🔥GOLD SILVER - ALERT!🔥 JP Morgan, Citi & Goldman SAY THIS about GOLD PRICE... (Silver Price Too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
We have a massive red alert for the gold and silver price.
• 0:03
Every stone we turn over is showing us massive amounts of
• 0:08
uncertainty as we head into this coming year. 4 years, even 10
• 0:13
years, guys, we've got the three big, the biggest investment
• 0:17
banks in the world, all calling for much higher.
• 0:21
You're going to love what they have to say about the silver
• 0:24
price and the gold price. We have geopolitical turmoil and
• 0:28
uncertainty that is downright scary at this point.
• 0:32
And remember, gold and silver, right?
• 0:34
They love inflation, but they also are a massive hedge against
• 0:39
uncertainty. And we have some scary
• 0:40
situations unfolding in our world right now.
• 0:43
And on top of that, big news out of China about the silver and
• 0:48
gold. It's like never ending, I'm
• 0:51
telling you. Do you believe it?
• 0:52
Do you feel it, basement dwellers?
• 0:55
I think that we're in for a very, very lucrative year ahead
• 1:00
for silver and gold. We're going to look back at the
• 1:02
Trump slump that we had after Donald Trump was the
• 1:06
resoundingly voted into office by the American citizenry.
• 1:11
That Trump slump, right? Gold was down 8%, nine percent.
• 1:15
Silver was down 12%. We're going to look back and
• 1:19
think, boy, if we'd only known what was coming.
• 1:21
That's what I see coming. Where should we start?
• 1:25
Let's start with you. Thank you for being here today.
• 1:28
Thanks for being part of the basement.
• 1:31
You're important, you're smart, and it's a big honor when you
• 1:35
join our group here in the basement, join our tribe and
• 1:38
we'd like to see you subscribe. Thumbs up are also appreciated.
• 1:42
And super chat, super thanks. PayPal donations are never,
• 1:45
ever, ever expected, but they are greatly appreciated.
• 1:49
Let's start with the let's start with Goldman Sachs.
• 1:52
This is crazy. Let's talk about what they're
• 1:54
seeing in the gold market as we head into this coming year.
• 2:00
And hold on here. Nope, wrong one.
• 2:05
Here we go. This comes from Fortune magazine
• 2:08
and Yahoo Finance. I'll have a whole video
• 2:10
featuring this tomorrow, but we're going to run through it
• 2:12
right now because Donald Trump's presidency could light a
• 2:16
speculative fire under gold and silver, pushing the price to
• 2:23
fresh all time highs. This is a great article.
• 2:25
Like I said, I'll have more information on it tomorrow, but
• 2:28
we'll hit a couple of the the the headlines here.
• 2:31
Escalating trade tensions and concerns over the sustainability
• 2:35
of the US fiscal balance sheet. That would be the the US debt
• 2:40
clock, OK, could ignite a fire under the price of gold in the
• 2:44
coming year. This according to a study from
• 2:49
none other than Goldman Sachs, the most prestigious financial
• 2:54
institution on the face of the planet.
• 2:58
When they talk and they're talking bullishly about gold, we
• 3:01
will listen. Let's get a couple more
• 3:03
highlights of what they said in this report that they recently
• 3:07
put out. Here's what we've been.
• 3:09
This is the pain, the suffering that you've been through.
• 3:12
They refer to that here in the green.
• 3:14
The gold price consolidation following the orderly US
• 3:17
election, flushing speculative positioning from near all time
• 3:22
highs provides an attractive entry point to buy gold and
• 3:26
  silver. OK.
• 3:27
Goldman Sachs expects robust underlying demand for bullion
• 3:32
because central banks are permanently diversifying their
• 3:35
reserves away from their current allocation to U.S. dollars.
• 3:40
ETF funds are going to go up in here.
• 3:42
Look, here's the Here's the zinger.
• 3:44
The bullion price could rise to $3150 per oz for gold by the end
• 3:51
of 2025. As a result, gold bullion ought
• 3:55
to be trading to 3000 per oz by the end of next year.
• 3:58
But now, the bank estimates geopolitical risk could prompt
• 4:02
speculators who were active up until very recently to return as
• 4:06
Trump's transition team continues to shock markets.
• 4:10
This is Goldman Sachs saying this with its unorthodox
• 4:14
  policies and cabinet appointments.
• 4:17
Gold get hit 3150 an ounce, OK, They're talking about guys, it's
• 4:22
unbelievable. This article, they also go on to
• 4:24
talk about how the how the Federal Reserve's independence
• 4:28
is now at risk because Trump is talking about the legislative
• 4:33
branch, the the executive branch, the president taking
• 4:37
much more of an authoritative approach over the federal
• 4:40
  reserves rising fears of inflation.
• 4:43
OK, we're going to we're going to wrap that article up there
• 4:46
because guys, the bottom line is this, we are heading into a
• 4:50
period of massive and be ready. Buckle up, buttercup, OK?
• 4:57
And look, when I call you a buttercup, that's a term of
• 4:59
endearment. Would you prefer a basement
• 5:01
  dweller? Nonetheless, who cares, right?
• 5:04
Silver and gold are going to thrive.
• 5:06
We have not seen anything yet, do you think, right?
• 5:11
Do you think, I mean, again, even if Donald Trump does 1/3 of
• 5:16
what he's talked about, we are going to have shock waves on
• 5:19
many levels in the United States, in the United States
• 5:22
economy and and reverberating through the world economy,
• 5:27
right? And we know the gold and silver
• 5:29
love inflation. And don't you worry, we're going
• 5:31
to get a lot of inflation. That's a mathematical
• 5:34
uncertainty, but also gold and silver.
