- 0:00Major alert, the gold price and silver price are rocketing
- 0:03higher this morning. Are you happy yet?
- 0:06I'm happy. I hope you are as well.
- 0:08But what we really want to know is why we have all types of
- 0:13major predictions to look at today, including my prediction
- 0:17last night. I was thinking that a year from
- 0:20now, I can easily see the gold price at $3200 per oz.
- 0:25I think that might be a little conservative and silver price at
- 0:30$60.00 per oz. But let's talk about why the big
- 0:34moves today in silver and gold and see what the experts are
- 0:39saying and let's think about how we feel about it.
- 0:42Don't forget you got a good head on your shoulders.
- 0:45Just because somebody's a supposed expert does not by any
- 0:49stretch of the imagination mean they know more than you.
- 0:52Let's go take a look at what Kitco is attributing this
- 0:56morning's big move up in the gold and silver price, too.
- 0:59We got an article here by Jim Wyckoff.
- 1:01He's a great analyst. He said gold prices sharply up
- 1:05silver prices as well, Jim, on safe haven demand and bargain
- 1:09hunting. And he does talk about silver in
- 1:11this article. But he says gold prices are
- 1:14sharply higher and silver is posting solid gains in early US
- 1:19trading on Monday. Here we go for reasons why fresh
- 1:24safe haven buying and bargain hunting after recent selling
- 1:28pressure are featured to start the trading week.
- 1:32OK, so uncertainty, geopolitical uncertainty number one over the
- 1:37weekend, right? U.S.
- 1:39President Biden has authorized Ukraine to strike Russia using
- 1:44US supplied long range missiles. This decision will allow for
- 1:48attacks farther inside Russia and comes as Russian President
- 1:52Vladimir Putin positions North Korean troops along Ukraine's
- 1:57northern border to try to reclaim territory seized by
- 2:00Ukrainian forces. This has put heightened
- 2:03uncertainty into this major geopolitical event and prompted
- 2:07safe haven demand for gold and silver.
- 2:10So some people are being rather, maybe they're not, but a lot of
- 2:14people are talking about the N word, nuclear.
- 2:19Some people are talking about World War three.
- 2:22People are wondering why is Biden now that he's basically a
- 2:25lame duck president making such a major decision?
- 2:29There's all types of theories, speculation, but this is a major
- 2:33world geopolitical event and it is supporting the gold price and
- 2:37the silver price. But that's not just it.
- 2:40There's a lot more behind this big move that we're seeing today
- 2:44in the silver and gold price. But let's see what else our
- 2:48friend Mr. Wyckoff has to say because he has some great
- 2:50points. Here we go.
- 2:53Bloomberg, right? The Bloomberg the, the like
- 2:56financial news source, the number one source now is
- 3:00reporting that Goldman Sachs, the number one investment bank,
- 3:05has named gold as one of its top commodity trades for next year.
- 3:10And when gold goes up, guys, silver absolutely will follow.
- 3:15We know that. We know that to be the case now
- 3:20with an estimate, OK, for gold, they're saying there's an
- 3:22estimated price target of $3000 per oz by December of 2025.
- 3:28US basement dwellers will prove them wrong because we know we're
- 3:31going to get to at least 3200. It could be a lot higher guys,
- 3:35next year for the gold price. Goldman sided the uncertainty
- 3:40regarding the new Trump presidency and hit policies.
- 3:45All right, we're going to come back to that.
- 3:47OK, let's talk about that right now.
- 3:49There is so much uncertainty. The honeymoon's over.
- 3:53Not a political statement, but there is so much uncertainty if
- 3:58you if we ever this is a Black Swan, I know you may or may not
- 4:02agree with that and that's OK, but I think that the Trump
- 4:05landslide victory was a Black Swan, not a political statement.
- 4:10I'm not saying it's a bad thing. What I'm saying was the extent
- 4:13to which the Republicans nominated these elections when
- 4:16the American people spoke in an overwhelming matter.
- 4:21Shocked, right? Ask any Democrat, they're
- 4:24shocked. They don't understand.
- 4:25Turn on CNN or MSNBC. Nonetheless, what it's creating
- 4:29this massive uncertainty. You're having people now being
- 4:33appointed to the president's Cabinet committee, Treasury
- 4:37Secretary, Defense Secretary, that are shocking people.
- 4:42It's a Black Swan event. And guys, don't forget why it's
- 4:45important to to consider that it's a Gray swan event, whatever
- 4:49you want to call it, right, is because after Black Swan events
- 4:53or Gray swan events, we typically have major, major up
- 4:58moves in the silver price and gold price.
- 5:01So that couple weeks, it's been about two weeks now since Donald
- 5:04Trump was elected the next president of the United States
- 5:07of America was kind of a honeymoon period.
- 5:10Yeah. The stock market exploded,
- 5:12Bitcoin and crypto prices exploded, but we have all this
- 5:17major uncertainty, right? DVAC, Ramaswami, Elon Musk, Matt
- 5:23Gaetz, just major changes are coming.
- 5:26So much uncertainty about what's going to go on with tariffs.
- 5:30Ask President Xi in China. There's I read an article this
- 5:33morning he's in cold sweats trying to figure out what's
- 5:36going to happen. There is a lot of uncertainty,
- 5:39and uncertainty is absolutely a major driver for gold and
- 5:44silver. It's been that way for a few
- 5:47thousand years, and it will always be that way.
- 5:50All right, let's go back and see what Mr. Wyckoff has to say
- 5:53about silver. He says, All right, so Goldman
- 5:57Sachs, don't forget guys, something very important to
- 6:02remember about Goldman Sachs. The 1st 4 letters of their name
- 6:05are GOLD. I'll leave it at that.
- 6:08Let's go down to silver because I think Mr. Wyckoff had
- 6:11something to say about silver. Yeah, he says December silver
- 6:14futures bears have the overall near term technical advantage.
