- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Alright, live on love.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Look at look at these sweet baby loves.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Kittens on the farm, they're getting kind of big.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: And it's gonna be getting cold here.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: And they are looking for some homes.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: A loving, warm, friendly home.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: And I just put down some food up there.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: So these like they're like, let me eat.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: We're hungry.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: But they're so sweet and soft and friendly.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: I got two tan ones and two gray ones, three boys, and then one of the grays is a girl.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: And they just want a loving warm home.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Ripley loves playing with them.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: I feel like he's tormenting them all the time, but you know, he's he's acclimating them to other animals, which is great, right?
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: So I just want to start off by that because the kittens are running around here, the sun is shining, there's a slight breeze, everything looks so green and lush and beautiful.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: I got this beautiful oak tree behind me.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: Actually, excuse me.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: That's a maple, and it's just letting go of its leaves, and it's just such a glorious day to be alive.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Woo! I feel so good out here.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: The farm is my happy place, and I love to be able to share it with you.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: What a blessing! How sweet it is.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: I'm so grateful.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: So grateful to be here.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: So grateful to be able to share in the space.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Lord, for this day.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: I know that you are so good all the time, and you prove it day in and day out, over and over again.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: Not that I need you to prove it because I believe I have it in my heart and my soul in such a tight relationship with them that I feel God all the time.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: I feel you, Lord.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: I feel you working in me and through me.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: And I couldn't be more blessed to be alive here in America on this free soil.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: We're able to create, discover, play, and explore and share with each other.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: What a blessing! Can you feel it?
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: Can you feel this amazing blessings that is just bestowed upon us day after day after day, every moment of every hour, every day, just to be present with the Lord is just such a beautiful and gracious thing.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: And that's why I couldn't stay still.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: I couldn't go inside the podcast room and sit inside.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: I had to be outside and amongst the beautiful thing.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: As a matter of fact, I think I'm gonna kick off my shoes.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: I gotta ground down because I know it's coming.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Living in zone five, Wisconsin.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: The winters are cold and the ground is frozen, and that means we can't ground down.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: So we really gotta like soak in all of that goodness right here, right now.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: So if you haven't yet today, get outside and put your feet in the grass, put your feet in the dirt and ground down.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: Feel those electrons moving up through you, giving you a surge of energy and frequency and vibration that is unmatched by any mat that you can lay on or any sauna that you could sit in, or any kind of simulation that you'd pay for.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: This is free, baby.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: Free.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: And you want to know what else is free?
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: Love.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: Woo! Love is free, and that's what I'm here to just energy zap ya.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: Because I have some really good news.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: I have some really good news that if you accept the salvation from our Heavenly Father, you can live free as well, free of any guilt, shame, past regressions.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: It's all to the wind because we serve a really good, good God.
- 3:54SPEAKER_01: And that's wonderful.
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: So I wanted here to tell you today that you are absolutely magnificent.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: You are fiercely and wonderfully made.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: You are divine in your own right, and you are glorious, you are chosen, you have royalty running through your veins in your blood, because there is no other person like you.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: God only created one you, and you are sent here on a divine mission and purpose, and it's our mission as a community together to unlock that, to unleash it, to reveal it, and that is only a prayer away if you really sit with him and ask, What do you have for me today?
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: You will get a response, you will get a reaction, you will get a thought, idea in your brain, and then try to set aside the ego, or as I say, the devil, because he's gonna try to creep in and give you some nasty thoughts and some things that aren't pure.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: But that's when we reference back to the Bible and we keep going back to his word, the gospel, for it is written, it's already in there, the most read book in the world.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: And if people could just start to believe this, have faith in the plan, trusting the process, we wouldn't have so much anxiety, so much depression, so much worry.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: That's not how we're called to live.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: Okay, we're called to live free, free, free, free.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: And all you have to say is yes, Lord.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: Amen.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: Can I get a amen and a hallelujah?
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: I'm singing the hallelujah all the time.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: His praises are so, so good.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: And I feel like if I could tell it from the mountaintops, I would.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love it.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: Okay, so I as I go on here, I bust out my Bible and I'm like, what do you have for me today?
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: What should I be sharing?
