- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Conspiracy The Show with your hosts, Adam Todd
- 0:16Speaker 1: Brown and Connor mixed Pattern.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I'm Adam Todd Brown, I'm ConA mcspad, and we're.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Your goddamn hosts. M don't you fucking forget it. How's
- 0:43Speaker 2: it going, man? Since we recorded last about fifteen minutes ago,
- 0:46Speaker 2: I'm done living a lie. We record these sometimes all
- 0:49Speaker 2: at the same time.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Yeah, oh man, I had a whole I had a
- 0:53Speaker 1: whole anecdote cooked up about where I have been for
- 0:55Speaker 1: the past few months and everything I was going to
- 0:57Speaker 1: tell you about my my trip to South America and
- 0:59Speaker 1: my run in with the local militias. But you know
- 1:02Speaker 1: it was good. I just kind of pet winter a
- 1:03Speaker 1: little bit. Hit the bread a filter. You know, it
- 1:07Speaker 1: is great.
- 1:07Speaker 2: We record these so far in advance, like at some
- 1:10Speaker 2: point one of us could just be dead by the
- 1:12Speaker 2: time this goes up.
- 1:13Speaker 1: That would be great. Yeah, Like I always think about
- 1:15Speaker 1: like the postumous, like podcasts I can go on if
- 1:18Speaker 1: you tell me, you're just like, well, here's his last
- 1:21Speaker 1: creative act.
- 1:22Speaker 2: I should start recording a bunch of podcasts that I
- 1:25Speaker 2: just never have released. So I can have a vault.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Oh yeah, when I die, Like, I want an actual
- 1:32Speaker 2: vault like Prince had.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Oh totally yeah, you want, like you know, Chet Wilde
- 1:36Speaker 1: and Vanessa Gritten to be suing each other over access
- 1:39Speaker 1: to who gets the the rights to the ATB secret files. No, yeah,
- 1:44Speaker 1: I do worry about that sometimes where we're just like,
- 1:46Speaker 1: make some joke and then it's just like, oh, that's
- 1:48Speaker 1: the week that it turns out a bunch of the
- 1:50Speaker 1: Korean families sued because of the biological weapons used in
- 1:53Speaker 1: the fifties, and you're just like, oh, man, I really
- 1:55Speaker 1: wish I hadn't made all those SARS puns.
- 1:59Speaker 2: So this is the last episode of Mind Control Month.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Wow, that was loud. It's Mind Control Months. I mean,
- 2:07Speaker 1: I got it.
- 2:08Speaker 2: We gotta do we gotta do it up, big dude.
- 2:11Speaker 2: And that was everyone's trigger. You know what to do?
- 2:14Speaker 2: You just heard the air horn.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 2:16Speaker 2: That's our episode, very experimental episode. Yeah, that's the year
- 2:19Speaker 2: of the air Horn Show.
- 2:20Speaker 1: And we have at this point tricked you into subscribing
- 2:23Speaker 1: on Patreon, so all the subliminal cues should be there. Yeah,
- 2:28Speaker 1: we've planted a few and some other un pops network
- 2:30Speaker 1: shows just to get you guys fully acclimated to our demands.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And if it didn't work, that's your fault. Uh. Yeah,
- 2:39Speaker 1: you have a weak mind, everybody. Yeah, you're too dumb
- 2:41Speaker 1: to be programmed. How does you feel we're talking about
- 2:44Speaker 1: harp today? How much? How much do you know about
- 2:47Speaker 1: harp or did you know before this? Hadn't heard of it?
- 2:50Speaker 1: It looks like it's one of those like kind of
- 2:51Speaker 1: like friendly looking acronyms that like this is probably someone
- 2:54Speaker 1: about trying to get like teachers, like more money for supplies.
- 2:56Speaker 1: You know. Yeah, it's one of those things.
- 2:59Speaker 2: It I had heard of it before, and it's one
- 3:02Speaker 2: of those things that when you see it, it's like, well, yeah,
- 3:04Speaker 2: that's got to be for something weird. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 3:07Speaker 2: but I don't know what because it's just like if
- 3:11Speaker 2: you see it, it's just a bunch of satellites all
- 3:14Speaker 2: in this really tight group in Alaska and it's just
- 3:18Speaker 2: like a I don't know, it shoots a rays into
- 3:22Speaker 2: the we'll get into.
- 3:23Speaker 1: It, yeah, yeah, we'll discuss it.
- 3:24Speaker 2: But what people claim it actually is is a weather
- 3:29Speaker 2: control device that the United States can use to change
- 3:34Speaker 2: the weather, cause earthquakes do all sorts of crazy things
- 3:38Speaker 2: jam communications satellites. And also maybe it's just a big
- 3:43Speaker 2: death ray that shoots things out of the sky.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Yeah, so any one of those great options.
- 3:50Speaker 2: And the thing is, this is one of the first
- 3:53Speaker 2: conspiracies that we've covered where I'm like, I hope this
- 3:58Speaker 2: is true because I kind of want the US to
- 4:00Speaker 2: have a weapon like this.
- 4:01Speaker 1: It makes me feel better. Oh yeah, I mean I
- 4:03Speaker 1: would Nothing would make me happier than finding out that
- 4:06Speaker 1: we had like a functional Star Wars type thing where
- 4:09Speaker 1: it's just like, oh yeah, we'll just blow I'm sure
- 4:11Speaker 1: there'll be some emp radiation stuff, but I mean, yeah
- 4:14Speaker 1: we can. We can zap nuclear bombs out of the
- 4:16Speaker 1: sky with our death laser. That would be great. There's
- 4:18Speaker 1: one one of the scariest fucking Trump quotes was was
- 4:21Speaker 1: some general talking to him and he's like, I think
- 4:23Speaker 1: he actually thinks these missile defense things are real. You know,
- 4:27Speaker 1: I think you these things work. And he's like, he's
- 4:30Speaker 1: got to know they're not. That we haven't really tried them.
- 4:32Speaker 1: You know, you're trying to hit a bullet with a
- 4:34Speaker 1: bullet here.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Yeah, they they fail pretty regularly. We just tested one
- 4:38Speaker 2: in Hawaii. Oh yeah, failed. Yeah, yeah, and it's yeah,
- 4:42Speaker 2: it's not as that. It always killed me that we
- 4:45Speaker 2: laughed it up so much at the idea of building
- 4:48Speaker 2: satellites that will shoot missiles that have to travel through
- 4:52Speaker 2: space to get to us. Yeah yeah, yeah, out of
- 4:54Speaker 2: the sky when they're in space, Like, why not look
- 4:57Speaker 2: into that?
- 4:57Speaker 1: It seems like a great if we're throwing money as
- 4:59Speaker 1: stupid military shit, that should be up near the top
- 5:02Speaker 1: of the list, I'd say. So.
- 5:04Speaker 2: If harp's real, I'm glad the United States has it
- 5:07Speaker 2: is yes, yeah, yeah. So this is the official explanation
- 5:11Speaker 2: from the HARP website.
- 5:13Speaker 1: The high so funny that they have a website, yeah,
- 5:16Speaker 1: you know, like mk ultra dot gov and it comes up.
- 5:20Speaker 2: It'll come up later, but there there is some weirdness
- 5:22Speaker 2: with the website and some of the wording that's been
- 5:26Speaker 2: changed on it. In HARP has a Patreon, let's get them.
- 5:32Speaker 2: So this is from the HARP website.
- 5:33Speaker 1: I got a shout out on the death ray, so
- 5:35Speaker 1: I guess my name is inscribed on some kind of
- 5:37Speaker 1: plaque up there.
- 5:39Speaker 2: The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program HARP is the
- 5:44Speaker 2: world's most capable, high power, high frequency transmitter for study
- 5:49Speaker 2: of the ionosphere. The principal instrument is the Ionospheric Research Instrument,
- 5:56Speaker 2: a phased array of one hundred and eighty high frequency
- 6:00Speaker 2: cross dipole antennas don't cross dipole kind, spread across thirty
- 6:06Speaker 2: three acres and capable of radiating three point six megawatts
- 6:10Speaker 2: into the upper atmosphere and ion a sphere.
- 6:12Speaker 1: God, I can't believe anyone's still listening to this. Yeah.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Transmit frequencies are selectable in the range of two point
- 6:18Speaker 2: seven to ten megahertz, and since the antennas form a
- 6:21Speaker 2: sophisticated phase array, the transmitted beam can take many shapes,
- 6:25Speaker 2: can be scanned over a wide angular range, and multiple
- 6:29Speaker 2: beams can be formed.
- 6:30Speaker 1: If you want to just tune out and come back
- 6:32Speaker 1: in on Courtney Love month, nobody would blame you.
- 6:36Speaker 2: The facility uses thirty transmitter shelters, each with six pairs
- 6:40Speaker 2: of ten kilowatt transmitters to achieve the three point six
- 6:43Speaker 2: megawat transmit power. Well that was boring.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Yeah, So it seems like they've got a bunch of
- 6:50Speaker 1: electric laser beams that they can use to shoot at
- 6:54Speaker 1: the sky to see how that makes the sky do things. Yeah,
- 7:01Speaker 1: that's That's what I took away from it.
- 7:04Speaker 2: They're using it to study the sky or the ionosphere, yeah,
- 7:08Speaker 2: which is like which I have I think is right
- 7:10Speaker 2: before the exosphere. Yeah, and I think it's all made
- 7:13Speaker 2: up of plasma, which is not a substance naturally found
- 7:16Speaker 2: on Earth.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's isn't it kind of created by the
- 7:19Speaker 1: magnetism within the the iron of Earth's core?
