Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the program. Listen,
• 0:05
Speaker 1: I don't like blasting other content creators. In the seven
• 0:08
Speaker 1: years I've been doing this, I've gone out of my
• 0:10
Speaker 1: way to avoid turning my platform into a place where
• 0:14
Speaker 1: I spend all day fighting with other people who have microphones, cameras,
• 0:18
Speaker 1: and audiences of their own. That's never been the point
• 0:21
Speaker 1: of what I do. I didn't start covering Jeffrey Epstein
• 0:24
Speaker 1: because I wanted internet beef, viral clips, or some endless
• 0:28
Speaker 1: cycle of personalities screaming at one another, while the substance
• 0:32
Speaker 1: of the case just disappeared underneath the noise. I started
• 0:36
Speaker 1: covering Epstein because survivors had been ignored, powerful people had
• 0:40
Speaker 1: been protected, institutions had failed at every level, and the public,
• 0:46
Speaker 1: that's you, deserved a serious accounting of how it all
• 0:49
Speaker 1: was allowed to happen. And for seven years, I've tried
• 0:52
Speaker 1: to stay focused on the documents, the testimony, the money,
• 0:55
Speaker 1: the court records, the institutional failures... and the people whose
• 0:59
Speaker 1: lives were destroyed, while everyone in power looked the other way.
• 1:04
Speaker 1: I've been attacked, dismissed, throttled, mocked, and told repeatedly that
• 1:09
Speaker 1: the story was over, even as more evidence continued to surface.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: And through all that, I kept doing the work because
• 1:16
Speaker 1: the work mattered more than the personality surrounding it. And
• 1:20
Speaker 1: that's also why I've rarely made other content creators the
• 1:24
Speaker 1: subject of an episode. Look, I understand that people can
• 1:27
Speaker 1: disagree about the evidence, And I understand that people can
• 1:30
Speaker 1: interpret the same document differently, reach different conclusions, or make
• 1:34
Speaker 1: honest mistakes while trying to understand a complicated case. These
• 1:38
Speaker 1: cases are enormous. The records are sprawling. And no serious
• 1:43
Speaker 1: person should pretend they've never gotten anything wrong. The difference
• 1:48
Speaker 1: is what someone does after they get it wrong. Do
• 1:51
Speaker 1: they correct the record, admit the mistake, and try to
• 1:54
Speaker 1: do better? Or... Do they dig in deeper because their
• 1:57
Speaker 1: audience has already rewarded the lie? Do they care about
• 2:01
Speaker 1: the truth? Or do they care about protecting the version
• 2:04
Speaker 1: of themselves that they've sold their followers? At some point,
• 2:09
Speaker 1: that distinction becomes impossible to ignore. At some point, silence
• 2:13
Speaker 1: stops being professionalism and starts becoming complicity. And yo, people
• 2:18
Speaker 1: like Ian Carroll and Candace Owens have done tremendous damage
• 2:22
Speaker 1: to the pursuit of truth in the Epstein case. They
• 2:26
Speaker 1: took one of the most complex and institutionally damning criminal
• 2:29
Speaker 1: scandals in modern history and reduced it to a slogan
• 2:32
Speaker 1: that could be packaged, repeated, and monetized. Instead of following
• 2:37
Speaker 1: the money, the banks, the prosecutors, the immunity deals, the recruiters,
• 2:41
Speaker 1: the schedulers, the lawyers, the enablers, and the domestic institutions
• 2:45
Speaker 1: that protected Epstein, they pushed audiences towards a more sweeping
• 2:50
Speaker 1: explanation that made everything easier to sell and harder to prove.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: They presented speculation as certainty and implication as fact. They
• 2:59
Speaker 1: made people believe that anyone who refused to repeat their
• 3:02
Speaker 1: preferred theory was either blind, compromised, or part of the cover-up.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: That doesn't help survivors. It doesn't help investigators. It doesn't
• 3:10
Speaker 1: help the public understand what happened. It creates a fog
• 3:14
Speaker 1: so thick that documented wrongdoing becomes harder to separate from
• 3:18
Speaker 1: internet mythology. And yo, I've said this a million times,
• 3:22
Speaker 1: but I'm gonna say it again. The survivors have already
• 3:26
Speaker 1: had to fight through decades of disbelief, institutional cowardice, legal manipulation,
• 3:31
Speaker 1: and deliberate indifference. They've watched their experiences questioned, minimized, sensationalized,
• 3:37
Speaker 1: and repackaged by people who were nowhere near the case
• 3:41
Speaker 1: when those women were standing alone. The last thing they
• 3:44
Speaker 1: needed was another generation of opportunists turning their trauma into
• 3:47
Speaker 1: a vehicle for personal branding. Every unsupported claim is gives
• 3:52
Speaker 1: defenders of the powerful another excuse to dismiss the entire
• 3:55
Speaker 1: scandal as conspiracy nonsense. Every reckless accusation makes legitimate allegations
• 4:02
Speaker 1: easier to wave away. Every time someone replaces evidence with theater,
• 4:07
Speaker 1: the people who actually committed wrongdoing are handed another hiding place.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: And that's the damage these people never acknowledge. They don't
• 4:16
Speaker 1: merely mislead their audiences. They contaminate the environment in which
• 4:20
Speaker 1: real accountability exists. is supposed to occur. And listen, I've
• 4:23
Speaker 1: watched this shit happen for seven years. I've watched serious
• 4:26
Speaker 1: questions get buried beneath sensational claims that can never be substantiated.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: I've watched survivors become secondary characters in stories that were
• 4:35
Speaker 1: supposedly being told on their behalf. I've watched documented institutional
• 4:40
Speaker 1: failures get pushed aside because they were not flashy enough
• 4:44
Speaker 1: for the algorithm. I watched people build entire brands around
• 4:48
Speaker 1: pretending they cracked the Epstein case. while ignoring the records
• 4:52
Speaker 1: that actually showed how power operated. Then, when their claims
• 4:56
Speaker 1: fell apart, or failed to produce anything meaningful, there was
• 5:00
Speaker 1: no reckoning, there was no apology, there was no honest
• 5:02
Speaker 1: review of what they'd gotten wrong. They just want another upload,
• 5:06
Speaker 1: another theory, and another audience ready to be manipulated. And
• 5:11
Speaker 1: now that same blueprint has been dragged into the murder
• 5:14
Speaker 1: of Charlie Kirk and the prosecution of Tyler Robinson. Once again,
• 5:18
Speaker 1: the evidence is complicated, the emotions are raw, and the
• 5:22
Speaker 1: stakes cannot be higher. And once again, Ian Carroll and
• 5:28
Speaker 1: Candace Owens rushed in with certainty before the public record
• 5:31
Speaker 1: had been fully developed. Once again, they told their audiences
• 5:35
Speaker 1: that the official case was collapsing, that the evidence was
• 5:38
Speaker 1: not there, and that anyone who accepted the basic facts
• 5:41
Speaker 1: presented by investigators was being fooled. Then the preliminary hearing came.