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: And Joyce Meyer's life point goes back from Luke 10, 1 through 11.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: And he said to them, the people, basically, go a find, go and find a house and say, peace unto you.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: And if your peace settles on that house, then you can stay there.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: If it does not, shake off the dust on your feet and go on, or in your hair.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: Woo! Shake it off and go on.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: It's a no.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: Collect your nose, because you gotta find your yes, alright?
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: One time got God kept leading me into these scriptures, and I didn't know what he was trying to get across to me.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: And when I finally saw it, he was trying to help me understand the same thing that Jesus was saying to his disciples.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: I want you to go and minister with my power and anointing.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: Joyce, but do but to do that, you need to live in peace.
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: Peace be with you.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: Okay?
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: In Luke 10, 5 through 7, Jesus was essentially saying, once you find a peaceful place, it can be your base of operations.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: And you can go out and come back and go out and come back.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: And if it's not peaceful, you need to do whatever you can to gain and maintain a peaceful atmosphere because this strife and confusion adversely affect the anointing and power of God and the rest of your life.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: Let me encourage you all to that to ensure peace in your home base.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: That way, everyone who lives and works from that place will do so in God's power and with his anointing, and they will have success.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: And I feel like this came from a success, a super amazing, fantastic, successful event that we hosted at Cheryl's Club 175, which has been my home base for the last 2 yeah, 27 years of my life.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: I was 12 when my parents bought Cheryl's Club 175.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: It was the year was 1999, and it was a perfect age because you know I was getting more independence and didn't need my mama as much, and she, you know, was a really good bartender her entire life, and that's what she did to make a living alongside working a factory, so she had a super strong work ethic, and she decided to go into business for herself and become an entrepreneur.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: That's what my dad was doing.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: My dad owned a home improvement company where he sold windows and siding, and strangely enough, that's what my brother is doing now, and nailing it, crushing it, my homeboy Michael.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry, I just have to share the side quest.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: Uh, he just got a promotion and he now has he not only does he have a work truck and a cell phone, amazing benefits, he also has his own office, which is a first for him, and I'm so excited.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: And to hand out his business cards and just share the love.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: So if you know anyone that is looking to get some home improvements, Michael is the guy.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: He can come quote you, super reputable company, professional and fast.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: And if you need somebody to build or do a remodel, my husband's your guy too.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: So, anyways, we gotta cover a lot of builders, a lot of home improvements, a lot of, you know, different facets to the family.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: But, anyways, I so digressed.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: So, my mom bought Cheryl's Club, and when I turned 18 is when I started bartending there.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: I remember too when I was like 16, though, she did strap a shot belt on me and had me work for like a biker event, and I was like no fear.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: I was just super confident and went out there and you know hyped the party up.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: I feel like that was like my secret superpower or my not so secret weapon or superpower, we'll go with that, is being able to like energy zap, be the hype girl.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: And and now I feel like I'm fully stepping into Jesus' hype girl because I didn't know Jesus back then when I was a youngster in my 20s and just raging until dawn and you know doing some ungodly things.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: I won't go into that because I'm forgiven.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: But it was pretty wild times.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: But here we are now, and I had the wonderful opportunity to host a worship event at Cheryl's Club 175.
- 10:09SPEAKER_01: I'm sure if you listened to last week's episode, I was really talking up this event.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: If it was in partnership with DJ J Bird, Jason, who I've known for like 20 plus years.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: He used to DJ way back when in Cheryl's Club shenanigans, and always was a super solid dude.
