- 0:55SPEAKER_00: I'm honored to be on the journey with you, so let's get into it.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned Podcast.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: I hope you were having a beautiful week.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: A little bit of an update on what I've been up to behind the scenes in my week.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: On Tuesday, we had the specialist session in the collective with a soul contract reader.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Her name is Charlotte Milder, and it was insane.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: So I was introduced to soul contracts about 18 months ago.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: I saw Charlotte on TikTok and was immediately intrigued with what a soul contract is.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: So I asked her to come onto the podcast.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And on the podcast, she actually read out My Soul Contract, which I'll link in the show notes below.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: It's very, very interesting.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: And as she was reading My Soul Contract, I have never gained so much clarity about who I am, why I move through my life in the way that I do, why I think the way that I do, why I see certain patterns unfold, why I'm naturally good at certain things and not at others.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: And it was all written in this soul contract.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: And again, I was just so obsessed with the concept, so obsessed with the wisdom and the knowledge and the remembering that we could gain from this thing.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: And I just knew that I had to bring her into my client work.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: A quick side note, and I will try not to butcher this, but essentially your soul contract is the contract your soul set in place before you incarnated in human form in this lifetime.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: So before you became the person you are on earth, your soul decided who you were going to be.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: It decided the lessons you would learn in this lifetime, usually because you had unfinished business in a past life.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: It decided the soul purpose and the goals you would come here to achieve.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: It ensured that you had the talents to move through all of it.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: And it's written in this contract.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: It's really, really, really interesting.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, I brought her into the collective to do a reading for all of the women in the collective.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: So they got their soul contract blueprint, a 60-page blueprint explaining what their soul contract is, what it says, who they are, their goals, their purpose, their talents, all of it.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: And then she came into the collective on Tuesday and did a group workshop with all of us.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Again, just explaining more about the soul contract, how it all works, and individually read everybody's contract in our meeting.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: And it was so interesting and it was so great to see the women learn about this body of work and for them to also experience that level of clarity that I got the first time I was introduced to this work.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: So that was on Tuesday, and Charlotte is now just another incredible specialist that the women in the collective get access to.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And I say this a lot, but I'm so proud of what the collective has come to be.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Not only do you get access to a group of women who will expand the shit out of you and support you and celebrate you.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: Not only do you get to work alongside me, but you also get introduced and you get to work alongside people like Charlotte, who is a soul contract reader, human design, we have a health practitioner in there, all because what you create in your business will depend on who you are.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: So it makes sense.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: We need to know what your soul contract is, what your human design is.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: We need to ensure that your body is optimized to sustain the level of output required to make the kind of money you want to make.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I'm just really proud of all of the work we are doing in the collective.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: So, anyways, that was on Tuesday.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: We also booked the hotel for the client or the immersion in the collective.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: We are back at the Mondrian in November, and I cannot wait for the women in the collective to experience that weekend.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: It's the most bougie, elegant, beautiful weekend, but also the most transformational weekend.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Every time we finish up those weekends, the women who come along quite literally say, I am not the same person I was when I arrived here and checked in on Friday.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: We do a lot of subconscious reprogramming work.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: I bring in a breath work facilitator, I bring a panel up, and it's just a level of expansion because we are there in person, 21 stories high, looking over the ocean, that you cannot experience anywhere else.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: So we have that in November, and again, we locked in the hotel for that, and so that was very exciting.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: And then I met some new faces in the private lounge this week.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: So the private lounge is an opportunity to meet with me one-on-one as part of the new masterclass La Maison.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: So La Maison is all about helping you become a luxury brand with high-end services that clients seek out, and then the private lounge taxon, a private one-on-one meeting with me, so that we can take a look at what needs to shift within yourself and within your business for you to make more money, essentially.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: I give you a subconscious reprogramming protocol because, again, you will only earn in proportion to who you are, and then we take a look at your business.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: So your services, your prices, your content, your visibility strategies, just to ensure that everything you are doing is high-end and therefore will attract in a client looking for high-end services and who have the money to invest in a high-level service.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: So, yes, that's the private lounge.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: I will say we have just over one more week left of that being open.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: So if you would like to schedule a one-on-one meeting with me inside the private lounge, I will link that in the show notes below.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: We are only doing this for the next week.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Like I said, you will get the one-on-one meeting with me to schedule over the next couple of months, as well as access to La Maison.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, a really cool opportunity for us to work together.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: So that's been the week.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: And on Tuesday, I actually had a moment where I was like, holy shit, what do you mean my workday has looked like facilitating a sole contract reading for a group of women, booking a luxury hotel for my client retreat, and then planning today's podcast episode where I'm sitting here helping you become supernatural?
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: What is life?
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: It's so cool that we get to be and create whatever it is that we want.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: And I just think in those moments, what do you mean?
