- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: This is like the greatest time in history.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: You've got a two to three year window to catch this weight.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_01]: What's the difference between the app that makes $500 versus the app that makes $50 million?
- 0:15[SPEAKER_02]: if you make someone's life better with technology, they'll pay you and I didn't even think about it.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_02]: I woke up and called some of my homies and I said, listen, I'm selling everything and I'm looking a one-way flight to Africa.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_02]: You know, homeless, but like rich, rich homeless people who are using AI to create technology will replace people.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_01]: You're telling me that right now that somebody watching who might work in nine or five, who might be an entrepreneur and they have this idea and they had,
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: that they want to create an app for, that they can go to an AI app and start making money for a minute money.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever you do, you should have a tool or piece of technology attached to your company.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_01]: Information on us, execution on you.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: I know you want to watch this next video, but listen if you are an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant, or a small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple strings of income from your story.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: I need you to text me right now.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: My book.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: to six, four, six, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: That is my personal number.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_00]: I have been an author for over 12 years, I've written 10 books, four of them have been best sellers, and I've sold over 100,000 books.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: But I've also helped a lot of my clients, take their expertise and put it into a story, then create multiple streams of income from that.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: So I wanna help you do the same thing.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: So text my book to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: I, let's go back to the video.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so welcome to another also episode of Inside the Vault with Ash Cash, the greatest money mindset show on the planet.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: Today, Inside the Vault was sitting down with a man who is quietly shaping the future of global entrepreneurship.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_01]: My brother Justin Burns is the founder of Apps.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: built with AI, the revolutionary platform helping every day people turn simple ideas into profitable apps.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: Even if they're never written a single line of code with over 30,000 customers, a portfolio of 10 plus apps.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: built himself and millions generated through the students he's helped just in his living proof that technology is no longer reserved for silicone, valley, and siders.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: It belongs to the world.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_01]: He's also the founder of Myestro, the Powerhouse Video Membership Platform that creators and entrepreneurs use to build courses, communities, and online.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: empires add-in tools like studio book plus his background as a best-selling author Ted S. Speaker and global e-learning consultant and you have one of the most influential architects of the digital future but today we are going deeper.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_01]: We're talking about international living, tech, democratization and how the rise of AI is allowing people to build borderless businesses from anywhere on Earth, from the creator economy, to the global shift in how people work, live and build wealth, justice, art, burns, is
- 3:39[SPEAKER_01]: at the center of it all.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: This conversation is about innovation, liberation, and leveraging technology to design a life you don't need a vacation from.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: Ladies and gentlemen, let's go to the floor for my brother Justin.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: Boorr!
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a son, Kay, we back.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing well, brother, doing well.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_01]: So this is a reunion of sorts, right?
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: We're on a platform.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: uh... by say four years ago uh... with my estral you were you were ahead of the curve then right uh... this is before go high level this is before you know school this is right so so so so video community courses everything that's bubbling right now uh... you you kind of you know you know was was on a cutting edge of that uh... years before for the technology perspective uh... and and really putting that together um... fast forward
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: four years later, you still ahead of the curve.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: Apps built with AI is
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: Literally, it's making millions of dollars, but faster, right?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: We're living in an AI boom, AI generation, where we think about the dot com boom, that's a time, right?
- 4:51[SPEAKER_01]: But this one is like literally overnight.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_01]: Like I watch, we'll mark Cuban, become a billion, again, right?
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: In record time, we loveable, right?
- 5:03[SPEAKER_01]: But you know, creating app.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: So after AI, so I'm excited about this one, right?
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're, if you're, if you're, if you're telling my voice, I'm excited because I already know like the, the potential of AI, I've been able to exponentially grow my business with AI.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm talking about, um, and this is a true story, right?
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, most people know that I help entrepreneurs and and small business owners, you know, write a book that they could create a six
- 5:35[SPEAKER_01]: And because I had this large team, I was charging $50,000.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like $50,000.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: I hope you build out this whole business.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_01]: In comes AI.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_01]: And then it was $50,000.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: I had a team and then the time frame, it took me to do it.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_01]: I needed between 30 days and 90 days to really build everything out.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: Fast forward with AI.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: Literally, my team has cut and have literally, I could cut my prices now because I don't have to pay
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: But I can literally help somebody build a six or seven thing of business from their book in two weeks, right?
- 6:12[SPEAKER_01]: And so now, from a volume perspective before, even when I had a large scene, I could only take a certain amount of clientele because there was capacity there.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I can take unlimited customers, right?
- 6:28[SPEAKER_01]: Because I have AI employees that can work for me 24, 7.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_01]: And you know what I'm saying number one.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: Number two, I could cut my prices.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: So now people who couldn't afford to work with me before can now afford to work with me.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so I personally have generated a lot of money and a lot of impact using AI.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to talk about that.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_01]: I want to talk about that.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: I want to talk about international rights.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_01]: I want to talk about how you're living like you don't even like you're homeless right now, homeless.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_01]: But you're homeless, but like rich rich homeless, not like, you know, not like panhandling homeless.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna stay here tonight.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I'm saying?
- 7:06[SPEAKER_01]: Like, but you are like 50 rich homeless and we're going to talk about that.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: But for those who don't know who is Justin Burns.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_02]: Mr. Man, Justin Burns is now Mr. Internationist, right?
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: Mr. International tech, right?
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: So technology, like you talked about, right?
- 7:24[SPEAKER_02]: Like, technology has completely changed my life.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm going to boy from the South Side of Chicago inside town stand up and it made me, right?
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: It helped me grow.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: But about 10 years ago is when I started seeing the evolution of AI, right?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like how it was evolving.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_02]: Like I saw it years ago and the direction it was going in.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_02]: But fast forward to today.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_02]: This is like the greatest time in history.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_02]: Like my grandmother used to say this, my grandmother used to say, boy, you live in one of the greatest times in history.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: And you know like when we see the news and we see everything that's happening, we go, man, that don't look like it.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they don't want you to know that like this is the greatest time where you can actually get wealthy without having to
- 8:11[SPEAKER_02]: wait 20 years, 30 years, investing in this, you want to invest your money, but there is so much you can build a website, won't talk about that, build a website in less than 30 minutes, right?
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: I used to pay designers $5,000, $10,000, and then they would still put me on the back, right?
- 8:29[SPEAKER_02]: And it would take a 30 days to get even a preview, right?
- 8:32[SPEAKER_02]: Now you can build mobile apps,
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: And so, I'm going right in though, let's go.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: You sell everything, so you built a multiple seven-figure business, you got all the good.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: You name it, you got the cars, you got the houses, you got the money, you got everything.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: You sell everything, so everything.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: And you go to Africa first.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_02]: I booked a one-way flight to Africa.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: Talk to me about that, what was their awakening?
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: Why did you do it?
- 9:06[SPEAKER_01]: Talk to me about that.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_02]: So you know, I had a big spiritual awakening.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think we all are having awakenings.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_02]: We all are asking questions like, what's my purpose?
- 9:15[SPEAKER_02]: You get to a place.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_02]: where you say to yourself, is the money going to define who I am?
- 9:21[SPEAKER_02]: You realize that, yeah, the money is great.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_02]: Look, having money means options, right?
- 9:26[SPEAKER_02]: So options are great.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: Then you get to a point where you say, is this what I'm living for?
- 9:31[SPEAKER_02]: Like my brother Julian Gordon said, are we living for these pieces of paper?
- 9:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like we still on the plantation because we work in just for the pieces of paper or are we working for our purpose?
