:05
  Speaker 1: There was more.
• 46:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I also want to, you know pay homage to these beautiful.
• 46:11
Speaker 1: Does anyone know what these are?
• 46:14
Speaker 1: What are these, charlie?
• 46:15
Speaker 1: What did we learn today?
• 46:16
Speaker 1: I forgot, oh Lily wouldn't remember Sanjay Squash.
• 46:26
Speaker 2: Blossoms With the blossoms.
• 46:29
Speaker 2: Yes, with the blossoms.
• 46:29
  Speaker 1: With the blossoms.
• 46:30
Speaker 1: Oh yes, all right, we have some wonderful squash growing down in pots like big pots.
• 46:46
Speaker 2: Which we just took a squash from last year fully intact, and put it in the dirt and it grew.
• 46:52
Speaker 1: And let it decompose, yep, and it grew into these mega, mega squashes, but they're like decorative squash, like not so much.
• 46:59
Speaker 1: I think you kind of eat them honestly, but yeah, they're like the crook neck and like the decorative.
• 47:03
Speaker 1: It came to us that we were like, aha, these are not.
• 47:10
Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, sure, grow them out to full maturity and have decorations, but that doesn't seem very we ain't got time for that right like I'm like this is a farm like, yeah, we decorate it on for our harvest party, but but squash blossoms, they were like it came to the epiphany and I feel like it just took us like pre-thinking to be like it's all about the squash blossoms, baby.
• 47:32
Speaker 1: Yes, they're so delicious, they're edible raw.
• 47:36
Speaker 1: You could add them to your salad, you could just pan fry them ever so lightly, or a lot of people, some people bread them and then deep fry them.
• 47:45
Speaker 2: I really want to try it.
• 47:46
Speaker 2: Every time you say it I'm like I bet it's like that crunch and that I know, I know the deep fryer kind of kills my soul.
• 47:52
Speaker 2: Try it don't knock, do you?
• 47:54
  Speaker 2: That's true?
• 47:55
Speaker 2: It's kind of like morel mushrooms, you do not?
• 47:57
Speaker 1: like to deep fry, but you do, you know, coat it and then, right, but very versatile, is what we're trying to say best.
• 48:04
Speaker 1: Fresh, I mean you, I mean, I don't think you can freeze these really.
• 48:08
Speaker 1: So that seasonality, that limited seasonality, makes them a very sought after product in fancy restaurants and for my kitchen, because it's kind of like that forage find that you gotta well, not really forage, because it is farmed right Like we're growing.
• 48:21
Speaker 1: But it's a small window of time.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: So if you see these squash blossoms and you don't want it to grow into a full-on squash, you just go and harvest them and eat them for yourself.
• 48:31
Speaker 2: They're so, so good I wish I could find after our sweet rachel told us about her pumpkin porn.
• 48:37
Speaker 2: There are male and female flowers.
• 48:42
Speaker 2: This, for example, for example, is a male.
• 48:46
Speaker 2: Oh, I just demolished him.
• 48:47
Speaker 2: I'm so sorry, I'll eat you Right there.
• 48:51
Speaker 2: See that little pecker in there?
• 48:52
Speaker 2: Yep, that's where the pollen comes from and no, it's like a ball.
• 49:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, there's more males that we noticed than females.
• 49:05
Speaker 2: And the females well, the pollinators will go in the males, rub a ball in that pollen and then go to the females and pollinate it, and that's how you make a baby squasher pumpkin.
• 49:18
  Speaker 2: Mm-mm.
• 49:21
  Speaker 2: Are these all?
• 49:27
  Speaker 1: males.
• 49:27
Speaker 1: Ow, that's how pumpkins are made.
• 49:30
Speaker 1: So what happens to the male flower then?
• 49:36
Speaker 2: After it pollinates, mm-hmm.
• 49:39
  Speaker 1: Oh.
• 49:39
Speaker 1: So then the, do you know what I mean?
• 49:43
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well, it doesn't turn into anything.
• 49:45
Speaker 1: So that's the scotch blossom you want to eat?
• 49:47
  Speaker 1: Yeah, the yeah.
• 49:47
Speaker 1: Well, it doesn't turn into anything.
• 49:48
Speaker 1: So that's the squash blossom you want to eat?
• 49:49
  Speaker 1: Yeah, the males.
• 49:49
Speaker 2: Well, you can eat them both.
• 49:50
Speaker 2: But yeah, if you want to grow squash, don't eat the females, because those are the ones that will produce more squash.
• 49:54
Speaker 2: That's what I was getting at.
• 49:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, like, what do you mean?
• 49:58
Speaker 1: And we are totally going to share a video with you for some good old squash, of how you can pollinate and use, create your own genetics, and that's kind of like pheno hunting.
• 50:06
Speaker 1: It reminded me very similar to what we would do in cannabis, is you breed the best plants together?
• 50:11
Speaker 1: And that's what you can do for pumpkins too, because pretty Rachel and her brother have an annual competition in who can grow the most giant pumpkin and I feel like their pumpkins have gotten huge before, like they could enter into the county fair.
• 50:26
  Speaker 1: It's wild.