- 7:22Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 7:23Speaker 1: I think isn't that part of it?
- 7:24Speaker 2: Yeah, because this is a they also use HARP to
- 7:29Speaker 2: explore underground for oil and things like that without drilling,
- 7:33Speaker 2: so probably I'm sure it does have something to do
- 7:36Speaker 2: with underground.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Kind of like when they go every six years they
- 7:40Speaker 1: do a History Channel thing where they look for Jimmy
- 7:42Speaker 1: Hoffo underneath the fifty yard line or whatever. They get
- 7:44Speaker 1: that guy with a laser who's like, yeah, there's nothing here,
- 7:47Speaker 1: and they're like, but he might still be there. Pond
- 7:49Speaker 1: Stars coming next. I hate that. I want.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I'm such a fucking sucker for those shows. Yeah, those
- 7:55Speaker 2: Oh we're exploring underground because they never find shit.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Oh, it's one of these things where it's like I
- 8:01Speaker 1: forget who. There's a com kids a bit of with
- 8:03Speaker 1: those ghost Hunter shows where he's like, if they found
- 8:04Speaker 1: ghost you would have heard about it. They wouldn't have
- 8:05Speaker 1: waited until the season premiere of Ghost Hunters. They would
- 8:08Speaker 1: have been like irrefutable proof that death is not the end, Like, yeah,
- 8:12Speaker 1: look at this, now, this is groundbreaking science. Yeah.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Caitlin Cutt has a theory that even if ghosts surreal,
- 8:19Speaker 2: they're not gonna present themselves to like one of these
- 8:22Speaker 2: ghosts hunting douchebags. Oh, like that person be the one
- 8:26Speaker 2: to get all the glory for breaking the news.
- 8:27Speaker 1: If I'm gonna break the news about the other side,
- 8:30Speaker 1: a guy with cargo shorts loaded up with camera batteries,
- 8:33Speaker 1: you know, with a mountain dew in his back pocket
- 8:35Speaker 1: is not getting the scoop. No, Or like when they
- 8:38Speaker 1: went in the King Touch's tomb, not King tut in
- 8:41Speaker 1: that pyramid where they're like, all right, we're gonna go
- 8:42Speaker 1: and we got this thing going up the tunnel and
- 8:44Speaker 1: then we're gonna break into the other wall and then
- 8:46Speaker 1: they get in there like oh yep, No, it turns
- 8:48Speaker 1: out it's we got to go even further, but we're
- 8:49Speaker 1: not ready to do that. So look for another live
- 8:52Speaker 1: special in thirty years when we get, you know, clearance
- 8:54Speaker 1: from the Egyptian government to go fuck up their monuments. Yeah,
- 8:57Speaker 1: I'm I'm old.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Enough to have watched Heraldo breaking in to al Capone's
- 9:00Speaker 2: vault live.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Do you remember that? Oh yeah, I've heard about this,
- 9:04Speaker 1: I haven't actually watched it.
- 9:06Speaker 2: It was a bunch of fucking nothing. They were like
- 9:09Speaker 2: a couple beer bottles.
- 9:10Speaker 1: In there, and it was like awesome.
- 9:12Speaker 2: It was like, yeah, you just knocked the wall out
- 9:15Speaker 2: of a basement in a bar. Of course you found
- 9:17Speaker 2: the old timey beer box. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and there
- 9:20Speaker 2: was not It was the best Herado I think of
- 9:22Speaker 2: all time. Is him ripping the original Woodstock ticket. He's
- 9:26Speaker 2: holding it up and it's got like the perforated edge
- 9:28Speaker 2: with long the ticket step and he's like, so this
- 9:30Speaker 2: is actually from and he's like oh, and like it
- 9:33Speaker 2: rips and then you see, like as as his hands
- 9:35Speaker 2: of apart, you see is like fucking expression of horror
- 9:38Speaker 2: behind the ticket and he's just like how much was
- 9:41Speaker 2: this worth? And this guy's like there's literally not even
- 9:44Speaker 2: a number, Dude, Like what the fuck? Those are always
- 9:48Speaker 2: great interviewer ruins, and I feel like Heraldo doesn't have
- 9:53Speaker 2: there's there's good broadcasters that have the juice.
- 9:56Speaker 1: When something goes wrong, it's a technical difficulty. There's people
- 10:00Speaker 1: you watch me be like, you're old with it, you
- 10:02Speaker 1: did a good job. I feel he's not one of them.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I feel like he's not like who who knows what
- 10:07Speaker 1: secrets these bottles hold? I think he was like, uh
- 10:10Speaker 1: so beer, we got beer? Oh I could use a beer.
- 10:14Speaker 1: There is a lot of papers. I mean, who knows
- 10:16Speaker 1: that the secrets in these papers?
- 10:18Speaker 2: And it's like I remember watching like the build up
- 10:21Speaker 2: to that was so they were like, what are we
- 10:23Speaker 2: gonna find money?
- 10:24Speaker 1: Is there gonna be a fortune in there?
- 10:26Speaker 2: Just dead hooker skull throne, like I want to say,
- 10:29Speaker 2: it was like eighty five or eighty six.
- 10:31Speaker 1: So I was like eight or nine. Oh, and that's
- 10:33Speaker 1: fucking that's so exciting Wheelhouse.
- 10:35Speaker 2: I was like yes, And I watched that shit live
- 10:37Speaker 2: and was like fuck you hearldo.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I could have been watching Golden Girls, not on
- 10:43Speaker 1: Conspiracy the show. If we got a big scoop, you'll
- 10:45Speaker 1: know we're going We're going to the mainstream media to
- 10:47Speaker 1: get the worried out before you.
- 10:48Speaker 2: So now let's go through the conspiracy theory version of harp,
- 10:52Speaker 2: which honestly way more satisfying, but not any shorter or
- 10:56Speaker 2: less worthy. Yeah, the conspiracy theory version.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Again, and if you got If you are a conspiracy
- 11:02Speaker 1: theory person and you need a humor to real personal liaison,
- 11:07Speaker 1: I will do punch up. You know. That's what I
- 11:09Speaker 1: did at Cracked. Oh yeah, seriously.
- 11:11Speaker 2: I basically took really high level news stories and presented
- 11:14Speaker 2: them for people reading Cracked. Yeah, well I will do
- 11:17Speaker 2: that for your conspiracy theory absolutely.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And it's a thing of like like Star Trek. You
- 11:20Speaker 1: watch it and it's like a lot of technobabble and
- 11:23Speaker 1: you kind of get it, and then it's like the
- 11:25Speaker 1: Futurama jug. They just make a simple analogy like oh,
- 11:27Speaker 1: like putting too much air in a balloon. You know,
- 11:29Speaker 1: Like for I says, right, you kind of need to
- 11:31Speaker 1: do that because a lot of times these people will
- 11:33Speaker 1: be like, we want to be taken seriously and we
- 11:35Speaker 1: want to present this information with all due respects to
- 11:39Speaker 1: the science behind it and all the research that our
- 11:42Speaker 1: team has done working hard over you, and it's like yeah,
- 11:44Speaker 1: but you kind of got to be like it's like
- 11:46Speaker 1: they fucked your dad, and your dad was actually a clown.
- 11:49Speaker 1: You know, you kind of have to have some of
- 11:50Speaker 1: that or else people are gonna tune it out.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's kind of the problem with the heart
- 11:55Speaker 2: conspiracy is there is not a lot of that.
- 11:58Speaker 1: No, there's not. I mean, like if hill are and
- 12:00Speaker 1: had me writing roast jokes for you know, I really
- 12:02Speaker 1: think we would be in a lot better shade as
- 12:04Speaker 1: a country. Right now, my services are available, you guys,
- 12:07Speaker 1: I don't know how many times after to.
- 12:07Speaker 2: T that's all we're saying, yeah and yeah. With HARP,
- 12:11Speaker 2: there's a lot of information out there, but it's all
- 12:15Speaker 2: very high level and complex, so when someone's explaining it,
- 12:18Speaker 2: you're just kind of like, all right, fine, they're causing earthquakes. Yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 2: earthquakes were going to happen anyway, So this is the
- 12:26Speaker 2: conspiracy theory version. HARP is one hundred and eighty high
- 12:30Speaker 2: frequency antenna's seventy two feet tall and has the capability
- 12:34Speaker 2: of actually focusing its own beam. Also, in contrast to
- 12:38Speaker 2: other heaters, which tend to just produce a standard beam
- 12:42Speaker 2: of a generally uniform nature, HARP can squeeze it into
- 12:46Speaker 2: a tiny area and thus transform what is a three
- 12:49Speaker 2: point six megawat beam into a billion wop beam.
- 12:53Speaker 1: That part becomes important later.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Yeah, HARP is stationed in Gakona, Alaska, overseen by the
- 12:59Speaker 2: US Air Force and Navy, DARPA, and the Geophysical Institute
- 13:04Speaker 2: of the University of Alaska. Actually it's now just the
- 13:07Speaker 2: University of Alaska, but we'll get to that. Also, these
- 13:10Speaker 2: bases are used to aim concentrated elf extremely low frequency
- 13:14Speaker 2: waves to make some kind of a cookie laser into
- 13:18Speaker 2: the ionosphere to control weather, trigger earthquakes, disrupt communications, and
- 13:25Speaker 2: exert mind control over the population. It's also used for
- 13:30Speaker 2: tomography to search for underground mineral deposits, and for destroying satellites. Yeah.
