Transcript
- 0:10Speaker 1: W Trance.
- 0:13Speaker 2: I'm a check. Hey everybody, welcome to Conspiracy the Show.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I'm Adam Todd Brown. Who are you? I'm Olivia Heidar,
- 0:38Speaker 2: coming to you from our fortified glom pound in the Ozarks.
- 0:44Speaker 2: That's a word I came up with on the Pretty
- 0:45Speaker 2: Scary podcast. Yeah. If we ever do go full cult,
- 0:52Speaker 2: which this network very well could at some point, I'm down.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We are not building a compound. We are building a
- 0:58Speaker 2: glom pound. Okay, glamour compound. Okay, okay, I demand it.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I'm not gonna do anything outdoors. That's not what I
- 1:06Speaker 2: got into being a cult leader to do or podcasts.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Yeah, no, absolutely. I mean, if I could, if I
- 1:12Speaker 1: could offer one note, okay, just a tiny note, I
- 1:15Speaker 1: would say glam pound.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I know it doesn't oh yeah yeah, just then is
- 1:19Speaker 2: good too.
- 1:20Speaker 1: When I hear glom pounds, I just I don't know
- 1:25Speaker 1: what pops into my head, but glamour is not it.
- 1:29Speaker 2: It should But I know, obviously we'll work it out
- 1:32Speaker 2: when we finally become a cult. Olivia, how's it going.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Uh? I'm good. You know, I'm not in a cult yet,
- 1:41Speaker 1: But other than that, I'm fine. I bit my lip
- 1:45Speaker 1: last week and it is still a problem. I don't
- 1:48Speaker 1: know if you've ever had this before.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I have.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I have, like it was one of those bites where
- 1:54Speaker 1: I bit it and my teeth closed. Oh no, yeah, yeah,
- 2:00Speaker 1: and so and it is just it just is not
- 2:03Speaker 1: going to heal. I don't know what. I just bit
- 2:05Speaker 1: it again yesterday and it's just it's just causing me
- 2:08Speaker 1: an end of struggle.
- 2:09Speaker 2: It's always the worst when some tiny little injury just
- 2:13Speaker 2: carries out. I had a hangnail that felt like it
- 2:15Speaker 2: lasted sixteen months last year. It was insane. Yeah, also insane.
- 2:22Speaker 2: This episode of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura that we're
- 2:25Speaker 2: covering today.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure.
- 2:28Speaker 2: This is the last of the banned episodes. What's the
- 2:33Speaker 2: government hiding me?
- 2:36Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I want you to know. What I'm
- 2:39Speaker 1: fringed with Alex Jones.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Oh this is this isn't Alex Jones episode. I don't
- 2:45Speaker 2: know if I even bothered mentioning in the notes that
- 2:47Speaker 2: Alex Jones shows up on this episode, because how such
- 2:51Speaker 2: a wild episode from the beginning, Because normally, when Alex
- 2:55Speaker 2: Jones said, and I guess that should worry me a
- 2:58Speaker 2: little bit about this episode, because normally when Alex Jones
- 3:01Speaker 2: shows up, I'm like, oh shit, everything he's saying is
- 3:04Speaker 2: true up to this point, and that's why Alex Jones
- 3:06Speaker 2: is here. He'd being Jesse Ventura, not Alex Jones.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Right, I mean, yeah, I don't know if that's the
- 3:12Speaker 1: case here, But as soon as he popped up in
- 3:15Speaker 1: the preview, I was like, oh, well, I know that
- 3:18Speaker 1: this is going to be an episode full of total bullshit,
- 3:21Speaker 1: and hey, guess what.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And here's the thing, it might not be total bullshit
- 3:28Speaker 2: because there are some aspects of it that are clearly true.
- 3:31Speaker 2: This underground facility that they visit at the end of
- 3:33Speaker 2: the episode that we'll get to, clearly it's there. Clearly
- 3:36Speaker 2: they're driving through it, right. Yeah. But also worth noting
- 3:41Speaker 2: one of the few facilities in the history of this
- 3:43Speaker 2: show that they've been able to just drive into.
- 3:46Speaker 1: That's the thing. I Look, they went to that place
- 3:51Speaker 1: on top here, right. This is not sub secret like
- 3:56Speaker 1: conspiracy facility, like, it's just a place that's crazy looking.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I love this episode in that way. I love it, wow.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Yeah, And in that way I hated it. I really
- 4:09Speaker 1: really hated this episode.
- 4:11Speaker 2: This is season three, episode four, which covers the Ozarks.
- 4:17Speaker 2: If you're unfamiliar, the Ozarks.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Are, it's a three season net series on Netflix.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a Netflix show starring Jason Bateman. And recently
- 4:27Speaker 2: a resort sort of area in Missouri was named after
- 4:31Speaker 2: this Jason Bateman show.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Well that's weird.
- 4:33Speaker 2: I mean, if we're telling the truth, the Ozarks are
- 4:36Speaker 2: sort of two different things. There's the Ozark Lake region,
- 4:40Speaker 2: which is where all your Jason Bateman stuff is happening,
- 4:43Speaker 2: and that's like the resort area. But then the Ozarks
- 4:46Speaker 2: are just a big region that covers I think four
- 4:50Speaker 2: different states.
- 4:52Speaker 1: But yeah, it's like a part of the Lower Plains. Yeah,
- 4:56Speaker 1: Lower Plains region.
- 4:57Speaker 2: I'm not sure if I had ever seen this episode.
- 5:01Speaker 2: If I had, I definitely did not commit it to
- 5:03Speaker 2: memory because I had no idea there was a conspiracy
- 5:07Speaker 2: theory surrounding the Ozarks.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Yeah, and it turns out that there isn't really like
- 5:14Speaker 1: there's like some stuff. But like you, it's so funny
- 5:21Speaker 1: how often throughout this episode you can like see like
- 5:26Speaker 1: literally see them grasping its straws. It's just like there's
- 5:30Speaker 1: gotta be something here.
- 5:33Speaker 2: And again, the facilities there, I don't doubt it's not
- 5:37Speaker 2: even that, I don't doubt. I know for a fact
- 5:39Speaker 2: that there are rich people around the country and around
- 5:42Speaker 2: the world who are investing in shit like this for
- 5:45Speaker 2: absolutely for the inevitable moment when the earth permanently catches
- 5:50Speaker 2: on fire and the most well to do among us
- 5:55Speaker 2: are able to flee to safety, but to high ground, right, yeah,
- 5:59Speaker 2: high ground in this case, low ground, you know, I mean, yeah,
- 6:03Speaker 2: maybe they'll bet wrong, you don't know, right, Yeah. But
- 6:06Speaker 2: here's the thing. I also don't doubt that there are
- 6:08Speaker 2: some rich people out there with a little bit of
- 6:10Speaker 2: a sense of humor. And I certainly, if I was
- 6:13Speaker 2: buying an underground bunker to survive the apocalypse in I
- 6:16Speaker 2: would sprinkle it with all of the Illuminati symbology I could.
- 6:21Speaker 2: I would do what the Denver Airport does and put
- 6:23Speaker 2: guard oils up and paint a fucking apocalypse mural and
- 6:27Speaker 2: be like, Ahaha, isn't this funny? And then my shit
- 6:29Speaker 2: jumps off. I'm like, haha, not funny now, is it?
- 6:32Speaker 1: Also?
- 6:33Speaker 2: I don't know if any of this is true. I'm
- 6:34Speaker 2: going underground now right. Yeah.
- 6:36Speaker 1: No, I don't really care about this, but.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I should mention, like we said, this is one of
- 6:40Speaker 2: the banned episodes, Season three, episode four. You can find
- 6:44Speaker 2: this on daily Motion. And let me tell you right
- 6:47Speaker 2: up front, it's weird because the text on the screen
- 6:51Speaker 2: and all images it's a mirror image. It's just all backwards, right.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like flipped, and I am assuming to avoid
- 7:00Speaker 1: subsort of copyright.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah, copyright laws that clearly don't exist on daily Motion.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, this is the thing. None of the
- 7:08Speaker 1: others nod.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And then this one, there's two of them on there,
- 7:13Speaker 2: and they're both flipped for some reason. But at least
- 7:16Speaker 2: the lip sync is working. Unlike the last episode, Thinks
- 7:20Speaker 2: kick off with one of the wildest voiceover quotes in
- 7:24Speaker 2: the history of this show, which is, uh, Jesse Ventura
- 7:28Speaker 2: is launching a secret comic Kazi raid on an underground layer.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Excuse me, a comic Kazi raid. Yeah.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Yeah, he's gonna He's in an airplane. Yeah, he's gonna.
- 7:41Speaker 1: He's gonna crash it into this building.
- 7:43Speaker 2: He is going to commit suicide on behalf of this
- 7:47Speaker 2: episode of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura. Shocking, given there
- 7:51Speaker 2: are several episodes to go in this season.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I mean, hey, look like if that happens I would
- 7:58Speaker 1: think it would be a good episode of television. They
- 8:01Speaker 1: would totally go up.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Of all the episodes to feature Jesse Ventura flying an
- 8:06Speaker 2: airplane into something, this is the one.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, you know, like they would have to
- 8:13Speaker 1: do something to make this episode noteworthy in any capacity.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Yeah, make it a Jesse versus the conspiracy at the end?