• 5:47
Speaker 1: Evidence was presented, witnesses testified, the public record expanded, and
• 5:52
Speaker 1: instead of showing even a shred of humility, instead of
• 5:54
Speaker 1: acknowledging that they had overstated their case or misled their audiences,
• 5:59
Speaker 1: they doubled down. And for me, that's the point where
• 6:02
Speaker 1: the gloves come off. I'm not interested in policing every
• 6:05
Speaker 1: bad opinion on the internet, and I'm not interested in
• 6:07
Speaker 1: creating drama for the sake of drama. But sometimes, chins
• 6:11
Speaker 1: need to be checked. Sometimes people become so comfortable spreading poison...
• 6:16
Speaker 1: that they forget anyone's capable of calling them on it.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: And sometimes the damage becomes too great to ignore, especially
• 6:23
Speaker 1: when that damage reaches murder victims, grieving families, criminal defendants,
• 6:27
Speaker 1: survivors of abuse, and the public's ability to understand the truth.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: This is one of those times. These two have been
• 6:35
Speaker 1: allowed to confuse confidence with credibility for far too long.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: So fuck him, fuck her, fuck the grift, fuck the arrogance,
• 6:42
Speaker 1: and fuck the endless gaslighting, that comes every time the
• 6:45
Speaker 1: evidence refuses to bend to their narrative. Fuck the people
• 6:49
Speaker 1: who knowingly spread that poison after they've been shown the facts.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: Fuck the idea that a massive audience grants someone immunity
• 6:56
Speaker 1: from accountability. And fuck the cowardice of moving on to
• 6:59
Speaker 1: the next case without ever answering for the damage left
• 7:02
Speaker 1: behind in the last one. They wanted to make themselves
• 7:06
Speaker 1: part of these stories. They wanted the attention, the influence,
• 7:09
Speaker 1: and the authority that comes with claiming to know what
• 7:12
Speaker 1: everyone else supposedly missed. Fine. Well, now they can have
• 7:16
Speaker 1: the scrutiny that comes with it. Because after watching seven
• 7:20
Speaker 1: years of this bullshit damage serious cases and harm the
• 7:23
Speaker 1: people at the center of them, your boy's done being polite.
• 7:28
Speaker 1: Because listen, some people make honest mistakes while trying to
• 7:31
Speaker 1: understand complicated cases. And then there are people who turn
• 7:36
Speaker 1: those cases into personal content farms. Ian Carroll and Candace
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Owens belong in the second category. because neither of them
• 7:44
Speaker 1: appears interested in following evidence wherever it leads. They begin
• 7:48
Speaker 1: with a conclusion that will produce the most outrage, suspicion,
• 7:52
Speaker 1: and engagement, then rummage around for disconnected fragments that can
• 7:56
Speaker 1: be bent into supporting it. When inconvenient evidence surfaces, they
• 8:01
Speaker 1: don't reconsider the theory, correct the record, or apologize to
• 8:05
Speaker 1: the audience they misled. They simply invent another layer of
• 8:08
Speaker 1: conspiracy to explain why reality refuses to cooperate with them.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: It's an endlessly adjustable performance in which every fact supporting
• 8:17
Speaker 1: the theory is treated as sacred and every fact contradicting
• 8:20
Speaker 1: it becomes proof of the cover-up. And they've dragged that
• 8:24
Speaker 1: poisonous formula from the Epstein case into the murder of
• 8:27
Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk and the prosecution of Tyler Robinson. Well, the
• 8:31
Speaker 1: names and the circumstances change, but the hustle remains exactly
• 8:35
Speaker 1: the same. Enough is enough. And it's time to describe
• 8:39
Speaker 1: what they're doing without the polite euphemisms that have protected
• 8:41
Speaker 1: them from meaningful accountability. Look, the preliminary hearing did not
• 8:46
Speaker 1: establish Tyler Robinson's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, because that's
• 8:50
Speaker 1: not what a prelim hearing is designed to do. It did, however,
• 8:54
Speaker 1: expose the dishonesty of pretending that the case rests on
• 8:57
