- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: So let's start at the beginning with naka so I
- 1:05Speaker 3: first been introduced to nako in. My sister was actually
- 1:08Speaker 3: going through the program with her late husband at the time,
- 1:14Speaker 3: and there was like a seminar that they had to
- 1:16Speaker 3: go through, and I was learning I had never heard
- 1:18Speaker 3: about the program before that they didn't actually go all
- 1:22Speaker 3: the way through with the program, which I find a
- 1:24Speaker 3: lot of people don't. The retention is so a lot
- 1:27Speaker 3: of people have criticized NACA because they're like, it's a
- 1:30Speaker 3: lot that you got to go through. It's very strenuous.
- 1:33Speaker 3: So what's the first step in the Knacker process, Like.
- 1:37Speaker 4: You said, going to that meeting. It's about three or.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Four hours and that's all over the country, right.
- 1:41Speaker 5: Yeah, they pretty much break down everything, all of the
- 1:44Speaker 5: benefits of the program, the things that you have to do,
- 1:46Speaker 5: the rules for the program, things you can't do to
- 1:48Speaker 5: the program, and yeah, from there, you know, you sign
- 1:52Speaker 5: up and let them know what date you want to
- 1:54Speaker 5: meet with a mortgage counselor it could be up to
- 1:57Speaker 5: two years out, it could be up to two weeks out,
- 1:59Speaker 5: but you put whatever or date when you're comfortable. I
- 2:01Speaker 5: tell people all the time, don't go into you're ready.
- 2:04Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying. Don't go into your like
- 2:06Speaker 5: all the way ready, don't go just trying to see
- 2:07Speaker 5: what they gonna say and all that life. You know,
- 2:10Speaker 5: don't test the program like, no go when you're ready,
- 2:12Speaker 5: when you know you have your documentation order, you got
- 2:14Speaker 5: your two years work history and order, you got your
- 2:16Speaker 5: two years tax history and audio bank statements order like
- 2:19Speaker 5: these are things that all lenders require.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Not just NAKA.
- 2:23Speaker 5: So it's like you shouldn't be going to a lender
- 2:25Speaker 5: any unless you have this stuff in order anyway. But
- 2:27Speaker 5: NACA is just extra strict about their documentation because essentially,
- 2:31Speaker 5: you're going to these people asking them for hundreds of
- 2:34Speaker 5: thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing. Your credit ain't.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Shit, you ain't really shit, like you know what I'm.
- 2:40Speaker 5: Saying, like most of the time, for real, for real,
- 2:43Speaker 5: all time, like, but these people are still willing to
- 2:46Speaker 5: give you a chance. Most lenders, when you go to
- 2:47Speaker 5: them in that situation, what they're doing they're closing, doing
- 2:50Speaker 5: your face and giving you a decline letter.
- 2:52Speaker 4: NAKA.
- 2:52Speaker 5: They're gonna give you a checklist of things to do
- 2:54Speaker 5: and tell you to come back when you have those
- 2:56Speaker 5: things done. Your ID with them is still gonna be intacked.
- 3:00Speaker 5: Your FOIUL with them still gonna be intact. You're still
- 3:01Speaker 5: gonna be able to update documents and send stuff in.
- 3:04Speaker 5: But they're just not gonna qualify you for a loan
- 3:06Speaker 5: until you get things marked off that checklist.
- 3:09Speaker 2: So it's a pretty strenuous checklist. So it's not it's they,
- 3:13Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. Like people, most people with the
- 3:14Speaker 2: common misconception, it's like yo, I've seen people say, Yo,
- 3:17Speaker 2: I tried twice and I just can't.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Get through it.
- 3:20Speaker 2: What is it? Is it the fact that they don't
- 3:22Speaker 2: don't have that profile that you just spoke about intact,
- 3:25Speaker 2: or like, what is the thing that is blocking people?
- 3:27Speaker 4: To me?