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: I used to be a lawyer working in an office with no windows, documenting what I did every six minutes.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Like, holy shit, what a pivot.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: What a pivot.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Which is actually somewhat the topic of today's episode.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: Helping you become supernatural, but also explaining how I got into this work and the insane growth I've been able to create in my business in quite a short amount of time because I understand the fact that our business or our income will always match our subconscious identity.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: And I know how to reprogram my subconscious.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: I know how to upgrade the energetic broadcast that I am sending out in any given moment in my business.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I just wanted to talk to that today.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: I wanted to talk more to it.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: And all of this was actually sparked at a keynote that I did a few weeks ago.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: So I spoke at the Inspired Founders event in Brisbane and I was invited to come and speak on subconscious reprogramming.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: And I kicked off my keynote by explaining how I was introduced to this body of work and then what actually changed in my life once I implemented the principles we will be going through today.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: And I kind of thought it would be cool to rehash that for the podcast today.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: If we have a new listener or if you haven't heard this in a little while, just to show you what actually happens when you do run your business by bringing in subconscious reprogramming and energetic mastery.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: So, like I shared at the event, I grew up on 40 acres and our weekends were spent competing at horse shows.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: I used to be a barrel racer, believe it or not, and it became a running joke that our family would always get second place.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: So it was my dad, myself, my brother, and my sister who would ride at these shows.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: And we were pretty good.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: But like I said, we would always get second place.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And it became a part of our identity that we are the family that always get second place.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And if you walk into my dad's shed now, around the bar, he has all of our second place ribbons.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: Like as far as the eye can see, red ribbons just hanging up everywhere.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: So this whole second place thing was something that was embedded.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: But as a young child, I didn't think anything of it.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: The second part of my upbringing that I shared was we sat around the dinner table each night.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: The rule was you're not allowed to leave the dinner table until everybody has finished their dinner.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: And the conversation usually would be my dad telling my brother to tackle around the legs at the next football game, and telling me and my sister to get good grades, go to university, and get into the public service so that we can earn a salary of 100k.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Again, didn't think much of it.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Usual childhood, amazing.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: The second memory or the second part of my childhood that I shared during this keynote was the fact that my dad had his own business and my mom was a stay-at-home mum.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: And because of that, we got our money from dad somewhat.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: And so I have memories of going into my dad's shop and mum asking him for money so that we could go and get the groceries or go into the mall and buy some clothes, do whatever we wanted to do.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: And so dad would hand over cash, mum would put it in her wallet, we would go into the shops, buy whatever we needed to buy.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And I remember having moments where me or my brother or sister would ask if we could buy something, and mum would say no, because we have no money left.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: And obviously that meant no money in cash form in her wallet, not we actually have no money.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: But the way I took that was we quite literally have no more money.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: So, anyways, these were just moments in my childhood that I didn't think much of at the time.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: I did end up getting really good grades at school, as most of you know.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: I went to law school and then became a lawyer, and I worked as a personal injury lawyer for seven years for a national firm here in Queensland.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: And so it was a dream come true until it was not, until one day I decided that this life that I was building was so far from the life that I truly wanted to live.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: And it was mostly because it lacked freedom, which is a huge value of mine, not just freedom of time, but freedom with my income and freedom within myself to be able to do the kind of work that I was put here to do, which is all in my soul contract.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: And what I will say very quickly is me being a mentor, having a podcast, writing emails, writing captions, sprinkling my knowledge and wisdom with the world in the way that I do is exactly the kind of work I was put here to do.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: So I'm living out my soul contract, we are back on path.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, decided I didn't want to do law.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: I decided I wanted to work for myself.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: I won't go into this too much, but my first pursuit in the entrepreneurial space was in network marketing.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: And I worked my butt off to grow that business.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: So many hours, so many blood, sweat, and tears went into growing that business and it never really took off.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: Eventually I asked the question: what in me is blocking the growth of this business?
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: Just like the universe does, it presented me with the book called Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: And the concepts in that book are you don't get what you do, you get who you are.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: What I was doing and what I wanted was to be a self-employed entrepreneur making money online while I traveled the world.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: Who I was was this little girl that got told just go and get a job and earn a 100k salary, and you always get second place.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: So there was a huge discrepancy between who I was and the subconscious identity that had been embedded in me through years of programming and what I wanted.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: So the work no longer was about how hard or how much more can I do, but more about who can I become.
