  Speaker 1: What I love, love, love, love, love doing most is one-on-one sessions where I get to drop into a higher frequency to be able to deliver and open up space for other people so that they can receive the messages and any healing guidance that is available.

  Speaker 1: With that being said, I want to talk about how to receive, quote unquote, psychic information.

  Speaker 1: I have always been interested in the mystical, the esoteric.

  Speaker 1: I started going to see psychics and all the energy healers starting in my 20s and I have never had one reading from a psychic.

  Speaker 1: That has come completely true and I know now, still in my life, when I am really desperate to know what the hell is going on and I want the crystal ball.

  Speaker 1: When I go in those desperate moments and I schedule a psychic reading, they're still a part of me that knows that you know that these psychic predictions.

  Speaker 1: There is no crystal ball and really what I'm seeking is the voice that reminds me that if I just pause long enough and breathe and regroup and reconnect to the love inside and to the loving guidance that surrounds, then I will find my way, that the path will unfold as it needs to.

  Speaker 1: Tell me what my feature is.

  Speaker 1: You know like and I like to describe it this way the information that comes in is only going to give you the highest probability.

  Speaker 1: So, like if you are facing in the north direction, there is an overview of what is possible for you to experience if you continue to head north.

  Speaker 1: But the energy that comes in during the sessions reminds you that you can choose any way you want.

  Speaker 1: And if you reroute and you decide to head west, then all of these other opportunities unfold like magic ahead of you.

  Speaker 1: When you receive a quote, unquote, psychic reading, it is only reading the highest probability in your field.

  Speaker 1: At that point in time, I want you to remember that there is free will.

  Speaker 1: It's kind of like the cool thing about life and it is really also the part that self-included.

  Speaker 1: I need to be reminded of that the power lies within me, that I am co-creating with the universe, and that's a really kind of like drippy, drippy word, I think Co-create.

  Speaker 1: I might do a channel around that to get a little bit more clarity, because it is a buzzword as far as manifesting and co-creating and they're all real, but I think I can deepen maybe clarity around it.

  Speaker 1: But anyways, point being, when you're receiving psychic information, it is strongly encouraged to remember that you were only receiving what is the highest probability at that point in time, and the reason to search out, to seek out support, is number one.

  Speaker 1: Every time I get a reading, it just feels like I am, I feel lighter, I feel more empowered, I feel like I can make a stronger, more aligned choice for myself.

  Speaker 1: Ultimately, that's what I love to do in sessions for people, and I do say I am not a psychic who predicts the future.

  Speaker 1: It is also good to remember to use discernment.

  Speaker 1: I feel like sometimes, when the information is coming in, it is not to be truth telling but to push you to gain a deeper curiosity, that the information gets presented in a way so that you have a place to dive deep in.

  Speaker 1: Or maybe it's being brought in to challenge your belief system, so you can strengthen what it is that you align with or what it is that you want, or it kind of pushes you to question like is this a belief system that I believe in anymore, or is there room and an offering for something else here, something else being presented?

  Speaker 1: So always remembering that there is free will, free choice you are the co-creator and also to use discernment to question all of it.

  Speaker 1: I would also say to pay attention to how you feel when I am being used as a tool for love and loving guidance for other people.

  Speaker 1: The frequency for lack of a better word that runs through me is so it's beautiful.

  Speaker 1: It is like the closest that I can get to feeling the love vibration in my entire body, and it always serves as a reminder that we are all held.

  Speaker 1: We are all held in love.

  Speaker 1: That's the one thing I know for sure.

  Speaker 1: We are all held in love.

  Speaker 1: We are always guided.

  Speaker 1: I need to be reminded of that a lot because sometimes it does feel like a very hard solo journey, but the truth is, my whole entire path has been guided, and when I work with other people, the guides come in as well.

  Speaker 1: The information is always shown like a movie screen and it is completely different every single time.

  Speaker 1: Every reading is different, every team of guides comes in differently, all of them work Differently.

  Speaker 1: Sometimes, if I'm thinking that we need to do one thing, they're like no, no, no, we're going to start here.

  Speaker 1: So it's important to remember that everybody shows up in their gifts differently and that you will find the support that you need and the way that you need it.

  Speaker 1: I think that's all I got to say for now about how to receive energy, healing, energy work.

  Speaker 1: I think it's just really a beautiful opportunity to open up to a held space of love, guidance and an opportunity to See your life or see a situation from a higher perspective, a higher plane, and the guides are always kind of switching the script a little bit, encouraging you to see it from a different way, and it's always encouraged to feel your love, to feel the possibilities, and a reminder of the essence of who you are and what you've come to experience, accomplish and do.