- 13:34Speaker 2: I like how they lump those last two things together
- 13:37Speaker 2: in one sentence, like.
- 13:39Speaker 1: A destroy satellites. Well, I know, satellites sometimes have to
- 13:44Speaker 1: be kind of taken out because the certain point they
- 13:48Speaker 1: run their course, and I think they usually just crash
- 13:50Speaker 1: them into the atmosphere over the ocean or something and
- 13:51Speaker 1: they burn up and it's no big deal. But I mean,
- 13:53Speaker 1: I think there's been cases where they've had to kind
- 13:55Speaker 1: of like blow them up or kind of make it
- 13:57Speaker 1: make that a little bit easier. So that might be
- 13:59Speaker 1: like a legitimate thing it makes sense that we want
- 14:01Speaker 1: something to do that. Yeah. The things here that don't
- 14:04Speaker 1: quite make sense to me is like mind control and earthquakes.
- 14:08Speaker 1: It's like, maybe if you affect the composition of the ionosphere,
- 14:13Speaker 1: it affects level of radiation we're exposed to. And maybe
- 14:16Speaker 1: you've studied the human brain to a point that you
- 14:18Speaker 1: know this makes us react in a certain way. But
- 14:20Speaker 1: it's like, are you then not mind controlling yourself? It's
- 14:22Speaker 1: kind of like farting in an elevator, you know. It's like, oh, okay,
- 14:25Speaker 1: we all have these same atmos. We have the same
- 14:27Speaker 1: attosphere as Australia, does you know? Yeah? And uh yeah,
- 14:30Speaker 1: oh I got you guys, Like that's right. The deviled eggs,
- 14:34Speaker 1: yeah yeah, and the earthquakes. How do you fucking get
- 14:36Speaker 1: how do you turn sky electricity into an earthquake? That's
- 14:40Speaker 1: a stupid question, but I don't get it.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Yeah, there's we're gonna watch a couple We're gonna go
- 14:45Speaker 2: through a bunch of videos in this episode, but there's
- 14:47Speaker 2: two at the end that were video evidence of harp
- 14:51Speaker 2: actually being used, and they're both really easy to explain.
- 14:54Speaker 2: But there's a third one that I didn't include mostly
- 14:57Speaker 2: because of the music, and it just looked like a
- 15:00Speaker 2: tornado coming down from the sky. And they were like,
- 15:02Speaker 2: Ciria has been having magnitude three earthquakes for a few
- 15:06Speaker 2: weeks now, and it's like, so is Oklahoma and anywhere
- 15:09Speaker 2: else where there's a shit ton of oil. Yeah, it
- 15:12Speaker 2: could just be that could So what's interesting is Canada
- 15:18Speaker 2: is all fucking over this story. The CBC, which is
- 15:22Speaker 2: that's like the BBC for Canada, like it's their legitimate
- 15:26Speaker 2: news outlet, did an actual documentary about Harp and it's
- 15:31Speaker 2: not a there's also a documentary I didn't have time
- 15:34Speaker 2: to watch, narrated by Martin Sheen, which is also like
- 15:38Speaker 2: an anti Harp documentary.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Yeah, but the CBC relevance where it's like, yeah, we
- 15:44Speaker 1: get Martin Sheen, you know, it does. He's getting old
- 15:46Speaker 1: and crazy enough to be likegeah, they're using lasers.
- 15:49Speaker 2: It does lend an air of believability to it for me.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Oh yeah, to know that Martin Sheen put his name
- 15:55Speaker 2: on it. But then also you have to keep in
- 15:58Speaker 2: mind that's Charlie Sheen's dad.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Yeah, he made Charlie Sheen, and it's like he's never
- 16:04Speaker 1: come across as particularly unglued to me, right, but it
- 16:08Speaker 1: could just be that that stuff. He was more dormant
- 16:11Speaker 1: in him unglued before the Internet age, Yeah, when everyone
- 16:17Speaker 1: was and we just didn't so dumb I am. I
- 16:19Speaker 1: watched Apocalypse Now for like English class or something, and
- 16:22Speaker 1: I was like, Charlie Sheen's actually a pretty good actor.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I did not realize it was a different dude. I
- 16:27Speaker 1: was like, man, this guy, I mean, back in the day,
- 16:29Speaker 1: he had it. What's he he's in? Isn't he in Platoon?
- 16:33Speaker 3: Though?
- 16:33Speaker 1: I think he's in Platoon? Charlie Sheen? I think so, Yeah,
- 16:36Speaker 1: I haven't seen Platoon. He was a fine actor back
- 16:39Speaker 1: in the day. Dude. I just I fucking had a
- 16:42Speaker 1: guy on the time and be like, just explain to
- 16:44Speaker 1: me that his favorite comedian is Charlie Sheen. H not
- 16:47Speaker 1: not Charlie Sheen, the kid from Two and a Half Men.
- 16:49Speaker 1: And he's like, yeah, that kid, that kid is such
- 16:50Speaker 1: a great comed He's probably my favorite comedian. He was like,
- 16:52Speaker 1: this is like telling a lawyer that your favorite lawyer
- 16:55Speaker 1: is Count Choculatele, Like this is not He's a different thing. Yeah,
- 16:58Speaker 1: that's maddening favorite comedian. It was quite a lot. Yeah.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Wow, So yeah, let's talk about Canada in the CBC documentary.
- 17:07Speaker 2: This is a quote from that documentary, which we're gonna
- 17:10Speaker 2: go through some clips from it. It's actually it's really
- 17:12Speaker 2: short if anyone wants to go out and watch it.
- 17:14Speaker 2: It's like they remove all the commercials, so it's like
- 17:17Speaker 2: fifteen minutes long. Yeah, this is the quote that ends
- 17:20Speaker 2: that documentary. It isn't just conspiracy theorists who are concerned
- 17:24Speaker 2: about HARP. The European Union called the project a global
- 17:29Speaker 2: concern and past a resolution calling for more information on
- 17:33Speaker 2: its health and environmental risks. Despite those concerns, officials at
- 17:38Speaker 2: HARP insist the project is nothing more sinister than a
- 17:42Speaker 2: radio science research facility. That still sounds kind of sinister. Yeah,
- 17:47Speaker 2: I don't know what radio science research is. I mean
- 17:50Speaker 2: the radio, like any kind of invisible wave. I'm like, okay,
- 17:54Speaker 2: well you're not fucking feeding kids with that. You're not
- 17:57Speaker 2: trying to beam a turkey sandwich into an African boys, honey,
- 18:00Speaker 2: Like this is there's something. You're doing something and the
- 18:03Speaker 2: The subject of this documentary is Gene Manning. She's a journalist.
- 18:07Speaker 2: She was looking into alternative energy sources. When she stumbled
- 18:12Speaker 2: upon the works of Nikola Tesla. Pretty cool guy, if
- 18:16Speaker 2: you've ever looked into the shit he did.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yeah. So I think someone said that, like, Nikola Tesla
- 18:22Speaker 1: is kind of like Chuck Norris for nerds, where they're
- 18:24Speaker 1: just like, did you know Nikola Tesla? Yeah, made a
- 18:26Speaker 1: death ray that he wrote that the plans were so
- 18:29Speaker 1: hard to understand if you weren't a genius like him
- 18:31Speaker 1: who fucked pigeons, that you could never know the secrets
- 18:34Speaker 1: of He had like an earthquake machine. People said that
- 18:36Speaker 1: you can do a bridge and make it destroy all
- 18:39Speaker 1: this shit.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Yeah, and it all kind of ties into this sort
- 18:43Speaker 2: of Yeah. The thing I always heard about Tesla is
- 18:46Speaker 2: that he was working on a plan that would have
- 18:51Speaker 2: basically given the world free energy. Yeah, and that when
- 18:54Speaker 2: they found out he was planning to just give it
- 18:56Speaker 2: away for free, they cut the funding for it.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Get who it was, like a really big name that
- 19:02Speaker 2: was investing in it, and I don't remember who it was.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And then they're just like, ooh, it's kind of fuck's
- 19:06Speaker 1: up our whole power structure here. Yeah.
- 19:08Speaker 2: You know, there are people who say obelisks are a
- 19:13Speaker 2: means of tapping into the energy in the world and
- 19:17Speaker 2: oblisks like the Washington monument that particular shape interesting.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, it's kind of like how I feel about
- 19:25Speaker 1: nuclear power, which I think is like probably our best
- 19:29Speaker 1: option right now available in terms of like providing like
- 19:34Speaker 1: cheap and you know, efficient power to the world. But
- 19:38Speaker 1: there's just like such a smear campaign ran against it. Yeah,
- 19:41Speaker 1: I wonder what that's all about, you know. And it's
- 19:43Speaker 1: one of these things where I'm like, I get the
- 19:45Speaker 1: people that I get that the name is prohibitive to
- 19:48Speaker 1: people accepting it, and I get that there has been
- 19:50Speaker 1: problems of like places like Chernobyl or that that reactor
- 19:53Speaker 1: that was like an earthquake fault line, which just don't
- 19:55Speaker 1: build a reactor there as part of it, you know
- 19:57Speaker 1: in Japan that like leaked all that to the Fukushima
- 20:00Speaker 1: in the ocean. But it's like, are they just doing
- 20:01Speaker 1: this so that we have to keep you know, like
- 20:03Speaker 1: paying Addison the X number of dollars a month, you know, like,
- 20:05Speaker 1: is this just like a shell company. Well, if you
- 20:07Speaker 1: look into three you're just trying to keep us down here.
