- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:44Hi, Adam here, And you're about to listen to a hypnosis session
- 0:49that is designed not just to get a good night's sleep, but get a
- 0:54good night's sleep where you can wake.
- 0:57Up the following. Day with a sense of clarity and
- 1:01intention. And a lot of people don't really
- 1:05think about what they're going to do the next day.
- 1:07But there is a real powerful benefit to thinking about what
- 1:11you want to achieve the next day before you go to sleep, and that
- 1:15is that you're unconscious can start.
- 1:17Going to work on organizing. Resources and ideas and
- 1:21strategies to help you with that intention.
- 1:25But what's really important is that the suggestion has to be
- 1:28that you can sleep while you're sleeping and then have the
- 1:31resources when you need it. A lot of people that that
- 1:35struggle with sleeping have the opposite and that is that they
- 1:38don't really sleep too well at night because their brain is
- 1:42trying to solve the problems that don't need to be solved at
- 1:46night. They need to be solved the
- 1:48following day. And therefore the brain is
- 1:51thinking, oh, I need to do this, I need to send this e-mail.
- 1:53I need to have that conversation.
- 1:55Actually, the resources are useful more useful the following
- 1:58day. Rather than at. 3:00 in the
- 2:00morning when you can't do anything about it.
- 2:03And it tends to be people that have a lot of responsibilities,
- 2:06a lot of open loops, a lot of challenges that tend to have
- 2:10that disrupted sleep because there is a thought connected to
- 2:13an emotion that releases an element of cortisol, which is
- 2:17the stress hormone that's not useful when you're sleeping.
- 2:21So this hypnosis session is designed to do 2 things.
- 2:24One, elicit and think about the actual intentions and, and what
- 2:29you want to do the following day.
- 2:31And then secondly, have the sleep hypnosis so that you've
- 2:34got the resources and the energy to actually do that.
- 2:38Now, this was created for a specific client.
- 2:41Some of the suggestions would be perfect for them, but may not be
- 2:45quite suitable for you. So just ignore any suggestions
- 2:48that don't really make sense for you and your situation.
- 2:52And if you like the idea of doing hypnosis but you're not
- 2:56sure if you would make a good candidate.
- 2:59In the. Description There is actually a
- 3:01suitability test, a quick two-minute test and you can
- 3:04figure out if hypnotherapy would be good for you and if you would
- 3:07be good for hypnotherapy. So if you're curious about that
- 3:10kind of stuff then check out the link in the description.
- 3:14For now though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you're
- 3:17not going to be disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 3:59Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe in, breathe in that
- 4:08slow, long, relaxing breath, and as you exhale, allow yourself to
- 4:18release any feelings, emotions, or tension that would impede
- 4:26your ability to drift off into a wonderful, rejuvenating deep
- 4:33sleep. Breathing in, relaxation as you
- 4:40position your body in such a way to facilitate deep feelings of
- 4:49calm and relaxation. That's it.
- 5:00Deeper and deeper, relaxed as you start to scan your body for
- 5:08any clues of tension, setting the intention to release it,
- 5:16releasing that tension every time you have that long outward
- 5:23breath, enabling you to go deeper and deeper, relaxed.
- 5:44And maybe you start to notice those things that normally
- 5:52remain unnoticed. The weight of an arm or a leg,
- 6:01the rhythm of your breathing. And maybe you can even notice
- 6:10the sensation of a pulse or a heartbeat.
- 6:17That's it. Drifting deeper and deeper,
- 6:23relaxed. There is nothing to do, just to
- 6:34be. As you breathe in and breathe
- 6:38out, just imagine a wave of release flowing through your
- 6:45entire body, softening and loosening the muscles around
- 6:53your eyes, your jaw, your shoulders, and your chest.
- 7:04All the way deep down to the tips of your fingers, all the
- 7:10way down your legs to your toes. And with each and every breath,
- 7:19feel how good it feels to drift deeper, deeper into comfort,
- 7:28into rest. And I wonder if you can feel how
- 7:37good it would feel to close any loops of the day, mentally erase
- 7:43anything that's been on your mind.