• 5:38
  Love the environment of uncertainty.
• 5:42
Gold and silver trade like no other commodity on the face of
• 5:47
the earth. Gold and silver are like the
• 5:49
oldest and wisest markets out there.
• 5:52
Be ready, guys. I think we're just at the
• 5:54
beginning of what could prove to be a very lucrative period of
• 5:57
time for those of us who've invested in silver and gold.
• 6:01
Kitco even picked up on this. We'll touch on this briefly.
• 6:06
Nope, I don't want an Internet package.
• 6:09
This is a Gary Wagner everybody loves Gary Wagner has an article
• 6:13
on kick go gold surges on Goldman Sachs bullish $3000
• 6:17
  forecast amid global uncertainties.
• 6:20
OK, we're going to talk about what's going on with Russia here
• 6:22
next. But market sentiment received a
• 6:24
considerable boost from Goldman's ambitious forecast
• 6:27
reported by Bloomberg. Yes, the Bloomberg's rejecting
• 6:32
gold prices to reach $3000 per oz in the coming year.
• 6:35
Supporting this bullish outlook, Treasury yield showed weakness
• 6:39
across the board. In the two year note, yield
• 6:41
declined by 3.4 basis points. I thank my fellow basement
• 6:45
dwellers. It's time for us to go on a
• 6:47
field trip to the Pimbex website.
• 6:49
Yes, Pimbex Pi MB EX pimbex.com. It's fun to spell, but what's
• 6:55
even more fun for you about Pimbex is if you want to get
• 6:58
your hands on some gold, silver or platinum group metals you can
• 7:02
check out. I'll never tell you what to do,
• 7:04
but check out channel sponsor Pembex.
• 7:08
You'll probably find what I found.
• 7:10
They always have Ultimate, ultimate, Ultimate ultra
• 7:14
competitive pricing. OK, great selection, right?
• 7:18
And a company that you can trust and they help support Ron's
• 7:21
basement. So please, if you're in the
• 7:22
market, just give him a chance. It's all I ask, right?
• 7:25
You can even call and talk to the brothers, Mike and Brian
• 7:28
that own it. They're both Cpas.
• 7:30
They're great guys. What I really like about them,
• 7:33
one thing that always strikes me right, they sell gold and silver
• 7:37
bullion and I hear them repeatedly tell people and me to
• 7:41
stack responsibly, like don't make any crazy moves, right?
• 7:45
They're really just good quality people and are providing us
• 7:49
right the the gold and silver stacking community with a great
• 7:52
service. Let's press the magic button,
• 7:54
  though. That's the little golden
• 7:56
triangle here and OK, I almost said it, but I'll go ahead and
• 8:02
say it. Yabba Dabba Doo silver has
• 8:05
  turned green up a penny $31.16 gold 2626 O 6.
• 8:12
Wouldn't it be funny if it was? Let's do it again, see if it
• 8:15
turns into 20 now. I was hoping for 262626.
• 8:19
Nonetheless, thank you Pembacs for sponsoring the basement.
• 8:22
Thank you guys. All 500 of you already here on
• 8:25
a, what, Tuesday morning speculative fire, that's what.
• 8:30
That's what they're saying could be lit under gold and silver
• 8:34
under a Trump administration. I believe it.
• 8:36
Let's talk about massive scary global uncertainty and why
• 8:41
that's important to the gold and silver market.
• 8:45
We don't like what's going on but big breaking news this
• 8:48
morning is this and this is downright scary for any of us
• 8:53
living in the West. Ukraine launches first at cams.
• 8:58
However, you say that strike on Russia sending markets reeling
• 9:02
amid World War three fears guys. The Biden administration
• 9:06
apparently had authorized now the use of long range American
• 9:10
made made missiles to shoot into Russia.
• 9:14
I just want you to think about something here.
• 9:17
We do not want number one, first and foremost, I, I am not
• 9:20
rooting for violence or war for silver and gold to go up.
• 9:24
I imagine you're probably feel the same way.
• 9:27
A lot of innocent people are being severely damaged because
• 9:31
of what's gone on in the last four years, last three years
• 9:35
with major wars breaking out in the world.
• 9:38
So I'm not in favor of that for gold and silver to go, but we
• 9:41
don't need that, right? the US debt clocks got that much
• 9:45
covered. But I want you to think about
• 9:47
something, right? They're using our weapons, using
• 9:51
our technology, our intelligence. the United States
• 9:54
is just a fact, right? To shoot missiles into Russian
• 9:59
territory. Let that sink in for a minute
• 10:02
because this is probably a much more scary situation.
• 10:06
And why that decision was made by a president who I, I think is
• 10:11
I think that's referred to as a lame duck at this point.
• 10:15
OK is beyond us and we won't go down any political, not a
• 10:20
political show. But isn't it a little concerning
• 10:23
  is a little scary. I don't know.
• 10:25
Maybe you feel differently about it and that's OK.
• 10:27
But we do know, right, that uncertainty and war is.
• 10:33
That's why that's one of the reasons why, you know, people
• 10:36
like you and me choose to hold silver and gold.
• 10:40
Why did gold and silver move so much yesterday?
• 10:42
You guys have been begging. I'll give you the reasons why
• 10:45
and why they relate to where we're going in the future.
• 10:47
The first was the Russian missiles are the US missiles
• 10:50
into Russia, and that was just the approval to do so.
• 10:53
Now that's even been escalated one level higher.
