- 0:34all that. It's in the link in the bio. Don't
- 0:37forget it. We've been here for a minute now with
- 0:44the mind games, with the mindless, with the shenanigans.
- 0:51We've been doing a lot of talking. We've been
- 0:53doing a lot of feeling. It's time to start moving
- 0:57the right way. We gonna move with intentions.
- 1:09That's what we here to do. That's what we here
- 1:12to talk about. Break down. Welcome to My Little
- 1:15Shenanigans. Where the takes are hot, the jokes
- 1:18are wild, and nothing is off limits. Quick disclaimer.
- 1:22Everything you hear is strictly opinion, personal
- 1:26perspective, or just flat out nonsense. We do
- 1:30not condone violence or violence behavior. Don't
- 1:33come for us. This is for entertainment purposes
- 1:35only, not facts, not legal advice, and definitely
- 1:40not safe for any sensitive ears. So buckle up
- 1:43and let the shenanigans begin. You kept hearing
- 1:49me say, I'm going to show you, but I can tell
- 1:51you. Let's dive deeper into that. There's going
- 1:56to be some waters today, so you might need to
- 1:58put the life vest on. For those who can't swim,
- 2:01stand from afar back. Take your notes. Make sure.
- 2:10Just like anywhere else. You walk into the room.
- 2:15It's all about the presence. Intentional presence
- 2:20controls everyone. That's why they can feel you.
- 2:25Before they see you. That's how before you already
- 2:30speak. Everything is already said. Those who
- 2:36know, know. The ones you recognize who have that
- 2:41energy. You feel it. You see it. You gravitate
- 2:48towards it. And it's undeniable. Are you moving
- 2:57the same way? Or do you have to voice what's
- 3:03being said? Not because silence is weakness.
- 3:11It's a form of the greatest power that you can
- 3:15possess before reacting or anything like that.
- 3:22Making sure you're moving with attention should
- 3:24be a purpose. How many of us wake up and check
- 3:30our phones before even knowing that? Are you
- 3:37taking the first 15 anyway? You wonder or remember
- 3:45what the first 15 was. First 15. Taking that
- 3:51time when you wake up. Giving your word and praise.
- 3:56Before you do anything. Right? That first 15
- 4:02sets the tone. That sets your attention for today.
- 4:07Getting a clear mind. Giving the thanks. Giving
- 4:11their praise. Do what you do regardless of religion
- 4:14or anything that you go with. Take that first
- 4:1715 to get a clear mind. To understand what you're
- 4:22about to do when you pick up your phone. Because
- 4:26now you're walking into an element that you can't
- 4:30control except your only reaction. So now you
- 4:35better move with the right energy. Same habits,
- 4:40same environments, same mindset. And you wonder
- 4:43why nothing's changing? Let's find out. Your
- 4:49passive versus intentional living is all your
- 4:55attention and your motives. Just like when you
- 5:00first wake up. What do you do when you first
- 5:04get up out of bed, when you first open your eyes?
- 5:08Let's say you do do the first 15. Do you check
- 5:11your phone, see missed messages, or is it to
- 5:15see your missed notifications from the social
- 5:17media? You check your work email, right? If you
- 5:25have security footage, are you checking that
- 5:27to see what happened overnight? Did you miss
- 5:28something? Is your work day or are you playing
- 5:35for the day, whether it be off or you got to
- 5:37go to work? Right. Do you know what you're going
- 5:41to do before you do it? And if you don't know,
- 5:44are you planning to do it? Set the tone for the
- 5:49day. Bring your energy. To your attention and
- 5:54to your purpose. Because just like anywhere,
- 5:58when you walk into somewhere. If you're having
- 6:01a bad day, your face tore up. It's going to seep
- 6:05off you. You might not have to say anything.