- 6:18Prices are trending down on the daily bar chart.
- 6:21Silver bowls next upside price objective is closing prices
- 6:26above solid technical resistance at $32.50.
- 6:31OK, so we talked about extensively the battle that
- 6:35silver had going on at $30 per oz OK, looks like we're in good
- 6:41shape for today on that. But what we need to get through
- 6:44next again is this 3250 range. And I'm telling you, this will
- 6:50be like the fifth time, the 4th time that we broke through this
- 6:54range and kind of the low 30s and, and man, the more times it
- 6:58takes to breakthrough, the more crazy the move to the upside
- 7:03will be. Guys, we got to remember this.
- 7:06There are not a lot of people. There's not a lot of people who
- 7:10bought silver for $35.00 an ounce.
- 7:13There's not a lot of people who bought silver for 38 dollars,
- 7:17$40 per oz. Once we get through and the
- 7:21momentum really kicks in, right, man, the price of silver could
- 7:26have an explosive move. Some people are talking about
- 7:29all the way to $50 per oz, and I'm talking in the near term.
- 7:34Now, look, don't make any financial decisions.
- 7:37This is just my opinion. But in my gut feeling, it's what
- 7:41I believe. It's what I believe in my heart,
- 7:43that that's where we're moving. I tried to write down like this
- 7:45morning, why is silver going crazy?
- 7:48I mean there are so many reasons and gold as well, but let's go
- 7:52do a price check. Let's make sure they're still
- 7:55up. Boy, wouldn't I be embarrassed.
- 7:57Let's go to channel sponsor pin backs and do an update here on
- 8:00the silver and gold price. I don't think these are prices
- 8:04as of a few hours ago, so take a deep breath with me.
- 8:08We're going to press the Pembac's magic button.
- 8:11You can do this for yourself on their website.
- 8:13You press this little gold triangle and we get wow, silver
- 8:19is up $0.88 per oz, Gold up $40 per oz Unbelievable.
- 8:27Now look, if you think the silver price and gold price are
- 8:29going to continue higher in the coming decade, in the coming
- 8:33year, the coming quarter, whatever your belief is it and
- 8:36you decide that you want to respond, possibly buy some
- 8:40silver or gold bullion or platinum group metals.
- 8:43I think you'll really get a huge, huge benefit by
- 8:47considering giving Pembex a chance.
- 8:49Just check out what they can do for you as compared to the other
- 8:53big online bullion dealers. Here's their website right here,
- 8:57Pi MB EX pembex.com. For your money, you'll always
- 9:01get a great selection and you will always work with a company
- 9:05that you can trust. But you need to figure that one
- 9:07out for yourself. And there we go.
- 9:10Now we're back. I think you can see me.
- 9:12Please, somebody give me a 5 by 5.
- 9:14If you can see me and hear me, I apologize and thank you,
- 9:17Patrick. It is a live stream and things
- 9:20happen. But if somebody could give me a
- 9:225 by 5, that would be awesome. I think we're still alive.
- 9:27And where's Ron? OK, here we go.
- 9:29Is somebody. Yes.
- 9:30Thank you, Jake, from Jake's Custom Parts.
- 9:32OK, Citibank, Citibank, we're going to talk about this later,
- 9:37is calling Citibank. Their head of commodities
- 9:40research says $3000 gold within six months, $40 silver within
- 9:46six months. OK, We just did a live press
- 9:49price update. Let's talk about what Rashad is
- 9:52telling us. One of the top analysts that I
- 9:54like to follow is telling us this about gold, OK?
- 9:59He says I expect gold to rally above 2600.
- 10:02So far, he's right. OK, this is from yesterday.
- 10:06And then sell off towards month end to test 2500 area and then
- 10:11take off towards mid-december. So guys, remember we're going to
- 10:17have volatility. But here's his chart, right?
- 10:19He thinks we're going to go up all right and make sure we got
- 10:23you on the right screen, which we do.
- 10:26We're going to go up and then we're going to drop down here to
- 10:332500 and then we're off to the races, OK?
- 10:36So I wanted to share that with you because we need to remember
- 10:39no matter what's going on, right, there will be volatility.
- 10:43I mean, do you remember, was it like 8-9 days ago on these days
- 10:46when silver was getting absolutely clobbered, what it
- 10:49felt like today? We're on the other side of that
- 10:52coin. That's called volatility.
- 10:54Yes, days like today will feel much better, but part of an any
- 10:58big major upward move in anything including gold and
- 11:03silver will be pull back. So let's stay with it.
- 11:07Let's run out and see real quickly.
- 11:08We talked about this last night, but Rashad is telling us $48,000
- 11:15gold. Are you kidding me?
- 11:18I'll ask you a question, my fellow basement dwellers.
- 11:21How does that sound? The idea of $48,000 gold?
- 11:26This comes from Graddy, another technical analyst that I love to
- 11:29follow. He says it's a simple chart.
- 11:32Back in 2016, he predicted $10,000 gold.
- 11:36Now he thinks that $48,000 gold very well could happen.
- 11:41The future gold price is not about what seems realistic
- 11:45today. It's about the structure of the
- 11:47coming monetary system. And he talks about this big
- 11:51ascending rising wedge, right? A rising wedge.
- 11:55These two blue lines you can see my pointer that are going up the
- 12:00inflations of the 70s, that's when gold shot up.
- 12:03We kind of consolidated, right? We had the second bowl phase
- 12:06from about 2001 through 2011 and what he's calling for now based
- 12:11on his on his analysis, technical analysis is that we
- 12:16could get this wild chart does say target is 48,000 and then
- 12:21parentheses he mentions which could be the approximate number
- 12:25if the US dollar into money supply was backed by gold 100%.
- 12:33OK guys. And I did some math last night
- 12:36comparing this crazy number $48,000 gold to the, to the
- 12:40price increase that we had during the 19 70s when gold went
- 12:44from $35 to $850, which is darn near a 25 times increase.