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: And this is such a pattern I see in women in business.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: They focus on output when they need to focus on becoming someone different, which is the whole purpose of today's episode.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: So I knew the work was was on myself, and I poured myself into subconscious reprogramming after that book.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: I was then introduced to Becoming Supernatural, which is the book we are going through today.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: And much like that first one, so many aha moments, it just made so much sense.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: We are a program of our past, and we don't get what we do, we get who we are.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: So I poured myself into this work, not just doing the work on myself, but truly studying it.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: And I have becoming supernatural in front of me today.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: And I was just flicking through all of the pages and highlighted it and I've taken notes.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: This is how my brain works.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: So I didn't just dabble in this work, I studied it.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: I became a thought leader in this body of work.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: And because I was doing that, I then started this brand and it grew very, very quickly because I was doing the subconscious reprogramming work that is required in order to create the results that I wanted to.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: And within the first year, from year to year, we experienced 900% revenue growth.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: The podcast started charting across the world, and we became a global brand with clients currently in eight different countries.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: So the work worked, and I just became obsessed with more women understanding how to upgrade their subconscious identity to create the life that they want instead of continuing to be frustrated and disappointed because they are maxed out in terms of output and they're still not living out the reality that they imagine every single day.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: So, yes, that's how I got introduced to the subconscious mind, and becoming supernatural was a huge, huge part of that.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: And as I've mentioned, I actually have the book here with me today, and the whole episode today is just going to be me reading out my favorite concepts from this book and explaining my take on the concepts and the results I've been able to create because I truly understand these concepts.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Now, just quickly before we get into becoming supernatural and reading out the book, I just want to share a study and I want to share this study just so that you truly understand, just in case you are still on the fence with how much your brain actually influences the results you see in your business.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: I just want to talk to this study.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: So, this particular study was conducted in the 70s by two neuroscientists, and they took two groups of kittens, and these kittens were raised in a complete dark room for the first five months of their life, except for two hours in the day, they were brought out into a room.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: Group A, so the kittens in group A came out into this room, but they were only exposed to vertical lines.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: So they were essentially in a cylinder with just vertical lines.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: Group B, those kittens, when they were brought out for two hours in the day, they were shown only horizontal lines.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: After five months, the kittens were then put into a normal room with the tables and chairs and toys.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: And what they observed was the kittens that only saw vertical lines for the first five months of their life, did not see or observe or participate in anything that was horizontal.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: For example, they were getting one of those kitten toys and waving it horizontally, and the kitten quite literally did not engage, did not see, it was like it did not exist.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: But when they waved this toy vertically, they started playing with the toy.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: The other group that only saw horizontal lines kept running into table legs and chair legs because they are obviously vertical.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Their brain was not seeing the vertical legs because they didn't have the neural pathway in their brain to see either vertical or horizontal because they hadn't been exposed to it.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: After the five months and being in a normal setting, their brains began to shift and they started to see either vertical or horizontal and participate in the full spectrum of this room.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: This study confirms that your brain is essentially molded based on your experience.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: And so this is why the first question I ask my clients is tell me about your childhood.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: Tell me about your upbringing, because that's what you have been exposed to, therefore, that's all your brain knows.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: And while you may not have lived in a box with just horizontal lines, you did live in a box that looked like sitting around the dinner table every night being told money doesn't grow on trees, people with money are greedy, jobs like that never take off, careers like that don't work, just go and do this instead, don't waste your time with this.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: You also watched how money was made.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Again, in my instance, I never watched my mum earn her own money, and you get your money mindset from your female guardian.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: So just let that land.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: You can imagine the amount of work I've had to do on my money mindset because in my brain, men make the money.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: In my brain, we are the the females in the house and we take care of the house and we cook and we clean and we raise children.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: Even though I didn't want that, I wanted to be a career woman making my own money.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: My brain, just like these kittens, hadn't seen that, and therefore the neural pathways in my brain did not exist with respect to that identity.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: So your brain matters in business, it matters before anything else, and you could continue to bust your ass posting trial reels, following that strategy, tweaking your branding, doing more.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: But if your brain doesn't have the neural pathways for you to create or for you to be the person you need to be in order to create the life that you want, you will keep hitting the wall.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: No matter how good you are at what you do, no matter how hard you try.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: Your income is always proportionate to your subconscious identity.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: And your subconscious identity is whatever was normal for you growing up, whatever was familiar, whatever you saw, whatever you heard, whatever you observed, whatever you experienced.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: So your brain matters.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: So let's get to work on this whole becoming supernatural thing.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: And like I said, I actually have the book here in front of me, and I want to read certain pages verbatim just so that you can really hear these concepts, how we need you to hear them, so that you not only understand them, but you know where the work lies for you.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: So the first concept, or my by the way, these are my favorite concepts.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: This book is over 300 pages long.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: We'd be here forever if I went through it all.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend reading it, by the way.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: But I just want to share my favorite concepts and the ones that have really stuck by me and the concepts that have created the kind of growth in my career that I just shared and now create the growth my clients experience every single day.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: So the first concept is if you don't go beyond who you think you are and the way you have been conditioned to believe the world works, it's not possible to create a new life or a new destiny.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: So, like I just said before, you could continue to be the hardest worker in your Industry.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: You could continue to perfect the strategy, but it's not possible for you to create a new life if you don't go beyond who you think you are.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: This is the subconscious identity.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: So on the surface, you may think you are this person capable of creating the levels of wealth you want to see in your business.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: But if you aren't yet seeing it, the opposite is actually true.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: And you are still showing up with an identity in contrast to the identity you would need to have in order to create the new life.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: So let me just read that once more before we go into this a little bit further.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: If you don't go beyond who you think you are and the way you have been conditioned to believe the world works, it's not possible to create a new life or a new destiny.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: So what this first concept is highlighting is who you are matters.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: And again, you don't get what you do, you get who you are.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: So who you are is the thoughts you are having, the emotions you are feeling, and ultimately the state of being that you are in as you move through your life.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: Now, this is where I want to turn to the book, and I actually want to pull out verbatim what is said in Becoming Supernatural when it does come to your thoughts and the influence your thoughts and emotional state do have on the results you are seeing in your business.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: So let's take a look at what happens biochemically inside your body when you think a thought and feel an emotion.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: When you think a thought or have a memory, a biochemical reaction begins in your brain, causing the brain to release certain chemical signals.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: That's how immaterial thoughts literally become matter.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: They become chemical messengers.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: These chemical signals make your body feel exactly the way you were just thinking.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: Once you notice you are feeling a particular way, then you generate more thoughts equal to how you're feeling, and then you release more chemicals from your brain to make you feel the way you've been thinking.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: For example, if you have a fearful thought, you start to feel fear.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: The moment you feel fear, that emotion influences how you think.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: Now you are thinking fearful thoughts, and those thoughts trigger the release of even more chemicals in the brain and body that make you continue to feel fear.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: The next thing you know, you get caught in a loop where your thinking creates feeling and your feeling creates thinking.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: If thoughts are the vocabulary of the brain and feelings are the vocabulary of the body, and the cycle of how you think and feel becomes your state of being, then your entire state of being is in the past.