- 20:09Speaker 2: If you look into three Mile Island, which was which
- 20:13Speaker 2: is currently I would argue and don't at me on Twitter. Uh,
- 20:18Speaker 2: the best flavor of wings sauce at Hooters is definitely
- 20:22Speaker 2: three mile Island.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Is that really enameable?
- 20:24Speaker 2: They have three mile Island and they also have nine
- 20:26Speaker 2: to one one. That's but a really fun thing to
- 20:29Speaker 2: do is go in and order nine one one, but
- 20:32Speaker 2: just keep calling them nine to eleven wings and see
- 20:36Speaker 2: if by the time your waitress reads your order back
- 20:39Speaker 2: to you, if she says nine to eleven wings. Me, Josh,
- 20:42Speaker 2: Danny and Jeff May did that at a Hooters in
- 20:45Speaker 2: Hollywood and it worked.
- 20:46Speaker 1: That's fucking great. That was the three of the traditional
- 20:50Speaker 1: with the nine to eleven sauce. Yes, do that. That
- 20:55Speaker 1: fucking rules. That's great. But that's like Steve Red is
- 20:57Speaker 1: easy losing the Buffalo Wildwig's commercial after eleven stuff came out,
- 21:00Speaker 1: you know, yeah, Hooters should have picked him up. Can
- 21:03Speaker 1: I get the Sea red as easy? These kids? Memorial
- 21:05Speaker 1: College Fund wing sauce flavor? Place love you, Steve?
- 21:11Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, three mile is when it's a Hooter's
- 21:14Speaker 2: wing sauce. But also that was the big nuclear meltdown
- 21:18Speaker 2: that happened.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Can I get those radioactive bore potato skins?
- 21:21Speaker 2: You know that was the nuclear reactor meltdown that happened
- 21:25Speaker 2: here in the United States, And there's like this movie
- 21:29Speaker 2: the China Syndrome had just come out and then this
- 21:32Speaker 2: nuclear meltdown happens, which nothing suspicious about. Sometimes I look
- 21:37Speaker 2: back on things and I'm like, man, the government was
- 21:38Speaker 2: hard at hiding this stuff. Yeah, Like I feel like
- 21:41Speaker 2: they just made that movie and then caused that reactor
- 21:44Speaker 2: to go, oh, we gotta stick with the energy we
- 21:46Speaker 2: have now.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Yeah. It's one of these things where it's like, really
- 21:48Speaker 1: Paul Blar mal coop and observing the report in the
- 21:51Speaker 1: same month, you know, But yeah, they do do s
- 21:53Speaker 1: to like the Manchurian candidate shit. With all this stuff happening,
- 21:56Speaker 1: it's kind of just like people like, well, yeah, let's
- 21:58Speaker 1: make it. And it's like I feel even the same
- 22:00Speaker 1: way about like apocalypse movies, where I think people are
- 22:02Speaker 1: just like, oh, yeah, no, the apocalypse will be fun.
- 22:05Speaker 1: It'll be me and my high school buddies in a
- 22:07Speaker 1: van fighting zombies. Like no, it's gonna be you getting
- 22:10Speaker 1: the flu from radiation and just eating like cans of
- 22:13Speaker 1: dog food until you die, until someone murders you for
- 22:16Speaker 1: your cans of dog food. Exactly. Yeah, so well, yeah,
- 22:18Speaker 1: I'll be real flipping about the whole thermonuclear tension in
- 22:22Speaker 1: the political winds, because yeah, it'll be like mad Max.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a big truck with spikes all over
- 22:27Speaker 1: it and fight a bunch of white dudes in the desert.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Flames don't come out of my guitar. Now, no apocalypse.
- 22:34Speaker 1: I'd love some elastic jamming environments.
- 22:37Speaker 2: But yeah, Three Mile Island, I don't think anyone died.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I don't know if there were even that many injuries,
- 22:45Speaker 2: and the amount of radiation that went out into the
- 22:47Speaker 2: air was very negligible. Yeah, and we still cite it
- 22:53Speaker 2: as like this big nuclear tragedy and as one of
- 22:57Speaker 2: the reasons we can't have nuclear power. Meanwhile, they're been
- 23:00Speaker 2: the the titty reactors oh in sant and Afre have
- 23:05Speaker 2: been there forever, and I don't remember those fucking melting down.
- 23:09Speaker 1: And it's also a problem of like we haven't built
- 23:10Speaker 1: any new nuclear power plants in like thirty it's like
- 23:13Speaker 1: a long ass time, yeah, because people are so resistant
- 23:16Speaker 1: to the idea, and it's like for the low like
- 23:17Speaker 1: this is like as close as you're gonna get to
- 23:19Speaker 1: free energy, right, you know, just like these rods get
- 23:22Speaker 1: really hot because that's what they're made out of. It,
- 23:24Speaker 1: and let's fucking I don't know, let's just say the
- 23:26Speaker 1: whole state of Wyoming. Sorry, guys, you gotta move. That's
- 23:29Speaker 1: just nuclear fucking meltdown down where we just we just
- 23:33Speaker 1: go bury them in a big lead case and you know,
- 23:35Speaker 1: we get a dude in an et suit to drop
- 23:37Speaker 1: him in there, and then like, yeah, let's just all
- 23:39Speaker 1: enjoy our cheap, convenient electricity from that. Yeah.
- 23:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, it's a thing that's been around for
- 23:44Speaker 2: such a long time and it hasn't like it hasn't
- 23:47Speaker 2: wrecked the environment or the world. Like, there's plenty of
- 23:50Speaker 2: countries that still use it, but there's such a stigma
- 23:52Speaker 2: against it that Yeah, and there's it's impossible to think
- 23:55Speaker 2: that's not just because we're so beholden to oil companies.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Yeah, And it's like, I mean, people are stupid, but
- 24:01Speaker 1: I mean I guess, I mean, I guess I have
- 24:03Speaker 1: had a million conversations with people about this. Will it
- 24:06Speaker 1: be like well, yeah, but what about and we can't
- 24:08Speaker 1: be putting that and it's just like, ugh, this is
- 24:11Speaker 1: sort of like a you know, like a given day here,
- 24:13Speaker 1: It's like, is that is one, you know, the ten
- 24:17Speaker 1: square mile plot that's I radiated worse than burning a
- 24:21Speaker 1: shitload of coal to get our electricity? Right, what's the
- 24:24Speaker 1: call you want to make? What are these alternatives? You know,
- 24:27Speaker 1: even these solar panels that could create as much you know,
- 24:29Speaker 1: the carbon dioxide and as they're gonna save by producing
- 24:33Speaker 1: this energy from the sun. Like it's there's a trade
- 24:34Speaker 1: off with everything here. This seems pretty good to me.
- 24:37Speaker 1: This makes steam and radiation and we can go put
- 24:40Speaker 1: radiation somewhere and steam is fucking water vapor, So right,
- 24:42Speaker 1: what do you want?
- 24:43Speaker 2: And even stuff like DDT, which we now like people
- 24:48Speaker 2: use it as a joke like, oh, Trump would bring
- 24:51Speaker 2: back DDT. DDT basically wiped out malaria in the countries
- 24:56Speaker 2: where it was used. Yeah, but it also killed falcons,
- 25:01Speaker 2: and we stopped using it because there was science that
- 25:03Speaker 2: said it was endangering falcons.
- 25:06Speaker 1: The Stephen King lobby really yea.
- 25:09Speaker 2: And for one, that science turned out to be false,
- 25:12Speaker 2: Like it was just these.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Falcons, you know, they've been all hopped up on LSD
- 25:17Speaker 1: and then.
- 25:17Speaker 2: As soon as we stopped spraying it, malaria went way
- 25:20Speaker 2: back up.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Yeah, like it's it's just crazy how a public scare
- 25:25Speaker 1: can get out of hand. It's the bad press that
- 25:27Speaker 1: some things get. It's just kind of tragic because it's like, no,
- 25:30Speaker 1: this is imperfect, like certainly Three Mile Island, Fukushima, all
- 25:33Speaker 1: these places, you know, Cheronoble. It's like, yeah, we didn't
- 25:36Speaker 1: do it the right way, but it's like we were
- 25:38Speaker 1: onto something, you know.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I and and with to bring it back to Harp,
- 25:43Speaker 2: I feel like this is one of those things where
- 25:45Speaker 2: it's almost like a public scare thing because it's so
- 25:49Speaker 2: public and out there and people can see it and
- 25:52Speaker 2: they're like, what are you doing with that?
- 25:54Speaker 1: But even the bad.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Stuff that I hear that we use it for, I'm like, eh, yeah, sorry,
- 25:59Speaker 2: like I'd rather us be using it than Russia.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Yeah, something like that. I mean again, that is kind
- 26:04Speaker 1: of the luxury of being on the winning team. You're like, yeah,
- 26:07Speaker 1: well yeah, I mean I'm a Pats fan and we
- 26:09Speaker 1: sure did you know, buy the whole roster. But i mean, hey,
- 26:12Speaker 1: those Super Bowl victories are a lot of fun. You know.
- 26:14Speaker 1: It's the same kind of shit. So uh yeah, we
- 26:19Speaker 1: were talking about Tesla twenty five minutes ago.