- 6:09Energy before words. When you say, oh, they know
- 6:13me. I walk in there. Don't say nothing. You at
- 6:16work for the first 15 minutes. That's because
- 6:21your energy that you bring in. You ain't got
- 6:24to tell us that you overslept, left your key,
- 6:27left your badge or whatever. And you just running
- 6:31behind in this all the mess. We can feel all
- 6:35of that. People feel you before they hear you.
- 6:41Your body language. That's one of the most silent,
- 6:45dominant things you can do. You can have. Let
- 6:52somebody call you out and say something that's
- 6:54false. What's going to happen? How do you react
- 6:57to that? How do you know what's going to do,
- 7:01what you're going to do about it? Your reaction,
- 7:04your body language, it can trigger them just
- 7:08by you remaining silent, not reacting, not bothered
- 7:12by it. Because we pick and choose what we want
- 7:17to react to. We pick and choose when or how big
- 7:23our reaction window is. Somebody say something,
- 7:27you know, that's crazy. You sit there and just
- 7:29laugh. Because you know it's nonsense. But let
- 7:36them say something that is nonsense that you
- 7:40don't like. You don't want to hear. That you've
- 7:43already previously showed discomfort with. How
- 7:50you going to show your dominance then? It's important
- 8:01to make sure people know your intentions. I'm
- 8:08going to show you better than I can tell you.
- 8:11Because if you didn't hear me, you're going to
- 8:13see me. And then you're going to feel me. Intentional
- 8:25people are planning, executing, And adapting.
- 8:33How often are you doing that? That should be
- 8:37part of your first routine as well. Before you
- 8:40pick up that phone. That's a reaction. Passive
- 8:47people are scrolling, reacting, surviving. Just
- 8:52getting through the day. Right? Yeah, they taking
- 8:56it all in, but they just really going through
- 8:58the motions. You see people. Every day like that.
- 9:04For different reasons. Different elements. Just
- 9:07literally going through. Some of y 'all call
- 9:09them NPCs. Most people react. Few people desire.
- 9:19That's the difference between. Somebody that's
- 9:21passive. The body who's intentional. Try to get
- 9:27intentional. Let's work on that. Move with the
- 9:31purpose. Move with your intentions. Understand
- 9:34what they are. That's the difference. Just like.
- 9:41You like to say the hustle, right? The illusion
- 9:46of hustle. Motion or progress. Let's go a little
- 9:53bit deeper. So we glorify and amp up. Everybody
- 10:00was busy and whoop -de -whoop -de -whoo, right?
- 10:04Or that's just moving. But what's actually happening?
- 10:09Now you can say, just because you haven't seen
- 10:12it, don't mean it's not happening. True. Because
- 10:16two things can be true. And I'm not going to
- 10:20forget that because I'm going to mention that
- 10:22again. So write that down in your notes. But
- 10:26let's use it for example. You running on a treadmill
- 10:31for 10 hours. Yes, you can burn, you're getting
- 10:35what you need to, right? You're getting the physical,
- 10:38right? But physically, you're still in the same
- 10:40room. Yes, your intention is you're getting all
- 10:47the fat off, you're cutting down, you're getting
- 10:49stamina. But when it comes to you doing the same
- 10:52thing every day, now, are you doing a treadmill
- 10:56in your home? Are you going to a gym? Are you
- 11:00doing triathlon? What is your intention of running
- 11:04those 10 miles? Are you trying to get it to 15?
- 11:08Are you trying to get it to 20? Or are you just
- 11:12trying to make sure you can clear 10? This is
- 11:19the reality check behind that. You are truly
- 11:22tired because we're doing too much. Doing too
- 11:29much of the wrong things. Because the intent
- 11:33behind it. Right? Just doing a lot of moving.
- 11:41A lot of motion. Right? But where's the progress
- 11:45at? Some of us, depending on what you're doing,
- 11:50will say it's based on the numbers. Whether that
- 11:54be sales, content. Or something like that. But
- 12:00is the art getting better? Is it getting easier?