- 8:22Speaker 2: Will this building really withstand anything? Let's see Jesse venture
- 8:28Speaker 2: comic coze right, Oh, hell yeah, Jesse Ventura would be shredded.
- 8:32Speaker 1: In that impact in his sesna.
- 8:36Speaker 2: I feel like this voiceover is one of the ways
- 8:38Speaker 2: this show got worse over the course of three seasons
- 8:42Speaker 2: because the original voiceover guy is all dramatic. He sounds
- 8:46Speaker 2: like he's doing the voiceover work on a conspiracy theory show.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, and he also, like I swear I have
- 8:55Speaker 1: heard the original guy doing voiceover on like other shows.
- 9:00Speaker 1: It's very It's just this very archetypal, serious narration voice, right,
- 9:07Speaker 1: you know, whereas this guy is much more trying to
- 9:11Speaker 1: sound like that guy.
- 9:12Speaker 2: He sounds like the narrator on Impractical Jokers much wouldn't
- 9:17Speaker 2: be a distant possibility seeing as those shows are on
- 9:21Speaker 2: the same network. That's true, very nice guys by the way,
- 9:24Speaker 2: in Practical Jokers, So Jesse, the first person he meets
- 9:29Speaker 2: up with his name is Redley. Ye not na, Sorry,
- 9:34Speaker 2: Anthony Hilder. It's about on the screen, Sorry, Jesse, I
- 9:38Speaker 2: would argue unnecessarily describes this man as a Paul McCartney
- 9:43Speaker 2: looking guy. Yeah, it's accurate. It's accurate.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Get me wrong, yes, a little.
- 9:49Speaker 2: No, he's got he's got the Paul McCartney bags under
- 9:53Speaker 2: his eyes, and he's got like old man Justin Bieber
- 9:56Speaker 2: hair like Ken Burns has.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Yeah, but like Paul McCartney's cute.
- 10:01Speaker 2: This guy is. This guy's not cute because he wasn't
- 10:04Speaker 2: in the Beatles. Paul McCartney's cute because he was in
- 10:06Speaker 2: the Beatles.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I don't think that's the only reason. I think he
- 10:09Speaker 1: was in the Beatles because he's cute.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Okay, he's still cute because he's in the Beatles, right exactly,
- 10:15Speaker 2: just jumping. Half the Beatles are dead.
- 10:17Speaker 1: It's just it's true. It's just interesting that he just
- 10:21Speaker 1: rarely calls, like talks about people's appearance. It just sticks out.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Yeah, it feels like they tried to incorporate some comedy
- 10:30Speaker 2: in season three and I don't know if I realized it,
- 10:33Speaker 2: but there was already tons of comedy in this show. Yeah, already.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Yeah. It also, like a lot of things of this episode,
- 10:41Speaker 1: it might just be them like kind of stretching for time,
- 10:44Speaker 1: just adding in seconds wherever they can.
- 10:47Speaker 2: On this episode.
- 10:48Speaker 1: No, yeah, yeah, no, I know, I know, I hate
- 10:51Speaker 1: hate the Judge.
- 10:52Speaker 2: But an episode that boils down to what is that
- 10:55Speaker 2: building doing there?
- 10:57Speaker 1: This guy built a house.
- 10:59Speaker 2: So Paul McCartney looking guy's official credit on the show
- 11:03Speaker 2: is conspiracy theorist, which you got to ask for something
- 11:07Speaker 2: better than that.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Right, make up a title.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's here to talk about the Ozarks. He
- 11:14Speaker 2: says they're here to kill ninety five percent of the world,
- 11:16Speaker 2: and I'm like, who, And he means the Illuminati. Of course,
- 11:21Speaker 2: Jesse is rightfully very skeptical of this. Wow, And that's
- 11:27Speaker 2: when this guy drops the bomb. Some of the Illuminati
- 11:31Speaker 2: are gonna jump ship and go to the Ozarks. Oh shit,
- 11:36Speaker 2: why doesn't matter. It's team meeting time. Of course, never
- 11:40Speaker 2: really get into it, at least not upfront. I always
- 11:44Speaker 2: don't feel great about a conspiracy theory that involves killing
- 11:48Speaker 2: ninety five percent of the world because that's not gonna
- 11:52Speaker 2: leave enough of a customer base to keep our corporate
- 11:54Speaker 2: infrastructure going.
- 11:56Speaker 1: And it's not gonna leave enough people to fucking serve
- 12:01Speaker 1: the Like the masters of the world are not gonna
- 12:04Speaker 1: like serve their own food. You know, they're not gonna
- 12:09Speaker 1: do any of the ship for them. They're not gonna
- 12:10Speaker 1: clean their own damn huge fucking mount mansions in the
- 12:14Speaker 1: middle of the Ozarks. They're gonna hire other people to
- 12:17Speaker 1: do it.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Now, we'll do that. We'll be like once once it
- 12:21Speaker 2: comes down to five percent, we'll just be like the
- 12:23Speaker 2: absolute poorest in society.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Sure, yeah, well yeah, because I would definitely be part
- 12:28Speaker 1: of the five percent that isn't killed. I have absolutely judgement,
- 12:33Speaker 1: you know, faith in that of course.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Good point.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I mean, like it's just funny that they have. There's
- 12:41Speaker 1: so many times that I feel this way about conspiracy theorists,
- 12:45Speaker 1: where it's like if they would just uncomplicate their theories
- 12:50Speaker 1: just slightly, just defantasize them a little bit, then they
- 12:55Speaker 1: would probably like get a lot more people who agree
- 12:58Speaker 1: with them, because like they're not gonna kill ninety five
- 13:00Speaker 1: percent of the world. There's just gonna be climate change
- 13:03Speaker 1: and like a bunch of people are gonna die anyway.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not saying ninety five percent of the world
- 13:07Speaker 2: won't die. You know, it's not not because there's an
- 13:11Speaker 2: evil group behind it.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Or at least a hefty percentage. But Jesus like, they
- 13:15Speaker 1: don't need to do the work. They're lazy.
- 13:18Speaker 2: So team meeting time. Yes, the gang's all here, including
- 13:22Speaker 2: Jesse's kid and Oliver Stone's kid. Okay, man, can we
- 13:27Speaker 2: talk about Sean Stone a little bit?
- 13:30Speaker 1: Absolutely, because all I want to say about Jesse's kid
- 13:32Speaker 1: is that he does not look like Jesse Ventura at all.
- 13:38Speaker 2: He also has the most inexplicable voice of any celebrity offspring.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Like what's the kid's name, Tyrell.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Tyrell, which is.
- 13:48Speaker 2: An interesting choice. Who's Tyrell's mom? It sounds like it's
- 13:52Speaker 2: like Hulk Hogan or something.
- 13:55Speaker 1: But yeah, Sean Stone, who is from what I could tell,
- 14:00Speaker 1: and look, my only reference base for Sean Stone is
- 14:04Speaker 1: this episode, which I'm sure is not the best representation
- 14:10Speaker 1: or maybe it is the best representation of who he
- 14:12Speaker 1: is as a person. But Jesus fucking Christ, this guy.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Oh that's right, you weren't on the other episode? No, yeah,
- 14:20Speaker 2: did where these two were on board. Oh yeah, welcome
- 14:24Speaker 2: to Sean Stone Olivia.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Holy shit, this guy. I okay, I hated him for
- 14:32Speaker 1: one thing, just as a cast member of the show.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Yeah. That's one of the other ways I feel like
- 14:38Speaker 2: this show gets worse in season three. Is adding these
- 14:41Speaker 2: two was unnecessary drama?
- 14:44Speaker 1: But wait, is he in more from here on? Oh?
- 14:48Speaker 2: He's there. I think they're in most of season three?
- 14:52Speaker 1: Oh god, Oh no.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Sean's Stone era.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Oh Jesus. Yeah, I mean, well, look, the kid's got
- 15:04Speaker 1: an imagination. He sure does, and he's got the cocaine
- 15:09Speaker 1: to fuel it.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm going to say what that imagination is fueled by?
- 15:13Speaker 2: Is anyone's guests? Are we sure it's coke? It feels
- 15:15Speaker 2: like it might be more meth, but I mean sure,
- 15:19Speaker 2: why do both?
- 15:20Speaker 1: Yeah exactly?
- 15:22Speaker 2: And they hold Sean Stone up on his shoulders and celebrate.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah, like themcial Like it's there's like a there's like
- 15:29Speaker 1: a moment, well, we'll definitely talk about it later on
- 15:32Speaker 1: where he like walks off camera and then they don't
- 15:35Speaker 1: cut and then he comes back on camera and it
- 15:37Speaker 1: feels like he like free based cocaine right off of
- 15:41Speaker 1: camera and then came back on he in this team
- 15:45Speaker 1: meeting is here to hardcore advocate for the existence of
- 15:50Speaker 1: the Illuminati.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and I still maintain the Illuminati exists, but as
- 15:57Speaker 2: a government, siop to like it gives people something to
- 16:02Speaker 2: look at when they're like, why is our government this way? Oh,
- 16:05Speaker 2: it must be the Illuminati. No, our governments just that way.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Our elected officials are just that way, and an Illuminati
- 16:16Speaker 2: we have the American government.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Right, Well, let's the think. That's why I don't think
- 16:19Speaker 1: it exists because it doesn't need to. Like the imagery
- 16:23Speaker 1: and the whatever is enough, Like there doesn't have to
- 16:26Speaker 1: actually be an organization because there are other organizations that
- 16:30Speaker 1: we don't know about because they're rich and they're good
- 16:33Speaker 1: at keeping things secret.
