- 0:00They're going to have a ton of money to spend.
- 0:01Why not put it in one of the top three offensive players in the
- 0:05league? We're going to be looking at
- 0:14Aaron Judge and saying that he can't win the big game, Michael
- 0:17Jordan said. I played 82 games.
- 0:20You don't see Levon doing that A.
- 0:22Game where? You got to go before I told you
- 0:25giant feet. Save more Barkley at this point,
- 0:28say Let's do it.
- 1:27You're listening to Jabba and the Mouth.

- 1:41for the year to end. And tonight is the story filled
- 1:46journey of the NFL season and the tail end of the NFL season
- 1:52and where we believe the NFL season will end up in San

- 2:57com. When you look at sports and and
- 3:00as a New York fan, you you, you only hope and you wonder when
- 3:06these teams are going to change and get better.
- 3:10And that's what I do every single year.
- 3:13It doesn't matter if it's Tommy rooting for his Giants or his
- 3:16Knicks or whoever he roots for the Yankees, or Speedy rooting
- 3:20for his Mets, his Giants and his Rangers.
- 3:24Or even our man in the back end who was just speaking on our
- 3:29opening, Mr. Aaron Fish Fishman, who is out there always
- 3:35preaching Giants football, Giants football, let's go
- 3:39Giants. But the Giants and where they're
- 3:45heading could be in a better position than the New York Jets.
- 3:48And there's a lot of reasons why.
- 3:50And I will get into that a little bit later in the show.
- 3:53Not because of the talent, it's just because the Giants have won
- 3:58Super Bowls in the last 50 years.
- 4:02At least we can go back in 2011 when Eli Manning was there and
- 4:06Mario Manningham and and those idiots.
- 4:15I'm not making fun of Justin Tuck.
- 4:17I love Justin Tuck. He was nothing but nice to me
- 4:20over the years when I've interviewed him and every time I
- 4:23see him, he remembers me. So I I'm not going to put down
- 4:26Justin Tuck or OC human your, but I just think that the Giants
- 4:33have an understanding what it takes to win The Jets.
- 4:36I can't remember the last time they know what to do when it
- 4:38comes to winning. And that's New York sports,
- 4:41guys. We sit here, we prop, we make
- 4:45jokes, we do all this stuff that we do all the time about New
- 4:48York sports. And it really just goes around
- 4:51in a circle like Adam Sandler and Chuck and Larry, which I
- 4:54bring up that movie all the time on this show.
- 4:57It's it's a circle. It's a circle because it's a
- 4:59circle that never ends. It never ends, ladies and
- 5:03gentlemen. And hopefully one day all our
- 5:06New York teams will find an understanding on what it takes
- 5:10to win. I don't know if it's going to
- 5:12happen anytime soon, but you just wonder if all these
- 5:16organizations and all these teams and all these owners with
- 5:19all the money they invest in, including Hal Steinbrenner, who
- 5:22comes out and says deferred money.
- 5:25I admit that deferred money really annoys the hell out of
- 5:27me. But there is no way in hell I
- 5:31want to hear a Steinbrenner complain about the league and
- 5:35what the league needs to do when it comes to money.
- 5:37Because the Yankees forever have spent billions and billions of
- 5:42dollars on players. Maybe it was his father and
- 5:44George, but nevertheless, I don't want to hear the crybaby
- 5:48antics. I have a a hat rack that holds
- 5:52500 hats and 90% of them are Yankee hats.
- 5:57Tell me, ladies and gentlemen, where does all that money go?
- 6:01It doesn't go to me. It goes to those teams and and
- 6:05those companies that are obviously sponsoring or using
- 6:09the Yankees as advertisements and making tons and tons of
- 6:12money. You're you're funding Jazz
- 6:13Jism's extension. That's exactly what I'm doing.
- 6:16That's exactly what I'm doing, ladies and gentlemen, funding
- 6:19these organizations to loose and that's tonight is what we're
- 6:24getting into 2026. Is it going to be a losing year
- 6:30for New York fans or a winning year for New York fans?
- 6:34I'm pushing towards losing. But hey, you know what?
- 6:37We can hope that it could change with a blink of an eye.
- 6:42I I just hope, and that's why that's what I wanted to get into
- 6:45in the beginning of the show. I want to give a shout out to my
- 6:47man Ralph over there in Farmingdale, a guy that works
- 6:50with me well, did work with me. I want to give a shout out to
- 6:53him and his family if he's listening to the show.
- 6:55Shout out to the boys at Northwell.
- 6:58Even though I can't stand the organization, I love you guys.
- 7:01But yeah, I, I just want to let everybody know that I am looking
- 7:05forward to 2026 because there's great opportunity for this show.
- 7:09I think we're right now at one point, I would say about 72
- 7:14hours ago, we were ranked 117th in the country for Spotify and
- 7:20Apple for well, we're under football shows, which is over
- 7:23170,000 football shows. So.
- 7:27And I wanted to make sure and everybody asked me why are we
- 7:29under football when we talk all sports And it's very simple.
- 7:32There are more football shows than any other sport, any other
- 7:36sport when it comes to podcasting.