- 12:05Is the passion and thirst still there? Difference
- 12:11between your emotion and your progress. Because
- 12:15the progress might not show in the same way that
- 12:18somebody else want to validate your success.
- 12:22So make sure that what you're doing, you understand
- 12:24your intentions. If you're doing content, yes,
- 12:30you want to be consistent in posting every day,
- 12:32but make sure you also are getting better at
- 12:34your craft, right? Critique yourself. No different
- 12:39than an artist, no different than a musician,
- 12:41right? What's the intent of you going to the
- 12:47studio every day? Is it just to record and get
- 12:49something down? You got something on there? Or
- 12:53because you're really trying to... Get in there
- 12:55and you need to hear and improve your sound because,
- 12:57no, you might not have the equipment to go at
- 12:59home and do it. So, yeah, you need to go to the
- 13:01studio, edit, have somebody go behind there and
- 13:05get to do that. But then at work, you're just
- 13:07writing at home. No different than the athlete.
- 13:14Whether it be professional or whatever, anything
- 13:17like that, you just do that. Because, yeah, that's
- 13:22so good, Mark, to take you down. And it's going
- 13:24to hit and it's going to blow you back. But the
- 13:27sniper is taking you out. Period. That's his
- 13:31job. That's the intention. Exact target. Make
- 13:43sure you take that first 15. Understand your
- 13:48purpose. You wake up, take that phone. You start
- 13:54reacting. It's a wrap for you. Because you want
- 14:02to have to make sure you know the difference
- 14:03between having some of your mindless habits and
- 14:07some of your strategic habits. That can define
- 14:13how your day goes, your purpose, your energy.
- 14:22Most people react to the rules. Intentional people
- 14:26control the rules. That's why you feel them.
- 14:32You don't have to say nothing. If you move with
- 14:38intentions, you're going to use your logic first.
- 14:43You're not going to react. Remember that. So
- 14:50what are some of the. Things that we do that
- 14:54are some of the mindless habits, right? Talked
- 14:57about it weeks ago. Doom scroll. Just wake up
- 15:04in your phone for an hour, two hours on the phone,
- 15:07just scrolling. They didn't even realize what
- 15:09time it is. Yeah, you're up early. But what is
- 15:13your intentions on being up early? Because you
- 15:16want to just be up early enough of time to take
- 15:18the kids, make sure that you up before them.
- 15:21But are you getting yourself ready and mentally
- 15:23prepared for them? If you claim is using your
- 15:26phone and doing scrolling in, OK, get off on
- 15:29that. Or just random spending. How many of us
- 15:37react to when we are in an emotional state? Go
- 15:41buy something, go spend something, no matter
- 15:44what it is. Ice cream, cookies, cakes, something
- 15:48sweet. So clothes, some shoes, some of our vices,
- 15:55right? Yeah. Or not structuring your day. Just
- 16:03waking up and just whatever happens, just going
- 16:06with the flow. And I get that too. Not stressing,
- 16:09not worrying about it. Not having any anxiety
- 16:11about, you know, having any worries, right? But
- 16:16you got to have some structure. In order to move
- 16:19with some intention, otherwise. You just. What?
- 16:26Mindless. That's the difference. That's the that's
- 16:33the big difference. So. Intentional habits. Right.
- 16:39So if you know you got a job or you got to go
- 16:42to work, you have scheduled time that you send
- 16:45time for that. Right. So. Why not schedule time
- 16:49blocks throughout the day, right? So if you know
- 16:53you got to work, and if you know you got so much
- 16:56time to pick up the kids, and there's something
- 16:57to do in between that you can, why not take care
- 17:00of that, right? The more we intend to use our
- 17:06time and manage our time, the less we'll get
- 17:10away from any mindless shenanigans. But some
- 17:19of us and some of y 'all are great at writing
- 17:22down things like your goals, having a calendar,
- 17:26things like that, right? Keeping a structure,
- 17:30keeping a purpose, keeping yourself accountable,
- 17:35being your own op. You can catch yourself slipping
- 17:42because it's documented because that's what everybody
- 17:45want out here. A document. Another way. An intentional
- 17:52person. Right. You're going to have. Make sure
- 17:57you. Protect your energy. You know me. I'm going
- 18:01to tell you. I'm going to protect. So if I got
- 18:04to walk away. That's what I'm going to do. Might
- 18:08tell you to step away. But at the end of the
- 18:13day. I'm going to protect my energy. Because.
