- 1:50Edward, you gotta unmute yourself
- 1:52for the ABC Radio or ABC Health Talk. ABC
- 1:59Unknown: I can't believe you. I
- 2:02I clicked on the other computer and didn't unmute the the mic on the laptop. I switched over to
- 2:09Unknown: abchealth.info.
- 2:11Health
- 2:13Talk.
- 2:14Here we go. Let's talk about it. Should we talk about it?
- 2:18I'm thinking we should talk about it.
- 2:21Unknown: They haven't stopped attacking
- 2:24us and genociding us, so we need to keep talking about it. If they would stop genociding
- 2:30us,
- 2:31we wouldn't
- 2:33maybe we wouldn't need to talk so much about it. We could talk about,
- 2:37you know, more beautiful
- 2:39things.
- 2:40Unknown: But We could talk about puppets and kittens and stuff like that. Yeah. And things. That's right.
- 2:48Yeah. But Unicorns.
- 2:51You
- 2:52Unknown: is
- 2:53genocide,
- 2:54and
- 2:56it's been that way, but the people don't know it. Let's let's pretend I'm right for one second.
- 3:02Let's say they've been genociding us the whole time with everything.
- 3:08Unknown: Well
- 3:10What? From the beginning of time? Tell us outright.
- 3:13Unknown: They wouldn't come out and say it, would they, Paul?
- 3:16Unknown: Oh, no. No. No. No. No. Evil has to always tell you what they're doing.
- 3:21They do. I mean that's that's the pact between God and the devil.
- 3:26God said you can do whatever you want to, but you gotta tell them what you're doing.
- 3:31So they put it right out in front of you in some obscure way
- 3:35or in such a heinous fashion that you couldn't possibly imagine that they would do such a thing because you can't comprehend there would be that much evil in God's world.
- 3:45Well this isn't God's world, this is the devil's world
- 3:49until God comes back
- 3:51and puts him in his place. So yeah, they always tell you what
- 3:57they're doing to you, but they just tell you in so many words,
- 4:02you gotta read between the lines.
- 4:04Right?
- 4:05Exactly.
- 4:08Unknown: They don't really want you to know.
- 4:12They just wanna
- 4:15commit to they have to tell you somehow, someway.
- 4:20And
- 4:21we had quite a bit of
- 4:24news I put in the newsletter tonight.
- 4:27And one of the stories,
- 4:29you it they're only three, four minute videos. They're not much,
- 4:33but each one is
- 4:35unique.
- 4:36Unique. And one of them,
- 4:39a man gets on sixty minutes and tells everybody
- 4:43that
- 4:44low level electricity
- 4:46is is
- 4:48very bad for humans.
- 4:50Look. Get this. Low level electricity
- 4:54is very bad
- 4:56for humans and animals,
- 4:59but we're dealing with humans tonight. Okay?
- 5:02Unknown: Do you mean by low level electricity?
- 5:04You're talking about low level as in low voltage or low level as in low frequency?
- 5:11Unknown: EMP,
- 5:13dirty electricity,
- 5:15WiFi,
- 5:16five gs, six gs. Oh, okay.
- 5:20Unknown: So so what he's talking about is electromagnetic
- 5:23pollution.
- 5:26Unknown: Right. And we're getting it plus blue light.
- 5:30I watched another video,
- 5:32a short one
- 5:34on Instagram,
- 5:36and it showed all years ago.
- 5:39We used to go out in the street, and it was like orange, the streets. You know? It was orange ish. Very nice feeling. Now
- 5:47these bright blue light lights are on you, and the feeling is totally different.
- 5:53It's like everything's
- 5:55changed, the atmosphere at night.
- 5:59Another
- 6:01situation
- 6:03you'll see in the in the newsletter there where
- 6:07they
- 6:08are
- 6:09literally
- 6:11murdering the patients in the hospital.
- 6:15The during COVID and now,
- 6:19and they're getting away with it all the time. They they get sued. They don't get in any trouble when
- 6:25they give him,
- 6:27let's see, a man who didn't needed morphine
- 6:32and insulin together,
- 6:35Unknown: there's murder. Well, no. That's because that's because they have a cloak of immunity from prosecution as long as they follow the standard of care. The only problem with that is the standard of care is homicidal.
- 6:49Unknown: Yeah. You remember what the one of the first radio shows I did with you fifteen years ago?
- 6:55Unknown: And that lady that was Oh
- 6:57my god.
- 6:59Unknown: She was a nurse, and she was following the doctor's protocol. And she said to the doctor, I'll never forget what she said.
- 7:07She said to the doctor, if you continue to give those protocols to the patient,
- 7:12that patient is not gonna make it.
- 7:15And the doctor said, just do it. That's when she left
- 7:19that profession and went down to Panama, I think, and started doing a ED dysfunction
- 7:25for guys who could afford it. Oh, no.
- 7:28Unknown: No, the one that went to
- 7:31Panama
- 7:32was, oh, what was her name?
- 7:34She
- 7:35was a doctor,
- 7:37she had a practice in Chicago
- 7:42and it was, oh my God, she has the turpentine protocol,
- 7:47the turpentine antiparasitic
- 7:50protocol.
- 7:51What was her name? Hold on a minute, I've got another conversation going in another window. I will have an answer for you in just a moment, but
- 8:00we actually
- 8:01had her on. She was talking about
- 8:04the
- 8:05weight loss drug that actually caused liver failure or kidney failure.
- 8:12Okay? She was talking about that. Give me one second. I will be back. Just just carry the show until I get back.
- 8:20Unknown: The Ozempic
- 8:21and the other brands
- 8:24that they licensed to do it, other names.
- 8:27Like, if I wanted license it, they'd license it to me if I gave them enough money.
- 8:33No.
- 8:34That stuff is deadly.
- 8:37And then they oh my god.
- 8:40Trump just lowered the price on all of it, and they're all getting it for next to nothing now.
- 8:46He said it's $1,215,100
- 8:48dollars
- 8:49a month now. That was paying what? Two paying what?
- 8:53Unknown: That was Jennifer Daniels. Yeah.
- 8:57Doctor Jennifer Daniels
- 8:59and she has a practice in Panama.
- 9:02She
- 9:03surrendered her medical license because she didn't want to be under the control of homicidal medicine
- 9:11and
- 9:13she just treats patients privately
- 9:15in Panama.
- 9:17So as Jennifer Daniels and her protocol
- 9:20for her anti parasitic protocol using
- 9:24natural organic gum spirits of turpentine
- 9:27and sugar,
- 9:31like the sugar attacks parasites
- 9:33and turpentine
- 9:34kills them.
- 9:37Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That was the protocol that made her famous. Know terpene is very
- 9:42Unknown: effective in health, but people don't know it.
- 9:46Unknown: You wanna break that you take
- 9:49right, you take that you take a teaspoon.
- 9:53Unknown: Depending on your body weight, you take two to three drops
- 9:56of organic turpentine spirit gum and fresh carrot juice.
- 10:01If you don't have can do fresh carrot juice, you make it yourself, by the way, or fresh orange juice,
- 10:08and it'll break up that stone in your kidneys so that you and it'll come out right in the toilet. You'll urinate it out.
- 10:16Unknown: Right. But but her protocol is you take a teaspoon, like a slightly rounded teaspoon of sugar
- 10:22or one or two sugar cubes,
- 10:25and then you put enough drops of turpentine
- 10:28in that sugar to just wet the sugar with the turpentine.
- 10:32And then you just eat you just consume the sugar and you wash it down with something, whatever.
- 10:40And basically what happens is the parasites are attracted by the sugar because they love sweet things.
- 10:47They're kind of like
- 10:49women on Valentine's Day. They love sweet things.
- 10:52And the parasites go after that. They wind up consuming the turpentine as well. The turpentine breaks down their innards
- 11:00and they basically explode
- 11:02from within,
- 11:03and then the the body's natural waste disposal system just gets rid of them. Just, you're
- 11:11out of here. You know, kind of like the umpire
- 11:14as it were. Yeah.
- 11:16Yeah. That's the protocol that made Jennifer Daniels famous. I'm surprised
- 11:21you don't know about it.
- 11:23Unknown: No. I never heard her actually speaking, but that makes total sense. I know of two doctors that
- 11:29starve the patients
- 11:32completely,
- 11:34put them on a fast, starve them, and when they give them
- 11:38some glucose with some
- 11:40like,
- 11:41a tenth of the amount of
- 11:44chemo, a tiny bit of chemo.
- 11:46It does it does a similar thing. It goes right to the tumors. They're sucked up
- 11:52in a fast body like that. I like
- 11:55Unknown: But they don't need
- 11:58to starve the patient. What they do is they put the patient on a carnivore diet.
- 12:03It's like an Atkins diet on steroids.
- 12:06Okay? So it's just all meat and protein. It's all fat products.
- 12:11And the parasites
- 12:12are so hungry for sugar,
- 12:15then
- 12:16they give them the sucrose
- 12:19and with
- 12:21just a microscopic
- 12:22fraction of chemo drug in it, and
- 12:26the
- 12:27cancer parasites,
- 12:29cancer is basically parasitic,
- 12:31okay?
- 12:34Many cancers are misdiagnosed as, many
- 12:38parasitic
- 12:39infections
- 12:40are misdiagnosed
- 12:41as cancer and as soon as they get you in the whole chemo protocol,
- 12:46which by the way, this program is not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any diseases, should not be considered medical advice, please seek out a health professional locally provided you can find one, a professional,
- 12:59before acting on any information presented here. What happens is the parasites are so hungry for carbs because they've been on a carb starvation
- 13:09diet.
- 13:10I mean they're not on a starvation diet, they don't starve the body.
- 13:14What they do is they give the body proteins and fats and no carbs, period. End of discussion,
- 13:21case closed, not even anything artificial,
- 13:24Unknown: then they give them the
- 13:27sucrose with
- 13:30Unknown: the chemotherapy
- 13:31Unknown: stuff in it, and all those parasites,
- 13:34they go for that shit like nobody's business,
- 13:37and before they know it, they're keeling over dead and passing right out through the colon.
- 13:44You gotta love it when a plan comes together.
- 13:49Unknown: Hey. You know what? We could be the Brooklyn brothers.
- 13:54Unknown: Certainly.
- 13:56Oh, there were three strings next. Certainly. But
- 14:01we
- 14:03we
- 14:03are
- 14:05needing to maintain
- 14:08whistle clean bowels.
- 14:10Whistle lungs need to be affected by the magnesium with ozone bonded to it. That's what keeps my bowels whistle clean
- 14:18and keeps
- 14:20my lungs clean. My arteries, it breaks down all that plaque in my arteries so that the endothelium cells
- 14:27produce the nitric oxide to keep all my
- 14:30arteries and veins soft and supple, I'll never have another heart attack
- 14:35or stroke
- 14:37like I did in 1999.
- 14:39I almost lost my life. But here I am.
- 14:43I had to find out. That reminds me.
- 14:46Unknown: That reminds me, if you're gonna send me some more Mag Ozone, you gotta do it quick because I'm gonna be moving in, three weeks. I'll send it And this address won't be a good address.
- 14:57Unknown: Okay. I'm I'm gonna be moving. You want me? I'll send it out tomorrow.
- 15:01Unknown: Alright. Thank you. The
- 15:05Unknown: the,
- 15:07now I went I I mentioned last week,
- 15:10and I didn't do a much of a show last week.
- 15:15I quit after an hour, but I had done the event at
- 15:19the Reawaken America tour. I went there. When they said
- 15:24I'd done the event, I I I ended up being there. That's how I'd done it.
- 15:30Unknown: Anyway Yeah. There you go.
- 15:32Unknown: The following day They let you in there? After get they let me in. I couldn't believe it. Listen. Doctor
- 15:39Judy Makovich ended up giving me two more hugs after the first one later on that evening. But the next day,
- 15:46and I didn't know that I was dehydrated the first day. I never ate Saturday night.
- 15:52I didn't drink enough water. The next day, I was dehydrated.
- 15:56And all day in the sun, another six to eight hours straight in the sun. Everybody else was going inside and coming out.
- 16:03But the funniest thing happened,
- 16:07somebody
- 16:08blocked my table with another table. He was selling v 17.
- 16:12And it's, what's his name? John, the guy that's famous
- 16:16on all the circuits on b 17.
- 16:19And he saw that everybody was blocked my table. They took my spot from the day before.
- 16:25So, anyway, I didn't get totally upset. It didn't matter. I met all the right people I wanna meet,
- 16:31and, I'll be doing business with them. He says to me, he apologized.
- 16:35I didn't realize who he was. You want me to move these books? I said, but they set up the table,
- 16:41and now they blocked my whole table because they perpendicularly.
- 16:45I said, it doesn't really matter.
- 16:47He says, I'll tell you what. I'll make it up to you. He says, g Edward Griffin is my best friend. You know who he is? I said, yeah. Of course, I do.
- 16:57So he says to me, would you like to would you like to talk with him? I said, yes. I would.
- 17:03And then he begged me to to trade products with him, but I was really, I believe,
- 17:10ready for a heat exhaustion,
- 17:12heat stroke that night. On the way back afterwards,
- 17:15I sift to my straw on ice water, giant thing of it, two of them. Slowly,
- 17:21man, and I came almost back to life. But before that happened,
- 17:25they had set up a revival tent laying hands on people on the other part in front of my thing so nobody could pass by. That's when I And I have So
- 17:35then they moved it,
- 17:37and guess what happened?
- 17:39What happened? Doctor Artis standing in a circle talking to people. Right? Right. And he's always smiling. Doctor Artis is always smiling. So I go walk Oh, yeah. I love that guy. Away from my
- 17:54Unknown: I I love that guy. I've interviewed that guy.
- 17:58Unknown: Yes. Okay. So let let me tell you what happened. I'm gonna tell you something that happened.
- 18:03So I go over to him, and he's he's in a circle with people, but he's facing a guy talking directly with a guy,
- 18:11Mano Imano.
- 18:13And
- 18:14I had told him something
- 18:16and had to give and had to get something to write his information. So he writes down his information, his name, and his phone number so I could call him because now he wants to talk with me
- 18:28while he's talking to the other guy, smiling. He never stops smiling, that man. So I got his number, and I walked back over to where I was 15
- 18:38feet away.
- 18:39And I'm standing behind there, I said, Edward, why don't you go give him one of those
- 18:45filter
- 18:46instruments in the shape of a straw, the clean sip filters?
- 18:50And I walk over there with a box of them because I follow my mind.
- 18:55And I said, here,
- 18:57pick one out. And he's smiling just like usual.
- 19:00And he says,
- 19:01do you want me to tell you a funny story about those
- 19:05straws?
- 19:07And I said, yes. I would. Now he's still standing in a circle. Now his son is standing opposite him at the other end of the circle,
- 19:16tall, young.
- 19:18And he said to me,
- 19:20we went somebody gave us some of these straws years ago,
- 19:24and we went camping up to the top of the mountains.
- 19:28And my son would melt the snow, and he points at his son across the circle
- 19:33and drink sip out of the melted water with the straw.
- 19:38Only when we got back down from the mountain, he said,
- 19:42he realized he left the straw at
- 19:46back at the mountain. Right?
- 19:49Yeah. He said to me, so we went up to the top of the mountain
- 19:52looking for a white straw
- 19:55in the white snow.
- 19:57He went back up to the top of the mountain. And
- 20:01then he paused, and then he said,
- 20:03and he found it.
- 20:05And I said, you're kidding me. And everybody was laughing at this time.
- 20:11So when I told Donna,
- 20:14the wife of the man who invented it and distributes it, she said, I'm the one that gave it to him. He came up to Canada here, and we had quite a conversation.
- 20:24I'd like to talk to him again. She's the one that put on all the events back in the days for everybody.
- 20:29She got all the people to all these events, and she put them on.
- 20:34Unknown: Cool.
- 20:36We had area code 303 was unmuted.