- 24:39SPEAKER_00: And this is why Dr.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: Joe Dispenza often says the brain is a product of the past, which means the business results you are creating is a product of your past.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: I now want to pull the page that actually breaks this down even further in terms of what this looks like for you on a day-to-day basis.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: And I remember when I read this, I was like, holy shit, again, I think I'm creating something new by behaving differently and doing new things in my day.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: But who I am is exactly who I was yesterday, and who I am is exactly who I've always been.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: So again, let me turn to the pages of the book.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: So now let's look at what that means for you on a day-to-day basis.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Given what you just learned about feelings and emotions being the chemical end products of your past events, the moment you wake up in the morning and search for the familiar feeling called you, you are starting your day in the past.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: So when you start to think about your problems, those problems, which are connected to the memories of past experiences of different people or things at certain times and places, create familiar feelings such as unhappiness, sadness, pain, grief, anxiety, worry, frustration, unworthiness, or guilt.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: If those emotions are driving your thoughts and you cannot think greater than how you feel, then you are also thinking in the past.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: And if those familiar emotions influence the choices you are going to make that day, the behaviors you're going to exhibit, or the experiences you are going to create for yourself, then you're going to appear predictable and your life is going to stay the same.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Now let's say after you wake up, you turn off your alarm, and as you lie there in bed, you check your Facebook, your Instagram, your WhatsApp, your Twitter, your texts, your emails, and then the news.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Now you are really remembering who you are as you reaffirm your personality and connect to your past, present, personal reality.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Then you go to the bathroom, you use the toilet, brush your teeth, take a shower, get dressed, and then head for the kitchen.
- 26:45SPEAKER_00: You drink some coffee and eat breakfast.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: Maybe you watch the news or check your email again.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: It's the same routine you follow every day.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: Then you drive to work using the same old route, and when you get there, you interact with the same co-workers you saw the day before.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: You spend your day performing pretty much the same duties you performed yesterday.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: You might even react to the same challenges at work with the same emotions.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: Then after work, you drive home.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: Maybe you stop at the same grocery store and buy the food you like and always eat.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: You cook the same food for dinner and watch the same television show at the same time while sitting in the same place in your living room.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: Then you get ready for bed in the same way you always do.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: You brush your teeth with your right hand starting from the upper right side of your mouth and you crawl into the same side of the bed.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: Maybe you read a little and then you go to sleep.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: If you keep doing these same routines over and over again, they will become a habit.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: A habit is a redundant set of automatic unconscious thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that you acquire through frequent repetition.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: Basically, it means your body is now an autopilot, running a series of programs, and over time your body becomes the mind.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: You've done this routine so many times that your body automatically knows how to do certain things better than your brain or conscious mind.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: You just switch on the autopilot and go unconscious, which means you'll wake up the next morning and essentially do the same things all over again.
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: In a very real sense, your body is dragging you into the same predictable future based on what you have been repetitively doing in the same familiar past.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: You will think the same thoughts and then make the same choices that lead to the same behaviors that create the same experiences that produce the same emotions.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: Over time, you've created a set of hardwired neurological networks in the brain and you have emotionally conditioned your body to live in the past and that past becomes your future.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: How are we feeling on the other side of all of this?
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: Are you realizing why your income hasn't been growing?
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Are you realizing why, even though you have been making decent money, your lifestyle looks how your parents' lifestyle looked?
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: Are you realizing why you keep seeing the same patterns when it comes to clients, relationships, friendships?
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Are you realizing why life has stayed the same?
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: Because you are just a program of your past.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: So this is exactly why nothing new is dropping into your life.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: No new amount of money, no new kind of client, no new opportunity.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: It's why life for you has stayed the same for some time.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: Your mind and body are in the known, the same predictable future based on what you did in the same familiar past.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: And in that known familiar, there is no room for possibility.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: Because everything is so set in stone to look exactly like it did yesterday.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: There is quite literally no space for new opportunity and new possibility.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: One of the first things I ask my client, if they come to me and say, I'm doing the things and nothing new is dropping in, I say, What size bucket are you operating your business from?
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: So many women in business are trying to collect four liters of water with a one-liter bucket.
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: So many women in business are wanting possibility to find them, but they are predicting everything.
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: There is no room for possibility.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: How can possibility find you when you are so fixated on trying to control the outcome?
- 30:23SPEAKER_00: So we need to open up and we need to allow room for possibility.
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: The second concept I want to talk about is the influence your thoughts and emotions have on your reality because it creates what we call an electromagnetic field.
- 30:39SPEAKER_00: Now your thoughts send out an electric charge of information.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: These are the thoughts that you have repetitively, also the words you say, they are signals.