• 50:27
Speaker 1: I actually want to share the picture of Rachel.
• 50:29
Speaker 1: She's so tiny, like watering the pumpkin, her brother's pumpkin field and the thing is just like sprawling everywhere and she just looks tiny and it's just, they're keeping one little flower, yep.
• 50:41
Speaker 2: So all the other ones off to get all the energy to the one pollinated.
• 50:44
Speaker 2: Once you know it is pollinated Mm-hmm which she made sure of it, she really got in there and got to it.
• 50:51
  Speaker 2: That was awesome.
• 50:52
Speaker 2: I love to see it.
• 50:54
  Speaker 1: That was so.
• 50:55
Speaker 1: I mean, just that video that she took was so yeah, because we're like what?
• 50:58
Speaker 1: It connected all the dots, you know, and I feel like it was pumpkin for him.
• 51:01
Speaker 1: He felt a little dirty watching it.
• 51:03
Speaker 2: You're like, oh ow ow, ow, wait a minute.
• 51:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, Something's happening Like a fun cheeky mouse.
• 51:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, we need some theme music going on here.
• 51:11
Speaker 2: No females in there.
• 51:13
Speaker 1: Not that I could see, but you got a really good picture of it.
• 51:15
Speaker 1: We'll have to share that.
• 51:17
Speaker 1: We'll share that With everyone too.
• 51:26
Speaker 2: But the pumpkin squash blossoms are a whole vibe and I highly recommend you get it.
• 51:29
Speaker 2: Get out somewhere and get some.
• 51:30
Speaker 2: Don't be afraid to eat it.
• 51:31
Speaker 2: Live a little, just eat it.
• 51:32
Speaker 2: Oh, look at this one started.
• 51:33
  Speaker 2: It was pollinated.
• 51:34
Speaker 2: How sweet, oh, and that's it yeah, good visual representation.
• 51:37
Speaker 1: I wonder if you could see they're so delicious they really don't have like.
• 51:40
Speaker 2: It was like a kind of a sweet, but they don't taste like squash oh yeah, there's her volvo, like it was like kind of a sweet, but they don't taste like squash.
• 51:49
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, there's her vulva.
• 51:49
Speaker 2: Oh, so, compared to the, the pistol packing this guy.
• 51:59
  Speaker 2: Mama.
• 52:00
Speaker 1: Yes, down into the ovary, into the ovary, into the ovule, and that's the, the stamen, and we're looking at the male stamen.
• 52:14
Speaker 1: Right, it's the male part that pollinates the stigma, the stigma and the stigma.
• 52:20
Speaker 1: So it's like stay, men is the male part, and then you want to think the mama.
• 52:29
Speaker 2: Oh, thank you for that.
• 52:33
  Speaker 1: Stay men, stigma.
• 52:34
Speaker 1: And then you want to think like the pistol too is like kind of what comes out.
• 52:37
Speaker 1: And then you're thinking pistol packing, mary.
• 52:39
Speaker 1: I don't know how that happens, but Botany in a day baby.
• 52:43
Speaker 1: But it's how similar that plants are to humans.
• 52:48
Speaker 1: You know, with the whole Just like hemp.
• 52:51
Speaker 2: Yep Got those little pollen sacks.
• 52:54
Speaker 2: They'll spread free into the little, the all.
• 52:59
Speaker 1: Well, what is it?
• 53:00
  Speaker 1: Well, I think that's a little different.
• 53:03
Speaker 2: Well, no, because hemp doesn't need to be pollinated no it just flies in the wind.
• 53:08
Speaker 1: Yeah, it does itself.
• 53:09
Speaker 1: It doesn't need any pollinator Right, and you have a diocious plant, male and female.
• 53:13
Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, they call it a diocious plant.
• 53:17
Speaker 2: And then there's herms, which defy all nature, still out there in the wild, which is a plant.
• 53:27
Speaker 2: That's female, that turns male, which is really cool because that's how they stay alive, like that's their way to keep.
• 53:30
Speaker 2: Living is like oh well, I'm not getting pollinated, I might die, so I'm gonna just morph into a male and pollinate myself, if you want something done, you gotta do what you damn say it's just how smart plants are.
• 53:48
Speaker 2: Nature is, it's so neat.
• 53:49
Speaker 1: I love dwelling into it.
• 53:51
Speaker 1: It all starts to make sense.
• 53:53
Speaker 1: Yeah, yes, it all starts to make sense now.
• 54:00
Speaker 2: So today's herb of the day, oh, oh, oh, is it humdinger, if I must say so.
• 54:08
Speaker 1: What do we get In?
• 54:11
Speaker 1: Homage to the new moon or to the full moon and the mantra choose your adventure.
• 54:19
Speaker 1: We have this beautiful plant that is silvery on the bottom and green on top Artesma vulgaris.
• 54:31
  Speaker 2: Mugwort.
• 54:33
Speaker 1: What you know about this little beauty.
• 54:37
Speaker 2: I know she grows very, very well.
• 54:38
Speaker 2: She spreads quickly, very abundant.
• 54:41
Speaker 2: She's got green on the top of the leaves and a little silver on the bottom side.