- 16:35Speaker 2: So what if the Illuminati goes public and like trademarks
- 16:39Speaker 2: triangles and goat hands things? Now, I mean, every seventies
- 16:44Speaker 2: metal album is gonna happen, right, strip their icons off
- 16:48Speaker 2: the cover.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Shit. Yeah. Oh and what about the dollar bill? Oh
- 16:51Speaker 1: that's what they're going to go in our country?
- 16:53Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, we'll have well, we'll just owe them all
- 16:55Speaker 2: the dollar bills.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh well oh okay, well that's.
- 16:59Speaker 2: A lot, probably a lot. I don't know. If it
- 17:01Speaker 2: would be enough, but be a lot. I don't know
- 17:04Speaker 2: how many dollar bills are out there?
- 17:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, can we look that up?
- 17:08Speaker 2: No, we don't have anyone on these camera can look
- 17:10Speaker 2: that up.
- 17:10Speaker 1: No one can look it up. No.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Fortunately, so Sean is really acting out in this meeting. Jesse,
- 17:17Speaker 2: for once in his goddamn life, is skeptical about what
- 17:21Speaker 2: is being said to him, very skeptical.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Well, I mean like even Jesse Ventura, when presented with
- 17:29Speaker 1: this like manic rich boy, is just immediately like even
- 17:36Speaker 1: he has to put up his guard and be like, okay, buddy,
- 17:40Speaker 1: let's pump the brakes a little bit.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Yeah, And I don't know is anyone ever gonna stop
- 17:44Speaker 2: him and go you know, you're just talking about corporations, right,
- 17:48Speaker 2: They're the secret group that runs this country, and it's
- 17:52Speaker 2: not that much of a secret. No, Like we don't
- 17:55Speaker 2: vote for them. We just as a nation act on
- 17:58Speaker 2: their behalf in all matters, forever and always.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I don't think Jesse can make those kinds
- 18:05Speaker 1: of guessions.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Yeah, he says this about Sean. He says, Sean is
- 18:11Speaker 2: really out there, but hopefully he comes in handy for
- 18:15Speaker 2: what what is happening, Jesse, this is the thing that this.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Is the question that has never answered throughout this episode,
- 18:24Speaker 1: is what on earth could Sean Stone come in handy for?
- 18:31Speaker 2: Well, he does say he's got contacts inside the Illuminati
- 18:34Speaker 2: and that he's he has phone calls with.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Them, and and that sounds very credible.
- 18:43Speaker 2: When it's it's time to hit the road before they
- 18:45Speaker 2: even embark, Jesse takes one more swipe right along those lines.
- 18:50Speaker 2: He's He's like, are we going to get more Illuminati
- 18:53Speaker 2: calls if we investigate this?
- 18:56Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 18:57Speaker 2: And Seawan very rightfully says, I don't know. They call me,
- 18:59Speaker 2: I don't call them, which, yeah, how's he supposed to know? Also,
- 19:03Speaker 2: that's not an answer.
- 19:04Speaker 1: No, it's a terrible answer. And like he talks like
- 19:08Speaker 1: a character in an Oliver Stone movie, but like one
- 19:13Speaker 1: of the bad ones.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Is a character in an Oliver Stone movie. Thing like
- 19:18Speaker 2: the biography of Oliver Stone.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I honestly don't know if he's real.
- 19:24Speaker 2: I love that when he and Tyrell are sent off,
- 19:29Speaker 2: I think it's I don't know who does the voice over.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I think it might just be the narrator guy. But
- 19:34Speaker 2: he says, first step find out if the Illuminati is real.
- 19:39Speaker 2: It's like, oh, is that all?
- 19:40Speaker 1: Is that? Oh? That's that's a good FIRS step. I
- 19:42Speaker 1: bet you can get that accomplished in the Ozarks. Sure,
- 19:47Speaker 1: you could definitely get that accomplished in whatever a ced
- 19:50Speaker 1: Oklahoma town they're in for this episode.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Yeah, why don't they stop and confirm and or deny
- 19:56Speaker 2: the existence of Bigfoot on the way where they're at it? Yeah,
- 20:00Speaker 2: round up a chupacabra while you're on the road.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Well, they're way too far north for apacabra.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Adam, that's a good point. They could find out what's
- 20:10Speaker 2: buried under Oak Island, right, Isn't that somewhere in the
- 20:12Speaker 2: United States? Uh?
- 20:14Speaker 1: Sure? But they again, they are in Texarcana, So that's
- 20:18Speaker 1: going to be a.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Doctor's going to be an eye to lots of islands
- 20:21Speaker 2: in Texas. There's one in Las Vegas and a cult
- 20:24Speaker 2: lives there. Yeah, so we covered it covered it on
- 20:28Speaker 2: an episode Ghost Adventures.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Okay, well, I'm sure it's totally above board. If it's
- 20:34Speaker 1: on Ghost Adventures.
- 20:35Speaker 2: It's called ranch Island, which just makes me think of
- 20:38Speaker 2: the dressing. I don't know why Ram Ranch island Ram Ranch.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's a thing. It's a thing, right now,
- 20:44Speaker 1: don't worry about it. I don't want to derail us further. Right,
- 20:50Speaker 1: I'll let you know after the ship.
- 20:52Speaker 2: So, yeah, they're going to confirm the existence of the
- 20:55Speaker 2: Illuminati on this road trip, which is a movie I
- 21:00Speaker 2: very much want to see. I want. I want Paul
- 21:03Speaker 2: Rudd playing Sean Stone. No, uh, well, then you're gonna
- 21:10Speaker 2: hate that. I want Pablo Schreiber playing Tyrell Ventura.
- 21:14Speaker 1: That I can actually get behind. Okay, Paul Rudd's just
- 21:17Speaker 1: too old to play Sean Stone. Paul, Well, okay, sure,
- 21:22Speaker 1: I like, I know the meme. The man looks like
- 21:26Speaker 1: he's in his fifties. I'm sorry, but like, uh no,
- 21:32Speaker 1: I would have to think about it. But there's definitely
- 21:35Speaker 1: there are casting options for Shan Stone. And look, I
- 21:38Speaker 1: would watch that. Whether or not it could ever get
- 21:41Speaker 1: made is another question, but boy, I would watch someone
- 21:44Speaker 1: plays Sean Stone.
- 21:46Speaker 2: Well, we know it wouldn't get made because this episode
- 21:48Speaker 2: has never been released. Well step in and squash that movie.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Yeah, like the Illuminati, Yeah, because the Illuminati is so
- 21:57Speaker 1: intrenched in Hollywood, so they would have to. Yes.
- 22:00Speaker 2: So also, they're they're going to separate places. I didn't
- 22:03Speaker 2: realize that that's not the vibe I got. Second show,
- 22:06Speaker 2: when these two embarked, Tyrell's heading to downtown LA to
- 22:10Speaker 2: talk to Mark Dice, who is an Illuminati expert and
- 22:13Speaker 2: Foe is that is his credit on this show, Illuminati Foe?
- 22:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I'm sure.
- 22:20Speaker 2: He points out some Illuminati symbols on the LA Public Library,
- 22:24Speaker 2: which is a clear indication that the Ozarks are haunted
- 22:27Speaker 2: or whatever we're driving toward on this episode, and just
- 22:31Speaker 2: go with that. What are the symbols he points out?
- 22:34Speaker 2: It's like a again, it's like a triangle or.
- 22:36Speaker 1: A triangle up there. Yeah, not every fucking triangle could
- 22:40Speaker 1: possibly be a damn symbol. I'm sorry.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Tyrell has the most maddening voice I've ever heard, Like
- 22:49Speaker 2: he sounds like Jesse Ventura trying not to sound like
- 22:53Speaker 2: Jesse venture or something. It's very weird.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I'm just a normal guy, not just Evan Drura.
- 23:02Speaker 2: And also what marked what what Mark Dice is describing here? Again,
- 23:06Speaker 2: it's just corporate America.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, look, there's a lot of stuff that
- 23:11Speaker 1: they just don't talk about in this episode because they
- 23:14Speaker 1: are zeroed in on the Illuminati. But you know, like, yeah,
- 23:20Speaker 1: corporations obviously run this country. Capitalism is destroying the world,
- 23:25Speaker 1: and so corp corporations run all of our.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Lives are Sean Stone meets a woman named Lisa LaRue meanwhile,
- 23:33Speaker 2: and she says the Illuminati is interested in the Ozarks
- 23:37Speaker 2: because there are a lot of caves and tunnels there.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Sure quote, they've been used for many years for lots
- 23:44Speaker 2: of secret types of things. And that's what most of
- 23:49Speaker 2: her details are, is her saying there's caves there and
- 23:53Speaker 2: they've been used for stuff by people.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Yeah, there's there's been things happening there, and we know
- 24:02Speaker 1: things are never good.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Never ever good. And she mentions, Okay, this is we've
- 24:10Speaker 2: we actually pregamed this next point. We talked about it
- 24:16Speaker 2: while we weren't recording after the end of last week's episode.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:22Speaker 2: She mentions that there has been a lot of construction
- 24:26Speaker 2: and underground work in the area and that it's triggering
- 24:31Speaker 2: all of these earthquakes, which must mean the Illuminati is
- 24:36Speaker 2: building bunkers down there.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Yeah, because that's caused the earthquakes.
