- 1:11Speaker 3: by P and C Bank, a lot of people think
- 1:13Speaker 3: podcasts about work are boring, and sure they definitely can be,
- 1:17Speaker 3: but understanding of professionals routine shows us how they achieve
- 1:21Speaker 3: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 1:25Speaker 3: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 1:28Speaker 3: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 1:31Speaker 3: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 1:34Speaker 3: or more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 1:38Speaker 3: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty
- 1:42Speaker 3: five is a service mark of the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc.
- 1:46Speaker 3: P and C Bank National Association Member FDIC.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Can we talk about the eight some eight dividends stocks? Yes?
- 1:55Speaker 1: Which one do you want to go through? First?
- 1:59Speaker 2: Let's start with uh let's start with Chevron.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Not the biggest oil and gas fan per se.
- 2:11Speaker 1: The long time. I do like it. I know they've
- 2:12Speaker 1: had some issues this year.
- 2:14Speaker 4: I slowly wouldn't get it for the dividend, but it
- 2:16Speaker 4: is one that you could invest into if it gets
- 2:19Speaker 4: back to one P fifty excuse me, one forty five
- 2:22Speaker 4: or one.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Forty I like it there.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Long term return is really good, but it's one of
- 2:30Speaker 4: those stocks you go out the whole for a couple
- 2:31Speaker 4: of years to get the best out of it.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah, the second one. I should probably made this the
- 2:36Speaker 2: first one.
- 2:37Speaker 3: You know what, we always tell you that AD is
- 2:39Speaker 3: like investing what you already paying, like you're paying bills.
- 2:43Speaker 3: A company like Verizon always comes to mind, and people
- 2:45Speaker 3: are like, well, it doesn't it doesn't move, it's been
- 2:48Speaker 3: trading sideways. I don't even know if it's consolidation anymore.
- 2:52Speaker 3: But it doesn't pay a dividend, So what do you think?
- 2:54Speaker 3: What's your thoughts around Horizon?
- 2:56Speaker 4: I like Verizon in theory, but Verizon one of those
- 2:59Speaker 4: stocks you have to buy us price, So thirty four
- 3:03Speaker 4: and below historically is where you should buy it. Some
- 3:05Speaker 4: from like twenty six to thirty fours where you should
- 3:07Speaker 4: buy it after that price.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I would not touch it.
- 3:10Speaker 4: But solid companies, solid management, the fundamentals are pretty strong.
- 3:17Speaker 4: But yeah, you have to buy it, like in a
- 3:18Speaker 4: particular zone if you can get a blow that like
- 3:20Speaker 4: twenty two bucks home run, but twenty seven to thirty
- 3:23Speaker 4: four as well.
- 3:23Speaker 2: I like it all right. How about Pfizer.
- 3:34Speaker 4: I don't know how they mismanaged your stock. I like
- 3:38Speaker 4: it at twenty four bucks. This is a stock club pick,
- 3:41Speaker 4: all star pick for sure. I talked about the decline
- 3:43Speaker 4: of it for a long period of time. They've mismanaged
- 3:46Speaker 4: some of their drugs, and once they lost the rights
- 3:48Speaker 4: to Viagra, it senth that business turning. They didn't innovate
- 3:51Speaker 4: fast enough, so that's the downside of them. But if
- 3:54Speaker 4: I can get them at fifteen forty six or twenty
- 4:00Speaker 4: three ten, I would love it at that price. Definitely
- 4:04Speaker 4: not top three. They're kind of liking at amb space
- 4:06Speaker 4: where they're not the front runner in their sector, but
- 4:09Speaker 4: they're still valuable. So yeah, based on price, I do
- 4:12Speaker 4: like them.
- 4:14Speaker 2: All right. How about UPS?
- 4:22Speaker 1: Ironically enough, I like UPS.
- 4:24Speaker 4: I would like it at one twenty four thirty and
- 4:27Speaker 4: I will hold that for your long period of time.
- 4:29Speaker 4: They do have some some stiff competition, but if you're
- 4:32Speaker 4: looking for a dividend that is not the usual dividend
- 4:36Speaker 4: based on price, I would get it at one twenty
- 4:38Speaker 4: four below.
- 4:41Speaker 3: All right, So we got furs and fives of UPS.
- 4:45Speaker 3: How about your old price? Interesting company?
- 4:48Speaker 4: Yeah, interesting company. I definitely do like it. I know
- 4:52Speaker 4: they had a great spike up in twenty twenty one
- 4:56Speaker 4: at one hundred or below. I like it, solid business,
- 5:00Speaker 4: liked them for a long time. The financial space is tough,
- 5:02Speaker 4: but decent dividend and if you can get it at
- 5:05Speaker 4: a one hundred or below, it is a great place
- 5:07Speaker 4: to be able to get in if you are looking
- 5:09Speaker 4: for a dividend.
