Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein and The Lack Of Truth When It Comes To His Crimes (8/10/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:02
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to talk a
0:06
Speaker 1: little bit more about Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged ties
0:10
Speaker 1: to the United States government. Jeffrey Epstein's relationship with the
0:15
Speaker 1: US government wasn't peripheral. It was foundational, From his early
0:20
Speaker 1: days claiming to be a financial advisor of billionaires to
0:23
Speaker 1: his mysterious and unexplained wealth. Epstein was not just some
0:28
Speaker 1: degenerate financier with a taste for depravity. He was plugged
0:32
Speaker 1: into systems of power that shielded him in ways no
0:36
Speaker 1: ordinary criminal ever could be. The two thousand and eight
0:39
Speaker 1: Florida Sweetheart deal, where he served a laughable thirteen months
0:42
Speaker 1: in a cushy private wing of a county jail, allowed
0:46
Speaker 1: out daily to go to an office, wasn't just judicial incompetence.
0:50
Speaker 1: It was protection and protection of that magnitude doesn't come
0:54
Speaker 1: from money alone. It comes from leverage, from value, from
0:57
Speaker 1: being useful. Epstein was nothing if not useful to the
1:02
Speaker 1: kind of people who trade immunity for information, and some
1:07
Speaker 1: of the most damning evidence lies in what wasn't pursued.
1:10
Speaker 1: As we all know now, Epstein had thousands of victims,
1:14
Speaker 1: many of them were willing to testify. Their stories. Lined up,
1:17
Speaker 1: photos existed, names were known, flight logs, they were public.
1:22
Speaker 1: Yet the government, both the state and federal levels, refused
1:26
Speaker 1: to pursue wide scale investigations, much less a comprehensive prosecution.
1:31
Speaker 1: Why because Epstein wasn't just trafficking young girls. He was
1:35
Speaker 1: trafficking intelligence, blackmail material, compromising information on people of influence.
1:42
Speaker 1: He was running a human compromount operation, the kind intelligence
1:46
Speaker 1: agencies salivate over whether it was with hidden cameras recorded conversations.
1:52
Speaker 1: Epstein created an ecosystem that extracted secrets and secrets our
1:57
Speaker 1: currency in the intelligence world. He was protected not because
2:01
Speaker 1: what he did, but because of what he knew and
2:04
Speaker 1: who didn't want that knowledge exposed. There is also the
2:08
Speaker 1: curious case of his recruitment and job history. Epstein lied
2:11
Speaker 1: on his resume to land a teaching job at the
2:13
Speaker 1: Dalton School, a prep school for elite Manhattan children, and
2:17
Speaker 1: shortly after somehow found his way into bear Stearns. Despite
2:21
Speaker 1: no college degree. He moved in elite circles with no
2:25
Speaker 1: clear explanation for his wealth. People just assumed he knew
2:29
Speaker 1: things well. He did. It's long been speculated by insiders
2:33
Speaker 1: that Epstein was inserted into powerful financial and social networks
2:37
Speaker 1: as kind of an asset, someone who can cozy up
2:41
Speaker 1: to the wealthy and the politically connected, gained their trust,
2:44
Speaker 1: and then quietly collect leverage against them. This wasn't a
2:47
Speaker 1: man who worked his way up. He was placed installed.
2:51
Speaker 1: His career trajectory resembles the CIA grooming operation more than
2:56
Speaker 1: that of a self made man. And what's more, when
2:59
Speaker 1: Apps was arrested in twenty nineteen, the Department of Justice
3:03
Speaker 1: played dumb. They acted as his pass was a mystery,
3:06
Speaker 1: as if his two thousand and eight plea deal had
3:08
Speaker 1: nothing to do with federal intervention, even though it was
3:11
Speaker 1: the US Attorney's Office, led by Alex Acosta but controlled
3:15
Speaker 1: by the Department of Justice that backed off. Acosta himself
3:20
Speaker 1: admitted under oath that he was told Epstein belonged to intelligence.
3:24
Speaker 1: Let that sit. A US Cabinet official admitted on the
3:27
Speaker 1: record that a sex trafficker was protected by intelligence and
3:31
Speaker 1: nobody batted an. If Epstein wasn't an informant, then why
3:36
Speaker 1: did the federal government go out of its way repeatedly
3:39
Speaker 1: to keep his operation secret? His victims voiceless and his
3:42
Speaker 1: allies unscathed. Why was his jail self stripped to work
3:46
Speaker 1: in cameras the night he died. Why did his accomplices
3:49
Speaker 1: scatter like cockroaches in the aftermath? Because the truth wasn't
3:53
Speaker 1: just inconvenient, it was radioactive. And no matter what the
3:56
Speaker 1: government claims now, no matter how many memos they released
4:00
Speaker 1: whitewash their complicity, the reality is clear. Epstein was a
4:04
Speaker 1: protected asset, whether officially listed on a ledger or a
4:07
Speaker 1: quietly acknowledged in back room deals. He served as an informant,
4:12
Speaker 1: not the kind with a badge and a handler, but
4:14
Speaker 1: the kind who delivers dirt that topples governments, run's careers
4:18
Speaker 1: and ensures loyalty. The kind you don't arrest, you leverage,
4:23
Speaker 1: And when the leverage becomes too dangerous, too public, and
4:26
Speaker 1: too uncontrollable, you don't prosecute it. You erase it. That's
4:30
Speaker 1: what happened to Epstein, not justice, not oversight, a rasure
4:35
Speaker 1: because some people are too connected to fall. And speaking
4:39
Speaker 1: of that erasure, the calculated clinical disappearance of Jeffrey Epstein
4:44
Speaker 1: was in the end of the story. It was the firewall.
4:47
Speaker 1: His death wasn't a mistake, a tragedy, or a coincidence.
4:50
Speaker 1: It was a fel safe. Epstein had outlived his usefulness.
4:54
Speaker 1: The same system that protected him for decades pulled the
4:57
Speaker 1: plug the moment his arrest threatened to drest too many
5:00
Speaker 1: names into the light. The second arrest in twenty nineteen
5:05
Speaker 1: wasn't a routine bust. It was a panic response to
5:08
Speaker 1: the slow leak of the truth. It forced the intelligence
5:11
Speaker 1: apparatus to act decisively. He couldn't go to trial, he
5:14
Speaker 1: couldn't speak, He had to vanish, and so, in the
5:18
Speaker 1: most secure jail in Manhattan, under supposed suicide watch, with
5:22
Speaker 1: cameras mysteriously offline and guards conveniently asleep, the government's most
5:27
Speaker 1: toxic secret was silenced neatly, quietly, permanently. But the fingerprints remained.
5:34
Speaker 1: They're smeared all over the walls of justice, politics, and media.
5:39
Speaker 1: Every non indictment, every sealed document, every sanitized obituary is
5:44
Speaker 1: a confession. The way the press played down his death
5:47
Speaker 1: as a scandal rather than a breach of national security
5:50
Speaker 1: reveals a level of orchestration involved. The way a prosecutors
5:54
Speaker 1: suddenly dropped the ball on his co conspirators or out
5:57
Speaker 1: figures like land Maxwell were charged narrowly and with surgical
6:00
Speaker 1: avoidance of naming names. Shows you the ongoing effort to
6:04
Speaker 1: control the narrative. Epstein's informant status wasn't just a footnote.
6:08
Speaker 1: It was the glue that held the whole operation together,
6:12
Speaker 1: and it still is because if the public ever truly
6:15
Speaker 1: understood who protected him and why, the illusion of integrity
6:19
Speaker 1: would crumble across every major American institution, and the idea
6:24
Speaker 1: that he acted alone is laughable. His island wasn't a
6:27
Speaker 1: personal playground, It was a data farm. His homes were
6:31
Speaker 1: wired surveillance traps. His parties weren't just orgies of perversion,
6:35
Speaker 1: they were intelligence harvests. The people who walked into Epstein's
6:39
Speaker 1: orbit were being cataloged, compromised, and kept. There's a reason
6:44
Speaker 1: he was welcome in every administration from Clinton to Trump,
6:48
Speaker 1: and why he hovered near Silicon Valley elites and global technocrats.
6:52
Speaker 1: He was a common denominator, a spider in the center
6:55
Speaker 1: of a web woven not just for black mail but
6:58
Speaker 1: for influence, and that influence served far more than his
7:03
Speaker 1: personal perversions. It served the quiet empire of secrets, where
7:07
Speaker 1: information is power, and power protects itself at any cost.
7:11
Speaker 1: And let's not pretend that the intelligence community didn't know.
