- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning The Root, The Root, the Roots on fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most high octane, pedal to the
- 0:16Speaker 1: metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Roots direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it. It's
- 0:31Speaker 1: time war War. Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth,
- 0:37Speaker 1: one hundred percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:55Speaker 2: All right, we cannot wait to see President Trump's speech.
- 0:58Speaker 2: That all of you watch a show on a regular basis,
- 1:00Speaker 2: Know that my favorite thing in life's going out to
- 1:02Speaker 2: eat in Las Vegas, the greatest restaurants in the world.
- 1:05Speaker 2: We go out every night. Staying home tonight to watch
- 1:08Speaker 2: Trump's speech. I'm meeting Chinese and watching Trump's speech, one
- 1:10Speaker 2: of my favorite things. First night of Passover in the
- 1:14Speaker 2: Jewish religion, and I'm meeting Chinese and watching Trump. Going
- 1:18Speaker 2: to be a very interesting evening. I think what you'll
- 1:21Speaker 2: hear from the number one is that the Iran War
- 1:23Speaker 2: isn't completely over yet, but it's certainly the end is
- 1:26Speaker 2: in sight, and it's winding down. It's almost over, and
- 1:29Speaker 2: we he will declare victory. We won big. We hit
- 1:32Speaker 2: like nine thousand targets. We destroyed everything that mattered in
- 1:34Speaker 2: their country. Few things that are left we hold over
- 1:37Speaker 2: their head. Anytime we want, we can destroy whatever's left
- 1:40Speaker 2: and they'll have no electricity and they'll be living in
- 1:42Speaker 2: the dark ages. And number two that we're ready to
- 1:45Speaker 2: leave NATO because NATO is made up of mostly European
- 1:49Speaker 2: countries that are completely overrun by Muslims, radical Muslims who
- 1:54Speaker 2: hate Jews and hate Israel, and therefore NATO's stayed out
- 1:58Speaker 2: of the war because they were scared of their own
- 2:00Speaker 2: populations in Europe overthrowing their governments and killing all of them.
- 2:04Speaker 2: That's what happened. That's the real truth. I was gonna
- 2:06Speaker 2: write that commentary today, but then Susie Lee, the congressman
- 2:11Speaker 2: from my district CD three in Las Vegas, hit the
- 2:14Speaker 2: national news for being a nut job who used the
- 2:17Speaker 2: F word four times in a tweet against President Trump,
- 2:20Speaker 2: and so I wrote that column instead. I'll probably write
- 2:22Speaker 2: the NATO column filftime tomorrow. But that's the real reason.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Nobody's talking about, a very underrated, undercover reason why NATO
- 2:32Speaker 2: and all of Europe did not help Trump in Iran
- 2:34Speaker 2: and they said, it's your war. Screw you. After Ukraine
- 2:37Speaker 2: met nothing to us, and we went to bat for
- 2:40Speaker 2: Ukraine because Europe said we need you to do it.
- 2:43Speaker 2: We went to bat form. I wasn't for it. I
- 2:46Speaker 2: wouldn't have gone to bat for them. I would have
- 2:47Speaker 2: told them to go screw themselves. The United States of America
- 2:49Speaker 2: has nothing to do with Ukraine. Good luck to you guys.
- 2:52Speaker 2: But I probably would have sent them a few million
- 2:54Speaker 2: dollars and some weapons because I'm part of NATO, right
- 2:57Speaker 2: But now all bets are off. They're part of NATO
- 3:01Speaker 2: and they told us to screw off. This war is
- 3:04Speaker 2: not their war. They want nothing to do with the Ran.
- 3:06Speaker 2: France said, we want nothing to do with the Ran.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Israel is no longer buying any weapons systems from France.
- 3:11Speaker 2: They said, France eats Jews, anti Semitic, and I agree
- 3:15Speaker 2: with them. So here's instead of writing that, which I'll
- 3:19Speaker 2: write tomorrow. The whole NATO is anti Semitic. They hate Jews,
- 3:22Speaker 2: they hate America. They're always at our back when we
- 3:24Speaker 2: don't need them, and they're never at our back when
- 3:26Speaker 2: we need them. They always put up the white flag
- 3:28Speaker 2: in France and the rest of NATO. They don't give
- 3:31Speaker 2: a crap about America. But when they need us, oh
- 3:34Speaker 2: then they are our best friends in the world. We
- 3:36Speaker 2: don't need to be friends of Europe anymore. A bunch
- 3:38Speaker 2: of losers. Their entire economy is going under. They're gonna
- 3:41Speaker 2: have a total economic collapse soon, the entire Europe. That's
- 3:44Speaker 2: why they desperately want World War three, and they want
- 3:46Speaker 2: us to be part of that too. They're dying of
- 3:49Speaker 2: World War three against Russia, because how do you get
- 3:50Speaker 2: out of a massive depression only through World War three,
- 3:56Speaker 2: just like we got to have a massive depression with
- 3:57Speaker 2: World War II. Europe needs us, we don't need them.