- 9:41[SPEAKER_02]: And so I realize that that stuff didn't fulfill me.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I saw that years later, I still wanted to have options.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_02]: I just didn't want to have it do stuff.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_02]: And I realized that stuff was basically being built through my character.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_02]: So what I did was one day I woke up in the middle of the night, it was like, you know, something woke me up.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_02]: And it was like, spirit woke me up and said, sell everything, sell everything, sell everything.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_02]: So every year, if you want to know more of who you are, sell everything, and don't let that stuff define you.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_02]: Let who you are defined have you had you discovered AI yet I was I was a little bit into AI Okay, so what were you doing with AI with when you started you know I have my company Yeah, I strove what at the time we weren't really growing we were really staggering for being transparent We just were growing yeah, and I need I was starting to kind of dive into AI And that's when I started to discover AI and also kind of like personal growth mill together So man that night I woke up I called some my homies and I said listen
- 10:42[SPEAKER_02]: I'm selling everything and I'm looking a one-way flight to Africa and they thought I was crazy.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, you know what he said?
- 10:48[SPEAKER_02]: What do you mean?
- 10:49[SPEAKER_02]: Did it cause people just don't do that.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: You did go busy.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_02]: They go stay for a few months.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_02]: But I literally sold everything and I said to my mind, I don't even want to have a storage unit.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_02]: So it was absolutely like, That's the way the worldly possessions gone down.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_02]: So I sold my car.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: I had my Tesla.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: I had a nice pit house in Buckhead.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_02]: Atlanta.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_02]: all of it was gone and I literally broke my lease, I sold my car and I literally said I'm leaving with two suitcases in the backpack and I wanted to know was that going to define who I was.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: Because once you lose your identity because a lot of us are rooted in stuff and like I said there's nothing wrong with having nice stuff is just some of us some people define their worth.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_02]: by stuff.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the fastest way to burn out.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_02]: That's the fastest way to lose who you are.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of people don't know that.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: So for me, it was like a testament of can you detach from stuff.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_02]: And that's exactly what I did, and it was a life change in experience I've ever done.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: Man, and so now you're in Africa.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_01]: What, you know, you know, how do you continue to fall in love with AI?
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: How does AI help accelerate or make permanent this, this idea of international tech mobile, move around when whatever I want to move around?
- 12:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I had, you know, like I tell people all the time.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_02]: the life that you're living now is the decisions that you may six months or prior.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_02]: So if you know, like, if you say, like, man, people say, man, I don't like this.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_02]: I don't like that.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's the result of the decisions that you may six months ago or more.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_02]: And so for me, I was like, I don't want to make those decisions.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_02]: So luckily, I had made some really good decisions where I invested my money.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_02]: And even though our tech company wasn't doing as well as I want to, what a deal was, it stripped me down.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_02]: But here's what was, here's what was like amazing.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_02]: When I went to Africa, I had nothing but time.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_02]: Because I had no more stuff.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_02]: Find my word then.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_02]: So now I'm sitting there, and here's what happened.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_02]: Everything that could go wrong started going wrong right because we talk about the money But we don't talk about the failures.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so what happened is is I was using an agency to build my tech company My show and they tried to take the entire company away from me So they tried to steal the way from me.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_02]: So they would like they were demanding all this money So here's what they did.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_02]: I said to myself.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_02]: I was like wait a second
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: I want to kind of learn how to do this without having 20, because at the time we had like 10 developers, we had crazy payroll.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_02]: So what I did was I took a step back and I said, I started discovering coding with AI.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_02]: And that's when I kind of set it to computers.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I need to master and learn this.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_02]: A new AI was going to praise brothers there.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: I started seeing like,
- 13:37[SPEAKER_02]: the replits of the world.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk about some resources, my replits and the lovables.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_02]: And I started seeing these companies drop the saying you could code to app.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, let's put this to the test.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_02]: So I sat in the room for almost seven to eight hours a day, just learning how to code, learning how to code.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_02]: I was able to get my company back.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_02]: I reduced my team.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_02]: and I was also able to code an entire app from scratch.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_02]: And so I saw it and then I started building websites and I started seeing it and I started calling clients, I started seeing like, let me see if this work on you and they started building it.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_02]: So like, this is a game changer.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_02]: So I dedicated six months.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: I was living in Africa.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_02]: My expenses was low, right?
- 14:19[SPEAKER_02]: My faith was high and who I was was evolving because I always tell people, I do some a little bit different.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: I call it purpose traveling.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_02]: Purpose travel is a little bit different than just going to a place and just chill it right going back home.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: Purpose traveling is you go somewhere with the intention of healing something inside of you.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_02]: And so I started healing my childhood wounds.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: I started healing all these different things.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: But while I was doing that, you know, some people heal and don't do the work, right?
- 14:45[SPEAKER_02]: So I was healing in the daytime and night.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_02]: I was actually like coding, doing the work, building, seeing if I could build something, see if I can make our platform better, man, and what I discovered, man, was completely completely life-changing, man.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I was even more focused, because you know, living out of two suitcase in the backpack, you ain't got all this stuff, right?
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: You ain't even got the relation, because I also could have some relationship, so you gotta do that too.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: But don't talk about that.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_02]: You don't release.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: Doing that, man, I was able to really discover a lot about AI apps, and we started, you know, diversifying, we started building various apps, you know, we built a book at, we started building apps in different industries, you know, in the spiritual space.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_02]: So we, we started really, really cultivating and realizing this is going to change the game, man, and you wouldn't need to learn coding like me.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_02]: What I started like in my store seven years ago, I had to learn HTML as a learn CSS JavaScript.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_02]: Now we're apps like Loveable and Rort.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk about that.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: You could create a mobile app submitted to Apple.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: I have an app up in three days.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, tell me about rock spelling for me.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: I need all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts, all sorts
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: the uh... the uh... the android store and that's the game changing right because it's game change yeah could i could i know i know we're lovable and y'all i mean if y'all watched my other episode would at least a little she talked about lovable dot death where you're able to uh... created but it's usually created within their you're saying we're work
- 16:39[SPEAKER_01]: You could, you could, you could, you could, is that actual act that you could send to the, to the, to the, Yeah.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_02]: So it's different.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_02]: So lovable, you could steal.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_02]: So lovable is one of my favorite platforms.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of people don't know how to use lovable to proper weight.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_02]: So people tell me, oh, I'm struggling with lovable.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_02]: It don't create it.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that means like you're not prompting you right.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a specific way that you prompted, rock, but see with lovable, you could create, it's mostly for web apps, right?
- 17:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: There's two
- 17:04[SPEAKER_02]: type of apps that we mainly like can make you a lot of money.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_02]: One is web apps and then also one is mobile apps.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_02]: So in the past I would say literally like if you pull out your phone right now and you're watching this Yeah, how many apps even just just off top?
- 17:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, have you purchased in the last six months?
- 17:22[SPEAKER_02]: Would you say were you actually paid for it?
- 17:24[SPEAKER_01]: I actually paid for it.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_01]: I would say
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: Got to be like 7 to 8.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: 7 to 8.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_01]: In a last six months, you're like 7 to 8.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_02]: The average person in the past six months purchases between 10 to 20 apps pay.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_02]: 10 to 20.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_02]: So every single year, the app industry and the web app industry go up by 20%.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_02]: The industry.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_02]: So right now, I was at something like $800 billion that spent just on like technology, because technology runs our lives, right?
- 17:56[SPEAKER_02]: to listen into podcasts, the meditating.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_02]: There are so many industries, but what a lot of people don't know is that there are so many problems that are still us all, right?