- 20:39Sorry. Your line was was making noise and was interfering with what Edward was saying. We'll catch you in just a minute if you if you have something to say, okay? Area code 303, hold on, hold tight. We'll catch you.
- 20:52Alright.
- 20:53So,
- 20:54hey. If will you send me some mag ozone? Can you send me one or two of those straws? Two? Two? Maybe? Maybe?
- 21:01Strictly.
- 21:02Unknown: And and the I now have the magnesium ozone in straight powder
- 21:08for those that like to
- 21:10Unknown: Oh, that's dangerous.
- 21:13Oh, man. That's dangerous. One time ounce. One
- 21:17yeah. One time I got that mag ozone in straight powder. Oh my god.
- 21:24It's a it's a very powerful stuff. I'm telling you. Yep. It'll make your bowels
- 21:29Unknown: whistle clean when the doctor goes into my 80 year old friend's Oh, yeah. And thinks he's gonna do a colonoscopy.
- 21:35You know what he ends up saying to everybody that uses this?
- 21:39I never seen a colon so clean because no doctors have ever seen one that clean.
- 21:44This product keeps your whistle clean, though those bowels, and all disease starts in the colon and continues.
- 21:51And doctor Freibach taught me the easiest
- 21:54of all the cancers to address is colon cancer, but they end up cutting you, putting on one of them colostomy bags, and then recommending chemo and radiation. We might not have got it all.
- 22:06It's always their BS that they're pulling Yeah. To get more money so they so they can pay their bills. Yeah. We think we got it, but we might not have gotten it all. So just to be safe,
- 22:19Unknown: we're gonna put you on another course of chemo.
- 22:22That's that's your staple. Like that, man. It's that's their staple response.
- 22:27No.
- 22:29Unknown: I mean, this is not medical advice like you said. We're not here,
- 22:34but
- 22:35four out of five doctors twenty years ago would never give chemo radiation to any themselves or their families, and that was a fact. That's enough. I can only imagine if they if it's reversed, that means they're more ignorant.
- 22:49Unknown: Well, you know where the AIDS
- 22:51medication came from, right?
- 22:54Which? You know where it came from.
- 22:57The AIDS medication,
- 22:59the medication for the AIDS patients, okay? The AZT. The AZT.
- 23:04AZT.
- 23:06Unknown: That was originally That's what made him sick, but go ahead, where'd it come from? That
- 23:11Unknown: was originally
- 23:13manufactured
- 23:14as a chemo drug, but it turned out to be too lethal,
- 23:19so they said, oh, we'll give it to the fags instead.
- 23:24That's where that came from, AZT.
- 23:28Oh, these guys, they're evil. These guys are terrible.
- 23:32Gonna unmute area code 303
- 23:34on just a second, Edward. I'm gonna unmute area code 303
- 23:39and see if they've got anything to add. If not, I will ask you to press 6 and unmute your and mute yourself again. Do you have anything for us? Area code 303.
- 23:51Unknown: Questions.
- 23:52Unknown: Any questions? Oh, just
- 23:55Unknown: just, say hey to to
- 23:59Edward and y'all.
- 24:01Unknown: This is Cheap Ring. Hey. Cheap Ring. Oh. Hey. Hello,
- 24:06y'all. Kurt.
- 24:07That's you.
- 24:08Unknown: That'd be me. There you go. Kurt.
- 24:12Unknown: Okay.
- 24:14Hey, Kurt. You've been We were expecting you.
- 24:18Unknown: We were expecting you. That's why I wanted to circle back. That's why I wanted to circle back and unmute your line and ask you if you wanted to if you had a question or a comment or something like that because if after I mute you, you can't unmute yourself.
- 24:32Unknown: Paul was expecting he's he's he's pregnant, Paul. You gotta forgive me. Okay.
- 24:39Unknown: Alright. Be nice.
- 24:43Unknown: So, hey, Kurt.
- 24:46Now that you're here with us,
- 24:48I would like people to know
- 24:52why
- 24:53they why they don't like you, those, judges and
- 24:58lawyers.
- 24:59Why do they hate your guts and want you dead?
- 25:03Unknown: I got a good idea.
- 25:07Unknown: Well,
- 25:08Unknown: I'm not a member the apple cart.
- 25:12That doesn't go over well with them because,
- 25:15you know,
- 25:17if you're not a member of the bar association, they can't
- 25:21they can't just bar you.
- 25:23They've they've tried to get several tribes to disbar me, including the Puyallops, and
- 25:29and
- 25:31they've told them, no. No. As long as that guy draws a breath, he's our attorney.
- 25:36And
- 25:37so they
- 25:40that's all they got. They can try to destroy you but
- 25:44Unknown: I don't
- 25:47Unknown: I'm not one of your
- 25:49normal attorneys
- 25:50and I'm more of a researcher than anything. I've
- 25:53done a lot of research on
- 25:56different states and their constitutions.
- 25:59Boy, people knew that the Western states of this country
- 26:04are all based on fake
- 26:06constitutions
- 26:07that the federal government doesn't have a copy of,
- 26:12that
- 26:13have created corporations
- 26:15known as state of all caps,
- 26:21and essentially taking away all people's rights away from them by doing that. Put it all under admiralty.
- 26:28Unknown: The states of are just political subdivisions of Washington DC with the
- 26:34Washington DC's
- 26:35only jurisdiction
- 26:36is 10 Miles Square.
- 26:40Unknown: Ah, but
- 26:43the only constitutions that these Western states have, Washington, Oregon, Idaho,
- 26:49Montana,
- 26:49South Dakota,
- 26:51North Dakota,
- 26:53Wyoming,
- 26:54Utah, Colorado,
- 26:56New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada.
- 27:01All those states, if you go to try to find their
- 27:0545 page, eight and a half by 11 type constitutions
- 27:08anywhere in the National Archives of the Library of Congress, you're not gonna find them.
- 27:15And that's kind of a problem. I mean, do you think they had do you think they had typewriters in 1876,
- 27:21bro?
- 27:23Unknown: No.
- 27:24Unknown: No.
- 27:26Or 1878.
- 27:27And even if they did, do you think they typed any constitutions
- 27:30for any state?
- 27:32Unknown: No. They're handwritten in script.
- 27:35Unknown: Handwritten on legal length paper, which is, like, nine by nineteen.
- 27:40Unknown: Right.
- 27:41Unknown: Not eight and a half by eleven.
- 27:44Unknown: If you go to any one of these by fourteen.
- 27:47Yeah.
- 27:49Unknown: You know? And
- 27:51Unknown: if you go to any one of these states
- 27:53archives and say, want a copy of the constitution, you're gonna get a 45 page, eight and a half by 11 typed constitution.
- 28:01But nowhere does that exist anywhere in the national archives.
- 28:06Unknown: Wait a second. Sir, you went to the National Archives,
- 28:11like, twenty nine years ago or something with all your people to go In 2000. Constitutional constitutions?
- 28:20Unknown: Yeah. I went there in 2000 trying to find all the constitutions for the Western States.
- 28:26Unknown: And the guy wouldn't let you in. I remember you told me, but the guy you needed to get a pass from was on the 2nd Floor, but he wouldn't let you go up there and get one. I remember.
- 28:38Unknown: Yeah. You know, you get in the National Archives. It's like, sorry. You can't get in without a National Archives card. I'm like, where do I get that? He goes on the 2nd Floor.
- 28:46Unknown: Have a nice day. Welcome to DC.
- 28:49Unknown: Move along.
- 28:51Like,
- 28:52I've just flew from Seattle, man. I I ain't coming here to hang out on the front steps.
- 28:58This is not my problem.
- 29:01Have a nice day.
- 29:03So I looked up the head of the national archives, called him.
- 29:06He actually answered the phone.
- 29:09I'm like, I'm looking for the head of the National Archives. Well, that's me. Are you answering your own phone? He goes, well, today I do. I go,
- 29:16well, I need your personal address and all your personal information.
- 29:20He goes, why would you need that? I go,
- 29:23because I'm here for at least three weeks,
- 29:26and we're here to do research on behalf of, you know,
- 29:30Washington State Historical Society and seven different tribes in the state of Washington, Oregon, Montana,
- 29:36Idaho. And I and I said, we
- 29:39if I can't do research at that time, we're gonna you know, in this time that we're allotted to be here, we're gonna spend that time suing the shit out of you.
- 29:49Because, well, I'll just escort
- 29:51you up to the 2nd Floor. I go, I'll buy you lunch.
- 29:54He goes, oh, no. That's not necessary.
- 29:56So he takes up 2nd Floor. We get our cards,
- 29:59and we looked for nine days
- 30:02for these constitutions.
- 30:04Now you'd think you'd be able to go to the national archives and get them on day one. Right?
- 30:10It's only 50 states. Right?
- 30:14Unknown: No.
- 30:15Nobody could find them
- 30:18for nine days, you know, and
- 30:21Unknown: we got more people every day helping.
- 30:24And by the ninth day, we had over a 100 people from the National Archives, my five people, myself,
- 30:29all looking.
- 30:30Nobody could find them.
- 30:35And so,
- 30:39problem with that is,
- 30:43you know, we started looking for by I think it was day four. We started looking through the miscellaneous document boxes that nobody had opened because they they didn't they didn't know where to look.
- 30:52It's well, we finally we we we've run out of places to look. Like, what do you mean you run out of places to look?
- 30:59So I started looking through miscellaneous document boxes that hadn't been opened in a hundred years.
- 31:06And, I think it was g '37.
- 31:10When I got to that box,
- 31:11every time they just hand it to me because we I mean, a had 8,800
- 31:16boxes.
- 31:18Just the letter a.
- 31:20You know? And we're going alphabetically as we could. The more people we had, we got a little further into it.
- 31:27Unknown: But
- 31:28I finally get to g 37,
- 31:32and the
- 31:35guy goes, oh, a guy named Ewing has
- 31:39I said, Ewing, one got him. I said, get your ass up here. He's one of my researchers.
- 31:45And I said,
- 31:46yeah, g 37? He goes,
- 31:48no. I'm on still on the apps.
- 31:52Unknown: I go, he doesn't have it. Where is it? So
- 31:55we have to verify the contents before we can show it to you.
- 32:00Mister Man, you wouldn't even be looking for this shit if it wasn't me. So
- 32:04I called up the head of National Archives on speed dial.
- 32:08Oddly enough, he answered the phone.
- 32:11What are you gonna sue me for now, Reagan?
- 32:15Because I threatened
- 32:17to sue him if he you know? He said, let me in.
- 32:20I said, listen, man. We've been looking for these constitutions for
- 32:24nine days now. It's the end of the ninth day, and now the guys are telling me that they gotta verify the contents before I get to see it.
- 32:32Because you wouldn't be looking for this if it wasn't for me.
- 32:37Unknown: And he goes, you know,
- 32:39fair enough.
- 32:41Unknown: And all of sudden,
- 32:42you know, within a few minutes, I had a big giant box in front of me,
- 32:47pair of white gloves, and a couple of guys on each shoulder that could pick me up with one hand pretty easily.
- 32:54And,
- 32:54big boys.
- 32:57And I opened up the box. I don't know if they thought I was gonna grab it and try to run out or what the hell.
- 33:02You You just know? Gotta be prepared.
- 33:05Open up a box, and here is all the constitutions
- 33:08and the polling records.
- 33:11And, like, Washington's was a 117
- 33:15or a 119 pages,
- 33:18all handwritten, all legal length.
- 33:21How do you go from that to 45
- 33:24pages eight and a half by 11 just by typing it?
- 33:29I don't think that works, does it?
- 33:34So
- 33:36and those constitutions
- 33:38changed the face of this country, bro. They are the only ones that exist for these states in the national archives.
- 33:45They were the only constitutions that were ratified by congress, passed by the senate, and signed into law by the president.
- 33:52And only one of them has provisions that say
- 33:56no city, county, or state official can use their powers or authorities to enrich any corporation
- 34:02whatsoever.
- 34:04It doesn't say except municipal county or state corporations.
- 34:08It says any.
- 34:10Another one of the provisions says no politician can be reelected
- 34:14to any position
- 34:16whatsoever.
- 34:23Think about that one.
- 34:25Will this be the same country?
- 34:27No more Patty Murray's. No more Nancy Pelosi's.
- 34:33It'd be done.
- 34:35You get, you know, you get to be a senator once. You get to be a legislator once. You get to be a governor once.
- 34:42I guess you can move to as many states as you want,
- 34:47but there'll be no more politicians that are lifetime
- 34:51scumbag politicians because that's where all the problems happen.
- 34:54Unknown: Right.
- 34:55All the constitutions
- 34:57I had read before you told me about this
- 35:00said that they were never allowed to have them liars
- 35:03in
- 35:03political
- 35:04offices.
- 35:05Okay? They're all pledging allegiance to the bar, which is a foreign nation, and don't register
- 35:12as foreign agents here. And
- 35:14but that's just a little piece of what they're doing that's unscrupulous.
- 35:19Go ahead.
- 35:21Unknown: Yeah. We've we've had a court we basically suffered
- 35:24a hostile corporate takeover in this country
- 35:27when they buried those constitutions because
- 35:31they you know, it also has a provision that says no
- 35:35sit it says corporate executives and their major controlling stockholders
- 35:40are to be held criminally
- 35:42liable for the actions of the corporation.
- 35:46Now think about that one, bro.
- 35:48Unknown: Say that again. Repeat it.
- 35:51Unknown: Corporate
- 35:52executives
- 35:53and their major
- 35:55controlling
- 35:55stockholders
- 35:57are to be criminally
- 35:59are to be held criminally
- 36:01liable
- 36:02for the actions of the corporation.
- 36:06Unknown: Woah.
- 36:07That's not how they're being treated. They're they're getting away scot free, all these people running corporations.
- 36:14Unknown: Exactly.
- 36:16And that's not how the constitutions
- 36:19of all these Western states are written.
- 36:22And it also says that,
- 36:27no no corporation can have a standing body of armed men.
- 36:33So where would our police forces be if they're run by corporations? They
- 36:38they're they're not legal.
- 36:40Unknown: And so,
- 36:42you know, they would have to
- 36:44Unknown: disband
- 36:45and disencorporate
- 36:47disenfranchise all corporations that are running the cities, counties, and states now.
- 36:53They would have to,
- 36:57basically
- 36:59prosecute
- 37:00all the people that were behind the invasion of this country for four years
- 37:04because it wasn't an it was, you know, it wasn't a migration. It was an invasion.
- 37:10Let's call a pig a pig.
- 37:14We had an invasion of this country. They flew them in from all over the world. Not just Oh, yeah. Across the border. They they flew them in to Minnesota. They flew them in all different places all over the country.
- 37:25Unknown: Across Canadian border. Tons of them came from China across the Canadian border and the southern border, but the airplanes
- 37:33never stopped coming into the country,
- 37:36landing them here.
- 37:37Unbelievable.
- 37:39Unknown: Go ahead. What I thought was funny is when the governor of Texas flew a plane into
- 37:45Martha's Vineyard.
- 37:47Well, who lives in Martha's Vineyard?
- 37:51The Obamas.
- 37:52Right. You know? The Obidans.
- 37:55Unknown: Hey. Hey. Wait. You remember you remember
- 37:58when Obama's chef, all of a sudden, a great swimmer
- 38:02died in water that came up only four feet,
- 38:06and they covered up the whole thing. First, they weren't there, then they were. They weren't nobody knew.
- 38:13Unknown: Do you know what that was all about, bro?
- 38:17He heard what was gonna happen to his family behind Lahaina,
- 38:23and they had to take him out before he told his family.
- 38:27Because you know what happened behind Lahaina
- 38:29Go ahead. On on on,
- 38:32Maui?
- 38:33If you were native Hawaiian, you could lease a house for ninety nine years for a dollar.
- 38:40So who is living behind Lahaina?
- 38:43Natives. In in All native all native Hawaiians.
- 38:47Unknown: Yeah. And they burned them out, wouldn't let them even out. I remember when they were blocking and told them, you can't leave.
