  Speaker 1: right now. You know, I'm not mad at it. Pray

  Speaker 1: was one of my favorite films in a long time,

  Speaker 1: especially in the Predator franchise. Is probably I don't know,

  Speaker 1: and I still love them first too, but it's at least,

  Speaker 1: it's an action films. It's not one of those movies

  Speaker 1: where it's like a deep ass plot or anything. But

  Speaker 1: we're gonna avoid any bid spoilers and all that stuff

  Speaker 1: so you don't have to worry about it. So you

  Speaker 1: can see this movie, you know, after you listen to this.

  Speaker 1: So right off the bat, what did y'all think of it?

  Speaker 1: What was your you know, just overall thoughts on this movie?

  Speaker 6: interaction we've seen any of the Predator clans have, like dialogue, Theaza,

  Speaker 8: see the ecstasies they put back into Killer Killers, you'll

  Speaker 8: see there's so many elements of that here, and there's

  Speaker 8: so many hints to those other universes, so you can

  Speaker 8: see he was building because I remember what I heard

  Speaker 8: he was gonna do Killer Killers that it was animated.

  Speaker 8: I'm like, why is it in a minute film? The

  Speaker 8: I yes, it's a horror movie, but I don't know.

  Speaker 8: Yeah, it didn't feel like horror horror heavy, you know,

  Speaker 1: the action realm for the most part. This is like

  Speaker 1: slight hints of horror. But this is another you know,

  Speaker 1: action world. So I wouldn't you know going if you're

  Speaker 1: looking for a horror movie, this ain't it.

  Speaker 7: Or you're scared to see it because you think it's

  Speaker 7: a horror movie.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, no, don't worry about the kids. Were I don't

  Speaker 4: You know, going into this, I was a huge fan

  Speaker 4: of Dan tracking bird things, just of Prey, you know,

  Speaker 4: pray and stuff like that and all his influence, all
• 8:25
  Speaker 4: his influence and what influenced these movies. First of all,
• 8:28
  Speaker 4: his video games always influenced a lot of these movies,
• 8:30
  Speaker 4: which I love about it a lot.

  Speaker 3: He draws a lot of.
• 8:33
  Speaker 4: Inspiration from video games when he makes his movies and stuff,

  Speaker 4: so you can always see that in this stuff.

  Speaker 3: And what I like about Battle, I enjoyed it a lot.

  Speaker 4: But I enjoyed about it is we finally get to
• 8:43
  Speaker 4: see a yaucha as a protagonist in the movie and
• 8:46
  Speaker 4: not being hunted or hunting humans.
• 8:50
  Speaker 1: You know.

  Speaker 4: I love the fact that there's no humans in this movie,
• 8:53
  Speaker 4: no human fodder in this movie at all. And I
• 8:56
  Speaker 4: love the fact that he built on that Lord that
• 8:59
  Speaker 4: we gotta like taste stuff in those I want to say, well,

  Speaker 4: they're not that great. Those AVP movies, we got some lore.
• 9:07
  Speaker 4: It was all over the place, you know, there was
• 9:09
  Speaker 4: a lot of crazy things in it. But this is
• 9:12
  Speaker 4: is he's really tightening it up. And I like the
• 9:14
  Speaker 4: fact that he's he makes these movies as fans like
• 9:17
  Speaker 4: he is a fan. You could tell he reads these
• 9:19
  Speaker 4: com books. He pays attention to everything in it. Him
• 9:22
  Speaker 4: and Fetti, they literally pay attention to the lore about
• 9:26
  Speaker 4: these franchises. And I feel that really working towards building
• 9:30
  Speaker 4: something together and giving us a proper probably a VP
• 9:35
  Speaker 4: situation and stuff like that. And I just sat there
• 9:39
  Speaker 4: and watched this thing, and you know it really it's
• 9:43
  Speaker 4: not even it lacks dialogue. It's not even that much
• 9:45
  Speaker 4: real dialogue, right, And that's a really great part about it,
• 9:48
  Speaker 4: just this whole yaucha language and seeing how they operate
• 9:52
  Speaker 4: as a species and how they move around, and just
• 9:55
  Speaker 4: being on this this world that we never experienced before,
• 9:58
  Speaker 4: this crazy planet that's literally like every single thing is

  Speaker 4: in there it can kill you.

  Speaker 3: And how he maneuvers through that was just fun to watch.

  Speaker 3: From beginning to end.

  Speaker 4: It's like it starts so fast and it stays that
• 10:09
  Speaker 4: way throughout. It's not really there's not many that many
• 10:11
  Speaker 4: slowdowns in it. I really enjoyed it all right.

  Speaker 1: Well, my overall thoughts were, like y'all said, I didn't
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: think it was as good as Pray. I think Pray
• 10:20
  Speaker 1: was such a surprise, you know, because the last few
• 10:23
  Speaker 1: Predator movies have not been that good, so it was like, Yo,
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: finally a dope one. So this to me wasn't that good.

  Speaker 1: But at the same time, I was really once again

  Speaker 1: very surprised. I didn't Killer of Killers were just violence

  Speaker 1: to me, And I'm at the point I don't know

  Speaker 1: if my life, for my age whatever where I really

  Speaker 1: don't watch a lot of violence. You know. It's like

  Speaker 1: it's something that I find kind of disturbing now, and

  Speaker 1: so I really avoid a lot of it. So Kilor

  Speaker 1: of Killers, I was just like, all right, this is

  Speaker 1: pretty ron and I'm done. And so I think I

  Speaker 1: turned it off after the second in that one.

  Speaker 1: I mean Badlands, there's definitely you know, warning for people

  Speaker 1: like me. It is excessively violent. You know, there were

  Speaker 1: definitely points in it where I was like, yo, I.

  Speaker 8: Think I was thinking, like, uh, we just said they're

  Speaker 8: not humans, and I think I was thinking of it

  Speaker 1: it so many times. I guess that one doesn't affect

  Speaker 1: incess of violence in that film and a lot of

  Speaker 1: other films that I grew up on. But warning for

  Speaker 1: the Predator be a protagonist. I really liked el Fanning

  Speaker 1: as the second protagonist. You know, of everyone who's seen

  Speaker 1: the trailers. She plays a synthetic robot who has been