- 18:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about when you start niching down is where a lot of people make even more money.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_02]: So we know the general industries like meditation and visualization and, you know, saying health and the health apps.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_02]: That was a guy.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you ever heard of the act.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_02]: It's called, it's like calorie AI, something like that.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_02]: Basically what the app does is it takes a picture of your food, right?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: To take a picture of your food, you snap it, it'll tell you how many calories and protein and everything that's in it.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of people don't know, this app is doing almost a million dollars a month.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, this app is doing a million dollars a month.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_02]: It's something like, I mean, don't call me this like $10 or $10 or something.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, a lot of people don't know is the engine behind this app is open AI.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_02]: So a lot of people think, oh, man, they probably, and Doug Lemmy wrote, it's not to say they don't have developers in this business, but the core of this is they're using open AI to actually scan and process the data.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_02]: if they didn't have that, they would have to spend millions of dollars.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, probably spend some money on it.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because when you get to that level, there's some infrastructure stuff.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_02]: But what I tell people all the time is you could take a simple idea.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: You don't even have to be the face of it.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_02]: What I love about tech.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you my favorite thing about tech.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's a go.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_02]: which is how afforded me to go to Africa, right?
- 19:27[SPEAKER_02]: Cause even though I said my tech wanted to perform it, I still was making money for sure, right?
- 19:31[SPEAKER_02]: For sure.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_02]: So for me, I didn't have to do any TikTok videos.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing, nothing wrong with me because we need content, right?
- 19:37[SPEAKER_02]: But the thing I love about tech companies that people don't understand is that I don't have to be the face of my life.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_01]: I, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_02]: I can't, you won't even know who all my stores sometimes.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_02]: I can get other people to be the face, or I can, I don't, like, sometimes we don't understand like personal branding is amazing.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: But with tech companies, you don't have to be the personal brand of a tech company.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_02]: The tech speaks for itself.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_02]: The other thing is,
- 20:01[SPEAKER_02]: is that you don't have to also, you can spend very little money.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_02]: I spent millions of dollars developing my platform.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_02]: Ash, had I waited about five, six more years ago?
- 20:13[SPEAKER_02]: I would have saved millions of dollars.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, yeah, yeah.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_02]: Just developing.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_02]: And so there's so many opportunities, man, it's crazy, like, aggressive.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: And so just to clarify, right?
- 20:24[SPEAKER_01]: Because I want my people to understand this, right?
- 20:26[SPEAKER_01]: Just to clarify, you're telling me that right now, that somebody watching,
- 20:30[SPEAKER_01]: uh... who might work and not a five who might be an entrepreneur and they have this idea and they had that they want to create an app for uh... i don't remember the last time i was scouting uh... app developers they were charging me between thirty to sixty thousand dollars uh... to develop this app which i won't say what it is since you tell me i can do it myself so i'm actually gonna go to go to work and do it uh... but just saying that i could
- 21:00[SPEAKER_01]: that they can go to an AI app or they go to this tool work.com and they're able to create their, they take their idea, put it in this system, it creates an app that they could upload to Google Play, you know, Apple.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_01]: a charge and start making money or making money.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, and you can spend a long time.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_01]: So it's going to take two weeks, three weeks, for the development.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_02]: You can be up in the few days, depending on the great thing about this, let's go through the process.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_02]: So how can anybody basically take an idea turn it into a web app or a mobile app, right?
- 21:38[SPEAKER_02]: So the first thing is that you obviously gotta have a problem this all, right?
- 21:42[SPEAKER_02]: We know that's the simplicity, however.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what I tell people, Ash.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody want to have this brand new idea.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_02]: The fastest way to fail is having a new idea that hasn't been proven yet, right?
- 21:53[SPEAKER_02]: Because we've been miscarse.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_02]: I need a new unique idea.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_02]: No, you don't.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_02]: If somebody, there's tech companies out there that are raising $200, $500 million, right?
- 22:02[SPEAKER_02]: $50 million dollars, right?
- 22:03[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_02]: There's some tech companies that raise a lot of money.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_02]: So there are companies out there that already have a model.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_02]: They're already are proven.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_02]: to make money right so why are you going to reinvent the wheel now here's the thing that tech companies can't do they can't do everything right so what you need to do right if you have an idea you could put your spin on it don't you can put any type of spin on it but here's what a lot of people don't understand
- 22:29[SPEAKER_02]: There's people in the marketplace.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_02]: Let's say if you have, let's just say a help that way.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_02]: We'll talk them out there, right?
- 22:35[SPEAKER_02]: They could be under charging.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_02]: They could be over charging.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_02]: There's a market.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_02]: There's literally a software right now that I sign up for.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_02]: It's an analytics software.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: So it tracks, you know.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_02]: all of your traffic and your web traffic.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I always tell the founder, I'm like, you know, cheapest prices $399 a month, something like that.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, there's an opportunity with somebody to go in and charge $100 a month.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_02]: So pricing, you could go into, you can literally go into number one, like, have an idea something out there and you go to producthunt, it's producthunt.com.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_02]: So go right to producthunt, right?
- 23:13[SPEAKER_02]: Producthunt.com.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_02]: list all of the apps that make your money in different categories.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_02]: Productivity, business, what ever it is, you can go right there and see all the new releases every day.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_02]: The first thing is you need a good idea that people will pay for and that's something.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: Now you can create something unique, this is going to take you a longer period of time.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_02]: So you're going to have to talk to customers, but the fastest path to the cash is I like to tell people, you
- 23:41[SPEAKER_02]: is go to product content, look at some things that are releasing, people are rating them, it already tells you what you need to know, you take the concept and then what you do number two is you go to ideation evaluation.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_02]: Number two, you go to ideation evaluation.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_02]: So ideation evaluation is, okay, let me look at this and here's the couple criteria that you can do.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_02]: you could do this in one day.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_02]: You go and you say, what are they charging too much when look at the reviews?
- 24:08[SPEAKER_02]: So you can look, and this is an app, the this data is available.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to guess, you don't have to do any of those things.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_02]: You go right to the reviews, you can go to Amazon, you can go right to the Apple Store, and people will tell you what they like about the app and what they don't like about that.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_02]: This is too much.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: This is pricey.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_02]: I wish you had this.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_02]: So the first thing you want to do is say most of the time either the pricing is bad Yeah, number one.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_02]: Number two Usually this is 90% of the cases of apps that I build the UX is horrible meaning the design The user experience absolutely here with it.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, if you go.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: I was saying I would venture to say it's 90 something percent Wow, but enjoy some bad.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah either the website is horrible.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a back end is horrible So you can win just from
- 24:49[SPEAKER_02]: Having that, if you just have a user experience in mind, you can win with that, right?
- 24:54[SPEAKER_02]: And then the other one is features.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_02]: Most, like, technology companies can't do all three of those things right, right?
- 25:03[SPEAKER_02]: They can't get the features right.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_02]: So what features are missing?
- 25:05[SPEAKER_02]: Then you can literally go.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_02]: You create a what we call a product spec sheet.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_02]: This is what do you want everything that you're apt to do Right, I wanted to do this.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_02]: I wanted to do that here's what I wanted to do and you'll be real specific about that thing Then after that you go right to Roar you go to Loveable or you go to Bolt Bolt is one of my other favorite votes Well, I for me bolt dot death B-O-L-T yep, so you go right to Bolt right Or you go to Loveable, but I like Bolt as well.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then you all you go to Roar
- 25:36[SPEAKER_02]: R-O-R-K.com, and you put that prompt right into it, okay, and right there you could build something in less than a day to first thing know what people don't do is you want to build your site first, right?
- 25:49[SPEAKER_02]: So what I typically do is I take that.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_02]: Right I take that and so people say like this this is even the gentleman again Yeah, so I want you to really because there's so much opportunity Yeah, here's what I tell you how you get something that you don't have to keep prompting because the biggest issue with tech is prompting Yeah, right, so you could put a paragraph.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: I wanted to do this, but that ain't gonna really do it.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let me tell you how you went Here's what you do You let's say you use in something like a level.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: This is why people know you use level properly.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what you do when you have an idea
- 26:18[SPEAKER_02]: you go to the tutorial section and you copy all of their documents, okay?