- 12:50If you multiply $2500 gold, which is lower than we are
- 12:55today. But that happened to be this
- 12:57other analysts downward target. If you, if you multiply 2500 *
- 13:0125, you get $62,500 per oz gold. And that's the move that we did
- 13:09have during the 70s. This isn't like, oh, I just
- 13:12think this could happen or it happened, buttercup, right?
- 13:18Gold went up actually 24 times, but I rounded up since I rounded
- 13:22down on the gold price, gold went up 24 times in value during
- 13:26the 1970s. And I would argue, I would argue
- 13:29strongly that the situation we're in right now
- 13:34geopolitically, right, monetarily, fiscally in the
- 13:40United States is as bad or worse than the 1970s.
- 13:46So think about that. If we're in a worser, worstest,
- 13:51most worthiest situation now than we were in 1971.
- 13:57I remember when my mother delivered me in February of 1970
- 14:01and I came out and I said, what is going on in this world?
- 14:04And then Nixon took us off the gold standard.
- 14:07I'm telling you, I was alive in 1971.
- 14:10We're in worse situation now than we were then in the 1970s
- 14:14because of stagflation. Stagflation.
- 14:17The S word, right? The S word that we love.
- 14:20Here in the basement, we had what did silver.
- 14:23So here I got it. Hold on a second.
- 14:25Let me pull this up. Keep all these notes in the
- 14:291970s Silver rose. Sit down.
- 14:33Take a deep breath. Silver rose in the 1970s from
- 14:37$1.50 per oz. Yes, an ounce of silver started
- 14:42the 70s decade at $1.50 per oz all the way to a $50.
- 14:49OK, I don't even want to do that math.
- 14:55I might get kicked off the Internet for that one.
- 14:58Nonetheless, that's what we've got going on now.
- 15:00What could here's here's so we can talk about that, but here's
- 15:04what could happen. Man, I had a great conversation
- 15:06with Michael Gentilly, like the absolute smartest mind in my
- 15:11opinion in the precious metal sector this morning, but a
- 15:15little bit more about that later.
- 15:16We talked about the how there's no money in the precious metal
- 15:20sector right now. This this is crazy, this alone,
- 15:24right? This alone is is a shining star
- 15:28in the night for you, for all precious metals investors from
- 15:36the most unlikely place you ever noticed that in life, like
- 15:39things often times come from the most unlikely places, the most
- 15:43unlikely things like I never would have saw that coming.
- 15:46I never thought about that, Will.
- 15:47This is one of those situations and I want you to listen very,
- 15:53very closely because it has to do with money on the sidelines
- 15:58and it has to do with the price of silver and gold going up
- 16:02multiple times in value, the price of precious metal stocks
- 16:06going up 4X5X, whatever the case may be.
- 16:10OK, but listen to this. Wow, money market funds continue
- 16:14to hit all time highs, now clocking in at $6.7 trillion.
- 16:19I was told that this is all quote UN quote cash on the
- 16:22sidelines waiting for the Fed to cut rates.
- 16:26But the Fed is cut by 75 basis points and instead the pile
- 16:30keeps growing. This is Money that American
- 16:34people have sitting in money market accounts, safe money.
- 16:38They don't want to put it in the stock market.
- 16:39They don't want to buy risky real estate state or anything
- 16:43like that. No, look at this numbers, guys.
- 16:46Look at how I mean from from just what, eight years ago?
- 16:50Heck, not even that. Just six years ago, the amount
- 16:54of money was 2.5 trillion. If we look right here, it is
- 16:57skyrocketed almost to $7 trillion.
- 17:01Now, why is that a shining star for you and me as precious
- 17:06metals investors? I'll show you why, visually.
- 17:11Hold on here. One second.
- 17:13I can't. I can't get over this.
- 17:15I'm sorry. I got to show it to you again.
- 17:17That's me. Or you leaving the coin shop
- 17:21before they realize I gave them paper for silver.
- 17:27OK, Hold on. I'm going to tell you why all
- 17:29that money is a big deal. There's my girlfriend, Arabella,
- 17:33and that's not it. That's not it, That's not it.
- 17:36That's SpongeBob. Hold on, there's Woodrow Wilson.
- 17:39That's the reason why, guys. This is quite simply the reason
- 17:43why $7 trillion sitting in money market accounts can result in
- 17:48multiple, multiple time increases in the value of gold,
- 17:53silver, and precious metals. This is Extras Pyramid, which
- 17:57was created by John Extra, who worked for the New York, NY
- 18:00Federal Reserve, and he just died a few decades ago.
- 18:03So, and what this shows and what this man from the Fed showed us
- 18:06is that gold and silver are the base of all money.
- 18:10OK, Look right above it. You got base money.
- 18:13Oh, then you got bank money. Then you've got government
- 18:17bonds, bank money. OK, think about that.
- 18:21Oh, shoot, what happened here? Sorry, bank money.
- 18:25That's $7 trillion, 7 trillion. That alone, that's just bank
- 18:30money. That doesn't even count.
- 18:31Government bonds, whatever those trillions are. 36 trillion.
- 18:35Corporate bonds, trillions, non monetary commodities, trillions,
- 18:40derivatives, quadrillions. We did some calculations that
- 18:43have just like 1% of the derivative market.
- 18:47The nominal value was to go into gold and silver.
- 18:49The prices would go up like 5 *. I digress.
- 18:53We're talking about this bank money, OK, money that people
- 18:58have in $7 trillion. If just a little bit of that
- 19:03goes down and here's how it'll happen.
- 19:05It's going to happen when all those the sheeple right that
- 19:12don't watch Ron's basement that watch the children's news
- 19:15network, also known as CNN or MSNBC or even Fox News for that
- 19:20matter. They're asleep.