- 26:22Speaker 2: She went to Gene Manning, the journalists they talked to
- 26:25Speaker 2: in this documentary, goes to a TESLA conference and she
- 26:28Speaker 2: meets a guy who she refers to as mister X
- 26:32Speaker 2: and he eventually sends her a bunch of files about
- 26:35Speaker 2: the Eastland patent.
- 26:37Speaker 1: And basically this would allow you to fit a monkey
- 26:40Speaker 1: inside of the truck, because that is that what I'm hearing.
- 26:43Speaker 2: In nineteen eighty eight, the government provided a patent to
- 26:47Speaker 2: a Texan named Bernard Eastland for an invention that quote
- 26:51Speaker 2: could change the weather.
- 26:53Speaker 1: This is a quote.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Doctor Eastland says the invention could be used to disrupt
- 26:57Speaker 2: communications all over the world and destroy or deflect a
- 27:01Speaker 2: missile attack.
- 27:02Speaker 1: And this is Gene Manning talking about that.
- 27:05Speaker 3: Yeah, Bernard Eastland.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Patent about a month ago.
- 27:08Speaker 3: The US actually this is nprted a patent to a
- 27:11Speaker 3: Houston based scientist, doctor Bernard Eastland, for an invention which
- 27:15Speaker 3: doctor Eastland says could be used to change the weather.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Doctor Eastland says the invention could also be used to
- 27:22Speaker 3: disrupt communications all over the world and might be used
- 27:25Speaker 3: to destroy or deflect a missile attack. The Eastern patents
- 27:30Speaker 3: had the ring of the mad scientist aspect of Tesla.
- 27:34Speaker 2: So that's an actual patent that the yea, the Eastland
- 27:39Speaker 2: patent is a real thing. You can go out and
- 27:42Speaker 2: look it up, and sure enough, it is for a
- 27:45Speaker 2: device that with the right it's a device that works
- 27:50Speaker 2: like HARP and with the right power being beamed up
- 27:53Speaker 2: into the sky in theory, you could use it to
- 27:57Speaker 2: control the weather. And that is actually that becomes the
- 28:03Speaker 2: sticking point in this is is HARP actually based on
- 28:08Speaker 2: the Eastland patent or not? Because if it is, that
- 28:12Speaker 2: is pretty much a space laser in Alaska, and if
- 28:17Speaker 2: it's not, then it's probably just some weather shit. So
- 28:22Speaker 2: she gets another call from mister X after she goes
- 28:26Speaker 2: to this conference and he tells her the maniacs are
- 28:30Speaker 2: actually going to do it up in Alaska, and that's
- 28:33Speaker 2: him referring to HARP actually building this crazy Eastland pet device.
- 28:41Speaker 2: And this is Bernard Eastland on NPR in nineteen eighty eight.
- 28:47Speaker 4: The basic concept is to build a very large antenna,
- 28:54Speaker 4: then to utilize a large amount of power and to
- 29:00Speaker 4: being those radio waves up into the upper atmosphere.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Have you approached the Pentagon with this invention? Yes?
- 29:09Speaker 4: And what I'm not at liberty to tell you is
- 29:12Speaker 4: the details of what that interaction is.
- 29:14Speaker 1: From the words spreading. So that's creepy. I mean it
- 29:20Speaker 1: homeboys signed an NDA. You know, they didn't talk about nothing.
- 29:24Speaker 2: It's not like he said, yeah, I reached out and
- 29:25Speaker 2: they weren't interested. Yeah, he said, I reached out and
- 29:29Speaker 2: I can't tell you what we talked about.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:31Speaker 2: So that's almost always basically saying yeah, yeah, I reached
- 29:35Speaker 2: out to them, and it's everything you.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Think, especially when people are like, oh, sounds like a
- 29:39Speaker 1: dead end, you know, yeah, nothing to see here, gang.
- 29:43Speaker 2: And so that was Bernard Eastland and this thing is
- 29:48Speaker 2: in or near Eagle River, Alaska. That's where a lot
- 29:51Speaker 2: of the people who first started complaining about this are,
- 29:54Speaker 2: among them doctor Nick Begich, who is one of the
- 29:58Speaker 2: pre eminent Harp conspiracy theorists. There are tons of videos
- 30:03Speaker 2: with this guy out there if you want to go
- 30:05Speaker 2: watch them.
- 30:06Speaker 1: They are's the Tom DeLong of Harp.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and uh I watched one that we'll talk
- 30:12Speaker 2: about very briefly at the end that about halfway through
- 30:15Speaker 2: I realized found out was an info Wars joint.
- 30:19Speaker 1: And you're like, yeah, this is interesting, and you're like son.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Of a b.
- 30:23Speaker 2: And He basically says, what you have with HARP is
- 30:27Speaker 2: basically a universal hammer for geophysical warfare.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Because that would be great if every Info Wars production
- 30:35Speaker 1: had Alex Jones talking underneath it like Puffy. You know,
- 30:39Speaker 1: you can be with our friends who can do this
- 30:42Speaker 1: every weekend. That would be fantastic. Friends.
- 30:48Speaker 2: We should have that on this podcast. I'll send you
- 30:50Speaker 2: the file after we're done if you can.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Just okay, I'll do I'll do it. Yeah, yeah, uh
- 30:57Speaker 1: so it's all good if you don't know. Now, you know,
- 31:02Speaker 1: liberals had a flat with this seat of my pants
- 31:07Speaker 1: on that one.
- 31:09Speaker 2: So he basically calls this a prototype for ground based
- 31:13Speaker 2: for a ground based Star Wars weapons system, which again
- 31:18Speaker 2: I was never all that opposed to Star Wars, so.
- 31:21Speaker 1: I would love it we're talking about this. I would
- 31:24Speaker 1: love it. If that's the role of this thing, to
- 31:27Speaker 1: shoot fucking missiles out of the sky, just tell me, great,
- 31:30Speaker 1: I'm into I would Yeah, I'm into it. I mean,
- 31:32Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, then we gotta worry about people smuggle
- 31:34Speaker 1: them and shipping containers and stuff. But it's like, at
- 31:36Speaker 1: least the ones that you just throw up in the
- 31:38Speaker 1: sky and aim at Pittsburgh are like, Okay, we know
- 31:41Speaker 1: those we got something for that. I mean, sure, gonna
- 31:44Speaker 1: be without powerful months and it's gonna be devastating rather
- 31:46Speaker 1: but it's like whoa, Okay, that's yeah, Calvus lives. Yeah,
- 31:51Speaker 1: way better, way better outcome.
- 31:53Speaker 2: So if nothing we've said so far convinces you that
- 31:57Speaker 2: there's at least something strange happening with HARP, get ready
- 32:00Speaker 2: to let this weird government official make you think this
- 32:05Speaker 2: thing is a space laser, because throughout this documentary they're
- 32:08Speaker 2: talking to.
- 32:09Speaker 1: And nobody but government officials can make space laser talk boring.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Right, Well, he I like how evasive he is, Like yeah,
- 32:17Speaker 2: he's pretty he's almost admitting that what she's asking him
- 32:22Speaker 2: is true by not admitting it, just the way he
- 32:26Speaker 2: dodges these questions.
- 32:28Speaker 1: So let's go through the first one. I don't remember
- 32:30Speaker 1: this guy's name.
- 32:31Speaker 6: I hope you wave transmitter. Does it have any military applications?
- 32:37Speaker 5: The site itself is strictly a scientific research site. Perhaps
- 32:41Speaker 5: the outcome of some of the science, perhaps some of
- 32:45Speaker 5: the results could be applied in a military to military systems.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, so that's that's a yes. Without saying yes.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Yeah, he's like, well, maybe, I mean some science can
- 32:59Speaker 1: be used by the Yeah.
- 33:01Speaker 2: He's basically just saying, yeah, we could, and I don't know.
- 33:05Speaker 1: I mean, this is a research death laser.
- 33:07Speaker 2: We want to I don't know if it comes up later,
- 33:12Speaker 2: because he says at one point she asks another question
- 33:16Speaker 2: and he says, if it was the device based on
- 33:19Speaker 2: the Eastland patent, we could do that. And the sticking
- 33:23Speaker 2: point becomes the amount of energy it shoots up into
- 33:26Speaker 2: the air, because the Eastland patent calls for something like
- 33:31Speaker 2: one hundred million kilowatts, And they're saying, well, we're only
- 33:33Speaker 2: shooting three point seven.
- 33:34Speaker 1: But I mean it's it's this array of lasers to
- 33:36Speaker 1: the idea of being can synchronized, that.
- 33:38Speaker 2: You can synchronize all one hundred and eighty and make
- 33:41Speaker 2: them a more concentrated.
- 33:43Speaker 1: It's not a machine gun. It's just fifty guns that
- 33:45Speaker 1: you'd at the same time.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Yeah, And so they cut to Jim Roderick, who's another
- 33:50Speaker 2: conspiracy theorist profiled in this documentary. Lives in a fucking
- 33:54Speaker 2: shack in a village in Alaska. This is his quote
- 33:59Speaker 2: about her. And then I think in here is where
- 34:02Speaker 2: that response from the government official comes.
- 34:07Speaker 5: The net plans for HARP activities correlating with projections of
- 34:14Speaker 5: what can be done in the Eastland patents.
- 34:16Speaker 1: It's that simple.
- 34:17Speaker 6: So it's not a coincidence.
- 34:18Speaker 1: It's not a coincidence.
- 34:20Speaker 5: Well, I hate to disagree with you, but it's not
- 34:25Speaker 5: his patent that we're building. Superficially, Yes, they send energy
- 34:30Speaker 5: up into the ionosphere, but the Eastland patents require huge, prodigious,
- 34:38Speaker 5: in fact amounts of power, like one hundred billion watts.