- 26:23[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to, like, here's what people don't do.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_02]: You download all of their, not download, but one by one.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_02]: You just copy the page there.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_02]: You throw it right into.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_02]: loveable into the instruction section.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_02]: Now it knows exactly how the platform of loveable works from A to Z because it's trying to figure out what do you build it.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_02]: First, so just how you master AI.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_02]: You throw most people don't do this and they don't do this.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_02]: Which is why they don't get something, they don't get something good.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_02]: You copy all the documents that help session doc.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_02]: You copy and paste it.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_02]: You throw it right into lovable into the instruction section or claw, whatever you use it, and you say, create me a document like this that does this based on the specifications or roar or lovable.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: And it's going to give you an exact spreadsheet and everything.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_02]: They you take that and you tell lovable or roar or bolt to create me at app that does this, this, this, this, this, and this.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to have something 95%.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think I saw a stat, which is what we're going to talk about next, is that ninety-five percent of people who vibe coal or go into these apps, they never launch it to make money.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_02]: And the reason why they never launch it is because they never understand the specifics of how these platforms work.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_02]: When you, when you give AI the exact framework of how it works, right, you'll get something beautiful.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_02]: So that takes me, that's it.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_02]: Now my juice, we're doing this in first day.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: We want something better than 99% of people.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_02]: They were most people are still overthinking their idea.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_02]: They trying to come up with something that ain't in the market.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: Don't do that.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_02]: build something that's already making money, flip it, right?
- 28:03[SPEAKER_02]: Going to find a new concept, is it price, is it price bad, is it US bad, or what features are missing that I can add to mine?
- 28:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, hello, we can stop this, we can stop right now.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for coming out, God bless.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_01]: So you tell me, right, listen, y'all, if y'all don't understand, so here's the one thing I'm going to say first, information on us, execution on you.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't execute, if you just are watching this show, because you take us a great show and I wanna learn something new or whatever, then you are doing yourself a disservice.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, action takers to immediately, like even, like even as you watch this, I would love to see how many action takers are there.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_01]: I need you to comment below, give me a link to your app.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_01]: If you'd ask serious, give me a link to your app because he is what he just did.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_01]: He literally just helped you build a six or seven figure business and I don't even know how long we've been talking, but in the short time that we've been talking.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_01]: He's telling you, go to producthunt.com.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_01]: You don't even have to figure it out, right?
- 29:11[SPEAKER_01]: What would not say there's no idea new under this sun, right?
- 29:15[SPEAKER_01]: You only got to figure it out.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_01]: Go to producthunt.com, find out all of the top apps that have been downloaded in the last month, right?
- 29:26[SPEAKER_01]: You already know right based on the stats that he's saying to you that the average person is buying at least what 8 to 10?
- 29:34[SPEAKER_01]: 8 to 10 apps in the 6 months.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_01]: 8 to 10 apps in 6 months.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_01]: So you already know the market is dead.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: Now,
- 29:41[SPEAKER_01]: You find the idea, what you find the idea is simply going to ideation evaluation, to really like flesh out the idea more.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_01]: Once you do that, you're able to now go into, you know, you know, bump, work, lovable and have it create the app for you.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, that's crazy.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and the crazy part is that's just mobile apps right talked about my favorite, which is web apps actually You can you call software as a service.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, software as a service if you haven't you know heard of that is just where you can have a web base app like your slacks You know a lot of people don't notice
- 30:24[SPEAKER_02]: Slack recently sold for $27 billion would it be?
- 30:29[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, right?
- 30:31[SPEAKER_02]: And this is why I tell people all the time You can be like there's a difference between working and building.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you know if you're watching this and you're a service provider Whatever it is and you don't have a piece of technology attached to your your company
- 30:43[SPEAKER_02]: you're just asking to lose money.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_02]: You're asking not to get wealthy.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_02]: I don't care if you're a service provider, if you are a consultant, if whatever you do, you should have a tool or piece of technology attached to your company.
- 30:55[SPEAKER_02]: You could create something basic, okay?
- 30:58[SPEAKER_02]: Something that could take you a day.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_02]: But the biggest thing that I tell people is
- 31:02[SPEAKER_02]: is if you don't have a piece of technology attached to your company, you got, and let's talk about this about you, some of my actions.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: You got, I'm gonna give y'all a warning, so if you're watching this two, three years from now, you say, dang, I can't say the episode late.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_02]: But if you're just catching it, it is what it is.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: You got a two to three year window to catch this way.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it's like, when I was talking about courses, the last time I was on the show with some of my courses, I was talking about courses five, six years ago, and I said it, I did a prediction there, I said,
- 31:30[SPEAKER_02]: You got a three to four year window where it's a wild wild west before the experts come in because they're gonna see how easy it is to sell digital courses.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_02]: I was doing that 10 years ago.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_02]: Now this is the greatest competitive advantage that you have because it's easy as it's same like everybody doing it like I said.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_02]: 95% of people don't launch, right, which that's what we're gonna talk about next is how do you actually now take an idea and turn it into money.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what we're gonna talk about now.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: Let's get to it.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_01]: Let's get to it.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I need the sauce, you got the sauce, I need the sauce.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: So now you got your app, here's what you want to do.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_02]: You don't want to go over three to five features on your app.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_02]: Because one of the things, one of the issues with building apps is that people can get feature crazy.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_02]: You can be like, yo, I want this, this to keep the simple.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: Launcher we call a minimal viable product.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_02]: There's a book, right.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_02]: By Eric, I think it's Eric Grows.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_02]: We'll post it in the chat in the link below.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_02]: But it talks about the, um,
- 32:26[SPEAKER_02]: Talks about marching a minimal viable problem.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but let's start up.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_01]: Let's start it.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_02]: Let's start.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't pick it up.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but let's start it.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_02]: Right, but here's the thing though, the simplicity of it is without even reading the book is just at three to five features.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, to launching.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what you do next.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_02]: you're gonna build something called a Founders program.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what you do.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_02]: As soon as your app is done, you need to have what we call a launch date.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_02]: I tell all my students is, have a launch date.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_02]: If you don't put a launch date on it, you're gonna be coding and you're gonna be building the app company for six months, because it took me seven years to get to the place where I'm like, oh, this is great.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_02]: Now with AI, you could get to something that's great in less than a week, right?
- 33:06[SPEAKER_02]: So let's just say, you give yourself a date.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_02]: You say, listen, I'm a launch, all of this.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_02]: And two, I get to tell people, give yourself two weeks to four weeks.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about that show website done, that's your app ready.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_02]: The next thing you're going to do is, you're now going to need to take money, right?
- 33:21[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a couple of ways you could do that.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_02]: Number one is obviously strike, right?
- 33:25[SPEAKER_02]: So get you a strike account, get you people don't like paypal, get you a paypal account.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_02]: But.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_02]: There's all type of resources.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_02]: There's one called limit squeeze, right?
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: So limit squeeze is also something you can sign up for and it'll take software payments, right?
- 33:40[SPEAKER_02]: So you get your payment.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the thing I love about.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_02]: And this is when you know that the button, or you press the button that you didn't build your tech company, here's what you do.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_02]: The last, one of the last steps should be is,
- 33:51[SPEAKER_02]: Connect this payment with a price in play right so you choose your price of this be the one of the last steps you do is This is the price is what the features are gonna include if you got a million features You're never gonna launch and you're gonna be completely overwhelmed So go with three to five, you know three to five features
- 34:09[SPEAKER_02]: and only have one to three price and plans.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_02]: Don't have no more than that.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_02]: Usually, really, when you launch a ridgie, you should have one price right, right, right, right.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_01]: Right, right, right, right.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_02]: Here's how I funded my struggle.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_02]: Let me get you out of game.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, how I funded my struggle with hardly no investors and without having to raise millions of dollars, right?