• 10:57
It was also a bit of a technical bounce, right?
• 10:59
Gold and silver from a technical perspective, the RSI and the
• 11:03
MACD and all those crazy things had been beaten down, oversold
• 11:08
basically. So we got a bit, but the big one
• 11:11
is the honeymoon, the Trump, the Trumpy moon, the Donald Trump
• 11:14
honeymoon is coming to an end and people are waking up, right?
• 11:20
Investors are waking up and remember gold and silver.
• 11:24
That says a lot about you as an investor that you invest into
• 11:28
what is the oldest and wisest market in the world, the gold
• 11:31
and silver market. But people are waking up, right?
• 11:35
And gold and silver are going to realize that sooner that we have
• 11:38
  massive, massive, scary uncertainty likely.
• 11:42
Maybe I'm wrong. Look, don't look.
• 11:45
Maybe I'm the town crier. Maybe I'm the boy who cried
• 11:47
wolf, right? I get you can say whatever you
• 11:50
want, right? I'm telling you what I think my
• 11:53
truth is and what I see out there and I see a lot of
• 11:58
tumultuous times, if that's a word coming to us here in the
• 12:02
next year. OK, Not to mention, look at
• 12:05
this, right? You talk about uncertainty.
• 12:07
This is this is interesting. Hold on.
• 12:09
I want to pull. Make sure I pull up the right
• 12:11
screen for you. There you are.
• 12:15
Here we go. The Doge father, the Doji
• 12:19
father, which is the Department of Government efficiency, which
• 12:22
is being headed up by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswami.
• 12:27
This is Elon Musk himself who's, I mean, it's almost funny, but
• 12:32
it's not funny. This situation guys alone could
• 12:37
generate massive, massive uncertainty as we head into the
• 12:41
  next year. Okay.
• 12:42
And then the other big thing was the Goldman Sachs 3003 thousand
• 12:46
$150.00 gold call. All right, now let's talk about
• 12:50
manipulation in the silver market on the COMEX because
• 12:55
we've been following the amount of of paper, paper make believe
• 13:00
electronic oz that are traded on the COMEX in the LBMA, right?
• 13:05
The Unicorn fart dust silver. You guys still like that term
• 13:08
Unicorn fart dust? Cuz that's what it is, right?
• 13:12
The paper silver, the make believe silver it's traded, that
• 13:16
is that is utilized by the crooks, right to push down the
• 13:22
price of silver. There's no other way to say it.
• 13:24
Let's get an update on what the numbers were because now that
• 13:27
we've kind of things are starting to settle, right?
• 13:29
Our friend Jake from Jake's Custom Parts, one of our great
• 13:32
moderators here said this like a week and a half ago.
• 13:35
Let's see what happens when the dust settles.
• 13:37
So the dude gives us the latest date of the silver market.
• 13:41
This is Monday's hold on here just to prove to you Monday's
• 13:47
information, November 18th. On November 18th, yesterday the
• 13:53
paper silver market traded 341 million paper oz.
• 13:58
OK, the COMEX had one delivery, the LBMA had 90.
• 14:02
Why do you think the cabal has has had to rig the silver market
• 14:07
for so long? Is it because of the military
• 14:09
use that we don't have any idea how many ounces of silver are
• 14:13
really used by our military, the banking system, but but still
• 14:18
the silver price is only 60% of its all time high.
• 14:23
Oh, we got to talk about China. I didn't even, I didn't even
• 14:25
tell you guys yet. There's crazy information out of
• 14:28
China about silver as well. We'll get to that in a second.
• 14:32
What did he say, 341 million? Let's get the calculator out
• 14:36
quickly and see how that complete computes.
• 14:39
On a normalish day like yesterday where we had 341
• 14:44
million ounces of silver traded, we'll divide that by 850.
• 14:49
That's 40% yesterday on a normalish day, right?
• 14:52
We kind of settled down a little bit. 40% of the world's
• 14:57
production of silver for the entire year, 40% of it was
• 15:02
traded in electronic form in one day.
• 15:04
And you're going to tell me that that's the real price of silver?
• 15:09
Do you believe it? I don't believe it.
• 15:10
I know you don't believe it either.
• 15:12
Hang in there, my friends. This stuff.
• 15:14
This was not. I want you to grab one of your
• 15:17
Silver Oz show and tell Right. There you go.
• 15:21
Beautiful. OK, That's an American Silver
• 15:24
Eagle. This was not traded on the COMEX
• 15:27
in the LBMA. Let's go see, let's go on a
• 15:30
little field trip and let's just see how many paper dollars right
• 15:35
now, right now as we speak, are being created for each one ounce
• 15:40
  of silver. Think about this.
• 15:42
OK, I got something huge for you to think about.
• 15:45
Huge so we'll go out to the US debt clock.
• 15:48
We'll just double check now the US national debt still going up
• 15:52
obviously broke through the 36 trillion range.
• 15:55
But let's go to our favorite little piece of data here, the
• 15:58
dollar to silver ratio they're going to need to make this box
• 16:01
  bigger. It's it's skyrocketing,
• 16:04
  skyrocketing 1008. That means 1008.
• 16:09
I got to show you guys something that's going to blow your mind.
• 16:12
So 1008 is the dollar to silver ratio.
• 16:15
Take a mental picture of that. Let's just quickly go update
• 16:20
because we keep good records. OK, so it's up eight since what
• 16:24
in the last two days when we broke 1000 on the 16th, which I
• 16:28
believe was Sunday. Here's what I want to show you
• 16:30
guys. Here's what I want to show you
• 16:32
right now is you and I are speaking.