7:15
Speaker 1: That's the most insulting part. The FBI, the CIA, the NSA.
7:19
Speaker 1: They collect and cross reference data on everything from phone
7:22
Speaker 1: records to facial tics. Yet we're supposed to believe Epstein,
7:26
Speaker 1: a man with global connections and a multi decade trafficking operation,
7:30
Speaker 1: simply slip through the cracks. That's not in competence, that's participation.
7:36
Speaker 1: That's what happens when the asset becomes too entangled to
7:38
Speaker 1: cut loose, So the mission becomes containment instead of accountability.
7:43
Speaker 1: Every press conference, every DOJ memo, every strategic leak is
7:48
Speaker 1: a pr move. The real decisions, the ones that mattered,
7:52
Speaker 1: were made long before he ever stepped into a courtroom,
7:54
Speaker 1: and they were made by people who will never see
7:56
Speaker 1: the inside of a cell. So no, it doesn't matter
8:00
Speaker 1: what the FEDS say now, it doesn't matter how many
8:03
Speaker 1: official reports try to slap a bureaucratic bow on this nightmare.
8:07
Speaker 1: Epstein was a government informant not because he wore a wire,
8:11
Speaker 1: but because he was the wire. His existence was the
8:14
Speaker 1: tap on the line, the camera in the room, the
8:18
Speaker 1: trap set in velvet. He was a creature of intelligence,
8:21
Speaker 1: not justice, And the moment the world got too close
8:24
Speaker 1: to understanding that the system did what it always does
8:28
Speaker 1: when threatened by truth, it buried It buried him, and
8:32
Speaker 1: then buried the evidence beneath a thousand distractions, denials and
8:36
Speaker 1: classified stamps. But the rot still reeks because some truths,
8:40
Speaker 1: no matter how deep you bury them, scream louder with silence.
8:45
Speaker 1: And that silence wasn't just metaphorical, it was procedural, buried
8:49
Speaker 1: with the dense forest of redacted memos and sealed debt positions.
8:52
Speaker 1: There is actual documentation that confirms what many have long suspected.
8:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was in fact a registered informa in two
9:01
Speaker 1: thousand and eight non prosecution agreement filed in the Southern
9:04
Speaker 1: District of Florida. There is a section that explicitly references
9:07
Speaker 1: Epstein's cooperation with federal authorities. It states that he has
9:12
Speaker 1: provided information to the federal government in the past and
9:15
Speaker 1: has committed to provide additional cooperation in the future. That's
9:19
Speaker 1: not rumor. That's black and white text and a legal document.
9:22
Speaker 1: It's a declaration of status, and when paired with the
9:25
Speaker 1: ludicrous leniency of his plea deal thirteen months for trafficking
9:28
Speaker 1: dozens of miners. It stops being an anomaly and it
9:32
Speaker 1: becomes a strategy, the kind of strategy only used when
9:36
Speaker 1: someone's value to the state outweighs the cost of justice.
9:41
Speaker 1: And further confirmation came when journalists and legal teams fought
9:45
Speaker 1: to unseal the records in Epstein's federal case. Among the
9:48
Speaker 1: recovered documents were internal DOJ communications and court filings that hinted,
9:53
Speaker 1: sometimes overtly, that Epstein had shared intelligence on financial crimes,
9:57
Speaker 1: including tax evasion, offshore BA banking fraud, and other illicit
10:01
Speaker 1: activity involving powerful individuals and entities. While the survivors thought
10:07
Speaker 1: they were walking into the courtroom to expose their abuser,
10:11
Speaker 1: the government was busy making back room arrangements that had
10:14
Speaker 1: nothing to do with justice. Epstein wasn't just trading names
10:17
Speaker 1: for leniency. He was trading categories, categories of financial, political,
10:22
Speaker 1: and social elite, the kind of asset is never left
10:25
Speaker 1: to rot. He was a living ledger, and every line
10:28
Speaker 1: he shared brought a more protection than any lawyer ever could.
10:33
Speaker 1: More damning still is a revelation that Epstein's two thousand
10:36
Speaker 1: and eight plea deal was crafted with unusual deference to secrecy.
10:40
Speaker 1: The victims were not notified, a violation of the Criminal
10:43
Speaker 1: Victims' Rights Act, and the deal included a provision that
10:47
Speaker 1: immunized not just Epstein, but any potential co conspirator from prosecution.
10:52
Speaker 1: That is unprecedented. You don't grant blanket immunity to unnamed
10:57
Speaker 1: individuals unless those individuals matter more to the system then
11:01
Speaker 1: the children being abused. That provision, buried quietly in the paperwork,
11:05
Speaker 1: functioned like a classified clearance stamp on a criminal enterprise.
11:09
Speaker 1: It shielded billionaires, political allies, and likely intelligence operatives who
11:14
Speaker 1: used Epstein's operation as a node in their own surveillance network.
11:18
Speaker 1: This wasn't just a legal mistep it was an institutional firewall.
11:22
Speaker 1: And for every good story, you have to have a
11:24
Speaker 1: fall guy. And the fall guy for the government was
11:27
Speaker 1: alex Acosta. He was the US attorney who signed off
11:31
Speaker 1: on Epstein's two thousand and eight deal, but it was
11:33
Speaker 1: his bosses that forced the issue. Yet they left alex
11:37
Speaker 1: Acosta to take the blame and to take the fall.
11:41
Speaker 1: When asked during his confirmation hearing for Secretary of Labor
11:44
Speaker 1: about why the case was handled with such deference. Acosta
11:48
Speaker 1: didn't dodge. He confessed. He stated that he was told
11:50
Speaker 1: Epstein belonged to intelligence, and that he was advised to
11:53
Speaker 1: back off. It's not conspiracy, it's congressional record. Acosta didn't elaborate,
11:59
Speaker 1: because he didn't have to. The point had already been made.
12:02
Speaker 1: Epstein's status as an intelligence asset wasn't a whisper. It
12:06
Speaker 1: was an internal directive, and no one questioned it because
12:10
Speaker 1: to question it would be to challenge the system that
12:12
Speaker 1: feeds on compromise and survives on secrets. All of this,
12:17
Speaker 1: taken together, the documented informant status, the sealed immunity, the
12:21
Speaker 1: federal deference, the intelligence admission, and the suppression of victims,
12:25
Speaker 1: builds a case that can no longer be dismissed. It
12:29
Speaker 1: doesn't matter if the government tries to deny it. Now
12:32
Speaker 1: the paper trail already exposed them. Epstein was not an outlier.
12:37
Speaker 1: He was an operator, A trafficker of bodies, yes, but
12:40
Speaker 1: more importantly, a trafficker of secrets. His real client tele
12:44
Speaker 1: wasn't just as sick and the wealthy. It was the
12:46
Speaker 1: institutions that govern us, spy on us, and decide who matters,
12:51
Speaker 1: and for a long time, Epstein mattered enough to get
12:55
Speaker 1: away with everything until the cover finally cracked. And then,
12:59
Speaker 1: just like every other useful asset who becomes a liability,
13:03
Speaker 1: he was erased not to protect the past, but to
13:06
Speaker 1: secure the future of the very machine that made them.
13:10
Speaker 1: In the end, the story of Jeffrey Epstein is not
13:12
Speaker 1: just about a monstrous predator. It's about the system that
13:15
Speaker 1: made him untouchable. He wasn't operating in the shadows by accident.
13:20
Speaker 1: He was permitted, protected and positioned with purpose. His crimes,
13:25
Speaker 1: as horrific as they were, functioned as a means to
13:28
Speaker 1: an end, a way to compromise control and extract influence
13:31
Speaker 1: from the world's most powerful people. That's not the work
13:35
Speaker 1: of a rogue financier. That's the blueprint of a state
13:38
Speaker 1: aligned asset. The government can deny it all they want.
13:42
Speaker 1: They can release heavily sanitize reports and push half hearted
13:45
Speaker 1: narratives about a lone wolf, But the paperwork, the immunity deals,
13:50
Speaker 1: the informant language, and the deafening silence from those with
13:54
Speaker 1: the power to investigate, all scream the same truth. Epstein
13:58
Speaker 1: was one of theirs institutions that were supposed to protect
14:02
Speaker 1: the vulnerable instead shielded the predator. Prosecutors became facilitators. Intelligence
14:08
Speaker 1: agencies became consumers of the information he provided. Judges look
14:12
Speaker 1: the other way, and the media, too cowardly or to complicit,
14:16
Speaker 1: reduced at all to scandal and gossip, refusing to confront
14:19
Speaker 1: the national security implications of what was unfolding. It's not failure,
14:24
Speaker 1: that's complicity. The Epstein case wasn't a glitch in the system.
14:28
Speaker 1: It was the system, and that system has now done
14:31
Speaker 1: everything it can to bury what it allowed to thrive
14:34
Speaker 1: for decades. His informant status wasn't just a footnote, it
14:39
Speaker 1: was the keystone. And now that Epstein is dead, the
14:42
Speaker 1: cover up hasn't ended. It simply evolved. Maxwell took the fall,
14:47
Speaker 1: but her trial was a side show, carefully managed, with
14:50
Speaker 1: no bombshell disclosures, no unsealed client lists, and no serious
14:54
Speaker 1: effort to trace the wider network. The remaining victims have
14:58
Speaker 1: been handed settlements in exchange for side silence. Civil suits continue,
15:02
Speaker 1: but they are being dragged through procedural mud. Meanwhile, major
15:06
Speaker 1: figures who were photographed with Epstein flew on his jet
15:09
Speaker 1: or dined with them at exclusive gatherings walk freely, some
15:12
Speaker 1: still in power, some still denying, all still shielded. The
15:17
Speaker 1: operation didn't die with Epstein. The need to protect its
15:20
Speaker 1: remnants remains active and aggressive. So what are we left
15:24
Speaker 1: with a system that protects itself above all else. A
15:27
Speaker 1: government that leveraged an own predator to gather intelligence, then
15:31
Speaker 1: silenced him when he became a threat, a press corps
15:34
Speaker 1: that still won't ask the real questions, and a public
15:37
Speaker 1: forced to dig through redactions, leaks, and declassified fragments to
15:41
Speaker 1: piece together the truth. But the truth is already there.
15:45
Speaker 1: It's in the paperwork, the court transcripts, the memos, and
15:48
Speaker 1: the frightened words of prosecutors who knew better than depressed
15:51
Speaker 1: too hard. The people who scream conspiracy theory the loudest
15:55
Speaker 1: are often the ones standing closest to the truth and
15:59
Speaker 1: trying the hardest to deflect from it. Jeffrey Epstein was
16:03
Speaker 1: a government informant. He was protected for a reason, and
16:06
Speaker 1: now he's dead for the same reason. In my opinion,
16:09
Speaker 1: it's not speculation, it's not a stretch. It's the only
16:13
Speaker 1: theory that explains everything the government refuses to Until we
16:17
Speaker 1: as a society stop treating this story like an anomaly
16:21
Speaker 1: and start treating it as a blueprint. The machine will
16:24
Speaker 1: roll on, faceless, bloodless, and utterly indifferent to how many
16:29
Speaker 1: lives it asked a crush to preserve itself. The Epstein
16:33
Speaker 1: operation was never just about sex. It was about control,
16:36
Speaker 1: and the moment that control slipped, the cleanup began. But
16:40
Speaker 1: no matter how deep you bury it, the stench of
16:42
Speaker 1: what they did and what they are will never wash away.
16:47
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
16:50
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
16:54
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. What we're
16:59
Speaker 1: witnessing right now with the partial release of the Epstein
17:02
Speaker 1: files is not confusion, incompetence or bureaucratic delay. What it
17:07
Speaker 1: is is a deliberate act of institutional defiance dressed up
17:11
Speaker 1: as process. Anyone who's followed this case with even a
17:14
Speaker 1: baseline level of seriousness understands that immediately, survivors are not
17:19
Speaker 1: acting emotionally in a vacuum. They're responding to years of manipulation, delay,
17:24
Speaker 1: and outright deception by powerful institutions that have never been
17:27
Speaker 1: forced to tell the truth. Their disgust is not surprising
17:31
Speaker 1: in the slightest, its rational, earned and grounded and lived experience.
17:36
Speaker 1: In fact, it's long overdue. For years, Epstein's survivors were
17:41
Speaker 1: told to be patient and trust the system. They were
17:44
Speaker 1: told to wait, to believe that justice simply takes time.
17:48
Speaker 1: There were promised transparency after Epstein's death. There were promised
17:51
Speaker 1: accountability after Glenn Maxwell's conviction. They were promised reform after
17:56
Speaker 1: congressional hearings. In public outrage made in action politically inconvenient.
18:00
Speaker 1: And yet here we are again, staring at a half
18:03
Speaker 1: measure masquerading as compliance. The pattern is unmistakable and impossible
18:09
Speaker 1: to ignore. Delay until exhaustion released just enough to blunt pressure,
18:14
Speaker 1: then wait for public attention to drift elsewhere. But what
18:17
Speaker 1: makes this moment different, and what clearly is terrifying these
18:21
Speaker 1: institutions involved, is that Congress passed the law compelling disclosure.
18:25
Speaker 1: It's not a discretionary request or a suggestion. This is
18:28
Speaker 1: not a voluntary act of goodwill or a transparency theater.
18:32
Speaker 1: It is a legal mandate enacted through the democratic process.
18:35
Speaker 1: When the executive branch responds to that mandate with a
18:38
Speaker 1: partial release, it's not merely disappointing. It's defiant and that
18:43
Speaker 1: distinction matters more than anything else happening right now. Defiance
18:47
Speaker 1: of the law by those tasked with enforcing it is
18:50
Speaker 1: the core issue. If an ordinary citizen ignored a law
18:53
Speaker 1: passed by Congress, consequences would be immediate and severe. Miss
18:57
Speaker 1: a tax filing deadline, and see how forgiving the system
19:00
Speaker 1: suddenly becomes failed to comply with a subpoena, and watch
19:03
Speaker 1: how fast enforcement shows up at your door. The rules
19:07
Speaker 1: are enforced swiftly and without mercy when power is absent,
19:11
Speaker 1: But when power is concentrated, the rules suddenly become flexible.
19:15
Speaker 1: They become negotiable, slow walked, and selectively applied. That disparity
19:20
Speaker 1: is not theoretical, it's visible in real time. This double
19:24
Speaker 1: standard is exactly what survivors are calling out. I promise
19:28
Speaker 1: you that they're not confused about what's happening. They're not
19:31
Speaker 1: misreading intent or jumping to conclusions. They understand the system
19:35
Speaker 1: because they have lived inside its failures for decades. Every delay,
19:39
Speaker 1: every redaction, and every ongoing review excuse fits a pattern.
19:43
Speaker 1: They know intimately that pattern has a name, and it's
19:46
Speaker 1: called a cover up. And calling it what it is
19:48
Speaker 1: a cover up is not hyperbole or rhetorical excess. It's
19:52
Speaker 1: a factual description of conduct. When information is legally required
19:56
Speaker 1: to be released and is instead withheld, redacted, or collectively disclosed,
20:01
Speaker 1: that is obstruction by another name. When institutions coordinate to
20:05
Speaker 1: minimize exposure rather than maximize the truth, intent becomes clear.
20:10
Speaker 1: You don't need league memos to see it. You don't
20:12
Speaker 1: need whistleblowers to spell it out. The behavior speaks loudly
20:16
Speaker 1: enough on its own. And what I think in rageous
20:19
Speaker 1: survivors most is not just the withholding of documents. It's
20:22
Speaker 1: the insult embedded in the decision to do so. They're
20:25
Speaker 1: being told implicitly that they should accept less than the
20:29
Speaker 1: law guarantees them. They're being told that their suffering does
20:32
Speaker 1: not outweigh institutional inconvenience. They're being told that accountability must
20:37
Speaker 1: be rationed carefully to protect powerful interests. That message isn't subtle,
20:42
Speaker 1: it's unmistakable, and it's impossible to accept. The people that
20:47
Speaker 1: are defending this partial release well, they often hide behind
20:50
Speaker 1: procedural language. They talk about national security or privacy concerns
20:55
Speaker 1: and administrative burden. These arguments collapse under even minimal scrutiny.
21:00
Speaker 1: Epstein was repeatedly described by the government itself as a
21:03
Speaker 1: loan predator with no intelligence role. If that narrative were true,
21:07
Speaker 1: there would be no justification for extraordinary secrecy. You can't
21:11
Speaker 1: have it both ways. The contradiction is glaring and it's intentional.
21:16
Speaker 1: You can't claim that Epstein was insignificant while treating his
21:19
Speaker 1: records as radioactive. You can't claim the system worked while
21:23
Speaker 1: refusing to show how it worked. You can't demand trust
21:27
Speaker 1: while actively withholding the evidence required to earn it. Survivors
21:31
Speaker 1: see this contradiction clearly. So do journalists that are worth
21:34
Speaker 1: their weight, and advocates, and anyone paying attention in good faith.