- 24:42Speaker 2: And here's the thing about that. This episode was released
- 24:46Speaker 2: during the heart of the fracking boom. There were twenty
- 24:49Speaker 2: three thousand fracking wells in the US and two thousand.
- 24:52Speaker 2: By twenty fifteen there were three hundred thousand. Oklahoma is
- 24:56Speaker 2: one of the states in the Ozarks region. I wrote
- 25:00Speaker 2: way back in twenty fourteen for Cracked called why oil
- 25:04Speaker 2: companies cost seven earthquakes this weekend, And I brought up
- 25:07Speaker 2: in that article, at least at the time probably still
- 25:10Speaker 2: Oklahoma gets more earthquakes per year than California, and it is, yep,
- 25:14Speaker 2: one hundred percent solely because of fracking.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Absolutely, So this is that's what her.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Earthquakes are right being caused by.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Yeah, this is what we were bitching about, because this
- 25:24Speaker 1: is we both independently came to this realization. It's like, oh,
- 25:27Speaker 1: this is twenty eleven. They're being fracked, Like this is
- 25:30Speaker 1: all about fracking, and they're just running with it and
- 25:34Speaker 1: not even looking. And like, what's wild is that we
- 25:38Speaker 1: knew about fracking in twenty eleven.
- 25:40Speaker 2: I sure did.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it was banned in New York State by that point,
- 25:44Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure, or if it not, by that point
- 25:47Speaker 1: it was about to be. Yeah, so like it was
- 25:50Speaker 1: a known problem. People were like lighting their fucking faucets
- 25:55Speaker 1: on fire and shit, Like everybody knew that fracking was
- 25:59Speaker 1: caused these exact things, and yet it's never, never, never,
- 26:05Speaker 1: never mentioned in this episode at all.
- 26:09Speaker 2: And again I think that speaks to how something like
- 26:13Speaker 2: the Illuminati gets used as this symbol you can point
- 26:18Speaker 2: to when weird, unexplained things are happening that are really
- 26:23Speaker 2: just corporate America's domination of this country. And this is
- 26:29Speaker 2: exactly that, where you're like, oh shit, there's underground earthquakes.
- 26:32Speaker 2: The Illuminati must be building bunkers, and meanwhile these corporate
- 26:35Speaker 2: fucks are like, yeah, yeah, that's what it is. It's
- 26:39Speaker 2: the Illuminati. You're on you caught us. Oh oh no,
- 26:43Speaker 2: they're taking all the oil too well.
- 26:45Speaker 1: And it's also just it's absolutely a symptom of having
- 26:50Speaker 1: Alex Jones on an episode of this television show who
- 26:54Speaker 1: is on this episode.
- 26:56Speaker 2: Like you could have had the guy who invented auto
- 26:58Speaker 2: tune on this episode and he would have been like,
- 27:01Speaker 2: I can tell you exactly how this is happening. Yes,
- 27:05Speaker 2: auto tune was invented as a technology for oil companies
- 27:09Speaker 2: to gauge the depth of oil wells or something like that,
- 27:13Speaker 2: and yeah, he would have been able to tell you.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Anyone would have been a better expert than Alex Jones.
- 27:18Speaker 1: I could have told you like they just had me
- 27:20Speaker 1: on and I would have been like, oh no, Jesse,
- 27:22Speaker 1: actually this is all because of Franking. Sorry, no need
- 27:26Speaker 1: to waste your time.
- 27:27Speaker 2: So back to Mark Dice in downtown La. He says,
- 27:30Speaker 2: the Illuminatis building a compound tied to a bunch of
- 27:34Speaker 2: underground tunnels and bunkers, and you know, maybe it's going
- 27:37Speaker 2: to be the next capital of the United States after
- 27:39Speaker 2: shit finally goes down. So with that cliffhanger, we're off
- 27:45Speaker 2: to June Sarpong at an Occupy Wall Street encampment talking
- 27:48Speaker 2: to Mark Lewis, an Illuminati expert, right, and he says,
- 27:53Speaker 2: Arab Spring and Occupy Wall Street to protests ostensibly aimed
- 27:58Speaker 2: at unseating the elite, were actually initiated by the elite.
- 28:03Speaker 2: And oh boy, am I skeptical of this guy? Man?
- 28:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, oh your skeptical of this guy.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I do not like this claim one bit.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Uh, this is not okay. I'm trying to remember this
- 28:16Speaker 1: is not mister white Van at this point was Whitevan
- 28:20Speaker 1: guy in this He was in one of these two
- 28:22Speaker 1: episodes that we watched. I don't think I lack remember
- 28:25Speaker 1: which one they blended together. Who was he talking to June.
- 28:29Speaker 1: He only talks to you. This might be him, I
- 28:32Speaker 1: think it is, And like, I just I almost threw
- 28:35Speaker 1: my phone out the window when I was when I
- 28:37Speaker 1: saw this. This is like one of many points where
- 28:40Speaker 1: I just was like literally banging my head against the
- 28:44Speaker 1: wall because it just it makes me so fucking angry
- 28:48Speaker 1: to claim that like Arab Spring was some sort of
- 28:53Speaker 1: red flag operation to I don't know what the end
- 28:58Speaker 1: goal is here, but I guess it's helping the Illuminati
- 29:02Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Yeah, he makes it seem like they're just doing it
- 29:06Speaker 2: to like cause unrest, and it's like, but that's unrest
- 29:10Speaker 2: that would directly hurt their interests in a lot of
- 29:13Speaker 2: cases that that's that's silly, And I'm sure his point
- 29:17Speaker 2: would be, well, that's exactly the point they're hiding. It's
- 29:20Speaker 2: like this feels like a way to take power away
- 29:23Speaker 2: from the people who were behind things like the Arab Spring.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Absolutely so they can be like you actually have no
- 29:32Speaker 2: power to do anything, even though you think you're making progress.
- 29:35Speaker 2: It's just the elites and it's like the come on.
- 29:39Speaker 1: The Arab Spring is like one of the only unimpeachably
- 29:45Speaker 1: great things to come out of social media. That is like,
- 29:48Speaker 1: that is the story of Arab Spring, is how this
- 29:52Speaker 1: technology allowed these people who were marginalized to come together
- 29:57Speaker 1: and enact change in their lives, not that they were
- 30:01Speaker 1: like fucking being you know, pushed by the Illuminati.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Speaking a skeptical here comes Alex Jones. Yay. He says
- 30:11Speaker 2: that the house the Illuminati is building in the Ozarks
- 30:15Speaker 2: has its own water supply and can withstand in apocalypse. Well,
- 30:20Speaker 2: here's here's one thing, its own water supply. Isn't that Like,
- 30:24Speaker 2: isn't that just a well? Like don't lots and lots
- 30:26Speaker 2: and lots and lots of buildings large and small have
- 30:30Speaker 2: their own water supply.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Not only is it just a well, but also this
- 30:35Speaker 1: building and we get a lot of looks at it
- 30:39Speaker 1: because it's all they got for this episode.
- 30:41Speaker 3: This building is fucking massive. It's huge, so fucking big,
- 30:47Speaker 3: and I don't know if you like, gotta look at
- 30:49Speaker 3: the surrounding area. Uh, but there's nothing, there's nothing around.
- 30:56Speaker 1: No, So like I wouldn't be surprised that they also
- 30:59Speaker 1: will have their own water tower. Shit, Like that's a
- 31:01Speaker 1: thing that really giant rich houses have, is like a
- 31:05Speaker 1: big source of fresh water.
- 31:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and they make a big deal out of the
- 31:10Speaker 2: house being bigger than the White House. And they also
- 31:15Speaker 2: point out all of these other rich people whose houses.
- 31:18Speaker 2: This house is bigger than, like Bill Gates, and the
- 31:21Speaker 2: thing is like the Bill Gates house and some of
- 31:23Speaker 2: the other celebrity houses they show, like Bill Gates houses
- 31:26Speaker 2: in Seattle. The one they show insanely expensive place to live. Yeah,
- 31:31Speaker 2: a bunch of the other houses are in California, very
- 31:34Speaker 2: expensive place to live. This is on top of a
- 31:37Speaker 2: fucking mountain in the Ozarks. Yeah, I feel like you
- 31:41Speaker 2: got a little more coin to throw around in a
- 31:44Speaker 2: situation like that. Maybe you can. Let's say you're the
- 31:47Speaker 2: type of eccentric billionaire who I don't know wants to
- 31:51Speaker 2: build an apocalypse proof castle on the top of a
- 31:54Speaker 2: mountain in the middle of Missouri. You're gonna go all out.