- 18:16I won't allow you to one, give you the power
- 18:19to think you're going to allow me to react. And
- 18:24two, I have to carry the weight of what you think
- 18:28I'm going to get triggered by. I got to carry
- 18:32the weight of the trigger and the reaction and
- 18:34the outcome and the perception of what I do based
- 18:38on your intentions. That's why you need to build
- 18:50your reaction window. That's why you got to take
- 18:53a pause. That's why you got to move with intention.
- 18:57Let everybody know you ain't to be fucked with.
- 19:05Because if they don't know, you better let them.
- 19:10Because I'm going to show you before I tell you.
- 19:14That's the biggest difference. What are you going
- 19:19to do about it? Your habits are your receipts.
- 19:26Everybody like to keep them, but those are your
- 19:28receipts. Your habits show exactly what your
- 19:33priorities are. So let's think about what those
- 19:36are. What's your priorities? You got kids. How
- 19:41are you balancing that between your own well
- 19:45-being and what you want to do? Or what needs
- 19:48to be done. Taking care of the bills. Taking
- 19:53care of the household. And taking care of your
- 19:55business. As soon as you got those tax money.
- 20:00What was your priority? What was on your mind?
- 20:03What were you thinking about doing? I'm just
- 20:08saying. So. It's easy just to fall into that.
- 20:16And it's easy to just fall into those habits.
- 20:21And for those who was ready to get them seafood
- 20:28boilies, I'm ashamed of y 'all. You know you
- 20:34needed some new tires. Know you needed some break.
- 20:41And some shoes. But I ain't mad at you. You're
- 20:46going to do what you're going to do and you got
- 20:47to do what you got to do to make you feel good.
- 20:52But make sure you understand the cost of that.
- 20:56Make sure you know the weight that you got to
- 20:59carry. And the intentions of that. But some of
- 21:07us kind of go through the other side where we're
- 21:11going through with. we kind of just what some
- 21:15people call going through the motions or autopilot
- 21:18right so for us that are indecisive because this
- 21:25is a pay it's a cost it's a tax you won't have
- 21:29to pay being indecisive right so yes sometimes
- 21:34can be more cautious can be more safe they make
- 21:38a decision things won't stay the same sometimes
- 21:42they won't But the reality is not making a choice.
- 21:48You're choosing to let everything around you
- 21:51dictate what's going on. So think about that
- 21:58for a second. What's happened to you? Some things
- 22:05you allowed it to. Yes, people have done things
- 22:10to you. Did you wrong and did you dirty? How
- 22:15did you handle that? How did you react to that?
- 22:19It's something that are unforgivable and something
- 22:22that you really can't. Unspeakable things you
- 22:26can't control and have no control over. But you
- 22:30can influence the outcome after that. Right.
- 22:34That's just like for example at work. If you
- 22:41let. How you still overcome what your purpose
- 22:48of being there is for, which is to work, service
- 22:52a job, and make money for your check, bring home,
- 22:56provide for your family. You're not moving with
- 22:59the right intentions. Yeah, it bothers you, whatever
- 23:04it is. But don't try to let it consume you either.
- 23:13Right? Or just like on your algorithm. Right?
- 23:17Don't let that dictate your whole day. Don't
- 23:20let a bad post or something that you saw some
- 23:24fake news about or rumor ruin your day. Whether
- 23:29it be about you or somebody else. Easier said
- 23:32than done. Because we're going to get through
- 23:37it. Because you're really going to have a choice.