21:38
Speaker 1: Denial at this stage is not skepticism, it's complicity. Those
21:43
Speaker 1: who are actively fighting against the cover up label need
21:45
Speaker 1: to ask themselves why they're doing so. Are they protecting
21:49
Speaker 1: institutions instead of people. Are they protecting reputations rather than
21:53
Speaker 1: the truth? Are they protecting their own proximity to power
21:57
Speaker 1: and access? Because I'll tell you what it's certainly not
22:00
Speaker 1: about protecting survivors. Survivors are telling us plainly what it
22:04
Speaker 1: feels like and what it represents. Ignoring them is not
22:07
Speaker 1: neutrality at this point, it's a choice. The idea that
22:11
Speaker 1: survivors can be bullied into silence at this stage is
22:14
Speaker 1: not just wrong, it's delusional. These are individuals who have
22:18
Speaker 1: already survived the worst imaginable abuses of power. They have
22:21
Speaker 1: endured public smearing, legal stonewalling, and institutional betrayal. They've watched
22:26
Speaker 1: their abuser receive protection at every level of the system.
22:30
Speaker 1: They saw his accomplice get moved to a lower level camp.
22:34
Speaker 1: They didn't come this far to retreat now, and anyone
22:37
Speaker 1: who believes otherwise fundamentally misunderstands who they're dealing with. What
22:42
Speaker 1: has emerged is not a fleeting spike of outrage. It's
22:45
Speaker 1: a hardened, organized movement. Survivors are no longer asking politely
22:49
Speaker 1: for transparency. They're demanding compliance with the law. They're supported
22:54
Speaker 1: by real journalists, advocates, and citizens who have learned to
22:57
Speaker 1: recognize institutional deception when they see it. And I promise
23:01
Speaker 1: you this coalition is not going away. It's built on
23:05
Speaker 1: lived experience, not social media momentum. And I'll tell you what.
23:10
Speaker 1: In my opinion, the Department of Justice has miscalculated badly
23:15
Speaker 1: by offering a partial release after a legal mandate It's
23:18
Speaker 1: transformed a political problem into a legal and moral crisis.
23:22
Speaker 1: It signaled that even congressional authority can be slow walked
23:26
Speaker 1: when exposure is inconvenient. AM my friends, that's not just
23:29
Speaker 1: an Epstein problem, that's a democracy problem. Survivors understand the
23:34
Speaker 1: stakes better than anyone involved now. Historically, the DOJ has
23:38
Speaker 1: relied on process as a shield. It invokes complexity, classification,
23:42
Speaker 1: and process to exhaust critics and outlass scrutiny. But that
23:46
Speaker 1: strategy only works when there is no statutory obligation forcing disclosure.
23:51
Speaker 1: This time that shield is cracked. The law removes plausible deniability.
23:56
Speaker 1: What remains is choice, and the choice being made is
23:59
Speaker 1: vis to everyone watching, and the choice being made right
24:03
Speaker 1: now is unmistakable. Partial disclosure over full transparency, institutional protection
24:09
Speaker 1: over survivor justice, damage control over accountability. And these choices
24:14
Speaker 1: are not abstract. They're being observed, documented and recorded in
24:19
Speaker 1: real time. They're not going to vanish with the new cycle.
24:22
Speaker 1: They're going to follow the institutions that made them. And
24:25
Speaker 1: the pressure is not only justified at this moment, it's necessary.
24:30
Speaker 1: Legal mandates don't enforce themselves, and history shows that institutions
24:34
Speaker 1: only comply fully when resistance becomes more costly than compliance.
24:39
Speaker 1: Survivors understand this instinctively. They know that silence is what
24:43
Speaker 1: allowed Epstein to operate for decades. Noise is the only
24:47
Speaker 1: counterweight that is ever worked. The demand being made is
24:51
Speaker 1: simple and non negotiable. Release all the files, not summaries,
24:55
Speaker 1: not carriated selections, not redacted to the point of meaningless PDFs,
25:00
Speaker 1: full disclosure exactly as required by law. Anything less is
25:04
Speaker 1: an admission that the system is still protecting itself. The
25:08
Speaker 1: survivors are not asking for favors, they're demanding compliance. But
25:13
Speaker 1: the Trump administration and the DOJ know that the blowback
25:17
Speaker 1: will be severe, and that is precisely why resistance is
25:20
Speaker 1: so fierce. There are names, institutions, and failures embedded in
25:25
Speaker 1: those files that powerful people would prefer remain buried. That
25:29
Speaker 1: discomfort is not a reason to withhold the truth. It's
25:32
Speaker 1: the reason the truth must come out. Accountability is not
25:35
Speaker 1: supposed to be comfortable. It never has been. And let's
25:39
Speaker 1: be very clear, survivors are not asking for revenge. They're
25:42
Speaker 1: asking for reality. They're asking for the full record of
25:45
Speaker 1: what was done, who enabled it, and how it was
25:47
Speaker 1: allowed to continue. That's not radical or unreasonable. That's the
25:52
Speaker 1: minimum standard of justice in a functioning society. Anything less
25:56
Speaker 1: its theater. And I promise you that these survivors are
25:59
Speaker 1: done being proper up. And look, this moment's going to
26:02
Speaker 1: be remembered as a test, a test of whether the
26:04
Speaker 1: law applies equally or selectively, a test of whether survivor
26:08
Speaker 1: of voices matter when they threaten institutional stability, a test
26:12
Speaker 1: of whether transparency is real or merely rhetorical. The DOJ
26:17
Speaker 1: doesn't get to redefine the terms of that test. The
26:19
Speaker 1: law already did that. And look, the gauntlet has been thrown,
26:24
Speaker 1: and it was thrown by the government itself. It was
26:26
Speaker 1: thrown the moment partial compliance was chosen over full obedience
26:29
Speaker 1: to the law. Survivors didn't escalate this confrontation. Institutions did.
26:34
Speaker 1: Now the response is inevitable. This is not going away,
26:38
Speaker 1: it's not fading, and it's not negotiable. There is only
26:41
Speaker 1: one acceptable outcome, full release of the Epstein files, full
26:45
Speaker 1: acknowledgment of the institutional failure, full confrontation with the consequences.
26:51
Speaker 1: Anything else confirms what survivors have said all along. The
26:55
Speaker 1: cover up never ended. It simply changed tactics. The time
27:00
Speaker 1: for half steps, stalling tactics, and bureaucratic slight of hand
27:03
Speaker 1: is over. There is no procedural off ramp left that
27:06
Speaker 1: does not end in full disclosure. Every delay from this
27:09
Speaker 1: point forward only sharpens the indictment against the institutions that
27:13
Speaker 1: are involved. The law has spoken, the survivors have spoken,
27:18
Speaker 1: and the public is finally paying attention. This is not
27:22
Speaker 1: a moment the DOJ can outwait or spin its way through.
27:25
Speaker 1: History is shown that when truth is suppressed long enough,
27:28
Speaker 1: the reckoning is far worse. Choosing transparency now is not
27:32
Speaker 1: an act of courage, but refusing it is an act
27:35
Speaker 1: of cowardice. The consequences of continued obstruction will not be
27:39
Speaker 1: limited to this case alone. They will stain the credibility
27:42
Speaker 1: of the system for generations. So let this be the
27:46
Speaker 1: line in the sand. The Epstein files must be released
27:49
Speaker 1: in full, without games, without excuses, and without insultingly thin rationalizations.
27:55
Speaker 1: Survivors are no longer asking for justice and theory. They're
27:58
Speaker 1: demanding it in practice. The institutions that failed them once
28:02
Speaker 1: do not get to fell them again. Quietly. This fight
28:05
Speaker 1: is not about politics, personality, or optics. It's about whether
28:09
Speaker 1: the law means what it says. If the DOJ wants
28:12
Speaker 1: this chapter to end, there is only one way to
28:14
Speaker 1: end it. Compliance is not optional and accountability is not negotiable.