- 31:57Speaker 2: You're not gonna let Bill Gates beat you.
- 32:00Speaker 1: And like, and look, it's bigger than the White House.
- 32:03Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Americans, the White House is not that big
- 32:08Speaker 1: in the grand scheme of things, Like it's a big
- 32:10Speaker 1: out wrong, but like, I don't think that's the measurement
- 32:14Speaker 1: by which like exorbitantly large mansions and it's all measured,
- 32:19Speaker 1: it's all.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Old and gross and shit. Yeah, it's like how the
- 32:23Speaker 2: mayor of LA has to live in this fucked up house.
- 32:26Speaker 2: I mean that most people would love to live in.
- 32:28Speaker 1: But oh yeah, absolutely.
- 32:30Speaker 2: It's also not where you expect elected officials to be. Like,
- 32:33Speaker 2: it's the kind of place where they're like, really, I
- 32:35Speaker 2: have to I have to live there. I got a house,
- 32:38Speaker 2: tear it down if it's a homeless people anything, it's fine.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Oh well no it wouldn't.
- 32:44Speaker 2: They would burn it to the ground first with homeless
- 32:47Speaker 2: people inside it.
- 32:49Speaker 1: Yeah, and be like, hey, the rest of you can
- 32:51Speaker 1: like warm your hands on this if you want.
- 32:55Speaker 2: So, this guy's building a big ass house in the
- 32:57Speaker 2: ozarks and a lot of people think it is just
- 33:01Speaker 2: a way to hide a government facility, and that there
- 33:05Speaker 2: are private houses being built all around the country that
- 33:09Speaker 2: are actually fronts for government programs. And depending on the
- 33:14Speaker 2: government program you're talking about, that I wouldn't be super surprised.
- 33:19Speaker 2: Are we talking law enforcement? I bet they got tons
- 33:23Speaker 2: of apartments and shit around the country.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Sure, But I mean, but like, also, we got lots
- 33:31Speaker 1: of secret government programs already, and they are just in
- 33:34Speaker 1: like office buildings and shit that don't look like anything
- 33:37Speaker 1: a lot more inconspicuous than a giant, goddamn castle in
- 33:41Speaker 1: the middle of nowhere.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Yeah, and this guy is rich. He is a rich
- 33:47Speaker 2: an investor. So again, I don't think the idea that
- 33:51Speaker 2: he'd be building a giant apocalypse proof shelter in the
- 33:55Speaker 2: Ozarks is that crazy, because he could just go to
- 33:58Speaker 2: his other rich friends. Like we're talking about how huge
- 34:02Speaker 2: this place is. It's got thirteen bedrooms. Yeah, so you're
- 34:06Speaker 2: not repopulating the earth with this place, like it's it's
- 34:10Speaker 2: gonna be a very very select few who get to
- 34:14Speaker 2: live in this.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Plus well, okay, I think, you know, credit to Jesse.
- 34:20Speaker 1: I think they are implying that the apocalypse part is
- 34:27Speaker 1: all underground.
- 34:28Speaker 2: The underground.
- 34:29Speaker 1: That's the idea is like they're gonna have you know,
- 34:32Speaker 1: That's why they keep That's why they repeat over and
- 34:34Speaker 1: over again it's an underground city. When they're driving around
- 34:38Speaker 1: what looks more like an underground parking lot, and yeah,
- 34:43Speaker 1: you know, they're like they're trying to be like, no,
- 34:46Speaker 1: like underground, it's you can have something for like lots
- 34:51Speaker 1: of people. I mean, it's bullshit, but I think that's
- 34:54Speaker 1: what they're trying to say.
- 34:55Speaker 2: And also they talk about buildings that are going up
- 34:59Speaker 2: that our fronts for government buildings. What do you want them?
- 35:03Speaker 2: What do you want them to do? Like if it's
- 35:06Speaker 2: a secret government thing, I'm sorry, but they got to
- 35:08Speaker 2: do it somewhere and they're not going to put a
- 35:10Speaker 2: building up that says secret government project building. Just like this.
- 35:16Speaker 2: During MK Ultra, the CIA was running brothels in San Francisco,
- 35:20Speaker 2: and I promised you they didn't have neon lights that
- 35:22Speaker 2: said CIA broth like they just said brothel or you
- 35:28Speaker 2: had to look them up in whatever. The However you
- 35:30Speaker 2: found a brothel in the sixties in San Francisco, it
- 35:33Speaker 2: probably did just have a sign that maybe a free
- 35:37Speaker 2: wheeling time. But yeah, I'm sure they're putting up buildings
- 35:41Speaker 2: that are not Like I knew one of the people
- 35:46Speaker 2: who was on the ground floor when Uber started, and
- 35:49Speaker 2: I knew where Uber's headquarters was when it like first launched,
- 35:53Speaker 2: And if I showed you where it was, he'd be like, here,
- 35:56Speaker 2: it looks like a place I could afford to rent
- 35:58Speaker 2: an office, like my sing company was there, I think
- 36:02Speaker 2: also or something.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, you know, like I get that, and
- 36:07Speaker 1: like you know, but also like it makes more sense
- 36:10Speaker 1: that it would be something like again, like like an
- 36:12Speaker 1: office building or like those the empty buildings in la
- 36:17Speaker 1: that have oil wells inside of them, right, you know,
- 36:20Speaker 1: or something like that.
- 36:22Speaker 2: And but this is a real place.
- 36:24Speaker 1: It's it's called the building.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's called Chateau pens More and it was
- 36:29Speaker 2: indeed built by a former CIA guy and it's meant
- 36:33Speaker 2: to still be standing two thousand years from now. And
- 36:36Speaker 2: like that's not not weird. Like I accept that this
- 36:39Speaker 2: is a very eccentric project, but it's also not smoking
- 36:43Speaker 2: gun evidence that the Illuminati both exists and is going
- 36:46Speaker 2: to rebuild America and the ozarks.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, look, I hate to break it to Jesse,
- 36:53Speaker 1: but rich people are super fucking weird. Yeah, because they
- 36:57Speaker 1: don't have anybody in their life to make fun of them.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it just looks like it's going to be used
- 37:03Speaker 2: for all that stuff. Yeah, doesn't mean it.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Is, and you know what it might be, but it'll
- 37:09Speaker 1: probably just be for him. He's just like a narcissist.
- 37:13Speaker 2: And the problem is the show treats this building as
- 37:16Speaker 2: if it is just absolute evidence that the Illuminati is
- 37:22Speaker 2: going to destroy America and then rebuild it in the Ozarks. Man,
- 37:25Speaker 2: the Illuminati doesn't want to live in the fucking Ozarks,
- 37:27Speaker 2: you kid, well, I mean like.
- 37:29Speaker 1: And look, maybe the I am not opposed to the
- 37:33Speaker 1: idea that real estate in the Ozarks will go up
- 37:37Speaker 1: in value massively once wide swaths of the Gulf Coast
- 37:42Speaker 1: are underwater because of climate change. Yeah, that's probably going
- 37:46Speaker 1: to happen, but that doesn't equate to this rich guy's
- 37:53Speaker 1: weird house is definitely uh an Illuminati a stronghold.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Yeah, And they bring up as satistic in this it's
- 38:02Speaker 2: team meeting number two time and this is another thing
- 38:07Speaker 2: just like the Oh there's underground construction and earthquakes, so
- 38:10Speaker 2: it must be the Illuminati. June Sarpong at this team
- 38:14Speaker 2: meeting brings up a stat that they treat as if
- 38:17Speaker 2: it can mean nothing other than the Illuminati is hoarding
- 38:20Speaker 2: money in the Ozarks for the inevitable apocalypse, because you
- 38:25Speaker 2: know how useful money is going to be and apocalypse happens.
- 38:29Speaker 2: And that stat she brings up is that in this
- 38:31Speaker 2: one small town in the Ozarks area in Arkansas, there
- 38:35Speaker 2: are there's one bank for every fifty three people in
- 38:40Speaker 2: this town. And they compare that to a place like
- 38:44Speaker 2: Los Angeles, where there's one for every eleven thousand in LA,
- 38:50Speaker 2: and they act like this disparity makes absolutely zero sense,
- 38:55Speaker 2: Like in LA, there should be one bank for every
- 38:58Speaker 2: twelve people. I don't know what the I don't know
- 39:00Speaker 2: how many banks they want in LA.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Sounds like too many banks, honestly.
- 39:05Speaker 2: It really does. And they're acting for one thing. They're
- 39:10Speaker 2: acting like a place that small should never have more
- 39:13Speaker 2: banks per person than somewhere like LA. The state with
- 39:16Speaker 2: the most banks per capita is North Dakota, So population
- 39:21Speaker 2: size and the need for banks don't necessarily right correlate.