- 10:26SPEAKER_01: And he's actually made a living from music and entertainment, setting up sound and promoting premier and promoting a premiere light and sound experience for corporate and special events alike.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: And when I asked him if he wanted to be a part of a Christian worship event, he was like, yes, let's go.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: As a matter of fact, it has been on my heart too, and I'd love to boogie.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: So I was like, let's boogie, let's rock, let's boogie, let's rock, something like that.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: And he came up with a flyer that we shared and we promoted, and the event was on last Sunday, you know, and it was a raging success, or an amazing, super awesome, fantastic success.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: I feel like I gotta get up and move for this one.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: It was it was amazing! Oh my goodness gracious, I couldn't have prayed for anything more.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: At one point, I walked up to this, so all the tables were full, ever the whole entire bar was packed.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: People from my church came, so my church family came and showed love and supported.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: My sister-in-law, my husband, brought the kids.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: They were just on their way back from a youth uh youth camp.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: So they were a little tired, but still wanted to show up in love and support.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: The only person that I feel like I it wasn't there who wasn't there was Cheryl, my mom.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: And she felt so bad about it.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: She's like, Ashley, I just I don't have it in me.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: I I think I'm getting the flu.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Oh mama, well, listen to your body, rest is best, plenty of hydration.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, you know, you feel better.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: Feel better, just get some rest.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: And I told J Bird that that my mom couldn't come because she wasn't feeling good, and he's like, girl, that is the devil attacking.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: And I was like, you're right, it is, it's the devil, not today, devil.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: So we had to do it.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: I just had to channel the big Cheryl energy like a boss, and just, you know, the show must go on.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: It must go on.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: But I couldn't be more stoked at the turnout there.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: And at one point, too, I did go up to this table that was sitting right up by the DJ booth, and I thought they were like there for lunch, you know.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: Like I wasn't sure that they, because the event had like just gotten started.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: I'm not quite sure they like knew what they were in for.
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: And I went up to them and I'm like, hey ladies, like, do you know that this is a worship event?
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: Like, do you know that's what you're sitting in?
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: And they're like, Yeah, that's why we came.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Woo! We're exactly where we need to be.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: How sweet is that?
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: How sweet is that family?
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, they're like, Yeah, that's why they're here.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: And I feel like as soon as I I then kind of like woke up, like the veil was lifted, and I started like looking around, and I'm like, whoa! Like everyone that is here is here for this event, mostly, right?
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: The majority, I would say definitely like a strong two-thirds of the people were there for the worship event.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: And I was like, wow, it's working! It's all things are working together for good.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: How sweet is that?
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: Can we get a praise the Lord?
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: Oh my soul, I gotta praise the Lord.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: Oh my soul, I won't be quiet.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: My God is alive.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: How could I keep it inside?
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna praise the Lord.
- 14:08SPEAKER_01: Oh my soul.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: Oh, I did not sing at the event, but I think that's coming and other events too.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: What do you think?
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: Would that be cool super cool?
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: We could all sing together.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: I think that the event it was just kind of shaking, taking place, but it was perfect for exactly what it was for the first one.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: I felt so much love, so much support, so many, met so many different disciples that are on fire for Jesus.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: And I feel like people just felt really good to get out of the church, or if they had not, if they're not going to church, come to a place where Jesus is welcomed.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: I said a sweet prayer to open it up for everybody, welcoming people and then uh inviting Jesus into Cheryl's Club 175 because he was already there.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: We already know that where two or three or more gather, Jesus is in the room, and he was heard and felt, and I just felt like this revival energy, right?
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: Like it just felt so good to be amongst so many followers and in a in an unorthodox place, right?
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: Like I so many people that were like, I haven't I've never been to Cheryl's not drunk.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, I hear you, right?
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Like, this is what we do.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: But I was kind of like, since when did this happen?
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Like, when did this happen where the bar came just a place for people to get wasted?
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: Like, no way, like the bar was not originally intended intended for that.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: It was intended for people to connect, to share information, to love on one another, encourage one another.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: It was a place for people to congregate, right?
- 15:41SPEAKER_01: And and I did say to J Bird because he's like, well, maybe we could do this event, you know, out at the farm one day.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: And which, yes, I'm not saying no, but like I'm like, we can never take for granted like going to a place and shit, Ripley, Ruby, going to a place Hey, hang here.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: Call me your dirty boy.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, who likes to get so dirty on the farm.
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: You do.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: We can never take for granted the fact that a place that has, you know, accessible, clean restrooms, that has great service, that we don't have to clean up after the mess, you know, that has wonderful food to offer.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: So I feel like it takes kind of all the things that can be a lot of extra effort and work into hosting a party out of the out of the equation.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: And we can just really praise and worship, and it makes an event sustainable.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: So why not use a place?