- 7:39And I wanted to compete against all the top ones and we're doing
- 7:42a great job. So I want to give a shout out to
- 7:44the boys, all the guys, including the guy biting his
- 7:46nails over here, which is disgusting by the way, Mr. Poops
- 7:50over here biting his nails. But hey, all the boys, all the
- 7:53guys on the behind the scenes. It I know everybody says, you
- 7:56know, it's great watching and listen to you guys and and
- 8:00Errol, you're you're sensational, but I wouldn't be
- 8:02able to do this show if it wasn't for everybody on the back
- 8:06end of this show. So I want to give a shout out to
- 8:08the guys, Speedy Fish, those guys, even Tommy, everybody
- 8:15Niffin, all you guys that put the time and all the interns
- 8:18that we've worked with all year round.
- 8:21I want to give a shout out to all you guys because job in the
- 8:24mouth wouldn't be job in the mouth without everybody working
- 8:27and putting the time in. And I have to credit all of you
- 8:30guys. This show wouldn't be a show
- 8:32without you guys. So I want to thank everybody and
- 8:35all the fans out there, everybody that tunes in,
- 8:38downloads, listens to us week by week.
- 8:41Can't wait until the next story that I put out or some of the
- 8:45stuff that I said and some people think I'm just absolutely
- 8:48out of my mind, which I admit I probably am.
- 8:51I just want to let you guys know that I love you guys and I
- 8:56really appreciate all the people that TuneIn and listen to us and
- 9:00give us the opportunity to entertain you guys.
- 9:02So thank you as all should be watching tonight because I don't
- 9:07know what's going to happen. The Giants beat the Raiders
- 9:10yesterday. The two worst teams in the NFL
- 9:12faced off the Raiders and the Giants duked it out for the
- 9:16chance to be the in the driver's seat for the number one pick in
- 9:202026 and in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Giants easily beat the
- 9:25Raiders 34 to 10 as the Raiders were without key starters in
- 9:30tight end Brock Bowers and defensive end Max Crosby who
- 9:35were put on the IR before the game in what could only be
- 9:39described as an absolute tank. Adam Schefner reports that the
- 9:45Raiders put Max Crosby on the season ending injury reserve and
- 9:50he will get knee surgery. Fox Sports Jay Glazer reports
- 9:54that Crosby left the team facility to to a disagreement
- 10:00over being put on an eye on the IR, saying that he wanted to to
- 10:05play the final two games and didn't care about the Raiders
- 10:09getting the number one overall pick in the draft.
- 10:12Glazier added that while Crosby said he didn't want to be part
- 10:16of part ways with the Raiders, he doesn't think that will stay
- 10:22the same this offseason. Despite winning the game, the
- 10:25Giants are still currently the number two pick and The Jets #3
- 10:29the Titans and the Cardinals losing all the way 3-4 and five.
- 10:35All four teams have a three and 13 record.
- 10:39The Browns move up to this number six pick following their
- 10:44upset with the Steelers and the Commanders are at #7 both at
- 10:49four wins. I, I mean, the draft is so up
- 10:54down, you don't know what these guys are going to be honestly.
- 10:58And I, I do believe Mendoza is going to be the number one pick.
- 11:01And I think that's where Las Vegas wanted to go.
- 11:05And they're definitely going for that number one pick.
- 11:08And they knew that if the Giants were sitting at one, they're
- 11:11trading out of that pick. Everybody knows that the Giants
- 11:15and less, and I'll say this, if Joe Shane's gone and the Giants
- 11:20were sitting at one, I wrote a story that the Giants have to
- 11:22consider Mendoza, consider him, But it's not going to fall that
- 11:28way. So the Giants are going to stay
- 11:29with Jackson Tart at #2 maybe they trade out of that pick.
- 11:32I don't know what the Giants are going to do.
- 11:33They're still positioned in a very good way and they still
- 11:37could move out of that pick and get the player of their choosing
- 11:39and add to their draft stock. But at 1:00 and hearing this
- 11:45story that Max Crosby, I'm not even going to say Brock Bowers
- 11:49because Brock Bowers is a quiet guy.
- 11:51He never speaks, even when he he fell out of the top ten in the
- 11:56draft a couple of years ago. And a lot of people were
- 11:59questioning that at where where did he go in the 1313?
- 12:03And I, I remember that because a lot of Jet fans wanted Brock
- 12:06Bowers and it was a lot of complaints that The Jets didn't
- 12:09go after him. But hey, they went with an
- 12:12offensive lineman and as well as they should.
- 12:15I will say this, Brock Bauer's never gone out there and throw
- 12:18any organization, George or anybody under the bus when the
- 12:22guy is one of the best tight ends, one of the more talented
- 12:25tight ends we've seen in a very long time.
- 12:28This man. And I'll say this about Max
- 12:30Crosby. I love Max Crosby.
- 12:33I love his personality. I love how he goes out there.
- 12:36He, he really, he, he, he puts a lot on his own shoulders with
- 12:40the defense and, and really the personality of this organization
- 12:44and team. And I remember I Devante Adams
- 12:48was playing for this team a couple of years ago and I
- 12:51watched the Quarterback 5 on Netflix and Devante Adams before
- 12:57he was traded to The Jets. You got a chance to get to know
- 13:00Max Crosby and and Devante Adams's relationship and Devante
- 13:06says or said one of the brightest and interesting
- 13:09personalities ever played with is is Max Crosby and on and off
- 13:15the field. The guy is not quiet.