• 16:35
We are live, baby, right? Welcome.
• 16:38
Welcome to the basement. But as we're speaking somewhere
• 16:41
in Peru, I want you to think about Mexico, right?
• 16:44
Argentina or even China, right? Somewhere in the world right
• 16:49
  now. It's like a baby's being born,
• 16:52
but somewhere in the world. I'll use a different one.
• 16:54
We use this one from Big 10 to Silvershire.
• 16:56
One of these is being born right now, right as we're speaking,
• 17:01
somebody's in a dirty outfit in a bulldozer in a mining is a
• 17:05
tough business, baby. One of these is being born right
• 17:09
now, an ounce of silver, OK, At the same time that that one
• 17:14
ounce of silver that is that, that, that that was in the
• 17:17
ground and is now above the ground, right, And will be
• 17:20
valuable. Look at that beauty will be
• 17:22
valuable for thousands of years as this stare at this.
• 17:27
  Yeah. OK.
• 17:28
Is this is being born. I got news for you, Buttercup,
• 17:33
  1008. Wow.
• 17:39
Think about it. 1008 of these are being born.
• 17:43
And I got to do it again. OK.
• 17:44
Back in the good old days when we had these.
• 17:47
See that? That's not a dollar.
• 17:49
  That's a silver certificate, right.
• 17:51
If they wanted to make one of these, they had to have this.
• 17:56
OK, Now when they have this, they get to make 1000 of these
• 18:02
  1008. OK, I digress.
• 18:05
Where was I? Where was IJP Morgan?
• 18:08
Are we got to talk about the big three?
• 18:09
Goldman Sachs calling for $3150 gold, $3000 gold, whatever
• 18:13
number you want to use. What's JP Morgan have to say?
• 18:16
JP Morgan? Yes, they've been convicted of
• 18:20
manipulating the metals, but what does JP Morgan have to tell
• 18:24
us about what's going on? Right?
• 18:25
It has been a rough hold on. I know for a lot of you, the
• 18:31
last few weeks may have been rather difficult.
• 18:34
OK, we had this big election, kind of a big surprise, the way
• 18:38
that it all played out. Overwhelming, right?
• 18:41
Maybe most of you, a lot of you were happy, whatever.
• 18:45
But if you're here, you're silver and gold investor.
• 18:47
All politics aside, it's been a rough couple weeks.
• 18:50
But let's go to our trusted friends at JP Morgan.
• 18:53
We know they're trustworthy and everything they tell us about
• 18:56
silver and gold, right? We know is absolutely true.
• 19:00
So let's go see what they're saying about gold and silver
• 19:04
right now. Let's see what this headline is
• 19:09
from investing.com. All right, post election fall in
• 19:14
gold was a stumble, not a sea change.
• 19:18
JP Morgan says we called it right.
• 19:20
This is the Trump slump or the Trump dump.
• 19:23
And I, we talked about it's the Trump slump, but let's see what
• 19:26
they had to say. All right, we're going to skip
• 19:28
through all that. Just go to the red part.
• 19:29
This is what JP Morgan said. They said the swift move lower
• 19:33
in gold post election ran counter to our strategy, Just
• 19:38
expectations. That means they were wrong.
• 19:40
I hope nobody made any investment decisions based upon
• 19:43
what they'd said. However, they think the sell off
• 19:46
is a stumble, not a sea change, analyst at JP Morgan Chase said
• 19:52
in a note quote. Furthermore, the sell off was
• 19:57
more driven by near term position squaring in a well
• 20:00
subscribed pre election trade. That means everybody thought
• 20:03
that the world was going to blow up after the election and you
• 20:07
remember like people are like, oh, there's going to be social
• 20:10
unrest and it's going to be crazy and blah, blah, blah.
• 20:13
And it was a Black Swan result because it was totally
• 20:17
unexpected that it would be such a resounding and I would say
• 20:23
peaceful election. Process right, I was wrong.
• 20:27
I would have my my money would have been on some some type of
• 20:30
term or at least the disputed election.
• 20:32
But none the less OK, everybody was what what with JP Morgan.
• 20:36
What's important here to to get out of this is what they're
• 20:39
saying. Let me I'm going to come back to
• 20:42
you on that one. Pre election trade.
• 20:43
Rather than a break in their thesis that a Republican sweep
• 20:47
of government will likely continue to fuel further upside
• 20:51
for gold in 2025 as the debasement trade rumbles on.
• 20:58
We heard what Goldman Sachs said.
• 20:59
  America's up a Creek without a paddle.
• 21:01
JP Morgan Chase just told you also America's up a Creek
• 21:05
without a paddle. Their CEO Jamie Dimon, right.
• 21:08
He says it right, like we're in big trouble here in the United
• 21:11
States. But what they're saying is that
• 21:13
that's number one, that short term 78% correction, 12%
• 21:17
correction and silver. That was just because a lot of
• 21:19
people had bought silver and gold and made these quote UN
• 21:22
quote fancy trades, probably paper trades, right?
• 21:25
You know how that goes on the Comex to protect themselves in
• 21:29
the event that we would have some big turmoil after the
• 21:31
election. The big turmoil didn't happen.
• 21:33
Everybody got out of those trades and it put some downward
• 21:36
pressure on gold and silver. But what they're saying, right,
• 21:40
is that it's going to continue higher, okay?