- 34:26[SPEAKER_02]: And so my struggle can be so for a lot of money today, right?
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: Because we've been advanced in that, we've been changing it, and people always want to purchase those.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_02]: Here's how you do it.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_02]: You do something called either you could either do a lifetime deal on your app and time on as soon as it's released or you give a special price, right?
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: So what you do is you go into the there's different communities that you could go into, right, and people love software.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_02]: Let me get let me ask you a question.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 34:53[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think converts better?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_02]: If you go to a website, you know, and they're asking you say they're given away a Digital product and it's a face right there and they say give me a name phone number email address
- 35:06[SPEAKER_02]: But it compares it to a app, a software app to ask you for the same information, which one you think will convert back?
- 35:13[SPEAKER_01]: Software app.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_01]: Software app.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_01]: All day.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_02]: Because we are program, we have a certain way that we view technology.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_02]: Correct.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_02]: You understand what I'm saying?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_02]: We view technology as not a barrier.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_02]: So we don't even have to have a face of it.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_02]: We don't even have to know who it is.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_02]: You give it not your birthday.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_01]: You don't even credit card all this.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_01]: And that's the crazy thing about it though, which is now, like you said, we have a crazy relationship with it because when I think about it, if, like, if I see a person,
- 35:46[SPEAKER_01]: And they're asking me like I'm like why you need all this stuff right right but I'm just just yesterday like I like I wanted to learn how to make um you know how to make A I move and I bought this act right and I and because I wanted to make my pictures move of what the app
- 36:05[SPEAKER_01]: I won't say the name because you're not sponsoring me, but you know what I'm saying like literally, you know what I'm saying and I gave them all my information You know what I'm saying with no questions guys.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, there's a let me give you all there's so many ideas That you won't even even if you went through proper kind of one day You wouldn't even be able to contain the excitement or even all the ideas out that I got to I got a I got a guy that you know I helped I'm not gonna say the name is that like you say we should as far as for sure
- 36:32[SPEAKER_02]: Let me just get y'all this concept right so this was back like six months ago the wave is kind of a little bit over But once you catch a wave Man you can ride it and you don't even have to spend like a ton of money to even prove out an idea So he has really realized he realized that Everybody was doing the AI photos.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_02]: Remember the AI photo shot.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so they was doing the I mean photos shoot photo shoot So you know people wouldn't like you know, I want to go pay for all his pitches
- 37:00[SPEAKER_02]: And so at first, you could tell that the pictures was AI.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_02]: Then the technology started advancing to where somebody had to upload a photo, you were like, did that?
- 37:10[SPEAKER_02]: You could kind of, right, right, right.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_02]: Turn it to the side.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_02]: Wait a second, did they do a photo shoot?
- 37:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the thing.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_02]: He realized that the kind of like the engines like open AI and all these different companies, all the imagery companies, they were getting better and better and better.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_02]: So all he did was throw a shell on it.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_02]: He created a app, you upload your photo, and literally it will give you four or five poses.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_02]: Because that was the thing, you have to keep, you kept prompting, give me, put it in the
- 37:38[SPEAKER_02]: He developed a system that made it super easy where you upload an image and it spit out four or five photos He's on pace right now.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_02]: He's doing about six hundred thousand dollars a month Wow just from a week just off a tweet.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because the one concept that I tell people is make if you make Someone's life better with technology.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_02]: They'll pay you and I didn't even think about it
- 38:02[SPEAKER_02]: and that's the powerful thing.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_02]: So let's get back, let's get back to how you get custom.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_02]: One is number one, you go into communities and you start to post about your apps saying that you have a founders, you have something like you want to offer to founders and you start to build community.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_02]: The the most successful apps they have communities.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they build it around communities.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_02]: Give you all the example how you do this.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_02]: One of the things I did when I first launched my store before it was even built, and yes, people will pay you before your app is built or people like to be a part of something groundbreaking.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, right.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what I did when I met this, I met this lady at this conference and we was talking about my store.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_02]: My store was just kind of in this infancy.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_02]: This is 2017 was in this infancy.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_02]: Dude, I did, right.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_02]: What I did was, I said, hey, she was a, how can I support you?
- 38:50[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, do you have an audience?
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: And she said, yeah, so I called this audience leveraging.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_02]: So she said, yeah, I got an audience, of course.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, it wasn't big audience.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, oh, I got these people in Australia, woo, woo.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: So I said, okay, how many people can you get on a webinar?
- 39:05[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, oh, I can get 30 people.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, it's different than the webinars than people have ever.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, everybody here watching, has been on webinars, where you got a sale, and you got to persuade, you got to do none of that, would it?
- 39:17[SPEAKER_02]: All you got to do is do demos sometimes.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what I did.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_02]: We got on, we had a 15 minute 20 minute conversation.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_02]: And all I did was demo the basis.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_02]: You could build this with a lovable boat or you could just demo a shell that you could create in less than 24 hours.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_02]: Here's what I did.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_02]: I said, you guys can get in at the Founders Price.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_02]: and you could become a part of the beta program whose words like that.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right, right, right.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_02]: And here, and you tell people, right, you be honest with people, listen, this is not done yet, but I have a commitment to make this better over time.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_02]: And I need your help, because I'm not funded by the VCs.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_02]: You're honest with people.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_02]: If you're honest with people, they're going to help you.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: So guess what happened?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_02]: 50% of people, it was only like, I think it was like 30 people on that webinar, 15 people purchased.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_02]: I think I did it for 200, I did it, I did do a recurrent, I did $200 for the year, right?
- 40:12[SPEAKER_02]: May somebody.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'll find that it's not done.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_02]: That goes back into me making the product better, watched this about a month ago, we did a big release on my stroke on our platform, my stroke.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_02]: and I've been obsessed with my shoulder pads a year because I'm gonna put something into this, I need to make this platform, like you gotta be obsessed.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: So I plucked out all the balls, we did all this.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what I have it.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: I said, I wanna talk to my customers, who has been with us the longest.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_02]: So my team was like, it's a couple of ladies that have been on this since 2017.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_02]: 2017 years of pain.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right, right, right.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_02]: So who is it?
- 40:48[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_02]: So I said, schedule a Zoom call with us.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_02]: So we get on and I say, hey,
- 41:08[SPEAKER_02]: what you would improve about this product.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_02]: You've been a customer for almost seven.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_02]: You've been paying every single year.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_02]: And you know what she said?
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: It blew my mind.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: She said, listen, I'd be a fool to let go of that price.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_02]: That's what you want people to say about some money.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_02]: You want people to pay when they don't, when they feel that you want people,
- 41:26[SPEAKER_02]: to have like, they feel the pain of regret, for canceling, not everybody, but she wants those customers that are going to absolutely feel like they're losing something if they stop paying.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_02]: And she said that she said, I sell my meditation products because of your platform.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_02]: I've been able to make a full time income.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_02]: She said, and I noticed how the product over years have gotten better.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_02]: The people that leave and cancel,
- 41:53[SPEAKER_02]: Those, that's okay.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_02]: Let them go.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: You want the people that you're like, you want your people you write your tribe, right?
- 42:00[SPEAKER_02]: So, and sometimes, I mean, in the beginning, and I've also launched my stroke with what we call, and this is for you guys, like, you could offer lifetime pricing.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_02]: So, you say just and that's crazy.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: But no, listen.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_02]: It's not crazy because you can offer lifetime prices.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_02]: I did five figures by launching a lifetime deal with my platform.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_02]: I would never do lifetime again, right?