Speaker 1: nothing but government assertions and grainy speculation. Prosecutors presented surveillance
• 9:04
Speaker 1: evidence tracing the alleged shooter's movements across the Utah Valley
• 9:07
Speaker 1: University campus and onto the rooftop from which the fatal
• 9:11
Speaker 1: shot was allegedly fired. The court heard testimony about DNA
• 9:15
Speaker 1: recovered from the rifle, ammunition, towel, screwdriver, and other items
• 9:19
Speaker 1: investigators say were connected to Robinson. It heard evidence concerning messages,
• 9:24
Speaker 1: a handwritten note, statements attributed to Robinson, and alleged admissions
• 9:29
Speaker 1: made to his former roommate and romantic partner. It heard
• 9:33
Speaker 1: testimony about Robinson's vehicle, clothing, movements, and conduct before and
• 9:37
Speaker 1: after Charlie Kirk was killed. The defense challenged portions of
• 9:41
Speaker 1: that evidence, as competent defense lawyers are constitutionally required to do,
• 9:45
Speaker 1: and those challenges matter, and they should be taken seriously
• 9:49
Speaker 1: when the case eventually reaches the stage where guilt or
• 9:52
Speaker 1: innocence is decided. What cannot be taken seriously is the
• 9:55
Speaker 1: claim that the evidence simply does not exist. Anyone still
• 10:00
Speaker 1: selling that line after the hearing is not confused, cautious,
• 10:03
Speaker 1: or waiting for more information because they're deliberately asking their
• 10:07
Speaker 1: audience to ignore the information already presented. And that's where
• 10:12
Speaker 1: Candace and Ian reveal what the operation's always been about.
• 10:17
Speaker 1: It was never about making sure an accused person received
• 10:19
Speaker 1: a fair trial because fair trial protections do not require
• 10:24
Speaker 1: inventing facts or erasing evidence. It was never about demanding
• 10:27
Speaker 1: transparency because the hearing was largely public and exposed our
• 10:31
Speaker 1: audiences to precisely the evidence they had insisted did not exist.
• 10:36
Speaker 1: It was never about healthy distrust of law enforcement because
• 10:39
Speaker 1: healthy distrust involves examining evidence carefully rather than rejecting everything
• 10:44
Speaker 1: that damages a preferred narrative. Their version of skepticism only
• 10:49
Speaker 1: travels in one direction. Every inconsistency is magnified into an
• 10:53
Speaker 1: international conspiracy, while every piece of corroborating evidence is dismissed
• 10:58
Speaker 1: as fabricated, planted, coerced, contaminated, or somehow irrelevant. They've designed
• 11:04
Speaker 1: a belief system that cannot be disproven because every attempt
• 11:08
Speaker 1: to disprove it is immediately absorbed into the belief system itself.
• 11:12
Speaker 1: Now that might be useful for retaining an audience, but
• 11:15
Speaker 1: it's worthless for determining what happened to Charlie Kirk. It
• 11:19
Speaker 1: transforms a murder investigation into an online role-playing game in
• 11:23
Speaker 1: which the influencer gets to be the fearless truth-teller and
• 11:26
Speaker 1: everyone else becomes part of the machine. Meanwhile, the victim,
• 11:30
Speaker 1: the evidence, the judicial process, and the people trying to
• 11:33
Speaker 1: understand the case are treated as disposable scenery. And look,
• 11:38
Speaker 1: the most revealing part is not that they promoted theories
• 11:41
Speaker 1: that may collapse under scrutiny. Plenty of commentators get things wrong,
• 11:45
Speaker 1: including me, especially during the chaotic opening days of a
• 11:49
Speaker 1: major criminal investigation. The revealing part is what happens after
• 11:53
Speaker 1: the evidence begins arriving. A responsible person slows down, compares
• 11:58
Speaker 1: previous claims with the record, acknowledges errors, and adjusts the analysis.
• 12:04
Speaker 1: These two? They do the precise opposite, because admitting error
• 12:08
Speaker 1: would puncture the myth of their own infallibility. They can't
• 12:12
Speaker 1: simply say they overstated the evidence, trusted the wrong source,
• 12:15
Speaker 1: misunderstood a filing, or reached a conclusion too quickly. Their
• 12:20
Speaker 1: entire brand depends on presenting themselves as intellectually superior to investigators, lawyers, judges, journalists,
• 12:27
Speaker 1: forensic scientists, and ordinary people who refuse to join the circus.