• 21:43
It was not a break in their thesis that the Republican sweep
• 21:46
of government will likely to continue further upside for gold
• 21:50
in 2025. And look at that they're giving
• 21:53
us a little secret nod basement dwellers they're calling it the
• 21:56
debasement trade rumbles on. Thank you gold our JP Morgan
• 22:01
Chase see that I I've got it on good word that the people the
• 22:05
traders at Goldman Sachs, they're probably watching right
• 22:08
now. Hi guys, don't take any of this
• 22:10
is financial advice. Nonetheless, they're talking
• 22:13
about the D basement trade. The basement trade, although
• 22:17
we'd like to think they're referring to us here in the
• 22:19
basement. What they mean is the debasement
• 22:21
of the dollar. Bye bye dollar, right?
• 22:26
Bye bye. Unicorn fart does paper dollar,
• 22:29
  right? You, you, you.
• 22:32
I, I can't say what I want to say, but you put yourself in a
• 22:34
very awkward position. That's JP Morgan Chase.
• 22:39
OK, what about? Let's touch on this briefly
• 22:42
because we talked about him yesterday, but what about our
• 22:44
friend Max Layton? Maximilian Layton from City?
• 22:49
  I remember City has like 200 / 200,000 employees.
• 22:52
Cities, the big three, the big Three, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan
• 22:56
Chase. And now we've got Max Layton
• 22:58
from City. He told us yesterday.
• 23:00
We'll be quick on this because we talked about this at length
• 23:03
yesterday. He was on CNBC, Andy was on CNBC
• 23:06
India, and he's standing by his prediction for $3000 gold, OK,
• 23:12
in the next six months. Silver Max is telling us that
• 23:17
silver will get the $40 in the next six months.
• 23:20
Higher interest rates can't stop it.
• 23:23
No. What was the other thing?
• 23:25
Stronger payrolls? The goodbye nomics economy can't
• 23:29
  stop it. OK, nothing.
• 23:31
Chinese demand can't stop it. Let's talk about China.
• 23:34
There's something massive and huge going on in China with
• 23:40
precious metals and even some breaking news with crypto that
• 23:44
I'm going to talk about tomorrow.
• 23:46
But apparently they're also the Chinese government is something
• 23:49
that this is. I need to dig into it more and
• 23:52
confirm what I'm reading. But like, they're selling like a
• 23:54
lot of Bitcoin apparently. All right, we're going to leave
• 23:57
that one alone for now. We can just talk about another
• 23:59
massive story out of China about silver because the Shanghai Gold
• 24:04
Exchange made some major, major changes.
• 24:08
OK, let's start with this. We're going to run through this
• 24:11
and kind of cover it the best we can at this point.
• 24:14
But we do know this at this point.
• 24:16
This came from make gold great again.
• 24:17
Breaking news, China is encouraging more traders to buy
• 24:22
physical silver with a huge minimum threshold cut.
• 24:27
New rules kick in on November 20th, which will be Manana
• 24:31
tomorrow at the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
• 24:35
And here's his picture and look at this.
• 24:37
China slashed physical silver limits by 40% buy or sale while
• 24:42
supplies last. Now I wish that I could hear
• 24:45
from somebody like Vince Lanchi or Chris Marcus from Arcadia
• 24:49
Economics to get a, to get a real full understanding of this.
• 24:52
But the way I understand this is they've, they're lowering the
• 24:55
threshold by 40%, which means you don't need as much money to
• 25:00
buy physical silver on the Shanghai Gold Exchange as you
• 25:05
did in the past. And guys, people are talking
• 25:07
this data. Wait till you hear this data
• 25:10
coming out from China here. Let's go see what our friend the
• 25:15
Oriental ghost like the Chinese silver guru, he says the direct
• 25:19
purpose of this new regulation is to increase the active, This
• 25:24
is the guy from China to increase the activity of silver
• 25:27
trading, attract more small and medium sized investors and
• 25:32
enhance the liquidity and convenience of the silver
• 25:36
trading. The key question is why did the
• 25:39
Shanghai Gold Exchange issued this new regulation at this
• 25:44
time? And this is from Eric Yong, the
• 25:47
King Kong, not another very highly respected kind of Chinese
• 25:51
precious metals market guru. He says, wow, looks like the
• 25:55
Shanghai Gold Exchange, I won't do that again, is lowering its
• 25:59
execution threshold per kilogram of its physical silver contracts
• 26:03
across the board by almost 40%. It looks to me that physical
• 26:08
silver supply might shrink drastically at the SGE, the
• 26:13
Shanghai Gold Exchange. All right, this is big, big
• 26:17
news, guys, because China and let's move on to more.
• 26:21
OK, more news about China and the hold on wrong one.
• 26:28
OK, here we go. Hold on, guys.
• 26:29
Wait, this is next. This is next.
• 26:33
  Wrong one. Here we go.
• 26:35
This is next again from the Oriental Ghost, He says ensuring
• 26:39
that China needs all the world's.
• 26:41
Let me look at you while I say this.
• 26:44
I need to look you in the eye. And by the way, thank you for
• 26:46
being here. All 1000 of you.
• 26:48
That's a big honor. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
• 26:50
We're out on multiple platforms. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
• 26:53
OK. You're part of this group.
• 26:55
  You're important. So thank you.
• 26:57
China needs all the world's silver.
• 27:02
How does that sit with you? Oh, and by the way, there's
• 27:07
India. We're not even going to talk
• 27:08
about India Today, but they need all the world silver.
• 27:11
China and India need all the world silver guys.
• 27:14
And, and that is only, no matter how you slice it or dice it,
• 27:19
going to mean much higher. And China is taking over right
• 27:23
there or is is is growing quickly in the trading of the
• 27:27
physical silver right here from Oriental Ghost ensuring the
• 27:30
supply of silver. Hold on a second.
