Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: In just a few days, the largest wealth transfer in American history begins.
- 0:04SPEAKER_01: It is not a crash, it is not a bailout, it is a flood.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: 4.7 trillion dollars is about to pour into the US economy, and 90% of investors have no idea where it's coming.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: Wall Street knows about it.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: Trump's plan isn't just policy.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: It's a market catalyst that'll create millionaires and it'll destroy portfolios that aren't positioned correctly.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to show you the exact timeline, the five waves of capital flow, and the six sectors that'll absorb this money first.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: But here's the catch.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: The window closes fast.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: Stay till the end, and I'll give you the exact dates and positioning strategy that Winston back there dug out.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: He's a very smart, uh, financially trained gold retriever.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: My name is Felix Breen.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: I've spent years in banking and law, and for the last 15 years, we've been analyzing policy and market cycles.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: I warned about the 2022 inflation spike when everybody said it was transitory.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: This is not political.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: I don't care if you love Trump or hate him.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: What I care about is what happens when 4.7 trillion hits the market because history shows us exactly what comes next.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: And if you're not positioned, you watch on the sidelines, while others multiply their wealth.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: So let's break this down step by step.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: Here's what most people miss.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Trump's 2025 tax cuts, the big beautiful bill and the Jobs Act 2.0, wasn't just about lower interest rates, it's about timing.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: The bill passed in March 2025, but the impact hits in three waves.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: Wave number one is April to June 2026, tax refund season.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: They're pulling it forward this year.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: It's going to start at the end of February.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: Wave number two, July to September 2026.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Corporate repatriations.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: I'll break that down for you.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: And then wave number three is the fourth quarter of this year.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: And that's all about bonus depreciation and capital expenditure.
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: Let me explain why this matters.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: According to the Congressional Budget Office and Treasury estimates, you, the individual, will get 1.2 trillion in tax refunds,$8,500 per household.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: Corporations will get$2.1 trillion in corporate cash repatriation from overseas and$1.4 trillion in accelerated depreciation in business investments.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: The total flowing into the economy is a whopping, staggering, mind-boggling$4.7 trillion in just nine months.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: For context, that is three times the size of the 2008 bank bailout.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: Some of my buddies lost their jobs.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: Nobody sees any sympathy for the Lehman Brother bankers, so I don't know why.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: They needed, you know, new condos and new cars and a second Ferrari and then holidays in the Bahamas.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: People had no sympathy.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: And a COVID package was half the size of this.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: This is literally 20% of the US economy hitting the market in just nine months.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: We've seen this before, just not at quite the scale.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: The 2017 tax cuts.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: What happened?
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: What happened to the market?
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: I tell you what happened.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: The SP rallied by 28% in the next 18 months.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: But that was only one and a half trillion.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: So for 1.5 trillion, you get 28% up.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: This is three times larger.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: The Bush tax cuts.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: That was when small caps particularly benefit from this.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: Small caps went up 47%.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Real estate investment trusts, they went up 38%.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: If you go back a little further to 1981, the Reagan tax cuts, the tax cuts, all of the tax cuts are jealous of.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: Back then it was the Dow Jones Index.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: It went up a whopping 135% over the next five years.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: But here's the difference, the critical difference.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: In 2026, we have record low unemployment.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: We have a Fed that's already cutting rates.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: We have pent-up consumer demand.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: This isn't a recovery.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: It's rocket fuel of an already pretty hot economy.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: So why will most investors miss this?
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: Most investors are conditioned to react, not anticipate.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: By the time CNBC is talking about the tax refund rally, the easy money is already made.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: The smart money is positioning now in early 2026 before the refund checks hit bank accounts.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: And if you're watching this later in the year, well, go back to the beginning and you'll see what's going to happen throughout the rest of the year.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: Maybe you want to participate in that potentially.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Now, if you want to be prepared not just for this, but for every other opportunity and follow a systematic investing and trading strategy the way the guys on Wall Street do, then I've made a mini video for you.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: Teaches you the fundamentals of the strategies the big boys use.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: It's free.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: You can watch it at phoenixfranz.org slash get free.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: Click on the link down below.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: It's the first link in the description that you'll see.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: But let's get tactical here.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: This 4.7 trillion doesn't hit all at once.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: It flows in five distinct waves, and each wave creates different opportunities.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: You miss one, you leave money on the table.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: So let's break them down one after another.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: You might want to take notes, you might want to take screenshots so you get the most out of this.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: Wave 101.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: This is where we are right now.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: The bill is low, but the money hasn't moved yet.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: Smart institutional investors are looking to front run the refund season.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: So what are we looking at?