- 4:02Speaker 2: So here's the column I wrote today instead, because this
- 4:05Speaker 2: became a hot topic overnight. Democrat congresswoman who claims to
- 4:09Speaker 2: be nonpartisan goes on a deranged F word rant against
- 4:12Speaker 2: President Trump, and she happens to be my Las Vegas congresswoman.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Here is the insane story and the real story you
- 4:19Speaker 2: know from a Las VEGAO knows her. Remember when Arizona
- 4:23Speaker 2: Cardinals head coach Dennis Green went insane during a postgame
- 4:26Speaker 2: press conference and it became a major beer ad, Right
- 4:28Speaker 2: all over the country. They used the video on a
- 4:30Speaker 2: beer ad. He screamed about the team that just beat
- 4:32Speaker 2: his team, the Arizona Cardinals. He said, they were who
- 4:36Speaker 2: we thought they were. They were who we thought they were,
- 4:40Speaker 2: So in other words, we shouldn't have let them beat
- 4:42Speaker 2: us because we knew exactly who they were and what
- 4:44Speaker 2: they were about. We knew their strengths. So I've always
- 4:48Speaker 2: known the truth about Congresswoman Susie Lee. She's my congresswoman
- 4:52Speaker 2: representing Nevada Las Vegas CD three. Susie Lee has been
- 4:57Speaker 2: elected a reelected time and time again by cla aiming
- 5:00Speaker 2: to be the most moderate and nonpartisan Democrat congresswoman, always
- 5:05Speaker 2: willing to cross the aisle for the good of America.
- 5:07Speaker 2: That's the impression she gives off. This could be the
- 5:09Speaker 2: most pathetic, absurd lie in the history of politics. Sadly,
- 5:12Speaker 2: most people are clueless and naive and they believe the
- 5:15Speaker 2: lies they see in political TV ads. That brings me
- 5:18Speaker 2: this morning. Susie came out of the closet. Susie lost
- 5:21Speaker 2: control and she showed who she truly is. Reminds me
- 5:24Speaker 2: of Dennis Green. She is who I always thought she was, right,
- 5:28Speaker 2: I always knew she was a crazed communist and extreme radicals,
- 5:31Speaker 2: deranged Marxist loser with mental illness who votes with Democrats
- 5:35Speaker 2: one hundred percent of the time. She has trumped arrangement
- 5:37Speaker 2: syndrome square to the hundredth power. Like most Democrats, protected
- 5:43Speaker 2: by the liberal mainstream media, she's been able to hide
- 5:46Speaker 2: it until now. This is her tweet from this morning,
- 5:50Speaker 2: in response to President Trump showing up in person for
- 5:53Speaker 2: a Supreme Court hearing on birthright citizenship. She went insane.
- 5:58Speaker 2: She tweeted out, so fing f't up. I will pray
- 6:03Speaker 2: that they they being the Supreme Court, f F him
- 6:08Speaker 2: to his face. Sorry, I say F a lot these days.
- 6:12Speaker 2: This is a woman and a city in the United States. Congressman,
- 6:15Speaker 2: do you remember a time when women never used the
- 6:17Speaker 2: F word, when women didn't curse. That was a nice time.
- 6:21Speaker 2: But now she's a filthy, foul mouthed, low life loser
- 6:26Speaker 2: in the United States Congress representing my district. Can you
- 6:29Speaker 2: believe it? CD three and Nevada. And when she uses
- 6:32Speaker 2: the words f ing and f't up and I pray
- 6:35Speaker 2: the F M to his face, Sorry, I say F
- 6:37Speaker 2: a lot. She's using the real word the full F word,
- 6:42Speaker 2: curse word, This from a sitting United States congresswoman, and
- 6:46Speaker 2: she later deleted the tweet when she realized that people
- 6:49Speaker 2: think she's insane. Now, yes, folks, my congressman from Las Vegas,
- 6:53Speaker 2: Nevada at CD three is it deranged, coming nut job?
- 6:57Speaker 2: But I knew the truth long before today. Here's how
- 6:59Speaker 2: I knew. All you have to do to find out
- 7:01Speaker 2: about any politician in America that's in the House of
- 7:03Speaker 2: the Senate anyway, right, They don't judge governors, they don't
- 7:06Speaker 2: judge mayors, but Senate and House anyone in the United
- 7:10Speaker 2: States Congress. You just go to the Heritage Foundation and
- 7:14Speaker 2: their Heritage Scorecard, and it's got a rating for every
- 7:19Speaker 2: single US Senator and every single US congressman congressperson, and
- 7:24Speaker 2: they rate everyone based on how they vote each year
- 7:27Speaker 2: and each session and over the course of their entire career,
- 7:31Speaker 2: on a scale of one to one hundred and one
- 7:33Speaker 2: hundred percent rating means you're one hundred percent conservative all
- 7:36Speaker 2: the time, and a zero percent rating means you're one
- 7:38Speaker 2: hundred percent liberally' as far left as a human being
- 7:41Speaker 2: could be on the scale, you're a communist, Marxist, socialist,
- 7:44Speaker 2: human scum trader to the United States. If someone ranks
- 7:49Speaker 2: in the single digits, they are to the left of
- 7:52Speaker 2: communist Bernie Sanders. Yes, Bernie Sanders, even though he proudly