- 13:17He's very outspoken and he he he expresses himself in many
- 13:22different ways and that I think that shows with the tattoos all
- 13:25over his body. He is a unique personality and
- 13:29when you hear the Raiders and and Max already said he never
- 13:32wants to be traded. He wants to be a Raider for
- 13:34life. And now you hear a story like
- 13:36this and you're questioning if the Raiders made the right
- 13:39decision sitting a guy like Max Crosby who came out and said
- 13:42that he wants to play the final two games.
- 13:44He doesn't care about getting the number one pick.
- 13:48This organization has had a problem keeping superstars
- 13:52there. And you have one of the best
- 13:55pass rushers in all of football. You could say he's outspoken,
- 14:00you could say he's on drugs. Whatever you want to say about
- 14:02the guy, the guy is an amazing player.
- 14:06And now he's mad. And when you you go into an
- 14:09offseason with a mad player, a 79 year old coach who might be
- 14:15looking for, I don't know, looking for a place to stay
- 14:18because he's going to need his kids or his wife to take care of
- 14:21them. Because I think the most he's
- 14:23done on a football field is too is gum.
- 14:27I mean, you you have to worry that the Raiders might lose a
- 14:31play of this magnitude. And after, if Max Crosby gets
- 14:34traded because he doesn't want to be there, what do you have
- 14:37there, Brock Bowers? How long is it going to be when
- 14:40Brock Bowers says I don't want to be here anymore?
- 14:42I don't want to play for a losing organization.
- 14:44I want to win and bring in Mendoza there.
- 14:47It's great. He is a great kid.
- 14:49I think you'll fit fit there in Vegas.
- 14:51The Vegas fans are going to love him.
- 14:53The organization and Vegas. I just I feel like as as
- 14:58beautiful as the the city is and the casinos, you get lost there.
- 15:04You really get lost there. And I think when you think about
- 15:08Vegas now when it comes to sports team, you think about you
- 15:11think about hockey, you don't you don't really think about the
- 15:15football team because the football team stakes.
- 15:18They stake the hockey team's one of the best in the NHL since
- 15:22they were they were they brought, they were brought as a
- 15:26franchise to the organ, you know, to to Vegas.
- 15:30They have not been successful. The Raiders ever since they
- 15:33moved from Oakland, they haven't been successful successful in
- 15:36Oakland for many, many years. That's why they had to move
- 15:40because they couldn't sell out stadiums.
- 15:42The stadium was falling apart and the owner in Davis is an
- 15:47idiot, Needs a new haircut or a new hairstyle.
- 15:50I mean, he's got a beautiful, sexy girlfriend who's like 1819,
- 15:54whatever, however old she is. I don't know how it's legal.
- 15:58I mean, honestly, when you hear Max Crosby telling reporters or
- 16:04whatever, whoever, whoever he's speaking to off air, which is
- 16:08getting out into the public eye, it has to have you wondering if
- 16:13Max Crosby is going to ask for his his papers.
- 16:16As for out he he could go to many different organizations
- 16:19that would give a boatload of picks to get a a young and he's
- 16:23still fairly young. He's only 2829 years old.
- 16:26He's in the, to me, the prime of his career.
- 16:28He still could play at a top level.
- 16:30I mean, he could change your franchise.
- 16:32Look at Michael Parsons. Now, I'm not saying I I honestly
- 16:35think that, and this is my opinion.
- 16:37Max Crosby is more of a franchise changer than Michael
- 16:41Parsons just because of his personality, what he brings to
- 16:45the table and, and what he does to the media.
- 16:48When he goes out there and he speaks to the media, the guy is
- 16:51fun to listen to. Micah's quiet, absurd.
- 16:55I mean, he sometimes is oblivious.
- 16:59I I mean, when Micah talks, you wonder where he's going with the
- 17:03conversation. You know where Max Crosby is
- 17:06going. Every time he speaks to the
- 17:08media, he's out of his mind. And as far as the Giants are
- 17:12concerned, winning or losing, the Giants are still positioned
- 17:17in a very good place. They're sitting at #2 There
- 17:20might be a new GM in place. There's definitely going to be a
- 17:23new coach. They trade out, they sit there,
- 17:25they're going to get a good player.
- 17:27And the Giants were never going after Mendoza.
- 17:29So it to me, winning that game didn't hurt the Giants.
- 17:33It didn't, it didn't benefit the Giants either.
- 17:36So I, I mean, when you look at this game and you look at the
- 17:40potential of where the Raiders are now and if I was Mendoza
- 17:46does Mendoza and I'm Mendoza doesn't seem like the
- 17:48personality or the type of person that's going to tell the
- 17:51organization, I don't want to play there.
- 17:53But I, I mean, when he was in New York, he loved it.
- 17:58I'm telling you guys fans, I was there at the Heisman.
- 18:01He loved the New York media. He loved it.
- 18:04He was feasting on it and it just there was some kind of vibe
- 18:08about him. Just man.