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: They send out an electric charge.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: So thoughts send out an electric charge of information, and then your feelings magnetize whatever you were just thinking about towards you.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: Side note, if you are thinking about the lack, you create more lack.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: If you are thinking about that client not getting back to you, that client won't get back to you.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: If you are thinking about your income not growing, your income won't grow.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: You experience what you just thought about because the emotion will draw it to you.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: So your thoughts send out the electric charge, emotions magnetize it to you.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: The combination of your thought and emotion creates what we call your electromagnetic field.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: This can be measured.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: If we had a special machine, we could actually measure and gain information from the electromagnetic field that is surrounding your body in this given moment.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: And let's actually just stop, no matter where you are right now, as you are listening to this podcast episode.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: Just imagine and feel that field around you right now.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: It's pulsating, it's alive, and it's around you as we speak.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: The information within that electromagnetic field will come down to your dominant thoughts, your dominant emotional state, which tells us the broadcast.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: So your thoughts and emotions matter so much.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: Hopefully, you're picking up on that by now.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: So, on that, let me turn back to the book, page 34.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: So if we are recreating the past day after day, thinking the same thoughts and feeling the same emotions, we are broadcasting this same electromagnetic field over and over again, sending out the same energy with the same message.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: From the perspective of energy and information, this means the same energy of our past continues to carry the same information, which then keeps creating the same future.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: Our energy then is essentially equal to our past.
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: The only way we can change our life is if we change our energy.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: To change the electromagnetic field, we are constantly broadcasting.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: In other words, to change our state of being, we have to change how we think and how we feel.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: So the homework from that concept is to become obsessed with what you are thinking about, how you are feeling, and asking the question: is this going to create the outcome I want or maintain my past?
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: Essentially, what this is telling us is your thoughts need to be greater than your past.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: Your emotional state needs to be greater than your current circumstances.
- 33:33SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, if your energy is equal to your current reality, you will maintain it and you'll recreate it day in and day out.
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it's very obvious you need to change your thoughts and change your feelings.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: So to help you with that, I'm going to share three steps that have been pulled from becoming supernatural that you can follow step by step to ensure that you are changing your energy, creating possibility, not maintaining your past.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: The first step is changing your focus.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: You must detach from the parts of your life that you don't want to maintain in order to create new possibility.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: And when we talk about this whole idea of detaching from the parts of your life that you don't want to maintain, I again want to turn back to the book and just read exactly what Dr.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: Jodis Spencer says on this.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: I'm looking at page 50.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: So he says, where attention goes, energy flows.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: Since where you place your attention is where you place your energy.
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: When you wake up in the morning and immediately start putting your attention and energy on all of the people you have to see that day, the places you have to go, the objects you own, and the things you have to do in the three-dimensional world, your energy becomes fractured.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: All of your creative energy is flowing away from you.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: And since now most of that energy is directed towards the outer material world, it begs the question: how much energy do you have left in your inner world of thoughts and feelings to create a new reality?
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: And so what Dr.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: Jodispenzer is saying here is you need to detach your focus from the parts of your life that you no longer want to maintain.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: So again, if you are finding that so much of your thoughts and feelings are consumed by lack and scarcity and frustration and guilt, you will simply create more experiences that are on that same frequency.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: We need to detach our focus from the parts of our life that we don't want and redirect our focus to a new destiny.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: Now, again, I want to turn back to the book where he talks about this whole concept of detaching your focus.
- 35:42SPEAKER_00: He says, I'm not saying that your cell phone or your laptop or your car or your bank account is bad, but when you're overly attached to those things and they've captured your attention to such a degree that you can't get beyond thinking about them because of the strong emotions you associate with them, those possessions own you.
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: And then you can't create something new.
- 36:03SPEAKER_00: The only way to do that is to learn to call all of that fractured energy back so you can overcome the emotions of survival that you have been addicted to and that keep all of your energy bound to your past, present reality.
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: Once you take your attention off all of those exterior elements, you start to weaken your energetic and emotional bonds with those things, and you can finally begin to free up enough available energy to create a new future.
- 36:32SPEAKER_00: And that's going to require you to become aware of where you've been unconsciously placing your attention.
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: And like separating the two atoms, it's also going to take some energy to consciously break those bonds.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: So we need to detach your focus and direct it to possibility and to the future you actually want to create.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: Which leads us to step number two, which is mental rehearsal.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: Obviously, in order to create a new future, you have to define that new future.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: And then you need to focus on the future more than you are focusing on your past, present reality and the circumstances and the experience that make that up.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: So mental rehearsal is something that I talk about a lot on the podcast.
- 37:14SPEAKER_00: I have linked my mental rehearsal meditation, which has been inspired by Dr.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: Joe Dispenser.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: Highly recommend you go and grab that along with the sleep meditation.
- 37:23SPEAKER_00: But I now want to talk to the concept of mental rehearsal and why it is the most powerful practice you will incorporate to shift your focused attention and therefore shift your energy and therefore shift your life.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: Now, to kick off the mental rehearsal part of the podcast, I actually want to share two studies that have been conducted that confirm the power of mental rehearsal and how much you can create your life just by dedicating 10 minutes per day.
- 37:53SPEAKER_00: So the first study was conducted by a team of Harvard researchers and they took a group of volunteers who had never before played the piano and divided the group in half.