- 7:56Speaker 2: calls himself a socialist, then really, when you see his views,
- 7:59Speaker 2: he's a communist. His lifetime Heritage Scorecard vote rating is
- 8:03Speaker 2: fourteen percent eighty six percent in time he votes with Democrats,
- 8:07Speaker 2: fourteen percent of time he votes with Republicans. My Congresswoman
- 8:11Speaker 2: Susie Lee's scorecard rating in this session of Congress twenty
- 8:15Speaker 2: twenty five twenty twenty six is zero zero Bernie's fourteen
- 8:21Speaker 2: percent lifetime She's zero, And you go, well, maybe it's
- 8:24Speaker 2: an anomaly. What was Susie's rating in the previous session
- 8:28Speaker 2: of Congress six percent? More importantly, what is Susie Lee's
- 8:32Speaker 2: lifetime scorecard ranking two percent? Lifetime in Congress, she votes
- 8:38Speaker 2: two percent with the Republicans. Now, communist Bernie Sanders is
- 8:42Speaker 2: at fourteen percent, Susie Lee's at two percent. But let's
- 8:45Speaker 2: compare Susie to the worst radical, extreme crazy communists of
- 8:49Speaker 2: the US House and Senate elan Omar. Does it get
- 8:53Speaker 2: any worse than the Elon Omar. She's a Muslim trader,
- 8:56Speaker 2: should not be in the United States. Her rating is
- 8:58Speaker 2: nine percent lifetime lifetime rating nine percent. Susie Lee, my congresswoman,
- 9:03Speaker 2: two percent, Rashida Salive's lifetime rating, and she's the most
- 9:07Speaker 2: horrible foul mouth person. She sat at the State of
- 9:10Speaker 2: the Union with a button that said f ice. It
- 9:12Speaker 2: spelled out fu you know what ice. Her rating is
- 9:16Speaker 2: twelve percent, also worse than Bernie Sanders. AOC's lifetime rating.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Alexander Acossio Cortez is thirteen percent, also less than Bernie's
- 9:26Speaker 2: fourteen percent. Maxine Waters is like the Hall of Fame
- 9:31Speaker 2: of communist losers who should be kicked out of the
- 9:33Speaker 2: United States. Maxine Water's lifetime rating nine percent, also worse
- 9:38Speaker 2: than Bernie Sanders. Elizabeth Warren eleven percent, worse than Bernie Sanders,
- 9:43Speaker 2: Adam Schiff lifetime rating eight percent, worse than Bertie Sanders,
- 9:47Speaker 2: but all of them better than Susie Lee. Oh my gosh,
- 9:52Speaker 2: my congresswoman. Susie Lee is lower than all the worst
- 9:55Speaker 2: rabble rousing communists in the US Senate.
- 9:57Speaker 1: By a mile.
- 9:58Speaker 2: This is a woman who advertised CVS for years now.
- 10:01Speaker 2: How a moderate nonpartisan. She is how willing she is
- 10:05Speaker 2: to cross the aisle to vote in the best interests
- 10:08Speaker 2: of America. Her record is zero percent in this session
- 10:12Speaker 2: and two percent lifetime. Let that sink in. Susie Lee
- 10:16Speaker 2: has perhaps the worst record in the history of American politics.
- 10:19Speaker 2: To the left of everyone. She makes Bertie Sanders like
- 10:23Speaker 2: a MAGA conservative. She makes elan Omar Rashida to leave
- 10:26Speaker 2: an AOC look like they're pro America. Here's the great news. First,
- 10:31Speaker 2: Susie outed herself today. Now everyone knows what she is
- 10:35Speaker 2: and hopefully she's killed her chances of reelection in November. Second. Second,
- 10:40Speaker 2: there is a solution. One of my great friends is
- 10:42Speaker 2: running against Suzie Lee. Doctor Jeff Gunter and CD three.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Jeff's a doctor, a skin cancer surgeon, a diplomat, a
- 10:50Speaker 2: former US ambassador under President Trump, and a very successful
- 10:54Speaker 2: businessman with skin cancer clinics across the Southwest United States.
- 10:57Speaker 2: I think he's got twenty of them. Jeff is one
- 10:59Speaker 2: hundred percent ex MAGA America first and always stands behind
- 11:03Speaker 2: President Trump. He invented the term build the wall and
- 11:06Speaker 2: deport them all. Jeff one of the smartest guys I've
- 11:08Speaker 2: ever met, which is rare in a politician. And he's
- 11:11Speaker 2: also funny and entertaining, which is all like President Trump,
- 11:14Speaker 2: and that's quite a powerful, powerful combination for political success.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Susie Lee is no moderate or nonpartisan. I've known that
- 11:22Speaker 2: for years. Thank goodness, now everyone knows. Let's all hope
- 11:25Speaker 2: and pray. Doctor Jeff Gunter beats Susie Lee in the
- 11:28Speaker 2: race for Nevada CD three and removes a mentally ill,
- 11:31Speaker 2: extreme radical Marxist nutjob from Congress forever. Not just any Congress,
- 11:36Speaker 2: but my home district in Las Vegas, Nevada c D
- 11:41Speaker 2: three Nevada, Doctor Jeff Gunter over Susie Lee. We'll be
- 11:45Speaker 2: right back.

- 15:06Speaker 2: Wayne Alarue, We'll see what happens. It doesn't always work
- 15:09Speaker 2: out the way expected to happen, but I expect a
- 15:11Speaker 2: huge day with stock market tomorrow. Wall Street should explode.