- 7:49And by closing those loops, feel that right now is the ideal time
- 7:58to drift into that experience that we call sleep.
- 8:07And now, as your body continues to relax, your mind opens to
- 8:15wonderful possibilities. What if this wasn't just
- 8:21ordinary sleep? This was powerful, profound
- 8:28sleep of intention. And I wonder how good it would
- 8:38feel if tonight, as you drift into the deeper levels of
- 8:43unconscious rest, your mind begins to prepare something
- 8:50extraordinary. Not just a night of sleep,
- 8:59Restorative sleep that nourishes your body, resets your nervous
- 9:04system, and replenishes your reserves, but something even
- 9:11more powerful. But just before sleep arrives
- 9:17fully, what if you were to set a simple, powerful, singular
- 9:26intention, one clear desire that if?
- 9:35It was fulfilled. Tomorrow or in the next few days
- 9:41would create a positive and profound impact.
- 9:49Many people are just doing what they've always done.
- 9:57The people that really. Take a leap forward those that
- 10:03do things intentionally. And I wonder if you can think
- 10:09right now of just one positive, powerful intention, the kind of
- 10:19thing that, if it came to fruition, would take your life
- 10:24in a positive direction, perhaps because it would represent
- 10:29progress, maybe it would break a pattern, maybe it would be a
- 10:37significant milestone towards something bigger.
- 10:43To think of that intention now, and think of the intention from
- 10:53the perspective of what it would be like to experience that
- 10:58intention happening perhaps tomorrow or very soon.
- 11:04A wise man once said that if your mind can conceive it and
- 11:15believe it, then it can and often will achieve it.
- 11:23So thinking of your intention in that way, imagine your mind,
- 11:29your unconscious, goes to work while you're sleeping through
- 11:36the night, creating neural connections, energy enabling you
- 11:45to wake up. With the very.
- 11:48Motivation and agency to facilitate bringing that
- 11:54intention into being. And when you wake after a
- 12:03rejuvenating night's sleep, imagine waking feeling
- 12:10refreshed, clear minded, with a surge of motivation.
- 12:20Imagine awakening with a deep sense of agency that how you
- 12:25move, think and choose shapes your day.
- 12:35You've heard the phrase somebody got out of the wrong side of bed
- 12:41this morning. And what they mean is that how
- 12:46someone starts the day can prime them to be in a certain mood.
- 12:53But imagine if you got out of bed on the right side of bed
- 12:58every morning. In fact, the very way you get
- 13:04out of bed will prime the version of you that you're
- 13:10choosing to activate. Will you get out of bed like a
- 13:17leader? A creator or a vibrant, playful
- 13:23spirit ready to enjoy the day and the moment your feet touch
- 13:33the floor, you'll feel that version almost being switched
- 13:40on. Like a switch is activated
- 13:43inside your brain, you are activating the very version of
- 13:50you that you're intending. Imagine that as you select what
- 13:59to wear, the feeling of agency within you will grow.
- 14:07You'll start to believe that you're not just putting on
- 14:09clothes, you're literally stepping into a version of you,
- 14:18and you'll step into the version of you best suited for the very
- 14:24moment or context that you are shaping.
- 14:31And every now and then you may wear a fragrance, a deodorant,
- 14:37an aftershave, or something else.
- 14:41But what if the fragrance you choose, subtle or bold, will
- 14:49awaken unique aspects of you? Imagine that fragrances can be
- 14:59anchored into a feeling. But also trigger.
- 15:03A feeling, maybe a fragrance over time will be connected to
- 15:12courage or creativity, playfulness, productivity,
- 15:22whatever you need. The combination of clothing and
- 15:27a fragrance can activate that version of you.