- 39:25Speaker 2: And if I had to gas, I'd say the concentration
- 39:28Speaker 2: of banks in North Dakota has to do with the
- 39:30Speaker 2: oil boom that happened there. As for the Ozarks, something
- 39:35Speaker 2: that isn't getting brought up in regards to this bank
- 39:37Speaker 2: stat is that by the time this episode aired, the
- 39:40Speaker 2: Bank of the Ozarks was kind of just getting on
- 39:43Speaker 2: the road to becoming one of the largest construction lenders
- 39:47Speaker 2: in the country. One of the fallouts from the two
- 39:51Speaker 2: thousand and eight financial crisis was that a bunch of
- 39:54Speaker 2: regulations got eased on smaller banks in this one bank
- 39:58Speaker 2: in Arkansas, the Bank of the Ozarks just exploited this
- 40:02Speaker 2: very aggressively and used it to expand very aggressively, and
- 40:07Speaker 2: that had to be underway by the point this episode airs.
- 40:11Speaker 2: This is like twenty eleven, twenty twelve. They started this
- 40:15Speaker 2: in like two thousand and eight, two thousand and nine.
- 40:17Speaker 2: So by twenty eighteen, Bank of the Ozarks was the
- 40:21Speaker 2: third largest construction lender in New York City, one of
- 40:24Speaker 2: the largest in Chicago, Denver, in Seattle, and the largest
- 40:28Speaker 2: in Miami and Los Angeles. So that a bank that
- 40:32Speaker 2: size is based in a tiny ass town in Arkansas
- 40:37Speaker 2: probably contributes to the density of banks in Arkansas at
- 40:42Speaker 2: this point in history.
- 40:44Speaker 1: And also you get things like, you know, giant agricultural
- 40:49Speaker 1: corporations that operate out of the Ozarks in the plains area.
- 40:54Speaker 1: And you've got again the massive natural gas corporations that
- 41:00Speaker 1: are destroying the land by fracking. Like there's gonna be
- 41:04Speaker 1: a lot of money moving through this area, even if
- 41:07Speaker 1: the people like who live there are you know, it's
- 41:11Speaker 1: a small population.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Yeah. You also, you really got to take fracking into
- 41:15Speaker 2: account in a lot of ways when it comes to
- 41:17Speaker 2: living underground. These we're talking about areas that aren't gonna
- 41:19Speaker 2: have an underground because of fracking. Like there's not gonna
- 41:23Speaker 2: be any bunkers. They're just gonna be filled with waste
- 41:26Speaker 2: water from fracking exactly, gonna kill it. Like it's the
- 41:30Speaker 2: earthquakes that are gonna kill us all. And granted, well,
- 41:35Speaker 2: speaking of the earthquakes, one of the largest faults in
- 41:37Speaker 2: the United States is in the Midwest. It just hasn't
- 41:40Speaker 2: been acting for a long time. But if that motherfucker
- 41:42Speaker 2: goes off, Oh yeah, Midwest is gonna get wrecked.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Look, I mean, hey, I was a big volcano kid.
- 41:48Speaker 1: I'm familiar with that. I oh yeah, oh yeah, I know.
- 41:52Speaker 1: I mean like when Dante's Peak came out of it,
- 41:54Speaker 1: I was like, oh no, we're walking to the party.
- 41:57Speaker 1: I'm like, you know, this could happen here. Yeah, this
- 41:59Speaker 1: could this exact movie could happen here.
- 42:02Speaker 2: I sure could rest easy. Midwest. Oh hey, you're in
- 42:05Speaker 2: the Midwest.
- 42:06Speaker 1: I am, I'm in Indiana. That's what I'm talking about.
- 42:09Speaker 2: And granted, one of the largest construction lenders in the
- 42:13Speaker 2: nation just magically popping up at the same time. May
- 42:17Speaker 2: the Illuminati government Reconstitution castle is going up in the
- 42:21Speaker 2: same place. It's not a coincidence. I love no, but
- 42:24Speaker 2: I mean, until proven otherwise, it's still just a coincidence. Yeah,
- 42:29Speaker 2: so Jesse and his kids and the kids, I don't know,
- 42:33Speaker 2: maybe he has officially adopted Sean stone by I mean, look,
- 42:38Speaker 2: maybe they're on the road again. They're heading to the Ozarks.
- 42:42Speaker 2: Jesse tells Sean to hang out in the shadows of
- 42:45Speaker 2: the town, and somehow Sean just knows what that means
- 42:49Speaker 2: and walks off into the night. He's like, got it, Governor.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Well, he says that as they are walking down in
- 42:57Speaker 1: bright daylight in the middle of what looks like it
- 43:02Speaker 1: could just be Main Street, USA from like Disneyland. It's
- 43:08Speaker 1: the most quintessential small town street I've ever seen. I
- 43:11Speaker 1: don't know how many shadows there are gonna be there.
- 43:15Speaker 2: I think he took this as a signal that he
- 43:19Speaker 2: was good to go get high.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Oh I was gonna say. I think he say he
- 43:22Speaker 1: took this as a creative writing prompt. Based on what
- 43:27Speaker 1: he turns up with.
- 43:28Speaker 2: It does seem like that. Jesse and Tyrrell, meanwhile, talk
- 43:32Speaker 2: to a city employee who says the Illuminati Fortress didn't
- 43:35Speaker 2: have to go through any review because it's zoned as
- 43:39Speaker 2: a single family home. And she also thinks the building
- 43:44Speaker 2: might be a government facility. But it is a single
- 43:46Speaker 2: family home, and it's it's bigger than a lot of
- 43:49Speaker 2: single family homes. But there are single family homes like
- 43:52Speaker 2: this that do exist.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 43:55Speaker 2: They point us to several examples earlier in the episode.
- 43:58Speaker 2: So sorry if that's the rule, but that's the rule,
- 44:02Speaker 2: and is the rule. Stephen Huff is the owner's name.
- 44:06Speaker 2: He does seem like a character I will, I will
- 44:08Speaker 2: say that.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, look, I don't think he's in the Illuminati.
- 44:13Speaker 1: I do think he's probably the Devil, or at least
- 44:17Speaker 1: related to him.
- 44:18Speaker 2: He's definitely an evil, evil man.
- 44:20Speaker 1: Yeah, he seems extremely evil.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Yeah, if you're in if you are former CIA and
- 44:26Speaker 2: you have this much money.
- 44:28Speaker 1: You have billions of dollars.
- 44:30Speaker 2: Yeah, what world leader? Did you figure out the technology
- 44:33Speaker 2: to assassinate me?
- 44:34Speaker 1: Yeah? Or something?
- 44:36Speaker 2: Manes So, Yeah, this guy's weird. The house is weird. Yeah, sure,
- 44:41Speaker 2: I don't know if he's taking news. I don't know
- 44:44Speaker 2: if it's as weird as Sean Stone pops up from
- 44:46Speaker 2: the shadows to imply.
- 44:48Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, this scene I I almost like literally had
- 44:55Speaker 4: a break from reality watching this scene. I could not
- 45:00Speaker 4: believe what was happening here.
- 45:03Speaker 2: This was concerning. Yes, it was like watching that documentary
- 45:07Speaker 2: about Steve o getting strung out on nitrous ox remember that.
- 45:12Speaker 1: No, I mean yes, but.
- 45:14Speaker 2: That documentary was so fucking concerning. And seeing Sean Stone
- 45:20Speaker 2: run out of the shadows and go he basically points
- 45:24Speaker 2: at a sign that says ozark and goes, don't you
- 45:26Speaker 2: see it?
- 45:27Speaker 1: Yeah, arc of oz Yeah, that's it. He's no, but like,
- 45:32Speaker 1: here's the thing that is the entire one like content
- 45:38Speaker 1: of his message. This conversation has to go on for
- 45:42Speaker 1: like five minutes. I'm not even exaggerating, And like, what's
- 45:47Speaker 1: wild is that this is one of the only moments
- 45:51Speaker 1: where I've seen Jesse Ventura like look like a normal
- 45:55Speaker 1: person talking to like one of these loonies, because he's
- 45:59Speaker 1: just as this like perplexed look on his face and
- 46:03Speaker 1: he's just like, what are you talking about? This doesn't
- 46:06Speaker 1: make any this doesn't make any sense. Yeah, he comes
- 46:10Speaker 1: out motormouth like, no, don't you see I've unlocked this case. No,
- 46:16Speaker 1: if you gotta look, if you look at this, you
- 46:18Speaker 1: break it down. It says, arc oz OZ, arc OZ.
- 46:23Speaker 1: What do you think of with oz? Another realm Okay,
- 46:28Speaker 1: so what we are looking at here? This is an
- 46:31Speaker 1: arc you know, like Noah, but it's an arc of OZ,
- 46:37Speaker 1: which is like Wizards. So I gotta go guys see it.
- 46:41Speaker 2: Sean.
- 46:44Speaker 1: That was so weird.
- 46:46Speaker 2: It was so strange, and I am legitimately surprised, And
- 46:51Speaker 2: maybe they did off camera, but I felt like someone
- 46:53Speaker 2: was gonna pull him aside and be like, are you
- 46:55Speaker 2: all right?
- 46:56Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 46:56Speaker 2: Well, like what did you do when we said go
- 46:59Speaker 2: hang out in the show?
- 47:00Speaker 1: Yeah? He hung out in the shadows, all right with
- 47:04Speaker 1: a fucking crack pipe.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Uh.