28:19
Speaker 1: Release everything, face the consequences, and let the truth land
28:23
Speaker 1: where it may. Anything else's confirmation that the cover up
28:27
Speaker 1: was always the point. All of the information that goes
28:31
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
28:34
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
28:37
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In our previous episode, we were talking about
28:41
Speaker 1: the Truth Commission that is about to be established or
28:45
Speaker 1: might be established in New Mexico. Well, in this episode,
28:49
Speaker 1: we're going to take that conversation a little bit further,
28:52
Speaker 1: and I'm going to give you a little bit more
28:53
Speaker 1: of how I feel about everything that's went on down
28:56
Speaker 1: there and about what's going on currently now. New Mexico
29:01
Speaker 1: loves to call itself the Land of Enchantment, but after
29:04
Speaker 1: digging into Jeffrey Epstein's activities there, it feels more like
29:07
Speaker 1: the land of denial. The magic in that slogan must
29:10
Speaker 1: have come from watching everyone in power make accountability disappear,
29:14
Speaker 1: because somehow one of the most notorious sex traffickers in
29:17
Speaker 1: modern history built a compound in their desert, traffic victims
29:21
Speaker 1: through it for years, and nobody, not one law enforcement
29:24
Speaker 1: agency in the state seemed to notice. I mean, you'd
29:27
Speaker 1: think that a state that boast about independence, ruggedness, and
29:30
Speaker 1: community pride would have had the guts to launch its
29:33
Speaker 1: own state run investigation once Epstein's horrors came to light.
29:37
Speaker 1: But no, Instead of standing up for their citizens, they
29:39
Speaker 1: punted the whole damn thing to the Feds, as if
29:42
Speaker 1: the same federal government that let Epstein operate for decades
29:45
Speaker 1: was suddenly going to develop a moral backbone. Yo, could
29:49
Speaker 1: we just be real please? The fact is they didn't
29:51
Speaker 1: want to deal with it. A predator like Epstein operating
29:54
Speaker 1: in their backyard was bad for tourism, bad for donors,
29:57
Speaker 1: bad for re election campaigns. They did what every spinelist
30:01
Speaker 1: political class does. They buried it. They looked at those
30:04
Speaker 1: ranch gates, the private jet landings, the staff who whispered
30:07
Speaker 1: about guests that didn't look old enough to drive, and
30:10
Speaker 1: they decided that ignorance was safer than involvement. The attitude
30:14
Speaker 1: is clear. If it's not happening in Albuquerque, it's not
30:16
Speaker 1: happening at all. And then when the story broke wide
30:20
Speaker 1: open and the walls started closing in on Epstein. Suddenly,
30:23
Speaker 1: New Mexico had amnesia. We had no idea, they said,
30:26
Speaker 1: we didn't know the extent of his crimes. Please, this
30:29
Speaker 1: man was a registered as a sex offender, owned a
30:32
Speaker 1: massive property in Stanley and had a pilot flying people
30:35
Speaker 1: in and out like it was a shuttle service. But
30:38
Speaker 1: the state government didn't think that warranted a knock on
30:40
Speaker 1: the door. They didn't think that just maybe maybe the
30:43
Speaker 1: guy with a reputation of a predator might be doing
30:46
Speaker 1: something illegal on a secluded compound. Sure, and I suppose
30:50
Speaker 1: UFOs built the ranch too. And now, in twenty twenty
30:54
Speaker 1: five years, after every warning sign, every media expose, every
30:58
Speaker 1: survivor account, they want to form a commission. The audacity
31:02
Speaker 1: is almost impressive. They're forming a special commission to figure
31:06
Speaker 1: out what went wrong. I'll save them taxpayer dollars. What
31:10
Speaker 1: went wrong is that nobody cared when it mattered. They're
31:13
Speaker 1: acting like they discovered a new mystery, but the answer
31:15
Speaker 1: has been in front of their faces the whole time.
31:18
Speaker 1: They didn't do their jobs. Period the end five years ago,
31:22
Speaker 1: I hopped on a plane. I got a rental car
31:25
Speaker 1: and I drove those cracked desert highways and went to
31:27
Speaker 1: New Mexico myself to look into what happened at Zorro Ranch.
31:30
Speaker 1: Nobody asked me to. I did it because I couldn't
31:33
Speaker 1: stand watching another story of power, privilege and silence go unchallenged.
31:37
Speaker 1: And when I got there, it wasn't just the landscape
31:40
Speaker 1: that was dry, it was the law enforcement response. The
31:44
Speaker 1: silence was deafening. The attitude was, why are you digging
31:47
Speaker 1: into this? That's old news, old news. Tell that to
31:50
Speaker 1: the victims who never got justice. I remember walking up
31:54
Speaker 1: near the property line, miles of emptiness in every direction,
31:58
Speaker 1: that eerie stillness that own the desert can give you.
32:02
Speaker 1: The locals I spoke with didn't trust anyone from the state.
32:05
Speaker 1: They told me about the helicopters, the planes, the deliveries.
32:09
Speaker 1: They whispered about the workers who were brought in and
32:11
Speaker 1: sent away, and you could tell from the look in
32:14
Speaker 1: their eyes they knew that something dark had happened there.
32:17
Speaker 1: But they also knew nobody in Santa Fe wanted the truth.
32:21
Speaker 1: I tried to contact state officials. I left messages, sent emails,
32:25
Speaker 1: even dropped by offices, but it was crickets. No one
32:28
Speaker 1: wanted to talk about Epstein. It was radioactive. And the
32:32
Speaker 1: funny part, the same people who ignored my calls back
32:34
Speaker 1: then are now pushing this shiny new commission. They want
32:37
Speaker 1: to investigate what went wrong. Oh really, you could ask
32:40
Speaker 1: me five years ago, I would have told you exactly
32:43
Speaker 1: what went wrong, starting with their own inaction. It's surreal
32:47
Speaker 1: watching them reinvent themselves as concern leaders now, like firefighters
32:51
Speaker 1: showing up to a pile of ashes asking where the
32:53
Speaker 1: flames went. And you know, it's almost worse than corruption indifference.
32:59
Speaker 1: New Mexico did and even have the decency to cover
33:01
Speaker 1: their attracts with competence. They just pretended the whole thing
33:04
Speaker 1: wasn't their problem. They assume the FEDS would handle it.
33:07
Speaker 1: And when the Feds dropped the ball, everyone just shrugged, like, well,
33:11
Speaker 1: what can you do? Here's the thought, do your damn job.
33:14
Speaker 1: The state has jurisdiction, they have every right to launch
33:17
Speaker 1: their own probe into what happened within their borders. Instead,
33:20
Speaker 1: they acted like it was happening in another galaxy. And
33:24
Speaker 1: I find it very comical how officials will brag about
33:27
Speaker 1: state sovereignty when it suits them, but when something like
33:30
Speaker 1: Epstein happens, they suddenly become helpless little children looking for
33:33
Speaker 1: federal Daddy to fix it. You can't have it both ways.
33:37
Speaker 1: Either you're capable of governing your state, or you're just
33:40
Speaker 1: renting it out to whoever can afford the property taxes.
33:43
Speaker 1: And in Epstein's case, he paid cash. But let's not
33:47
Speaker 1: forget that this isn't just a New Mexico issue. New
33:50
Speaker 1: York did the same damn thing. The man owned a mansion,
33:53
Speaker 1: worked over seventy million in Manhattan traffic girls right under
33:56
Speaker 1: their noses, and somehow not one state investigation was ever open.
34:00
Speaker 1: And why because, like New Mexico, New York politicians are
34:04
Speaker 1: allergic to accountability when it threatens their donors. They'll talk
34:08
Speaker 1: tough in front of cameras, but when the lights go off,
34:10
Speaker 1: the only thing they fight for is their own comfort.
34:14
Speaker 1: We've got a government full of actors reading scripts about
34:17
Speaker 1: justice and transparency while they quietly erase evidence, burier reports
34:21
Speaker 1: and hope the public forgets. And you know what, they're
34:24
Speaker 1: half right. Most people do forget, but not all of us.
34:29
Speaker 1: Some of us still remember that Epstein's ranch wasn't just
34:31
Speaker 1: a property. It was a crime scene, and New Mexico
34:34
Speaker 1: left it to rot. When I was there, I remember
34:37
Speaker 1: driving down along dirt road near the ranch and passing
34:41
Speaker 1: by one of the gates, big metal, expensive, looking like
34:44
Speaker 1: something out of a movie. But beyond it there was
34:48
Speaker 1: this strange silence. The land felt almost haunted, not by ghosts,
34:53
Speaker 1: but by all the things that were ignored. You can
34:56
Speaker 1: almost feel the weight of the cover up pressing down
34:58
Speaker 1: on the horizon, and the state it just looked away.