• 12:33
Speaker 1: Admitting that they were wrong would mean admitting the supposedly
• 12:37
Speaker 1: brainwashed masses understood the evidence better than they did. And
• 12:41
Speaker 1: that's why every factual defeat produces another desperate escalation rather
• 12:46
Speaker 1: than a correction. They're not protecting the truth from powerful
• 12:49
Speaker 1: institutions because they're protecting their own reputations from the consequences
• 12:53
Speaker 1: of their claims. And look, Candace Owens' conduct is especially
• 12:57
Speaker 1: familiar here because she already tested this routine during the
• 13:00
Speaker 1: Brian Koberger case. She parachuted into an enormous criminal prosecution
• 13:05
Speaker 1: carrying the confidence of someone who had apparently mistaken browsing
• 13:08
Speaker 1: social media for mastering the evidentiary record. She treated unresolved
• 13:13
Speaker 1: questions as exonerating proof, defense arguments as established facts, and
• 13:19
Speaker 1: speculation as though it had been tested under oath. She
• 13:22
Speaker 1: demonstrated little appreciation for the size of the docket, the
• 13:26
Speaker 1: complexity of the forensic disputes, or the difference between an
• 13:30
Speaker 1: attorney making an argument and a court finding that argument persuasive.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: Every ordinary feature of pretrial litigation is became another invitation
• 13:39
Speaker 1: to suggest that the case was crumbling. Every missing detail
• 13:43
Speaker 1: became evidence that authorities were concealing something enormous. Every procedural
• 13:47
Speaker 1: development was repackaged for an audience that was unlikely to
• 13:51
Speaker 1: read the underlying motions, responses, orders, exhibits, and transcripts for itself. Then,
• 13:57
Speaker 1: Kohlberger pleaded guilty to murdering Ethan Chapin, Zanna Kernodle, Madison Mogan,
• 14:03
Speaker 1: and Kaylee Gonsalves. The grand reckoning never came until because
• 14:07
Speaker 1: there was no serious accounting of how so much confidence
• 14:09
Speaker 1: had been built on so little comprehension. She simply moved on,
• 14:13
Speaker 1: leaving the wreckage behind for everyone else to clean up.
• 14:18
Speaker 1: And that silence after the Kohlberger plea told the audience
• 14:21
Speaker 1: everything it needed to know. There was no lengthy examination
• 14:25
Speaker 1: of which claims had failed, which sources had been unreliable,
• 14:29
Speaker 1: or why she had given fringe theories such prominence. There
• 14:32
Speaker 1: was no apology to the families whose unimaginable suffering had
• 14:36
Speaker 1: been converted into material for another influencer's self-important crusade. There
• 14:41
Speaker 1: was no admission that criminal dockets are harder to understand
• 14:44
Speaker 1: than they look when someone's cherry-picking individual lines from video.
• 14:49
Speaker 1: There was no promise to approach the next murder case
• 14:51
Speaker 1: with greater caution, humility, or respect for evidence. There was
• 14:55
Speaker 1: only the cold efficiency of a content machine searching for
• 14:59
Speaker 1: a replacement controversy. Charlie Kirk's murder provided exactly that replacement.
• 15:05
Speaker 1: The case was politically explosive, emotionally devastating, and surrounded by
• 15:09
Speaker 1: the early uncertainty that conspiracy entrepreneurs require. She didn't need
• 15:14
Speaker 1: to know what happened before presenting herself as the person
• 15:17
Speaker 1: who understood what happened better than everyone else. She only
• 15:20
Speaker 1: needed an audience ready to believe that every official explanation
• 15:24
Speaker 1: is false and that she alone possesses the courage to
• 15:27
Speaker 1: say so. Alright folks, we're going to wrap up episode
• 15:30
Speaker 1: 1 here, and in the next episode, we're going to
• 15:33
Speaker 1: pick up where we left off. All the information that
• 15:36
Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
• 15:40
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 15:43
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
• 15:46
Speaker 1: where we left off, talking about Ian Carroll, Candace Owens,
• 15:51
Speaker 1: and their gigantic rift. Now, Ian Carroll operates from the
• 15:55
Speaker 1: same grubby instruction manual, even when his presentation style differs.
• 16:00
Speaker 1: He collects suspicion the way a scavenger collects shiny objects
• 16:03
Speaker 1: without caring whether the objects belong together or prove anything meaningful.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: A discrepancy becomes a contradiction. An unanswered question becomes proof.
• 16:12
Speaker 1: And a rumor becomes credible once enough people repeat it.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: He doesn't need to establish a coherent alternative explanation because
• 16:19
Speaker 1: the product is not an explanation. The product is the
• 16:23
Speaker 1: emotional sensation that something enormous is being hidden from the audience.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: That sensation can be renewed indefinitely because no amount of
• 16:31
Speaker 1: disclosure will ever be enough. Release evidence and he'll claim
• 16:35
Speaker 1: the decisive evidence was withheld. Present forensic testimony and he'll
• 16:40
Speaker 1: claim the laboratory is compromised. Show surveillance footage and he'll
• 16:44
Speaker 1: focus on the portion that does not provide a perfect
• 16:47
Speaker 1: facial close-up. Produced alleged admissions and he'll suggest coercion or
• 16:51
Speaker 1: fabrication without providing evidence for either. This is the same
• 16:56
Speaker 1: sewer pipe they tried to run through the Epstein case.
• 17:00
Speaker 1: Epstein's crimes involved extraordinary institutional failures, corrupt bargains, financial enablers,
• 17:06
Speaker 1: powerful associates, suspicious protection, and unanswered questions that deserve aggressive investigation.
• 17:13
Speaker 1: Those realities were apparently not sensational enough for people who
• 17:17
Speaker 1: needed one cinematic explanation capable of swallowing the entire case.
• 17:23
Speaker 1: Instead of patiently tracing money, recruitment, immigration practices, banking relationships,
• 17:28
Speaker 1: immunity agreements, prosecutorial decisions, and the conduct of named facilitators,
• 17:34
Speaker 1: they increasingly reduced the story to the Mossad. Complex evidence
• 17:39
Speaker 1: became subordinate to sweeping intelligence narratives that could be invoked
• 17:43
Speaker 1: whenever the documented record became inconvenient. Questions about possible intelligent relationships?