- 34:41Speaker 6: Remember that number, one hundred billion watts.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Indeed, remember that number because that's the government's defining difference
- 34:50Speaker 2: between what they built and the Eastland patent, which is
- 34:52Speaker 2: a weather control machine.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Is what the Eastland patent is.
- 34:56Speaker 2: They're saying, well, we don't shoot enough energy into the
- 34:59Speaker 2: sky to be replicating that.
- 35:02Speaker 1: They also interview a woman who works at HARP.
- 35:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and she is the proto like the when a
- 35:11Speaker 2: conspiracy happens. I feel like they need people like this
- 35:14Speaker 2: woman because it's very obvious that she just inherently trusts
- 35:18Speaker 2: whatever she's told.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Yeah, We're like, we've showing you this much of the picture,
- 35:22Speaker 1: and don't worry about the rest of it, and just
- 35:24Speaker 1: go tell the line.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Yeah, And because this this woman. I mean, just listen
- 35:29Speaker 2: to her.
- 35:31Speaker 1: The company.
- 35:32Speaker 6: There's a lot of people around here that have really
- 35:34Speaker 6: a lot of strange ideas, and I think many of.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Those are strange, hat pretty bizarre.
- 35:40Speaker 6: Michelle keeps the HARP computers between visits from the military scientists.
- 35:46Speaker 6: Do you know, I mean, do you understand what they're
- 35:48Speaker 6: what they're doing here with scients come in? You mean,
- 35:50Speaker 6: when the sciences come in and shoot the beams up.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Isn't that like when they come and shoot the beams up? Yeah,
- 35:57Speaker 1: I mean isn't that Is that not what we're talking
- 35:59Speaker 1: about here? Yeah, that's exactly what we want to know.
- 36:02Speaker 6: The death I think that heats a little small space
- 36:06Speaker 6: in the ion a sphere, and then you've got guys
- 36:09Speaker 6: that are sitting on computers. You've got people putting up
- 36:15Speaker 6: weather polls that measure weather and everything like that.
- 36:17Speaker 3: I mean, spooky going on here.
- 36:19Speaker 6: There have been claims made by some scientists.
- 36:22Speaker 1: That this is the government.
- 36:24Speaker 6: You could heat up the eye on a sphere and
- 36:25Speaker 6: affect local weather if you were to do Eastland patents.
- 36:30Speaker 1: I have no doubt that's the case.
- 36:31Speaker 6: Claims are being me that it could disrupt global communications, yes,
- 36:35Speaker 6: that it could shut down in other countries communication system
- 36:40Speaker 6: and enhance your own positive.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Here not harp. This guy is like if you told
- 36:46Speaker 1: someone to make you a guilty muppet, you know, make
- 36:50Speaker 1: an incriminating puppet. His answers are so amazing. Global. No, no,
- 36:56Speaker 1: not global, I mean continent wide. Like perhaps like we
- 36:59Speaker 1: could do it all around the globe. It just wouldn't
- 37:01Speaker 1: shut down the whole globe. Yeah, because we need to
- 37:04Speaker 1: text each other lol, after we'd fucked up the whole
- 37:07Speaker 1: Syrian cell phone network. But yeah, that was basically his
- 37:10Speaker 1: answer was global. Nope, no, fucked up global, global, Global.
- 37:14Speaker 2: And uh and yeah the thing he said about, well, yeah,
- 37:17Speaker 2: if it was based on the Eastland patents, we could
- 37:19Speaker 2: do that.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, but it's not. It's just, uh, we just
- 37:23Speaker 1: made fifty mini Eastland patents and then use them in
- 37:26Speaker 1: Unison for for nothing.
- 37:29Speaker 2: I mean that's when she brings up Technical Memorandum one
- 37:33Speaker 2: ninety five, which is an amazing six hundred page document
- 37:38Speaker 2: that allegedly came from a conference about heart.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Now I've read through this thing and its entirety, and
- 37:45Speaker 1: it's pretty good stuff. It's interesting, it's it's dense, but
- 37:47Speaker 1: it's a good read. I check it out at the
- 37:49Speaker 1: beach maybe Yeah. Available now on Kindle, get the audiobook
- 37:54Speaker 1: version on If you download this fucking boring a stag,
- 37:57Speaker 1: it would make your Kindle heavier. You're just like, oh,
- 37:59Speaker 1: I feel like this. It's gained a pound.
- 38:02Speaker 2: It basically says within the first page that even though
- 38:07Speaker 2: this document exists, it doesn't actually exist, like you're looking
- 38:12Speaker 2: at it, but you are to never tell anyone that
- 38:15Speaker 2: you've seen it.
- 38:16Speaker 1: And somehow doctor Nick Begich has a copy of this thing, okay,
- 38:20Speaker 1: and the thing fecal matter.
- 38:24Speaker 2: Exactly, the fecal matter demo, and the thing about heart beams.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Their beams are three million watts and the Eastland patent
- 38:33Speaker 2: calls for one hundred million watts. This document basically says
- 38:37Speaker 2: the goal of HARP is for those beams to reach
- 38:40Speaker 2: one hundred million. Okay, So what this government guy is
- 38:43Speaker 2: saying is, no, we're not working off the Eastland patent.
- 38:46Speaker 2: But what this document is saying is we're working toward
- 38:50Speaker 2: the Eastland patent. We at least want that to be
- 38:53Speaker 2: the thing that this does, but they're just not. There's
- 38:58Speaker 2: no way to verify if this document is real.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Yeah, this is just this is something, he claims.
- 39:03Speaker 2: And so let's go back to that government creep and
- 39:05Speaker 2: hear his response.
- 39:07Speaker 6: You must be familiar with technical Memorandum one ninety five,
- 39:11Speaker 6: which talks about a desired level of one.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Christis face billion watts.
- 39:15Speaker 6: Which memorandum technical memory.
- 39:19Speaker 1: I'm not familiar with that number.
- 39:22Speaker 6: Well, it's about six hundred pages and it's it's yeah.
- 39:27Speaker 6: I mean you may not acknowledge it because it's not
- 39:29Speaker 6: It hasn't been published, but it exists. I've seen it.
- 39:32Speaker 1: I don't know what technical MEMORANDU one is. He's almost laughing. Yeah, published.
- 39:38Speaker 2: He is almost laughing when he says he doesn't know
- 39:42Speaker 2: what that is.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Care to look at this picture you were tagged in.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Who are these sluts? I don't know. I don't know them.
- 39:50Speaker 2: So doctor Nick Begich is the one who Because the
- 39:54Speaker 2: thing about this maybe being used to impact weather and
- 39:59Speaker 2: maybe be used to interfere with communications and satellites, that
- 40:05Speaker 2: all seems.
- 40:07Speaker 1: Plausible, plausible. Yeah, Like I like, okay, I like my
- 40:10Speaker 1: limited understanding of shooting electricity into the sky is like
- 40:14Speaker 1: that seems like some shit you could do.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Yeah, And if you look into like cloud seating, like
- 40:18Speaker 2: there are things we've done, yeah with weather to try
- 40:22Speaker 2: and like fix drought.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Okay, silver dioxide up over this patch, Yeah, give us
- 40:25Speaker 1: some rain.
- 40:26Speaker 2: And that's you know, I could see this being used
- 40:30Speaker 2: for that. Yeah, it's doctor Nick Begott who claims that
- 40:34Speaker 2: this is used for mind control.
- 40:37Speaker 1: Also, we're gonna give everyone in Russia seasonal effective disorder.
- 40:41Speaker 1: We're gonna take away their three weeks of spring and
- 40:44Speaker 1: cast them into another month of darkness. So I got
- 40:47Speaker 1: like a real like uh fucking Perry of the Platypus
- 40:50Speaker 1: as plan.
- 40:51Speaker 2: And the only way I can think of that working though,
- 40:53Speaker 2: is just to make it rain all the time.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Yeah, And it's just like Seattle seems to be doing. Okay, Yeah, yeah,
- 40:57Speaker 1: there's a new Russian grunge movement, but they there's not.
- 41:03Speaker 2: I mean, I'm sure the evidence for this being a
- 41:06Speaker 2: mind control thing is out there, but I don't I
- 41:09Speaker 2: don't really know what it would be.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Yeah, But so let's and again it seems like my
- 41:15Speaker 1: farting in an elevator analogy word, It's like, how would
- 41:17Speaker 1: you do this specific? I mean, I would you would
- 41:20Speaker 1: it be confined to a large geographical region, to what
- 41:23Speaker 1: extent could you pinpoint it to what extent could you
- 41:27Speaker 1: ensure it's efficacy over the people in that region. It
- 41:29Speaker 1: all seems kind of tough.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Yeah, so let's let's listen to the government guy one
- 41:36Speaker 2: last time. This documentary is only like twelve or thirteen minutes.
- 41:40Speaker 1: If it's got the great VHS fucking feel too.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's an older one it's from.
- 41:46Speaker 6: Is it just a coincidence that there's been all of
- 41:48Speaker 6: this talk and that harp will be experimenting with with this?
- 41:53Speaker 6: Is that all this coincidence?
- 41:54Speaker 5: I believe the ability of elf to affect the mind
- 41:58Speaker 5: is is a a side issue for us. It may
- 42:03Speaker 5: be real. I can't say what.
