A 40-year-old man, Charles Brown Jr., is facing nine felony charges after two high-speed police chases in Fond du Lac. First, he fled a gas station stop on August 7th, then bolted again ten days later—this time hitting 115-130 mph, running stop signs, and crossing into oncoming traffic before ditching the car and fleeing on foot. Caught the next day via drone and K-9 search, Brown claimed he thought cops were going to shoot him.