- 38:03SPEAKER_00: One half practiced a simple five-figure piano exercise for two hours a day over a period of five days.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: The remaining half did the same thing, but just by imagining they were sitting at the piano without physically moving their fingers in any way.
- 38:19SPEAKER_00: The before and after brain scans showed that both groups created a dramatic number of new neural circuits and new neurological programming in the region of their brains that controls finger movements, even though one group did so by thought alone.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: Their brain literally upgraded to look like they had been physically playing the piano when they did not.
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: Think about that for a second.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: The people who mentally rehearsed the actions had brains that looked like the experience had already happened, even though they never lifted a finger.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: If you were to put them in front of a piano after five days of mental rehearsal, many of them would be able to play the exercise they imagined pretty well, even though they had never before touched the piano.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: By mentally imagining the activity every day, they installed the neurological hardware in preparation for the experience.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: So if you want to create a new reality, you need to first prime your brain so that you can do so.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: And again, this is why I always encourage you to mentally rehearse seeing that income level, mentally rehearse leading a brand of that size, mentally rehearse being on that stage.
- 39:37SPEAKER_00: See the future you want to create ahead of it to prime the brain so that the brain now looks like you have already experienced it.
- 39:45SPEAKER_00: And when that happens, it means you now have the neural pathways in your brain.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: Now you have the brain of a seven-figure entrepreneur.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: Now you have the brain of a global keynote speaker.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: Now you have the brain of whatever it is that you want to do.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: And when you have the brain, it shifts your thoughts, it shifts your feelings, it shifts your energetic broadcast, and now it changes your life.
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: Your life now is in accordance with the new brain that you have just created.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: What the hell?
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: We get the opportunity to do this in our homes for 10 minutes a day.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: Okay, the next study I want to share is quite similar.
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: Was conducted at the Cleveland Clinic.
- 40:21SPEAKER_00: They took 10 research subjects between the age of 20 and 35 and had them imagine flexing one of their biceps as hard as they could in five training sessions a week for 12 weeks.
- 40:34SPEAKER_00: So not actually flexing their bicep muscle, simply imagining flexing their bicep muscle.
- 40:42SPEAKER_00: Over five training sessions a week for 12 weeks.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: Every other week, the researchers recorded the subject's electrical brain activity during their sessions and measured their muscle strength.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: By the end of the study, the subjects had increased their bicep strength by 13.5%.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: Even though they hadn't actually moved their arm, didn't touch a single weight, did not even move their arm.
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: They simply imagined flexing their bicep and they created more muscle.
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: And then the research has said they maintained this gain for three months after the training sessions stop.
- 41:21SPEAKER_00: Training sessions, in quote, them sitting there imagining flexing their biceps.
- 41:26SPEAKER_00: They maintained muscle growth for three months after doing that.
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: Like, what the hell?
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: Are you just falling off your seat like I am?
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: So they are the two studies I wanted to share because it just goes to show make time for mental rehearsal.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Prime your brain so that you can actually create the things you actually want to see in your business.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, now that you are convinced that mental rehearsal is a practice you should be consistent with, I want to quickly run through how to do it, what's actually happening and why it's so important.
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: So, pretty much we've just seen from those studies, you are creating new neural pathways in your brain.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: Now, when I was reading this book for the second time, it really emphasized how important it is to do this work before you go into something new in the business.
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna use the example of a launch, whether you are a coach and you are launching a program or you are running a campaign and you're heading into some kind of launch.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: But before you head into a launch, it is so important to mentally rehearse how you want that launch to play out first so that you can create the new neural pathway.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, your brain will look for a neural pathway that has already been created, but could be quite limiting, which will create limiting results.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: Here's what I mean by that.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: And actually, I'll turn back to the book to read exactly what I mean by that.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: Okay, you know how before I mentioned each time you repetitively have a thought, you create the neural pathway accordingly in your brain.
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: This part of the book explains that you have a neural pathway for all of the parts of your life that are familiar.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: So you have a neurological network about your boss, a neurological network about money, a neurological network about your partner, a neurological network about your kids, for your financial situation, for your house, for all of your physical world possessions, anything that you have in your life, you have or and has been there for some time and is a past memory, you have already a neural pathway for it.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: Now, going back to what I was saying before about how important it is to mentally rehearse the outcome before you head into it, it's because if you don't create a new neural pathway in connection with the outcome, the desired outcome, your brain will revert back to using one that already exists.
- 43:49SPEAKER_00: Now, for example, if you are heading into a launch and you have a particular income goal and you haven't created a new neural pathway that would create that income.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Income goal, your brain is going to use one that already exists in accordance with money.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: And what that could read as is money doesn't grow on trees, people with money are greedy, you have to work really hard in order to make a lot of money.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: Someone like you doesn't make that kind of money, we aren't rich like then.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: Whatever the programming around money has been, when you head into that launch, if there is no neural pathway for it to use, your brain to use, it will search for the old one that already exists.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: And that old one that already exists is super limiting.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: Now you are running your launch based on a limiting money program that has no choice but to create a limiting money outcome.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: And like I said, when I read the book for the second time, that just made even more sense.