• 54:46
Speaker 2: She's really good at opening up your third eye for the lucid dreams.
• 54:53
Speaker 2: She's really good for your skin.
• 54:56
Speaker 2: Menstruating and digestion are the top ones that I read, but we could go on.
• 55:02
Speaker 2: It's a good cleanser too, a liver tonic Tonic, yes.
• 55:07
Speaker 1: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, and kind of a sedative as well, so it gets you into that dream-like state.
• 55:12
Speaker 1: So if you want to be lo-sa-dreamin', you get yourself some mugwort and I feel like once you start her, you can't stop.
• 55:20
Speaker 1: It's a good container plant, similar to mint.
• 55:26
Speaker 2: Yeah container plant similar to mint yeah, and I feel like a room to grow because she's gonna take over and I just love it.
• 55:29
Speaker 2: It's just it smells good.
• 55:30
  Speaker 2: Oh, that's what we're drinking.
• 55:31
Speaker 2: Mugwort tea today smells dynamite.
• 55:36
  Speaker 2: It really does.
• 55:37
Speaker 1: It's just kind of like a, you know, like a floral, fresh.
• 55:40
Speaker 1: Sorry, I'm like all of it and I'm not even in it.
• 55:45
Speaker 1: But astral projection, lucid dreaming and warding off negative energies is mugwort's specialty and I, when you think of mugwort, you think of like the witchy ways you always think of, like you know, like the og witch is using it, and that's a lot of times how they channel a lot of their information is by utilizing this mugwort, because they just know it to be that, that third eye opener, which is super cool so edible and smokable, we're drinking the tea.
• 56:12
Speaker 2: We also have it in our beautiful high vibe herbal blends.
• 56:16
Speaker 2: That is part of our base blend.
• 56:18
Speaker 1: We got the love, peace and happiness oh, sorry, like I was, I was reading about mugwort here.
• 56:26
Speaker 1: I just love her.
• 56:27
Speaker 1: You know the parts used are your the leaves and the stems, so literally you could make a fresh tea with this whole plant.
• 56:35
Speaker 1: You're gonna steep that whole thing in some boiling water for about 10 minutes and boom, you got yourself some mugwort.
• 56:41
Speaker 1: It can be a little bitter bitter, so you could add some kind of sweetener.
• 56:44
Speaker 1: But I'm really not getting that.
• 56:44
Speaker 1: I like the mugwort mint.
• 56:45
Speaker 2: It can be a little bitter, so you could add some kind of sweetener.
• 56:46
Speaker 2: But I'm really not getting that.
• 56:47
Speaker 2: I like the mugwort mint combination.
• 56:48
Speaker 2: You made that one day that was really really good.
• 56:51
Speaker 1: That is really good, yeah, and really help with digestion and be like a super tonic there, and it's great if you're trying to remember and process your dreams, but not so great if you already have an active dream time, as it can leave one feeling quite tired in the morning and too much stimulation.
• 57:08
Speaker 1: Its liver actions help maintain hormone balance and seem to target the problem of menstruational irregularity.
• 57:16
Speaker 1: So, thinking about menses and moon cycles, and Mugwort, mugwort, all of it, artesma.
• 57:22
Speaker 1: Now, there is a lot of different varieties of artesma, so know what the mugwort is and it's a telltale by the silvery leaves, like we had mentioned.
• 57:30
Speaker 1: What else do we got in the big old book of scientific background.
• 57:34
Speaker 2: I really like the moxie bustion.
• 57:37
Speaker 1: Oh for acupuncture points yeah, using the moxie combustion and that's heating it in specific parts of the body to heal those physical conditions.
• 57:50
Speaker 1: I've never done that, I've never experienced that before.
• 57:53
  Speaker 2: Have you?
• 57:53
Speaker 2: No, no, I had to Google it.
• 57:56
Speaker 2: I had no idea what moxie combustion was.
• 57:59
Speaker 1: And good news is it's really safe to use.
• 58:01
Speaker 1: So I mean I feel like, yeah, antidepressant, antififungal, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiseptic, antispyromatic, anxiety, asthma are all things that you can use it for absolute epilepsy x expectorant fatigue, fever, ulcers, gout, liver, malaria, muscle spasms, rheumatism, rheumatism, rheumatic disorder All of that is, in some, yes.
• 58:32
Speaker 1: Sunstroke Mugwort, and that is just one of the reasons.
• 58:35
Speaker 1: I feel like we really liked the astral part of it and that's why we used it as part of our high-vibe and herbal blends, which are honestly, I know I say this about all of our products but, I just really have a great affinity to these.
• 58:48
  Speaker 1: I do too.
• 58:49
Speaker 1: I just loved where we went with them, the fact that we like brought Reiki into them.
• 58:53
Speaker 1: It was kind of like that whole like balanced wellbeing thing.
• 58:56
Speaker 1: And I love how versatile these are, because with mugwort and the other herbs that are in these blends, you can smoke them for immediate effects, you can steep them and aid in your digestion and go through that whole process, or you can smudge them as kind of like an energy clearer too and work with the herb that way.