- 3:28Speaker 5: A lot of times it was my own fault. I
- 3:30Speaker 5: was getting in my own way, Like so just my mentality,
- 3:34Speaker 5: you know what I mean. So I'm you know, pointing
- 3:35Speaker 5: a finger at them. Like a lot of times they'll
- 3:37Speaker 5: be like, man, send us to this document or can you
- 3:40Speaker 5: resend this? And I would get mad and frustrated and
- 3:42Speaker 5: want to go back and forth and say of just
- 3:43Speaker 5: sending the document, like you know what I mean, So
- 3:45Speaker 5: what if you got to send it twice? Like it's
- 3:46Speaker 5: just stuff, get lost, stuff get caught up in you
- 3:49Speaker 5: know what I'm saying? Things like that, and then too
- 3:50Speaker 5: a lot of times people get really frustrated because what
- 3:54Speaker 5: they don't understand is KNAKA is extremely understaffed. They're non
- 3:57Speaker 5: for profit, they're understaffed and or overworked. And then you
- 4:00Speaker 5: got a person like me out here screaming from the
- 4:03Speaker 5: mountaintops on eyl where there's millions of people following, Hey, y'all,
- 4:07Speaker 5: y'all can go get y'all MAULTI you in it with
- 4:09Speaker 5: the knack of program So now there's this rush of
- 4:11Speaker 5: people going to the knack of programming.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Now they're even more overwork than more overwhelmed.
- 4:15Speaker 5: So it's like there has to be a level of
- 4:17Speaker 5: patience and understanding when you're taking advantage of a program
- 4:20Speaker 5: like this and just really getting like, all right, cool,
- 4:23Speaker 5: I know if I exercise patients at the end of
- 4:26Speaker 5: all of this, there won't be anything.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Better out there for me.
- 4:30Speaker 5: So I made a real the other day that said,
- 4:34Speaker 5: I compare NAKA to Tom Brady and Jordan. They're not
- 4:37Speaker 5: the biggest, they're not the strongest, they're not the fastest,
- 4:40Speaker 5: but they're the best in the clutch when it.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Comes to the closing table.
- 4:43Speaker 5: When you look at those numbers, they're gonna deliver every
- 4:46Speaker 5: single time in the championship, Like you won't find anybody better.
- 4:50Speaker 5: You won't find just you won't find better numbers ever.
- 4:52Speaker 5: And it's the same thing like I said with Brady
- 4:54Speaker 5: and Jordan. No, they're not the most anything.
- 4:57Speaker 4: But they just the best and they delivering the clutch
- 4:59Speaker 4: when it's time too.
- 5:00Speaker 3: The steps. All right, So you got to go to
- 5:02Speaker 3: the seminar. Yep, that's like an all day thing, three
- 5:05Speaker 3: four hours and they edited. What do they teach you
- 5:07Speaker 3: on the seminar?
- 5:08Speaker 4: They don't teach you anything. They just tell you about
- 5:11Speaker 4: the program.
- 5:11Speaker 5: You know, like the benefit of the program, like I say,
- 5:13Speaker 5: the rules and different things like that.
- 5:15Speaker 4: NAKA doesn't teach you real estate.
- 5:17Speaker 5: So like if you don't know real estate, you probably
- 5:19Speaker 5: go learn real estate and then go through the program.
- 5:22Speaker 5: Because I tell people this all the time, no matter
- 5:24Speaker 5: what program you're going through, if you're going to buy property,
- 5:27Speaker 5: have some knowledge because if you don't, you're at that
- 5:29Speaker 5: point leaving your agent, your attorney whoever, to kind of
- 5:33Speaker 5: like hijack your deal and lead you wherever it is
- 5:35Speaker 5: you want to go, as opposed to you quarterback in
- 5:37Speaker 5: your own deal.
- 5:38Speaker 4: So have some knowledge and some information on this stuff.
- 5:40Speaker 5: So when you go in you can kind of tell
- 5:42Speaker 5: your agent, hey, look I'm looking for a multi unit
- 5:44Speaker 5: property undervalue that has people living in and already cash flowing.
- 5:47Speaker 5: You can tell the lender, hey, look, i'm qualifying. I'm
- 5:50Speaker 5: going to apply for a multi unit property, So don't
- 5:52Speaker 5: just qualify me based on my income. I'll let you
- 5:54Speaker 5: know how much the income the building is generated.
- 5:56Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Like, you work with these people and tell them what
- 5:58Speaker 5: it is that you're looking for so they can put
- 6:00Speaker 5: the play together for you.