- 23:42You can adapt or you can survive. So know your
- 23:47intentions when you're moving. So those times
- 23:52when you're just going through the motions and
- 23:55you're drifting off, you're paying the autopilot
- 23:59tax. Your time, potential, your peace of mind.
- 24:10Intention is how you take back. All of it. That's
- 24:16how you take the control back. But it starts
- 24:21with taking a pause. Because if you're drifting,
- 24:27you're moving. You're just now offline. So you're
- 24:32better just to stop before you go off course.
- 24:37If you're drifting away, drift away from the
- 24:39wrong stuff. The distractions. The noise. The
- 24:42chaos. It's a price to pay. To get what you need.
- 24:52And also what you want. And those who got it.
- 24:57They'll tell you. It costs. You got to be willing
- 25:03to sacrifice for it. You got to be willing to
- 25:06adapt. Make sure you understand what you're giving
- 25:12a difference between your time and your purpose.
- 25:18I used to want to match energy. Then put 100
- 25:22on there. Now, I'm going to show you how we can
- 25:28shift the energy. Because there's a difference
- 25:32between that. Because the people who shift energy,
- 25:35the people who match energy, Shows the difference
- 25:38between the leaders and the followers. When you
- 25:42get a new boss, a new coworker or something like
- 25:46that, they come in there, the energy is different.
- 25:52Right? It's a reason why there's a replacement
- 25:56or somebody came in. It's supposed to be a shift.
- 26:01If you match what was going on and the results
- 26:03weren't what they were, Even what they are. You
- 26:06still want to excel and go above and beyond.
- 26:09So you need to shift the energy. Right. A follower
- 26:15is going to match. A leader is going to shift.
- 26:24So before you go back and forth with somebody.
- 26:27Set the tone. Don't take it in. Don't inherit
- 26:32the chaos. Don't inherit the negativity. Set
- 26:37it. You want it to be positive and uplifting
- 26:41and bringing? You need to set that. That way
- 26:46they're responsible for upholding their inner
- 26:48bargain. Also, it's your responsibility to shift
- 26:53any energy that can possibly trigger you to react.
- 26:59That's why you need a bigger reaction window.
- 27:02That's why you need to step back and pause. Because
- 27:05you're responsible for the outcome of your reactions.
- 27:09Not anybody else. Regardless of what they did
- 27:12to trigger you. And that's why we got to realize.
- 27:19Right. That's what we got to realize. Your energy.
- 27:28Most important thing. Obviously in your time.
- 27:32Right. People can zap you of your energy. People
- 27:37can waste your time. That's why you got to move
- 27:41with intentions. Your attention acts like a bouncer.
- 27:53Right? It's like when you got a text. You can
- 27:57either engage in it, reply, block, or whatever.
- 28:02That's the form of emotional discipline. Now,
- 28:06yes, you have an advantage of a person not being
- 28:08in front of you and different things like that.
- 28:12But if a conflict doesn't align on what you're
- 28:14doing, deny it. Hit the mute button. Pause. You
- 28:27the VIP. Your energy is the VIP. So every thought,
- 28:34every drama, distraction, if you let it come
- 28:38through there, that's your choice. You got to
- 28:41carry the weight. You got to handle it. And you
- 28:44better do it the right way. Just like how they
- 28:51say everybody can get access to your home. Everybody
- 28:55shouldn't have access to your reaction, to your
- 28:57energy, to your time. It's going to lose its
- 29:01value. So how much are you willing to give it
- 29:07to value it? Just like how they say, your time,
- 29:13they pay you for what you're worth. Well, if
- 29:17you react to everything, what is your energy
- 29:21and time actually worth? That means you're easily
- 29:24triggered, easy to set off, and don't have any
- 29:26emotional discipline. And that means you're out
- 29:31here moving models. Then walk into the reaction
- 29:39trap. Take a pause. Open up your reaction window.