- 42:21[SPEAKER_02]: Because it was to fund it.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_02]: And then you do lifetime with, in that purchase, like, you can't, yeah, yeah.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: You can, you know, the thing about the app store, though, with just be conscious, which is why you want to build your own ecosystem, is that with, you know, with Apple or Android, they will take 30% of your money.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_02]: which they have the customers.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_02]: Correct, correct.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_02]: So you also want to have a web-based version of your platform as well.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: Don't just do mobile apps on some people.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_02]: Unless it's really exclusive to being a mobile app.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_02]: Do the web app as well.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_02]: But pre-launching your product.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_02]: Take into money.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_02]: the most easiest way that's a skillet app is we heard about paid advertisements, right?
- 43:02[SPEAKER_02]: But here's the thing, it's a slam duck on ass, right?
- 43:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's a slam, it's a little bit different that trying to get people on the challenge or webinar.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_02]: Again, nothing wrong with those models, but the great part is they don't even know I'm the face of the product.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_02]: Literally just.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'm most intrigued by.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's amazing and when you do that you take the money that you make from the lifetime deal that you just launch or the founders program that you just did You take that money and you put it into ads and I guarantee you And as even as the ads don't necessarily don't have to be you the ads could be the products the features Yeah, you talking about that
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, and what you do let me get y'all another let me get y'all another reason Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so the the software is called like a gym Gen you see things called gym you see, okay, okay, what that will do is you know now They have when you can create okay, and it depends on how you feel about this But you can create an AI version of somebody who can advertise your product Mmm, so you can actually have some you can have a talking hair video of an AI clone
- 44:05[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right that you can create the clone.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, and they're reviewing your product because that's what a lot of that's where a lot of a lot of these brands are selling millions of dollars By doing this so one of the biggest things.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_02]: Let me get y'all another because we we're gonna build some apps.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah We're gonna build I call the 1% app.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_02]: 1% apps are
- 44:25[SPEAKER_02]: apps that are actually making money.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_02]: It's not going to sit in the app grave, right?
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not going to sit all the just in the server, right?
- 44:31[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what I need to do.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_02]: This is like a crazy crazy thing, right?
- 44:36[SPEAKER_02]: You can have a bunch of different of these AI kind of like, you know, agents, AI agents.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_02]: that are reviewing your product in different niches.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_02]: What you can also do is set up a multitude of channels.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_02]: Most people not doing this right because it's about reach.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_02]: You have all these people reviewing your product, right?
- 44:56[SPEAKER_02]: They could be AI.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_02]: Or you can also get real people to do this as well, right?
- 45:00[SPEAKER_02]: Because TikTok is crazy.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_02]: You can find like TikTok shops are going crazy.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_01]: That's my next venture actually.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_01]: TikTok shop.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_01]: Some of my books on it.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like, if you like using TikTok, you know, you miss an out on much.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_02]: So you can, you can literally have these AI, you can have these AI agents.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_02]: that you create that you can tell it exactly what to say, review your product, run ads to those.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have to pay any type of influencer.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_02]: You could just have that AI kind of like, but basically review your product, run ads to that, do a free trial, and it's completely game-changing.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, wow, you're so, huh.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_01]: So, you have a summit coming up.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_01]: Right, and in this summit you're teaching all of this talk a little bit about the summit.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so you know, and realize in this when I was in Africa, I hosted a kind of like a small competition, even though I left two years ago, you know, I haven't been in the States in two years.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_02]: So when I came when I was over there, I still had a love for hosting.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_02]: This is my love for teaching, you know, just like now.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_02]: So we hosted some conferences and I was like, wait a second.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_02]: I was so deep into the AI coding.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't realize other people wanted because, you know, for the longest, people didn't want it.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_02]: It was a lot to build tech.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_02]: You had security issues.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_02]: What you still do.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_02]: You had all the server stuff.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_02]: Don't manage to all the technical stuff that I had to learn.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, wow, this stuff is easier now.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I'm saying?
- 46:33[SPEAKER_02]: So when I hosted the workshop,
- 46:36[SPEAKER_02]: 80, 90% of people would like, yo, I need to do this.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: I want to build this.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_02]: And so I realized that technology, if you don't get on what's happening now, there was an article, and we'll talk about the ASBIL ASSOMET.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_02]: There was an article recent that said it were over 375,000 layoffs in the last month.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_02]: So what a lot of people, and when people say, I'm not replaceable, I just laugh, because here's what I tell people
- 47:06[SPEAKER_02]: The stuff that they show you is the surface level of what they've been working for.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_02]: So guess what, in a few years, now you have something that's coming called robotics with AI mixed together.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_02]: So now you're going to have, and we're still a few years out from that.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_02]: But you're going to have robots that have AI intelligence.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: So when you combine both of those two together, you have something that will replace, you know, there's things, but what they can't replace, you know how you've ever heard to say and what people say, people won't replace, like, A, I won't replace people, right?
- 47:35[SPEAKER_02]: People using A, I replace people, let's take that as stuff for them.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_02]: That's just a general statement.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_02]: people who are using AI to create technology replace people, right?
- 47:46[SPEAKER_02]: So the people who are creating the technology and creating the tools, right?
- 47:50[SPEAKER_02]: So I wanted to create something because I realized that A, the stuff I'm seeing out there is people who just discover loveable in both years ago.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_02]: I've been, I'm not new to this, I'm true to this.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm like, I've had, I have the battle scars, the T-shirts,
- 48:03[SPEAKER_02]: the bandanas, whatever else you want to say, to prove it, right?
- 48:07[SPEAKER_02]: I've spent actual millions of dollars while I saw on the surface of them like, okay, here's the marketing, here's what you need.
- 48:13[SPEAKER_02]: So here's the ideation, here's the prototyping, how do we get it to market, how we make money?
- 48:18[SPEAKER_02]: So we created the app spill with AI Summit that's coming up and I'm truly, truly excited about it because
- 48:24[SPEAKER_02]: The difference when we did our episode was I was in the phase of digital products, which was courses and courses and products can make you a lot of money Here's the play though.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the last but you don't get out of what we promoted most even I'm doing this if you combine a
- 48:40[SPEAKER_02]: like an app or web app with training together, you could completely change the game.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_01]: Explain more, a web app with training.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, connected.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_01]: We're right.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_02]: So here's the dichotomy.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the two challenges, both sides.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_02]: You have the course people that only about 10% of people or less complete online course.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_02]: That's true.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 49:02[SPEAKER_02]: And so you say, how do we solve that?
- 49:04[SPEAKER_02]: We're then on the flip side of things.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_02]: You've got the technology people.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: that just have the tech and people don't really use the tech where they gotta figure out how to do it.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: So here's what happened if and I'm a teacher's on the summit.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_02]: The biggest conversions that I have where literally I have hardly no refunds, hardly no charge backs, it's because I take my technology and I teach people how to use it, but I also teach them how to get an end result from it, right?
- 49:32[SPEAKER_02]: So if I'm teaching, for example,
- 49:36[SPEAKER_02]: You know, do fitness.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_02]: Why wouldn't you combine a fitness challenge where they can work out with it?
- 49:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, I'm saying with the app that you combine those together.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_02]: So not only are you teaching people how to use your app.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_02]: You're also teaching them how to get a benefit from it.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_02]: And some people are doing it.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm telling you that most people, either on either side, they don't do either.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_01]: And so somebody signs up for the summit.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_01]: Are you going to step by step what they can do everything?