- 18:10Does it tell the Vegas Raiders I don't want to play there.
- 18:13I have no interest in playing there.
- 18:16Let me trade me to the Giants or trade me to The Jets.
- 18:19I do something. I'm not playing for the Raiders.
- 18:22I mean, because what do they have to look forward to?
- 18:25What do the Raiders have when it But besides Brock Bowers, they
- 18:28got no wide receivers. Jacoby Myers is not there
- 18:31anymore. What do they got?
- 18:33You're going to an organization as a 7980 year old coach, a
- 18:37running game. Josh Jacobs, he signed as a free
- 18:40agent with the Green Bay Packers.
- 18:42I mean, they have no running game.
- 18:44They got nothing there. They have nothing.
- 18:47And and the offensive line, Oh my God, Mendoza is a pocket
- 18:51quarterback. How the hell is that going to
- 18:53work? You have no offensive line and
- 18:56you have no investment in that offensive line.
- 18:59What are you going to do in the offseason?
- 19:01Offensive lineman don't grow on trees.
- 19:03Fish, you know this it they don't grow on trees.
- 19:06You don't just find them in free agency, you draft them.
- 19:11So now you're going to me into a season with Mendoza where he's
- 19:16not protected in his blind side. Good luck.
- 19:19This guy's not going to last the first Cuban American born
- 19:23quarterback drafted at one and he's not going to last more than
- 19:27a year or two because the guy's going to be killed.
- 19:30He's going to be clothesline. That's all I got to say about
- 19:33it. As far as far as the Giants in
- 19:35the in the Raiders game and and, and really the Raiders
- 19:37situation. I feel bad because Max Crosby
- 19:40just shows you how much he loves the organization and loves to
- 19:43play football and the Raiders organization will do anything to
- 19:46lose so they can get that number one pick.
- 19:48Yeah, right. Max Crosby is somebody that when
- 19:50you ever say a franchise defining guy, like play, play
- 19:53like the play like a Raider, like defining Raider nation.
- 19:56That's the intensity that you always want with that old school
- 19:58Raiders mentality and now you're.
- 20:00Having this kind of thing. This was a guy that was a fifth
- 20:02round pick in John Gruden second year and he went through all of
- 20:07that drama that went on there with that whole saga, then the
- 20:10whole drama with the Devante Adam saga last year and many
- 20:12other things and all these coaching changes now.
- 20:15And now you're going to throw him away because he wants to
- 20:17play for the last two games of the year.
- 20:20I understand if you want to put him on season ending IR, if he
- 20:22has this injury in week 8 or week 9 and you're out of it,
- 20:25it's two games he wants to play. Let him play.
- 20:27You cannot damage a reputation like that.
- 20:30You saw the Bengals do that with Trey Hendrickson for a year and
- 20:321/2. He wanted to be traded.
- 20:34Like there was thoughts of him being traded at the 2024 draft.
- 20:37And now look where that saga goes.
- 20:38And they're not going to either going to have to let him go or
- 20:40they're going to franchise tag him and trade him for a day
- 20:41three pick at this point. And Max Crosby's a better player
- 20:44than Trey Hendrickson and stays healthier in general.
- 20:46And he what he does, heard he still plays through it and he
- 20:49wanted to play through it in this game.
- 20:50I don't think he was hurt. Yeah, he was playing as far as I
- 20:54was. I heard Nathan was telling me
- 20:56that he was playing basketball, he was shooting hoops, that the
- 21:00day before they announced that he was going to be put on IR.
- 21:03So what does that tell you about him?
- 21:04He's going to have knee surgery. Get out of here.
- 21:07That to me, that was to was their way.
- 21:10And it was, I believe, Max Crosby's way of telling the
- 21:13organization to go F themselves. And that's why he wanted
- 21:17everybody to see that he was playing basketball and it was
- 21:20the organization's way of saying we have power, we could do
- 21:23whatever we want. And we saw it last year, too,
- 21:25with Miles Garrett. Like Miles Garrett, we
- 21:28eventually got paid by the Browns, but he survived the
- 21:30turmoil in that organization, the dysfunction that they've
- 21:33been going on to. And if you look at like, the
- 21:3421st century organizations, like you would say Washington with
- 21:38Dan Snyder or the Browns and the Raiders, those will probably be
- 21:40the three you look at and say, what are they doing wrong?
- 21:42And like pretty much every era, yeah, the Raiders have made the
- 21:45playoffs on occasion. I'll give them credit, in the
- 21:472021 year when Gruden resigned and then they had an interim
- 21:50coach, they went to the playoffs, they had a good sense
- 21:52of adversity, and then they went all downhill again after that
- 21:55because they don't want to keep the players happy there.
- 21:57Devante Adams loved the idea of playing in Vegas, loved the idea
- 22:01of playing in the South. Because of his family.
- 22:02Because of his family over there and it never seemed like he had
- 22:05any problems with the organization until the
- 22:06organization got too cute. And he had his best buddy there
- 22:09too, correct? And they threw him out, too.