- 19:21They have no idea that this stuff right, not this, that's a
- 19:26silver certificate, but this is being printed into oblivion.
- 19:30And when they wake up, when they go to the grocery store in a
- 19:33gallon of milk cost them $12.00 and they're like I'm losing
- 19:36more. I'm my dollars are losing value.
- 19:39They're going to put the money into the stock market.
- 19:42OK, all right. They're not going to put that
- 19:44money. They're not something and say,
- 19:45well, I'm going to buy residential real estate's in a
- 19:48bubble. Commercial real estate,
- 19:51residential real estate bubble. Bubble.
- 19:53Can you say bubble? Say bubble.
- 19:55It's fun. It's one of my favorite words to
- 19:57say bubble. The stock market isn't a double
- 20:00bubble because you know why? The valuations, not the precious
- 20:04metal mining stocks, I'm not talking about them.
- 20:06They're the opposite of a bubble.
- 20:08But the general stock market, NVIDIA, Apple, Microsoft, you
- 20:13look at any I could bore you for hours and I won't.
- 20:17But I I'm an accountant. I work for a BIG4 firm.
- 20:21I can read financial statements. I know how valuations work.
- 20:24The general stock market is a bubble.
- 20:26But wait, there's more. It's a double bubble.
- 20:29Double bubble trouble, OK. Because not only are those
- 20:32valuations bubblicious, right? By any metric, by any
- 20:37measurement, no matter what ratio or however you want to
- 20:40compare Cape whatever priced earnings price to sales you.
- 20:46I mean, I promised I wouldn't bore you.
- 20:49Not only are they overvalued in that regard.
- 20:52So that's bubble #1 bubble #2 is the actual thing that they're
- 20:56valued in is a Ponzi paper. So you got the valuations that
- 21:02are nutso. But on top of that, what they
- 21:04use the value at the unit of measure is a is a this right?
- 21:10They don't. They don't quote stock prices
- 21:12and this do they, Huh. Oh, yeah.
- 21:18Apple stocks trading at 10 ounces of silver.
- 21:21No, no, they use this Unicorn fart dust.
- 21:26That's all it is. Is Unicorn.
- 21:28That's what coin shop Chris says.
- 21:29Unicorn fart dust. Unicorn fart dust paper, right?
- 21:34It wasn't always that way. I won't show this again for a
- 21:37week, but now I have to. It didn't used to be that way,
- 21:40guys. See member silver certificate.
- 21:44The dollar used to be redeemable on demand for silver back in the
- 21:511930s, right when they made the Wizard of Oz, which is also all
- 21:55about gold and silver. But we won't go down that yellow
- 21:58brick road. And Dorothy's Ruby slippers were
- 22:02actually silver slippers, No. OK, when in a little bit, let's
- 22:08wrap this point up and then let's move on.
- 22:10What do you say when a little bit of that money, that 7
- 22:14tirillion, $7 trillion goes down and those people freak and goes
- 22:21into silver and gold? When the Costco dads become the
- 22:23Costco dad army, right? And then they realize they
- 22:26should buy their gold and silver from a specialist like a company
- 22:28like Pimbex. Anyway, I digress.
- 22:31It's going to be massive. The whole I was talking with
- 22:34Michael Gentilly this morning and he, he was like the whole,
- 22:38the entire, the entire precious metals mining sector, right
- 22:44market cap, the entire world precious metal mining sector
- 22:49market cap is like 1/3 of NVIDIA 1/3.
- 22:53I mean, we had this other, I haven't checked it lately, but a
- 22:56couple months ago, the entire silver mining sector market cap
- 23:01was less than Home Depot. And I don't like Home Depot.
- 23:04I don't like those big stores. But nonetheless, a hardware
- 23:07store chain of hardware stores is valued more richly than the
- 23:12world's entire silver mining sector.
- 23:15I mean, what are jokes? I just want to quit.
- 23:17I'm going to give up. I'll never give up on you.
- 23:22I forgot the most important part.
- 23:24You are the most important part. Thank you for being here.
- 23:27You have a name. I want you to think of your name
- 23:30right right now, cuz you're YouTube, you're part of this
- 23:33group, you're part of the basement.
- 23:35We're like a little tribe. So if you enjoy yourself, I'll
- 23:38recommend that you consider, subscribe and give this a thumbs
- 23:42up that helps get the word out to more people.
- 23:45And yeah, thank you for super chat, super thanks, PayPal
- 23:48donations, any of that. Never expected.
- 23:51I'm always much appreciated. What else did I?
- 23:55And now I listen, I love this guy, Michael Gentilia.
- 23:58I listen to an interview he did a couple weeks ago.
- 24:01Guys, from 2008 through today, the assets under management for
- 24:06precious metal funds like the ETS, that type of thing, these
- 24:10funds that invest in precious metal exclusive investments,
- 24:14this is crazy, are down 80 to 90%.
- 24:18That's the assets. That's the amount of money in
- 24:20those funds. That doesn't mean that they're
- 24:22down 80 or 90%, but the way things have gone in that sector
- 24:25is probably not too far off. That's 8090% of the money and
- 24:29not OK inflation adjusted, it would be even more OK.
- 24:34Now think about this. That is constant pressure.
- 24:37Nobody's it's, this is a good thing.
- 24:40Nobody cares. Nobody cares about the precious
- 24:44metals in the precious metal mining stocks in the West.
- 24:48That's going to change. That will change.
- 24:51And when that does, when people start realizing the opportunity
- 24:55in the mining stocks, that'll also bring big, big focus on to
- 24:59the actual metals themselves. Because think about it, This is
- 25:04why this is a good thing. The path of least resistance is
- 25:08because sentiment. It's gotten a little bit better
- 25:11for gold and silver here in the last couple months, no doubt
- 25:13about it. A little bit better.
- 25:15We went from an F to AD minus. Why is that?