- 42:06Speaker 1: A side issue like. I'm not as interested in that
- 42:09Speaker 1: as we are causing droughts upon our enemies.
- 42:12Speaker 2: But I mean, I feel like he's just fucking with
- 42:14Speaker 2: her at this point, yeah, yeah, and being like, yeah,
- 42:17Speaker 2: maybe it's real. What the fuck are you gonna do
- 42:19Speaker 2: about it?
- 42:19Speaker 1: Well, you coming here with your tough questions and your hearings,
- 42:21Speaker 1: I don't have to say.
- 42:22Speaker 6: Shit, it's been exceedingly difficult to find information on what
- 42:26Speaker 6: is supposed to be a major new initiative of the military.
- 42:28Speaker 6: All we see is heart.
- 42:33Speaker 5: Well that I'm being kept in the dark.
- 42:37Speaker 1: If that's the case, the question is could they would they?
- 42:40Speaker 1: And we believe they can and we believe they will.
- 42:44Speaker 1: That was doctor Nick Baggage. Yeah, doctor, you're a Cardigan
- 42:48Speaker 1: and he looks like he's in a mobile home.
- 42:51Speaker 2: So now, one thing that I did find kind of
- 42:54Speaker 2: interesting when I was researching this another Canadian site called
- 43:00Speaker 2: GlobalResearch dot Ca, which I believe is kind of a
- 43:03Speaker 2: conspiracy theory type website. I no claims to their validity
- 43:07Speaker 2: as a source, but this is a kind of a
- 43:10Speaker 2: weird thing. So in this article called HARP secret weapon
- 43:15Speaker 2: used for weather modification electromagnetic warfare, this is a quote
- 43:20Speaker 2: they have on in that article that is supposed to
- 43:24Speaker 2: have come from Harp's website. This is the quote HARP
- 43:28Speaker 2: is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and
- 43:31Speaker 2: behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able
- 43:37Speaker 2: to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance
- 43:42Speaker 2: systems for both civilian and defense purposes. So that sounds creepy,
- 43:49Speaker 2: and that's they claim is from an actual HARP website.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Yeah, like from like one of the not from a
- 43:57Speaker 1: secret you know, tassa like that. But like at some
- 44:01Speaker 1: point that was you know, on the site for ARP,
- 44:04Speaker 1: that was part of the mission statement and it has
- 44:05Speaker 1: since been redacted or removed.
- 44:08Speaker 2: And if you click on the link that is no
- 44:11Speaker 2: longer in the description.
- 44:13Speaker 1: All of the other like all of the lead up
- 44:16Speaker 1: to that is in there. Yeah, that we discussed at
- 44:19Speaker 1: the opening of the show, right, but.
- 44:21Speaker 2: The part about it being used for surveillance and defense
- 44:26Speaker 2: systems and military and civilians is taken out. It's not
- 44:31Speaker 2: on there. So that means either this site is lying
- 44:35Speaker 2: and that that was never on there, or that it
- 44:37Speaker 2: was changed at some point. And the article was originally
- 44:42Speaker 2: published in twenty ten on this site. The second sentence
- 44:47Speaker 2: on the page at links to now says operation of
- 44:49Speaker 2: the research facility was transferred from the United States Air
- 44:53Speaker 2: Force to the University of Alaska, Fairbanks on August eleventh,
- 44:58Speaker 2: twenty fifteen, allowing HARP to continue with exploration of ionospheric
- 45:04Speaker 2: phenomenology via a land use cooperative research and development agreement.
- 45:09Speaker 2: So who knows what it actually said back when the
- 45:12Speaker 2: Air Force was controlling it, because.
- 45:15Speaker 1: Now it seems to have been moved to a right
- 45:17Speaker 1: a public institution.
- 45:19Speaker 2: Except thank god for the way back machine.
- 45:22Speaker 1: I was able to.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Find what this page looked like back when this article
- 45:28Speaker 2: was written, and sure enough, it, for one thing, looks.
- 45:32Speaker 1: A lot so much shittier. Yeah, and not a sleek.
- 45:38Speaker 2: This is the opening sentence from Program Purpose. The Program
- 45:43Speaker 2: Purpose Page HARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying
- 45:46Speaker 2: the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis
- 45:50Speaker 2: on being able to understand and use it to enhance
- 45:53Speaker 2: communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
- 45:59Speaker 1: So that at least implied to.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Me that at one point we were at least looking
- 46:03Speaker 2: into what we could use this for in terms of
- 46:06Speaker 2: warfare and spying on people.
- 46:08Speaker 1: Yeah, are you know, blown up satellite? You're disrupting people's
- 46:11Speaker 1: ability to communicate, you.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Know, And the fact that we built it maybe it worked.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean we were running it for a long
- 46:19Speaker 1: time before the Air Force gave it up, and they've
- 46:21Speaker 1: changed this, so it's like, okay, well maybe they fucking
- 46:24Speaker 1: figured this stuff out, saw that it worked, and then
- 46:26Speaker 1: we're like, all right, Alaskan fucking College number six, you
- 46:31Speaker 1: guys want to just try to see if you can
- 46:32Speaker 1: make it more sunny or some shit. We're kind of
- 46:35Speaker 1: down with it. We're gonna make a big secret one
- 46:36Speaker 1: up at the North Pole, you know, And yeah, I
- 46:38Speaker 1: have a Sana fucking piano wire choked and to take
- 46:42Speaker 1: his operation over. And when this was garrotted, I think
- 46:46Speaker 1: it is the word I was is that when you
- 46:48Speaker 1: gar out somebody, Yeah, okay, cool. Yeah. As a conspiracy theorist,
- 46:52Speaker 1: I should know this.
- 46:53Speaker 2: And when this was originally the Air Force was just
- 46:55Speaker 2: going to shut this down, and then there was this
- 46:58Speaker 2: big movement to save hard and like scientists were like, no,
- 47:02Speaker 2: we can actually even if you're not going to use
- 47:04Speaker 2: it for mind control and causing earthquakes, we can use
- 47:06Speaker 2: it for actual science. And this big movement happened and
- 47:10Speaker 2: the Air Force agreed to transfer it to the University
- 47:13Speaker 2: of Alaska. So clearly the Air Force was doing something
- 47:18Speaker 2: with this. Yeah, that probably didn't just involve making sure
- 47:23Speaker 2: pilots could fly safely. Ye, like we figured out how
- 47:26Speaker 2: to fly, like we have all that down. But the
- 47:30Speaker 2: iono sphere does involve like like communications, satellites and things
- 47:34Speaker 2: use the ionosphere, so it is it probably is the
- 47:39Speaker 2: fucking thing that we can use to jam communication systems.
- 47:43Speaker 1: And maybe fuck with the weather. But the government's never
- 47:46Speaker 1: gonna say it. No, why would they? And I mean,
- 47:50Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 47:50Speaker 2: This is the kind of thing that having it on
- 47:53Speaker 2: my side, I feel better than if someone else had it. Yeah,
- 47:58Speaker 2: but it's it's one of those things that there's never
- 48:01Speaker 2: going to be a way to prove it. And I did.
- 48:05Speaker 2: I have a bunch of stuff about There's a Nick
- 48:07Speaker 2: Baggage interview that I watched, but god damn it, it's dense.
- 48:12Speaker 2: You don't want to.
- 48:12Speaker 1: It was a it was a rough viewing.
- 48:16Speaker 2: Yeah, let's uh, before we get out of here, let's
- 48:18Speaker 2: talk about an event that if you go online, you'll
- 48:21Speaker 2: find stories claiming that harp caused the two thousand and
- 48:25Speaker 2: eight Sichuan earthquake. And that was in China. And there's
- 48:30Speaker 2: a pretty popular video out there for.
- 48:33Speaker 1: Harp high frequency active see that's Martin she harp. But
- 48:41Speaker 1: where are these.
- 48:42Speaker 4: Cloud It would vibrate any strings that were present in
- 48:45Speaker 4: the ground.
- 48:45Speaker 1: And they had actually put a harp in there. So
- 48:47Speaker 1: watch it.
- 48:48Speaker 2: So there's all of these rainbow looking clouds before in
- 48:53Speaker 2: the atmosphere before this earthquake. This video is called harp
- 48:58Speaker 2: caused earthquake in Sichuan with a question mark and their
- 49:04Speaker 2: evidence is that. See look at these weird rainbow colored
- 49:08Speaker 2: clouds that appeared right before this earthquake. That's clearly the
- 49:12Speaker 2: government doing it. But those clouds are literally called earthquake lights,
- 49:17Speaker 2: and they have been showing up ahead of earthquakes sometimes
- 49:21Speaker 2: during earthquakes for decades and decades.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Now that's weird, man, they are just I hadn't heard
- 49:26Speaker 1: about those before.
- 49:27Speaker 2: Now, See I hadn't either, And that's that's the thing.
- 49:30Speaker 1: There's a lot of so much smog there's in California
- 49:32Speaker 1: every earthquake you can't see the lights.
- 49:34Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of this that feels like just
- 49:39Speaker 2: people not understanding how insane weather can be sometimes.
- 49:44Speaker 1: And I guess I mean, if shit is moving down
- 49:45Speaker 1: at a tectonic level so close to the core, which
- 49:48Speaker 1: does create magnetism, which does affect the ionosphere, which would
- 49:51Speaker 1: create lights like this, it's like, yeah, it's a movement
- 49:53Speaker 1: like that might be precipitated by some weird lights in
- 49:55Speaker 1: this sky. Like that kind of makes sense to me.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Yeah, and the things that can happen in the atmosphere,
- 50:01Speaker 2: like I forg I've forgotten the name of it now,
- 50:05Speaker 2: But when I lived in Sioux Falls, there's this weather phenomenon.