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: This is like the safe space, right?
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: Like this is the place, like the home base that the Bible was talking about that I was reading from today.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: Like a place that, you know, just feels safe and comfortable and inviting and open for people.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: Like it's public, right?
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: And people, hundreds of people go through there every single day.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: So why not host the event there?
- 16:57SPEAKER_01: And I'm not saying like it it can be, it sh it won't be somewhere else, but I just feel like Cheryl's Club is just a wonderful, super sweet start, and it was so great to hear people that had never been there sober in this capacity, much less throwing up their hands and praising Jesus.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: And it was really, it was just really awe-inspiring, and I feel like people really resonated with it.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: And there was a moment where you know, it's a lot of house music.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: I don't know if people there really knew exactly what to expect.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: I didn't even know what to expect.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Some people were like, Well, what's on the playlist playlist?
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: What's he, what's he play, what kind of music is it?
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: Is it songs that we'll know?
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, honestly, I'm gonna let the professional do his thing.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: He said he had all the music, and I just had to trust, trust in that that J Bird had the music on lock.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: And he did.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: The house music that he had just delivered, it was like a good energy, a good vibe, and it was all praising God.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: And I feel like, you know, even people at the bar that might not have listened to a normal, like pop Christian music were like bobbing their head.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: They were like, Yeah, this is cool.
- 18:05SPEAKER_01: I can dig it.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: And it wasn't like sewing your face, you know, like Jesus, Jesus, like a hymn.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: Not nothing against them, but you know, it was just it was just kind of like a thing that anybody could jive to, and it had a really good beat.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: So I really liked the house element, house music element to it.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: And I actually met a guy there that was really into house music, and that's why he had come.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: Uh, his name was Tony, and he was like, This is awesome! Like, I love that you're playing this at the bar, keep doing the big things.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: He's a big encourager, and he actually was turned me on or talked to me about the Sono.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: It's this app that creates music because he is a producer and he produces his own house music, and it does have some Christian songs out there.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: And I was telling him my aspirations of one day before the end of the year.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: I I wrote it down as one of my goals in January that I was going to write, produce, and share a Christian song.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: And I'm and I'm still not quite sure what that looks like, but he shared with me an app, uh Sono that you can create with it on AI.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: And I use AI in my professional life.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: I use it to help me write, write things and create images and and you know, some basic things like that, but I never really considered writing music with it.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: And I'm not quite sure yet, still how I feel about it, because you know, there is something to be said about a real person writing real music and putting in the time, effort, energy, and attention to be able to bring that to life.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: But just on the on the verge of like embracing where we're at.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: Like when I look at this task, it seems like such a huge mountain to be able to write my own song and produce it and decipher, you know, the the garage ban, which I've never I've tried.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: I went on there and it it's really tough.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: Like I had I had to get like a training session, and from that session, I was feeling overwhelmed and kind of gave up on it.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: And so I feel like it's inhibiting me from producing a song about Jesus.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: And I got some songs on my heart that need to be released.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna be dabbling in using AI, and I will just take that, Anthony, dropping that sweet little insight for me on the day of the worship event as like a download from God of like, hey, like lean into this.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: Just at least don't write it off.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: Say yes, Lord, amen.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: Uh, and maybe that and just take it as face value for that.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: If not, if anything to have fun with and to kind of use with the kids and see what they come up with, and you know, it's all for his glory.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: So if it's for if if it's for him, who could be against it, right?
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: So, and why hold myself up to such a high standard?
- 20:48SPEAKER_01: Like, I have not I've never been in a band, and aside from being on the worship team, like I I've never been like an official songwriter, or I I'm not saying that I can't if I put that effort into that intention, but why take life so why take it so seriously?
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna have some fun and figure it out.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: And if you'd like to join me on that journey, you're more than welcome.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: And then maybe one day I'll be playing a DJ set at Cheryl's Club 175, releasing my song in co-creation with AI or the universe.
- 21:24SPEAKER_01: And as long as God blesses it, then so be it.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: You know, if he if it's not good, then he ain't done yet.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: And I'm just getting started, okay?