• 17:49
Speaker 1: Completely legitimate. And no responsible investigator should declare them permanently
• 17:54
Speaker 1: closed without examining the available evidence. Declaring a specific intelligence
• 17:59
Speaker 1: service responsible as though the matter has already been conclusively
• 18:02
Speaker 1: proved is something else entirely. It replaces investigation with ideological certainty.
• 18:10
Speaker 1: It also allows dozens of American institutions and powerful individuals
• 18:15
Speaker 1: to disappear behind a single foreign villain. That's not exposing
• 18:19
Speaker 1: the Epstein cover-up. because it's giving domestic enablers somewhere convenient
• 18:24
Speaker 1: to hide. And look, I warned people about that maneuver
• 18:27
Speaker 1: because I had seen what serious work on Epstein actually requires.
• 18:31
Speaker 1: It requires reading civil complaints, deposition excerpts, banking records, correspondence,
• 18:37
Speaker 1: plea negotiations, congressional material, court decisions, flight records, corporate disclosures,
• 18:43
Speaker 1: and survivor accounts. It requires separating what is established from
• 18:47
Speaker 1: what is alleged, what is plausible from what is proved.
• 18:51
Speaker 1: and what remains unknown from what someone desperately wishes were true.
• 18:56
Speaker 1: It requires accepting that the case may involve overlapping networks
• 18:59
Speaker 1: of money, influence, exploitation, social protection, political cowardice, and intelligence,
• 19:06
Speaker 1: without forcing every event into one predetermined story. Candace and Ian,
• 19:12
Speaker 1: they don't appear interested in carrying that burden. They want
• 19:15
Speaker 1: the prestige of being treated as investigators, without submitting themselves
• 19:20
Speaker 1: to the discipline Investigation demands. They want to make definitive
• 19:24
Speaker 1: accusations while preserving the escape hatch of saying that they
• 19:28
Speaker 1: were merely asking questions. They want credit whenever suspicion appears
• 19:32
Speaker 1: validated and none of the responsibility whenever a claim collapses.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: And like I've told you from the beginning, the Mossad
• 19:39
Speaker 1: obsession also performs a useful service for nearly every American
• 19:43
Speaker 1: institution that failed Epstein's survivors. It shifts attention away from
• 19:47
Speaker 1: the prosecutors who negotiated the non-prosecution agreement and the officials
• 19:51
Speaker 1: who approved or tolerated its extraordinary protections. It distracts from
• 19:55
Speaker 1: the banks that processed Epstein's money, ignored warning signs, and
• 19:59
Speaker 1: continued relationships that should have triggered sustained scrutiny. It muddies
• 20:04
Speaker 1: the responsibility of the lawyers, recruiters, schedulers, employees, and social gatekeepers,
• 20:09
Speaker 1: wealthy patrons, and so-called respectable institutions that help normalize his presence.
• 20:16
Speaker 1: It turns a documented system of elite protection into a
• 20:19
Speaker 1: thriller whose final revelation is always just one more episode away.
• 20:25
Speaker 1: The audience is trained to disregard mundane records because mundane
• 20:29
Speaker 1: records do not deliver the intoxicating rush of an all-encompassing plot.
• 20:35
Speaker 1: And yet, the mundane records... are where the complicity often lives.
• 20:40
Speaker 1: They show who signed the documents, transferred the funds, arranged
• 20:43
Speaker 1: the appointments, ignored the complaints, approved the agreements, and kept
• 20:47
Speaker 1: opening the doors. By reducing everything to Mossad, they're not
• 20:51
Speaker 1: expanding the investigation, they're shrinking it until only their favorite
• 20:55
Speaker 1: theory remains visible. And now that same method is being
• 20:59
Speaker 1: inflicted on the Charlie Kirk case. Instead of allowing the
• 21:02
Speaker 1: evidence to accumulate and subjecting each component to serious scrutiny,
• 21:06
Speaker 1: they raced toward the most provocative conclusion available. They elevated
• 21:11
Speaker 1: early confusion into permanent contradiction. They treated the absence of
• 21:15
Speaker 1: publicly released material as proof that the material did not exist.
• 21:20
Speaker 1: They encouraged audiences to believe that investigators possessed no meaningful
• 21:24
Speaker 1: evidence connecting Robinson to the roof, the rifle, or the
• 21:27
Speaker 1: alleged plan. When testimony and exhibits began filling those supposed holes,
• 21:33
Speaker 1: the theory did not change. The goalposts moved. Evidence once
• 21:36
Speaker 1: declared non-existent was suddenly declared untrustworthy. And evidence once demanded
• 21:42
Speaker 1: was suddenly declared insufficient. This is what people do when
• 21:46
Speaker 1: they're emotionally invested in a conclusion rather than intellectually committed
• 21:50
Speaker 1: to discovering the truth. They don't ask what the evidence
• 21:53
Speaker 1: means because they ask how the evidence can be neutralized
• 21:57
Speaker 1: before it damages the brand. And the DNA discussion alone
• 22:01
Speaker 1: exposes the fraudulence of their certainty Defense lawyers question the
• 22:05
Speaker 1: testing methods, interpretation, mixtures, statistical conclusions presented by forensic witnesses.
• 22:12
Speaker 1: That's an appropriate adversarial challenge and precisely the kind of
• 22:15
Speaker 1: dispute a trial may explore in greater depth. It doesn't
• 22:19
Speaker 1: mean the DNA belonged to somebody else, failed to correspond
• 22:22
Speaker 1: with Robinson, or somehow exonerated him. It means the defense
• 22:26
Speaker 1: challenged the strength and meaning of evidence. The prosecution says
• 22:30
Speaker 1: linked them to critical objects. Ian and Candace flatten that
• 22:35
Speaker 1: distinction because nuance is fatal to the grift. They translate
• 22:40
Speaker 1: the defense disputed the DNA analysis into the DNA does
• 22:44
Speaker 1: not match, even though those statements are not remotely equivalent.