35:02
Speaker 1: And that's what gets me. The state had the chance
35:05
Speaker 1: to do something meaningful, to take ownership of what happened,
35:08
Speaker 1: to say this happened on our soil, and we're not
35:10
Speaker 1: going to let it slide. But instead they chose to
35:13
Speaker 1: protect their image, their donors, their business friendly reputation, because
35:18
Speaker 1: apparently it's bad for tourism when the world finds out
35:21
Speaker 1: that your wide open desert was the setting for one
35:24
Speaker 1: of the darkest scandals in modern history. Now, with the
35:28
Speaker 1: public demanding answers again, they're back to their old tricks,
35:32
Speaker 1: forming commissions, hiring consultants, pretending to care it's all smoke
35:35
Speaker 1: and mirrors. The same people who ignored it then are
35:39
Speaker 1: in charge of investigating it now and you know what
35:42
Speaker 1: they'll say in the end, We've learned from our mistakes,
35:45
Speaker 1: We'll do better, We're committed to transparency. Those lines are
35:49
Speaker 1: written before the commission even meets. They'll slap together a
35:53
Speaker 1: final report of sanitized language and self congratulation, and not
35:57
Speaker 1: one person responsible for the original failure will face consequences.
36:01
Speaker 1: That's how it always goes. If you want to know
36:04
Speaker 1: how deep the rock goes, look at how long it
36:07
Speaker 1: took for anyone in power to even acknowledge Epstein's presence
36:10
Speaker 1: in New Mexico. Years decades. Even they knew, The staff knew,
36:14
Speaker 1: law enforcement knew, politicians knew, but it was easier to
36:18
Speaker 1: act blind than to risk shaking the wrong tree. So
36:22
Speaker 1: now we've got states playing catch up with ghosts. New
36:24
Speaker 1: Mexico forming commissions, New York's given speeches, and the survivors
36:29
Speaker 1: are still waiting for someone, anyone, to tell the truth.
36:32
Speaker 1: And it's obscene, it's insulting, and it's the same old song.
36:36
Speaker 1: Power protects power, while the rest of us are left
36:39
Speaker 1: to sift through the wreckage. And for what it's worth,
36:42
Speaker 1: no commission, no press release, no self congratulatory reflection is
36:47
Speaker 1: going to fix the fact that when it mattered most,
36:49
Speaker 1: they ignored it. They ignored me, they ignored journalists, they
36:53
Speaker 1: ignored survivors. They made a choice, and that choice should
36:57
Speaker 1: haunt them far more than any name carved on it
37:00
Speaker 1: Epstein's guest list, because the truth is, this isn't just
37:03
Speaker 1: about what they didn't know. It's about what they didn't
37:05
Speaker 1: want to know. And now that the world is asking again,
37:09
Speaker 1: they're putting on their best act, pretending to search for answers.
37:12
Speaker 1: They already buried the land of enchantment, all right, enchantment
37:16
Speaker 1: by its own apathy. So let's be honest. These commissions
37:19
Speaker 1: are nothing but a political deodorant for this tension. Neglect.
37:23
Speaker 1: It's what you do when the crime scene is old
37:25
Speaker 1: and the cameras are back on. You can almost hear
37:28
Speaker 1: the consultants pitching it in some boardroom. Will form a
37:31
Speaker 1: task force, make a few statements, maybe hire a retired
37:34
Speaker 1: judge or two. By next year, nobody will care, And
37:37
Speaker 1: they're right. That's the game. Like I always tell, you,
37:40
Speaker 1: stall long enough and outrage decays into apathy. That's how
37:44
Speaker 1: institution survives scandal, not by fixing it, but by outlasting it.
37:49
Speaker 1: And you ever notice how government accountability always shows up late,
37:52
Speaker 1: dress nice and smelling of decay. It's never about justice,
37:56
Speaker 1: it's about timing. They wait until the bodies are cold,
37:58
Speaker 1: the evidence is scattered, and the outrage has lost its bite.
38:02
Speaker 1: Then they waltz in, pretending to mourn. They're not here
38:05
Speaker 1: to investigate Epstein's crimes. They're here to rehabilitate their own image.
38:10
Speaker 1: They're writing the obituary of their failure and calling it reform.
38:14
Speaker 1: And somewhere out there in the silence of that New
38:17
Speaker 1: Mexico desert, Epstein's ranch still stands empty, but not forgotten.
38:22
Speaker 1: The wind moves through it like an echo of everything
38:25
Speaker 1: the state refused to hear. The land is evidence not
38:28
Speaker 1: just of his crimes, but of every sheriff, prosecutor, and
38:31
Speaker 1: politician who didn't have the guts to confront them. That's
38:34
Speaker 1: the real crime scene, not just the rooms, not just
38:37
Speaker 1: the flights, but the silence that wrapped around it like insulation.
38:42
Speaker 1: It's pathetic how the same people who ran from this
38:44
Speaker 1: story now crawl back, pretending to lead it. They ignored
38:48
Speaker 1: the reporters, they ignored the survivors, hell, they ignored anyone
38:52
Speaker 1: who tried to force them to care. But now they
38:54
Speaker 1: want credit for showing up when it's safe. That's what
38:57
Speaker 1: power does. When the heat dies down, they'll hoist their panels,
39:01
Speaker 1: sip their coffee, and tell each other what a tragedy
39:03
Speaker 1: it was. They'll shake their heads like they weren't part
39:06
Speaker 1: of the machine that let it happen. So no, New
39:09
Speaker 1: Mexico doesn't get redemption. Neither does New York. They don't
39:13
Speaker 1: get the hide behind commissions and findings. They don't get
39:15
Speaker 1: applause for finally showing up to a funeral they caused.
39:19
Speaker 1: The truth is simple. They failed their people, They failed
39:21
Speaker 1: the victims, they failed the public trust, and all the
39:25
Speaker 1: glossy reports in the world can't change that. The next
39:29
Speaker 1: time they talk about lessons learned, remember this. The only
39:32
Speaker 1: lesson they ever learn is how to survive the fallout.
39:36
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
39:39
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and
39:42
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. You want
39:46
Speaker 1: to know where the real truth about Jeffrey Epstein lives.
39:49
Speaker 1: It's not in some dusty file cabinet, buried in a
39:51
Speaker 1: courthouse basement and at Suarezelle ain't gonna come out of
39:54
Speaker 1: some politician's mouth or a special report on cable news.
39:58
Speaker 1: Those clowns are too busy spinning their own pr Nah.
40:02
Speaker 1: The truth's in the damn money. That's always been the trail,
40:05
Speaker 1: the jets, the mansions, the fake charities, the shell companies.
40:09
Speaker 1: Every single brick in that empire was bought and paid
40:11
Speaker 1: for with dirty cash flowing through cleaner hands. You don't
40:15
Speaker 1: have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure that one out.
40:18
Speaker 1: You just got to have the patience to follow the money.
40:20
Speaker 1: It's all there, the donations, the offshore accounts, the soul
40:24
Speaker 1: called trust funds, you know, the ones that weren't about
40:26
Speaker 1: trust at all, just control. Now people keep getting lost
40:31
Speaker 1: in the side show who flew on what plane, who
40:33
Speaker 1: partied where, who smiled and which photo. Don't get me wrong,
40:37
Speaker 1: that stuff matters for the headlines. But it's the smoke,
40:40
Speaker 1: not the fire. The real fires in the banking records,
40:43
Speaker 1: in those wire transfers and ledgers that never sleep, JP Morgan,
40:47
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank, all those respectable financial institutions. They weren't bystanders.
40:53
Speaker 1: They were the veins pumping blood through Epstein's operation. They
40:56
Speaker 1: moved his money, shielded it, sanitized it. They helped them
41:00
Speaker 1: turn a predator's profits into something that looked like legitimate wealth.
41:04
Speaker 1: But behind the curtain, that money was doing the dirty work,
41:07
Speaker 1: buying influence, paying off insiders, funding access, and silencing problems
41:12
Speaker 1: before they spoke, Every transaction was a breadcrumb leading right
41:16
Speaker 1: back to the people who made Epstein possible. And the
41:19
Speaker 1: reason they all pretend not to know because the trail
41:22
Speaker 1: doesn't stop at his death. It runs right through boardrooms,
41:25
Speaker 1: law firms, and foundations with smiling logos and dark closets.
41:30
Speaker 1: You see the money don't lie people do. Politicians lie,
41:33
Speaker 1: Lawyers lie, bankers, billionaire CEOs. They've all made lying in
41:38
Speaker 1: art form. But a wire transfer, a Caman account, a
41:41
Speaker 1: trust document filed at two am, that's forever. You can
41:45
Speaker 1: scrub tweets and delete emails until your fingers bleed, but
41:49
Speaker 1: you can't erase a financial trail once it's been stamped
41:52
Speaker 1: into the system. That's why they fought tooth and nail
41:55
Speaker 1: to keep those records sealed, to settle quietly, to move
41:58
Speaker 1: on as if the whole thing was ancient. That's why
42:01
Speaker 1: the bank's road checks big enough to choke a horse,
42:04
Speaker 1: because they weren't paying off victims. They were paying for silence.