- 22:12And it just seems like they have a reputation of an ego that the
- 22:16ownership is getting too much in the way with Mark Davis and now
- 22:19with Tom Brady there, too. And you wonder how much
- 22:21influence that might have. You would think Tom Brady a
- 22:23player. But isn't that the way the when
- 22:25it comes to professional sports and with organizations,
- 22:28especially personalities like Davis, we've seen it many, many
- 22:31times. Look at the Knicks, James Dolan,
- 22:34We have seen this different personalities and different
- 22:37ownerships. If they feel that bigger than
- 22:39the team and they're they're more important than the team,
- 22:42they're going to be outspoken and they're going to step in
- 22:44and, and, and want to be in front of the televisions for in
- 22:46front of the cameras. And I think that's the problem
- 22:48right now in Vegas. Davis doesn't know how to keep
- 22:51himself away from the cameras, just like his dad.
- 22:53This has been a big problem for the Raiders.
- 22:56They got the money to move to Vegas.
- 22:57It wasn't from his pocket. He didn't have the money.
- 23:00What did he do? He sold.
- 23:02That's what he did. He sold his Oakland Raiders to
- 23:06Vegas to get the stadium that he wanted.
- 23:09That's what he did. He's a sellout.
- 23:11And that's to me what we've seen for many, many years in many,
- 23:15many optional situations. We have seen the with different
- 23:19ownerships because his father was doing the things that he was
- 23:22doing and now what he is doing, it's been an absolute joke.
- 23:25This was one of the best franchises in the NFL in the
- 23:2870s. They have fallen off.
- 23:29They've went from one of the best franchise franchises and
- 23:32one of the best working franchises to one of the worst
- 23:36franchises in the NF. Li think there was a point even
- 23:39to in NFL history where the I think the Raiders had the third
- 23:41or fourth most Hall of Famers total.
- 23:43Like that's how good of a history that they have.
- 23:45And now all of a sudden they're doing the opposite things that
- 23:47you talk about with Vegas with the with the Golden Knights and
- 23:49even now Vegas with the A's too, going over there in a couple of
- 23:52years, like the Vegas Golden Knights have been one of the
- 23:54most stable organizations since they've come into the NHL.
- 23:57And the the A's look at the A's last.
- 23:58Obviously they actually spent the top ten amount of money and
- 24:00yet the Raiders who have these freak athletes, Max Crosby,
- 24:04Brock Bowers, and now Ashton Ginty, they drafted 2.
- 24:06Like these guys are not going to want to stay there If they have
- 24:09these, they're being mistreated the same way.
- 24:11And it seems like they're still stuck in kind of an old school
- 24:13way. They have AGM.
- 24:14That was a hand me down for the Patriots.
- 24:15They fired their GM after they hired Pete Carroll.
- 24:17Pete Carroll, 76 years old. And the Raiders fans also on
- 24:21Reddit, which you posted, when you posted the Mendoza story,
- 24:24they were all saying they want Pete Carroll fired already, and
- 24:27that's not a good look. The Raiders had the most coaches
- 24:29coaching changes in the 21st century, too.
- 24:31What does that say about your ownership?
- 24:33Yeah, maybe you have a problem there.
- 24:35It's been a problem since the 70s, Errol, they thought they, I
- 24:39mean, I can't wait for the movie with Nicolas Cage, Christian
- 24:43Bale to come out about John Madden and that those Raiders
- 24:46teams when, you know, it became like kind of part of the fabric
- 24:49of America going against the Cowboys in the 70s, those
- 24:53matchups, the Steelers, you know, in the AFC, just these, it
- 24:57is part of that, that culture that made the NFL what it was.
- 25:01And it's so shameful that it's turned into what it is now.
- 25:05They had that run with Gruden right?
- 25:08They got to they. Gruden gets traded right to
- 25:11Tampa Bay. Gruden then beats the Raiders
- 25:14and they've been basically garbage since.
- 25:17They've been garbage for about 25 years.
- 25:20There's only been a couple of times where they've even been
- 25:23halfway decent with Derek Carr along the way before he got
- 25:27hurt. He had that broken leg that one
- 25:29year they were talking about him as an MVP candidate.
- 25:31They were the second best team in the NFL.
- 25:33They were really good and that was it.
- 25:35And that really was it. And I don't see what the hell
- 25:39they're going to do in this draft because you're right,
- 25:42Errol, they can't block for Ashton Genti.
- 25:44Ashton Genti is getting hit before the he gets the ball.
- 25:47Basically it's it's what it that happened speedy to Saquan on the
- 25:51Giants. He would get a guy in the
- 25:54backfield and before the holes or he can even see the holes, he
- 25:58has to Juke somebody. That's how bad it is for Gente.
- 26:01And I think at this point, Gente's, you know, he's just
- 26:03seen too much. They're not blocking.
- 26:05It just looks like he's running into piles at this point.
- 26:08It sucks to watch him play because you saw how great he was
- 26:11the year before at Boise, right? So what do you do if you're the
- 26:14Raiders you and you can't take a pocket quarterback if you can't
- 26:18block well, who can make a pocket?
- 26:20That's only going to be right now sitting at #3 that New York
- 26:24Jets team that I think really would like Mr. Mendoza to be
- 26:28their quarterback, Errol. And if they're sitting at 3 and
- 26:31the Raiders at one, they know the Giants don't need a
- 26:33quarterback at 2. The Raiders can get the next
- 26:36quarterback, whether it's Simpson or Moore or if somebody
- 26:39has like the free combine type of a deal this.
