- 0:00Speaker 1: It marks Alonia on double r WHOA, so I said,
- 0:10Speaker 1: everybody's back, But I don't know. Just walking down the
- 0:13Speaker 1: hall there, I know it's kind of empty here today.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Don't look like everybody's back here. A lot of empty desks.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Of course it's Monday. A lot of people don't come
- 0:22Speaker 1: in on Mondays anyway, at most places. Now, all these
- 0:26Speaker 1: stories all over the news about flights, delayed, flight cancelations,
- 0:30Speaker 1: big blizzard in the Midwest, snowstorm Midwest, or snarling up air, Well,
- 0:36Speaker 1: that's good because you can come back a day late
- 0:38Speaker 1: and say, hey, I couldn't get back. I tried. Now
- 0:42Speaker 1: he's speaking of weather. By the way. You know, in
- 0:45Speaker 1: Florida there are all these hurricanes and then every year
- 0:49Speaker 1: these climate change green schemers would hey, there you go,
- 0:54Speaker 1: that's climate change. That's why there's so many hurricanes. Climate change.
- 0:57Speaker 1: That's the reason. Is the fact that there's all these
- 0:59Speaker 1: hurricanes proves this climate change. Well, did anybody notice hurricane
- 1:04Speaker 1: season's over? Now? Did anybody notice there wasn't a single
- 1:06Speaker 1: hurricane in Florida this year? They didn't have any hurricanes
- 1:10Speaker 1: this year, So, according to left wing logic, that means
- 1:15Speaker 1: no more climate change. It must be gone. But anyway,
- 1:18Speaker 1: airlines have do have weather difficulties, and also they've made
- 1:23Speaker 1: such a mess of everything. You can just sit there.
- 1:26Speaker 1: You know, if you've got a flight leaves at seven,
- 1:29Speaker 1: you'll get in at ten. You don't know if it's
- 1:31Speaker 1: going to be am or pm by the time you
- 1:33Speaker 1: get back. So here's this woman on a plane who
- 1:38Speaker 1: she stands up in the aisle. You're not supposed to
- 1:40Speaker 1: stand up. They're stuck on the runway, they're going to
- 1:42Speaker 1: have to wait to take off. There's a delay. But
- 1:44Speaker 1: she stands up and the stewardess comes and she starts
- 1:47Speaker 1: yelling at the stewardess, I'm standing up, and that's it.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I am legally, I am allowed to do. And then
- 1:51Speaker 1: it gets out of hand and she calls the stewardess
- 1:54Speaker 1: an effing C word. You fill in the blanks there.
- 1:59Speaker 1: You're not supposed to do that, obviously, and you shouldn't
- 2:01Speaker 1: talk like that, but on a plane, And she looks
- 2:05Speaker 1: across the aisle someone is recording her with the phone
- 2:09Speaker 1: and show. She immediately stops and gets quiet. But they
- 2:13Speaker 1: decided to throw her off the plane because she was
- 2:16Speaker 1: so vile, and they're already on the runway in a delay,
- 2:19Speaker 1: So they turn around and head back to the gate
- 2:22Speaker 1: to get rid of this woman. That creates another hour
- 2:24Speaker 1: delay and everybody's it went viral. A million people have
- 2:28Speaker 1: watched this terrible woman saying these terrible things. But you
- 2:33Speaker 1: shouldn't talk like that. But it looks like there was
- 2:36Speaker 1: a three hour delay at the gate. Three hour delay
- 2:41Speaker 1: at the gate. Then they get on the plane and
- 2:43Speaker 1: there's an hour and a half delay on the runway.
- 2:46Speaker 1: This is a four and a half hour delay at
- 2:48Speaker 1: some point. You have a right to get a little upset,
- 2:51Speaker 1: don't you. If you went to a restaurant and they
- 2:54Speaker 1: made your way to half hour, you'd be unhappy. Half
- 2:58Speaker 1: I had to wait a half hour the restaurant. Well,
- 3:01Speaker 1: if they said it's a three hour wait and then
- 3:04Speaker 1: you finally sit down, it's gonna be an hour and
- 3:06Speaker 1: a half wait for a waiter to come up, you
- 3:08Speaker 1: go crazy. Who would tolerate this from any business? Why
- 3:11Speaker 1: do airlines have a right to get away with this?