42:07
Speaker 1: They were buying time, buying distance, buying the illusion that
42:10
Speaker 1: Epstein's world died when he did. Every major scandal in
42:15
Speaker 1: history follows the same damn pattern. Power hides behind money,
42:19
Speaker 1: and money hides behind paper. But the paper always leaves
42:22
Speaker 1: the mark. Think Watergate and ron Iran contra, hell, even Prohibition.
42:28
Speaker 1: It's always the accountant who trips the wire, and the
42:31
Speaker 1: Epstein mess is no different. You trace the transactions, the
42:34
Speaker 1: offshore trusts, the sudden investments in shell companies with no employees,
42:38
Speaker 1: and you start to see the shape of the beast.
42:41
Speaker 1: You start to realize this just wasn't one creep with
42:43
Speaker 1: an island. This was an economy of corruption. And please
42:46
Speaker 1: understand that Epstein wasn't a mastermind. He was a middleman,
42:50
Speaker 1: the banker of secrets, the human brokerage that made other
42:53
Speaker 1: people rich, powerful and untouchable. And when the heat came down,
42:57
Speaker 1: those same people made damn sure the money trail got
43:00
Speaker 1: buried under settlements and das and offshore of filings written
43:03
Speaker 1: in a language only accountants and devils understand. So yeah,
43:07
Speaker 1: folks can debate who knew what until the cows come home.
43:11
Speaker 1: But the truth not hiding in a photo album or
43:13
Speaker 1: a deposition. It's in the damn balance sheets. You follow
43:17
Speaker 1: the money long enough, you'll find the puppeteers, not just
43:19
Speaker 1: the puppet You'll find the politicians who got campaign checks
43:23
Speaker 1: for education reform, the hedge funders who shuffled assets through philanthropy,
43:28
Speaker 1: and the universities at cash donations, dripping with blood money.
43:32
Speaker 1: Because that's where the real power lives. It doesn't march
43:35
Speaker 1: in the open. It sits in private wealth offices, in
43:38
Speaker 1: private jets, watching the rest of us argue over the scraps.
43:42
Speaker 1: The rest is noise. The money is the map, always
43:45
Speaker 1: has been, always will be. So don't chase the headlines,
43:49
Speaker 1: chase the deposits, follow the damn money. Today's article is
43:53
Speaker 1: from CNBC and the headline top House Democrats seeks Jeffrey
43:57
Speaker 1: Epstein financial records from diamond bank CEOs. This article was
44:03
Speaker 1: authored by Kevin Bruneger, a top House democrat, asked four
44:08
Speaker 1: major bank CEOs to share a slew of financial records
44:11
Speaker 1: related to Jeffrey Epstein, pushing forward an investigation into the
44:15
Speaker 1: notorious sex predator after the lawmaker's effort to subpoena the
44:19
Speaker 1: banks for the documents was blocked by Republicans. Now, why
44:23
Speaker 1: would you walk it? There is no good reason to
44:25
Speaker 1: block that kind of request, Not when we're having this
44:28
Speaker 1: kind of investigation, Not if you're really looking for the truth.
44:32
Speaker 1: What sort of politician doesn't understand that you have to
44:35
Speaker 1: follow the money, Well, the kind of politician who's scared
44:38
Speaker 1: where that trail will lead. House Judiciary Committee ranking member
44:43
Speaker 1: Jamie Raskin and letters to the CEO obtained by CNBC
44:47
Speaker 1: asked how Epstein and his co conspirators could have conducted
44:49
Speaker 1: or reported one point five billion in suspicious transactions for
44:53
Speaker 1: years without ever being caught. Well, because they were bringing
44:57
Speaker 1: too much money in the bank looked the other way.
45:00
Speaker 1: You really think the Compliance Department was flagging Epstein's transactions?
45:04
Speaker 1: Now that's only for people who might speak out against COVID. Oh,
45:08
Speaker 1: then you'll get deplatformed, but not Epstein. The letters were
45:14
Speaker 1: sent on Wednesday to JP Morgan, Chase CEO, Jamie Diamond,
45:18
Speaker 1: Bank of America chief Brian moynihan, Deutsche Bank leader Christian Sewing,
45:22
Speaker 1: and Bank of New York Mellon Robin Vince. The letters
45:27
Speaker 1: came as the Trump administration continues to face pressure from
45:30
Speaker 1: Democrats and from summer President Donald Trump's Republican supporters over
45:34
Speaker 1: its handling of matters related to Epstein. I have yet
45:38
Speaker 1: to meet one single person in the wild, meaning not
45:41
Speaker 1: on the internet, who's not concerned about what's going on
45:43
Speaker 1: with Epstein. And this is a gigantic change from usual.
45:48
Speaker 1: I used to walk into family parties and functions and
45:51
Speaker 1: the topic would come up and people would start rolling
45:53
Speaker 1: their eyes. Not this shit again, Come on, Bobby, it
45:56
Speaker 1: can't be that pervasive that many people can't be involved.
46:00
Speaker 1: You know, Bobby, you're not really a conspiracy theorist usually,
46:03
Speaker 1: so this is a bit weird for you. Well, that's
46:05
Speaker 1: because this shit ain't no conspiracy. That's what's going on here. Okay.
46:09
Speaker 1: I'm not somebody that jumps down rabbit holes, and I
46:12
Speaker 1: certainly don't waste my time for six or seven years
46:14
Speaker 1: on a topic. If there's no they're there. But there's
46:18
Speaker 1: a lot of there here, and if you want to
46:20
Speaker 1: expose it, the way to do it is to follow
46:22
Speaker 1: the damn money and pay special attention to people who
46:25
Speaker 1: are against that. The wealthy financier and sex offender, who
46:29
Speaker 1: was once a friend of Trump's, died by suicide while
46:32
Speaker 1: in jail facing federal child sex trafficking charges in twenty nineteen. Well, yeah,
46:37
Speaker 1: a friend of Trump, friend of the Clintons, friend to
46:40
Speaker 1: Jamie Diamond, friend to Glenn Dubin, friend of Leon Black,
46:44
Speaker 1: friend to Charles Schumer, friend to George Mitchell, friend to
46:47
Speaker 1: Bill Richardson, we can go all day. In his letters,
46:50
Speaker 1: Raskin bluntly asked each CEO if they're bank will help
46:53
Speaker 1: reveal the truth about Epstein and his co conspirators, or
46:56
Speaker 1: if they would choose to be part of the cover
46:58
Speaker 1: up for this massive international sex trafficking ring that victimized
47:02
Speaker 1: more than one thousand women and girls. Imagine being the
47:06
Speaker 1: CEO and getting that kind of letter. I'd be falling
47:10
Speaker 1: over myself to give you those records. Not because I'm
47:13
Speaker 1: scared that the government's gonna, you know, subpoena them or
47:16
Speaker 1: something like that, but because it's the right thing to do.
47:19
Speaker 1: True accountability and true reform means owning up and dealing
47:23
Speaker 1: with the things you've done before that weren't right, that
47:26
Speaker 1: were out of bounds. And these banks they're not going
47:29
Speaker 1: to own up to any of this. That's why they
47:31
Speaker 1: paid out close to half a billion dollars. Deutsche Bank,
47:36
Speaker 1: in a statement to see NBC, said that it takes
47:39
Speaker 1: its legal obligation seriously, including appropriately responding to authorized investigations
47:44
Speaker 1: and proceedings. The statement did not explicitly commit to complying
47:48
Speaker 1: with Raskin's request. Now, look, this has to be a subpoena.
47:53
Speaker 1: Just because you're getting some congressman or senator to request
47:57
Speaker 1: these documents doesn't mean shit. There's a process us, right,
48:01
Speaker 1: and these banks they're not going to turn over any
48:03
Speaker 1: records unless there's a subpoena. The bank regrets our historical
48:10
Speaker 1: connections with Jeffrey Epstein. Deutsche Bank said, we have cooperated
48:14
Speaker 1: with regulatory and law enforcement agencies regarding their investigations and
48:19
Speaker 1: have been transparent in addressing deficiencies in investing in strengthening
48:23
Speaker 1: our controlled environment in parallel. So, in other words, we're
48:27
Speaker 1: not doing shit. That's what they're saying. Right, you really
48:30
Speaker 1: think that the bank has changed anything? Come on. JP
48:35
Speaker 1: Morgan declined to comment on Raskin's request. The congressman, in
48:39
Speaker 1: his letter to Diamond, emphasized that the CEO recently said,
48:42
Speaker 1: referring to Epstein, that he and JP Morgan regret any
48:46
Speaker 1: association with that man at all. Well, I think so, huh.