- 26:43Year. That would be a Raiders move.
- 26:45It would be a Raiders move, but to me, I think Mendoza's a jet
- 26:50because the Raiders are going to have the first pick.
- 26:53I think it's going to line up for them and I do think it's
- 26:57going to work out that way because they have the
- 26:59infrastructure, that offensive line to be there with Mendoza.
- 27:03So that's what it looks like. It's going to happen to me at
- 27:06least. I really would like to see The
- 27:09Jets get him. I think Errol, if they do that,
- 27:11it would be a miracle. The rest of the options, the
- 27:14Giants, the Giants, everyone knew, everyone should have put
- 27:17all their life savings on the Giants win in that game, because
- 27:20the Giants always win that game. It's the culture game has.
- 27:24The first pick and they just always do it every year.
- 27:26It's a time tested tradition in New York for us to blow the
- 27:30chance of the first overall pick.
- 27:31It's whatever I I don't really they're.
- 27:33Sitting at 2, they could still trade out of that number two
- 27:36pick. It's fine as long as they don't
- 27:37take a running back at 2. God knows what happened last
- 27:40time they did that. And then you have the Titans,
- 27:44who need a coach, but they don't need a quarterback.
- 27:46And the Cardinals? Gannon thinks he's coming back.
- 27:50I would beg to differ. They're the wild card for a
- 27:52quarterback, too, if they could figure out Murray.
- 27:55Well, I mean, I don't really know what's going on for that.
- 27:58So you know it's. It's.
- 27:59Going to be tough but if they can get rid of like even haven't
- 28:03paid most of that contract. It's kind of like the giants at
- 28:05the end of that Daniel Jones and removed.
- 28:06They could have traded in with the most of the guaranteed money
- 28:08coming off if the problem is just nobody wants Kyla Murray at
- 28:11this point. I will tell you this.
- 28:12If Gannon gets fired, he's going to go to Miami.
- 28:15And I do believe if Mike McDaniel is there, he is.
- 28:18Gannon and him are going to work together because I know they're
- 28:21very close and it makes a lot of sense.
- 28:24As good as Miami's defense has been over the last couple of
- 28:27weeks, Gannon would absolutely to me change that defense, make
- 28:32that defense an elite defense because you saw what he did with
- 28:34the Eagles and I, I think he's a perfect fit over there.
- 28:37But again, only time will only time will fall into place where
- 28:43where we think everything could happen.
- 28:44But I will say this, if you're a Giant fan, you can't be upset at
- 28:48the Giants winning that game. If you're a Raiders fan, good
- 28:51luck. Because whoever they choose to
- 28:53be their quarterback, he's probably going to fail because
- 28:56they have got nothing, no protection, nothing there.
- 28:58And I'm going to tell you this right now, Ashton Jetty is going
- 29:01to ask for his his papers very soon, just like Jacobs did.
- 29:05Jacobs did not want to be there. He had no interest to staying
- 29:08there with that organization, the way the organization was
- 29:10treating him. And they they went after Jacobs
- 29:13in that draft in the first round.
- 29:14And we saw he he played for Alabama.
- 29:16He was an elite player. He was one of the best running
- 29:18backs I've seen come out of Alabama in a long, long time.
- 29:21And we seen what he's done with the Green Bay Packers.
- 29:23When he stays healthy, he is as an elite as any running back in
- 29:27the league. So and Aston Genti, I had him on
- 29:30two of my fantasy teams. He did some things, but he
- 29:34didn't do enough. And when you're drafting him as
- 29:36high as a lot of people were drafting him, you would expect
- 29:40him to put up numbers like a Bijon Robertson.
- 29:43And I thought he was Bijon Robertson esque.
- 29:46And because Elena has a much better offensive line than the
- 29:50Raiders do. I mean, the Raiders offensive
- 29:52line could be one of the worst offensive line.
- 29:54It's coming into the I've ever seen.
- 29:56Coming into the year, it really wasn't supposed to be that bad.
- 29:58Either it's not bad. Miller They were all awful.
- 30:01And they are awful, man. Absolutely.
- 30:03Offensive line coach makes a big difference and I've always had
- 30:07this theory in speedy. I think you could see it in
- 30:09Washington this year. If you have a good offensive
- 30:12line coach, you know the first year that coach is gone.
- 30:15They still remember the lessons of the line coach that was there
- 30:19that taught them how to be good. Their line coach was Carmen
- 30:22Brasilo who is went over to the Giants who is by far the best
- 30:26position coach on the Giants, has turned that offensive line
- 30:30into a functional unit. It's the only thing good about
- 30:32the Giants this year or other than scatibow for a handful of
- 30:36weeks, right? So what what do we see happen
- 30:39over there now? It's a year out.
- 30:40They can't, they have no one that's coaching these guys up to
- 30:44be good. Look what happened in
- 30:45Washington. Bobby Johnson, the immortal
- 30:47Giants line coach who couldn't get I mean Evan Neal looked like
- 30:51he was cross eyed and his shoes tied together on every single
- 30:54play he was out. Evan Neal had a thumb in his
- 30:56ass, practically. But Washington was good on the
- 31:00line last year with Jaden Daniels because Bobby Johnson
- 31:03just got there and hadn't ruined them yet.