- 15:15Speaker 2: If President Trump says the right things tonight, that we're
- 15:18Speaker 2: winding down the war, that it's almost over, that it's
- 15:20Speaker 2: almost complete, that the end is near, that we can
- 15:22Speaker 2: see the end, that Iran will open up the Straight
- 15:26Speaker 2: of Horn moves and we will get that back while
- 15:28Speaker 2: the oil moving again. If he could say those things
- 15:32Speaker 2: and we're gonna leave NATO, I couldn't care less about that.
- 15:35Speaker 2: I hope we do leave NATO. I couldn't care less
- 15:37Speaker 2: about NATO. Maybe in the old days we need a NATO,
- 15:39Speaker 2: we don't need it now. But if he says those
- 15:42Speaker 2: things tonight, I think the stock market will explode. It
- 15:45Speaker 2: went up a lot Yesterday, exploded yesterday, Tuesday went up
- 15:50Speaker 2: again today Wednesday. Gold went up both days, and I
- 15:53Speaker 2: expect another big day tomorrow. We'll see if he says
- 15:56Speaker 2: the right things. I think at the open it's gonna
- 15:58Speaker 2: be a monster open for Wall Street tomorrow. And then
- 16:02Speaker 2: don't forget that I brought up already in the first
- 16:04Speaker 2: hour of this show. Some of the amazing stats that
- 16:07Speaker 2: have come in on the economy. US manufacturing activity accelerates
- 16:12Speaker 2: the fastest pace since twenty twenty two. American factories expanded
- 16:16Speaker 2: activity at this fastest pace in four years, shrugging off
- 16:20Speaker 2: a war driven surge and input costs that has dominated
- 16:23Speaker 2: headlines but failed to dent the sector's momentum. Another article
- 16:29Speaker 2: says resilient US manufacturing sectors surges in the face of
- 16:33Speaker 2: war even though prices went up. And then US retail
- 16:38Speaker 2: sales jumped the most in eight months in February. So
- 16:44Speaker 2: Bank of America's analysts forecast a very strong month for
- 16:47Speaker 2: retail sales in February. The actual print was up plus
- 16:51Speaker 2: zero point six percent, better than the point five percent consensus.
- 16:57Speaker 2: So we're doing well with sales. And then ADP employment
- 17:04Speaker 2: report shows better than expected job gains and accelerated wages.
- 17:10Speaker 2: We added sixty two thousand jobs in March. They expected
- 17:13Speaker 2: forty thousand. This is the ninth straight month of job gains,
- 17:18Speaker 2: and the smallest employers drove job growth for a second
- 17:22Speaker 2: month in a row. And here's a headline that explains
- 17:25Speaker 2: that small business hiring boom pushes private pay rolls up
- 17:29Speaker 2: more than expected. But at the same time as hiring
- 17:32Speaker 2: went up, wages went up. And then Trump oversaw record
- 17:35Speaker 2: levels of domestic energy production in twenty twenty five, including
- 17:41Speaker 2: close to a billion barrels of offshore oil. Last year
- 17:45Speaker 2: saw a record of seven hundred and fourteen million barrels
- 17:49Speaker 2: of offshore oil produced, according to press release, meaning oil
- 17:53Speaker 2: from offshore drilling sites around the United States and the
- 17:56Speaker 2: waters around the United States. American energy leader ship is
- 18:00Speaker 2: the cornerstone of our economic strength and national security. I mean, look,
- 18:04Speaker 2: this is just it's liquid gold. That's the best way
- 18:07Speaker 2: to describe oil. Oil and coal and nuclear and fracking.
- 18:13Speaker 2: That's what America's about. Liberals don't understand this. They're crazy people.
- 18:19Speaker 2: They are depressing people. They are suicide bombers. You can't
- 18:24Speaker 2: kill American energy production and then expect prices won't go
- 18:27Speaker 2: through the roof, and life becomes miserable because your gas
- 18:30Speaker 2: prices and your oil prices, and your home heating oil
- 18:32Speaker 2: and the natural gas to heat your stove, make your food,
- 18:36Speaker 2: it all goes through the roof. Under Trump, don't worry
- 18:39Speaker 2: about a short term blip and gas because of Varan
- 18:42Speaker 2: In the long turn over the next three years, gas
- 18:44Speaker 2: will go way down, and so will natural gas, and
- 18:47Speaker 2: so will the fuel you put in your car and
- 18:50Speaker 2: everything else. Tankers seized by the US carried and by
- 18:55Speaker 2: this summer, late summer, early fall. I believe will win
- 18:59Speaker 2: the midterms because the kind of you'll be great in
- 19:00Speaker 2: the end. It's all anybody cares about. No one will
- 19:04Speaker 2: even remember Epstein, No will remember Iran, No will remember
- 19:07Speaker 2: their hate of Israel. In November, you know, anyone's gonna
- 19:11Speaker 2: remember their pocketbook, their bank account, the income that comes
- 19:15Speaker 2: on their check each week. Don't forget. Everybody's getting a
- 19:18Speaker 2: huge bump with their tax refund this year, the highest
- 19:21Speaker 2: in the history. Tanker is seized by the US carried
- 19:23Speaker 2: twenty million barrels of Iranian crew to China. Nine tankers
- 19:28Speaker 2: seized by usince began taking actually against Iran. We're transporting
- 19:31Speaker 2: illicit oil and delivered more than twenty million barrels of

- 22:30Speaker 2: patients do you hear what I'm saying? All patients have
- 22:34Speaker 2: shown great improvement with no adverse events reported. Can you
- 22:38Speaker 2: imagine if Big Pharma had a track record like that.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I don't think there's any big farmer drug that could
- 22:42Speaker 2: say all patients show great improvement and no adverse events reported.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Eat your heart out, Big Pharma. I know many of

- 23:31Speaker 2: either way, Ziecha Genesis Medicine, great company, a very exciting future.