- 29:46And then respond. Talk to me with your logic.
- 29:53Not with your emotion. Because I said what I
- 29:57said. And if you didn't hear me, I'm going to
- 30:03show you so you don't forget. This is my own
- 30:09shenanigans. Make sure y 'all stay tuned. Everybody
- 30:15got 24 hours in the day. What are you doing?
- 30:19Just because we got 24 hours in the day doesn't
- 30:21mean everybody getting the same results. That's
- 30:24the problem out here. That's also okay because
- 30:27we also aware that everybody's not moving with
- 30:30the same intention. Time isn't an issue. Direction
- 30:34is. You don't lack time. You lack target. Busy
- 30:42again doesn't mean you're productive. Emotion
- 30:45doesn't mean you have progress. So fellas, for
- 30:50example, if a lady out here, you want to see
- 30:54you, you want to spend some time, make sure you
- 30:57let her know that you're out here moving with
- 31:01the intention of building your business and taking
- 31:05care of that. Because at the end of the day,
- 31:07if you ain't doing that. You don't wonder what
- 31:11your intentions are with her. Don't forget that
- 31:15part. Attention is just a filter. What did that
- 31:21mean? If you're moving with attention, that mean
- 31:25you can't be accessible to everything and everybody
- 31:28else. Right. Right. So that means. I'm doing
- 31:35this with a purpose. My time. And my access is
- 31:40going to be limited because of my intentions.
- 31:45What are the intentions of the people that's
- 31:47bringing attention or energy around you? That's
- 31:50what we need to focus on. Right. So that doesn't
- 31:55mean you shouldn't make time or not give her
- 31:59any attention, but just also let her aware of
- 32:03your intentions. because the way you are moving.
- 32:06Some people do misread your intentions because
- 32:09of how you're moving. So sometimes giving them
- 32:14that disclaimer might help a little bit. Smooth
- 32:19little bit of some triggers out there for y 'all.
- 32:23A lack of communication doesn't mean you're showing
- 32:29them as well. Let me make me clear on that. Okay?
- 32:37So, if they don't respond to what you told them,
- 32:42you show them afterwards. But don't just be out
- 32:45here just showing motherfuckers because you and
- 32:48your feelings. That's not what we're here to
- 32:51do. That's not what I'm here to teach you. Right?
- 32:58Because if you do that, you'll make sure everything
- 33:03is right. just like how you start your day so
- 33:07let's go back to that right just a little small
- 33:10things right we talked about the first 15 starting
- 33:15your day off right getting your energy right
- 33:17getting your focus to find your purpose right
- 33:21but just like new year's resolutions right you
- 33:25hear some people still doing them to kind of
- 33:27fade away whatever right but Almost nobody sets
- 33:33intentions for the hour, for the year. So if
- 33:38we start just by the hour, by the hour, by the
- 33:44hour, those become days, become weeks, becomes
- 33:49months, become that year. So let's start smaller
- 33:55before we try to get a wider perspective on what
- 33:58our goals are. We're going to get to it, but
- 34:03goals are cheap, but the intention is what really
- 34:06matters, right? Because you got to make sure
- 34:09it's right. You got to have a plan, the intentions,
- 34:13right? Because the life you want isn't built
- 34:19overnight. It takes small sacrifices. The things
- 34:26that people don't see behind the closed door.
- 34:30Those long nights. That's what matters. And everybody
- 34:39that I'm putting in some hard work and sacrifice
- 34:41is going to tell you that's what it's going to
- 34:44take. This like. Open to your phone. What is
- 34:55your intention? Right. You talked about your
- 34:58screen time. and your notification, and basically
- 35:03it shows you how many pickups and things you
- 35:05got like that, right? So what is your intention
- 35:08when you pick up your phone? What is your intention
- 35:13before you walk into that work meeting? What
- 35:17is your intention before you speak out of anger?