- 6:01Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 6:02Speaker 5: But if you don't know anything and you're just depending
- 6:04Speaker 5: on these people to do the work for you, you're
- 6:06Speaker 5: not going to get anything done because that's not their job.
- 6:09Speaker 2: So that's one of the things, right, So you have
- 6:11Speaker 2: to have to do your due diligence before you go
- 6:13Speaker 2: in anything, and you have to have your profile ready
- 6:16Speaker 2: before you go.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Well, I want to just ask what the profile?
- 6:19Speaker 4: So?
- 6:20Speaker 3: All right, So you go through the seminar two hours,
- 6:24Speaker 3: then you meet with a counselor and that's earners.
- 6:28Speaker 4: What's up?

- 7:37Speaker 2: by P and C Bank. A lot of people think
- 7:39Speaker 2: podcasts about work are boring, and sure they definitely can be,
- 7:44Speaker 2: but understanding a professionals routine shows us how they achieve
- 7:47Speaker 2: their success little by little, day after day. It's like
- 7:51Speaker 2: banking with P and C Bank. It might seem boring
- 7:54Speaker 2: to save, plan and make calculated decisions with your bank,
- 7:57Speaker 2: but keeping your money boring is what helps you live
- 8:00Speaker 2: a more happily fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly
- 8:04Speaker 2: Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty

- 8:18Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 8:21Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 8:25Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:30Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:34Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:37Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 8:41Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 8:46Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 8:49Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 8:53Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 8:57Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and to poor. You
- 9:00Speaker 1: will never return. But if you register using our CBP
- 9:04Speaker 1: home app and leave now, you could be allowed to
- 9:07Speaker 1: return legally. Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump
- 9:12Speaker 1: America's laws, border and families will.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 9:18Speaker 5: Like an hour and that's and not the counselor meeting
- 9:21Speaker 5: depends on you know, how much of your stuff you
- 9:23Speaker 5: got together. Not so when you meet with your counselor,
- 9:25Speaker 5: that's on the thorough you know what I mean.
- 9:26Speaker 4: Do diligence.
- 9:27Speaker 5: Start with them, background check, you know, bank statement check. Man,
- 9:30Speaker 5: give us your two years tech history, give us your
- 9:32Speaker 5: two years you know what I mean, work history, you know,
- 9:34Speaker 5: just like give us your like history of like you know,
- 9:36Speaker 5: where you've lived for the past ten years, like things
- 9:39Speaker 5: like that that they ask you. And some people can
- 9:41Speaker 5: get frustrated with it because a lot of times we
- 9:44Speaker 5: tend to have the mindset of man, I don't want
- 9:46Speaker 5: nobody in my business. But it's like, bro, like I said,
- 9:48Speaker 5: you're going to borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars from
- 9:50Speaker 5: these people.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Like it's the bank. You need to have a relationship
- 9:53Speaker 4: with the bank.
- 9:54Speaker 5: NAKA is funded by Bank of America, so it's no
- 9:56Speaker 5: different than going to Bank of America, City Bank whoever
- 9:59Speaker 5: to go and alone.
- 10:00Speaker 4: There are gonna be certain things that are required.
- 10:02Speaker 5: And if you're doing anything fraud or scam me or
- 10:05Speaker 5: anything like that, of course you don't want nobody in
- 10:07Speaker 5: your business. But if you legit man, get these people
- 10:10Speaker 5: what they're asking for, because they're essentially about to change
- 10:12Speaker 5: your life.
- 10:12Speaker 2: That person that you meet, let's say you've done those
- 10:14Speaker 2: first two steps and you know, you sit with that person.
- 10:16Speaker 2: If that person stay with you through the process or
- 10:18Speaker 2: you pass on.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Person, your mortgage council is with you throughout the whole process.
- 10:21Speaker 4: That's who you work with.
- 10:22Speaker 5: And if there's a time where you know you and
- 10:24Speaker 5: your mortgage counselor not getting the loan, they may not
- 10:27Speaker 5: be responsive enough. You can request to change your mortgage
- 10:29Speaker 5: counselor like you have all of those different options to
- 10:32Speaker 5: pretty much like I say, quarterback your own deal, which is.
- 10:35Speaker 4: What I did.