- 25:19Why am I happy about that? I'll tell you why I'm happy
- 25:21about that. Because that means the
- 25:23opportunity, right? For more people.
- 25:26There's so few of us. You are part of an exclusive
- 25:29club, OK, If you own silver and gold in the United States, if
- 25:33you you're even part of a more exclusive club if you own like
- 25:37junior precious metal mining stocks, OK.
- 25:40I heard somebody say it's like a like a high school gymnasium
- 25:44full of people. That's the entire community that
- 25:46buys precious metal mining stocks.
- 25:48Why is that a good thing? Because guys, when you go from
- 25:52an F to AD minus, there's still a lot of room for improvement If
- 25:57we just get to AC plus right or B minus.
- 26:01That would be like multiples more money buying silver, buying
- 26:05gold. You are you're let me tell you a
- 26:08little story. If you were a passenger, if you
- 26:13had been a passenger on the s s Titanic, that ship that could
- 26:16never sink, right? That's like the Fiat money
- 26:18system. Oh, it could never fail.
- 26:21They got some new world we got, you know, blah, blah, blah.
- 26:23If you had been a passenger on the Titanic, you would have been
- 26:27in the first lifeboat. That's what silver and gold
- 26:30investors are. We are the first people.
- 26:33Welcome to the club, right? I'm glad you're here.
- 26:37We're the people that got on the very first lifeboat to get off
- 26:41the Titanic cuz we sensed something was wrong.
- 26:46Now we've floated away from the boat or a couple 100 yards away.
- 26:50We look back, join me here, We look back at the Titanic where
- 26:54everybody, 99% of the people are still on the boat.
- 26:57They don't know it guy, cuz it's happened very slowly.
- 27:00But the whole boat is starting to ship.
- 27:03But they're partying away, right Captain?
- 27:06Captain Biden and, and 1st mate, what's his name?
- 27:11Gomer Pyle, Jerome Powell. They're still partying.
- 27:15They're having drinks on the deck.
- 27:16The band's playing. You're just early.
- 27:19But now from a distance you can see it all right.
- 27:22And I'm telling you when, when just a few more people it
- 27:27doesn't, that's the the benefit of their only being so few
- 27:31people in the West in the metals.
- 27:33It's going to be, it's a lot easier for a number for 1% to go
- 27:37to 5%. OK, think about that than it is
- 27:41for if we were already at 5 or let's say 10%, right, and we
- 27:45wanted five times more people that would have to go all the
- 27:47way to 50%. So it's a lot easier to improve
- 27:51from a cruddy position is an easy way to sum that one up.
- 27:55And buddy, my friends, I believe don't make it.
- 27:58Look, I could be dead wrong. I'm a silver pumper, right gold.
- 28:02But no, maybe I am. I don't know.
- 28:05But I believe, I believe in the future of silver, the future of
- 28:09gold, in the future of the precious metal mining stocks.
- 28:13You need to ask yourself that question.
- 28:15OK, all right, let's go. What's Poland doing?
- 28:18Poland. Poland, Let's go to the J Post
- 28:21here real quickly and talk about what a major ally of the United
- 28:25States, a major European country, is doing.
- 28:29The Jerusalem Post has a great piece here I've got highlighted
- 28:32for you so you don't have to read it yourself.
- 28:35The Polish central bank becomes biggest buyer of gold.
- 28:40What? Why?
- 28:41Why are they doing that? Poland surpasses Great Britain
- 28:45in gold reserves now holding 420 tons as gold makes up 15% of its
- 28:52assets, the countries the country strengthens economic
- 28:56stability and ranks amongst the world's top holders.
- 29:00But why wait till you hear the reason why Poland entered the
- 29:04club? This is Adam Glapinski.
- 29:06He's the governor of the National Bank of Poland.
- 29:08That's their central bank. They now have 420 tons of gold.
- 29:12That's getting up there. OK.
- 29:15The top countries they ranked now is one of the top countries
- 29:18in the world when it comes to gold reserves, quote, Poland has
- 29:24entered the club of the world's largest gold reserve holders, he
- 29:28announced. But here, strategic goals for
- 29:31Poland's gold reserves. The governor confirmed the
- 29:34National bank's objective of raising gold to 20% of its total
- 29:38foreign exchange reserves. He says, quote, this move will
- 29:42align us with the world's leading economies.
- 29:45He noted currently gold constitutes approximately 15% of
- 29:49their assets. Guys, guys, we haven't talked
- 29:52about this for a month, OK? It kind of got beat to death,
- 29:56right? I mean, did you ever get sick of
- 29:57hearing this? Central banks are buying gold.
- 30:00Central banks are buying gold. I'm down here in the basement
- 30:03everyday. I'm like a puppet.
- 30:04I had a puppet, you know, wait a minute.
- 30:06I found a puppet mysteriously on the floor down here the other
- 30:09day. Hold on a second.
- 30:10What did I do with it? Here it is.
- 30:15Make one of Susie's cats even Winnie the Pooh.
- 30:21It's OK. We're going to have some fun
- 30:22today. Even Winnie the Pooh says,
- 30:25right. Central banks are buying gold.
- 30:27Oh, he's a golden bear. Look at him.
- 30:29Central banks are buying gold, right?
- 30:31Why is that a big deal? I don't know where that thing
- 30:34came from. It was just sitting on the floor
- 30:36in the basement. It's a big deal that central
- 30:40banks are buying gold because central banks are the most
- 30:43sophisticated financial institutions in the world, OK?
- 30:48They have access to more inside information when it comes to the
- 30:52world finances than anybody. So when we have China's central
- 30:57bank, when we have India's central bank, when we have
- 31:01Poland's central bank, when we have, I don't know, the list
- 31:05goes on and on. They're not, they're not buying
- 31:08Bitcoin. No.
- 31:10What are they buying? What are all these central?
- 31:12Think about it, man. We haven't talked about this for
- 31:14a while. This is like a double bonus day.