- 23:37Speaker 2: All right. Ellen Jerschwitz is with us one of the
- 23:39Speaker 2: greatest lawyers in our history, Professor emeritus at Harvard Law School,
- 23:44Speaker 2: bestselling author. His new book is could President Trump constitutionally
- 23:48Speaker 2: serve a third term? There he is, there's the book. Hey, Alan,
- 23:52Speaker 2: how are you?
- 23:53Speaker 5: I'm doing great?
- 23:54Speaker 6: And the answer is yes, he could constitutionally serve a
- 23:58Speaker 6: third term as long as he's not elected to it,
- 24:01Speaker 6: as long as he gets to the presidency via another route,
- 24:06Speaker 6: for example, by being appointed vice president and then succeeding
- 24:10Speaker 6: to the presidency, or by being appointed Secretary of State
- 24:14Speaker 6: or Speaker of the House.
- 24:16Speaker 7: Now is it going to happen? Well, it depends who
- 24:19Speaker 7: the Democrats nominate. If the Democrats nominate a real radical
- 24:23Speaker 7: in AOC or somebody like that, and the president. President
- 24:27Speaker 7: Trump feels that America may be destroyed if a Democrat
- 24:31Speaker 7: is elected and the polls show that he's the only person.
- 24:35Speaker 5: Who can defeat them. He's not going to pull any stops.
- 24:38Speaker 5: You know.
- 24:39Speaker 7: I presented him with a copy of the book in
- 24:41Speaker 7: the Oval office a couple of months ago.
- 24:43Speaker 5: And he was intrigued.
- 24:44Speaker 2: I mean, I'll bet oh if I can do this, etc.
- 24:49Speaker 7: Maybe it's too cute, but you know he has been planted.
- 24:56Speaker 2: So let me let me get the strakes. I want
- 24:57Speaker 2: to figure out, you know exactly what we're doing here.
- 25:00Speaker 2: You say, appointed to the vice president and then he
- 25:02Speaker 2: can rise up to president. When you say appointed, what
- 25:04Speaker 2: if JD. Vance ran as an exampler, Marco Rubio as
- 25:07Speaker 2: the Republican presidential candidate, and the VP was Donald J. Trump,
- 25:12Speaker 2: and then they got elected. He could be elected as
- 25:15Speaker 2: VP and then rise to the presidency. Or he could
- 25:17Speaker 2: not even be on a presidential ticket and get elected.
- 25:20Speaker 7: Probably can't be on a presidential ticket, but he could
- 25:24Speaker 7: be appointed president. Remember Rockefeller was appointed vice president. Other presidents,
- 25:32Speaker 7: other vice presidents have been appointed. Under the constitution and
- 25:35Speaker 7: the statutes, you can get appointed vice president. Once you're
- 25:39Speaker 7: appointed vice president twenty second Amendment doesn't operate now. The
- 25:44Speaker 7: book has a.
- 25:45Speaker 5: Very cute cartoon on the back cover.
- 25:48Speaker 7: It shows one of the founders framers of the Constitution
- 25:51Speaker 7: talking to another saying, just for fun, let's make what
- 25:55Speaker 7: isn't isn't constitutional?
- 25:57Speaker 5: Kind of wishing washing, funny second Amendment. They made it,
- 26:01Speaker 5: wish you actually.
- 26:02Speaker 7: Somebody proposed while it was being debated, why don't we
- 26:06Speaker 7: just say he can't serve as president for a third term?
- 26:09Speaker 7: That would have solved the problem. No, they rejected that.
- 26:12Speaker 7: Why don't we say he can't act as president?
- 26:15Speaker 1: No?
- 26:15Speaker 5: They rejected that, why don't we say he can't be president? No?
- 26:20Speaker 5: They rejected that.
- 26:21Speaker 7: They accept it only he can't be elected to a
- 26:25Speaker 7: third term, leaving open a loophole bigger than the new
- 26:29Speaker 7: ballroom in.
- 26:30Speaker 5: The White House.
- 26:32Speaker 7: He got it being president as long as he's not elected.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Got it, got it, got it all right. So very
- 26:38Speaker 2: interesting that book is called again, could President Trump constitutionally
- 26:42Speaker 2: serve a third term? By Alan Jerschwitz? And you can't
- 26:45Speaker 2: argue with Alan, because there's a lawyer who has a
- 26:47Speaker 2: keen mind and a keen eye, and he knows loophole's
- 26:51Speaker 2: when he sees him, so we'll.
- 26:53Speaker 7: See it happens and argue with me, because I write
- 26:56Speaker 7: the book as if I'm teaching a seminar in constitutional
- 26:59Speaker 7: law Harvard, and I present all the arguments and counter arguments,
- 27:03Speaker 7: so you can argue in me. The only problem is
- 27:05Speaker 7: you can't buy this book in your local bookstore.