- 15:35And I wonder if you could imagine your very first glass of
- 15:40water tomorrow. And when you sip that water,
- 15:47it's not just about hydration. I want you to think that the
- 15:53water itself, because it's clear, will give you a feeling
- 16:00of clarity. Every sip, every mouthful, every
- 16:07time you take a gulp feels like a lens being cleansed and the
- 16:15clarity sharpens even more. And that water is in a clear
- 16:20glass. The clarity of the glass, the
- 16:24clarity of the water amplifies the feeling of clarity that you
- 16:29will experience. And whenever you have a cold
- 16:35shower of. Crystal.
- 16:37Clearwater that will supercharge your feelings of clarity
- 16:43whenever you need it and although you'll get that feeling
- 16:48every morning whenever you need a boost of clarity, it's 1 clear
- 16:56glass of water away. Imagine this clear cold water is
- 17:10an anchor for clarity. But I want you to think that hot
- 17:15drinks, maybe a green tea, a coffee, or something else will
- 17:23warm up your feeling of joy, fun, and playfulness.
- 17:33You could imagine that your playfulness, your sense of fun
- 17:41is locked in a crystal of ice. Whenever you want to thaw that
- 17:49feeling of fun, you are one hot drink away.
- 17:56You will imagine it melting away anything impeding your feeling
- 18:01of fun. That's it.
- 18:06Feeling like you're activating that feeling of fun.
- 18:09Now some people will describe someone happy, joyful as having
- 18:19a warm personality. Imagine those warm drinks
- 18:25activate the warmth within you, and whenever you do something
- 18:32spontaneous, you will instantly feel energized and invigorated,
- 18:43like life is responding to your agency and momentum.
- 18:51And the more unpredictable or outrageous or random that
- 18:58spontaneous thing is, the more playfulness, the more fun, the
- 19:04more joy will be activated within you.
- 19:09You will like to catch yourself off guard at any point on any
- 19:15day. You are one spontaneous choice
- 19:21away from activating new levels of joy and happiness.
- 19:30And if you happen to hear high tempo, upbeat music with
- 19:36positive vibes in the same way that one tuning fork will
- 19:46activate a similar frequency tuning fork if it's nearby.
- 19:53Music with positive vibes will TuneIn and resonate with your
- 19:59frequency of fun. You will smile, laugh, move.
- 20:09It will activate your desire to live life to its fullest, full
- 20:15of vibrancy, energy and intention.
- 20:21But all of. This.
- 20:22Is for tomorrow, because now it's simply about rest as you
- 20:30consider that you have planted powerful seeds of ideas deep in
- 20:36your subconscious mind that are already taking root.
- 20:43So you will rest, deep, rejuvenating rest as you allow
- 20:51tonight's sleep to be the reset, the renewal, and the remembering
- 21:00that you are the master of your destiny.
- 21:06You are the author of your day, and every day is a new page.
- 21:14You are the curator of your energy and the designer of your
- 21:20state. But it's now time to drift off
- 21:26into wonderful sleep as you recall that intention you've set
- 21:34setting a chain reaction in motion that starts with your
- 21:43intention. Allow your subconscious mind to
- 21:47go to work while you sleep because you are safe.
- 21:53You are whole. You are ready to deeply drift to
- 21:59that place of profound deep sleep, knowing that when you
- 22:06wake up tomorrow, you will wake up with clarity, agency, and
- 22:12energy, with a desire to spring out of bed with the kind of
- 22:20energy and intentionality that you desire.
- 22:26Tomorrow, very soon, I will count from 1:00 to 10:00.
- 22:36But this isn't about awakening. If you happen to be listening to
- 22:41this when it's not time to sleep, when I arrive at 10, your
- 22:48eyes will open. But if you're listening at a
- 22:55time where you want to drift off in that deep, rejuvenating
- 23:02sleep, then me counting from 1:00 to 10:00 will simply take
- 23:07you deeper and deeper, relaxed, drifting off into that deep,
- 23:18deep sleep. 123, 456, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