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: We're looking at defensive sectors starting to weaken.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: What are defensive sectors?
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: It's the utilities, it's the consumer staples.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: The growth stocks and the small caps begin to outperform, and the volatility, the VIX, the fear, it drops as uncertainty clears.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: The skies are blue, right?
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: So where do we go right here?
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: Now I'm not telling you what to buy, by the way, this isn't financial advice.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: I'm just giving you my thoughts, my research.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: You have to make your own decision or talk to your own financial advisor about it, or you know, a golden retriever who's well trained, that always helps.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: But we're looking at small caps.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: We're looking at consumer discretionary.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: I put some ETF tickers on here.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: We're looking at home builders.
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: Because in the late 2016s, before the tax cut came in, small caps went up 15%.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Large caps only did six.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: The Russell outperformed the SP by nine percentage points in just three months.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: So those are sectors that I'm I'm wave number two.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: This is the real refund flood.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: And I just told you, if you paid attention, it's gonna come earlier this year, right?
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: And they're gonna start this late February, earliest ever in the history of all history.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: So this is the Bigley one.
- 7:22SPEAKER_01: This is 1.2 trillion that hits consumer bank accounts.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: Now the average household is going to get a whopping$8,400.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: So where does the money go?
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: Well, we've got consumer spending patterns.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: This is based on inland revenue data.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: I'll tell you where it goes.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: 35% goes to what do you think?
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Debt repayment.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: You guys are surprisingly responsible.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: Credit cards auto learns.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: 25%.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: So this here is debt, right?
- 7:55SPEAKER_01: The next bit, that bit there is 25%.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: That's discretionary spending.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: Think vacations, you know, vacation, uh, home improvement, electronics, that sort of thing.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: And 20% is saving.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: And then the last 20% is just rent, utilities, groceries, that sort of thing.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: So what happens?
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: Well, retail stocks love it.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Think Amazon, Walmart, Target, travel and leisure experts, airlines, hotels, cruise liners, brokerage firms love it.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: Schmorb, Robin Hood, Fidelity, because more money goes into those brokerage announced credit card companies rally, even though they're getting hammered pretty hard by Trump, think Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: And once it all settles down, we also realize that, well, they bought more stocks and they bought more stuff.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: So profits and revenue went up, earnings multiples went up, more money floated into the market.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: It's like, boom, right?
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: The 2008 Bush stimulus checks caused a 12% spike in retail sales in a month that were just shibuted.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: You feel about this a lot?
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: This is seven times bigger.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: Seven times bigger.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: It is really big and beautiful.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: Well, except for the debt disaster.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: But we won't talk about that because we're gonna enjoy, we're gonna enjoy this rally and we're not gonna let people with their longer-term kind of responsible vision spoil this for us, right?
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: What's the third way?
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: It's corporate repatriations.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: These are not dead bodies coming home.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: The tax bill includes a one-time repatriation holiday, not a holiday for dead bodies.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: It's corporations can bring overseas cash back to the United States, you know, wave the flag at a reduced tax rate.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: We're talking about 2.1 trillion held by US companies and foreign accounts.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: Why do they do that?
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: They don't want to pay US tax on it.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: Talk to Apple and Netflix and Mice and all these guys, they're all holding money overseas in weird little places like Ireland.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: I love the Irish, actually, don't joke with the Irish.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: They're pretty serious people.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: So who benefits from this?
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: The tech giants, the Apples, the Microbots, the Google.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: They hold more than half a trillion dollars overseas.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: Who else?
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: The Lovies, the pharma companies who care about you and your children, the Frisers, the JJs, the Muggs, and the industrial conglomerates, the GEs, the Honeywells.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: So what do the companies do with this repatriated cash?
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: I tell you what they're gonna do with it.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: Tell you what they're gonna do with it.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Why this is good news for investors.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: 40% is gonna go into share buybacks, which basically reduces the number of shares out there, which means the remaining shares go up in price.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: 30%, and you're also gonna love this.