• 27:34
I'm getting, I'm getting an emergency text.
• 27:37
OK, OK, Thank you, Susie. Ensuring the supply of silver is
• 27:41
one of the key factors in maintaining China's high tech
• 27:45
production capacity. China's silver reserves are
• 27:47
limited with less than 4000 tons of self produced silver.
• 27:51
Speeding up imports and hiding silver among the people is
• 27:56
urgent and important. OK, look at this.
• 28:00
OK here the production capacity many high tech industries is
• 28:04
mainly concentrated in China. China is the manufacturer of the
• 28:08
world now guys, the silver's essential and irreplaceable the.
• 28:13
Annual demand. For industrial silver in China
• 28:16
now exceeds 9000 tons. So let's put this together.
• 28:20
What is the Shanghai Ghost telling us?
• 28:23
We know China needs all the world silver.
• 28:26
That's on top of all the world silver that India needs.
• 28:29
We'll set that aside for now. China is, is now encouraging
• 28:33
smaller traders to come in and buy up silver.
• 28:36
What Shanghai Ghost was is, is speculating or insinuating is
• 28:42
that the Chinese government not only wants to get all the silver
• 28:45
for themselves right within the government, but they want their
• 28:49
citizens to get it all as well as this is big news.
• 28:53
I mean, and we let's just talk about India quickly.
• 28:56
We heard that India during their most recent Diwali, whatever
• 28:59
festival they're having, I'm sorry, let's pronounce that to
• 29:02
any of our Indian viewers that silver has become more popular
• 29:05
  than gold, right? It's jewelry.
• 29:08
I mean, it's crazy what is developing over here right now.
• 29:14
Let's go, let's go more. Let's go check out and let's go
• 29:18
check out proof that this is going on.
• 29:21
Let's go yesterday's Shanghai Gold Exchange.
• 29:24
And I emphasize the high only because the price of silver is
• 29:29
always higher on the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
• 29:33
And as we can clearly see yesterday's data, November 19th
• 29:39
  AG. AG which?
• 29:42
Is silver right on the Shanghai Gold Exchange?
• 29:45
U.S. dollars closed at $33.35. What is this telling us?
• 29:52
OK, where's silver in the United States, 31240 Very interesting.
• 29:58
Wow, gold's up $20.00 an ounce now.
• 30:00
So hold on a second, did I mess that up?
• 30:04
3124? Why is Why is silver so much
• 30:08
more expensive in China $2.00 per oz, 7% higher?
• 30:16
And oh, oh, oh, oh. Wait, wait a minute.
• 30:18
We forgot to mention something. This is a physical market.
• 30:22
I'll tell you why it's higher. I'll tell you why it's higher.
• 30:27
Because it's a physical market. It's not a paper make believe
• 30:31
Unicorn fart dust, whatever you want to call it, leveraged
• 30:35
market like the COMEX in the OBMA, the London Billion Market
• 30:39
Association, where they've been manipulating the price of
• 30:41
precious metals for longer than the COMEX.
• 30:44
That's why, that's why China is a physical market now.
• 30:49
They're lowering the threshold, getting more people involved, so
• 30:52
more people in China hold silver because China needs the world's
• 30:58
  silver. They don't produce enough
• 31:00
  themselves. India hardly produces.
• 31:03
  Any silver II. Guys, sit.
• 31:08
Down for a second. You just saw, we just learned
• 31:10
about China and what's going on with silver India.
• 31:14
  All right. OK.
• 31:15
They're on track to import like a third minimum minimum of the
• 31:21
world's silver production. That means, hold on.
• 31:26
I'm going to give you a visual. Here you go.
• 31:32
That means you see that. There you go.
• 31:35
  There you go. Hold on.
• 31:37
Here. There's three oz silver coins.
• 31:41
That means if that was all the world's silver production for
• 31:45
this year, India is taking this. OK, China.
• 31:52
'S probably taking this and I want you oh look at this one of
• 31:57
my favorites that came from our friend coin shop crisp.
• 32:01
Oh, look at that the light I came from Coin shop Chris.
• 32:04
Don't forget coin shop Chris has his own YouTube channel now Coin
• 32:07
shop Chris on YouTube, not coin shop chris.com Coin shop Chris
• 32:13
  YouTube channel. Check him out.
• 32:14
He's got he's more into the coins.
• 32:16
He's more into he's got some great content.
• 32:19
He's the fastest growing silver and gold channel on YouTube.
• 32:22
It's got to be a good comment. OK, let's go.
• 32:24
Let's talk about the Fed. The federal.
• 32:27
Reserve and Jerome Powell. All right, let's talk about this
• 32:31
is getting interesting. We're going to go out and look
• 32:34
at this. This is how you can tell what is
• 32:37
going to happen with interest rates.
• 32:40
So we're going to go out to this and to update it, OK?
• 32:44
It's called the CME Fed watch tool.
• 32:46
You can do this yourself. Look, and they even have a
• 32:49
countdown to the next time that we're going to hear the next
• 32:52
FOMC meeting is in 29 days and one hour, we're going to hear
• 32:57
from our old friend Jerome Powell.
• 32:59
And this will tell you right now, right, what is going to
• 33:03
happen with interest rates. So here's the current rate 4.5.
• 33:08
This says there's a 63% chance of 1/4 point, or in a fancy way
• 33:13
to say that 25 basis points is 1/4 of quarter of a percent, or
• 33:19
you can call it 25 basis points. There's a 62 percent, 63% chance
• 33:24
of 37% chance, right? If you look, these numbers are
• 33:28
the same, that the rates are going to remain the same.