- 50:04[SPEAKER_01]: Everything.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_01]: Just like now, we're going to step by step.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to step by step.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to be deeper.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to show you know, because I realize that I tell people this all the time.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_02]: There's not enough innovators.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_02]: There's not enough innovators in the world.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_02]: What I want to build with this, and I know, you know, we're going to talk about all the different things.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_02]: But I have a bigger mission.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't have a lot of help build in my tech company.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_02]: I had to learn it through the mud, and I had to learn all of the trials and the errors.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_02]: I want to birth the next generation of technology companies, and I want people to say,
- 50:40[SPEAKER_02]: Like, Justin had a hand and helping me build my tech startup.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_02]: They ain't that helped.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: You know, when you think about even some of the most winning we talk about money making, but let's even talk about impact.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: There's so many people going through mental health issue on one's other side.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_02]: There's also people that are going through
- 50:59[SPEAKER_02]: You know, fill in the loan.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_02]: There's so much technology that can be created around mental health.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_02]: That can be so like this is bigger than even just the money.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_02]: So I want to birth the people that's making money.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_02]: But I also want to birth people to say, I just want to take an idea on a use technology to be able to transform.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_02]: And so we're going to break that down into, you know, this, this summit.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_02]: I want to break down and show you exactly what I've learned.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_02]: do trial and error, do the blood sweat in tears, and help you build the next, whatever it is, slack, my stroke, say and whatever it is, I'm gonna help people build that.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's so powerful.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people are scared, right?
- 51:40[SPEAKER_01]: Could be talking about AI.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and we're talking about the positive side of it and we, you know, we did talk about, you know, you know, you're lost a job.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_01]: But a lot of people skid the AI were a place to them.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_01]: Um, you say AI is creating more opportunity than destroying.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_01]: Um, make think that a little clearer for me.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_02]: So, um,
- 51:58[SPEAKER_02]: I tell people all the time, what you fear, you will attract more of it.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_02]: So imagine the people that fear when you think about how Detroit looks right now, right?
- 52:07[SPEAKER_02]: There was people thought that factory jobs were going to be around forever.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_02]: And the swing literally, just in the small inkling of time, that entire industry was decimating.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_02]: And so, but there was new industries that were created as a result, nobody
- 52:25[SPEAKER_02]: you know yeah people had a kind of different suffering but then there's it's time for us until people just all the time it's time for us to stop holding on to the past and embrace the future and there's so many people that are so cleaning on to something that doesn't exist anymore
- 52:42[SPEAKER_02]: Whether you like it or not, AI and robots flying cars, this is the phase that you're in.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_02]: You're living in one of the greatest times in history, but if you don't get the skill sets, if you don't educate yourself, if you don't do the work, you're going to be left behind.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to be replaced by somebody that's better than you.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_02]: I tell my team this about two weeks ago, I had an employee with my team and I was like, listen.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna tell you something, right?
- 53:07[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody has a fear of being replaced.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_02]: You will only be replaced if you allow yourself to be replaced.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_02]: If you are not sitting up in night obsessing, if you are not going through at least an hour a day of training.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_02]: And 24 hours, you can take one hour to read a book, study a podcast, listen into these shows, just like this.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_02]: If you don't take an hour a day, nobody can help you to do anything.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna be left behind on purpose.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_02]: And so when that time comes and AI can replace you,
- 53:36[SPEAKER_02]: then I have no sympathy.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_02]: Let me give y'all even another last little thing, right, give you an example of this, so even be something better.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_02]: We used to, you should take forever to create presentation.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_02]: Back to you.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_02]: Forever.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_02]: So one of the things I had gone my team, he would be messing up the slides.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_02]: He would give me versions of it and one text.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_02]: You could blatantly see the header is 16 and this is 18 and I'm like, bro, you can't see this?
- 54:03[SPEAKER_02]: Well guess what came along?
- 54:04[SPEAKER_02]: A platform called Gamma came along.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_02]: You can copy and paste the script in and it will create a presentation in less than one minute.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 54:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, what?
- 54:15[SPEAKER_02]: He was replaceable, right?
- 54:16[SPEAKER_02]: Because he didn't up his skill set.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_02]: He didn't level his self up to pay attention to the details to basically make himself challenge himself.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_02]: So, you can't be scary.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_02]: It can't be scary.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_02]: Let me not like not empathize.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_02]: I could be scary.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_02]: But if you prepare yourself, you're gonna win.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_01]: What's the difference between, um, you know, because you gave us
- 54:40[SPEAKER_01]: tons of game on how to actually execute the apps, right?
- 54:44[SPEAKER_01]: And you said 99% of the people don't execute.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_01]: What is the difference between the app?
- 54:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say we executed, right?
- 54:53[SPEAKER_01]: What's the difference between the app that makes $500 versus the app that makes $50 million?
- 54:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so the difference is what I talked about.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: Mainly, number one is execution.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, execution, not overthinking.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_02]: Getting your product to market as fast as humanly possible, right?
- 55:11[SPEAKER_02]: So when you have the idea, you give yourself that launch date.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_02]: The other thing is timing.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_02]: Right, you think about and that's why when you go to product hunt, you see some of these apps You know it's like timing.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_02]: It's just a great timing right now Right, it's like timing.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_02]: So you see something that has a thousand reviews and then scale it up You have something called something that's trending when talk about this on the apps People ask something
- 55:34[SPEAKER_02]: You want to find those trending things that are trending opportunities, but there's also a lot of money ash and like niches.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we didn't even talk.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_02]: We didn't even have a niche.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna talk about I'm gonna talk about this.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_02]: But you even got the niches that nobody is even talking about.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_02]: Like for example, there's an idea that I gave to somebody in home garden in space and I said, there's an app that you can build to say people who are like lawn mowers.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the people who
- 56:04[SPEAKER_02]: They need technology and there's an app out there.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_02]: They just raise $20 million to do it You could take that get it to market and when you think about the technology If it don't do a lot, right?
- 56:14[SPEAKER_02]: So you could create that recreate that make it better Of course like there's infrastructure things that we're not gonna talk about so as you scale
- 56:23[SPEAKER_02]: right you got to add more people and do more things but that should not stop anybody from getting a prototype launching it in less than a couple weeks and either and you can also we didn't even talk about this there's some time you have an app you don't even need to pre-sell it sometimes you can create a prototype bring it to a VC they see like you'd be surprised as to how many people get funded for just an idea or right
- 56:48[SPEAKER_01]: But imagine if you're prepared and you actually got a prototype of how your thing is going to work right it could completely change the game man And so We kind of touched on this and that's my bad because I wanted I wanted all the game Right, I was like forget forget forget about international living I want my people to know how they can make some millions with AI But I do I do have a question about you know, you know international living
- 57:15[SPEAKER_01]: Are there any advantages of building a business overseas that nobody really talks about?
- 57:23[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's also so many problems around the world that need to be created.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_02]: That's why I said, we talked about niches.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_02]: You can break down all these opportunities into niches, location.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_02]: There's even, once you go through the idea, call it the ideation phase, and we're going to talk about them in a summit.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_02]: Like, when you find a great idea, you can take, like, listen, there's ideas that you can take that's working, and you can make them location specific, same idea, take them, take them to another location, or you can take an idea that millions of customers and put it into a specific niche.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's in a general niche, you can specifically make it for dentists, or there are so many different things you could do.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: But what I would say even with my travels, there are so many even technology companies that are behind, so I'm not companies with countries that are behind in technology, right?
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: If you live,
- 58:23[SPEAKER_02]: But wherever you live, technology is taking over.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_02]: There's not going to be any ends of the Earth except something remote without internet, where technology is not going to have an impact or a touch it.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_01]: Well, well, well, let's talk about the legacy real quick.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_01]: What do you want your legacy to be in this new era of global tech and AI?
- 58:44[SPEAKER_02]: So my legacy is to empower other people to one awakened to who they are, right?
- 58:51[SPEAKER_02]: Because I believe a lot of people have lost sight of that, of who they are.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_02]: So I want people to say, just to help me become more of who I am.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_02]: And I think how, how does that connect to technology?
- 59:04[SPEAKER_02]: Well, like I said, you can create impactful technology.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_02]: Technology has been so long been demonized as being like you had to be in the rich crew.