- 50:09Speaker 2: They're very rare, but basically it usually happens like in
- 50:13Speaker 2: a one or two block radius, but the temperature will
- 50:17Speaker 2: all of a sudden go from like in the forties
- 50:19Speaker 2: or fifties to the nineties in a matter of minutes,
- 50:22Speaker 2: and just that small area gets like tornado force winds
- 50:27Speaker 2: and then it's over and the temperature drops back down
- 50:31Speaker 2: and everything is normal. It's like a tornado hits, but
- 50:34Speaker 2: you don't see a tornado and the fucking temperature sky
- 50:37Speaker 2: rockets and it's an actual thing. It happened in Sioux Falls.
- 50:40Speaker 2: I forget what they're fucking called now, but one of
- 50:43Speaker 2: them happened a few years ago.
- 50:45Speaker 1: And sometimes the weather's just weird. Yeah, you know.
- 50:48Speaker 2: Not every anomaly you see in the sky is caused
- 50:51Speaker 2: by our government satellites and antennas, which are clearly just
- 50:57Speaker 2: for blocking communications and controlling human minds.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Especially if there's reports of this earthquake light going back
- 51:03Speaker 1: to far before we would have access to this kind
- 51:06Speaker 1: of technology, that seems kind of damning. I mean, there
- 51:08Speaker 1: would be something to be said for masking your your work,
- 51:14Speaker 1: you know, by creating something like this before you do
- 51:17Speaker 1: A man made space laser earthquake, you know, like that'd
- 51:20Speaker 1: be like, oh, yeah, this shit's been happening forever. But
- 51:22Speaker 1: I mean if it goes back that far, then it
- 51:24Speaker 1: kind of seems like, yeah, that was probably just a coincidence. Yeah,
- 51:27Speaker 1: and there's one more video.
- 51:29Speaker 2: I don't even know, Like I thought these things were
- 51:32Speaker 2: supposed to happen before a tragedy, but these people just
- 51:36Speaker 2: live in Columbus, Ohio, which is a tragedy. But I
- 51:38Speaker 2: don't think it's the kind of thing that Harp addresses.
- 51:41Speaker 2: But the music underneath this is, if nothing else, fantastic.
- 51:46Speaker 2: But this is a video called I've had this moog
- 51:49Speaker 2: for forty five minutes. The song this video is called
- 51:54Speaker 2: Harp Evidence Caught on Tape the Trees, And it's not
- 52:00Speaker 2: just uh, fucking redneck driving her car and filming at
- 52:04Speaker 2: the same time while trying to film this phenomenon that's
- 52:09Speaker 2: happening in the sky, which does look crazy. Yeah, and
- 52:15Speaker 2: now here comes the house music, of course, because this
- 52:17Speaker 2: is a conspiracy video. Yeah, and yeah it looks like.
- 52:24Speaker 1: A tornado coming out of a hole in the sky.
- 52:26Speaker 1: It does. Yeah, it's pretty strange.
- 52:29Speaker 2: And this video, which is inexplicably three minutes long, So
- 52:34Speaker 2: this thing better get cool as ship.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Yeah, it's better turn into a middle finger.
- 52:38Speaker 2: And but the thing about this also as crazy as
- 52:43Speaker 2: it looks, that those are called fall streak holes, and
- 52:50Speaker 2: they are rare, but they're a phenomenon. It's also called
- 52:53Speaker 2: a punch hole, and it's a thing where it looks
- 52:57Speaker 2: like a hole is being punched in the sky, but
- 52:59Speaker 2: it's just a natural weather phenomenon. Or we have a
- 53:05Speaker 2: weather controlling satellite that the government is using to make Columbus,
- 53:08Speaker 2: Ohio somehow worse.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Yeah, which seems impossible. You'd have to have a very
- 53:13Speaker 1: advanced level of technology. I guess we should cut back
- 53:16Speaker 1: and see what's happening with this. Yep. Still kind of
- 53:18Speaker 1: just like a little little toofed of cloud coming out
- 53:21Speaker 1: from a hole in the rest of the clouds and
- 53:25Speaker 1: some top notch filming. Yep, some cheetah fingers in the shots.
- 53:29Speaker 2: So yeah, that is also probably not evidence that harp
- 53:34Speaker 2: is real.
- 53:35Speaker 1: I do kind of like that music though, that coming
- 53:37Speaker 1: in a nice, yeah, nice bouncy groove.
- 53:38Speaker 2: It was pretty swinging. Yeah, that's probably what the video
- 53:41Speaker 2: was intended to do. Combined with what they're shooting into
- 53:44Speaker 2: the ionosphere as we're recording this.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Oh absolutely, because I'm sure they knew we were recording it.
- 53:48Speaker 1: What with the I mean they probably they can probably
- 53:49Speaker 1: hack into full doc or a couple of Facebook messages.
- 53:52Speaker 1: That's how we keep One of the tells is by
- 53:54Speaker 1: rescheduling record dats so often.
- 53:56Speaker 2: Yeah, through Facebook Messenger, which is somehow weirdly encrypted.
- 54:01Speaker 1: I mean, that's actually Donald True Junior talk to Wiki leaks.
- 54:04Speaker 1: It's just so funny. Nothing is more funny to me
- 54:06Speaker 1: than Donald True Junior official messages Wiki Leaks official and
- 54:10Speaker 1: they're just like just two guys talking. You know. I
- 54:13Speaker 1: want like an encryption key. I don't even know that
- 54:15Speaker 1: it works. I won't have to copy and paste some
- 54:16Speaker 1: big long strings in yeah letters that don't make sense,
- 54:19Speaker 1: you know, So that's harp. I don't, I don't. I
- 54:23Speaker 1: don't know.
- 54:23Speaker 2: Man, like that guy they interviewed in that Canadian documentary, just.
- 54:28Speaker 1: How guilty he looks to me, He's doing a better
- 54:31Speaker 1: job of units to me than the guy trying to
- 54:32Speaker 1: expose him.
- 54:33Speaker 5: You know.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that that is the most damning thing to me,
- 54:36Speaker 2: is his reaction to those questions and him just being.
- 54:40Speaker 1: The shit eating grin he had and the technical memo
- 54:44Speaker 1: part where he's like, I don't know what that is.
- 54:47Speaker 1: I never I'm not familiar with that number. That's what
- 54:49Speaker 1: he said.
- 54:51Speaker 2: I got those and he had such a grin when
- 54:54Speaker 2: he said that. Oh yeah, like that guy, I think
- 54:56Speaker 2: is the most damning part of this conspiracy.
- 54:59Speaker 1: Oh definitely, yeah, like that. Fuck that guy's trying to
- 55:01Speaker 1: control people's minds. I think that and that wording change.
- 55:04Speaker 1: He wants to get everybody into the Doobie Brothers so
- 55:07Speaker 1: he finally plays music in the car without fear of
- 55:10Speaker 1: repercussion from his close family and friends.
- 55:13Speaker 2: I think that and the wording change on that website
- 55:16Speaker 2: are the two things that, yeah, make me think this
- 55:20Speaker 2: was probably not everything the government said. It was not
- 55:26Speaker 2: just a way to watch weather. But the thing is,
- 55:28Speaker 2: I like, I feel like if the government's making that yeah, you.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Know, Like I feel like if the government's making a
- 55:33Speaker 1: new fabric, they're like, all right, it's lightweight and durable.
- 55:36Speaker 1: And I'm sure there's one guy who's like, how much
- 55:38Speaker 1: smallpox can we sow into this? If we're giving jumpsuits
- 55:43Speaker 1: to let's say Africa, Like, I feel like there's always
- 55:46Speaker 1: a dude that will militarize anything. If they're just like, yeah,
- 55:49Speaker 1: this this life straw just cleans water right up when
- 55:52Speaker 1: you stuck it through. It could be revolutionary to the
- 55:54Speaker 1: humanitarian aid And so was like, okay, hear me out,
- 55:57Speaker 1: could we put AIDS in it? Like, like I feel
- 56:00Speaker 1: you there's always gonna be guys like yeah, I mean definitely,
- 56:03Speaker 1: you know, could discript disrupt a nuclear bomb attacks or
- 56:08Speaker 1: tornado machine.
- 56:10Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, this is this is one of those conspiracies
- 56:14Speaker 2: that if it's true, I think I'm mostly.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Alright with it. Yeah. Same unless I mean there are
- 56:19Speaker 1: like Hugo shavs, they're like making droughts just to make
- 56:22Speaker 1: it bananas more expensive for some shit.
- 56:24Speaker 2: I'm like, well, that's that's one of the things people
- 56:27Speaker 2: accuse this program of being as a way for the
- 56:29Speaker 2: US to like, like Hugo Chaves said, we cause the
- 56:33Speaker 2: earthquake in Haiti, Yeah, using HARP. So it's it's a
- 56:37Speaker 2: thing where people accuse it of being a weather control machine.
- 56:42Speaker 2: And I don't know, I mean they also say it
- 56:45Speaker 2: caused Hurricane Katrina, which then that would be them using
- 56:49Speaker 2: it on us.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's HARP. Who knows it's probably true, probably
- 56:54Speaker 1: just based on that guy.
- 56:55Speaker 2: Yeah, so this is I think this is a free episode. Yeah,