48:50
Speaker 1: But they weren't regretting it when they were collecting all
48:53
Speaker 1: that dough. They weren't regretting it when he brought Highbridge in.
48:58
Speaker 1: But now they regret it because you know, that's what
49:00
Speaker 1: they regret. They regret getting caught. Raskin also noted that
49:06
Speaker 1: Diamond had committed to providing information to the Judiciary Committee,
49:10
Speaker 1: but Diamond had specified that he would comply with the subpoenas, saying,
49:14
Speaker 1: if it's a legal requirement, we would conform to it.
49:17
Speaker 1: We have no issues with that. So get krackin, let's
49:21
Speaker 1: get the subpoenas rolling, and let's get the financial records.
49:24
Speaker 1: If you really want to get to the bottom of
49:25
Speaker 1: what's going on, this is the way to do it.
49:29
Speaker 1: JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank have both paid substantial sums
49:33
Speaker 1: to settle lawsuits accusing them of facilitating and financially benefiting
49:37
Speaker 1: from sex trafficking by their client Epstein. In twenty twenty three,
49:42
Speaker 1: JP Morgan agreed to pay two hundred and ninety million
49:45
Speaker 1: dollars to settle a class action suit on behalf of
49:48
Speaker 1: Epstein victims and reached a seventy five million dollar settlement
49:52
Speaker 1: in a separate case brought by the US Virgin Islands.
49:56
Speaker 1: So there's a big hoax going on obviously, right, nothing
49:59
Speaker 1: to see here, but JP Morgan's paying out what three
50:02
Speaker 1: hundred and sixty million dollars. Yeah, because that's what JP
50:06
Speaker 1: Morgan does on a regular basis, right, lose money. Bank
50:11
Speaker 1: of America and BNY Mellon did not respond to c
50:14
Speaker 1: NBC's request for comment on Raskin's letters to their CEOs.
50:19
Speaker 1: Raskin wrote that he was sending the letters after Republicans,
50:22
Speaker 1: who all the majority on the Judiciary panel, voted against
50:25
Speaker 1: Democratic members attempt to issue subpoenas to the four banks
50:29
Speaker 1: last month. Now, why would you guys not want to
50:32
Speaker 1: do that. We're not talking about, you know, anything crazy here,
50:36
Speaker 1: a subpoena of the bank. Let's see what's going on.
50:38
Speaker 1: If you're interested in getting to the bottom of what
50:41
Speaker 1: happened with Epstein, then why would you be against this, unless,
50:44
Speaker 1: of course you're not interested in what's going on and
50:47
Speaker 1: you're just trying to run out the clock, because that
50:50
Speaker 1: sure seems to be what's going on here. The subpoena
50:54
Speaker 1: effort fell in a nearly party lined vote. Representative Thomas
50:58
Speaker 1: Massey of Kentucky was the only Republican to vote in
51:01
Speaker 1: favor of the subpoenas. Now, what about the other four
51:04
Speaker 1: members of the Republican Party who are going to sign
51:07
Speaker 1: the petition. They should be signing off on this too.
51:10
Speaker 1: It's important that we get this information. If you really
51:12
Speaker 1: want to know, if you're really interested, if you really
51:15
Speaker 1: want justice, this is how to get there. The request
51:18
Speaker 1: for subpoenas came at the end of a hearing with
51:20
Speaker 1: FBI Director Cash Bettel, who Democrats grilled about the Trump
51:24
Speaker 1: administration's handling of the so called Epstein files. Raskin, in
51:29
Speaker 1: his letters asserted that Bettel's testimony showed that his FBI
51:33
Speaker 1: has failed to follow the money regarding suspicious transactions related
51:37
Speaker 1: to Epstein that the banks had reported to the Treasury Department.
51:41
Speaker 1: Let me be clear, if there's no investigation of the
51:44
Speaker 1: financial trail, there's no investigation. The lawmakers accused each of
51:49
Speaker 1: the four banks of either ignoring or failing to adequately
51:52
Speaker 1: report red flags about Epstein's financial transfers. Deutsche Bank, for instance,
51:57
Speaker 1: witnessed but failed to report a stream of red flags
52:00
Speaker 1: related to mister Epstein, including his attorney sending millions of
52:04
Speaker 1: dollars to women with Eastern European surnames. Raskin told Suing, Oh,
52:09
Speaker 1: I wonder why. I wonder why that money was being
52:11
Speaker 1: sent out. I'm sure it's just because Jeffrey Epstein's altruistic
52:15
Speaker 1: right just wanted to hook people up. JP Morgan did
52:18
Speaker 1: not file a single SAAR until after Epstein's death, despite
52:22
Speaker 1: the flavorite nature of his activities, Raskin wrote to Diamond
52:26
Speaker 1: Bank of America appears to have filed just two significantly
52:30
Speaker 1: delayed essars about one hundred and seventy million in transactions
52:33
Speaker 1: between mister Epstein and billionaire investor Leon Black, The lawmaker
52:38
Speaker 1: told Moynihan BNY Mellon reportedly filed stars linked to the
52:43
Speaker 1: three hundred and seventy eight million in Epstein related payments
52:46
Speaker 1: only years after mister Epstein's death, Raskin wrote to Vince
52:50
Speaker 1: Raskin's letters cited findings from an investigation being led by
52:54
Speaker 1: Senate Finance Committee ranking member Ron Wyden, who says the
52:58
Speaker 1: bank records held by the Treasury Department show Epstein related
53:01
Speaker 1: transactions totaling at least one point five billion one point
53:05
Speaker 1: five billion dollars, folks, one point five billion dollars, and
53:10
Speaker 1: nobody is interested where that money was going, who was
53:13
Speaker 1: receiving it, who was sending it? I guess not. House
53:16
Speaker 1: Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, who is leading his own
53:20
Speaker 1: probe of Epstein's money trail, in mid September, said that
53:23
Speaker 1: the Treasury Department pledged to share documents with his panel.
53:26
Speaker 1: Raskin wants the banks to provide all information about any
53:30
Speaker 1: transaction relating to Epstein is convicted accomplice Glenn Maxwell, or
53:34
Speaker 1: they're victims that had been identified for further review, inspection,
53:38
Speaker 1: or discussion. He also asked for all internal communication and
53:43
Speaker 1: discussion with federal authorities about Epstein, as well as any
53:46
Speaker 1: risk assessment and due diligence reports that the banks may
53:49
Speaker 1: have created. All of that stuff is legitimate. All of
53:54
Speaker 1: that is a typical ask when you're doing a financial investigation.
54:00
Speaker 1: The request cover records spanning from nineteen ninety eight to
54:03
Speaker 1: present day. Raskin asks them to deliver the materials to
54:07
Speaker 1: his committee by a five pm Eastern Standard time on
54:10
Speaker 1: October twenty second. Raskin appealed to the bank's reputations in
54:14
Speaker 1: his letters, If you truly regret JP Morgan's shameful of
54:17
Speaker 1: association with mister Epstein. We trust that you will work
54:21
Speaker 1: with us to promptly produce these records and help us
54:24
Speaker 1: ensure that neither your bank nor any other American bank
54:27
Speaker 1: ever again enables and bank rolls a criminal sex trafficking
54:31
Speaker 1: ring like mister Epstein's. He wrote to mister Diamond, Well, look, folks,
54:35
Speaker 1: I've said from the very beginning that if you really
54:37
Speaker 1: want to get to the bottom of this, follow the money,
54:40
Speaker 1: and if you do that shit on the street with drugs,
54:43
Speaker 1: if you follow the money on the street, you're going
54:45
Speaker 1: to end up at the drug dealer's house. Right Eventually,
54:47
Speaker 1: you're going to end up at the supplier. While home
54:50
Speaker 1: we're talking about this shit. Inevitably, you're going to end
54:53
Speaker 1: up in some politician's office or some banker's office, and
54:56
Speaker 1: that's exactly where this trail is going to lead. In
54:59
Speaker 1: my opinion, the only question is which bankers and which politicians.
55:06
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
55:08
Speaker 1: be found in the description box.