- 35:23That's why you need to pause. That's why you
- 35:27need to open up your reaction window. Get some
- 35:29fresh air in there. Right. Breathe a little bit.
- 35:44Being self -aware is going to bring you the things,
- 35:51the emotional discipline to master your life.
- 35:58Because you got to have intent to have purpose
- 36:00in order to become a master. And don't look at
- 36:05that that way, because I'll say what I said.
- 36:10The reason why small intentions are expensive
- 36:12is because they require the constant self -awareness,
- 36:19right? The the the relentlessness. The requirement
- 36:25to be constant. Right? Big goals are cheap. It
- 36:36takes a lot to work on that hour by hour by hour.
- 36:44A goal for the week, you can skip today, tomorrow,
- 36:47and maybe even this way. And then you got just
- 36:50enough time to get it in. Where's the consistency
- 36:54at? Right. So just like, for example, we talked
- 37:01about it moving with intentions, how your day
- 37:05goes with the first routine. Wake up the first
- 37:10routine. Right. Now you check in with your schedule
- 37:15is for the day. Are you setting your time blocks?
- 37:20Are you setting up your schedule for the day
- 37:22or are you just one running mindless because.
- 37:25Today is Tuesday. You got to be at work at a
- 37:27certain time. The kids got to be there. Are you
- 37:34reacting and responding? Are you planning what
- 37:36you have to do? Yes, you did it last week, week
- 37:41before, even a month before. Are you still running
- 37:44into the same problems that you had at that same
- 37:46time? Are you doing anything different? That's
- 37:51the problem. We're not doing anything different.
- 37:54And we don't even recognize it. Go ahead and
- 37:59start the execution. Once you got your day planned
- 38:03out, go ahead and start executing what you need
- 38:06to do. Regardless of what it is. That should
- 38:09be the middle of the day. By the nighttime, go
- 38:14ahead and reflect. And you take a shower. You're
- 38:17in the eight. Put the kids to night. Reflect
- 38:20on that. Look up. And you reset. Let it all out.
- 38:27That pause. If you need to react, go ahead and
- 38:35let it out. Right? Because think about this.
- 38:43What is your attention zone when you walk into
- 38:46your job interview? You want to give a first
- 38:51impression. You want to make sure you're respectable,
- 38:54you're knowledgeable, you're likable. No different
- 38:59than on the first date, right? You want to kind
- 39:04of show off your personality, this and this and
- 39:06that. Why can't you bring that same intention
- 39:09or energy all the time? We can go to a networking
- 39:19event, right? What is your intentions? To meet
- 39:25people. To sell yourself. To learn. You're navigating
- 39:31and adapting. Is it because of the environment
- 39:35that we're in? Or you show up to work. Right?
- 39:45When you're waking up. Some of us. When we do
- 39:50get on social media, right, we're watching the
- 39:54things, for example, like some motivational stuff.
- 39:58You're watching motivational stuff all day. You're
- 40:01supposed to get expired, but you haven't done
- 40:03one thing that was actually productive at all.
- 40:12Nothing with the intent. Yeah, you might have
- 40:17cooked something and... Did the laundry you were
- 40:20supposed to do three days ago. But there's other
- 40:24stuff that needs to be done too. Start your day
- 40:29off right. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
- 40:33The thing that you've been waiting off for six
- 40:36months now. Go ahead and take care of that big
- 40:39bruh. Go ahead and knock it off the list. Your
- 40:46girl keep bugging you about it. You keep getting
- 40:50an email about the same thing. Go on and take
- 40:52care of that, bro. That shit passed, dude. I'll
- 40:56sign that paperwork and turn that in. Your tag's
- 41:01been expired for three months now. You done got
- 41:05a warning, two, three warnings now. Go on here
- 41:08and replace them tags. what's what's uh some
- 41:21of the the fake things that people claim that
- 41:25they that they got to do throughout the day right
- 41:29so real versus fake productivity that's something
- 41:35y 'all claim to be doing right so what does that
- 41:41look like It looks like mindless behaviors. You're
- 41:50just reacting, consuming, waiting, and complaining
- 41:53about the things that should be happening that
- 41:56you're not doing. When if you were intentional
- 42:00about it, you would plan, you would create, you
- 42:04would adapt and act on it. That's productivity.