- 59:14[SPEAKER_02]: You had to be And this is one of my biggest legacies that I want to leave behind.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_02]: It's been like it's only reserved for this It's only reserved for the wealthy crew.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's different.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like we are democratizing here
- 59:27[SPEAKER_02]: technology now where anybody can take a concept and you don't have to be, you don't have to spend $50,000, you don't have to spend $100,000, you just have to have, you know, know what you're doing.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_02]: What we talked about in this episode, watch this again.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_02]: This wasn't fluff.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_02]: I'm giving you stuff that really works.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_02]: So my legacy, I want to one and pack people to, you know, self-awareness to help them awaken to who they are, number one, number two.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_02]: helping them create technology that can actually make impact.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_02]: So you can make impact financially, right?
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_02]: We know that because technology companies are can sell for five to 10 to 20x, regular companies, the average company sells for only one to twox, right?
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_02]: Technology companies are different.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_02]: So number one financial impact, number two,
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's just a three because it's a awakening, spiritual, I mean, technology impact, but also I want to be responsible for helping someone take an idea that I could say I had a hand in that change the world that help people get better mentally, physically, emotionally, and so that's one of my impacts is technology and spirituality is one of my greatest impacts I want to make.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_01]: 10 years from now, where do you see entrepreneurship going specifically for people of color?
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_02]: So that's a good question.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_02]: I think that, you know, there's an interesting dynamic happening for people of color, right?
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_02]: You know, we are starting even when I went over to Africa.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_02]: We are starting to ask the hard questions.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_02]: What am I put here to do?
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_02]: Is this regular?
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_02]: Should I work this nine to five?
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_02]: Nothing wrote it on the five.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_02]: But if you're not in the five isn't attached to your purpose, you are going to experience burnout one way or the other.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_02]: And even entrepreneurs are having to confront that, right?
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_02]: They have success.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_02]: And then if the money isn't the way it used to be or they've run out of money, you're confronted with who you are, what you've got to do.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_02]: So I think for us,
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_02]: We are starting to question things and we're starting to educate ourselves, right?
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_02]: When I used to do this, I mean, I've been in the game for 10 years, you know?
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_02]: So I was always, I was always had a pioneer mentality.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_02]: So when I were going to rooms, there were very few people that looked like me, right?
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_02]: So now that has changed, you know, those people are hungry, they're reading books, so the future is bright for us.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_02]: The thing that we have to do is we have to detach ourselves less from finding our worth and things.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_02]: and putting our worth on purpose to make sure that we're intuitively building things, you don't have to build always life changes stuff.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_02]: It can't be about, you know, it can be financially there.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_02]: Just don't let the stuff take you over.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_02]: And we start to work together and we can build technology-driven companies and you put those things together is going to be amazing.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_02]: And we just have to embrace
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_02]: was honestly gonna feel like, you know, like the Jetsons, right?
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_02]: That's about to become honestly realin' our lifetime.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_02]: In the next deck, less than decade.
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't think people have grasped this.
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_02]: I think they think that this is 20, 30 years out.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm here to caution you that it's not.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_02]: You know, being a futurist, I'm telling you that this is less than 10 years that it would be normal to have flying cars that are already 10 years.
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_02]: Less than 10 years.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_02]: You would have flying cars, robots.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_02]: They're getting you used to seeing a robot.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_02]: They would be walking around, right?
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to have a robotic production system.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_02]: You know, my guys are still going to be good.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_02]: We're still going to be good.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_02]: Fight your fire.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_02]: You're a fighter, we go out of the world.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_02]: They just go sit there and they're gonna be like, you're gonna be like, the robot and the robot's gonna tell you when you're talking to a kid.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_02]: They're gonna tell you, right, they're gonna tell you when you're talking to a kid.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_02]: They're gonna give you all the game, they go, you know, and this is like, this is gonna be normal.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_02]: And I think the energy, but here's what's great that I want, I want to just plant this seed and anybody watching this, because that's what this is about playing seeds.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_02]: There's going to be also industries that people are going to remember, and they're going to say, man, I can build that, and that's possible.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_02]: The industries that had a monopolization, that's the power, right?
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_02]: The power isn't just in building an app.
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_02]: The power isn't what you can do with the apps.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_02]: So you're going to have technology that when I was in Africa, for example,
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_02]: You know, the lights was always cut off, sometimes in certain parts of South Africa, you know, but there's going to be people that are going to study this stuff and be like, I have an energy alternative or I have a better way to do this.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_02]: So I would just say, education itself, study, you don't need to go to college.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a living witness to that.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't finish college.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you don't need a million dollars in the bank.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, you just need to learn the skills that's to do it right.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_01]: Man.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_01]: If, uh, how can people get to that summit?
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_01]: We need, we need, we need them signin' up for that summit.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_01]: ASAP.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you gotta be on there, man.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_02]: Because we create in the next and for real, it's not just a summit about an app.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, we create an next generation of pioneers.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_02]: Nice.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, abspil with AI.com, you know, we'll post the link below.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_01]: Is that, is that you want the video as AI, huh?
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_02]: Which video?
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_02]: Abspil by AI.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's me.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it looked like I was that is that just was that AI somewhere to ask I know Yeah, I'm actually, but I am building some AI clones to make it look like but for me It didn't look they have it, you know, they they haven't gotten to the place right they haven't got there Yeah, yeah, you know, because that's all I was saying because then and honestly that's what I was asking
- 1:05:12[SPEAKER_01]: because it looked like you, I was like, damn, so I was like, if that's A, I didn't tell me what you use without one, because that's the one I need, because I have an A, I twin, I'm using a hate gen. Of course, but a hate gen, by the way, like, hey, Jen has came out with some new technology that's insane, and, you know, that's the great part of what was happening now.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was saying this in a workshop recently.
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_02]: like they're not going they like they're going to war so the innovation when when companies go to war for the best technology they innovate faster right you know I'm saying so hey Jen got some competition coming but the technology they recently do what you have a clone is going to be you're going to be able to less than six months after something that look identical move like you talk like you walk like you that's less than six months out who and that's the only thing that I'm not afraid of though
- 1:06:04[SPEAKER_01]: do you think that it will ever pick up accent and like absolutely.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_01]: So like right now like my, my, my, my, my, my, my, I just wanna hate Jen sounds like it's from Pasippin' in New Jersey.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_01]: No disrespect for anybody from Pasippin' in New Jersey.
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm saying, but like, you know,
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_01]: Will it be able to get Hall of Ash?
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so it's going to be, it's going to be, you know, what the thing is is that you can actually do that now, you know, see, it's all about, we're not going to go too techy, but it's all about the memory, right?
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_02]: When you are using a simple, there's actually a tech.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_02]: out there that you can use now, that you can, it's called, it's called memory banking, right?
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_02]: So basically what it is is you can upload books, you can upload, there's a, there's a company called, have you ever tried Delphi?
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_02]: Delphi?
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_01]: Delphi?
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_02]: So Delphi is a company that does this, right?
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you can actually build a clone of yourself and you can also have, um,
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_02]: You can have a where your customers could call into this AI and have a full-blown conversation with you.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_02]: So we did this for one of my clients recently where we, he's an older guy, you know, we like listen.
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_02]: You got to start preserving your wisdom and it can't all be the you speaking at seminars, right?
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_02]: So my old school people watching this or you know, you get a little older, you speak like, you know, the less browns of the world and you have a legacy, but your voice course is getting a little tighter, you know,
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_02]: You can literally upload, we upload 20 books, we upload it, 20 different podcasts that he's done, and he's like, man, that sounds like me.
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, you could, and that's what, what, what was Delphi?
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_02]: Delphi, yeah, you could do that through Delphi.
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_02]: And celebrities use Delphi too, like you don't know it, and it's not, it's not that expensive, yeah.