- 31:18We had so much room for in sentiment to improve with
- 31:21investors for gold and silver. But on top of that, guys, the
- 31:24central banks of the world are stockpiling gold, OK?
- 31:32I mean, that's like that's like a hot stock tip from Warren
- 31:37Buffett or something like that. Think about it.
- 31:40That's what's happening right now in our world, right as we
- 31:45move into this period of unbelievable uncertainty.
- 31:48Let's talk about what Citibank, hold on here.
- 31:51I want to pull up a slide for you so we can visually see
- 31:55what's going on. Here we go.
- 31:57Let's talk about this guy. OK?
- 31:59His name is Max Leighton, OK, he is.
- 32:05Let me tell you what Max is. Max is the global head of
- 32:07commodity research at Citibank. Max was previously a managing
- 32:12director and head of European commodities research at Goldman
- 32:17Sachs. OK, He was on CNBC in America.
- 32:21He was on CNBC in India over the last month, even just very
- 32:25recently, I believe it was the CBCNBC India.
- 32:28Gold and silver are strong. He says he has a a price target
- 32:34for gold, $3000 in the next six months, OK Silver, $40 in the
- 32:41next six months. Why?
- 32:43OK? Because both gold and silver
- 32:45have been strong despite a number of major factors that
- 32:49were working against them. A number of major headwinds
- 32:52pushing against things like higher interest rates, right?
- 32:57We had strong payroll numbers because by Dynamics it's it's
- 33:00even working after they lost the elections by Dynamics just keeps
- 33:03on working. Yeah sure, whatever strong
- 33:07payroll numbers until they revise the numbers down in the
- 33:10subsequent months or years. Cuz don't forget guys, we just
- 33:14learned that between March of 2023 and March of 2024, the jobs
- 33:18numbers they gave us were overstated by at least 800,000
- 33:22jobs. Unicorn part does make believe
- 33:24jobs. I'm wondering all those people
- 33:27that had these make believe jobs, were they getting make
- 33:29believe paychecks? I digress.
- 33:31Also another factor working against gold and silver, gold in
- 33:36particular were lower Chinese that supposedly the Chinese
- 33:40central bank stopped buying. OK, but he brings up a very
- 33:43interesting point, right investment demand and I'm I'm
- 33:47adding some to this as well. Investment demand for gold in
- 33:52particular and silver. Have you noticed this keeps
- 33:55shifting from source to source right.
- 33:58The Eastern Chinese were were big buyers and still are.
- 34:02And then the Western investors started to pick up Western even
- 34:06like Poland, like we're seeing with them buying gold and moving
- 34:11from category to category, going from central banks to individual
- 34:15investors. OK, then he had something very
- 34:18interesting. Let's bring him back up to say
- 34:20about silver. He said silver, no matter how
- 34:24you adjust the numbers, meaning they looked at different supply
- 34:28demand scenarios and he was like, look guys, no matter how
- 34:32you adjust the numbers, we still see $40 silver.
- 34:36And he, you know, he made, he said like 38 to 40, but I like
- 34:3940 better. I'm sure you do too within the
- 34:42next 6 months. All right.
- 34:44And at the end of the day, guys, let's go out here at the end of
- 34:49the day, we know one thing for absolute shore, the value of of
- 34:54of the silver gold will continue to go up.
- 34:56Let's go do a quick check on the dollar index.
- 35:00And I don't think that is up to speed.
- 35:04How come I can't refresh this? Where did the my little refresh
- 35:07button go? Well, let's see here.
- 35:09Let's go to let's see what the dollar index is doing here one
- 35:14day. Nope.
- 35:15Let's go to five day. OK, it's down a little bit, but
- 35:20we're still super high on that dollar index that is working.
- 35:24I just want you to remember, no matter if Max says it or I say
- 35:28it, no matter who says it, the value of the paper dollars.
- 35:32I won't show you the paper dollar, the value of the paper
- 35:36yen, the value of the paper euro, the Swiss, whatever what
- 35:40you know any, any of these paper Fiat currencies, G7 currencies,
- 35:47OK, They're just they're just like competing against each
- 35:50other. It's like the B team or the C
- 35:52team, right League, right. They're just competing against
- 35:55each other and they are all this is critical.
- 35:59Take a deep breath and repeat after me.
- 36:02They are all simultaneously at the same time debasing
- 36:08themselves, printing, right, becoming worthless.
- 36:12So they can all say, oh, I'm worth they they can compare
- 36:14themselves to each other, but at the same time they're all
- 36:18debasing themselves. This, my friends, cannot debase
- 36:22itself. I've tried.
- 36:24I've tried photocopying it. You can't print this, sorry,
- 36:28right? You can't print gold.
- 36:30That's an absolute, absolute fact.
- 36:34OK, you know, are we headed for a recession?
- 36:37I'm going to have Oren from the Silver Hermit on next week.
- 36:41But he brought up a really, really fascinating chart that I
- 36:46want to show you right now that indicates that we could almost
- 36:50in uncertain terms be headed towards a recession.
- 36:54Hold on here. Bye bye Max.
- 36:56Everybody say bye Max bye Max. We appreciate you and we're
- 37:00going to, we'll bring pull you back up when we get to.
- 37:04There's SpongeBob, there's that little girl that's my cousin.
- 37:07We grew up together and that's his little 3 year old daughter.
- 37:10And here, let me show you this. Let's have some fun.
- 37:13Oh, then I got to show you that I got a couple things you're
- 37:15going to get mad about. There she is right there.
- 37:17When I told her paper dollars were more valuable than silver,
- 37:21that's what she did. She cracked up.
- 37:23OK, let's let's go talk about the oncoming recession.
- 37:27Spongebob's probably one of the best guys.
- 37:29Doesn't he look like SpongeBob? He gets mad when I say that, but
- 37:33we grew up together like literally 5 minutes.
- 37:36Our moms or sisters. OK, where did it go, Oren?
- 37:40I don't know. Slide 18.
- 37:43Oh, I screwed that one up. OK, I'll, I'll pull it up.
- 37:46Let me make sure I don't have it here.
- 37:49Nope. Nope, that's not it, is it?
- 37:52No, that's the CPI. Look at that.
- 37:54We'll talk about this briefly. We talked about this last night.
- 37:57This is a chart showing inflation since the year 1800.
- 38:03OK, did you notice something here?
- 38:06Between 1800 and when the Federal Reserve was founded, we
- 38:10actually had inflation that was decreasing since the Fed was
- 38:15founded in 1913 and has done nothing but explode higher.
- 38:20This was when the dollar was backed by silver and gold,
- 38:25basically 100%. We had like $20 gold coins.
- 38:28I'm not a gold guru numismatic guy.
- 38:31Silver obviously was part of our money for long periods of time.
- 38:35I'll tell you the other thing around this time is when that
- 38:40book, first it was a book the Wizard of Oz was written and
- 38:43then subsequent to that, the movie was created.
- 38:46It was all about the battle between silver and gold and the
- 38:50big nasty. Oh, it you got to dig into it
- 38:53sometime. I, I won't go into it then that
- 38:55now, but it was all about the battle between silver and gold.
- 38:59The average man, the working the farmers and Kansas and and the
- 39:03big British Bankers. And they did.
- 39:05The bankers did some nasty, nasty stuff, including including
- 39:11creating the United States Federal Reserve.
- 39:13I'm sorry, that's just a fact. And even Woodrow Wilson, we
- 39:16showed his quote last night after he had signed of the
- 39:19legislation to create the United States Federal Reserve, said
- 39:23that it was the biggest mistake of his life.
- 39:25Hey, thank you, Dan W Thank you for the incentive.
- 39:29Yes, it does help. Yes, thank you, Dan, helping to
- 39:33incentivize Ron to keep it up. OK, let's move on.
- 39:39This is crazy. This is why we could see like a
- 39:42big collapse on our country. And this is I actually downright
- 39:45angering. We're going to talk about wealth
- 39:47disparity and stay with me on this, right.
- 39:49And this goes along with the Wizard of Oz thing, the book and
- 39:52then the movie like what, 100 years ago or more that the
- 39:56middle America, if you're part of a middle America, protect
- 40:00yourself with gold and silver because the big bankers are out
- 40:05to get you and wait till you see this.
- 40:07This made me. Very, very angry.
- 40:11Let me just start with this. Yes, breaking news for you.
- 40:14This comes from a Time magazine article from four years ago.
- 40:19This is four years ago. The top 1% of Americans have
- 40:23taken 50. The top 1%, one in a hundred
- 40:26Americans, they've taken 50 trillion from the bottom 90%.
- 40:32And that's made the United States less secure.
- 40:35OK, now, but wait, there's more. This, I just want to warn you,
- 40:40if you have high blood pressure and you get mad easily angry,
- 40:43don't watch this next segment, OK?
- 40:47Because I want to show you first this and then there's a slide
- 40:52that is going to blow you away, OK?
- 40:55Now this comes from that, Fred, I think is the Federal Reserve
- 40:59of Saint Louis and I forget who I got this from.
- 41:05Notes added by Charles Hughes Smith Afton wins.
- 41:08OK Total assets held by the point 1% in the United States.
- 41:14The point O 1%, I apologize. Let me remind you, 1% is one in
- 41:20100. So point O 1% would be one in
- 41:2510,000, is that right? If 1% is one in 100.1% would be
- 41:31one, Yeah, one in 1000 people. This shows OK.
- 41:35The red line shows if the top one in 1000 people.
- 41:39Well, they kept pace with inflation.
- 41:42It should have been from 1990, should be about 4.3 trillion
- 41:47instead, right? The top one in 1000, the
- 41:50billionaires now have $20 trillion.
- 41:54But that's not, that's not the crazy thing, guys.
- 41:57That's not the crazy thing. This is going to, I'm, I'm
- 42:01warning you again, if you have high blood pressure or a bad
- 42:04back or anything like that, I have a bad back.
- 42:06Don't watch this next segment because this, my friends, is
- 42:10absolutely sickening. What is going on in our country.
- 42:15OK, this chart, this pie chart shows the share of stock
- 42:19holdings. This is like all the stocks in
- 42:22the United States. And think of all the stock
- 42:24market. Well, there's a big pie, and
- 42:26you're looking at that big pie right now.
- 42:30OK, The bottom 50%. Think of 100 people.
- 42:35I want you to think of 100 people.
- 42:36I wish I could get this thing. I can't see the bottom of it.
- 42:39Hold on here. Does that work?
- 42:41No, Hold on. Nope.
- 42:44Hey, Max, good to see you once again.
- 42:46Oh, shoot. Hold on here, guys.
- 42:50What the heck? We're going to get back to it.
- 42:54Give Ronnie a second. Hold on.
- 43:00I went the wrong way. There we go.
- 43:02OK, I'm sorry about that, guys. So look at the at that.
- 43:05That's 100 that, OK, that pie, let's start over, represents all
- 43:09the stock market wealth in the United States right now.
- 43:13OK, so think of it like a big pie.
- 43:15I want you to think of 100 Americans that would represent
- 43:19the entire country, OK, the bottom 50%.
- 43:23So 50 out of 100 Americans would own just that little sliver at
- 43:28the top, that little blue sliver.
- 43:30OK, barely a bite, fairly even. A taste of the whole pie.
- 43:35That's the bottom 50% of Americans, 50 out of 100.
- 43:39That's all they own. Is that little blue spot.
- 43:42OK, the next. OK, so that's 50 out of 100.
- 43:46You add another 40 people to that number, so 90 out of 100.