- 47:08Speaker 1: Like, I'm just gonna say that. This is further evidence
- 47:12Speaker 1: of how little they had to go on for this episode,
- 47:16Speaker 1: that that wasn't cut. There's like, how on earth, how
- 47:22Speaker 1: on earth did that make it into the episode? It
- 47:25Speaker 1: is baffling.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Yeah, and then he goes off to meet with someone
- 47:28Speaker 2: named white Rabbit, which when they even just said that's
- 47:31Speaker 2: what was happening, I was like, that doesn't sound responsible.
- 47:34Speaker 2: You don't send a guy in this condition off to
- 47:35Speaker 2: meet with someone named white Rabbit.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Yeah, white Rabbit is his drug dealer.
- 47:39Speaker 2: Yeah, Meanwhile, June is driving around Mountain View, Arkansas, the
- 47:45Speaker 2: town with all the banks, and the woman driving is
- 47:48Speaker 2: pointing out all the banks and here, here's where you
- 47:52Speaker 2: see stuff like this a lot in misleading reporting. I
- 47:57Speaker 2: would say, where you just get us to like or
- 48:01Speaker 2: like a one out of one for every fifty three
- 48:05Speaker 2: kind of number. Sure, and you're like, whoa, whoa, what
- 48:08Speaker 2: does that mean? Like, yeah, thing, it went up two
- 48:11Speaker 2: hundred percent where they're like, was there one and now
- 48:14Speaker 2: there's like three or four? Like what what exactly are
- 48:17Speaker 2: we talking? And it looks like there's maybe five or
- 48:20Speaker 2: six banks in this town where there was maybe one before.
- 48:24Speaker 2: And I'm not all that alarmed personally, No I'm not either.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Look, I don't live in like the most populous area,
- 48:33Speaker 1: and I could tell you that there's a ton of
- 48:35Speaker 1: banks all around. You can go to a bank basically
- 48:38Speaker 1: on every street. You can fight a bank somewhere.
- 48:40Speaker 2: Yeah, so you know, And again, this is happening at
- 48:44Speaker 2: a time when a lot of regulations on small banks
- 48:47Speaker 2: were lifted, so small banks were thriving, right, So, but
- 48:51Speaker 2: don't mention that in the episode. Why would you bring
- 48:54Speaker 2: that up? She also brings up earthquakes and again, fracking,
- 48:57Speaker 2: absolutely cracking.
- 48:58Speaker 1: This is just like, it's just like I kept thinking
- 49:01Speaker 1: this the uh built the episode where the FEMA camps
- 49:06Speaker 1: episode where they go to the oh yeah, the ice
- 49:10Speaker 1: facility that is named as an ice facility in the
- 49:14Speaker 1: episode and never once talk about how it will be
- 49:17Speaker 1: used for immigrants. Yes.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Yeah, And at this point in the episode, they've taken
- 49:23Speaker 2: to calling the Illuminati House the Illuminati death Star us Like,
- 49:30Speaker 2: I don't did they see Star Wars?
- 49:32Speaker 1: Yeah? I was, Does it say be cause like the.
- 49:35Speaker 2: Death Star doesn't exactly.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Hold up not very arc like, I will say not
- 49:41Speaker 1: not very arc like, not not many people. I mean, look,
- 49:45Speaker 1: I had a lot of people living.
- 49:46Speaker 2: On it because it was for a while it.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Was the size of a ball. Yeah that's the rebels
- 49:52Speaker 1: got them.
- 49:53Speaker 2: But like, look, that's what I'm saying. This thing is
- 49:55Speaker 2: built to withstand anything. Exactly blew up the Death Star.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Well yeah, it's built to withstand anything except for a
- 50:05Speaker 1: direct impact on its on its core through a vent port.
- 50:10Speaker 2: But so that's how you take down this building.
- 50:13Speaker 1: But also I feel like the major feature of the
- 50:16Speaker 1: Death Star I'm gonna go out of a limb here
- 50:19Speaker 1: is the giant laser that destroys planets. And look, I
- 50:25Speaker 1: don't know much about the Ozarks, but I'm pretty sure
- 50:27Speaker 1: there are any kyber crystals buried there. So it's gonna
- 50:31Speaker 1: be tough to have a death star.
- 50:33Speaker 2: We covered the giant laser that destroys planets on the
- 50:36Speaker 2: last episode. You know what you're about, Harp.
- 50:40Speaker 1: So is is this connected? Then?
- 50:43Speaker 2: Yeah? I mean you have to you have to shoot
- 50:46Speaker 2: stuff up into the ionosphere to connect them to internet works.
- 50:50Speaker 2: It's crazy. It's fucking crazy.
- 50:52Speaker 1: That all all Harp is is a giant WIFEI router.
- 50:56Speaker 2: And surprisingly slow old people are technology.
- 51:00Speaker 1: It's like it's like dial up.
- 51:02Speaker 2: And here's the thing. This episode sucks because it all
- 51:05Speaker 2: just it all just boils down to that some eccentric
- 51:09Speaker 2: weirdo is building a house in the Ozarks. And also
- 51:13Speaker 2: there's earthquakes and a lot of banks going up, so
- 51:17Speaker 2: that is the triangle that forms the Illuminati, right, And
- 51:23Speaker 2: it's like, well, your earthquakes are fracking and your banks
- 51:25Speaker 2: are because of regulations, So now what's that house for?
- 51:29Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, And the house is because rich people are
- 51:31Speaker 1: fucking weird. Yeah I'm sorry.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Yeah, the worse because that guy is living out his dreams.
- 51:40Speaker 1: Yeah, this is one of the worst episodes of the
- 51:42Speaker 1: series that I have seen. I really I was so
- 51:47Speaker 1: apoplectic watching this episode.
- 51:49Speaker 2: Just and meanwhile, Sean has been running around a bunch
- 51:55Speaker 2: of caves this whole time with White Rabbit, and it
- 51:58Speaker 2: really does look like they are having like a shared
- 52:01Speaker 2: methamphetamine delusion. They're bous around these these caves, pointing at
- 52:07Speaker 2: shit written on the walls, and it's like, oh my god,
- 52:11Speaker 2: It's like, you are not the first people to be
- 52:13Speaker 2: in these caves. I would write Illuminati symbols if I
- 52:16Speaker 2: was in one of those caves, just.
- 52:18Speaker 5: For the just for the lulls, right well, and also
- 52:21Speaker 5: like and then the best part is they like they
- 52:25Speaker 5: claim to hear voices coming from nearby in the cave,
- 52:30Speaker 5: and like, first of all, it's very hard to.
- 52:32Speaker 1: Hear them on the show, and second of all, it's
- 52:34Speaker 1: hard to hear whether they are actually real or if
- 52:37Speaker 1: they were just added and posed. And also they're caves.
- 52:41Speaker 1: I bet they're how'd you get in there? There's no
- 52:44Speaker 1: way that they're denied public access.
- 52:46Speaker 2: Like, yeah, that really just speaks to my biggest fear
- 52:51Speaker 2: where because here's the thing, I watch a lot of
- 52:53Speaker 2: ghost tunting shows, and I would love to go do
- 52:57Speaker 2: some of that shit sometime, but it would have to
- 52:59Speaker 2: be the TV way, because I need a production team
- 53:03Speaker 2: to sweep that building first and make sure there aren't
- 53:05Speaker 2: people just hanging out. Yeah, because that like, I'm not
- 53:09Speaker 2: afraid of running into ghosts and a building like that,
- 53:11Speaker 2: I'm afraid of running into man, the scariest monster of all.
- 53:16Speaker 1: The most dangerous ghosts.
- 53:19Speaker 2: And that's what scared me the most. For them in
- 53:22Speaker 2: this moment, I'm like, shit, there's other people in there,
- 53:24Speaker 2: Get out of.
- 53:24Speaker 1: There, yeah, or like you know, they might just be
- 53:28Speaker 1: like some dudes.
- 53:29Speaker 2: And how dice? You don't want to roll either way?
- 53:32Speaker 1: Yeah, And like you know, they were talking about how
- 53:35Speaker 1: there's a lot of construction going on in and around
- 53:38Speaker 1: these caves. I wonder if that could have anything to
- 53:41Speaker 1: do with hearings of voices down there.
- 53:43Speaker 2: And then the final moment this made me angry because
- 53:49Speaker 2: this final scene, White Rabbit takes the whole team to
- 53:52Speaker 2: this weird looking underground complex and yes, it's weird looking
- 53:58Speaker 2: because it's an underground colmplex and we're not used to
- 54:01Speaker 2: seeing things like that. But also we don't live in
- 54:03Speaker 2: the Ozarks where there's lots of mountains. Right, Uh, how
- 54:07Speaker 2: secret can it be if your infiltration plan just involves
- 54:12Speaker 2: take this left? Yeah, because they're able to just drive
- 54:16Speaker 2: in and drive around freely. And it's like, yeah, you're not,
- 54:20Speaker 2: you're not that someone took advantage of the terrain right
- 54:24Speaker 2: and the ample protection that a mountain provides to build
- 54:28Speaker 2: a secure facility, and they act like it's this mysterious
- 54:32Speaker 2: thing that just popped out, Like do the locals know
- 54:34Speaker 2: about this? Yeah, it's a facility called Mountain Complex. It's
- 54:38Speaker 2: a data storage facility. You'll link to their fucking website.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, you know that it wasn't like that. It's
- 54:46Speaker 1: not actually a super secret dangerous invasion mission because if
- 54:50Speaker 1: there had been any security at all, they would have
- 54:54Speaker 1: shown it on the show to like hype it up.