- 27:08Speaker 2: Why.
- 27:08Speaker 7: Local bookstores do not sell books that are perceived as
- 27:12Speaker 7: favorable to Donald Trump.
- 27:14Speaker 5: So you have to go online and get it on Amazon.
- 27:16Speaker 7: It's a relatively short book, and it's relatively expensive, but
- 27:21Speaker 7: you have to get it online through Amazon or one
- 27:23Speaker 7: of the other online services because your bookstore is not.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Even if I were a number one bestseller, which I
- 27:29Speaker 7: have been, they won't sell my books in local bookstores.
- 27:32Speaker 7: The New York Times won't review my books. The day
- 27:35Speaker 7: I defended Donald Trump, I stopped doing my books, stopped
- 27:39Speaker 7: quoting me, stop allowing me to review books. They canceled
- 27:43Speaker 7: me completely because they didn't like the fact that I,
- 27:46Speaker 7: as a civil libertarian, defended the President of the United
- 27:49Speaker 7: States again unconstitutional impeachment charges.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Well, you know what I say to all that join
- 27:55Speaker 2: the club Alan. I've written seventeen books, and a many
- 27:58Speaker 2: of them have been number one Amazon best sellers. But
- 28:00Speaker 2: the only place I sell now is Amazon, and New
- 28:02Speaker 2: York Times won't review them, and the New York Times
- 28:04Speaker 2: won't say anything about them. They won't put me on
- 28:06Speaker 2: the list. And by the way, in twenty thirteen, I
- 28:09Speaker 2: wrote The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide and The Week, which
- 28:13Speaker 2: is kind of a funny name tongue of cheek, and
- 28:14Speaker 2: the week it came out, it was the number one
- 28:17Speaker 2: hardcover book in the United States of America in bookstores,
- 28:21Speaker 2: and the New York Times did not put it on
- 28:23Speaker 2: their best selling list, and my publisher said, that's impossible.
- 28:26Speaker 5: We get together kata new list the Non York Time.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Yes, I like it.
- 28:32Speaker 5: One is you, Number two is me.
- 28:36Speaker 7: Will get people to list books basically on the basis
- 28:39Speaker 7: of democracy, whether people read them or not not.
- 28:42Speaker 2: There is times like them, there, it is there, it
- 28:45Speaker 2: is there's yours, there's mine. There's the number one best
- 28:48Speaker 2: sellers that are on the non New York Times bestsellerst Hey,
- 28:51Speaker 2: I want to put this idea in your mind real
- 28:53Speaker 2: quick before we ask more questions. You and I should
- 28:56Speaker 2: do a national debate against Candice Owens and Tucker Carlson.
- 29:01Speaker 2: You know we are both Jewish. We are both pro Israel,
- 29:03Speaker 2: we're both pro America, and I would love to debate
- 29:06Speaker 2: those two jew haters who make me sick to my stomach.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Now see, I'm willing to criticize the right. Tucker Carlson
- 29:12Speaker 2: is a disgusting human being. Cannice Owen's a disgusting human being.
- 29:16Speaker 2: You and I could thrash them in a debate. We
- 29:19Speaker 2: should try and set that up.
- 29:21Speaker 7: I completely agree. If you can set it up, I'm
- 29:23Speaker 7: all right. Look, I won't debate the Holocaust. Once I
- 29:26Speaker 7: was asked to debate Holocaust the current I said, look,
- 29:29Speaker 7: I'll debate whether the Holocaust the cars if it's part
- 29:32Speaker 7: of a three part debate. Number one, Elvis Presley is
- 29:35Speaker 7: still alive and right, there was no space landing, it
- 29:39Speaker 7: was all faked. And number three, yeah, the Holocaust didn't occur,
- 29:43Speaker 7: So if you want to debate it as part of
- 29:44Speaker 7: that kind of fantasy, ridiculous thing.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah, no Holocaust. No, I wouldn't debate the Holocaust. Of course,
- 29:49Speaker 2: the Holocaust happened. There's no debate there. What I want
- 29:51Speaker 2: to debate is, you know, is Israel does Israel own
- 29:54Speaker 2: President Trump? Is Iran Israel's war not ours are they
- 29:58Speaker 2: manipulating us like its should Jews be really the Jews,
- 30:02Speaker 2: really the chosen people? That's the stupidest one. Should Jews
- 30:05Speaker 2: take DNA tests? All of these are so ridiculous coming
- 30:09Speaker 2: out of the mouth of Tucker Cross. And he's trying
- 30:10Speaker 2: to poison Maga. He's trying to divide Maggie's trying to
- 30:14Speaker 2: divide Jews and Christians in a nation that we've always
- 30:17Speaker 2: been best friends in America, Jews and Christians. It's disgusting.
- 30:21Speaker 7: The difference is the Republican Party has done a much
- 30:24Speaker 7: better job in marginalizing right ashist's on the right, ran
- 30:29Speaker 7: the party has done in marginalizing the communists on the left.
- 30:34Speaker 7: Do you set the demonstrations yesterday in New York where
- 30:36Speaker 7: people were wearing red costumes, holding up hammer and sickle
- 30:41Speaker 7: communists sun and saying we are communists, we hate America,
- 30:46Speaker 7: we hate Israel. So I think, why have I know?