- 31:05Now this year, look how bad that Washington offensive line is.
- 31:09Look what happened to Jaden Daniels.
- 31:11Look what happened to the rest of them.
- 31:13Speaking of the devil, Speaking of the devil, Jabba Chamberlain
- 31:16is back in the frame. What's up, Jabba?
- 31:20What's up, Bells? Well, we see you.
- 31:23I know you're getting ready because we're going to get into
- 31:26the CFB playoff run a second round preview.
- 31:29Are you ready for it? You know what, I'm always ready
- 31:33now. Now you know, I got we got our
- 31:36first L of the year put on us so that that wasn't fun, But you
- 31:40know, it's always it's always fun to sit there and watch a
- 31:43game with your son. And you know, when you you've
- 31:45watched somebody grow up and get to see them chase their dreams
- 31:48and and play basketball, It's it's funny, you never want to
- 31:51see them lose, but that's the way it goes.
- 31:53But hey, we're going to have to talk about losing in this
- 31:56playoff, right? It's been a great year.
- 31:59It's been a full year with Jabba Chamberlain.
- 32:01It's been a full year with Fish. It's been a full year with all
- 32:04you guys. It's been a great one.
- 32:08The fact of where we are and where we're going to be next
- 32:10year could be special. I, I couldn't have done it
- 32:14without any of you guys. I again, specifically the work
- 32:19that gets put on on put in on the back end is, is amazing and
- 32:25I appreciate everybody's hard work and dedication.
- 32:27I, I have a lot of love for everybody.
- 32:29All the fans out there listening to us and TuneIn and download
- 32:33and look out for the craziness that could come about this show.
- 32:38We appreciate you guys. And I guess I'm going to speak
- 32:41for, I guess unless Java wants to speak to for for the fans.
- 32:46I I appreciate everybody that puts the work into this show.
- 32:50So yeah, I mean, I don't I don't know if words can express you
- 32:55guys have literally I thought I was a sports fan.
- 32:59I wasn't and you guys have opened my eyes to so many things
- 33:03and where I pay attention to so many things different cuz I
- 33:07don't want to sound like a Jackass.
- 33:09And you guys have just like opened me up where I look at
- 33:13sports so differently and it's made me look at life differently
- 33:18and, you know, just embodying what sports can do for all of us
- 33:25and not only opening us up to different perspectives and
- 33:30different thoughts and views, but opening us up as people.
- 33:34And you think that's the greatest thing about sports.
- 33:36And I think that's the greatest thing about this show cuz you
- 33:38don't ever know what you're gonna get.
- 33:40And it's been awesome. It's been frustrating at times.
- 33:44It definitely has. I love you guys, but it has been
- 33:48and you know, we crawl before we walk and it's just been it.
- 33:53It's going to be a fun journey. And I know it's frustrating
- 33:57sometimes for for all of us in different ways, but I'm so
- 34:03grateful to have these moments and, and where I can, I can
- 34:08share my thoughts and I can be me.
- 34:10And then, and you guys don't judge me and our fans don't
- 34:15because I love them because they're the reason why we do
- 34:19this. We love sports, but we love
- 34:21giving a different perspective and maybe a different thought or
- 34:24a different view. So man, I hope it's been a fun
- 34:29year. I think we've learned a lot from
- 34:31each other and I, I truly, genuinely appreciate that.
- 34:35And it's been a tough year for everybody.
- 34:37Like, I mean, that's, that's life though.
- 34:39But what we look forward to is, is the things that lie ahead and
- 34:44just very fortunate to be in this opportunity and and do
- 34:49these things with you guys. So I appreciate first and
- 34:52foremost because I know time is precious and I appreciate your
- 34:56guys's time. And more importantly, I
- 34:58appreciate you use the effort and the fact that you care about
- 35:02what we're doing. And just thank you guys so much.
- 35:05I mean, there's there's not much more I can say.
- 35:07I want to before I let everybody go and I want to thank everybody
- 35:12on Apple and Spotify that TuneIn and download and write all these
- 35:18crazy things on all the Reddit fans that say the the most
- 35:25derogatory funny things I've ever seen in my entire life.
- 35:28And on Instagram and TikTok and Facebook and all the fans, Jabba
- 35:34in the mouth fans in worldwide sports radio network fans out
- 35:38there and all the guys that do their shows, you know, from, you
- 35:41know, Josh Silverberg and his father and Eric and and then
- 35:45snowman. Thank you to them for really
- 35:48putting out a good product. And and like I said, next year
- 35:53is a week away or less than a week away, actually a couple
- 35:56days away. And I'm going to say one thing
- 35:59to all the fans and all the people out there and all the
- 36:02podcasts out there, watch out. That's all I'm going to say.
- 36:07You can take it whatever way you want.
- 36:09Watch the F out. That's it anyway.
- 36:14I'm just going to give you 2 lines, Errol, that no one has
- 36:16got a more original show than what we do here.
- 36:20Everyone's got sports takes, but no one has the creativity.