- 3:14Speaker 1: I mean, once in a while there's a terrible situation,
- 3:17Speaker 1: you're going to be delayed, But three hour delay at
- 3:20Speaker 1: the gate, then you get on the plane, it's another
- 3:22Speaker 1: hour and a half delay they whatever happened to that,
- 3:25Speaker 1: You know, all those fake Chuck Schumer proposals that never happened,
- 3:28Speaker 1: those Sunday press conferences. Whatever happened to the one about
- 3:31Speaker 1: the airline has to pay you if they do this
- 3:32Speaker 1: to you, if they have that kind of ridiculous, out
- 3:35Speaker 1: of control delay, they have to be fined. Whatever happened
- 3:39Speaker 1: to that, Like all the Chuck Schumer press conferences, it's
- 3:43Speaker 1: just talk to get on the news. Nothing ever happens
- 3:46Speaker 1: with it. The Oval Office. Look at it is a
- 3:50Speaker 1: Christmas tree. Big? Is that normal to put the tree
- 3:52Speaker 1: right in the Oval Office?
- 3:53Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 3:53Speaker 1: I guess it is. But it's a Trump trees. It's
- 3:56Speaker 1: got too many ornaments, They're too shiny, too many looks good,
- 4:00Speaker 1: It looks pretty good. Portland is now in the hands
- 4:05Speaker 1: of a crazy left wing kook socialist democrat mayor. So
- 4:09Speaker 1: they had their big tree lighting in Portland, and they
- 4:13Speaker 1: had the big ceremony and everybody spoke, and there were
- 4:16Speaker 1: songs with this and speeches, and a lot of people
- 4:20Speaker 1: noticed they went through the whole thing without ever mentioning Christmas.
- 4:22Speaker 1: There was no hint of Christmas. Looks like a Christmas
- 4:25Speaker 1: tree but they called it the tree, not the Christmas tree.
- 4:29Speaker 1: It was the tree. One speaker Native American from the
- 4:33Speaker 1: Something tribe. Next speaker was about strong women. The next
- 4:38Speaker 1: speaker talked about genocides. Funny how the only genocide they
- 4:43Speaker 1: know about is they claim they claim there's a genocide
- 4:47Speaker 1: and guys that there isn't But there's actual real genocides
- 4:51Speaker 1: are taking place in like seven places right now in
- 4:53Speaker 1: the world, Africa, other places, real genocides, and the Left
- 4:57Speaker 1: has no interest in it, doesn't even mention it, pays
- 4:59Speaker 1: no attention to it. There was another speaker at the
- 5:03Speaker 1: Portland there, Free Palestine, yelling and screaming, Free Palestine. Why
- 5:07Speaker 1: does this have to do with lighting a Christmas tree.
- 5:11Speaker 1: You got to give the Palestinians credit for one thing.
- 5:14Speaker 1: They have actually convinced these idiots on the left. They
- 5:17Speaker 1: have convinced them that they're a minority somehow, that they're
- 5:21Speaker 1: a little oppressed minority, oppressed by this big, massive empire
- 5:26Speaker 1: called Israel. It's actually pretty funny if you think about it.
- 5:30Speaker 1: I think about how ridiculous it is. Israel is the
- 5:32Speaker 1: little minority being oppressed by the Arab Empire, which is massive, massive,
- 5:38Speaker 1: countries and the biggest population, largest, one of the largest
- 5:43Speaker 1: empires in the world. So it's Israel that Democrats keep
- 5:46Speaker 1: forgetting this. Israel is the minority. Israel is the little
- 5:51Speaker 1: oppressed victim of all of this hatred and anti Semitism.
- 5:55Speaker 1: So hey, Dick Van Dyke is going to be one hundred.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I'd love you know every Sunday night. You ever watched
- 6:00Speaker 1: me TV on Sunday nights? Pretty good? It's like four
- 6:04Speaker 1: all in the families, back to back before anything was
- 6:08Speaker 1: politically correct. You can't believe this stuff was on television.
- 6:12Speaker 1: And then at eleven o'clock it's Dick Van Dyke reruns. Boy,
- 6:15Speaker 1: the guy was amazing that Dick Van Dyke show. Incredible dancer.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I remember once on this very show, Dick Van Dyke
- 6:23Speaker 1: was the guest and he said he got a call
- 6:26Speaker 1: from a little guy. Told the story, but he said,
- 6:29Speaker 1: years ago, a little guy named Michael Jackson called me
- 6:32Speaker 1: and asked me if he could come over to my
- 6:33Speaker 1: house and get some dancing lessons. So Van Dyke gave
- 6:37Speaker 1: Michael Jackson dancing lessons. He was an incredible dancer, great
- 6:42Speaker 1: Broadway star. Bye Bye, Birdie. Dick Van Dyke gots how
- 6:44Speaker 1: I got the Dick Van Dykes show. That's what put
- 6:47Speaker 1: him on the map. But he's one hundred years old,
- 6:49Speaker 1: and a lifetime of dancing can help you, you know,
- 6:52Speaker 1: it's an athletic kind of thing. But here's a guy
- 6:56Speaker 1: who had a smoking problem, a drinking problem, all this stuff.