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: I'm just getting started, and this event was just such a reassurance that we are on the right track here because with this event, I got so many other ideas to be able to give God glory and and utilize my gifts.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And as one of my superpowers is being Jesus' hype girl, I feel like I gotta come up with something a little bit more humble with that because I don't wanna Ruby Mium.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: These dogs are crazy.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: I don't know what y'all are barking at.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: Ruby and Ripley.
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: It's okay, little essays.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: Hey, get the kitty.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: Bring them over.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: So I'm just really excited to see where this all goes.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: And as I was actually sitting and in my meditation, I had a beautiful idea come to me.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: And do you guys want to hear it?
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: Should I share it with you?
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be pretty awesome.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Ripley! It's okay, honey.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: There's nothing there, baby.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: And as soon as I downloaded this insight from the universe, from the divine, I shared it with Danny.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: I went out on the out on the deck where he was working, and I was like, babe! What if we hosted a Christian music festival?
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: Yes! I think it could be absolutely amazing.
- 23:08SPEAKER_01: Like we I have a venue in mind that they're trying to do different events and push the envelope.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: It is kind of outdoor.
- 23:18SPEAKER_01: It has in it's like a wedding venue, right?
- 23:19SPEAKER_01: So it has a lot of different like scenes to it.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: And people of all types can come and share their gifts all for his glory.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: We could have sermons, music, you know, DJ, bands, singers, artists alike, different instruments.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: I even know a magician that has a whole act for Jesus.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: Like I think it's called What Are the Chances, right?
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: Like going into like a single fingerprint and how there's only one of you, and like what are the chances that you would be here in this moment right now?
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: I'm still really looking forward to witnessing it.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: We could have healing sessions with all the healers out there, vendors that are that are, you know, sharing, shining their lights and sharing their gifts and working with the earth and and things that they've created, other creators out there that need an outlet to connect with like-minded people.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: We could have a beauty bar, you know, with all this, the the ladies that I know that do hair and and makeup, you know, we people could do like a glow-up all for his glory.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: We could do make and takes like flower crowns and you know, different other various crafts, you know, seasonally that are available.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: I was this is kind of crazy, but roll with me.
- 24:30SPEAKER_01: There is a river on the property.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: What if we baptize people in the water?
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: And that'd be awesome.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: Come get baptized.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: I've had a multiple people that are not members of a congregation feel the strong desire and need to want to be baptized in the water and just kind of give themselves to Jesus and kind of be washed clean and start anew.
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: And I feel like a baptize a baptism would signify that in a really beautiful way.
- 25:04SPEAKER_01: That's how I had both of my kids baptized was in Big Cedar Lake.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: We hired a pastor to come over and bless them and dip them in the water, and it just was nothing like, you know, it was out of the church and it was and it was it was so us, and it just felt really good.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: So I feel like if if we do that for the kids and if people could do that intentionally, it doesn't have to be this big process, right?
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: Like just baptize people in the water.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: That's what they did in the Jesus Revolution in California, which is one of the biggest revolutions that happened where people all came to Jesus in the in the wild hippie times, where they people are searching.
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: And I feel like we're at that point again where we're searching, we're searching for more, and we're searching for the you know our reasons in existence, and Jesus has all of that, just a prayer waste, so why not make that accessible for people at a Christian music event?
- 25:59SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be amazing.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: I know the spirit is gonna lead me on, but what if we did it, guys?
- 26:04SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: I think it would be like around this time of year where we would host the Christian music event, and it would be all hands on deck.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: I don't I don't know, you know, as far as like the funding and the finances, what that all looks like.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: I don't think I really need to know because I know just step by step, day by day, the Lord will lead me, and that is what I pray.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: Even if it's inspired somebody to listen to this to make their own Christian music event, then beautiful.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: But I feel like the closest Christian music event is like in California, and it just seems so far away.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, well, why not here?
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: Why not now?
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: And if not me, then who?
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: And if not when, then where?
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: And if not where, then why?
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: And all these questions that come to me, but I will not be afraid.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna lead by faith and by example, and I'm just so excited to kind of see what God has in store because I love music, I love connection, I have so many gifts that I would love to be able to share with y'all, and I'd love for you to co-collaborate.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: Come me and the dear Lord and share your gifts and shine your light.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: And I have something so one more thing that I'm going to kind of wrap this up with is for J Bird, we were talking about, you know, when we're gonna have this event again.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: That was like the the biggest question of or the people were like, when are you gonna do this again?