- 5:12Speaker 2: How about CBS.
- 5:12Speaker 3: You talk about a company that we saw a spike
- 5:14Speaker 3: in during the pandemic, I mean twenty twenty to twenty
- 5:19Speaker 3: twenty two. I mean it was it was on a
- 5:21Speaker 3: tiars pulled back greatly. Thought around CBS.
- 5:26Speaker 4: I wouldn't touch unless I can get it at thirty one.
- 5:28Speaker 4: I almost wanted to bring back there or alive. At
- 5:33Speaker 4: thirty one, I wouldn't mind it. But anything above that
- 5:36Speaker 4: price is too expensive. They're currently fifty eight. They're in trouble.
- 5:42Speaker 4: And also to when you're chasing dividends, the point I
- 5:45Speaker 4: was making earlier is that if you have a video
- 5:47Speaker 4: printing one hundred percent returning and indexes giving you twenty
- 5:51Speaker 4: three percent twenty four percent, now make sure you're picking
- 5:54Speaker 4: a dividend with US high quality. Like I know people
- 5:56Speaker 4: leaned on AT and T for a while. AT and
- 5:58Speaker 4: T is terrible stock. Don't chase a dividend where you
- 6:02Speaker 4: can get that same kind of growth or better in
- 6:05Speaker 4: a stock that is number one in that sector, so
- 6:08Speaker 4: be mindful of that.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's a it's a tough space.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Man.
- 6:12Speaker 3: When I think about CVS, all right, I would you
- 6:15Speaker 3: know the right aids that used to exist are all gone.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Yep.
- 6:18Speaker 2: The Walgreens cutting back on the store is stribling up.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And Amazon is a main competitor and that half.
- 6:26Speaker 3: That's not the person you want to be competing with
- 6:28Speaker 3: in that space, especially when they could deliver prescriptions.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Straight to your home. Yes, there is no go pick up.
- 6:35Speaker 2: So yeah, how about craft craft?
- 6:39Speaker 4: Heindes, mm hmm, man, this would be dead or alive too.
- 6:46Speaker 4: So oh Craft and Kellogg's. I know y'all putting a
- 6:51Speaker 4: little pink ribbon on the products for breast cancer, moe,
- 6:54Speaker 4: how about you take out the cancer causing agents out
- 6:57Speaker 4: the food to show real solidarity craft that will not
- 7:00Speaker 4: touched for the dividend. Shout to the craft allegedly, thank you,
- 7:04Speaker 4: d I appreciate you so much.
- 7:06Speaker 3: They've banned some of this. I've just seen fruit loops
- 7:08Speaker 3: and apple jacks got banned in California.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Yeah, you can't put the red dyeing there and you know,
- 7:14Speaker 4: lead painting there and sell it to think that it's
- 7:17Speaker 4: gonna be allegedly this just jokes been by eighty five
- 7:20Speaker 4: sous but Craft no, Kellogg's no. And I think we
- 7:25Speaker 4: do need I know it sound like a politician, but
- 7:28Speaker 4: we do need products control and food reform in our
- 7:32Speaker 4: nation that scale.
- 7:34Speaker 1: So vitally important.
- 7:36Speaker 3: All right, well did we get last while we got
- 7:38Speaker 3: the last one? We did eight serious ticket, that's our
- 7:41Speaker 3: all right?
- 7:42Speaker 2: Serious?
- 7:43Speaker 4: Tell them I got Drew. He said he sent me
- 7:44Speaker 4: this question and I haven't been able to figure it out.
- 7:47Speaker 4: What is up with Warren Buffet in this big position?
- 7:49Speaker 1: Is serious?
- 7:50Speaker 2: I saw that recently.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I figure out why.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't.
- 7:57Speaker 1: It ain't because to call her daddy. No, you know
- 8:00Speaker 1: what I mean shouted.
- 8:01Speaker 2: How it starts to go over there?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Right?
- 8:03Speaker 2: You got the billion dollar deal?
- 8:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Maybe one of those situations where it's going to consolidate
- 8:08Speaker 4: for a while and maybe pop. But I don't see
- 8:10Speaker 4: in a media space why he would invest there but
- 8:14Speaker 4: not Netflix.
- 8:18Speaker 2: I've been trying to stake and yeah, I don't know.
- 8:22Speaker 1: We gotta really I don't get it.
- 8:24Speaker 4: I'm not saying it's bad, but I haven't been able
- 8:27Speaker 4: to theorize or build a thesis as to why, and
- 8:29Speaker 4: that's puzzling the hell out of me.
- 8:32Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 8:36Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 8:40Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:44Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:48Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:52Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine Noman, the United States
- 8:55Speaker 5: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 9:00Speaker 5: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 9:04Speaker 5: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 9:07Speaker 5: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 9:11Speaker 5: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 9:15Speaker 5: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 9:19Speaker 5: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 9:27Speaker 5: border and families will be protected.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