- 6:58Speaker 1: But he's a hundred. How do you get to be
- 7:00Speaker 1: one hundred?
- 7:01Speaker 2: He was asked, I feel really good for a hundred,
- 7:04Speaker 2: you know, but I really don't. I have no pain,
- 7:09Speaker 2: no discomfort. People say, what did you do right? And
- 7:12Speaker 2: I say, don't ask, I don't know.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, usually these dancers you talk to Rock
- 7:17Speaker 1: catz Er, you know Broadway dancers, once they're over forty,
- 7:20Speaker 1: they start to get all kinds of arthritis, aches, pains, back,
- 7:24Speaker 1: this from the dancing. But if you really knew what
- 7:29Speaker 1: you were doing, knew how to train and stretch them,
- 7:31Speaker 1: and you can avoid all that fantic one hundred years old,
- 7:34Speaker 1: still going strong.
- 7:35Speaker 2: People say what did you do right? And I say,
- 7:37Speaker 2: don't ask, I don't know. I think I've always dond
- 7:41Speaker 2: that anger is one thing that eats a person's insides
- 7:46Speaker 2: and hate and I never really was able to work
- 7:51Speaker 2: up a feeding of hate. You know, there were things
- 7:54Speaker 2: I don't like, people I don't like and disapprove of,
- 7:57Speaker 2: but I never really was able to do a kind
- 8:01Speaker 2: of eight. I think that is one of the chief
- 8:04Speaker 2: things that kept me going.
- 8:05Speaker 1: That's good advice. A little hatred is guy I like
- 8:09Speaker 1: hating some people, but he's right, don't get crazy angry.
- 8:12Speaker 1: It's just there's fun hatred. Do it in a fun way.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I mean Trump arrangement syndrome. That's like really anger, But
- 8:18Speaker 1: hating Biden it's kind of fun, you know, just making
- 8:21Speaker 1: fun of. You don't really hate him, you just like
- 8:22Speaker 1: to make fun of. What other advice does Van Dyke Haster.
- 8:26Speaker 2: We singing is the best singing you can do for yourself.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Usually I'll wake up with an old tune going through
- 8:31Speaker 2: my head. They call her fivolous, shut a peculiar sort
- 8:35Speaker 2: of a goal a while sort of devil.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Ooh, dead on a level was my old pal. Okay,
- 8:43Speaker 1: but this guy was a professional singer. This guy was
- 8:46Speaker 1: a Broadway musical comedy star singer. If you're a professional singer,
- 8:50Speaker 1: it's okay for the rest of you. Don't do it
- 8:52Speaker 1: when we're listening. Don't please don't sing when we're around,
- 8:54Speaker 1: if you're alone in the car, the shower, fine, but
- 8:57Speaker 1: there's nothing more annoying than a bad amateur singer. But
- 9:02Speaker 1: good for him one hundred and I'm trying to think
- 9:07Speaker 1: who else. Are there any other major stars that are
- 9:09Speaker 1: one hundred years old? Big big stars? I don't think so.
- 9:13Speaker 1: And there were all those guys, Bob Hope, George Burns.
- 9:15Speaker 1: He didn't quite get there, you know, like ninety eight,
- 9:19Speaker 1: ninety nine, but usually they took a bad fall and
- 9:22Speaker 1: that's where it went downhill. Although Hope, Bob Hope had
- 9:25Speaker 1: a guy that took care of what was his name, Charlie,
- 9:28Speaker 1: And by the time he was ninety eight, he couldn't
- 9:32Speaker 1: really go out. He would sit at home watch TV
- 9:34Speaker 1: all day. Charlie would sit with him and do you
- 9:35Speaker 1: remember one day there was a false alarm, a false
- 9:39Speaker 1: story about him dying. Well, Hope was actually watching TV.
- 9:43Speaker 1: We had CNN on. He's watching it and the guy
- 9:47Speaker 1: comes on the anchoring says this just in comedian Bob
- 9:50Speaker 1: Hope is dead at the age of ninety eight. And
- 9:54Speaker 1: Hope turned to Charlie and goes, that's not true. Is it?