- 36:23People are stealing segments from us that we see on the big
- 36:26shows. 100% that I know that I came up with with you on the
- 36:30phone, Errol. You know, so I'm real proud of
- 36:34kind of being a trendsetter as well in an industry that seems
- 36:38to be a lot of the same. Lost, Absolutely lost.
- 36:42You're absolutely right. Fish lost.
- 36:44And that's what you're seeing right now with WFAN and they're
- 36:49firing people and letting people go and Trinity Sports is gone
- 36:52and everything is flopping around and they're trying to
- 36:55figure out what to do next. Here's what you do.
- 36:58Watch out and look at the the talent that's out there and
- 37:02realize that there is talent right in front of your faces.
- 37:05Open up your checkbooks and get ready because you're going to be
- 37:08paying. That's all I'm going to say.
- 37:10You're going to be paying because you had, you had this
- 37:14sitting for such a long time and you're going to be paying.
- 37:17That's all I'm going to say. That's it.
- 37:19I, I had to add that because I'm just disgusted with the garbage
- 37:23that I've seen on television and radio over the last couple of
- 37:26years and it makes me sick to my stomach.
- 37:29Anyways, I'm going to let you guys say your final goodbyes for
- 37:33the new year. Tommy, you first.
- 37:36Yeah, you guys pretty much said a lot of it.
- 37:37You know, we've been putting a lot of work and especially
- 37:40thanks to you guys, you know, I don't think any of us can do
- 37:43ones job without the other. So I really do appreciate, you
- 37:46know, all the hard work that you guys put into the show.
- 37:48You know, I really appreciate you guys, you know, being
- 37:50welcomed in every to every. Week.
- 37:51It's fish and speedy, just so you know.
- 37:53Of course, yeah, Fish and Speedy, you know you guys are
- 37:55awesome. Jabba and Arrow, you know, you
- 37:57guys being the on air talents, of course, you know, you guys
- 37:59doing what you guys do, you know it's all appreciative.
- 38:02Of course, even Nathan. Shout out to the man Nathan
- 38:05here, the PR manager, the man himself.
- 38:09But you, it's been a whole hell of a 365 days and looking
- 38:14forward to another 365 with y'all.
- 38:17Yeah, it's I've definitely been appreciative of all you guys are
- 38:20bringing me in eight years ago and seeing all different people
- 38:23come and go with this network too, but always supporting me
- 38:25and always helping me out with everything on the on the show
- 38:29and throughout the network as well.
- 38:31And all the guys that have been coming and going on this show as
- 38:33well. Fish, you brought a new new vibe
- 38:36since you joined the show back in January of 2024 and you've
- 38:39done a lot of great things. Tommy, you've been always a
- 38:43social media guy, fun guy to talk with offset a lot of the
- 38:45time even before Java you came along and Jabba reaching out to
- 38:48you for the first time as a guest.
- 38:49I reached out to a lot of different Yankees and first time
- 38:51you ever had you in the show, you were a tremendous
- 38:53storyteller and and reached out at the time with the Yankees
- 38:57playoffs and obviously we built something very nice and Nathan
- 39:00as well and Nick Goody Nathan. Nick Goody.
- 39:03That. Shout out to Goody.
- 39:04Yeah, Goody, Goody. The first time we had him on the
- 39:07show, it was funny. It was actually the first week
- 39:09we had Sylvester Williams on the show last year too.
- 39:11It was also the same week we had Goody on the same day and and
- 39:14Goody Goody. I remember Goody because he came
- 39:16in 10 minutes early. I never saw a guest come in that
- 39:18early ever. And he was so fired up.
- 39:20He was so funny and always brought that good vibes.
- 39:22And of course, Nathan is our PR guy doing some great things.
- 39:25All this event planning, all that stuff.
- 39:26Fantastic. And shout out to all the fans,
- 39:28all the ones I've met in person, all the ones that have it in
- 39:30person for supporting what we do.
- 39:31Here, I don't want to say something else before I go to
- 39:33Jaba Chamberlain. I didn't think this was going to
- 39:36work. I didn't all right, I did.
- 39:39I'm going to be honest with you, I didn't think it was going to
- 39:41work, but it's been a fun ride and it's going to be a fun ride
- 39:45in 2026 because I I feel like we've built a good, good vibe
- 39:51and a good relationship. We have our differences at
- 39:54everything that we do, but that's what partners usually do.
- 39:57But I, I've grown to understand who you are as a person, not
- 40:02just as an athlete that I followed as a kid and or like to
- 40:06watch you throw a ball. I, I, I like throwing pitches at
- 40:09you and I'm sure you like to throw jabs at me, but I, I feel
- 40:13like we've built something and we're, we're building something
- 40:17that could be something really, really special.
- 40:19And I think fans, and I say this with with love and compassion,
- 40:25if. If it wasn't for the people that
- 40:27understand what we're trying to do here, we wouldn't be here.
- 40:30So thank you to all of you guys. Anyways, That's it.
- 40:34Good night. Thank all of you.
- 40:36Appreciate it. Well, 2026, here we come.
- 40:38It is the worldwide Sports Radio network, Radio network, Radio
- 40:42network.