- 10:42SPEAKER_01: I know everybody seems to love a dividend, goes to dividends.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: So that's good, right?
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: 20% goes to MA, which is usually a waste of time, except, of course, for the investment bankers who arrange those deals.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: And uh, I mean, they do all need a bonus too, right?
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: We love the investment bankers, don't we?
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: And then 10% is just sort of investment.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: So literally only 10% of that goes to investment, uh, which is still a good thing.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: So tech stocks will probably rally pretty hard.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: The dividend aristocrats think you're Johnson Johnson, so on Coca-Cola, they should outperform.
- 11:15SPEAKER_01: MNY begins, which means investment banks benefit, right?
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: So the Hamptons will do well, then Tucket will do well.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: So the last time we had a repatriation holiday was in 2004.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: How much was brought home?
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Home to Daddy?
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: 312 billion in 2004.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: How much did the SP go up by that year?
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: 15%.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: Tech stocks up 22%.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: This repatriation holiday is once again seven times biglier than the previous one, right?
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: So mega cap tax, dividend-focused stocks is kind of what we're looking at here, right?
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'm not telling you to buy it, I'm just saying this is the research, this is the conclusion that I've come to.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: You have to come to your own, right?
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: What is the fourth wave?
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: The fourth wave of this it's actually not really an attack, is it?
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: It's an injection in the arm of the wealthy.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: There is a bonus depreciation for business equipment and infrastructure.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: Isn't that exciting?
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: What does it mean?
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: It means companies can write off the full cost of investments immediately.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: Now, not over years.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: It's a massive incentive to spend now.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: So who benefits?
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: The people who invest a lot.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: Think Caterpillar, Deerco, 3M.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: What about the construction companies?
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: Well, it's it's companies like Floor, F-L-U-O-R, it is Jacobs Engineering.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: These are all Palantir customers, aren't they?
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: Interesting.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Infrastructure guys, Cisco, Oracle, Salesforce, Energy and UTY Companies, solar, wind, grid modernization, all that stuff.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: So we're expecting it's 1.4 trillion in business capital expenditure.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: A lot of that, of course, will go into automation, it'll go into AI, it'll go into energy and bring supply chains back to the US, right?
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: So if you want to look for an ETF on this, something like industrials, which is XLI, that's an ETF, you can have another look at.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Materials, steel, copper, aluminium, and so on, should do quite well.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: The infrastructure stocks should do well.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: Again, you want a historical example?
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: Well, look at 2017.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: Business investment grew 6% that year.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: Industrial stocks went up by how much?
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: 34%.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: Not so shabby, right?
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: Not so shabby.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: So what do we focus on here?
- 13:44SPEAKER_01: Companies with strong order backlogs, commodities, copper.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Dr.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: Copper seems to be making a comeback.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: And if we continue with this tight labor market, then guess what?
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: It's gonna cause some inflation, which is good for what?
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: Gold, yes, and silver, absolutely.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: So that theme's gonna continue, in my humble opinion, isn't it, Winston?
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: Winston?
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Winston, what do you think about that financial advice?
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: There is an uncomfortable truth to this, and I just hinted at it.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: 4.7 trillion flooding in the economy will cause inflation.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: Just like printing$4 trillion when the Fed did it during the COVID madness, right?
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: And everybody lost their shirt and they thought that pharma companies are there to save you.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: I mean, really?
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: You believed those guys anyway?
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: The Fed's gonna respond.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: So this is where it gets a little tricky.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: But will the Fed respond?
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: In a normal environment where you have an independent Fed staffed by a bunch of economists who always write, they would rank interest rates, right?
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: But we're going to get rate cuts in 2026.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: Because Trump wants them and he's going to appoint someone who's going to give them to him.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: But after the midterms, if inflation accelerates and inflation goes back up to 3%, what would then happen?
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: You get interest rate hikes.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: Now, Trump is doing everything to make sure that doesn't happen.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: And you may have seen that.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: He's lowering oil prices.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: How?
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: Invades Venezuela or makes it a colony.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: Liberates it.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: Sorry, you get the idea.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Actually, my Venezuelan friends are very happy about it.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: So, you know, I hope it works out for you guys.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: He's lowering credit card rates, right?