- 38:53Unknown: Yep. And they just frightened them all. Shooting them. A lot of them got shot. Bodies popped up on islands all over. Nobody talked about that. They just
- 39:01ignored it. It was a mass murder.
- 39:03And that was because a direct descendant of King Kamehameha was petitioning to get
- 39:08the Hawaiian Islands back to his to his tribe and back to the native people.
- 39:15And,
- 39:16Biden
- 39:18made sure that didn't happen.
- 39:20They took out the blue laser.
- 39:22You know? And if you notice,
- 39:25Oprah and and,
- 39:27Obama, all their property have blue
- 39:30tops on all their
- 39:32buildings.
- 39:33Blue metal roof. They're well grounded.
- 39:35Unknown: Same as the blue cars and the blue toys while the aluminum melted on all the cars,
- 39:41and the toys didn't because they were blue, and the cars that were blue were the only ones that didn't burn.
- 39:47Unknown: Exactly.
- 39:48The only ones you could recognize.
- 39:51So Right. Yeah. That wasn't no accident. And the No. But but but they were foiled because
- 39:58the command man family actually called in the DOD manual.
- 40:04And
- 40:04they had to bring special forces and pull them out before all that shit happened, but they couldn't pull them all out.
- 40:11They just pulled the immediate family of command man.
- 40:15But
- 40:16Unknown: yeah, dude. That was that was It's nothing new. It's this has been going on experimenting
- 40:22on the military. This has been going on forever. You know that Gulf War syndrome thing? I know I'm changing subject,
- 40:28but it wasn't just that they gave them all vaccines and all of that, which has always been genocidal.
- 40:35When I
- 40:36when I told Judy Markovich
- 40:39at the Reawaken America tour
- 40:42last
- 40:44Thursday,
- 40:46I walked up to her when it it when the people left,
- 40:50and I said,
- 40:52I spoke to you two years ago on the phone, and I told you I fell in love with you. The moment I heard
- 40:59that no vaccines were ever any good come out of your mouth, I just wanted to hug you and kiss you.
- 41:06And she
- 41:08she just started giggling like a little girl when I said, I'm here to collect my hugs.
- 41:14Oh my god.
- 41:15It was so cute. And then I said to her, Judy,
- 41:18I got some things I wanna talk to you about. I can't advertise.
- 41:23I need to talk to you so we can
- 41:26work on it together.
- 41:28And
- 41:30she says, give me your book,
- 41:32and she gives me her autograph and her phone number. That was and she came over twice later. I was nearby
- 41:40and hugged me again twice more.
- 41:43And you know that what's that lady's name? Tracy?
- 41:47She heads the autism,
- 41:50the the best autism
- 41:55organization
- 41:56in the country right now. Her child had autism, and she had to straighten her child out. She's now a grown man and doing very well.
- 42:05And I
- 42:07had a good conversation with her, but a prince tried to pull her away before I could finish talking.
- 42:12So she yanked away from them and came back and gave me another hug and said, don't worry. I'll be talking and working with you.
- 42:18Okay.
- 42:20Cool.
- 42:21Well, I got a 12 year old child that bashed his head five times on the windshield,
- 42:26most extreme autistic child
- 42:29anybody's ever seen. And the reason,
- 42:32they gave him a full set of those shots
- 42:36in Oklahoma.
- 42:38Oh, jeez. But when they took him back to Arkansas,
- 42:41they wouldn't recognize that even they have paperwork like a dog. You gotta have papers. Right?
- 42:47So they gave him another whole
- 42:49set of those shots, and he's never talked.
- 42:53They they lit they lit him up more than any child probably as much as any. He's lucky he's alive. Very nice,
- 43:00lovable.
- 43:02Nicknamed him bear, but I'll tell you what.
- 43:05We gotta fix him, I told Tracy, the head of the autism,
- 43:09Unknown: everything in this country. Then banana peel extract, birch charcoal,
- 43:13and bentonite clay.
- 43:16Well, we gotta get them out of the environment. Drop oxide out of the blood within nine to twelve weeks. I know. No. No. I I know you're right. But
- 43:24Unknown: like Jeanette said,
- 43:26who introduced me to Tracy and had me talk to her, you have to get them out of the environment there, and they're and the minute you give them anything wrong oils,
- 43:35just like the 93
- 43:37year old bought
- 43:42Alzheimer's
- 43:43with aggressive
- 43:44he was acting very aggressive at 93 all of a sudden.
- 43:48And after
- 43:50evaluating,
- 43:51they wanted to lock him up and put him on drugs. Right?
- 43:55Well, Jeanette explained they brought him home,
- 43:58changed the oils in his diet, and everything changed. It's exact same thing
- 44:04with autism
- 44:05as it is with
- 44:07that type of behavior.
- 44:09Everything is about every single thing you put in your mouth
- 44:14can affect
- 44:16the outcome of what the behavior of that child and that man
- 44:20are exactly
- 44:22the same because of what I tell everybody.
- 44:26Stop taking the wrong oils. They block oxygen
- 44:29uptake to the cells. You early death and all your organs fail.
- 44:34All the seed oils,
- 44:36all of the oils that are in most of the processed foods
- 44:40and restaurants.
- 44:42I don't use restaurants.
- 44:44Unknown: I
- 44:46Unknown: excuse me? All the hydrogenated
- 44:48oils, those are bad words. Oh, man. Anything
- 44:51Unknown: somebody taught me twenty something years ago to stand in the peanut butter aisle because I didn't know you're supposed to read labels 25
- 44:59ago. So he says, stand in the peanut butter aisle and watch how everybody grabs the peanut butter and doesn't even read the label. And every one of them in the, you know, regular stupid markets,
- 45:11I always call them stupid markets since I worked in a grocery store since I was eight because they had why did they have twenty, thirty brands of corn on the shelf? Why do they need that many different? It was ridiculous to me since I was a child, I thought. So I called them stupid markets. Okay? So the
- 45:28regular stupid markets,
- 45:30not things like
- 45:33Trader Joe's,
- 45:35sprouts,
- 45:37whole foods.
- 45:38Now in them,
- 45:40you're gonna find,
- 45:41maybe a couple of good things, but,
- 45:45the truth is
- 45:47all of those foods,
- 45:49the peanut butters, if they're not organic,
- 45:52then they got all hydrogenated
- 45:54oils in there. What do you think that's doing to your life, even a little bit of it? After
- 45:59having a stroke at 47 in 1999,
- 46:02Do you think and I didn't know you're supposed to read labels even after that. I had to learn all this. I wanted to live. That means I better study everything that has to do with everything to do with everything to health.
- 46:15And that way, I might learn something.
- 46:20Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. A friend of mine gave me a dozen Chick fil A cards
- 46:24Unknown: for free Chick fil A sandwiches.
- 46:27And I I went and asked him. I said, I need a, you know,
- 46:31you
- 46:32know, an ingredient
- 46:34list of ingredients.
- 46:36Unknown: And they're like, oh, yeah. Well, we don't have that. Like, well, I'm gonna need it.
- 46:42Unknown: And And they're like, okay. Well, it's gonna take a while to get you. Like, okay. Like,
- 46:47a week later, I got it. It's two pages. It's over 200 ingredients,
- 46:51Unknown: bro. Yeah.
- 46:53That's the problem with all those foods.
- 46:55They're no good, man, and they're killing everybody. That's not food.
- 47:00Better like my father said, you know, if you take
- 47:04spirulina, bee pollen, ginseng, ashwagandha,
- 47:07moringa, the stuff I take,
- 47:09you don't really have to eat.
- 47:11I mean, you eat just to fill your stomach. Well, drink water, keep some fat on your bones.
- 47:17You know what I mean? A little, not a lot.
- 47:20But
- 47:21eating?
- 47:23Yeah. Meat,
- 47:25vegetables,
- 47:26eggs. Yeah. I'll eat that stuff.
- 47:28As far as eating all the potatoes, rice, noodles, all that stuff, I used to eat it. I I just avoid it now.
- 47:37I don't bother.
- 47:39What the heck? Hey, Edward. It's
- 47:41no good. We were never meant to eat carbs.
- 47:46It's the carbs that killed everybody in Egypt and everything, all that stuff.
- 47:50White flour. Remember?
- 47:53That where do you think all the diabetes is coming from?
- 47:56Your mouth.
- 47:58You're the one putting that stuff in your mouth.
- 48:01What you need to learn, go to diseaseaway.com
- 48:05and start studying.
- 48:07Go to the home page where you learn about the magnesium ozone.
- 48:11You go to diseaseaway.com
- 48:13and watch some of the videos on what to do with the bentonite clay inside and outside of you.
- 48:19Unknown: Now
- 48:20Unknown: that will help you tremendously.
- 48:23Now, Kirk,
- 48:24go back and finish talking. Edward. And continue yeah.
- 48:28Continue talking about what you were talking about.
- 48:32Unknown: Hang on just a
- 48:33second.
- 48:35Yeah. Hang on just a second, Edward. Don't ignore me. I have to I'm the keeper of the mute button. I can shut you down anytime I want. You.
- 48:43We didn't Well, you weren't listening.
- 48:46Yeah. Honestly, you couldn't hear me.
- 48:49Honestly.
- 48:50Okay. I need a I need a bigger microphone.
- 48:54Good god. Do you know what I have for breakfast?
- 48:59Just guess what I have for breakfast.
- 49:02No. No. No.
- 49:04Actually,
- 49:05got a new foam windscreen on this thing. I'm gonna take it out. Maybe the clicks and pops will wake you up. Anyway,
- 49:12what I have for breakfast is I have a three ounce condiment cup of a
- 49:17bunch of of different seeds,
- 49:19raw unsalted
- 49:21seeds. I have chia,
- 49:23flax,
- 49:24hemp,
- 49:25pumpkin,
- 49:26and sunflower seeds. I have a three ounce condiment cup with that mix of seeds. That's what I have for breakfast, and I'm not hungry until three, four in the afternoon.
- 49:37Unknown: I put those in my smoothie. I was kinda seedy.
- 49:40Hey. I put those in my smoothie. That's very seedy. Are you a seaweed person now?
- 49:45Unknown: I'm I'm seaweed. I'm seaweed like you can't imagine.
- 49:51You're trying to And late at night, I snack on sunflower seeds.
- 49:55Unknown: Whatever. Hey. I have a good So Oh, sunflower seeds are the
- 50:00listen. If there was ever a nuclear war, I figured out back in the June
- 50:04by then, I said sunflower seeds.
- 50:07You need tons of them. Dad, you can make 10 inches
- 50:11of sunflower seed milk
- 50:13with one pound, and it's one of the most nutritious
- 50:17with spirulina.
- 50:18If you grew that underground, if we had to go underground and you had enough of that,
- 50:22anything else just to keep to keep fat on your bones like rice and beans, and you could survive.
- 50:28You gotta grow this spirulina underground.
- 50:33Unknown: Or at least indoors.
- 50:35I mean, I I you cannot grow anything. I mean, what is it? The there's five times the aluminum in the soil that there was just one year ago.
- 50:43I mean, that's coming from somewhere. Right? Okay?
- 50:47Above. So. The the the
- 50:50soil
- 50:52is being polluted.
- 50:53The the soil is being contaminated.
- 50:56The water is being contaminated.
- 50:58I mean, I'm
- 50:59The tree for the good old days when all I had to worry about in the water was fluoride.
- 51:04I can filter that out,
- 51:07But it's all the other crud.
- 51:10Unknown: So Oh, we got filter straws. It's taken out almost everything.
- 51:14Cadmium,
- 51:15those water filter instruments,
- 51:18people like them. Sold
- 51:20a lot of them at that event.
- 51:22They're buying cases. Them. Send
- 51:25Unknown: them on over. What are you waiting for? I will. I'm gonna.
- 51:31You need me to call you tomorrow and and warm you and and remind you?
- 51:36Boy, that's easy for me to say. Yeah.
- 51:39Unknown: Yeah.
- 51:41Unknown: Edward, let me call you tomorrow and warm you.
- 51:44Yeah. That'll be easy to do from New York.
- 51:51Actually, you know what? I'm moving to Oklahoma.
- 51:55Unknown: No. I heard about it, and I I
- 51:58I
- 51:59alerted the sheriffs. I told them to get ready.
- 52:03Unknown: No.
- 52:03Unknown: My local my local sheriff, you know, he loves be ready. Land?
- 52:09No. No. No. I'm not state of Oklahoma now belongs to the Muskogee Creek And Clothing Hall in Tulsa.
- 52:15Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 52:16Well, I'm I'm moving to North Central Oklahoma.
- 52:20Actually, I just bought a truck today. A 2004,
- 52:23Ford,
- 52:25extended cab,
- 52:27two wheel drive, v eight, automatic,
- 52:31ice cold air.
- 52:33Yeah. It's a nice truck. It's not rotten at all. I paid $2 for it. So I already have a truck in the driveway waiting for me when I show up at my new house.
- 52:42Unknown: Somebody somebody must have taken good care of it.
- 52:45Unknown: Yep. Absolutely did.
- 52:48And a good friend of mine went shopping for it. So, anyway, enough talk about me.
- 52:55Unknown: Tell them what happened, Kurt, when
- 52:58your what you you remember that courthouse
- 53:01thing?
- 53:03You remember meeting with Lindell's,
- 53:08photographer,
- 53:08what does he call photographer?
- 53:10He's, out there at the courthouse. Yeah. His videographer
- 53:14Unknown: out there. Guy guy by the name of Chris Bimble.
- 53:17Unknown: Chris. Yeah. What tell everybody what happened when you met with Chris
- 53:22and and how the thing went down.
- 53:27Unknown: Well, he was out there videotaping
- 53:29people out in front of the courthouse, and I, you know,
- 53:32I tried to call them in. I said, dude, you can't be taping people out coming in and out of the courthouse
- 53:37unless it's Mike Wendel and his people.
- 53:40You can't take anybody else. Like, oh, no. It's okay. Like, no. It's it's not okay, dude. You know, they're gonna shut your house down.
- 53:49And,
- 53:50yeah, he
- 53:52taped a few people, and they,
- 53:54they issued a court order saying he wasn't allowed to tape anybody but Mike and his people coming out of that courthouse.
- 53:59But he kinda appreciate me letting him you know, cooling him in on it because he stopped doing it after that, but, you know, by that time, it was a little late.
- 54:08But
- 54:09he came and videotape Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a
- 54:13Unknown: minute.
- 54:27That as long as you are in the public, there's no reasonable expectation of privacy. Therefore, you can be recorded without your consent.
- 54:36They violated his constitutional
- 54:38rights.
- 54:39Unknown: Not if you're not if you're standing on federal land and you're you're you're taping people coming in and out of a federal courthouse because some of those people are witnesses.
- 54:48Some of those people are jurors,
- 54:51and it's it you can't do that.
- 54:54And So do it from the sidewalk. That. You lose your license if you're in you know, if you're doing that as somebody and as as a member of the media, they'll yank your license. Just
- 55:04Unknown: do it from the sidewalk. Don't do it from the public property
- 55:08or from the federal property. Sidewalks
- 55:11Unknown: public property right where that federal building is in some cases.
- 55:15Some federal buildings are privately owned. The one that got outside of Great Falls, Montana, I found out that one was privately owned.
- 55:21And when when Trump was in Pueblo, Colorado,
- 55:24he said that Jefferson County, Colorado was the most corrupt county in The United States. I'm like, damn. I've been to Cook County, Illinois.
- 55:32I've been to some bad ones. Yeah.
- 55:36Unknown: And
- 55:38Unknown: it was like,
- 55:39you know, Cleveland. I've been I've been so bad bad bad ones.
- 55:43And I started looking into it and I found out why he said that.
- 55:48The whole county,
- 55:49the courthouse,
- 55:50the jail, the sheriff's office, the prosecutor's office, public defender's office,
- 55:54all owned by the Jefferson County Finance Corporation.
- 55:58Unknown: What? Mhmm. What?
- 56:00Unknown: So is the city of Lake County? We live in Nevada, Bolden Mountain View, Lakeside. All the towns in Jefferson County are privately owned by the Jefferson County Finance Corporation,
- 56:10which is owned by the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation.
- 56:14Who's CEO is the CEO of Xcel Energy, Xcel Minnesota, Southern Energy. He's the CEO of 36 energy corporations in this country, bro, which I think is probably most all of them.
- 56:26Very, very powerful
- 56:28guy. And from what I hear,
- 56:31one of my tribal council told me that people that give him problems have terrible accidents.
- 56:37All of them.
- 56:41He said, he's a bad dude.
- 56:44But he owns not just Jefferson County, Boulder County,
- 56:48Gilpin County, Douglas County, and Mesa County where Tina Peters was given nine years in prison for telling the truth.
- 56:59Unknown: And Really?
- 57:00Unknown: They and see,
- 57:02what I tell people is
- 57:05when the when the secretary of state issued a no bail warrant for Tina Peters arrest,
- 57:12what warrant
- 57:13can a
- 57:15secretary of state issue?
- 57:20They can only issue a warrant for payment. They can't issue a warrant for an arrest of anybody.
- 57:26And then when it went to the attorney general, he made it 500,000
- 57:29cash only bail.
- 57:32Well, that's still a violation of article two sections nineteen and twenty of the Colorado State Constitution. All you gotta do is know the difference between singular and plural.
- 57:40Unknown: Sluggish.
- 57:41Unknown: Who owns? Article two section 19 says the state shall provide sufficient sureties,
- 57:45which last I checked is
- 57:47plural,
- 57:49and cash only.
- 57:51Well, guess what? That's singular. Right?
- 57:54Only gives you the clue.
- 57:57And so when they demanded
- 57:58500,000,
- 58:00first, no bail warrant, which is they can only do that for
- 58:04life or death penalty cases, capital offenses only.
- 58:08And then they went to 500,000
- 58:10cash only. That's also for capital offenses only
- 58:14Because the the illegal migrant that
- 58:16went past a bunch of
- 58:19a bunch of runaway truck ramps coming down the mountains on a fully loaded semi truck with his brakes smoking when he got to the top of the pass.
- 58:27And he got back on the pass with his brakes still smoking.
- 58:32And he ran into
- 58:33he was doing 90 miles an hour in a fully loaded semi with a bunch of two by fours,
- 58:40and he killed four people and
- 58:42and permanently
- 58:44injured over 20 some people.
- 58:48And his bond was, like,
- 58:5025,000
- 58:52cash only.
- 58:54Unknown: Alright.
- 58:55Who owns Larimer County?
- 58:59Unknown: Larimer
- 58:59County is up north.
- 59:02Oh, yeah. I dealt with Larimer County before. There was two guys who were ahead of the drug task force up there. One guy's name was Shell hand Hammer, and the other guy's name was Sheldon.
- 59:12And I had him threatening my ass
- 59:14coming after tribal members of mine and stuff like that.
- 59:18And the funny part about it is
- 59:21the
- 59:22DEA
- 59:23made a controlled buy
- 59:25from this drug dealer bought like a kilo of cocaine.
- 59:29The guy was taking it up through Larimer County. He gets pulled over by one of the heads of the drug task force. I think it was Sheldon or Shellhammer. I think it was Shellhammer, maybe.
- 59:38Unknown: One of the two.
- 59:40Unknown: And the guy catches him with a kilo of Coke
- 59:44and bust him.
- 59:46Well, guess how much Coke actually made it to the River County Drug Task Force?
- 59:51Property.
- 59:53Unknown: Six
- 59:53Unknown: ounces? Two ounces.
- 59:56Unknown: Two ounces.
- 59:58Unknown: Yeah. Right. Two ounces. Okay. They always steal, but I want you to The problem is that DEA was watching this guy make the buy. Okay? They were watching him get pulled over,
- 1:00:08and then they and they kinda knew how much was there,
- 1:00:12especially when, oh, only a couple pounds were a little shy when it made it to the,
- 1:00:18the
- 1:00:19property unit. So, yeah, he ended up going down pretty hard on that one.
- 1:00:24Unknown: Well Probably I know of a guy that's going after
- 1:00:29Larimer County right now.
- 1:00:35Unknown: And And You gotta get my number. When when
- 1:00:38Unknown: all is said and done, dude's looking at a 30,000,000 payday.
- 1:00:43Unknown: Listen.
- 1:00:44Listen. Hey.
- 1:00:46Unknown: $30,000,000
- 1:00:46case.
- 1:00:48Unknown: Yeah. I can believe that. We'll get together on it later, but I want you to tell first of all, the reason I had you explain,
- 1:00:58what you did is because
- 1:01:01you have the experience,
- 1:01:03the exact same thing you were explaining about how they
- 1:01:07didn't give Tina Peters a choice.
- 1:01:11You got 7,000
- 1:01:13plus
- 1:01:13people released from
- 1:01:15jails and prisons for the same reason. That's why you say
- 1:01:20that
- 1:01:21they had to release her anyway.
- 1:01:24And that's what and how many people,
- 1:01:28lawyers have you put in prison and
- 1:01:31judges that
- 1:01:32hate your guts?
- 1:01:35Unknown: Yeah. I try not to talk about that, but, you know, a few of them is probably, I'm sure more than a couple have gone. Judge James White got three and a half years because of me.
- 1:01:46Some judges left the state. The Jill a guy named William O'Rourke, he ended up leaving the state to avoid prosecution that made the news because his wife his ex wife came to pick the kids up that he had for the summer.
- 1:01:58Unknown: So
- 1:01:58Unknown: what know? Been a judge for many years. I don't know. Okay. And she goes to pick up the kids, and the house is empty, and it's sold.
- 1:02:08Well god.
- 1:02:10Nobody told her nothing.
- 1:02:12So so what would you do? Oh my goodness.
- 1:02:15She called the FBI.
- 1:02:17Yeah. What did you tell the kids?
- 1:02:20Unknown: Did you tell that oh, call the FBI.
- 1:02:23Unknown: Oh my god. You know?
- 1:02:25Because the house is I mean, you're and and he was supposed to be a judge two weeks from that. He was supposed to go back to work as a judge
- 1:02:33in, you know, in two weeks.
- 1:02:35So she was just like, what the hell? Nobody told me anything, you know, and hadn't heard from the kids for a week or more.
- 1:02:42And so they found him down in California practicing law,
- 1:02:47opened up a law practice down there, and he had to resign as a judge,
- 1:02:52you know, because they were gonna go out to the the
- 1:02:55commission on judicial conduct. Oh
- 1:02:58my god. William O'Roury
- 1:03:00Unknown: was his talk about the videographer,
- 1:03:03though, and how you explained
- 1:03:07Yeah. How he shut
- 1:03:09down the whole court system
- 1:03:11for two weeks, and
- 1:03:13Unknown: he proved it later on. Chris didn't really believe me because it is can sounds kinda not believable. You know? So he he said he drove through there and stopped and asked him, is it is it true this court got shut down for two weeks and, you know, what the clerk told him?
- 1:03:30Mister Rigdon had nothing to do with it.
- 1:03:34He said, I didn't mention your name.
- 1:03:36He said something tells me,
- 1:03:39maybe you did have something to do.
- 1:03:42Unknown: Yeah. But you did it all. That's the thing. And they
- 1:03:45Unknown: don't like what things when you do things Well, they don't like it when, you know, they make when they have to follow the laws. That's right. Well, that's a whole different ballgame.
- 1:03:54Yeah. They don't They don't have to the
- 1:03:57Unknown: They want us to do it and be subordinate to them. And when you play the game, it's the opposite. They're gonna be subordinate
- 1:04:04to us. When they accuse you,
- 1:04:08are you being, you know, they wanna lock you up for just disrupting the court. What do you do when the judge starts threatening you?
- 1:04:17Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 1:04:20I've been threatened with contempt well over a thousand times.
- 1:04:24Never spent a day in jail doing it.
- 1:04:29Unknown: Well, everybody else goes to jail for that. How come you don't?
- 1:04:34Unknown: Well,
- 1:04:36they always say, you say one more word.
- 1:04:39One more word. I'm giving you thirty days in jail for contempt.
- 1:04:42What would you say?
- 1:04:47Unknown: Is that civil or criminal?
- 1:04:51Unknown: Well, I'll go there first. I I say objection.
- 1:04:55Objection. That's a word. Right? You're gonna jail me for objecting?
- 1:05:00And that kinda shakes them up. They're like, you say, one more word. One more word. I'm giving you sixty days of jail for contempt. That's when I say, is this still where criminal contempt is threatening? Right.
- 1:05:12And they go, well,
- 1:05:13criminal
- 1:05:14contempt.
- 1:05:15I'm like, great. Thank you very much.
- 1:05:19And they're like, you're thanking me? Yeah.
- 1:05:21I said, I appreciate it when you offer me criminal contempt because I'm gonna apologize right now thereby purging any contempt as per the statute.
- 1:05:30Because if you read the contempt statutes, you must know you can only hold me in criminal contempt long enough to correct my contemptuous behavior.
- 1:05:37So the minute I apologized, I've just therefore purged the contempt.
- 1:05:42Or have you failed to read the contempt statutes of the state?
- 1:05:47Like,
- 1:05:50yeah. They don't like that shit, you know, because I
- 1:05:53you know what's funny is
- 1:05:55there's a website
- 1:05:57that a friend of mine found, see if I can tell you what it is.
- 1:06:02And, it's got
- 1:06:04this hearing that a disabled veteran of mine friend of mine.
- 1:06:13Unknown: He couldn't get into that courthouse. Who was the guy? Because he had a wheelchair.
- 1:06:19You had the whole courthouse shut down for two weeks
- 1:06:22and had them rebuild it, and you told the guy that they called to build this
- 1:06:28the front of the the courthouse to fix it,
- 1:06:31to charge him five times as much, you know, because you already have coins. They couldn't get in the and he had and they had to pay him in it. Oh my god.
- 1:06:40Unknown: They deserve I don't wanna get in trouble over that one. But, yeah, you know, he was,
- 1:06:46I just asked him, hey. You know, what are you doing? He said, I don't know if I'm gonna make my mortgage. I said, well,
- 1:06:53I said,
- 1:06:55if if somebody comes along and has an emergency job, like, say, the courthouse and and you have five clients waiting to have their job finished
- 1:07:04and you're working you're finishing up on the sixth, could you just drop all those people and charge the same price?
- 1:07:11Unknown: Because No. I don't know. I'd have to charge business.
- 1:07:14Unknown: Five or six times Davis Bacon wages. I go, remember that when you get a call from the courthouse in the next hour or so.
- 1:07:23So if this man. Here's something you can check out, and you can watch. It's quite a while. I'm not allowed to say much
- 1:07:30at at at during this hearing, but I was I was whispering to my friend who's a disabled Vietnam vet charged with traffic offenses
- 1:07:38that are not arrestable that they've already jailed them for.
- 1:07:42And,
- 1:07:43it's pretty good. It's on YouTube.
- 1:07:47H t it's YouTube
- 1:07:50b/gddtip,
- 1:07:57capitalau
- 1:07:59capitala
- 1:08:00and then small UO
- 1:08:03BigOCOQuestionMarkISEqualsYK6TGUR.
- 1:08:18Gonna write that. Okay.
- 1:08:21Unknown: What's what's the name of the channel? What's the name of the channel and the title of the video? This
- 1:08:26Unknown: is all I got. Okay? This is it. I'll put it in my newsletter. You'll email it. YouTube channel that comes up, and I'll see if I can have somebody post it. But
- 1:08:35it's got the whole hearing where he's doing a pretty good job, and they're and the judge labels him as a sovereign citizen.
- 1:08:42He says, listen. If you're sovereign, you can't be a citizen. And if you're a citizen, you sure as hell ain't sovereign.
- 1:08:48So it's an oxymoron. Don't ever call me that.
- 1:08:51And that that got her mad.
- 1:08:53And then,
- 1:08:56she, she also quoted I love this one. She quoted a case from nineteen o nine that says Indians
- 1:09:02only have the right to travel on reservations.
- 1:09:08And in Colorado, bro, that was the law in nineteen o nine. Did you know that?
- 1:09:14Right.
- 1:09:15Because just a little over two years ago,
- 1:09:18they repealed Evans law,
- 1:09:20which says any white or black man can hunt down any Indian, take his scalp, and turn it into the state for a five ounce gold balmy.
- 1:09:27Unknown: That's right.
- 1:09:30Unknown: Now
- 1:09:31they ain't erased the state or nothing
- 1:09:33Unknown: except for that.
- 1:09:36But
- 1:09:37Unknown: I put and I'm gonna beat them over the head with that one and say, oh, yeah. You're right. In nineteen o nine, we couldn't leave the reservation without worried about getting killed, scalped, and then, you know, turn that scalp in for a bounty. Good thing you repealed that a couple years ago. Now you're not racist. Right?
- 1:09:55But you don't recognize any tribe but the one you make an ID for.
- 1:10:00Seems kinda racist to me.
- 1:10:04But, you know, hey. Who who am I? That you got Native American
- 1:10:10day.
- 1:10:11You got Black History Month. You got Pride Month.
- 1:10:15But Native American Day.
- 1:10:18Really?
- 1:10:22You know? And then you got people
- 1:10:24from the
- 1:10:26who was that? Oh, yeah. People from the Southern Poverty Law Center giving well over $1,000,000
- 1:10:31to people from the KKK
- 1:10:34Unknown: and dating spit liquors. That loathing.
- 1:10:38Go ahead. They're just spit liquors.
- 1:10:42Unknown: What the hell was that?
- 1:10:46Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. They're just spit liquors. Yeah. And they're the ones that label No. I wanna I wanna
- 1:10:53I wanna hear more about I wanna hear more about the shenanigans that Larimer County pulls off. That's that's what I wanna hear about. Oh, man. I you know, Larimer County, they hated my friend Chris so bad
- 1:11:05Unknown: because
- 1:11:07he was he he had a pretty good sized grow, and he was a medical marijuana patient. And he was set in case presence, Chris Crum was.
- 1:11:15And we beat him rather swiftly,
- 1:11:18and they were so pissed.
- 1:11:20The pro I mean, the the Lever County guys Lever County guys. Shellhammer,
- 1:11:25they squeezed their way into the into the air, into the elevator when Chris and his wife and myself were going down with another their other friend, guy named Todd, were going down the elevator. And she goes, you know, you guys are morons.
- 1:11:39You guys really suck. And she starts just laying into them, and I'm like, I just wanted to disappear, bro. I did not wanna be there.
- 1:11:47You know? I mean, talk about poking the bear with a bayonet.
- 1:11:52You know? It's like
- 1:11:55and then guess what happened the next day?
- 1:11:59Oh, they they raided the shit out of him. They took Chris, made him stand in a freezing cold on his front porch naked. They took his his his shorts off. He had boxer shorts. They pulled them off of him and put them over his head and then cuffed him naked on his front porch and made him stand there for three hours
- 1:12:15in subzero weather while they tore his house apart.
- 1:12:19Unknown: Assholes.
- 1:12:20Unknown: And I'm like
- 1:12:23Unknown: And this all happened in County? This is Allen. It all happened in Larimer County. Know? Lived I actually live currently in
- 1:12:31Larimer County, and I do have a battle with their
- 1:12:34Larimer County.
- 1:12:36Unknown: Oh, well, just tell me you're friend of mine and that your tribal attorney is Kurt Reagan, you will hear their asses puckering from across the courtroom, bro,
- 1:12:45on their leather seats because they know me.
- 1:12:48I ordered up here's what screwed them. I I I my sister was living in Loveland,
- 1:12:53and I lived
- 1:12:55she lived right on the corner right across from, like, a concrete company or something like that, right off of the main drag as you're driving in the level.
- 1:13:04And every night about between 02:00 and 04:00,
- 1:13:08they'd pull, you know, drunken assholes in front of my sister's
- 1:13:12house right on the corner. They pull over pull more right in front of her house.
- 1:13:18And, you know, and I was sleeping on the front porch at that time
- 1:13:23in a back brace, not getting much sleep
- 1:13:26in pain all the time. And I just got damn tired of them flashing lights and waking my ass in their radios
- 1:13:33and them searching people's cars and shit. So I decided, oh, yeah. You guys wanna peel pull people over in front of my sister's house?
- 1:13:40Let's see how you like me.
- 1:13:42Went out there and sat on the front porch and smoked weed
- 1:13:45and said, hey. You know, you don't have to let them search. Right? What did they pull you over for?
- 1:13:51No no license plate light? Well, what further evidence of that do you hope do they hope to find by searching your car? The guy goes, yeah. What further? Oh god. They got pissed.
- 1:14:00They hated that shit. I mean Yeah. I'm part of that legal. Myself. I
- 1:14:05Unknown: It's like I've been known to there and
- 1:14:08them all over town.
- 1:14:10The problem I've got, though, are are do you happen to be a lawyer?
- 1:14:15Unknown: I do. I happen to be a federal bar attorney, but I've never been a member of any state bar.
- 1:14:20Unknown: But I'm a member of any tribal Perfect.
- 1:14:22So
- 1:14:24would you like something that is ready
- 1:14:26and ripe for attorney fees and pretty well a clean case?
- 1:14:30I've got one. And it takes down the Larimer County assistant deputy
- 1:14:35attorney.
- 1:14:37He
- 1:14:38wound up not recusing himself after being named a defendant.
- 1:14:44And I've got a few other things.
- 1:14:46Unknown: I had Pilkington recuse every judge in Jefferson County in a case I was working on just last week. You ever heard of that one?
- 1:14:55Unknown: No. But I have enough in order to be able to get at least three judges in this county recused
- 1:15:02overnight with ethical violation,
- 1:15:05and I have it all documented in court record.
- 1:15:09Well, they they have I'll be honest with you. I need a I need some help. And if there's somebody with a reputation that says, well, the s you know, the s stops here, that would be perfect. Okay? Well, yeah,
- 1:15:21Unknown: you can ask around about me, man. I've been I've been causing I mean, the I'm the reason the only reason they let Tina Peters out is because I wrote a brief that says if you don't let her out, I'm gonna make I'm gonna go off your phone. What is the other person talking?
- 1:15:34Unknown: What's your name?
- 1:15:37Unknown: Who? Me say me?
- 1:15:39Unknown: Yeah. Who is that?
- 1:15:40Unknown: This is Alan from Cal Colorado.
- 1:15:43I I sometimes sit in and work run sound for some of the networks.
- 1:15:48Unknown: Okay.
- 1:15:50So we'll we're gonna talk about that later. Let's go over what you're talk what you're going facing.
- 1:15:59That's okay too.
- 1:16:01And see if we can give you a little assist.
- 1:16:06Unknown: Well,
- 1:16:07Paul does have my information. Matter of fact, he asked me to go ahead and join with the conversation.
- 1:16:11Yep. And
- 1:16:13Paul does have my contact information.
- 1:16:16And, again, I have every I can
- 1:16:18I can give you the case number that I'm running on pro se right now? But, unfortunately, with the people I have, well, literally Is this a criminal case?
- 1:16:29It's supposed to now. They've retaliated
- 1:16:31against me. When I went out and got a order of protection,
- 1:16:35they violated the rules of order of protection and allowed a rehearing and dropped the order of protection.
- 1:16:41And then,
- 1:16:43yeah, it just keeps getting worse. And I served the guy, reserved the guy with a temporary order protection.
- 1:16:49They arrested me for harassing him. In the police report,
- 1:16:53it actually says that my intent was in order to serve him.
- 1:16:57The only thing they have given me is a summons. According to Colorado statute,
- 1:17:02they're supposed to give me a charging document immediately after the summons. It's now serve all of states.
- 1:17:09Well, it I had a third party with me, and I had five police officers there that blocked the service.
- 1:17:16Unknown: Oh.
- 1:17:18Unknown: Oh, I guess it's it's good. I could definitely help you, bro. Yeah. It gets better, man.
- 1:17:24When
- 1:17:25when I go to court,
- 1:17:27I put in a
- 1:17:29motion
- 1:17:30of 12 b motion,
- 1:17:33and he converted that motion in for to a request for a probable cause hearing.
- 1:17:39And then
- 1:17:40when I got I I when he did that, it was like, oh my god. He's, you know, off his freaking rocker, and I didn't say that, of course, but I immediately asked for a public defender. The public defender sits there, calls me up, makes a hour long appointment with for you for the That was a dumb move, bro. The minute you had It gets better. You're claiming yourself
- 1:18:01incompetent. You realize that? Well, it it gets better.
- 1:18:04Okay?
- 1:18:05After
- 1:18:06after this
- 1:18:09public defender,
- 1:18:10okay,
- 1:18:12you know, makes this appointment with me, she doesn't have this appointment with me. She calls me up in order to let me know. Guess what? That's exactly what they did. They filed a competency hearing
- 1:18:23based on nothing,
- 1:18:25based on a five minute phone call to count cancel the consultation.
- 1:18:29That's the didn't. Well,
- 1:18:32I don't recall immediately,
- 1:18:34but, I don't think I had to. I don't think I had to sign anything.
- 1:18:39However, what wound up happening in that same
- 1:18:42exchange,
- 1:18:44okay,
- 1:18:46Well I have set you to court up there some other time because I Let me get this for you. Let me get this for you. No.
- 1:18:52It's fine. Put that stuff out there, but I got I No. What you're gonna have to do is What mean, Ted is a both the defense attorney wait a minute. Let me get this point out. Okay. The defense
- 1:19:03attorney and the prosecuting attorney, after six prosecuting attorneys, okay, that all of them never read the record, they admitted in the record that neither my defense attorney nor the prosecuting attorney had read the record. Another
- 1:19:18three one three two violation
- 1:19:20for ethics.
- 1:19:22So
- 1:19:23I have I I I gave him a cease and desist today.
- 1:19:28July 2 is supposed to be my competency hearing,
- 1:19:31which I really don't care if it Competency hearing for one gonna do. Hey. Hey. Hey. Exactly.
- 1:19:37They don't even have a charging document.
- 1:19:39Hold on. They don't even have a charging document.
- 1:19:43Unknown: Why would you stand for incompetence in hearing, bro? I would not, for a second, stand for that shit.
- 1:19:50Unknown: Well, for a lawyer. He asked for a public defender.
- 1:19:54That's because you declared yourself incompetent when you did that. Right. Here's what you gotta do. Okay? Well, regardless, they they messed up the competency. Allen. Just give me a couple of go ahead. Allen, stop.
- 1:20:06Unknown: Listen. You got two ears and one mouth.
- 1:20:09That should tell you something. Go ahead, Curt.
- 1:20:13Unknown: Yeah, dude. I don't know if you know this, but the tribe used to pay me between 3 and $4,000
- 1:20:17an hour for my effective job from what I do.
- 1:20:21Okay?
- 1:20:22So,
- 1:20:23yeah, you're better off listening because
- 1:20:26this is almost too easy. Have you done a FOIA yet?
- 1:20:31Unknown: For what information.
- 1:20:34For for what am I asking the FOIA for? Oh, jeez.
- 1:20:38I don't What am I what am I requesting? Well, yeah, under
- 1:20:42Unknown: the Freedom of Information Act, you want all the interoffice communications involving your case between the judge's office, the prosecutor's office,
- 1:20:50and the sheriff's office.
- 1:20:52Okay? And any any other anybody else,
- 1:20:55the CBI,
- 1:20:57anybody.
- 1:20:58You demand any all any and all interoffice communications,
- 1:21:01emails, text. You won't believe what kind of shit you will find out. Oh, I've already got it. I've got it in official email
- 1:21:09Unknown: from and I haven't done Poya. They've given me most of the stuff that's with that one.
- 1:21:15Unknown: I have students of mine that do Poya's.
- 1:21:17They are now rich people, and I have students of mine that don't, and they're not. Okay?
- 1:21:23Well, I fully intend to. But Under a $100 it's a $100 a day per page on five USC five Yeah. I don't have the money for that.
- 1:21:32Alan. I mean, are you not getting it, bro? It's a $100 a day per page out of their pocket for every going terrible. After
- 1:21:42ten days,
- 1:21:43you don't have the money for that, or is it you don't have the time for that?
- 1:21:47I have the time. I've got more than anything. It it all it all it costs you is time. You don't have the time for that. I can't help you. Okay? But it's their money you're taking. You do understand that. You might wanna look at it by the name of Arthur West. Okay? Arthur West in Washington State, he made the front page of the Olympian newspaper several times. They had to have a special session of the senate to cut him a warrant for payment.
- 1:22:11You ever heard of a warrant for payment?
- 1:22:14Unknown: I have breaking up.
- 1:22:16Unknown: It's better than a check.
- 1:22:20A warrant for payment says they have to pay you, and and and if you demand it, they have to pay you unlawful money.
- 1:22:28Unknown: Alright. When I got a warrant breaking up completely. Every other word is breaking out.
- 1:22:34Unknown: And he's only breaking up for you. He sounds fine here.
- 1:22:38So Yeah. And It must be your connection.
- 1:22:42Unknown: And if have a warrant for payment, you know, it's not like a check.
- 1:22:48Because when I went and I when I got one, they didn't know how to deal with it. And I said, I want it in lawful money, I'm giving you two weeks to do it. Fifteen days. I'll be back in fifteen days, and I want it in lawful money. She goes, well, I don't know what that means. I said, you damn well do know it. It's
- 1:23:03either silver or gold
- 1:23:05face value
- 1:23:07coin.
- 1:23:10Wow. He goes,
- 1:23:12okay.
- 1:23:15And two weeks fourteen days later, they called me up and said, you know, it's it's here for you.
- 1:23:21And I got $87,888
- 1:23:24in silver coin,
- 1:23:26half dollars Well, here's here's here's how you
- 1:23:30Unknown: Here's a good question, and, yes, it's completely narcissistic.
- 1:23:34Will you take my information from the fall and get back to me with your lawyer's hat on, and I can send you the complaint, the current evidence that I've already collected,
- 1:23:45and the court records that I already have.
- 1:23:48Unknown: You can set it we can arrange it. It's a lot sounds like a lot of papers you have.
- 1:23:54Unknown: I have six years. I have some. I have six years of records.
- 1:23:59Well, the thing is he wants to charge $8,000
- 1:24:02an hour. The those states just Oh, no. I'm touching it. But,
- 1:24:06Unknown: I mean, I I charge 3 to 4,000, but, you know, you gotta understand what I did for tribes with most people, nobody's ever done.
- 1:24:14Unknown: Okay? Well, again, I mean tribe?
- 1:24:18Unknown: I'm sorry? You ever heard of the Puyallup Tribe Puyallup Tribe or Puyallup Washington? I think
- 1:24:24Unknown: I do. That has something to do with the Pawnee nation?
- 1:24:28Unknown: No. No. No. No. The Puyallup tribe is their own tribe there in Washington state.
- 1:24:33And,
- 1:24:34you know, I'm they're one of the treaties I found and the maps that I found when I went to the National Archives and found the constitutions.
- 1:24:41And when I found their treaty and their map, it didn't look nothing like the one I saw that they had.
- 1:24:48And I pointed out, listen. Here's a copy of the treaty. Here's a copy of the map that I pulled from the National Archives.
- 1:24:54You guys own
- 1:24:55the Port Of Tacoma.
- 1:25:01And the blackjack. Of the Wow.
- 1:25:04And and, yeah, I changed a lot, man. You know, it I've you know, actually, I've had New York attorneys call the Puyall tribe.
- 1:25:13And that one lady said, well, I've worked here seven years. I've never heard of him. She's got a tribal attorney.
- 1:25:18And then he calls me back, and he goes, yeah. Well, I talked to a lady who's been there seven years. She never heard of you. You're not a tribal attorney there. And I go, well, she hasn't been there long enough.
- 1:25:28Oh, really? I go, yeah. And he goes, oh, hold on a second. They're calling me back. So
- 1:25:34I held on for five minutes. And he comes back and he goes,
- 1:25:38well, she said you're the best attorney they've ever had. And as long as you are drawn a breath that you are their tribal attorney and that your bar number is 8.
- 1:25:48And
- 1:25:51he goes, is it true you proved they own the Port Of Tacoma? And I go,
- 1:25:55all I did is pull the treaty
- 1:25:57that
- 1:25:58wasn't like the one that they'd given them.
- 1:26:01It was the one that actually was ratified by congress, passed by the senate, and signed in law by the president.
- 1:26:06And, yeah, it said they own the whole Port Of Tacoma.
- 1:26:09And so if you get pulled over in the Port Of Tacoma and they're in a pure tribal cop with you with that that Port of Port Of Tacoma police officer, you say, hey. Listen. You ain't doing shit until the tribal police get here. Right?
- 1:26:21There you go.
- 1:26:23Yep. We know.
- 1:26:25That's
- 1:26:27Unknown: Yeah. You do.
- 1:26:28Unknown: You know? But now,
- 1:26:30you know, and I helped the Duwamish get their federal recognition
- 1:26:34for about, I don't know, a couple weeks, I think it was, and then Bush got in the office and he unfederally recognized.
- 1:26:41Wow. Because he knew he knew what was gonna happen if they got their federal recognition.
- 1:26:45If if Duwamish were federally recognized, they would own the the Duwamish River, which is their treaty.
- 1:26:52And guess what's on the Duwamish River?
- 1:26:55Port Of Seattle, bro.
- 1:26:58The Duwamish's chief was a guy named chief self,
- 1:27:02also known as chief Seattle.
- 1:27:08And so,
- 1:27:10legally, that's their port.
- 1:27:12And they are now one of the poorest tribes in in Washington, but I plan to change that.
- 1:27:19Unknown: Well, here's a here's a a brief question. As I said, I
- 1:27:23I'm not completely
- 1:27:26inexperienced with with a lot of this a of this. Or as an active lawyer? No. I'm not. I don't have presentation skills
- 1:27:35skills. There's some things, and I don't have anyone to work with. But
- 1:27:39I can tell you this is an absolutely clean
- 1:27:44suit.
- 1:27:45There is a immediate
- 1:27:49summary judgment that can be asked based on the records I've already got.
- 1:27:54Unknown: You ever heard of a rule 27 action to perpetuate testimony?
- 1:27:59Unknown: No. I'm not a formal student. I wish I I had the time. I've Bro, bro. Bro,
- 1:28:07Unknown: no one is that are no graduate lost for a graduate. Never mind what he's saying. Repeat that again,
- 1:28:14please. Rule 27. You ever heard of a under the federal rules of civil procedure,
- 1:28:20rule 27,
- 1:28:23which is not a complaint,
- 1:28:26it's called an action to perpetuate testimony.
- 1:28:29There you go. If you file a complaint,
- 1:28:32they do what's called the 12 b six, which is failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted even if you've stayed a claim.
- 1:28:41They always do that. That's just knee jerk reaction to kick a case out and make you work harder.
- 1:28:47But
- 1:28:48if you do a rule 27 action perpetuate testimony, most of them have never heard of it. I don't think they teach it in law school.
- 1:28:56The ones that you know, Rendell's attorney goes, oh, I've heard of that. And I go, what what's it called?
- 1:29:01Well, I don't remember. Well,
- 1:29:04what's it do?
- 1:29:05Well, I don't remember that either. I'm like, okay. Then you probably don't know it.
- 1:29:10Because if you're if you ever remembered,
- 1:29:13you would know that
- 1:29:15it's not a complaint. They can't 12 b six you. And it allows you to subpoena people
- 1:29:21into court, depose them on video camera,
- 1:29:25and make them show up with documents
- 1:29:26or be found in contempt
- 1:29:30until you get enough
- 1:29:33evidence
- 1:29:34to you where you believe you may have enough
- 1:29:38for a civil complaint.
- 1:29:42Unknown: And Well, this also proving
- 1:29:45an official record discovers how official records are proved as evidence as well. So, yeah, I absolutely need those.
- 1:29:52He says that a thing I've got is mostly official record.
- 1:29:57Unknown: Shit. I've I've done it years ago in a in a case in outside of state,
- 1:30:03and
- 1:30:05it they really didn't like it. They got they got all worked up over it.
- 1:30:10Unknown: And You could imagine. To get rid of you. They always get worked up over you.
- 1:30:15Well,
- 1:30:19Unknown: you know,
- 1:30:20I'm not their I'm not the guy you know, they've tried to threaten me. They've tried all kinds of shit, you know, to to scare me off with different shit. It just doesn't work. You know? I mean, I've been beaten. I've been, you know, beaten half to death.
- 1:30:36Unknown: And I've got another piece that was not taught normally
- 1:30:40that's filing a judicial decision
- 1:30:43prior to the complaints itself,
- 1:30:46having the
- 1:30:47established
- 1:30:49rule prior to the complaint, but I've missed on that because I already filed the complaint. I can still file one, but
- 1:30:55it would have been more effective if I had that judicial decision before
- 1:30:59I had filed the complaint. And I just found out about that Exactly.
- 1:31:03Unknown: Always. That's why he's telling you that. Let's move on. You know what? Kurt, tell the story.
- 1:31:10When the guy went into the went into the, courthouse and and he had a wheel chair. And what did you do with your, your claim? Went with a wheelchair to that courthouse?
- 1:31:23Well, actually Colorado.
- 1:31:24Unknown: Actually, I I it was a friend of mine did it at some time before that, my hearing,
- 1:31:31try to get into that courthouse and he couldn't because he was in a wheelchair. And they had no ramp. They had a
- 1:31:38their driveway was their their parking lot was all gravel,
- 1:31:42and
- 1:31:43it was like a six inch curb to get to the sidewalk. You know? You can't take an electric wheelchair up that.
- 1:31:49And
- 1:31:50so,
- 1:31:51you know, what happens, I when I got charged with, they charged me with, felony bribery of a Park County sheriff.
- 1:31:58They but, you know, they when they dragged me into jail on it, I said, listen, guys. I
- 1:32:05ain't giving you my DNA because they said, we're gonna take your DNA and your retinal scan. I said, I ain't giving you any of that shit without a warrant.
- 1:32:13And they kinda looked at each other and smiled, and
- 1:32:16the guy gets out some spray cleaner
- 1:32:19and
- 1:32:21a scrubbing
- 1:32:22pad and
- 1:32:24and a and a towel.
- 1:32:26You start spraying down the stainless steel table and scrubbing it and wiping it down, spraying it, scrubbing it, wiping it down. Does it have five times?
- 1:32:35There's, like, four cops sitting around me,
- 1:32:38and my dumbass had to say, you think it's clean enough?
- 1:32:44And they all looked at each other and nodded, and then they stuck grabbed me by my hair and stuck my face into that stainless steel table till they had enough blood and saliva to get my DNA.
- 1:32:56Then they held my eyes open and took a retinal scan of me,
- 1:32:59my
- 1:33:01my irises.
- 1:33:03You know? And
- 1:33:07I get into court.
- 1:33:09They charged me with a felony bribery.
- 1:33:14And I said,
- 1:33:16yeah. Unfortunately, your honor, I've actually read the felony bribery statutes in the state. And to charge me with felony bribery,
- 1:33:23He gotta prove that the doughnut I offered him was a $2,000
- 1:33:26doughnut under Colorado law.
- 1:33:29I said, now this doughnut wasn't rolled on the thighs of virgins or cooked in a towel. Three extinct animals. It's a 55¢
- 1:33:36Safeway doughnut, and I got a receipt to prove it.
- 1:33:41And he goes, yo. You think you're smart, don't you, mister Reagan? I turned around and looked at the three prosecutors and looked at him. I said, well, no offense, your honor, but I know I'm smarter than four people in this room.
- 1:33:51Oh, yeah. He didn't like that. Get him in here now.
- 1:33:56And,
- 1:33:57they came rushing in,
- 1:34:00and,
- 1:34:01there's, like, nine cops came rushing in three separate doors. And this is not a very big courtroom.
- 1:34:07And a friend of mine who's, like, six four, at that time, I was walking with these clamp on crutches that clamp on your forearms.
- 1:34:15And my friend's standing behind me, you know, looking at him. They're going, is that him? Is that him? And he's got his hands up. He goes, it ain't me, man.
- 1:34:23Judge goes,
- 1:34:24no. It's a guy on
- 1:34:26the crutches throwing up in the garbage can.
- 1:34:30And they all look at each other. There's, like, nine of them.
- 1:34:33They're like, well,
- 1:34:36what do you want us to do to him? He's on crutches. He's he's throwing up in a garbage can. You know I mean?
- 1:34:41You know, it's hard to look good in front of a courtroom full of people
- 1:34:46when you got nine cops beating up a guy on crutches throwing up in a garbage can.
- 1:34:52Not a not something it's not a turd you can polish.
- 1:34:55So he's like, well, what do you want us to do to him? I mean, come on, man. Good judges. Just get him out of here.
- 1:35:02So they hauled me out to the parking lot. That's when I realized,
- 1:35:05damn. It's a six inch curb
- 1:35:09with a gravel parking lot,
- 1:35:12and there's no ramp anywhere.
- 1:35:15And so
- 1:35:18I called them up and said, hey.
- 1:35:22Called the ADA compliance officer for the state, and I said, you have a courthouse that's not handicapped accessible? He goes, of course not. They go, well, you got one.
- 1:35:30No. I said, yeah.
- 1:35:32Unknown: Yeah. You do.
- 1:35:34What do you mean? I go,
- 1:35:36Unknown: go up to the Park County Courthouse.
- 1:35:39I said, my friend's in a wheelchair. He couldn't get in, and he got a default judgment because he didn't show up at court.
- 1:35:47He goes
- 1:35:48and I said, if you head up there, stop off at the Coney Island dog place. They got really good dogs, and they're handicap accessible.
- 1:35:55He goes, oh, okay.
- 1:35:57She stops up there and gets the Coney Island dog,
- 1:36:01which, Carmen's Carmen and his mom lived in for a while there, according to Is that in Colorado
- 1:36:06Unknown: here? There's a there's one region. Hell,
- 1:36:09Unknown: yeah. Right?
- 1:36:11Unknown: It well, it used to be your, head like, you're heading to
- 1:36:15if you're heading to
- 1:36:17Fairplay,
- 1:36:19it was on the left hand side going up to 85.
- 1:36:24But they moved it like that. Secret.
- 1:36:26Unknown: I have a secret about pony dogs. But, yeah, on their secret
- 1:36:31on their secret recipe, there's a thing called the international.
- 1:36:35And I got history. I will spend my entire check to get wherever that is in order to have one.
- 1:36:40Unknown: Oh, yeah, dude. They got got all different kinds of dogs. I told him to go hit it. So
- 1:36:45he hit it on the way up there. He gets up there, and he goes, I couldn't get out of the parking lot. So he just sat in his van until the lady came back from lunch because he went up there during lunch hour.
- 1:36:55He got the dog, and he's finishing up his dog, and she pulls up. And he goes, ma'am, could you
- 1:37:01I can't seem to get to the door. Could you tape this to the door for me?
- 1:37:04And she goes, oh, okay. Yeah.
- 1:37:06She walks up there and tapes it to the door, and then she realizes
- 1:37:10she just closed that building to the public.
- 1:37:13And she goes, sir,
- 1:37:15you can't do this. This is a courthouse. We have court in twenty minutes. He goes, ma'am, there's no court in this building until further notice.
- 1:37:26She goes, what do you mean?
- 1:37:28Because, ma'am, this building is close to the public until I can get in that door.
- 1:37:34She goes, sir, this is a courthouse. You can't do that. He goes, ma'am, I'm the guy who does it, and I just did it.
- 1:37:40Until I can get in that front door, there's no court in this building. The only people that are allowed in here is people that work here.
- 1:37:48Sheriffs,
- 1:37:49prosecutes,
- 1:37:50judges, but no public
- 1:37:52people from public are allowed in this building until further notice.
- 1:37:57Oh, they were upset about that.
- 1:38:01But, yeah, they had to build a ramp, you know, which they don't just pop those up overnight, especially at high altitude.
- 1:38:08And then they had to
- 1:38:12and it was funny to see. They called up and say, oh, yeah. Our ramp's in. You know? Come on out.
- 1:38:17So he goes out there, stops at the Goni Island dog place. You know?
- 1:38:22Gets his dog, and he goes up there, goes up the ramp. Nice new concrete
- 1:38:27ramp. You know?
- 1:38:28Takes it up the ramp. Well, what does every courthouse have on it for front door?
- 1:38:35Two doors you gotta pull open one after another to get in. Right?
- 1:38:41Unknown: Right?
- 1:38:42Right.
- 1:38:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:38:45Well, can you do that in a wheelchair?
- 1:38:49Unknown: No.
- 1:38:50Unknown: No. You cannot.
- 1:38:52Unknown: So he just turned around,
- 1:38:54went back, and hit the dog place on the way back and
- 1:38:57moved back to his office.
- 1:38:59They called him up and said, sir,
- 1:39:01sir, when are gonna when are you gonna take this sign down?
- 1:39:05He goes, ma'am, I told you when I can get in that front door.
- 1:39:09Unknown: Well, can you go order
- 1:39:11Unknown: two door opener? Actually, four. You gotta get them for in and out. Can you get the those door openers for those, courthouses at the, Lowe's or Home Depot?
- 1:39:22Unknown: No.
- 1:39:23Not those kind.
- 1:39:25Unknown: Hell no.
- 1:39:28Unknown: So Probably, that's a special order room. That's just special order. Rebuild this. They have to probably rebuild the doorway.
- 1:39:36Unknown: Yeah. They were not happy about that shit, boy. I tell you what. They Cost them another $20.
- 1:39:43It wasn't a cheapo fix on for him.
- 1:39:47But, and then he didn't wanna dismiss my case after I beat him in supreme court.
- 1:39:52No. We're not gonna dismiss the charge against I said, you know, I just beat you in supreme court. Right?
- 1:39:58And I said, if you keep the charges, I'm gonna give a copy of every juror a copy of the decision that I just beat you in Supreme Court. You think they're gonna find me guilty of anything when the Supreme Court says I'm not?
- 1:40:12I said, I don't think that's gonna look too good for you guys.
- 1:40:17So they finally just missed them. But,
- 1:40:19yeah, there's a case there's a article in the Westward
- 1:40:23magazine of here in Denver called
- 1:40:26strange case of Kurt Reagan.
- 1:40:31I do not like it. But I'm the only guy that smoked pot in the state supreme court building.
- 1:40:37By orders of judge Lucero, I'm also the only guy ordered
- 1:40:41I'm also the only guy ordered not to smoke pot in the State Supreme Court Building
- 1:40:46by the supreme court.
- 1:40:52So
- 1:40:55not many people can say that.
- 1:40:58Unknown: Yes. You have quite,
- 1:41:04a lot of experiences.
- 1:41:07Unknown: Unique. I
- 1:41:09don't think they should reelect any of these assholes. I think they should prosecute every shit every one of them because they That's true. Paid for bought and paid for
- 1:41:18That invasion of this country, man.
- 1:41:21This country was invaded.
- 1:41:23It wasn't a mass migration. It was a mass invasion.
- 1:41:27And they gave him thousands of dollars to come here.
- 1:41:31And now they don't have Tabor funds. Oh, gee. What happened to those?
- 1:41:36They spent $48,000,000
- 1:41:38in one hospital loan last year. Not a year before last.
- 1:41:43In 2005
- 1:41:452024
- 1:41:472024, they spent over $48,000,000
- 1:41:50in one hospital alone treating illegal migrants.
- 1:41:54What
- 1:41:56the hell is that, bro?
- 1:41:59Unknown: It's called turning the whole country into poverty and destroying every one of their
- 1:42:05Exactly.
- 1:42:06Unknown: And these people need to be caught one account.
- 1:42:09They paid they they've sponsored an invasion of this country, and they need to go down for it, man. They need to be prosecuted for what they did. Yeah.
- 1:42:16Unknown: That's right.
- 1:42:18Unknown: If we pulled out the original constitution that states, show us how any of you can be reelected.
- 1:42:24Show us how any of you can be a corporation
- 1:42:26or represent a corporation or enrich a corporation, any any corporation whatsoever. It doesn't it says no city, county, or state official can in can use their powers or authorities to enrich any corporation whatsoever. It doesn't say except municipal county or state corporations.
- 1:42:41It says any.
- 1:42:45So how do they do that?
- 1:42:47They it's illegal.
- 1:42:49You know? And what what what I love is when people talking about Trump committing insurrection or treason.
- 1:42:55This is the one I love to lay on them.
- 1:42:58Well, when a guy like the mayor of Denver,
- 1:43:01Hickenlooper,
- 1:43:03flies to flies to Canada and signs the international compact contract,
- 1:43:09and then when he gets back, they literally changed the definition of state
- 1:43:13in state law
- 1:43:15to any state
- 1:43:17or federal territory or providence of Canada.
- 1:43:22They created Denver as a car and Colorado as a providence of Canada. Thanks to him.
- 1:43:28And,
- 1:43:29that was as a mayor. Okay? So what is the mayor international compact contract?
- 1:43:34That's a treaty with foreign countries. What mayor can sign a treaty with a bunch of foreign countries
- 1:43:40and not commit insurrection or treason?
- 1:43:42And then change the definition of state
- 1:43:45in the state.
- 1:43:47He's not a governor. He's a mayor. Okay? But it becomes better. When he became governor,
- 1:43:53he signed he flew to Paris and signed the Paris Accord. What the hell is that?
- 1:43:59It's a tree with a bunch of foreign countries. What governor can sign a foreign treaty with a bunch of foreign countries and not commit insurrection or treason?
- 1:44:11I ain't got no answers.
- 1:44:13Nobody does. Cricket's all you get, bro.
- 1:44:17And guess what your options are? When you're charged with insurrection or treason and convicted,
- 1:44:22you have a choice.
- 1:44:24Did you know that?
- 1:44:27You you get one or two choices. You get the bullet
- 1:44:31or the rope.
- 1:44:33Unknown: Yeah. Death by
- 1:44:34Unknown: firing squad or death by Firing squad or you get hung. That's it. You don't get no pardons.
- 1:44:39There ain't no reprieves.
- 1:44:42And and how now he's running for senate again?
- 1:44:47Like, the guy needs to be under the prison
- 1:44:50because there's no way we can let people that have
- 1:44:54paid took our tax dollars and paid for an invasion,
- 1:44:58sponsored it, paid for it, flew them in by the millions.
- 1:45:03Flew them in, bro. And then you know what? My friend went to,
- 1:45:08he went to Aurora to go score some weed.
- 1:45:12He said,
- 1:45:1310 square blocks, 20 massive apartment complexes,
- 1:45:18had two guys with AK or AR fifteens in front of them, and neither one of them spoke English. Very
- 1:45:25barely.
- 1:45:27So this Venezuelan
- 1:45:30gang had taken over 10 square blocks with 20 apartment complexes.
- 1:45:39What the hell is that? And two ladies released their ring cams
- 1:45:44showing these guys with assault weapons and pistols taking over the old whole buildings.
- 1:45:50And the governor gets on and says, oh, well, this was misinformation and disinformation.
- 1:45:56Really?
- 1:45:57So his theory was that she found wanted Venezuelan
- 1:46:00gang members put the salt weapons and pistols in their hand and had to march in front of her front door just to put on a show form.
- 1:46:09Guess what? 19 of them all got arrested,
- 1:46:12and they had it for all kinds of shit. And you know what happened to those guys according to the sheriff I talked to?
- 1:46:19All 19 of them got off on a thousand dollar cash only bail.
- 1:46:23Yep. And guess what guess
- 1:46:25what happened to him after that?
- 1:46:29We flew him to New York.
- 1:46:31We,
- 1:46:32our government,
- 1:46:34flew these assholes who were out on a thousand dollar cash only bail, not supposed to leave town.
- 1:46:40We'd fly them to New York.
- 1:46:42Unknown: And gave them debit cards and gave them debit cards for $64,000
- 1:46:48Unknown: or something. Thousand dollars in boot stamps and 4,000 in cash.
- 1:46:54And I watched one I don't know where the hell she was from. Cut in front of me with a card as full as she could pack it, and she was taking pictures of everything and putting pricing and everything. She pulled out $10.50 dollar gift certificates.
- 1:47:09Now
- 1:47:10who the hell gets those? That's $500
- 1:47:13to spend at a thrift store, bro. Not including the 12,000 in food and then 4,000 in cash.
- 1:47:20And, gee, why won't we why don't we have taper funds this year or next year? Why? Because they spend them all on illegal migrants.
- 1:47:27And what we need to do is get some people together and say, you know what? We need to file an action and sue these assholes and let them testify as to what happened to the millions of dollars you gave all the migrants. Where did it come from?
- 1:47:40And why did you how could you illegally
- 1:47:43give money to people who are here illegally
- 1:47:46that you invited here? And how is that not you
- 1:47:51propagating and paying for with our tax dollars and invasion of this country?
- 1:47:57We don't know how how many Iranians are in this country, bro.
- 1:48:01We don't know how many,
- 1:48:02you know, Hezbollah guys are in this country. I mean, they they could take a hit on our thousand.
- 1:48:08But our grid. Yeah.
- 1:48:10Unknown: I mean,
- 1:48:11Unknown: you know, how many Somalians we got in this country? Well, we know, you know, million billions of dollars worth evidently,
- 1:48:19and we flew them assholes into Minnesota.
- 1:48:22Little men, first class.
- 1:48:25And the buses they came dude, we were getting eight to 12 buses a day.
- 1:48:30And we're talking 88 to over a 100 people per bus. And these weren't, like, you know, Greyhound buses that we had to ride in across the country. These were luxury ass buses that you got to pay big money to ride in.
- 1:48:44Once they take you to the casino and you know? Yeah. No. This
- 1:48:48and they all had brand new phones, every one of them.
- 1:48:52My friend went out to a rifle range out East Of Denver.
- 1:48:56He said, there was, like, 15 to 17 of them
- 1:49:01that all had brand new ARs or AKs
- 1:49:05and brand new Browning
- 1:49:06nine millimeters, and they're out there blasting away. Not one of them could speak English.
- 1:49:11Unknown: Yeah. The
- 1:49:14federal firearm license sites.
- 1:49:17Federal firearm license sites.
- 1:49:20They
- 1:49:21were ordered
- 1:49:22by
- 1:49:24the
- 1:49:29federal
- 1:49:30who the hell is it?
- 1:49:33They were what? Anyway,
- 1:49:35no. They were ordered
- 1:49:37to sell any weapon
- 1:49:39to an illegal that wanted one.
- 1:49:41And
- 1:49:42no no,
- 1:49:44background check, no verification of address, no nothing. Dude, what the fuck is that? That's that's
- 1:49:51Unknown: that's paying for an invasion, bro. Excuse my French. That's
- 1:49:54paying for an invasion, and those people need to go down.
- 1:49:58They need to be investigated.
- 1:49:59They need to be taken down. They need to be put in a place where they belong, and it ain't here. Okay. So might have something to add to this conversation?
- 1:50:08Unknown: Almost prepared.
- 1:50:09I had spoken to a state trooper
- 1:50:13that was actually talking to Ormond County.
- 1:50:17And in confidence,
- 1:50:18they told me that there was two weapon houses, over 800 weapons that was taken out of the single house and
- 1:50:25unknown
- 1:50:26exactly, maybe three, four hundred in the other, along with all the admonition for at least a month, etcetera, so forth for absolute combat.
- 1:50:35And they found more than one of these weapon houses in the Denver area.
- 1:50:39Go ahead.
- 1:50:40Unknown: Damn.
- 1:50:41You heard about the labs they found in California?
- 1:50:45Yes. The Wuhan style labs they found on cal in California, they didn't say shit about.
- 1:50:52And then all of sudden, we get bird flu in cattle
- 1:50:55and in people like that was an accident.
- 1:51:00And new strains, new variants of the flu, new variants of the COVID.
- 1:51:04I mean, it's all you know, these are those labs.
- 1:51:08They accidentally busted. How many are are are still out there?
- 1:51:13You know? We don't know. Biden let them in, paid for them.
- 1:51:17You know? And
- 1:51:20people don't get it. Now we got commies. You know? What gets me is I told my friend in Washington, now they got a a communist run-in Seattle.
- 1:51:29I said, bro, it's still on the books in Washington. I looked it up in one of the old Washington law books
- 1:51:35from the sixties.
- 1:51:38Every person who serves
- 1:51:40in politics in Washington state has to swear an oath that they're not a commie or a socialist.
- 1:51:46It goes back to the McCarthy era.
- 1:51:49It's in Washington. It's in Oregon. It's in a lot of those states, bro,
- 1:51:54and it's still on the books.
- 1:51:56They may say it's repealed,
- 1:51:58but they can't.
- 1:52:00It's not a repealable.
- 1:52:02You know? Or one of them said, oh, it's repealed in 2023. I said, well, even if let's say it was. If anybody's elected before that 2023
- 1:52:11and their commies, they're done.
- 1:52:14And even if they're elected afterwards,
- 1:52:16they're done
- 1:52:17because it was law for over fifty years.
- 1:52:21They can't repeal that.
- 1:52:24And that would get a whole lot of scumbags out of office, wouldn't
- 1:52:29Uh-huh.
- 1:52:32It's still on the books, man. I've seen it.
- 1:52:35I told my friend, I you don't go searching on a computer. You go searching in your law library, especially through the older books. That's where you're find it.
- 1:52:47Unknown: They take all the old law books
- 1:52:50out of the law libraries. When I went and studied many years ago,
- 1:52:55they were taking them out of the law libraries,
- 1:52:59and they didn't want people to know because they don't want you to know the real old laws.
- 1:53:05Unknown: No. That's why they don't teach kids,
- 1:53:07cursive anymore.
- 1:53:13Unknown: Alright. So,
- 1:53:17Unknown: anyway,
- 1:53:20Unknown: nothing You're is
- 1:53:21not never gonna know history.
- 1:53:23Unknown: If
- 1:53:25Unknown: you can't read cursive, you're never gonna know real history.
- 1:53:29Unknown: That's You're never gonna be able to read the constitution.
- 1:53:34Unknown: It's what people tell you.
- 1:53:38Unknown: Well, people don't know anything about the real history.
- 1:53:42They only know what they propagand
- 1:53:44you know, if they wrote a couple of books, maybe they read a couple of things or some
- 1:53:48TV shows or movies
- 1:53:51when they saw the cowboys and Indians. They think that's what history is.
- 1:53:56They have no clue the real truth. It's all covered up always,
- 1:54:02and it's all
- 1:54:03distortion
- 1:54:04of the truth. If anything is released,
- 1:54:09they distort the truth about everything. And it's always been that way, and it always is that way. And it probably will continue to be that way unless
- 1:54:19we get together
- 1:54:21and share the truth and
- 1:54:23keep them out because we're not interested in everything. We're interested in
- 1:54:28the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth. So help me, me and the one that breathes me.
- 1:54:35Because the truth is there isn't enough hours in the day to waste
- 1:54:39time on anything
- 1:54:42but the truth and most everything
- 1:54:46that people are talking about
- 1:54:49when that man called told me at my comic book stand
- 1:54:53at six years old
- 1:54:56that looked like he walked right out of a movie set with black shoes, black
- 1:55:01suit, black overcoat,
- 1:55:03black top hat,
- 1:55:04stops to talk to a six year old old little boy and says 90%
- 1:55:09of what you hear in this roast
- 1:55:12is gonna be bullshit just like that. Woah. He had my attention.
- 1:55:17And then he put his palms face
- 1:55:20up and moved him up and down in front of my face.
- 1:55:24And he said the other 10%, you're gonna have to weigh it out.
- 1:55:28And he left. I never saw that man again.
- 1:55:31Never seen him before.
- 1:55:33But I'll tell you what, I never forgot what he told me because what he told me
- 1:55:39rang true to me that everything everybody's talking about was nonsense.
- 1:55:45Most of it was nonsense
- 1:55:48because they didn't know nothing. Nobody.
- 1:55:54They still don't. And the worst part is when we think we do. Oh my god.
- 1:56:01It's a good thing that I
- 1:56:04accepted the fact of how ignorant I am. I may be intelligent,
- 1:56:08but
- 1:56:09we are so ignorant.
- 1:56:12It is beyond our conception or belief of it. That doesn't make us bad.
- 1:56:21Maybe somebody else knows how to cook that food better than the other person. Okay. Maybe that person knows they've had more experience in doing this or that.
- 1:56:32The the
- 1:56:33the real challenge comes in when comes in when they don't wanna learn or they block all learning or like I used to do.
- 1:56:43I'd be I'd be listening
- 1:56:45to a mentor
- 1:56:47that
- 1:56:49would say would say while I'm listening, I'd say, oh, yeah. I know that because I did this. And
- 1:56:55and he would repeat to me, Edward, why are you interrupting
- 1:57:00the file I'm downloading into with
- 1:57:04telling me that you know? I already, you know, kinda know you know.
- 1:57:08Or I would ask questions.
- 1:57:11Unknown: Would would ask ask why are you interrupting
- 1:57:13Unknown: the file that
- 1:57:15Unknown: Kurt is downloading into you. In a minute. One minute, and I'll let you go.
- 1:57:20And I and and he would,
- 1:57:22I would interrupt
- 1:57:24and say things like,
- 1:57:30ask questions.
- 1:57:31And the response from him was,
- 1:57:34when I get when I'm finished telling you, I'll have pretty much answered all the questions that you're
- 1:57:41going to ask me.
- 1:57:43And that's usually the case when somebody's,
- 1:57:46teaching you something and downloading.
- 1:57:48I have had to learn to just shut up and listen to great men that teach me amazing things
- 1:57:56because there's no other way they can instill it into me. It's not by writing it down.
- 1:58:01It's by paying attention and getting the whole file where it all connects
- 1:58:06what they're trying to explain. And I thank you, Kurt, for coming on and sharing
- 1:58:12your experiences,
- 1:58:13your knowledge, your your wisdom,
- 1:58:17and your fun,
- 1:58:20and your passion. Thank you. And, thank you, Paul.
- 1:58:24We do do, health. We didn't open up the mics to ask anybody if they had any challenges with health.
- 1:58:32If anybody does need to call me,
- 1:58:35the number is (818)
- 1:58:37613-9206.
- 1:58:42Again, (818)
- 1:58:45613-9206,
- 1:58:50and we can work
- 1:58:53on that work on that challenge
- 1:58:55when you call.
- 1:58:57Unknown: I can I can verify I
- 1:59:00can verify that's his phone number because he's had the same phone number for you, like, fifteen years
- 1:59:08Unknown: from since the beginning? Since I knew him from the beginning, he had the same number.
- 1:59:14Unknown: Same thing.
- 1:59:17I wanna know if Kurt has anything that he wants to button up the show with.
- 1:59:22Kurt, do you have any any, any snippets or words of wisdom or interesting anecdotes that you can share before we wrap up tonight?
- 1:59:31It's been amazing so far, by the way. What if what if people knew
- 1:59:37Unknown: that the only constitutions that exist for these states
- 1:59:42are not the ones that the states are using now?
- 1:59:45And the ones that do make the the ones that do exist for these states
- 1:59:50make the people who run them now criminals.
- 1:59:52All the politicians,
- 1:59:54all the court systems,
- 1:59:56they're all illegal.
- 1:59:58And,
- 1:59:59you know, this is the time to wake people up to the real constitutional history of this country because between 1898 and nineteen o one,
- 2:00:07the constitutional history of this country was stolen.
- 2:00:11And Well they barely those documents.
- 2:00:14In the miscellaneous document boxes that hadn't been opened over a hundred years.
- 2:00:18And I'm the first guy to lay hands on those.
- 2:00:22Unknown: But but Kurt, it has to do with it, but with the bankruptcy in 1933,
- 2:00:26the country was bankrupt
- 2:00:28and the states instead of Colorado
- 2:00:31State became the state of Colorado, a political subdivision of Washington DC. They're all corporate,
- 2:00:37and they're functioning under
- 2:00:39corporate doctrines
- 2:00:41that is, bro. And corporate constitutions.
- 2:00:44Unknown: There is no constitution
- 2:00:46in the anywhere in the National Archives for the state of Colorado
- 2:00:50except for the one I found, miscellaneous document number 34.
- 2:00:55There is no constitution for the state of Washington in the National Archives except for the one I found, miscellaneous document number 55.
- 2:01:02And those
- 2:01:04are very problematic for the people who run the states now, man, because
- 2:01:08it says no city, county, or state official can do to enrich any corporation. It doesn't say except municipal county or state corporations.
- 2:01:16It says the corporate executives and their people that control the corporation are are held criminally liable for the actions of the corporation.
- 2:01:25Unknown: There you go. Right. But is that a small s is next week. Is We're gonna leave something over
- 2:01:32meat on the bone for next time,
- 2:01:35Unknown: and let's see. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I got a couple of questions. No. No. It's it's my network. I say when we end.
- 2:01:44Unknown: No. No. No. We can talk to them later, but listen. This
- 2:01:48is being recorded and I don't want it. It's already got a little messy.
- 2:01:54Unknown: No, it's alright. It's it's it's all good.
- 2:01:57The AI will generate a transcript to this entire program. So, anybody that wants to go back and review
- 2:02:04what was said, they can go to the
- 2:02:09go to the program, they can hit playback, they can go to the transcript, and it will actually highlight through the transcript as
- 2:02:16people are talking and the program will also be separated into chapters
- 2:02:21with the different topics that have been covered. Now, one thing I want to ask you, Kurt, is what about the small s state?
- 2:02:28You know, you've got the state of California which is a capital S small
- 2:02:34O F and
- 2:02:36California capital C.
- 2:02:38That is a corporate subdivision
- 2:02:41of the US Trading Corporation which actually
- 2:02:44it used to be the Pennsylvania Mining Corporation but then they changed it to the US Trading Corporation, and then they changed it to some other damn thing
- 2:02:54just to keep people from tracking it down. And this all happened in 1933
- 2:02:59when the country was bankrupt because of the wars that were started by the Rothschilds
- 2:03:04and by the Rockefellers
- 2:03:06and the Warburgs.
- 2:03:08They drove the country into bankruptcy through the Bank of and JP Morgan. They
- 2:03:14drove the country into bankruptcy
- 2:03:16by England funding
- 2:03:18the rebels or by England funding the
- 2:03:23Redcoats
- 2:03:24and
- 2:03:25France through England funding
- 2:03:28the rebels,
- 2:03:29the Southern
- 2:03:31states.
- 2:03:32They've
- 2:03:34absolutely
- 2:03:35destroyed the monetary system of this country numerous times throughout history
- 2:03:41Unknown: and over under that bankruptcy. The Buck Act. You gotta talk about the trading with the enemy act.
- 2:03:48Unknown: Absolutely.
- 2:03:49The trading with the enemy act was rewritten in 1933
- 2:03:53declaring
- 2:03:54US citizens as enemies of the state.
- 2:03:58In 1917,
- 2:04:00Unknown: it was German. This is something I've been dealing with for years.
- 2:04:04I've been kicking her ass on the IRS since, you know, shit back in the eighties.
- 2:04:10Yeah. The IRS is nothing. I I had a copy of the '39 IRS code book.
- 2:04:16All I had to do is walk in there, and they didn't even wanna talk to me. Because it says right in the very front of the 1939
- 2:04:22IRS code book on this day in 1939 IRS code was ratified by Congress.
- 2:04:28Then it says in parentheses,
- 2:04:30without quorum.
- 2:04:32Do you know what that means? Absolutely.
- 2:04:35Unknown: It means it wasn't good law. People.
- 2:04:38Unknown: People voted in the IRS code. 17. Yeah. It it
- 2:04:43Unknown: wasn't good law. 48 states.
- 2:04:45Unknown: You You think there was more than But You think there's only 17 legislators out of 48 states?
- 2:04:51Probably not. Right. And so But the thing, Kurt later, when they reconvene congress, they said, what the hell is this?
- 2:04:58And they repealed it.
- 2:05:01Two weeks after that, they called it.
- 2:05:03Unknown: Right. But, Kurt, everything they did is
- 2:05:07Unknown: a repealed code
- 2:05:09that was repealed in '39 and then
- 2:05:12amended in '54, amended in '86.
- 2:05:16So what happens when you amend the repealed code? Does it somehow give it legal force or effect?
- 2:05:21Unknown: No. It doesn't.
- 2:05:23No. No. It doesn't. But the but the thing is, Kurt. Kurt. Kurt. The world that we live in since 1933
- 2:05:31is the administrative
- 2:05:32state
- 2:05:33under the feudal system,
- 2:05:36because the thirteenth amendment
- 2:05:39freed the slaves except
- 2:05:43Unknown: by outlawing
- 2:05:44Unknown: involuntary
- 2:05:45servitude.
- 2:05:46However,
- 2:05:48by only mentioning involuntary
- 2:05:50servitude it made voluntary
- 2:05:53servitude
- 2:05:55legal by omission,
- 2:05:57and the fourteenth amendment
- 2:05:59made
- 2:05:59all citizens,
- 2:06:01all people,
- 2:06:02all
- 2:06:04persons,
- 2:06:05citizens of The United States, all citizens born
- 2:06:09or naturalized
- 2:06:11citizens of The United States, corporate entities, corporate p corporate persons,
- 2:06:18citizens of The United States and residents
- 2:06:22in the state in which they reside.
- 2:06:26Unknown: Right. But that doesn't include treaty tribal members.
- 2:06:30Unknown: And that's No. It doesn't include tribal members, but it includes everybody
- 2:06:34else under the feudal system,
- 2:06:37under feudal law, and contract law.
- 2:06:40It's the Babylonian merchant code,
- 2:06:43and that is why the state of the state of Colorado
- 2:06:50no. All you've gotta do is declare yourself not a citizen of The United States and not a resident of Washington DC,
- 2:06:57and then you revert to sovereign
- 2:06:59Unknown: individual state. If if you don't well, you know, never use the term sovereign citizen because that's an oxymoron. No. No. No. No. A sovereign
- 2:07:09Unknown: one of the sovereign people.
- 2:07:12The people are sovereign as a collective. No individual is sovereign,
- 2:07:17but the people are sovereign
- 2:07:19as a collective,
- 2:07:22and the original sovereign states,
- 2:07:24which is what I used,
- 2:07:27the original sovereign states, Colorado
- 2:07:31state,
- 2:07:31Oklahoma state,
- 2:07:33Iowa state, Minnesota
- 2:07:35That's
- 2:07:37Unknown: The only constitution for the real Colorado state is a 114 pages, nine by 19, all handwritten. That's right. 45 pages, eight and a half by 11 typed.
- 2:07:47Unknown: Right. But guess what? Colorado Colorado State is unseated
- 2:07:53because every Did know that? Every election since 1933
- 2:07:57has been filling seats for the state of Colorado.
- 2:08:01Colorado State has no officials.
- 2:08:05None.
- 2:08:06Zero. Zip. Zilch.
- 2:08:09Unknown: And its its constitution is miscellaneous document number 34.
- 2:08:14Unknown: Absolutely.
- 2:08:15Most people Absolutely. Most people have So what we're dealing with is Babylonian merchant code and a corporatocracy
- 2:08:24that goes from sea to shining freaking sea.
- 2:08:29That's what we got. Yep.
- 2:08:32Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. That's a ticket. But,
- 2:08:36Unknown: hey, it can be taken back, and I'm working on taking it back for tribes because
- 2:08:40now because of McGirt,
- 2:08:4240%
- 2:08:43over 40% of the state of Oklahoma now belongs to one tribe.
- 2:08:47Unknown: Oh, I love McGurk. The
- 2:08:50Unknown: Indian law bombshell.
- 2:08:52Unknown: Well, now I love McGurk. The Muskogee. Why do you think I'm moving to Oklahoma?
- 2:08:56Why? Why do you think I'm moving to Oklahoma?
- 2:08:59Unknown: Well, see now the Tahlequah, Cherokee, the Seminole, and White people working together. They they wanna petition for their land, which means 78 to 80% of the state of Oklahoma would belong to four tribes.
- 2:09:11And, they're not digging the fact that I might just be inclined to do that. So
- 2:09:17Unknown: Uh-huh. Matter of fact, you're pretty pissed about it. Well well, do do me a favor. Do me a favor. Leave the little corner lot on North 6th Street. Leave that alone. Can you please? It's only point two nine acres. It's nothing. You don't give a shit. Right? What's
- 2:09:32Unknown: funny is,
- 2:09:33Lyndell's attorney, one of his attorneys goes, well, that's such crock. That's bullshit, man. I own I own property in
- 2:09:40Tulsa. And I go, no. You don't.
- 2:09:42Well, yes, I do. I go, no, man. The Muskogee Creek owns own property in Tulsa. You're just renting it.
- 2:09:49Unknown: Mike, if you pay property taxes, dude, you don't own it.
- 2:09:54Unknown: Exactly.
- 2:09:55And he's like,
- 2:09:57like, it's you know, and he looks it up and I said, here's the thing, dude. I I helped him with the reciprocity agreements and they're gonna be charging you probably about 40% of this tax you've been paying. Is that is that a problem with you?
- 2:10:09Well
- 2:10:09Uh-huh. Not to put it that way.
- 2:10:12I go off. Because
- 2:10:17they're not corrupt. They're not they don't have all the graft that the white guys have been doing for years. They're just getting new they're new at this shit.
- 2:10:24Unknown: Right.
- 2:10:26No. No. The problem with this country is the fat the fat of government.
- 2:10:31It doesn't need to be as big as it is. It's it's gotten out of control.
- 2:10:36Unknown: And there's And the debt. To back it up, dude. This is the year. We've gotta bring it to the attention of the people of this country that, hey.
- 2:10:44Your your state is based on a on a fictitious
- 2:10:48document that doesn't exist.
- 2:10:50There is no 45 page typed eight and a half by 11 constitution for any state anywhere in the National Archives or the Library of Congress.
- 2:11:00Right. I find that problematic
- 2:11:03Unknown: because Yeah. It's not even a reasonable facsimile thereof.
- 2:11:08Unknown: Yeah. It's not even a reasonable facsimile thereof.
- 2:11:11And it been it's all cap. It's, you know, the ones that you got now is all caps, and the ones I found was all upper and lowercase letters.
- 2:11:18The state of Washington. The
- 2:11:21state of Colorado, not state of all caps.
- 2:11:25And that's how theirs is. All caps, state of
- 2:11:29no. The real one says the state and the first the First Amendment of every constitution is boundaries,
- 2:11:35not the fake ones.
- 2:11:38Not the fake ones, bro.
- 2:11:40Unknown: That's right. Just the real We
- 2:11:43can free the natives,
- 2:11:45the native Americans,
- 2:11:46and we can also free the natural born citizens
- 2:11:50by
- 2:11:51throwing off
- 2:11:52your allegiance to the fourteenth amendment
- 2:11:55and declaring yourself
- 2:11:57a national,
- 2:11:58an American national
- 2:12:00of The United States Of
- 2:12:02America.
- 2:12:03And then you can go back under the scope and purview
- 2:12:08of the original sovereign state,
- 2:12:10Ohio state,
- 2:12:12Unknown: Colorado state, Texas state, Louisiana state. Kansas or Nebraska. You know what there is?
- 2:12:19What? I found the constitution for the for the state of Lincoln.
- 2:12:24You ever heard of the state of Lincoln state of Lincoln? No. It's now Kansas and Nebraska. But, originally,
- 2:12:31I found the anti corporate constitution for the state of Lincoln, which they had the Kansas and Nebraska wars and turned it into Kansas and Nebraska.
- 2:12:40Unknown: Was was it the state of Lincoln or was it Lincoln state?
- 2:12:44Because that matters. Lincoln, bro.
- 2:12:47Unknown: No. I know. State of Lincoln. That that's the constitution. Is it a small s?
- 2:12:51Unknown: Is it a small s or a capital s?
- 2:12:56Unknown: It's See, that's see, that's where it matters. Twenty six years ago. What did you get? Yeah. I mean, twenty six years ago. Okay. And it was Look. This is what matters. Every other state. Okay. I didn't give a shit about Lincoln. Okay? This is what I found.
- 2:13:12Okay? Yeah. Never lived there. Don't know anybody there. Not so inclined to give rats food too.
- 2:13:17But it's one of the constitutions I found. And I'm like, wow. State of Lincoln, Kansas and Nebraska war took place. They turned it into Kansas and Nebraska.
- 2:13:27Unknown: Oh oh, dude, are you telling me I live two block
- 2:13:30are you telling me I'm gonna live two blocks away from the state line for the state of Lincoln?
- 2:13:36Oh, shit.
- 2:13:38Unknown: Yep. More likely.
- 2:13:41Unknown: Yep. Good.
- 2:13:45Unknown: Yeah. Well, okay. Now now I'm now I'm wrecked for the evening. I'm not gonna be able to sleep at all. Anyway,
- 2:13:52Kurt
- 2:13:53Kurt, it's been it's been amazing. Thank you. Thank you so much for for being on the show. I appreciate you so very much.

- 2:14:56Unknown: So I have a website. Thank you, Kurt. Not really have courtroom
- 2:14:59kung fu. It's one of my
- 2:15:01websites. It's got information on right to travel
- 2:15:05and right to travel by vehicular means for treaty tribal members.
- 2:15:09Because treaty tribal members have a right to travel by treaty that supersedes any state.
- 2:15:15You know, like, my treaty was recognized in 1855.
- 2:15:17Well, where was Colorado in 1855?
- 2:15:20Unknown: Nowhere.
- 2:15:21Unknown: Nowhere. They were they were Republic of Texas and Kansas territory.
- 2:15:39She said, we've been traveling these roads long before you white people ever existed in this neighborhood. So
- 2:15:45Unknown: sorry. And just because you built a road on Sovereign land doesn't mean that you now own it.
- 2:15:53And she You didn't have the right to build the road in the first place.
- 2:15:57Unknown: You've ever have you ever been on a major highway that you couldn't see a railroad track from?
- 2:16:03Unknown: Ever?
- 2:16:05Unknown: No. No. And if you could see a railroad track from that highway, how far how close is it?
- 2:16:10Within 15 miles. Right?
- 2:16:14Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:16:15Unknown: Did you know that the railroad has a 20 mile variance on either side of the track?
- 2:16:19Unknown: They own it all.
- 2:16:21Unknown: They own it all.
- 2:16:2220 mile on either side. That's a 40 mile swap. That's right. And
- 2:16:27every state patrolman's pension fund
- 2:16:30comes from the railroad.
- 2:16:33Unknown: Did you know that? Did you know that?
- 2:16:36Unknown: So they're all railroad. Dealing with we're dealing with corporate policy,
- 2:16:41with the railroads behind it.
- 2:16:44Unknown: And in '84, they turned over the DOT, use of the coast guard, which makes it all
- 2:16:50maritime.
- 2:16:53Unknown: Exactly.
- 2:16:54Maritime law.
- 2:16:56And they turned over all the departments of motor vehicles to the AAMVA,
- 2:17:01the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators
- 2:17:05.org.
- 2:17:07And it was a
- 2:17:09it was it was,
- 2:17:11and this is important,
- 2:17:13The aamva.org
- 2:17:16is
- 2:17:17a
- 2:17:18private membership association
- 2:17:20that was
- 2:17:21chartered in, guess when? Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding. 1933.
- 2:17:28Unknown: Damn.
- 2:17:30You know what? I think I just figured out how we're gonna get our legal travel licenses.
- 2:17:37We're gonna join the AAMBA,
- 2:17:39man.
- 2:17:42Unknown: If they'll let you.
- 2:17:44Unknown: They don't dude,
- 2:17:46could have a choice. It's like I have you know, we have, like, 30 some exempt tribal plates for my tribal members in Washington,
- 2:17:55And we're the only non federally recognized tribe that has gotten those and have had them for over thirty years.
- 2:18:02And now they're like, we're putting them on suspension. I go,
- 2:18:05If one of my tribal members gets pulled over for those plates being on suspension, I said, I will drag your ass into federal court as a defendant, and you can explain how you could take our treaty rights away that we've had for over thirty years.
- 2:18:19Uh-huh. We're we're not gonna do that. No. No. That's not gonna happen.
- 2:18:23Unknown: Okay. Yeah. Well, us us lowly whites have to apply us
- 2:18:28lowly whites have to apply for a passport
- 2:18:32with
- 2:18:33ambassador at large
- 2:18:35status
- 2:18:36to get the do not stop, do not detain
- 2:18:42on the back of the passport card.
- 2:18:45Unknown: I've had students all over the country that, you know, my friend Bob Burr in Oklahoma, he he said, I got pulled over and the cops said, mister Burr, could you come over here and sit down in the driver's seat?
- 2:18:56He goes, you want me to sit in the driver's seat of your police car? He goes, if you wouldn't mind.
- 2:19:02He goes, okay. He goes, don't touch anything. He says, I'm not gonna touch it. I said, how do you wanna sit here? He goes, no. Just please. Has him sit there, and he goes, why does it say that?
- 2:19:12He looks on the screen. Detain.
- 2:19:15It says paralegal. Do not detain. Do not cite.
- 2:19:20Yeah. Exactly. Is he a paralegal? Because he's Well, I used to work for tribal attorney, a friend of mine.
- 2:19:27Yeah. He goes, can't even write a ticket.
- 2:19:30Unknown: Goes, yes, ma'am. The the secretary of state of The United States handles all matters concerning in it concerning
- 2:19:38citizenship.
- 2:19:39He is the ultimate authority
- 2:19:41of
- 2:19:42all matters concerning citizenship.
- 2:19:45So you send an affidavit, this is very easy to do, you send an affidavit that says
- 2:19:51that you are not a fourteenth amendment citizen and that you are
- 2:19:56not a residence
- 2:20:00for political purposes
- 2:20:03and you
- 2:20:05send that to the secretary of state,
- 2:20:08they will send you a passport.
- 2:20:11Yeah. Well, you have to do the passport application, all that happy shit. But they will send you a passport
- 2:20:17that is marked either diplomatic courier,
- 2:20:20ambassador at large,
- 2:20:22whatever,
- 2:20:24but the back of that card will be, notice to law enforcement, do not arrest,
- 2:20:29do not detain.
- 2:20:31And they pull you over, they have to let you go because the card says
- 2:20:36they're not a slave. They're not a citizen.
- 2:20:40They're not under your jurisdiction. You don't have person and jurisdiction
- 2:20:44over them.
- 2:20:46Let them go.
- 2:20:49Unknown: It works. Yeah. And they like to try to label you, oh, you're a sovereign citizen.
- 2:20:53That's a telling us, and, lady, if I'm sovereign, I'd like to see citizen. If I'm citizen, it sure as hell can't be sovereign. Are

- 2:22:36and they say, thank you for flying with us. This is your line over here, and it's a fraction of the length of the line because you don't have to go through the TSA checkpoint
- 2:22:47checkpoint.
- 2:22:48You don't have to do the body cavity search.
- 2:22:51You don't have to do any of that shit. You go right through. And when you get to your destination
- 2:22:56and they see your passport,
- 2:22:59instead of a ninety day visa, they give you one year in the country. Welcome to our country because you're an ambassador.