- 9:59Speaker 1: Still had a great sense of humor. Bob Morgan, though
- 10:03Speaker 1: he almost made a hundred. I think he was a
- 10:04Speaker 1: month or two short. I remember we had one hundredth
- 10:06Speaker 1: birthday party for I remember m seeing his one hundredth
- 10:09Speaker 1: birthday party. And there's another guy who was always in
- 10:12Speaker 1: great shape. It worked, I think right up until the end,
- 10:16Speaker 1: doing one thing or another. So hey, we're talking about
- 10:19Speaker 1: this before the three casinos. The hearing was today on
- 10:22Speaker 1: the final three casinos. Looks like all three got approved,
- 10:27Speaker 1: all three approves. He's gonna get a big casino and
- 10:30Speaker 1: a concert venue and hotel, the whole thing right across
- 10:33Speaker 1: from City Field of a lot of area. Now what
- 10:37Speaker 1: does that mean. I'm gonna lose a lot of parking obviously,
- 10:40Speaker 1: well become a parking garage. There are people that live
- 10:43Speaker 1: around City Field. The traffic will be worse than ever.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Not to mention, you got LaGuardia right near there, so
- 10:49Speaker 1: the City Field will get its casino. The other one
- 10:53Speaker 1: is Bally was it was the Trump golf course in
- 10:57Speaker 1: the Bronx. What I forget what you call Throgsneck or
- 10:59Speaker 1: wherever that is. As soon as you come over the
- 11:01Speaker 1: throgs Neck bridge, there'll be a big casino there, and
- 11:06Speaker 1: that's the other one Aqueduct Aqueduct where there's already slot
- 11:10Speaker 1: machines and all that. You'll get a casino. That's three
- 11:13Speaker 1: casinos in New York. Now I don't really care. I
- 11:17Speaker 1: don't go to casinos. I don't really but I would
- 11:21Speaker 1: think this is very bad for Atlantic City, which is
- 11:24Speaker 1: not doing as well as they'd like. So what happens
- 11:28Speaker 1: is you lose your New York customers. If they got
- 11:30Speaker 1: three casinos they can go to here, they're not going
- 11:33Speaker 1: to Atlantic City. You know, a lot of people still
- 11:35Speaker 1: go to Las Vegas because it's a vacation. You're out
- 11:38Speaker 1: in the desert. It's a whole different environment. Atlantic City
- 11:41Speaker 1: is not exactly the most scenic. It's not exactly Paris,
- 11:44Speaker 1: so you don't need to go there. This will also
- 11:46Speaker 1: be bad for Mohegan's Sun and Foxwoods because I would
- 11:54Speaker 1: guess a lot of New York City people, but that's
- 11:56Speaker 1: probably not a major chunk of their business. Most of
- 11:58Speaker 1: their business probably from bar Providence, that sort of stuff.
- 12:02Speaker 1: But all three casinos were approved. They got to be
- 12:05Speaker 1: finally approved by the state whatever. But that should happen, Mom, Donnie, Hey,
- 12:13Speaker 1: the fire commissioner, as he was the first one to resign.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Robert Tucker, great guy, wonderful guy, and a very successful
- 12:20Speaker 1: guy in the private sector with a big company, so
- 12:22Speaker 1: he doesn't need to be the fire commissioner. You know,
- 12:24Speaker 1: a lot of these guys are public servants. They can't
- 12:27Speaker 1: do anything in the real world for a living, so
- 12:30Speaker 1: they cling to it. Not Tucker. He resigned right away
- 12:34Speaker 1: and didn't want to say much. But it's getting towards
- 12:36Speaker 1: the and he's leaving. Here's Tucker.
- 12:38Speaker 3: I believe that the things that I have heard the
- 12:41Speaker 3: mayor say would make it difficult for me to continue
- 12:46Speaker 3: on in such a senior executive role in the administration.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Yeah, so you hear more and more of this as
- 12:53Speaker 1: people leave the administration. The new people coming in are
- 12:56Speaker 1: for They all sound terrible on paper, they're awful. There
- 13:01Speaker 1: are most of them ex de Blasio people. So you
- 13:05Speaker 1: forget we went through this with Deblasio. Nobody remembers go back,
- 13:09Speaker 1: and I got to go back and look at all
- 13:11Speaker 1: this shows we were doing back then. It was the
- 13:13Speaker 1: same exact conversation just before Deblasio took office about all
- 13:17Speaker 1: these left wing KOOXI was appointing and all the crazy
- 13:21Speaker 1: people who was putting in and all the crazy ideas
- 13:23Speaker 1: he had, and he put in a traffic commissioner who
- 13:26Speaker 1: hates cars, and he put in a school person who
- 13:29Speaker 1: hates charter So it's the same thing we're doing going
- 13:31Speaker 1: through the same exact thing right now. In fact, it's
- 13:35Speaker 1: all identical. The one thing he did he put in
- 13:37Speaker 1: a one police commissioner everybody thought was good, which was
- 13:40Speaker 1: a Bill Bratton. That was the one good hire. He
- 13:44Speaker 1: put in Bill Bratton. Of course Bratton didn't last long.