- 43:52And you add these two green sections, so 9 out of 10 or 90
- 43:57out of 100 of Americans, OK, just own this little bit, which
- 44:02is what, maybe 10% of the entire amount, OK?
- 44:07That means that the big red section, OK, And the big Gray
- 44:12section, again, that's all the United States stock market
- 44:16wealth. 10 out of 100 of the people, one in 10 own that great
- 44:22big section, 1 in 10 Americans own.
- 44:25I mean, that's probably 90%, but it's even more insane when you
- 44:31consider the Gray section. Half of all the stock market
- 44:36wealth in the United States is owned by just 1%, or one out of
- 44:42those 100 people. So one out of 100 people own all
- 44:47this amount, half of the pie, right?
- 44:49They can feast away. They're they're doing great.
- 44:51Remember that last chart that we just looked at wrong 10 there.
- 44:56I got to go to that as well, right?
- 44:58That's the that's one in one in what 1000 Americans, that's
- 45:02their wealth that went up, right stole like Time magazine said
- 45:06four years ago, 50 trillion. God only knows what that number
- 45:11is now. It one in 100.
- 45:15OK, 10 out of 100 own the big Gray section and the red
- 45:20section. It really is truly sickening
- 45:22that I forgot about this. I got a great comment from one
- 45:25of you, one of the basement dwellers that said the 1% has 60
- 45:31trillion in wealth. Think about that one 1%, one in
- 45:35100, no now going on 70 trillion.
- 45:39They are very happy, right? They own NVIDIA, they own all
- 45:42the real estate, they own all the land, OK, they're real
- 45:45happy. They pay some income tax.
- 45:48And Warren Buffett has said right, like I pay a higher tax
- 45:51rate than my secretary and and Warren Buffett, I give him
- 45:54credit, has called out that this wealth distribution sickening
- 45:59situation we have in this country is completely unfair.
- 46:02I think Bill Gates may have said that as well.
- 46:04But anyway, they do pay some income tax, but no Social
- 46:09Security or Medicare, right? The slaves pay that.
- 46:14I'm part of it. I call myself that.
- 46:16They simply suck us dry and pay little back.
- 46:20Thank you, Dan. WO is that Dan W that gave the
- 46:23Super chat today? It is that's a pure coincidence.
- 46:27Thank you Dan for that great comment and thank you Dan for
- 46:30that great super chat. So, right, look at this chart,
- 46:34guys. This is the entire wealth in the
- 46:36United States. This is the amount, the red and
- 46:39the Gray, that nine, I'm sorry, one out of 10, the other 9 out
- 46:44of 10 people, me and you, we get this little bit in that little
- 46:48blue part right there, right? That's what 50% of the people
- 46:53get. Hardly nothing.
- 46:55It really truly, it's like this, right?
- 46:58It's not fair. And I can say that it's still
- 47:00America. I'm still protected by the
- 47:02United States Constitution, right?
- 47:04The powers that be may not like it, but it's really not fair.
- 47:08And at some point people just give up.
- 47:10People get so angry. The system is so stacked against
- 47:15them. What made this country great, I
- 47:17firmly believe is that it what we had gold and silver backing
- 47:22our money, right? That period that we looked at
- 47:25right from roughly 1800 to 1900, one of the greatest periods of
- 47:30of progress and and and and advancement of any civilization
- 47:35in the history of the planet. Because you know what we had
- 47:38real money. If a guy went out and worked an
- 47:41hour and made this back in the year 1825, it held its value,
- 47:47right? It held its value.
- 47:49Now the whole system's a bunch of Unicorn fart dust and smoke
- 47:53and mirrors and blah, blah blah and leverage and credit, and
- 47:57it's a big, big, big, big mess. And I can say that that's what I
- 48:02believe. Maybe you don't agree with me.
- 48:04That's OK, But what made this country great was probably
- 48:08nothing's perfect, but it was a much more fair and level playing
- 48:14field. During that period when we were
- 48:16backed by by real metal, our money system was was backed by
- 48:21silver and gold, right? It created a level playing field
- 48:26where people were paid off for hard work.
- 48:28Well, now you got people, don't you know, I know people that are
- 48:31working two jobs 8090 hours a week just to make ends meet,
- 48:35driving Uber, driving Lyft, working a full time job, working
- 48:39at AI mean whatever. It's really a shame.
- 48:41I'm sorry I got off on a tangent.
- 48:42That's just what I believe. I also believe we're going to
- 48:45get higher silver and gold. Let's go do a quick update on
- 48:48the silver and gold price. Before I do that, I do want to
- 48:51say thank you, the channel sponsor, First Mining Gold,
- 48:55Canadian gold developer with two multi million ounce projects,
- 48:58gold in the ground in Canada. OK.
- 49:01They're development stage, they're working through the
- 49:04permit process and Fortuna Mining.
- 49:07They're an active mining company producing silver and gold in
- 49:10Latin America and an expanding gold project profile in West
- 49:16Africa. Mining stocks are risky.
- 49:19I'm not giving financial advice. All stocks are risky.
- 49:22Life is risky in general. Those are two companies that I
- 49:25personally own. You can learn more about them at
- 49:27their respective websites, a link to which I have in the
- 49:30description of this video. Let's go do a quick update on
- 49:34the silver and gold price. Let's take our blood pressure
- 49:38medicine. Let's hope it's still green.
- 49:40We're going to press the pin backs magic button and OK baby.
- 49:44Silver is up $0.90, gold still up $38.80.
- 49:51I also want to remind you guys that I've got a giveaway coming
- 49:56up on December 30th. We are going to give away one of
- 50:04these dirty man safes and there's a promo code 10% off if

- 50:30The other way I like to think of it is it's like a giant seed,

- 50:36bury it in your yard and you know, over a decade or so, you
- 50:40might just have a money tree that grows up right.

- 51:27Thank you.