- 44:50SPEAKER_00: Don't just wing things, don't just head into a launch, don't just head into a campaign, don't just get up and just head into something without first identifying what is the outcome you want to see as a result of doing this, and then prime your brain to be able to create it.
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: You need to create a more positive neural pathway in the brain, otherwise, it will default and use the ones that already exist, which are, as we've just mentioned, very limiting, which is why you keep seeing limiting results in your business.
- 45:21SPEAKER_00: So mentally rehearse.
- 45:23SPEAKER_00: Again, I have linked one in the show notes below.
- 45:25SPEAKER_00: It goes for 15 minutes.
- 45:26SPEAKER_00: Simply just listen to that every single morning and you will do this work.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: The final concept I want to talk about is what Dr.
- 45:33SPEAKER_00: Joe Dispenser calls the quantum field and how, in order to create new possibility, we have to become no one in no time, in no place.
- 45:45SPEAKER_00: And so here's what he means by that.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Okay, page 63.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: Now let's back it up a bit and look at how scientists came to discover the quantum universe, which happened when they began studying the subatomic world.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: They found that atoms, the building blocks of everything in the physical universe, are made up of nucleus surrounded by a large field containing one or more electrons.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: This field is so large in comparison with the tiny electrons that it appears to be 99.999999999% empty space.
- 46:16SPEAKER_00: But as you just read, the space isn't actually empty.
- 46:20SPEAKER_00: It's made up of a vast array of energetic frequencies that make up an invisible, interconnected field of information.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: So everything in our known universe, although it may appear to be solid, is actually 99.99999% energy or information.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: In fact, most of the energy is made up of this empty space.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: Matter is a tiny small component in relation to the immense space of nothing physical.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: And it goes on to say that researchers soon discovered that the electrons that move around in that vast field behave in a completely unpredictable manner.
- 46:56SPEAKER_00: They don't appear to be subject to the same laws that govern matter in our larger universe.
- 47:01SPEAKER_00: They're here in one moment and then gone the next, and it's impossible to predict where and when the electrons will appear.
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: That's because, as the researchers eventually discovered, the electrons exist simultaneously in an infinite number of possibilities or probabilities.
- 47:16SPEAKER_00: It is only when an observer focuses his or her attention and looks for some thing material that the invisible field of energy and information collapses into a particle we know as the electron.
- 47:29SPEAKER_00: This is called collapsing the wave function or quantum event.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: But as soon as the observer looks away, no longer observing the electron and taking his or her mind off the subatomic matter, it disappears back into energy.
- 47:44SPEAKER_00: In other words, that particle of physical matter can't exist until we observe it, give it our attention.
- 47:51SPEAKER_00: And the moment we're no longer putting our attention on it, it turns back into energy and into possibility.
- 47:58SPEAKER_00: The whole point of this episode, you have to be mindful about where you are placing your attention because you will turn it into matter.
- 48:06SPEAKER_00: So, what all of this means is if you are viewing your life from the same level of mind every single day, anticipating a future based on your past, you are collapsing infinite fields of energy into the same patterns of information called your life.
- 48:23SPEAKER_00: For example, if you wake up and you think, Where's my pain, your familiar pain soon appears because you expected it to be there?
- 48:31SPEAKER_00: Or if you wake up and think, Where's my money?
- 48:34SPEAKER_00: Your lack of money soon appears.
- 48:37SPEAKER_00: Or if you wake up and think that client still hasn't got back to me, you will soon see that that client hasn't got back to you.
- 48:44SPEAKER_00: Your attention is creating your reality.
- 48:48SPEAKER_00: So then, knowing that we are constantly playing with the quantum field and we are the ones observing possibility into matter, we need to learn how to access the quantum field and then rearrange that possibility into matter that we actually want to experience or that we actually want to live as our reality.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: So I again want to turn back to the pages to explain exactly what that means.
- 49:12SPEAKER_00: So he says, when you walk through the door to the quantum field, which that meditation I've linked below will get you to do, you can't enter as somebody.
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: You have to enter as nobody, as only an awareness or a consciousness, a thought or a possibility, leaving behind everything else in the physical world and living only in the present moment.
- 49:33SPEAKER_00: Once we slip into the present moment and become aware of this infinite field of information where there is nothing physical, this eternal void, and once we no longer analyze or think about anybody, anyone, anything, any place, or any time, we are no longer activating those different compartments of neural networks in our brain.
- 49:53SPEAKER_00: And as we move our awareness from narrow focus on matter, such as objects, people, places, bodies, and time in our external environment and instead open our focus and become aware of the vastness of this infinite blackness by putting our attention on nothing, on space and on energy and information, our brains begin to change.
- 50:14SPEAKER_00: The different compartments that we were subdivided now start to unify and move towards coherent whole brain state.
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: And then once you have become pure consciousness, just energy, and you enter the quantum field where all possibilities exist, you now get to turn one or more of those potentials into reality.
- 50:34SPEAKER_00: And you do that by doing two things.
- 50:37SPEAKER_00: Number one, setting a clear intention, and number two, experiencing an elevated emotion.
- 50:42SPEAKER_00: So your clear intention is exactly what it sounds like.
- 50:45SPEAKER_00: You have to get clear on what it is you want to create, getting as specific as possible, and describe it in detail.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: Side note, you will be so surprised the amount of women that come to me and they want to create change, but they don't even know what that change looks like, or they haven't got specific enough.