• 22:48
Speaker 1: They translate damaged or inconclusive bullet evidence into a definitive
• 22:51
Speaker 1: finding that the ammunition was inconsistent with the rifle. They
• 22:56
Speaker 1: turn unidentified impressions into proof that Robinson was not present,
• 23:00
Speaker 1: even while other evidence allegedly connects him to the scene
• 23:03
Speaker 1: and the weapons. each distortion is small enough to slip
• 23:07
Speaker 1: past an inattentive listener, but together, they manufacture a completely
• 23:12
Speaker 1: fictitious version of the case. Now, the surveillance evidence receives
• 23:17
Speaker 1: the same dishonest treatment. It's fair to observe that surveillance
• 23:20
Speaker 1: footage may not provide a clear, front-facing image of the
• 23:23
Speaker 1: shooter pulling the trigger. It's fair to challenge whether prosecutors
• 23:27
Speaker 1: can reliably identify every figure appearing across multiple camera angles.
• 23:33
Speaker 1: It's fair to ask whether timestamps, Routes, clothing descriptions, vehicle movements,
• 23:38
Speaker 1: and witness interpretations align. What is not fair is declaring
• 23:42
Speaker 1: that there's no video evidence placing the alleged shooter on
• 23:45
Speaker 1: or around the rooftop. The hearing included surveillance material prosecutors
• 23:51
Speaker 1: say tracked the suspect's movements and depicted a figure running
• 23:54
Speaker 1: and crawling across the roof. Now the defense can contest
• 23:57
Speaker 1: that identification and ask the judge, or eventually the jury,
• 24:01
Speaker 1: to reject the state's interpretation and Ian and Candice can
• 24:05
Speaker 1: also examine the footage and articulate specific reasons they believe
• 24:09
Speaker 1: the interpretation is unreliable. What they cannot honestly do is
• 24:13
Speaker 1: erase the footage from existence because its presence destroys a
• 24:17
Speaker 1: slogan they spent months selling. Listen, denying evidence exists is
• 24:22
Speaker 1: not analysis because it's propaganda performed for an audience they
• 24:26
Speaker 1: assume will never check. Now, the alleged omissions and communications
• 24:31
Speaker 1: create another problem they can't solve. without screaming conspiracy. Prosecutors
• 24:36
Speaker 1: introduced evidence involving texts, discord communications, a handwritten note, and
• 24:41
Speaker 1: statement attributed to Robinson by his former roommate and lover.
• 24:45
Speaker 1: The defense raised questions about context, reliability, immunity, hearsay, and
• 24:50
Speaker 1: the circumstances in which some of that information was obtained.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: Those are significant legal and factual issues that deserve careful examination.
• 25:00
Speaker 1: They don't justify announcing that every incriminating statement is fabricated
• 25:04
Speaker 1: merely because it's incriminating. They also don't permit commentators to
• 25:09
Speaker 1: selectively quote the most useful defense challenge while concealing the
• 25:12
Speaker 1: underlying evidence from their audience. A serious analyst would present
• 25:17
Speaker 1: the state's claim, the defense's response, and the unresolved question
• 25:21
Speaker 1: separating them. A grifter presents only the fragment that keeps
• 25:25
Speaker 1: the audience angry and dependent. And dumb and ass have
• 25:29
Speaker 1: repeatedly chosen dependence over comprehension. They don't want listeners who
• 25:33
Speaker 1: can evaluate a criminal case because they want followers who
• 25:36
Speaker 1: require another video to know what they're supposed to believe.
• 25:41
Speaker 1: And look, none of this means the prosecution should receive
• 25:44
Speaker 1: blind trust. Anyone who has listened to me over the
• 25:47
Speaker 1: years knows I do not trust the government. Prosecutors can
• 25:51
Speaker 1: overstate evidence. Investigators can make mistakes. Laboratories can produce... disputed conclusions.
• 25:58
Speaker 1: Witnesses can lie, and a politically charged case can generate
• 26:02
Speaker 1: enormous institutional pressure. Tyler Robinson is entitled to challenge every exhibit,
• 26:09
Speaker 1: confront the evidence presented against him, test the credibility of witnesses,
• 26:13
Speaker 1: and force the state to prove every element beyond a
• 26:17
Speaker 1: reasonable doubt. Those protections are foundational, and defending them does
• 26:22
Speaker 1: not mean or require prosecution. believing he is innocent or
• 26:25
Speaker 1: guilty before the trial occurs. What destroys serious skepticism is
• 26:30
Speaker 1: the behavior of influencers who confuse suspicion with proof whenever
• 26:34
Speaker 1: suspicion benefits them. They make legitimate critics easier to dismiss
• 26:39
Speaker 1: by flooding the conversation with claims that cannot survive contact
• 26:42
Speaker 1: with the record. They hand authorities an excuse to treat
• 26:45
Speaker 1: every challenge as conspiratorial noise. They also exhaust audiences until
• 26:50
Speaker 1: people can no longer distinguish between a genuine evidentiary problem,
• 26:55
Speaker 1: from a manufactured controversy. Their recklessness does not strengthen due
• 27:00
Speaker 1: process because it cheapens due process into another marketing phrase.
