- 11:55Speaker 4: the on the ring camera.
- 11:57Speaker 8: Yeah.

- 12:08Speaker 2: he's like somebody's granddad. He's seventy eight years old.
- 12:11Speaker 4: So she ended up posting the video and starting a

- 15:15Speaker 2: He'll save you.
- 15:16Speaker 3: I could.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I could do it, but I may catch you dinner.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Who knows?
- 15:21Speaker 3: I did hurt myself in the process.

- 15:37Speaker 2: the show. Ay, three three five one two two six two.
- 15:40Speaker 1: You were listening to the Alabama Show. The following program
- 15:44Speaker 1: is fun demand.
- 15:45Speaker 2: We have Tristan Lane in the studio.
- 15:49Speaker 4: I'm really excited because we got super hang on super Motocross.
- 15:53Speaker 4: Am I saying that right at the Protective stadium going on?
- 15:57Speaker 2: Are you ready?
- 15:58Speaker 4: I'm ready to make producer Blake al jump and let
- 16:01Speaker 4: you jump.
- 16:02Speaker 8: That's kind of what I'm here for. Yeah, I'm hoping
- 16:04Speaker 8: that that comes through, can't we.
- 16:06Speaker 2: No, I want to make sure no.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Come.
- 16:09Speaker 3: I grew up in Alabama.
- 16:10Speaker 2: I don't need talking points because we went.
- 16:12Speaker 4: To Warrior where the dirt bike track was, and we
- 16:15Speaker 4: would watch our boyfriends ride in high school and I
- 16:18Speaker 4: know the Superman.
- 16:19Speaker 9: That's that's I'm hoping not to do that because that's
- 16:22Speaker 9: more tricks. We're trying to go fast, but if you
- 16:24Speaker 9: do the Superman you get style points.
- 16:26Speaker 2: So is this racing and not trick?
- 16:29Speaker 8: Not tricks? More racing? But you will see if someone wins,
- 16:31Speaker 8: they might do a trick.
- 16:32Speaker 2: What do you win? Like, what do you win for
- 16:35Speaker 2: the race?
- 16:36Speaker 8: Money and points and pride?
- 16:39Speaker 4: Do you get so you know like Rodeo guys they
- 16:43Speaker 4: get like the Bill Buckle?
- 16:45Speaker 9: Yeah, so you get big trophies. I've never won a supercross.
- 16:48Speaker 9: I want to so bad, But when you win them,
- 16:49Speaker 9: you get like these big trophies and that would be cool.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:52Speaker 2: How do you train? Do you have a track in
- 16:53Speaker 2: your yard?
- 16:54Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 16:54Speaker 9: Well, actually I grew up in the track, but not anymore.
- 16:57Speaker 9: I moved away, but I trained a training facility. So
- 16:59Speaker 9: you go to a track specifically to train for supercross
- 17:03Speaker 9: and there's like thirty other people there living there full time,
- 17:06Speaker 9: and it's like boot camp. It's literally like you're training
- 17:08Speaker 9: off the bike. On the bike, you do nutrition, the
- 17:10Speaker 9: whole gym, the whole thing.
- 17:12Speaker 2: It's what are you what is training off the bike?
- 17:14Speaker 4: Like?
- 17:14Speaker 9: So you're cycling on a road bike, you're running, you're
- 17:18Speaker 9: working out, you're trying to get your body. It's it's
- 17:20Speaker 9: like our sport is very underrated as far as like how.
- 17:23Speaker 8: Physically fit you to be to do it?
- 17:24Speaker 4: But it's like really, yeah, because how long do the
- 17:27Speaker 4: rices last?
- 17:28Speaker 8: Supercross is different.
- 17:29Speaker 9: It's twenty minutes plus a laugh, but which can sound
- 17:32Speaker 9: like a lot, but it's an all out sprand so
- 17:34Speaker 9: think about like if you went outside and just ran
- 17:35Speaker 9: as fast as you could for as long as twenty minute, that's.
- 17:37Speaker 8: What you're doing. Your heart rate is going to be
- 17:39Speaker 8: completely maxed out.
- 17:40Speaker 9: And supercross so it's you're doing a sprint for a
- 17:43Speaker 9: long time.
- 17:43Speaker 8: If that makes sense.
- 17:44Speaker 4: I always wonder and this may be like too much
- 17:48Speaker 4: of a personal question, so you can tell me to
- 17:50Speaker 4: keep going, like what do you do if you have to.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Go to the bathroom and you're in the middle of
- 17:53Speaker 2: a race.
- 17:53Speaker 8: Good question.
- 17:54Speaker 9: So a lot of times the nerves make me have
- 17:56Speaker 9: to go to the bathroom really bad before the race.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Do you take a modium before you?
- 18:00Speaker 7: Oh?
- 18:00Speaker 8: No, I don't know.
- 18:01Speaker 9: What's funny is you'll see the line of riders, all
- 18:04Speaker 9: the racers waiting to go to the bathroom right before
- 18:06Speaker 9: the gate drops, because everyone's like got like the nervous
- 18:09Speaker 9: pee what everyone to call it?
- 18:10Speaker 8: Or work?
- 18:11Speaker 9: And so I think everyone tries to get it out
- 18:13Speaker 9: of the way right and then you're racing.
- 18:15Speaker 8: You're not thinking about it once you're racing.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Take amodium. So I'm trying to this is such a
- 18:21Speaker 2: real thing.
- 18:21Speaker 4: And I know I'm training for a twenty six mile
- 18:24Speaker 4: hike in a day for make a Wish nice, and
- 18:26Speaker 4: I don't want to go to the bathroom in the.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Woods, So take a moodium.
- 18:30Speaker 8: Those are some of the best bathroom breaks of all time, though,
- 18:32Speaker 8: you know what I.
- 18:33Speaker 9: Mean talking about supercross in the woods, it's different.
- 18:38Speaker 4: So Tristan tomorrow, you're riding tomorrow. When does the race start?
- 18:41Speaker 9: So our fan fest when the fans can come and
- 18:43Speaker 9: interact with all riders. That's from eleven to five, but
- 18:46Speaker 9: the actual opening ceremonies is that five thirty. Racing starts
- 18:49Speaker 9: at six, So I would recommend people try and come
- 18:51Speaker 9: out for the fan fest.
- 18:52Speaker 8: That's a lot of.
- 18:53Speaker 9: Fun hang out hang outs indoors for the fan fest,
- 18:55Speaker 9: which is great, okay, and then the actual stadium is
- 18:57Speaker 9: going to be awesome if that's racing at six, So
- 18:59Speaker 9: come on out.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Perfect all right, and you can still get your tickets.
- 19:02Speaker 4: It's going to be a protective stadium. Tristan, thank you
- 19:05Speaker 4: for coming on.
- 19:05Speaker 8: Yeah. Thanks.