- 51:03SPEAKER_00: So many women have vague goals and it's why you create vague outcomes.
- 51:07SPEAKER_00: You don't just want a new client, you want an ideal client paying you top dollar who is a dream to work with.
- 51:13SPEAKER_00: You don't just want more money, you want X amount per month moving through your business, or to get paid X amount.
- 51:20SPEAKER_00: We need to be specific.
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: So the clear intention is number one as you enter the field.
- 51:25SPEAKER_00: Once you've done that, you have to combine that intention with an elevated emotion.
- 51:30SPEAKER_00: So you have to tap into the feeling you anticipate you will have when you manifest your intent and then feel the emotion ahead of the experience.
- 51:39SPEAKER_00: Again, the meditation below will walk you through exactly how to do that.
- 51:43SPEAKER_00: And then once you have your clear intention and you are experiencing the emotions you would experience if you had already manifested that intent, you are now sending out a new electromagnetic signal.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: And when there is a vibrational match between your energy and any potential that already exists in the unified field, you begin to draw that new experience to you.
- 52:05SPEAKER_00: It will find you as you become the vortex to your future.
- 52:10SPEAKER_00: So in that way, you don't have to work to bring what you want to manifest to you.
- 52:16SPEAKER_00: And you don't have to go anywhere to get it.
- 52:20SPEAKER_00: You have to become pure consciousness and change your energy, which is that electromagnetic signal you are broadcasting, and then you will draw that future experience right to you.
- 52:31SPEAKER_00: How magical is this stuff?
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's what you need to do.
- 52:35SPEAKER_00: That's how you enter the quantum field, that's what you do when you are in the quantum field, and that's what you can expect once you are creating through energy and not through force.
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: And what I love about all of that is whatever you desire already exists as an energetic potential in this given moment.
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: The energetic potential is there, buzzing around your left ear as we speak.
- 52:58SPEAKER_00: It's already there, it already exists.
- 53:01SPEAKER_00: You don't need to go out and create it, you don't need to go out and get it.
- 53:06SPEAKER_00: You need to tune into the frequency to draw it to you.
- 53:10SPEAKER_00: You need to be on the same energetic wavelength as that potential to draw it to you.
- 53:16SPEAKER_00: And again, when I started to imagine my desires in that way, not being something physical out there, but rather an energetic potential buzzing off to my left or right ear.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: And I just need to tune into it and then draw it to me.
- 53:29SPEAKER_00: So much of my life began to change.
- 53:31SPEAKER_00: And then I just want to finish this episode by saying obviously the key is to keep doing this.
- 53:37SPEAKER_00: So don't just mentally rehearse a scene once and then go back to living as you always have, forcing and pushing things into existence.
- 53:48SPEAKER_00: You have to maintain this new state of being.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: Because once you are in a new state of being, broadcasting a new electromagnetic signature, you now remember your future before it happens and you begin to draw it to you.
- 54:03SPEAKER_00: So I want you to surrender your creation to a greater mind and plant a seed in the infinite field of possibilities and start creating, drawing things to you instead of using old neural pathways and just making your life harder than it needs to be.
- 54:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm very mindful of the time.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: So I am gonna leave it there.
- 54:26SPEAKER_00: But hopefully, this style has been really cool to tune into.
- 54:29SPEAKER_00: Just hearing my favorite concepts from the book becoming supernatural, and just honing in on the fact that you have all the power here.
- 54:39SPEAKER_00: And if you need to draw a line in your sand and stop being a victim of your life and stop living in a state of scarcity, then this is your invitation.
- 54:47SPEAKER_00: The power lies within you to draw a new future towards you by living more as energy, accessing the field, mentally rehearsing what it is that you want to create and living in a state of being as if it's already here.
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: Once there is a match between your vibration and the vibration of that potential, you will draw it to you.
- 55:12SPEAKER_00: You will notice the opportunity finds you.
- 55:14SPEAKER_00: You'll open your Instagram DMs and see it.
- 55:17SPEAKER_00: Your email will be there, the money will increase, these things will start to unfold because you have created a new future instead of maintained a past.
- 55:27SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's leave it there.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: All in all, go and buy this book, read Becoming Supernatural, study this body of work, get into the collective so that we can do this work together.
- 55:36SPEAKER_00: At the very least, get into the private lounge and we can have a one-on-one discussion and go through all of this in the way it needs to be for your particular circumstances and your business and your goals.
- 55:48SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's leave it there.
- 55:49SPEAKER_00: I hope you enjoyed today's episode.
- 55:51SPEAKER_00: Let me know over on Instagram if you did.
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: I will otherwise speak to you guys next week.
- 55:56SPEAKER_00: We have a guest coming on.
- 55:58SPEAKER_00: She is helping you guys create wealth.
- 56:01SPEAKER_00: Set yourself up for a very, very, very wealthy future.
- 56:05SPEAKER_00: She's actually one of the women in the collective.
- 56:07SPEAKER_00: She's a financial coach.
- 56:09SPEAKER_00: Um, and yeah, her whole thing is creating wealth, getting money to work for you.
- 56:13SPEAKER_00: So I will see you back here next Thursday.
- 56:16SPEAKER_00: In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your week.