- 13:49Speaker 1: And then between Deblasio and Eric Adams, we had more
- 13:54Speaker 1: police commissioners. You know, usually we're pretty stable on a
- 13:58Speaker 1: police commissioner, although Dinkin's and threw a bunch of them.
- 14:02Speaker 1: But then you had Ray Kelly, who was the greatest
- 14:06Speaker 1: police commissioner ever of all time and was the longest
- 14:10Speaker 1: serving I think it's I think eighteen years was the total.
- 14:13Speaker 1: I mean, he's Babe Ruth and he's Louke Garrigg in
- 14:17Speaker 1: that he had the like the longest longevity record, so
- 14:21Speaker 1: it was amazing. Then you got the Blasio. Eric Adams
- 14:24Speaker 1: was I can't even let's see if anybody can remember
- 14:26Speaker 1: all the commissioners, Bill Bratton, Dermott, Shay, who's the other guy,
- 14:33Speaker 1: James O'Neill. Then there was Keyshaw Suwell. Then there was
- 14:37Speaker 1: Eddie who was the police smier, Eddie Corone, Eddie Cardell.
- 14:42Speaker 1: I can't even remember them all. Then there was who's
- 14:44Speaker 1: that guy for about six months ex fed guy, nice guy,
- 14:49Speaker 1: McDermott whatever, No, not McDermott, Donnelly. He was a very
- 14:54Speaker 1: nice guy, but then he was gone. And then they
- 14:58Speaker 1: go right from that to Jessica Tish. I think we
- 15:01Speaker 1: had like eleven commissioners in two months. It was the
- 15:04Speaker 1: worst period for the NYPD, just all these changes going on.
- 15:08Speaker 1: So anyway, the Democrats we're talking with this before the
- 15:13Speaker 1: transformation the Democratic Party has gone through. If you went
- 15:15Speaker 1: back in, you know, ten years ago, it was like
- 15:19Speaker 1: Bill Clinton type Democrats. You know, we have a kind
- 15:23Speaker 1: of a liberal policy on taxes, on this, on that.
- 15:27Speaker 1: It went from that to totally insane, off the wall crazy.
- 15:31Speaker 1: They'll defend the National Guard shooter, they'll defend the drug
- 15:35Speaker 1: cartel boats. They'll defend illegal criminals all over New York,
- 15:40Speaker 1: you illegal aliens, the gang members, rape, they'll defend that.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I mean, just crazy and As we said, part of
- 15:48Speaker 1: the problem is the colleges went crazy over the decades,
- 15:51Speaker 1: going so far to the kooky socialist left. They became
- 15:55Speaker 1: in doctrination camps for these socialist communists. The other factor
- 16:00Speaker 1: was the Biden demonstration of the Democrats. Democrats have been
- 16:04Speaker 1: doing this for years, but the Biden wistration really went crazy,
- 16:07Speaker 1: letting in tens of millions of illegals Third world all
- 16:11Speaker 1: that tens of millions of illegals, because their research showed
- 16:16Speaker 1: that these people would vote nine out of ten would
- 16:18Speaker 1: vote Democratic. So if you'll let in twenty thirty million
- 16:21Speaker 1: of them, you can change elections. There will be all
- 16:23Speaker 1: these new Democratic voters. That was the plan, but like
- 16:28Speaker 1: most democratic things, it backfired on them entirely because, yeah,
- 16:31Speaker 1: they will vote Democratic, but not for establishment Democrats. Chuck
- 16:36Speaker 1: Schumer looks like an old dinosaur to them. They'll vote
- 16:39Speaker 1: for third world left wing kook type Montani types. They're
- 16:42Speaker 1: not going to vote for Kristen Gillibrand, they're not going
- 16:45Speaker 1: to vote for Bill Clinton. They're not going to vote
- 16:47Speaker 1: for any of these old fossils. They're going to vote
- 16:49Speaker 1: for a whole new breed of left wing crazy Democrats. Hey,
- 16:53Speaker 1: Miranda Divine will be with us in a few moments.
- 16:55Speaker 1: We'll take some calls. Next eight hundred three to two
- 16:58Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 17:02Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten
