- 1:51Speaker 3: I just wanted to ask you a question, like, as
- 1:53Speaker 3: far for people that's out there from a branding standpoint,
- 1:57Speaker 3: can you talk about branding because okay, you've obviously branded
- 2:00Speaker 3: yourself from a variety of different angles, but let's just
- 2:03Speaker 3: talk about investmentst you you you went out on a
- 2:06Speaker 3: whim and put together extremely elaborate booth and that paid
- 2:11Speaker 3: dividends for you. And you did that and now you
- 2:15Speaker 3: want even bigger and took over the whole entire end
- 2:18Speaker 3: the marketplace. So what is your thought process when you
- 2:21Speaker 3: are looking at like I need to brand my business,
- 2:26Speaker 3: my company, my name.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Brandon is so important.
- 2:30Speaker 4: So when I'm thinking so every single year, my goal
- 2:33Speaker 4: in the vendor marketplace is how can I stand out? Right,
- 2:36Speaker 4: So that's what everyone should be thinking about. How can
- 2:38Speaker 4: I stand out? How am I going to get people
- 2:41Speaker 4: to come over to my booth? So when I was
- 2:44Speaker 4: creating my booth, I never thought, oh, I need to
- 2:47Speaker 4: have the best booth. My thought process was how can
- 2:51Speaker 4: I attract people? How can I engage them? And also
- 2:56Speaker 4: how can I get them to remember me? So therefore,
- 2:59Speaker 4: in the fewture, whether I get that contact at investments
- 3:03Speaker 4: or they remember me in the future, in some way,
- 3:06Speaker 4: I still take up real estate in their head because
- 3:09Speaker 4: you can't deny that you've seen this big twenty by
- 3:11Speaker 4: twenty booth and we're playing games and we're interacting. And
- 3:15Speaker 4: so when it comes to brand and I think that
- 3:18Speaker 4: is so important. But I think that there's two sides
- 3:21Speaker 4: of branding, right. So there's the branding where you you
- 3:25Speaker 4: let people know, hey, this is my brand, this is
- 3:27Speaker 4: what I stand for, this is my ethics, this is
- 3:30Speaker 4: how I operate, right, And then obviously you're engaging with them,
- 3:33Speaker 4: and then you get.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Them as a client.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Then there's another aspect of branding where you actually have
- 3:38Speaker 4: to touch people. And so for me, I this year
- 3:43Speaker 4: the reason why I decided not to do a booth
- 3:45Speaker 4: because I do feel like I'm the queen.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Of the marketplace and every year I have.
- 3:50Speaker 4: The best booth, And so I said, you know what,
- 3:52Speaker 4: how about I take a step back and not be
- 3:55Speaker 4: competition but be help. How can I serve the vendors?
- 4:01Speaker 4: So every single year, people are like, what's your return
- 4:04Speaker 4: on investment? How are you doing it? How are you
- 4:06Speaker 4: doing these big boots? Does it make sense for you?
- 4:09Speaker 1: You know, what are you doing? How do you think of.
- 4:11Speaker 4: These concepts like why do you go so big? Or
- 4:14Speaker 4: how did you start out? Because I started out with
- 4:16Speaker 4: a ten x ten right first ten. So for me,
- 4:21Speaker 4: this year is about giving back and letting vendors like
- 4:26Speaker 4: just we're going to be literally boots on the ground, right,
- 4:29Speaker 4: it is going to be a team of us, an
- 4:32Speaker 4: army of us really, just they're dedicated to helping the vendors.
- 4:36Speaker 4: So we've hosted webinars. I think I have an upcoming
- 4:40Speaker 4: webinar coming.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Up in the Yeah, it was fire, it was.
- 4:44Speaker 4: And my entire presentation is talking to them about not
- 4:49Speaker 4: only first how do you prepare for the vendor marketplace.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Ben, how do you actually how do you.
- 4:56Speaker 4: When you're there? How do you grasp the attention? How
- 4:59Speaker 4: do you actually create that transaction? And most times people
- 5:04Speaker 4: are thinking about how can I make the money just today?
- 5:08Speaker 4: And it's not about just today, it's about how are
- 5:11Speaker 4: you collecting those contacts? So we went over that. We
- 5:14Speaker 4: so basically I'm teaching them how to prepare, how to
- 5:17Speaker 4: be present when you're there, and then after what do
- 5:21Speaker 4: you need to do to make sure that you were
- 5:23Speaker 4: able to not only leave an impression but also turn
- 5:27Speaker 4: that into dollars. So that has been great. My entire team.
- 5:31Speaker 4: We are going to be there, so whether the vendors
- 5:34Speaker 4: need helps getting content, they need something to eat, they
- 5:37Speaker 4: need a break, they need people to come over to
- 5:38Speaker 4: their booth, it's gonna be amazing. And we're doing like
- 5:41Speaker 4: a competition, right, you know, always got to make you
- 5:44Speaker 4: always gotta So we are making We are asking the
- 5:48Speaker 4: attendees to vote, so we will have different categories. The
- 5:52Speaker 4: team will be there, so just figuring out ways to
- 5:55Speaker 4: one bring that energy to the marketplace, but then also
- 5:58Speaker 4: showing business owners like how to make investments the most like.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Twenty people there, where's this webinary?
- 6:06Speaker 4: So actually on the seventh is on the seventh at
- 6:10Speaker 4: eight pm.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Once she's referring to the inside of EYL You she's
- 6:16Speaker 2: been gracious enough to give her time and her knowledge
- 6:19Speaker 2: to our community to help them prepare.
- 6:22Speaker 3: And but that's not uyo you though, that's for every.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Vey right right, that's right, that's fact.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I want to stay it.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I'm proud of you.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Let's just start there, like I'm proud of Like we
- 6:31Speaker 2: talk all the time about until everybody, let everybody know
- 6:33Speaker 2: that we're proud of you.
- 6:34Speaker 1: I'm proud of you.
- 6:35Speaker 2: We're busy during the investmentst week and for obvious reasons,
- 6:38Speaker 2: but I think like next to us, like you're right
- 6:41Speaker 2: on that next level of super big. Last year you
- 6:45Speaker 2: were on both stages. You were in up in the marketplace,
- 6:48Speaker 2: you were networking. How are you preparing this year yourself? Right,
- 6:52Speaker 2: Like obviously you have a business and your network, how
- 6:55Speaker 2: are you preparing? What guidance?
- 6:56Speaker 3: What you know?
- 6:57Speaker 2: Two ledge would you give to people who are going
- 6:59Speaker 2: there for the first time who we're like, wait, I'm
- 7:01Speaker 2: doing all these things.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I didn't manage.
- 7:03Speaker 2: What's the management plan for that?
- 7:06Speaker 1: Listen, it's a lot. It is a lot.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Yes, maybe after you guys, I may be I may
- 7:11Speaker 4: be the next busiest.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Person after you all. So this year I'm giving back
- 7:16Speaker 1: to the attendees. Right, I'm doing the Entrepreneur's boardroom.
- 7:19Speaker 4: I have a two hour seminar on Friday, owners how
- 7:23Speaker 4: to generate profits in their business, how to save on taxes,
- 7:27Speaker 4: how to actually use their business to retire rich and
- 7:31Speaker 4: build wealth, because most of us were not really thinking
- 7:34Speaker 4: about like okay, we're thinking about okay, I need this
- 7:36Speaker 4: business to help me make money, but not really thinking
- 7:38Speaker 4: about how to use it for retirement and to build wealth,
- 7:41Speaker 4: the same thing that you know wealthy people do.
- 7:44Speaker 1: When they start businesses.
- 7:45Speaker 4: So I do have that workshop on Thursday, but I
- 7:48Speaker 4: mean sorry, on Friday at one thirty five, I believe.
- 7:52Speaker 4: But for me, when I'm thinking about investments, I look
- 7:57Speaker 4: at you have an opportunity to touch twenty thousand people
- 8:02Speaker 4: sleep on.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Monday, right, And it's so for me, I'm.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Consistently and for those of you who have booths. My
- 8:13Speaker 4: thing always and I tell everybody people will forget what
- 8:18Speaker 4: you said to them.
- 8:18Speaker 1: They will never forget how you made them feel.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Absolutely, they will never forget how you made them feel.
- 8:24Speaker 4: So for me, whether somebody want to take a photo
- 8:26Speaker 4: with me, they need to ask me a question, I
- 8:29Speaker 4: will literally stop anything that I'm doing to make sure
- 8:32Speaker 4: that I'm touching the people. Because seeing someone on you know,
- 8:36Speaker 4: on Instagram or YouTube, it's very different. Right when you
- 8:39Speaker 4: actually get to see someone, someone may have wanted to
- 8:42Speaker 4: ask you a question or wanted to speak with you.
- 8:44Speaker 4: So I do take the time to just touch them.
- 8:47Speaker 4: I take time to spend at my booth. I may
- 8:50Speaker 4: not be there the entire time right, my team may
- 8:52Speaker 4: be there, but I do take time to spend.
- 8:55Speaker 1: At my booth.
- 8:56Speaker 4: This year, I'll be all around the marketplace, but I
- 8:58Speaker 4: still do designate that time when I'm not on the
- 9:01Speaker 4: stage to walk around and speak to people.
- 9:05Speaker 1: And sometimes people won't speak to you.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Sometimes people are staring at you, and I'll just be
- 9:09Speaker 4: like hi, right because people are like staring, And so
- 9:13Speaker 4: I just make it my business throughout investments to touch
- 9:16Speaker 4: as many people, and so to any vendor or any
- 9:19Speaker 4: attendee or any person like you have an opportunity and
- 9:22Speaker 4: you're in a space with amazing people that have decided
- 9:26Speaker 4: to invest in themselves as well.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Everybody there is a winner.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Everybody has taken that step to invest in themselves. So
- 9:33Speaker 4: take that opportunity to network, to show up and to
- 9:37Speaker 4: just make people feel good.
- 9:39Speaker 1: You can't go on with that.
- 9:41Speaker 5: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 9:44Speaker 5: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 9:48Speaker 5: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 9:53Speaker 5: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 9:57Speaker 5: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 10:00Speaker 5: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 10:04Speaker 5: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 10:09Speaker 5: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 10:13Speaker 5: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 10:16Speaker 5: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 10:20Speaker 5: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 10:24Speaker 5: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 10:28Speaker 5: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Do what's right.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Leave now.
- 10:34Speaker 5: Under President Trump America's laws, border and families will be
- 10:38Speaker 5: protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