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: He's saying 10% no more.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: He's looking to lower the cost of housing.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: And he's thinking all of those things will make you think there is no inflation.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: Nothing to see here, folks.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: And you're going to think that.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: You think gas has never been cheaper.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: I food's getting cheaper.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Right, my crack bills are getting cheaper.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: Let's keep swiping the plastic.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: But the real measure of inflation is not what you pay for your groceries or gas.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: It's the stock market.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: So if the stock market goes up, say 25%, to me, that's the 25% inflation.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Because your salary didn't go up 25%.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: But the people who have lots of money in stocks and real estate in gold and silver and other hard assets, they got 25% wealth here.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: So their money is now worth 25% more, which if you flip it around, means your money, your salary is worth 25% less.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: So what does that mean?
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Try to put as many dollars into assets.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: That's the only logical conclusion that I can come into.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: So while I'm putting this in here, this out and in, that's the scenario where we get rate hikes.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: And we might get those in 2027, right?
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: When they're trying to combat the inflation again when it rears its ugly head because it did that before, right?
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: And if you go back to 2021-2022, energy stocks, so this is may make a little note for late 2026.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: Um, we'd like to like to look forward.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Energy stocks went up 65%.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: Tech stocks, by the way, went down 35%.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: Maybe you don't remember that.
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: So you want to set some sort of risk management whereby you take profits on that highest high valuation growth stocks.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: Get a proper system in place, but takes you very, very little time.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: Um, go to feedexfense.org slash get free and watch that lesson over there.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: So, where do we position our money?
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Well, the obvious wave two winner to me is Amazon Home Depot.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: Uh, if you want to buy an ETF, here's one on the screen.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: Again, there's not financial advice, I'm just telling you like where I'd start doing my research.
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: You have to do your decisions.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Um, technology.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: Apple, there's massive buyback potential.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: They got loads of money they can bring home, Microsoft, um, QQQ.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: That would also do the trick, right?
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: QQQ would do the trick.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: I'm still very bullish on Nvidia.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: I'm very bullish on Alphabet, ad revenue is gonna recover, AI is gonna make loads of money for them.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: So we're looking at some serious returns here for the year.
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: And then we have financials, MA activity, investment banking.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: This picks up.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: So JP Morgan is an obvious one.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Uh there they are, the ruler of the world.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: Um, our Lord and Master, thank you very much for blessing us on this glorious day.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: Uh, we've got Goldman Sachs.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: Um, I think companies like Visa are gonna grind through, despite what Trump's putting out there.
- 18:27SPEAKER_01: Schwarp, Charles the Schwarp, Robin Hood, those retail investment stocks, all right, they're gonna potentially do well.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: I give you an ETF here again, XLF, if you just want to cover the whole financial sector.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: I'm bullish on those.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: Not quite as bullish as on the previous ones, but still.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: And then as we move towards the end of the year, or as Venezuela becomes more clear, your exons and your chevrons should do well.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: But that's a longer-term pick, right?
- 18:56SPEAKER_01: They're oil majors, they're gonna benefit Conoco Phillips as well, um, next-era energy, those guys, right?
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: I'm bullish on those, but almost later in the year, because we need to understand what this whole Venezuela mess is all about, right?
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: Who's gonna pay for what?
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: How much are they gonna invest?
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: How much are they gonna be allowed to keep in that kind of thing?
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: And then you get another sector, sector six.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: Why does this work?
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: Real estate.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: Tax refunds are basically down payments.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: We're gonna get super low interest rates next year.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: It means housing demand goes through the roof.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: So REITs benefit.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: Now, industrial warehouses are already doing very well.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: Residential ones, let me give you another ticker here.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: EQR, don't go out and blindly buy those and blame me for it.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: Do you bleeding research, right?
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Uh, there are other stocks.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: SPG, real estate stock.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Uh VNQ is an ETF option, right?
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: So we're looking at those winners materializing as interest rates come down.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: There's another one, actually, as interest rates come down, which is which is SOFI.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: Because student loans are going to get refinanced, and they're the number one student loan refinancing company out there.
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: So what's the timeline here?
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: Well, if you want to front run this, of course that's where the highest risk sits, obviously, right?
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: You can look at small cap stocks, you know, IWM, VB, that kind of thing.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: You can get more bullish on discretionary stocks.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: XLY is a ticker.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: You can reduce bond exposure.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: Like that's kind of a no-brainer.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: Uh, generally speaking, again, my just my humble opinion.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: And retail stocks is something I think I think to look at.