• 33:30
But I want to show you something even more interesting about
• 33:35
this. So at this point, they're saying
• 33:37
  there's only a like a 2/3 chance that we're going to get a rate
• 33:40
cut at the next meeting. But look at this.
• 33:42
I found this interesting. If you go up here to the top,
• 33:47
hold on here. That's on the December. 18th
• 33:50
meeting, you can go to the next meeting, right?
• 33:54
And look at this, that's January 25th.
• 33:57
We'll just, we'll go out to March for kicks and giggles.
• 33:59
19th of March 2025, that's when we should have a new president.
• 34:03
This shows us, right? This shows us the odds that
• 34:07
rates will be where they currently are, 4.5 to 4.75.
• 34:12
There's a 10% chance, OK, this is worth the big money, right?
• 34:16
The big hedge funds. This is all from the CME Group.
• 34:19
This is this is the most accurate prediction that you can
• 34:22
get for rates. There's a 10% chance that in
• 34:25
March rates will have not dropped.
• 34:27
  There's a 40% chance that they'll drop by 25 basis points.
• 34:32
As you know, that's the same thing as a quarter percent drop.
• 34:35
  There's a 40% chance that they'll have dropped by a half a
• 34:39
percent or 50 basis points. And there is a 10% chance that
• 34:45
the rates in March will be down by three quarters.
• 34:48
So the reason why we want to look at that is probably not as
• 34:53
aggressive as most people in the silver and gold sector think,
• 34:58
right? People think, oh, the feds just
• 34:59
going to cut rates, cut rates, cut rates.
• 35:01
The big money says something different.
• 35:03
I mean, a 10% chance that rates could be the same in March as
• 35:07
they are now. And nothing would surprise me.
• 35:09
  What rates don't matter. Here's a big here's a big golden
• 35:13
nugget for you, OK? Or a 10 oz silver bar for you.
• 35:18
Really. Interest rates don't matter for
• 35:22
gold and silver going forward. Don't throw eggs at me because
• 35:25
it's the truth and you may not like to hear the truth.
• 35:28
What matters going forward is inflation and when inflation
• 35:34
continues to go uppity, uppity, uppity.
• 35:36
And what really really matters is real interest rates, not what
• 35:41
the Fed does. the Fed, they lowered rates by 3/4 of a .6
• 35:45
weeks ago and interest rates in the free market have gone up by
• 35:49
almost one full percent. Mortgage rates are up 1%.
• 35:51
So the Fed is becoming neutered all right, because the world
• 35:55
knows that the Feds full of it and the world knows that the
• 35:58
United States of America is in a horrific fiscal situation.
• 36:02
So what really matters is inflation.
• 36:06
And when? Inflation gets to be officially
• 36:10
and unofficially because we know unofficially and in reality of
• 36:14
the inflation is much higher than the government reports, but
• 36:18
is inflation gets higher than the prevailing interest rates,
• 36:22
that's called negative real interest rates.
• 36:24
That is the most conducive environment for silver and gold.
• 36:30
Stagflation, negative real interest rates, OK when
• 36:34
inflation outweighs. So just be prepared and bear
• 36:37
that in mind as we go. Let's look at silver.
• 36:41
We're all over the. Place but let's go look at
• 36:43
silver and let's see how crazy remember the supply of silver in
• 36:48
the world right is. I think they're saying now that
• 36:51
the miners are going to are going to increase their
• 36:53
production this year by 1%. Wow, that's not a lot.
• 36:58
Where demand is going up by what, twenty, 3040% per year?
• 37:03
Where will the new silver? I want you to think about this.
• 37:05
This is critical, right? All markets in the end are
• 37:10
subjected to the laws of nature, which are supply and demand.
• 37:13
Where's the new silver going to come from?
• 37:16
Where do you think? Where do you think the new
• 37:19
supply of silver in the world is going to come from?
• 37:22
It's not going to come from you because I know you well enough.
• 37:25
You're not going to sell any of your silver.
• 37:27
I will not be parting with this anytime soon.
• 37:33
Sorry. Isn't that a pretty one?
• 37:35
That's an eagle. No, it's going to come from the
• 37:39
mining sector. And where's the mining sector
• 37:41
going to get the silver from? From the junior mining sector.
• 37:44
The junior mining sector for silver.
• 37:46
Silver exploration company, Silver development companies,
• 37:49
companies that have silver in the ground right, but are
• 37:53
permitting and drilling that that sector has been decimated
• 37:58
over the last 10 years. There's no new money, very
• 38:01
little going into that sector. There are value opportunities
• 38:05
out there in the junior development state.
• 38:08
Companies like Summa Silver, BlackRock Silver, one of my big
• 38:12
favorites, Capitan Silver, They have a giant exploration project
• 38:17
down in Mexico, one of the best managed companies I've ever
• 38:19
seen. There's more I forget, right?
• 38:22
There's discovery, there's all kind but the.
• 38:26
Reality is that. Sector has been very much
• 38:28
depressed and look at this this, this shows us why is this
• 38:32
important. This comes from Tavi Costa.
• 38:36
All right, meanwhile. I hold on.
• 38:38
What did Tavi say? OK, what a setup for silver
• 38:41
miners. In my view, we've seen a
• 38:42
significant sell off in the stocks since the elections,
• 38:46
which I believe is completely unwarranted.
• 38:48
But this, this chart, I think the key take away to look as we
• 38:52
pull this up right, if you're a physical silver investor, this
• 38:56
does matter to you because the white line is the silver price.