- 30:50Speaker 7: Why am I longer no longer a Democrat? Look, I
- 30:52Speaker 7: don't agree with everything the Republicans say.
- 30:54Speaker 2: I understand that on abortion.
- 30:56Speaker 7: I don't agree with them on all the other things.
- 30:59Speaker 7: But I just thinking they're doing a better job in
- 31:02Speaker 7: preserving American values that the Democrats are doing today.
- 31:05Speaker 2: Well and listen to I need to say anything more
- 31:07Speaker 2: than two names Zorrod Mandami. I mean, how could that
- 31:12Speaker 2: even be possible? Allen that he's the mayor of New
- 31:15Speaker 2: York City, which has the biggest Jewish population in the
- 31:17Speaker 2: world outside of Israel. How is that even possible?
- 31:20Speaker 5: Let me tell you just this is just between us
- 31:22Speaker 5: two Jews. It's the Jew's fault. I'm gonna say it right.
- 31:27Speaker 7: There are too many Jews who are self hating and
- 31:30Speaker 7: who will put first their desire to become like by
- 31:34Speaker 7: the left. Look, people, forget that thousands of Jews voted
- 31:38Speaker 7: for Hitler in nineteen thirty two. They founded a party
- 31:41Speaker 7: called the Jewish Nationalist Party. It was a fascist party
- 31:45Speaker 7: to support Hitler. They all got killed in the Holocaust after.
- 31:48Speaker 5: They voted for Hitler.
- 31:50Speaker 7: But Jews is anybody else, and many of them are
- 31:55Speaker 7: hard left and put their allegiance to the hard left
- 31:58Speaker 7: before their love for America, before their love for Israel, before.
- 32:01Speaker 5: Their love for their own heritage. And so we have
- 32:04Speaker 5: to look inward.
- 32:05Speaker 7: I'm not only willing to debate the people you've mentioned,
- 32:09Speaker 7: I'm willing to debate the head of Jay Street, who's Jewish.
- 32:12Speaker 7: I'm willing to debate other Jewish self haters who are
- 32:16Speaker 7: running for office in New York.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Here's a good example. Any Jew who tells you they
- 32:21Speaker 2: love Barack Obama, you and I should debate because you
- 32:24Speaker 2: said it, Obama hates Jews. He hit it for a
- 32:27Speaker 2: long time. I know you supported him in the beginning,
- 32:29Speaker 2: but you boldly came out and said he hates Jews.
- 32:31Speaker 2: I saw the headline, and I always called it because
- 32:34Speaker 2: I was Obama's college classmate at Columbia University. And I'm
- 32:38Speaker 2: telling you, he hates America. Forget about Jews. He hates Israel,
- 32:41Speaker 2: he hates Jews, he hates America. Bad guy for America.
- 32:44Speaker 2: And he's the guy who I think manipulated Biden, hits
- 32:47Speaker 2: doing a lot of bad things. But do you have
- 32:48Speaker 2: time for one more segment? Can you stay for another segment? You? Okay?
- 32:52Speaker 2: So we got another segment with Elan jer Schwitz. I
- 32:54Speaker 2: want to talk about today the birthright citizenship argument in
- 32:58Speaker 2: front of the United States Supreme Court. So we'll be
- 32:59Speaker 2: right back with Alan Jershowitz. That's a big one. That's
- 33:02Speaker 2: a really big one at today's Supreme Court now i
- 33:05Speaker 2: gotta tell Alan what Susie Lee My, the United States congresswoman,
- 33:08Speaker 2: said today she's got Trump to arrangement syndrome. I'll tell
- 33:10Speaker 2: you when we get back, I'll leave you hanging. We'll
- 33:12Speaker 2: be right back. Waynel Root Rootfromerica dot com. You can

- 38:04Speaker 2: Loss Soldier dot com. Alan Jerschwitz is back with us,
- 38:07Speaker 2: Part two of our interview, one of the greatest lawyers
- 38:09Speaker 2: in America's history, professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, best
- 38:12Speaker 2: selling author is newest book is Could President Trump constitutionally
- 38:16Speaker 2: serve a third term? By the way, you look great,
- 38:18Speaker 2: you look younger, you did something, You got the fountain
- 38:21Speaker 2: youth going on.
- 38:22Speaker 7: Well, I'm losing a couple of pounds. I'm trying to
- 38:24Speaker 7: walk five miles a day. Oh, I have a wonderfully
- 38:29Speaker 7: young wife, great kids. About to celebrate passover with my family.
- 38:34Speaker 7: So although you know, I've had tragedies in my life
- 38:37Speaker 7: and I'm trying to trying to, you know, at least
- 38:42Speaker 7: continue to contribute as I get older. And that's why
- 38:48Speaker 7: today I watch the Supreme Court argument in the birthright case,
- 38:53Speaker 7: and I was shocked to see that both sides and
- 38:57Speaker 7: all nine justices missed one of the most important points.