- 42:17You got a project. Yeah, it might not be complete,
- 42:20but is it getting worked on every day? And is
- 42:24it actually getting progress? Or are you just
- 42:25talking about it? Isn't it just the idea that's
- 42:29there? Is it fantasy? Is it hope? What is your
- 42:36intention behind that idea? Don't wait. Plan.
- 42:48Don't let it consume you. Create it. Put it out
- 42:52there. Adapt. Don't wait. Don't complain. Act
- 43:01on it. That's the difference between somebody
- 43:07who's doing something intentional and passive.
- 43:14Because you've seen it. You've seen it. How many
- 43:18of us seen the people who you now said a while
- 43:24ago y 'all quote unquote called glowed up, but
- 43:29they just really cut out all the bullshit, all
- 43:33the distractions, all the nonsense. They done
- 43:37leveled up in their career, their personal life.
- 43:42Now y 'all be shining, nephew. Because I'm moving
- 43:49with intentions now. I ain't with none of the
- 43:51nonsense. When you stop reacting emotionally,
- 43:55you get improved relationships. And I'm not just
- 43:59talking about what your girlfriend or boyfriend,
- 44:01work, friends, strangers, right? Because it might
- 44:07have been somebody who might have approached
- 44:09you or walked you a certain way to where your
- 44:12reaction, now you met somebody who you got a
- 44:15common interest with. Who could be beneficiary.
- 44:19Or adversary in your life. All because of how
- 44:22you reacted. And changed your mindset. And the
- 44:26intentions of what you wanted to do. You didn't
- 44:30look for chaos. Or a problem. You took a pause.
- 44:36Opened up your reacting window. Period is that.
- 44:41Alright. So now. This person is also. So called.
- 44:47Moving with more attention. When you got more
- 44:50structured time. You can also make more money.
- 44:56Because there's no distractions. Easier focus.
- 45:02Less noise. Right. And it's not always about.
- 45:09Money that starts with you going up or getting
- 45:11better or leveling up. It starts with the decisions
- 45:14that you make it right now. It starts with your
- 45:16decision to react or not react. To walk away.
- 45:20To be silent sometimes. To let people talk and
- 45:24just listen. And pause. How many of us can just
- 45:34do that? We make better decisions. It'll be better.
- 45:44Intentional actions. you're going to have intentional
- 45:46results. So, if you're planning on doing some
- 45:49fuck shit, you're going to have some fuck shit
- 45:50results. If you're planning on doing something
- 45:52intentional with a purpose that's productive,
- 45:54you're going to get productive results. That's
- 45:57the difference. And if it feels random, it's
- 46:04because that's what your actions are. Mindless.
- 46:13Don't do anything random. Move with intention.
- 46:18Move with your purpose. Intentional actions create
- 46:28intentional results. And if it feels random,
- 46:31it's because your actions are. If you don't walk
- 46:36in the rooms hoping for respect, you walk in
- 46:39already deciding the tone. Nobody should be walking
- 46:45in questioning about what they expect from you.
- 46:51You shouldn't walk in questioning the respect
- 46:54people have for you. Give the intention of moving
- 47:01with respect. Command it as you walk into the
- 47:06room. Set the tone. By Bruce Lee. And don't forget.
- 47:17Write this down. You will continue to suffer.
- 47:22If you allow. Your emotional. Reaction. In everything
- 47:30that is said. The power of sitting back. And
- 47:37observing everything. With logic. If words could
- 47:42control you. That means everything else can control
- 47:45you. Breathe. And allow things to pass. I am
- 47:55Sir Dye. This is Miles Sinanagus. Thank you for