• 39:01
And as you can see, obviously we're up, right?
• 39:04
That's on the left access about $32.
• 39:08
When he, when he, when he published this chart, this line,
• 39:11
the green and red combined line, that's the silver miners.
• 39:15
Look how throughout history, going back to 2011, the silver
• 39:19
price and the silver miners kind of stayed together.
• 39:22
Boom, right, 2022 silver shot up.
• 39:26
The miners are still down. That means there's still #1
• 39:31
  silver mining stocks are undervalued.
• 39:33
That's what I believe. Don't make any financial
• 39:35
decisions based on anything that I I say #2 that means there's
• 39:39
limited capital going into the silver mining sector, which
• 39:44
means where do you think the future silver supply comes from?
• 39:48
It comes from people drilling right and permitting silver
• 39:53
mines. Oh, and I got a super chat.
• 39:55
I'm not going to forget about that.
• 39:56
Don't let me forget about that, you guys, please.
• 39:58
But that's where the future silver supply comes from, from
• 40:02
from companies. And there's no money going into
• 40:05
that sector. If you can, just my opinion, I'm
• 40:07
not stocks are risky, mining stocks are risky.
• 40:11
But if you can get into like a junior silver mining development
• 40:14
  company. These big miners.
• 40:18
Are going to need to replenish their pipelines.
• 40:20
The big mining companies haven't been investing in trying to find
• 40:23
new silver either. And the new this, this idea that
• 40:27
silver is 70%, I hear 80% whatever it is comes as a
• 40:31
byproduct of other mining like copper mining.
• 40:35
That's great. But I heard Ross Beatty himself
• 40:38
say this and it was probably a year and a half ago, but he said
• 40:41
the new copper mines, it used to be that a lot of silver came
• 40:44
from copper mining. The new copper deposits, I guess
• 40:48
because they're deeper in the earth, don't have as much silver
• 40:52
with them. The silver's got to come from
• 40:54
somewhere. There are just a handful of
• 40:55
companies out there that are working on developing, exploring
• 41:00
silver ounces in the ground. And I think there's a
• 41:03
possibility they could become very, very valuable in the
• 41:06
future. But I've been wrong before.
• 41:08
I will be wrong again. But I don't think I'm wrong
• 41:11
about that one. We will remain remain to see
• 41:15
what what happens there. Oh, here, hold on a second.
• 41:19
I apologize. And hello, Silver Surfer.
• 41:23
Thanks for the China News, Ron's basement news aggregator.
• 41:27
I'm a news distributor and I like to throw in my opinion.
• 41:31
I like to hear your opinions, too.
• 41:32
Thank you, Silver Surfer, for the Super chat and for your
• 41:35
support. Everybody that's here, let's go
• 41:38
look at what Peter, let's leave Silver Surfer up for a minute.
• 41:42
Let's go. The guy that wrote the book OK.
• 41:45
The guy that wrote. The book, it's a great silver
• 41:48
bowl. No, I'm not getting paid to
• 41:51
promote it or anything else. But this guy, he's a good man.
• 41:55
You can just tell pre Peter Craft and he put out a chart
• 41:59
that I found very, very, very. It's a piece of eye candy for
• 42:03
those of us that love silver and gold.
• 42:05
Let's go take a look at what Mr. Peter put out for us.
• 42:10
  See. Oh, that's crazy.
• 42:11
That's crazy. OK, this one, we got a lot more
• 42:14
to look at, guys. Peter Careth gold and silver
• 42:17
ratio since 1869. But there was something on here
• 42:21
that shocked me and I want to share it with you.
• 42:24
Where is it? Hold on a second.
• 42:26
There's something on here is shocking.
• 42:29
Well, this number one, just to look at the gold to silver
• 42:32
ratio, we go back to 1875, right?
• 42:36
The shaded Gray area is the gold to silver ratio.
• 42:38
In 1939, it peaked at almost 100 after President Roosevelt,
• 42:44
right, set the gold, change the gold price to $35.00 an ounce.
• 42:48
Then it went way down. OK, went way down.
• 42:52
As you can see, this is probably the 19 eighty $50 high.
• 42:55
But look at the gold to silver ratio since then.
• 42:58
I still I mean, where do you see?
• 43:02
Yeah, you guys can see my screen.
• 43:03
Let's let's get the crayons out for a second.
• 43:05
Where do you see the average on here?
• 43:09
I mean, to me, it's right here. Right at 50.
• 43:13
If we were at a 50 to one gold to silver ratio right now, we
• 43:17
would have silver well over $50 per oz.
• 43:20
And I'll argue with anybody that that's been the average over the
• 43:25
over our recent history. Even if we were at 60 to one,
• 43:28
we'd be over $40 per oz, probably 4243.
• 43:32
But there's something on here. Where the heck is it?
• 43:35
That is just wild. Where the ratio, darn it, that's
• 43:40
going to drive me crazy. Oh, here we go.
• 43:42
It's right here, darn it. All right, hold on, let me
• 43:45
circle this because this. I think it's super.
• 43:50
Fascinating. The gold to silver ratio is the
• 43:53
oldest continuously tracked exchange rate dating back to
• 43:57
3200 BC. And I'll tell you what, guys,
• 44:01
back then the gold to silver ratio was way up.
• 44:04
Wrong screen, way, way, way, way, way lower than it is now.
• 44:08
Absolutely. All right, guys, let's wrap it
• 44:11
  up. Have a great day.
• 44:13
Thank you to Jake from Jake's Custom Parts.
• 44:15