- 27:25SPEAKER_01: When is this happening?
- 27:26SPEAKER_01: Is this is this monthly?
- 27:27SPEAKER_01: Is this quarterly?
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: What is it?
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: And and we were looking at the calendar, and we are we have just announced and set on a date, November 22nd.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: DJ J Bird will be back in the club playing his Christian house music.
- 27:45SPEAKER_01: I'll be saying a prayer for y'all and kind of commingling and getting everyone together, hyping up the scene.
- 27:52SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna do it since it's right around Thanksgiving.
- 27:55SPEAKER_01: If everyone could bring a non-perishable food item, and then we'll donate that to a like local food pantry.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: That would be wonderful so people can eat.
- 28:05SPEAKER_01: We'll break bread together, we'll sing, we'll dance, we'll have a good time, we'll give him all the glory, all the goodness.
- 28:12SPEAKER_01: I feel like the biggest thing there, this event, was the connections that I made and the experience that we enjoyed together, and I'd love be able to be able to experience that with you.
- 28:23SPEAKER_01: There was a lot of people that weren't able to make it, but we're just gonna keep on doing it.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: And don't worry, if you can't make this one, maybe on the we'll catch you on the next round.
- 28:31SPEAKER_01: Because, like I said, we are just getting started, and we are in the here and the now.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: And also, something came in my head too, thinking of like the music and the co-collaboration.
- 28:41SPEAKER_01: I brought my tambourine because I did sing that Sunday in the worship service at church, and there was like three out of the five songs were tambourine songs.
- 28:50SPEAKER_01: That's like my favorite week, is when we're like, I can shake that tambourine and shake it and play it, and and so I brought it with me to Cheryl's Club.
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: Loki, I actually had a trunk full of other music instruments.
- 29:03SPEAKER_01: I brought bongos and tambourines and chimes, and then I kind of chickened out the day of the event.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: I'm like, doo much, do much, should we not bring out all the musical instruments?
- 29:13SPEAKER_01: Next time, next time.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: I think it was because my Bessie Kelly Sunshine wasn't there to push to egg me on, but oh, but but Rachel was.
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: Rachel was there, and she was like honestly, like my shining beacon of like groundedness.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: Like every time I looked at her, I just felt so peaceful, so calm, and then just a huge smile came to my face, and I'm like, we're doing the thing, girl.
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: We are doing the thing, Rachel.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: And I just love her so much.
- 29:39SPEAKER_01: She is the most spiritual girl that I know, and it's always been such a positive light and encourager.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: And she walks the walk.
- 29:44SPEAKER_01: Not only does she talk the talk, but she walks the walk.
- 29:46SPEAKER_01: She's just such a good person.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: She's an angel.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: You know, you got those angels in your life, they're everywhere.
- 29:51SPEAKER_01: She's definitely one of them.
- 29:52SPEAKER_01: But so are all the people that come into my life.
- 29:54SPEAKER_01: I don't want to discredit anybody because I love y'all.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: You know, that I got a lot of love in this heart, and you know, blessed be.
- 30:00SPEAKER_01: Glory be to God.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: Amen.
- 30:02SPEAKER_01: But there's a guy from so I digressed again.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: I know not what I say.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: No, there's a guy, Brian, from church, who always plays on the maracca at church, and he's like, he's always like, whenever I look out into the congregation, he's got the maracca going, and it's just kind of like a great like beacon of hope and light and encouragement when he plays that maracca.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: I just love it.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: I get a big smile on my face.
- 30:30SPEAKER_01: And as I'm shaking the tambourine, and I brought the tambourine, Brian was came with his family, and I gave him the tambourine, and he shook that tambourine the entire time, just non-stop.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: And I feel like you like watch the spirit move through somebody.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: He just was not shy all in.
- 30:53SPEAKER_01: He was not lukewarm.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: I mean, this guy is on fire for Jesus, and you could just feel that from him.