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: There's another ETF for retail stocks, XRT, travel and leisure, airlines, hotels, right?
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: And then as we go into more the middle of the year, we're probably still gonna hold on to our consumer discretionary positions.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: We're gonna look at this inflation data very closely.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: And it might be nonsense at that point, so it might not mean much.
- 20:52SPEAKER_01: And then as we go through the summer, the corporate repatriation should do very, very well.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: So I'm looking at QQQ, that's an easy one.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Uh, maybe some of the dividend ones, VYM or SCHD, right?
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: That's another one also.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: Uh another ETF, again, not specific recommending specific things.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: I'm not your financial advisor.
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: I'm just doing my research and I'm sharing it with you.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: You've got to come to your own conclusion.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Get yourself a proper advisor, get yourself some proper education.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: And then for the third quarter, we're gonna look at the capital expenditure boom and all that free money you're getting if you're investing in the US.
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: So you can write it off immediately.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: So we're looking at industrials here, XLI, materials and commodities.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: I think will front run this.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: I'm very bullish on gold and silver still.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: It'll get choppier, especially silver, but I'm very bullish on that.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: And then what we want to do towards the end of the year is watch out for the inflation buck.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: So, what are inflation hedges?
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: Gold, tips, bitcoin, energy stocks.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: And we might want to remove some of our tech profits on some of our high growth and high tech names.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: That's kind of how I'm seeing the year play out.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: And it is all thanks to the master, the computer, the master in chief, if you know what I mean, Donald the Trump.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: Now, could something go wrong?
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, sure.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: The Fed, you know, you might appoint a Fed chair and he turns around and he does his own thing.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: We've seen that with the present Fed chair.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: He was appointed by Donald Trump.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: He's a card-carrying Republican.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Now they're prosecuting the poor chap, right?
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: Just I mean, what did you do?
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: He only printed$4 trillion.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: It was so much fun printing.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: He couldn't stop himself.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: I mean, who could, right?
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: If you could print money, wouldn't you?
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: I would.
- 22:43SPEAKER_01: I think it's just human anyway.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: Um, that's possible.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: Consumers could just go, we're not gonna spend any of the money we're gonna save.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: We're scared about the future.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: We're scared about the future.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: AI is gonna make us all unemployed.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: You know, that sort of thing.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: Possible.
- 22:57SPEAKER_01: But if they save it, you know, money's just gonna flow slightly different places.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: Your warm-outs, your targets are gonna do not as well.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: The money is still gonna flow into what?
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: Into your Robin Hoods and into your Schwabs and into your brokerage accounts.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: It's still gonna pop up the market.
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: And what do consumers buy?
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: They tend to buy stocks they've heard of.
- 23:15SPEAKER_01: The popular names, the Microsofts, the Amazons, the Teslas, the SoFis, the Robin Hoods, the stocks they've heard of, they buy those.
- 23:24SPEAKER_01: It's just human nature.
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: And you could also say this is already priced in and nothing is gonna happen.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't really buy it because when I talk to people outside of the really well-informed Wall Street lot, they look at me and they go, What?
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: This is happening, really?
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: So you're now better informed than 99% of people out there.
- 23:41SPEAKER_01: And if you think more people should be informed of this, well, first of all, share this video with more people.
- 23:45SPEAKER_01: That would help us tremendously, wouldn't it, Winston?
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: He doesn't look too concerned, does he, about spreading the news.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: He's like, I've done my bit.
- 23:54SPEAKER_01: I've chewed the research papers, I slept and drooled on them.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: But seriously, if you are more serious about managing your money differently in 2026, by having skills, having a system, having a structure, having a pattern, following the patterns, because it's bleeding obvious, I think, once you understand it.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: Watch the little masterclass I made for you at Felix Rensselorgslash get free.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: And learn and get better.
- 24:21SPEAKER_01: How do we make most of our money?
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: Risk management.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: I know it sounds deathly dull, but that's how we actually get to keep our profits.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: So if you want to do that, Felix Rensselorgslash get free, and I wish you a glorious, amazing 2026.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, you're gonna have one, and I hope you're not gonna sit on the sidelines and miss it all, because that would be a shame, wouldn't it?
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: All the best.