- 54:57Speaker 1: It has speed.
- 54:58Speaker 2: Limit signs hanging everywhere, and like.
- 55:01Speaker 1: I said, they fucking filmed a top Gear segment in
- 55:04Speaker 1: this place. They fucking drifted some Moonigans around that you know,
- 55:08Speaker 1: like this is not it's not that scary. It's cool
- 55:12Speaker 1: and it's weird looking, and.
- 55:14Speaker 2: It's again that region, there's stuff built, like we do
- 55:18Speaker 2: have government facilities that we know are built into the
- 55:22Speaker 2: sides of mountains, Like there are ones that you can
- 55:25Speaker 2: look up. They're like the government acknowledges they exist right well,
- 55:28Speaker 2: and there's like and yeah, mountains are great for that
- 55:31Speaker 2: kind of shit. Absolutely, So it's not surprising that some
- 55:34Speaker 2: enterprising business person would go, oh, you know what we
- 55:38Speaker 2: should do with all that underground space. We should store
- 55:41Speaker 2: stuff there securely. Yeah, and that's what a lot of
- 55:44Speaker 2: these are. Lamar Hunt, the owner of the Kansas City
- 55:47Speaker 2: Chiefs in the Dark of Night, also built one of
- 55:51Speaker 2: these near Kansas City. That one is called Subtropolis, and
- 55:56Speaker 2: I believe you can go eat there, like it's just
- 55:59Speaker 2: like a place like I think they have like shops
- 56:02Speaker 2: and things and it just happens to be underground.
- 56:04Speaker 1: I would never eat food prepared by the Illuminati.
- 56:09Speaker 2: So when they say they didn't know places like this exists,
- 56:12Speaker 2: they're just The only real conspiracy they're revealing is that
- 56:16Speaker 2: this show does very little research, right, but the subject
- 56:20Speaker 2: they are tackling.
- 56:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like if they had done any research
- 56:24Speaker 1: at all before going out and filming these segments, they
- 56:27Speaker 1: probably would have done more for this episode. Because we've
- 56:32Speaker 1: also we didn't talk at all about how like a
- 56:37Speaker 1: good ten minutes of this episode are eaten up by
- 56:40Speaker 1: their like car ride up to the building with the sheriff.
- 56:45Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I completely skipped the stuff where Jesse, in
- 56:48Speaker 2: the words of the narrator, orders the sheriff to take
- 56:52Speaker 2: him to see the Illuminati house and then the sheriff
- 56:56Speaker 2: orders them to stay in the car while he gets
- 56:58Speaker 2: out and locks the.
- 57:01Speaker 1: Which again they they had to have only left this
- 57:05Speaker 1: shit in the episode because they just did not have
- 57:08Speaker 1: enough material for a full episode without it.
- 57:11Speaker 2: Yeah, that sheriff orders Jesse to respect authority and they
- 57:17Speaker 2: do not get to see that. I mean they get
- 57:19Speaker 2: to pull up to it.
- 57:21Speaker 1: So funny because I think, like, yeah, it's a big house.
- 57:24Speaker 1: They're doing like construction and shit, it's very weird. But
- 57:27Speaker 1: like it's just very funny because they meet the sheriff
- 57:30Speaker 1: and the sheriff is like very friendly and you can
- 57:32Speaker 1: tell like, oh just even.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Sure, all right, Hey, how's it going, Jones.
- 57:36Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, I want to go see this house
- 57:38Speaker 1: that sounds says it. I'd like to go visit a
- 57:41Speaker 1: strange house. And the chair is like sure, okay, yeah,
- 57:45Speaker 1: I love it. I'll get to be on TV. That's great.
- 57:47Speaker 1: And so he drives up and he he parks like
- 57:50Speaker 1: half a mile away because this guy's property is fucking
- 57:54Speaker 1: enormous probably, and he's like, there it is. It's right
- 57:58Speaker 1: up there on top of the hill. It just he's like,
- 58:01Speaker 1: I don't think you understood. I meant to go like close.
- 58:05Speaker 1: We were ready to go up, and the guy's like, oh,
- 58:08Speaker 1: I mean we can't. Really, it's private property. We can't
- 58:11Speaker 1: really go up to the house. But I guess I'll
- 58:15Speaker 1: make a call and he's like okay, he says we
- 58:19Speaker 1: can go up and like look from the car, that's it. Yeah,
- 58:24Speaker 1: and then yeah, and then Jesse just keeps acting like
- 58:28Speaker 1: a little kid who wants to like go see some
- 58:31Speaker 1: roadside attraction but doesn't get to and Yeah, it's very funny.
- 58:35Speaker 2: Which sets up, of course, the Kami Kazi raid mentioned
- 58:39Speaker 2: at the beginning of the episode, which the episode ends
- 58:42Speaker 2: with Jesse venture A flying a World War Two era
- 58:46Speaker 2: plane into Chateau pens More.
- 58:50Speaker 1: He plunges his zero into the deck of the this
- 58:55Speaker 1: building and doesn't make a stretch on it because it's
- 58:59Speaker 1: fucking built like a literal brick jit house.
- 59:02Speaker 2: Plane just bounces right off.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Of it and explodes.
- 59:06Speaker 2: Yeah, died on this episode. Again, we cannot stress that enough.
- 59:13Speaker 2: One of the most shocking turns in television show.
- 59:15Speaker 1: Yeah and like and you know, and that's why I
- 59:17Speaker 1: didn't like this episode, because I was sad because Jesse died.
- 59:21Speaker 2: Yeah. I remember for a long time on the show
- 59:24Speaker 2: twenty four, which looking back was an imhorrent show that
- 59:27Speaker 2: was just like a cheerleader for Torcha, but at the
- 59:31Speaker 2: time I loved it. And there came a point near
- 59:36Speaker 2: the end of that show where people were like, they
- 59:37Speaker 2: should kill Jack Bauer, Like they should just fucking kill
- 59:41Speaker 2: like the main character. They should just kill him halfway through,
- 59:43Speaker 2: and I wanted them to do that so bad.
- 59:45Speaker 1: I was saying that since the first episode. It's like,
- 59:50Speaker 1: they should kill this guy. He sucks. This guy's a
- 59:53Speaker 1: fucking monster. I hate this.
- 59:55Speaker 2: Oh that show.
- 59:57Speaker 1: That show is super racist. It's not I know, I know,
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I know. The post nine to eleven show about how
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: torture is Awesome is actually kind of racist.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: America love it.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: Wat's lost instead two thousand and four America It's better.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: And they're both true and they're both yeah one documentaries.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: Those poor people, So I guess in conclusion, don't get
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: me wrong again, I absolutely believe rich people are building
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: facilities to hide in. Yeah, apocalypse shit jumps off. But
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: here's the thing, so are poor people. Like There's just
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: lots of people around the world who are doing that,
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: and some of them are bound to have rich friends.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: But it doesn't mean that when the government does something bad,
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: you should be mad at someone other than the government, right,
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: It is the government, not the illuminati.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: Yep.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: And yeah, so I just I don't know. If I
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: find apocalypse bunkers, that's scary. I'd love to have one myself.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: Sure, I mean, yeah, one of the few upsides of
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: living in Indiana is that when climate change pops off
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: and the water levels rise.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: I'll be okay, Yeah, you'll be fine.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: I mean, you know, until the riots start and then
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: I'll die.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: Yeah. But Indianapolis is going to be the Los Angeles
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: or the Midwest. Oh shit, that's probably not true.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Not at all in any capacity. Yeah.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Yeah, No, it'll be like the Modesto, the mids MIDWESTO.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: That is like accurate. Maybe Fresno.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: That's a harsh drop off too, from Los Angeles to Modesto. Indeed,
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: where are you going to find bar shows to do.
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: So do you miss them? Do you miss the La
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: bar shows?
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Of course? Of course what did travesty?
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Such a good and fun and productive scene. Love it

- 1:02:11Speaker 2: We Now that I know you or that I remember
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: this is your first Sean Stone and Tyrell Venture episode.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: We probably are going to power through the rest of
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: season three. I think I think we've covered everything except
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: most of season three.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: I'm down down to watch all of this.
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: We owe it to the governor always my governor forever
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: course I mean not really. He's I think a Trump supporter, so.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and he was never my governor actually, like I
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: literally have never been his constituent.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I never lived in Minnesota. So beyond that, do
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: we have anything to plug before we get out of here?
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: You can find me on Twitter and letterbox that hide there.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: Read my review of I can't remember what the last
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: thing I watched was, so it's a surprise surprise. Oh
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: you can read my review of Moonfall movie.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Oh good, how's that bad?
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: You know? I liked watching it because I am a
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: sucker for disaster movies and Roland Emerick does it better
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: than basically anyone, even though he is a sex pest.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: But uh yeah, I finally went back to the movies. Uh,
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: first time since Candy Man. I want to see Jackass.
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: What oh hell yeah?
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: What a delight god fucking amazing movie.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: Love it so much? Uh, I don't, I don't know,