- 39:01Speaker 7: Let's start with this birthright citizenship is one of the
- 39:04Speaker 7: dumbest things that anybody ever invented. The idea that a
- 39:10Speaker 7: woman traveling from Paris to Shanghai who's pregnant, and she's
- 39:15Speaker 7: flying over America and she has labor pains, and I
- 39:18Speaker 7: have to land the plane in Chicago. She runs, gets
- 39:21Speaker 7: to the hospital, has the baby is on the plane
- 39:23Speaker 7: the next day. The baby has never been in America
- 39:26Speaker 7: before or since. According to the interpretation that the probably
- 39:32Speaker 7: will be accepted by the court, that little baby who
- 39:36Speaker 7: has no connection to America is an American citizen. That
- 39:39Speaker 7: is ridiculous. Congress should have the power to decide who
- 39:46Speaker 7: is subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. After all,
- 39:49Speaker 7: the fourteenth Member doesn't everybody born in the United States
- 39:52Speaker 7: a citizen. It says old persons born or naturalized in
- 39:54Speaker 7: the United States and subject to.
- 39:57Speaker 5: The jurisdiction thereof.
- 40:00Speaker 7: Little baby shouldn't be subject to the jurisdiction thereof. So Congress,
- 40:04Speaker 7: who also has a role in the fourteenth Amendment, the
- 40:06Speaker 7: fortune the members of Congress has the ability to really
- 40:10Speaker 7: enforce this law.
- 40:11Speaker 5: They have the right to say, no babies born in
- 40:14Speaker 5: this country.
- 40:15Speaker 7: Some of them are going to be citizens if they
- 40:17Speaker 7: live in the country, if they abide by.
- 40:19Speaker 5: The law, if they are educated here. Okay, that's one thing.
- 40:23Speaker 7: But if they're just passing through, if they're part of
- 40:25Speaker 7: what China is doing now birth tourism. Want to be
- 40:28Speaker 7: an American citizen, Send your pregnant wife to America past
- 40:32Speaker 7: twenty dollars.
- 40:33Speaker 5: She'll be born in America, she'll get an American passport,
- 40:37Speaker 5: and that'd be great.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Know, that should be all right? So look, Alan, you're
- 40:40Speaker 2: giving me really great obvious examples of why of who
- 40:44Speaker 2: should not be a citizen? What about this one? This
- 40:47Speaker 2: one's more complicated. But you know where I stand on
- 40:49Speaker 2: and I'm a big conservative, and I can't stand our
- 40:51Speaker 2: nation's been overrun by legal aliens. I love immigrants, real
- 40:55Speaker 2: legal immigrants. But if you come here illegally, if you
- 40:58Speaker 2: break the law, you break into our cut, and you
- 41:00Speaker 2: immediately have a baby, why should that be an American
- 41:03Speaker 2: citizen just because you're on American soil?
- 41:06Speaker 5: No, it should. Just having a baby in America shouldn't
- 41:09Speaker 5: give you citizenship.
- 41:10Speaker 7: If, on the other hand, you've lived here twenty years,
- 41:14Speaker 7: been a good citizen, have gone to school, have a job,
- 41:18Speaker 7: and your parents happen to be illegal. I think Congress
- 41:22Speaker 7: could make the decision to say you're subject to the
- 41:25Speaker 7: jurisdiction of the United States and make you a citizen,
- 41:28Speaker 7: or they might be able to say, no, you're not
- 41:31Speaker 7: subject to the jurisdics and the United States. That should
- 41:34Speaker 7: be up to Congress. It should not be up to
- 41:36Speaker 7: the Supreme Court of the United States. So my prediction,
- 41:39Speaker 7: the Supreme Court of the United States will strike down
- 41:41Speaker 7: President Trump's executive order because they're going to say the
- 41:45Speaker 7: President doesn't have the authority to determine who is subject
- 41:49Speaker 7: to the jurisdiction of the United States, but Congress does, and.
- 41:53Speaker 5: So they're going to send the matter back to Congress.
- 41:56Speaker 7: And the question now is will Congress have the courage
- 42:00Speaker 7: to pass a reasonable statute that does what King Solomon
- 42:03Speaker 7: did with the baby, Divide the babies in half, say
- 42:06Speaker 7: some of them, yes, are citizens, others are not.
- 42:09Speaker 5: That's up to Congress.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Well, good businessman, I'm a compromiser. I love to compromise.
- 42:14Speaker 2: To me, the compromise obvious from this point forward, no
- 42:18Speaker 2: baby will ever be an American citizen if you come
- 42:20Speaker 2: here illegally. But the ones you already hear you could
- 42:23Speaker 2: let them stay. That would be the compromise and birthright citizenship,
- 42:26Speaker 2: none in the future, and only the ones who are
- 42:28Speaker 2: here that have been here for X amount of time.
- 42:30Speaker 2: You can't just send them back to Guatemala. They've never
- 42:32Speaker 2: been there in their lives. There's a compromise. That's a
- 42:34Speaker 2: fair compromise right.
- 42:36Speaker 7: Now, and that's your business men. You do compromise. Judges
- 42:40Speaker 7: shouldn't do compromises. Legislatures do compromise.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Got it, us Congress, got it.
- 42:46Speaker 5: But the difference in the way that a businessman guys,
- 42:49Speaker 5: the way that.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Hey, Alan, we got to run. They're giving me a
- 42:53Speaker 2: ten count in my year. The show's over for the night,
- 42:55Speaker 2: Alan Jerschwitz's latest book. Could President Trump constitutionally serve a
- 42:59Speaker 2: third term? Great guy and a good friend of the show.