- 30:59SPEAKER_01: And I really just love that, and I think there needs to be more of that.
- 31:02SPEAKER_01: And I say, Rock on, Brian, you keep on singing the good song, all right, and sharing your sweet light and gift.
- 31:09SPEAKER_01: And I hope to see him at the next round for sure.
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: I will have to let the church family know and the different congregations know.
- 31:15SPEAKER_01: And you know, I'm open to like live instruments and you know, different singers and songs.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: I mean, who knows what this thing could be, but again, I think it's just the beginning of you know, a series of Christian events that we could put together with all the people that are so gifted in this community, and I think it'd be super lovely and amazing.
- 31:34SPEAKER_01: So here for it! Are you here for it, my dearest friends and family?
- 31:41SPEAKER_01: Yo! This has been such a blessing to be able to talk this over with y'all.
- 31:46SPEAKER_01: I had such a glorious week.
- 31:49SPEAKER_01: We had my nephew out at the farm this week.
- 31:52SPEAKER_01: I saved some things to harvest with him, and to see his sweet little energy out here harvesting carrots and beets and radishes.
- 31:59SPEAKER_01: It was so awesome.
- 32:00SPEAKER_01: I saved it for him, and the commentary with this little guy was just awesome.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: He is in first grade and just such a pure spirit and such a connection with nature that I've just I love spending time with him and being able to tap into my inner child too.
- 32:14SPEAKER_01: I'm very blessed to be able to have pick him up from school and allow his parents to say yes, you know, and trust that, you know, what he's gonna learn out here is is as a value as well.
- 32:27SPEAKER_01: So how wonderful.
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: I mean, it just all summer long, whenever he came out to the farm, he's like, Can we harvest it yet?
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: Like, is it ready?
- 32:34SPEAKER_01: Is it ready?
- 32:34SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, Weston, it's ready now.
- 32:37SPEAKER_01: It's ready, come on out and harvest.
- 32:39SPEAKER_01: And he was super stoked, and he was a big help.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: I absolutely love that energy.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: Also, this week, DNA Hemp bought out the pigly wigglies in Hartford and Slinger.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: That was really tough.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: I mean, when I first got the call from the manager asking if we could, you know, pick up our product, I was like, oh, really?
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: Come on.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: Kick the farmer when they're down.
- 33:07SPEAKER_01: As if hemping wasn't hard enough.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: You know, now I gotta buy back my product.
- 33:12SPEAKER_01: Like, can't you guys just eat it and give it out for Christmas gifts?
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: I don't know, try to sell it, clearance it.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: Uh, but no, I I had to give it to God, and I just got such a peace in my heart, knowing that, you know, if if that energy exchange wasn't there, like, I will gladly take those products back.
- 33:30SPEAKER_01: I did guarantee the product, so being a woman of my word, you gotta do it.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: And instead of like snibling or whining or throwing a fit, I just kind of like collected myself and was like, all right, we're doing this.
- 33:42SPEAKER_01: It's the closing of the chapter, which is which is alright.
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: It needed to happen, honestly.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: You know, with the hemp band coming up, there's a lot of questions and uncertainty, and I can understand that, but I know whose plan it is.
- 33:58SPEAKER_01: I know to trust the process.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: I know that I have a lot of faith, and I know that happened for a very peculiar reason, and I surrender.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: I surrender.
- 34:08SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna resist.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna trust and I encourage for my fellow disciples to do the same.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: All right, I feel like now I'm just yapping.
- 34:19SPEAKER_01: Just yapping over here.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: I just feel like I got so much to share, so much to give, so much love to be had.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: And I wanna say thank you.
- 34:31SPEAKER_01: Alright, let me try to do a little clap.
- 34:33SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna do it with a heel click.
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 34:44SPEAKER_01: I love you.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: Please forgive me.
- 34:51SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Thank you for listening, fam.
- 34:56SPEAKER_01: Until next time, know that you are so very blessed, you are so very loved, you are divinely cared for, you have amazing gifts to share, that you can be the light in someone's life, that you are here on this earth for a beloved and blessed reason.
- 35:16SPEAKER_01: So go forth and be a blessing.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: Much love.