• 27:05
Speaker 1: And the human damage caused by this behavior should not
• 27:08
Speaker 1: be treated as an abstraction. Charlie Kirk was murdered in public,
• 27:12
Speaker 1: in front of people who watched a political event become
• 27:15
Speaker 1: a killing scene. His wife, family, friends, colleagues, supporters, and
• 27:19
Speaker 1: witnesses have been forced to relive the event while strangers
• 27:22
Speaker 1: convert every traumatic detail into entertainment. The accused also has
• 27:26
Speaker 1: relatives and associates whose lives have been dragged into a
• 27:29
Speaker 1: global spectacle before a jury has even heard the case.
• 27:33
Speaker 1: Witnesses face harassment whenever an influencer decides their testimony threatens
• 27:38
Speaker 1: the preferred narrative. Investigators, attorneys, and ordinary observers are accused
• 27:43
Speaker 1: of participating in a cover-up or being goy merely for
• 27:47
Speaker 1: acknowledging evidence presented in open court. Every correction becomes another
• 27:53
Speaker 1: supposed act of censorship. Every refusal to endorse a conspiracy
• 27:57
Speaker 1: becomes evidence of corruption. These two profit from the emotional
• 28:01
Speaker 1: combustion while everyone actually connected to the case absorbs the consequences.
• 28:07
Speaker 1: And that's the particularly rotten thing about this business model.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: They get to be wrong without paying the price that
• 28:13
Speaker 1: ordinary people pay for trusting them. When the claim collapses,
• 28:16
Speaker 1: the audience is left confused, embarrassed, radicalized, who are searching
• 28:20
Speaker 1: for another explanation that preserves the influencer's authority. And the
• 28:26
Speaker 1: influencer simply uploads again. There's no professional licensing board, editor, judge,
• 28:30
Speaker 1: or meaningful institutional process demanding a correction. The only discipline
• 28:36
Speaker 1: comes from the audience. And the audience has been conditioned
• 28:39
Speaker 1: to interpret criticism as persecution. This creates the perfect ecosystem
• 28:44
Speaker 1: for unaccountable bullshit. Accuracy becomes optional while confidence becomes mandatory.
• 28:50
Speaker 1: Humility is treated as weakness and correction is treated as surrender.
• 28:55
Speaker 1: The person most willing to say the wildest thing with
• 28:57
Speaker 1: the greatest certainty is rewarded over the person willing to
• 29:00
Speaker 1: admit that the record remains incomplete. Candice's inflated view of
• 29:05
Speaker 1: her own intellect makes the pattern even more unbearable. She
• 29:09
Speaker 1: approaches complicated subjects as though everyone who spent years studying
• 29:12
Speaker 1: them is either stupid, compromised, or afraid. Legal terminology she
• 29:17
Speaker 1: appears to misunderstand is presented as proof that the lawyers
• 29:21
Speaker 1: themselves are engaged in deception. Gaps in her own knowledge
• 29:25
Speaker 1: become gaps in the government's case. Her failure to locate
• 29:29
Speaker 1: evidence becomes the evidence that no such evidence exists. Her
• 29:33
Speaker 1: inability to reconcile competing facts becomes proof that the facts
• 29:37
Speaker 1: were manufactured. That's not intelligence, because real intelligence includes the
• 29:42
Speaker 1: ability to identify the limits of one's understanding. It includes
• 29:46
Speaker 1: knowing when a docket requires more than a skim, when
• 29:49
Speaker 1: scientific testimony requires expertise, and when an accusation requires corroboration.
• 29:56
Speaker 1: She substitutes theatrical certainty for that discipline and expects the
• 30:00
Speaker 1: audience to mistake swagger for comprehension. And the tragedy is
• 30:04
Speaker 1: that millions of people apparently do. And Ian's posture is
• 30:09
Speaker 1: no less corrosive simply because it may arrive wrapped in
• 30:12
Speaker 1: a different tone. He plays the role of relentless pattern recognizer,
• 30:18
Speaker 1: who can supposedly see connections hidden from the rest of
• 30:21
Speaker 1: us conventional thinkers. Pattern recognition without evidentiary discipline is just
• 30:25
Speaker 1: a machine for generating false conclusions. Human beings can connect
• 30:29
Speaker 1: nearly anything when chronology, motive, sourcing, and contradictory evidence are
• 30:33
Speaker 1: treated as inconveniences. A photograph, acquaintance, donation, message, travel record,
• 30:39
Speaker 1: family connection, or coincidental overlap can be made to look
• 30:42
Speaker 1: sinister through selective presentation. Serious investigators test whether those connections
• 30:48
Speaker 1: establish knowledge, participation, intent, or causation. He often seems content
• 30:54
Speaker 1: with the audience feeling that the connection is suspicious. Feeling
• 30:58
Speaker 1: suspicious may be the beginning of an investigation, but it's
• 31:01
Speaker 1: not the end of one. By presenting emotional implication as
• 31:06
Speaker 1: evidentiary conclusion, he attempts to turn curiosity into credulity. And
• 31:10
Speaker 1: that's how audiences become less informed while believing they have
• 31:14
Speaker 1: finally awakened. And yo, the ugliest irony is that both
• 31:17
Speaker 1: of them market themselves as enemies of manipulation while practicing
• 31:22
Speaker 1: manipulation constantly. They accuse mainstream outlets of hiding context, then
• 31:27
Speaker 1: strip context from court testimony. They accuse authorities of cherry-picking,
• 31:31
Speaker 1: then build entire narratives from isolated anomalies. They accuse journalists
• 31:36
Speaker 1: of protecting powerful people, then advance theories that divert attention
• 31:40
Speaker 1: from documented institutional failures. They accuse critics of refusing to
• 31:44
Speaker 1: ask questions, then attack anyone whose questions challenge their conclusions.
• 31:50
Speaker 1: They demand absolute proof from the official account while accepting rumor, inference,
• 31:54
Speaker 1: and anonymous speculation from their own side. They speak endlessly
• 31:58
Speaker 1: about courage while refusing to say the four words that
• 32:01
Speaker 1: would require genuine courage from them. Those words are, I
• 32:05
Speaker 1: got it wrong. Until they can say them, their grand
• 32:08
Speaker 1: performances about truth are meaningless. They don't want accountability applied
• 32:13
Speaker 1: universally because they want accountability to stop the moment it
• 32:16
Speaker 1: reaches their microphone. And in my opinion, the public should
• 32:19
Speaker 1: stop treating these people as harmless entertainers who merely offer
• 32:23
Speaker 1: unconventional opinions. Their output shapes how millions understand active prosecutions,
• 32:28
Speaker 1: grieving families, forensic evidence, public institutions, and the basic concept
• 32:33
Speaker 1: of proof. A person can question the Robinson prosecution without
• 32:37
Speaker 1: repeating false descriptions of the evidence. A person can investigate
• 32:42
Speaker 1: possible intelligence connections in the Epstein case without announcing unproved
• 32:46
Speaker 1: conclusions as settled history. A person can criticize prosecutors, police officers, laboratories, judges,
• 32:54
Speaker 1: media organizations, and politicians without constructing a universe in which
• 32:59
Speaker 1: every contradiction proves the theory. These two repeatedly choose not
• 33:04
Speaker 1: to make those distinctions because distinctions do not generate the
• 33:08
Speaker 1: same emotional payoff. Their audience deserves better than being led
• 33:12
Speaker 1: from one collapsing certainty to the next. The victims and
• 33:16
Speaker 1: families caught inside these cases deserve better than having their
• 33:19
Speaker 1: pain repackaged as influencer mythology. Serious investigations deserve better than
• 33:26
Speaker 1: being drowned beneath the noise of people who mistake virality
• 33:30
Speaker 1: for verification. I was not fooled by them during the
• 33:34
Speaker 1: Epstein frenzy, and I'm not fooled by them now. I
• 33:37
Speaker 1: recognize the formula because the formula depends on reducing a
• 33:40
Speaker 1: sprawling record to one emotionally satisfying answer. I watch them
• 33:44
Speaker 1: elevate speculation while ignoring the tedious documentation that actually exposes
• 33:50
Speaker 1: how Epstein received protection. I watch them present certainty where
• 33:53
Speaker 1: the historical record still contains unresolved questions. I watch them
• 33:57
Speaker 1: build reputations by telling audiences that everyone else lacked the
• 34:01
Speaker 1: courage or intelligence to see what they saw. Now they
• 34:05
Speaker 1: have carried that same arrogance into Charlie Kirk's murder and
• 34:08
Speaker 1: the case against Tyler Robinson. The prelim hearing placed substantial
• 34:13
Speaker 1: evidence into the public record and they still search for
• 34:15
Speaker 1: ways to pretend the record, says something else. They can
• 34:19
Speaker 1: keep doubling down. But doubling down does not transform bullshit
• 34:23
Speaker 1: into truth. It only makes the bullshit more deliberate. And
• 34:27
Speaker 1: since they refuse to correct themselves, the rest of us
• 34:29
Speaker 1: have an obligation to correct them loudly, repeatedly, and without apology. So,
• 34:36
Speaker 1: here's the time they need to be shown. The era
• 34:39
Speaker 1: of allowing confident ignorance to masquerade as investigative brilliance needs
• 34:44
Speaker 1: to end. These two are not prophets persecuted for revealing
• 34:48
Speaker 1: forbidden truths. They're influencers who have repeatedly benefited from presenting
• 34:53
Speaker 1: unproved claims, incomplete interpretations, and distorted evidence with breathtaking confidence.
• 35:00
Speaker 1: Their treatment of the Kohlberger case should have forced humility,
• 35:03
Speaker 1: but it produced only silence and relocation to the next
• 35:06
Speaker 1: profitable controversy. Their treatment of Epstein should have produced deeper
• 35:10
Speaker 1: scrutiny of American institutions, but too often it produced an
• 35:15
Speaker 1: oversimplified foreign intelligence narrative that swallowed the documented record. Their
• 35:20
Speaker 1: treatment of the Charlie Kirk case should have changed after
• 35:23
Speaker 1: prelim hearings, but instead the excuses multiplied. They've earned the criticism,
• 35:29
Speaker 1: not because they ask uncomfortable questions, but because they refuse
• 35:32
Speaker 1: to accept uncomfortable answers. They have earned contempt, not because
• 35:37
Speaker 1: they distrust power, but because they exploit that distrust while
• 35:40
Speaker 1: demanding blind faith in themselves. Enough of the gaslighting, enough
• 35:45
Speaker 1: of the moving goalposts, enough of the phony intellectual superiority
• 35:50
Speaker 1: And enough of these rotten fucks treating murder cases like
• 35:53
Speaker 1: disposable stages for their next fucking grift. All the information
• 35:58
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 36:01
  Speaker 1: description box.