- 10:35Speaker 5: And like I told y'all, it's not the easiest process
- 10:38Speaker 5: because there are gonna be times where they may not
- 10:41Speaker 5: get back to you. They may not call back. Like bro,
- 10:42Speaker 5: I was pulling up to the office, like you know
- 10:44Speaker 5: what I'm saying, Like what's up? Like I sent you
- 10:46Speaker 5: all my documents. I did everything that I'm supposed to do,
- 10:48Speaker 5: like now what's the next steps? And you know they
- 10:50Speaker 5: would go review the five like you know what, mister Hames,
- 10:52Speaker 5: you right, I'm sorry, let me go in and you
- 10:54Speaker 5: know what I mean, push you through whatever the case
- 10:55Speaker 5: may be. But if you're not proactive in your own situation,
- 10:59Speaker 5: nobody's gonna do it for you. And I think most
- 11:01Speaker 5: times people are used to or I don't know what
- 11:03Speaker 5: they used to, because you can't be used to anything
- 11:05Speaker 5: if you've never bought a property, so you don't even
- 11:07Speaker 5: know the mortgage process.
- 11:08Speaker 4: So for you to.
- 11:09Speaker 5: Complain about somebody not reaching out to you or following
- 11:11Speaker 5: up with you, that's not necessarily your job.
- 11:14Speaker 4: It's your job to follow up.
- 11:15Speaker 5: It's your job to send it in documentation, it's your job
- 11:18Speaker 5: to go to the office like with anything. That's what
- 11:20Speaker 5: I learned, Like, man, I have to be the person
- 11:22Speaker 5: that's kind of like, you know, controlling a quarterback of
- 11:25Speaker 5: my own situation.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Otherwise people it's not important to us.
- 11:29Speaker 3: And also it's like like you said, you don't even
- 11:32Speaker 3: know if you haven't been through the process, and even
- 11:35Speaker 3: on a higher level. So we we're building the homes,
- 11:38Speaker 3: and you know, these are million dollar houses, and we
- 11:43Speaker 3: had to go through a bunch of red tape and
- 11:45Speaker 3: send stuff and then the stuff they asked for the
- 11:48Speaker 3: stuff that we just sent, and it's like it's a
- 11:50Speaker 3: headache and it's a hassle, and it's like, you know,
- 11:53Speaker 3: it's not the most efficient buying a home without the
- 11:56Speaker 3: most efficient process. Period.
- 11:57Speaker 4: I love that you just said that, because people don't.
- 11:59Speaker 5: People think it's just like everybody gonna ask you the
- 12:02Speaker 5: double send documents, and it's not. This is the mortgage process,
- 12:05Speaker 5: this is the home playing process. And y'all don't y'all
- 12:07Speaker 5: ain't never bought shit, so you don't know. So you
- 12:10Speaker 5: just complaining about what you think you should be getting.
- 12:12Speaker 5: Just entitlment be beating you'll ass whole time. Let's just
- 12:15Speaker 5: call it what it is, beating shit.
- 12:16Speaker 2: That's what we said. It's one thousand, right, that's the
- 12:18Speaker 2: first part, even getting the home. But now we, like
- 12:20Speaker 2: you said, we're buildings and now we're deal with permits
- 12:22Speaker 2: and that's a whole other process.
- 12:23Speaker 5: And now you got to go through inspections and spector
- 12:25Speaker 5: might not approve certain stuff. It's just like man oh
- 12:28Speaker 5: all the time and a patient's thing. And again no,
- 12:31Speaker 5: even in sports, you're when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands,
- 12:34Speaker 5: millions of dollars.
- 12:35Speaker 4: These things take time. These things take time.
- 12:38Speaker 5: And most times when you hear, like I say, about
- 12:41Speaker 5: somebody getting offered like a big contract, you hear about
- 12:44Speaker 5: them turning the contract down or just not working out
- 12:46Speaker 5: or the deal going bad.
- 12:48Speaker 4: Like this is business. This is just how business works.
- 12:50Speaker 5: Like I said, there are times when you can do
- 12:52Speaker 5: everything right and stuff just still won't go your way,
- 12:55Speaker 5: like it just and then what do you do? Like
- 12:56Speaker 5: you have to get back on the ground. You gotta
- 12:58Speaker 5: get back to it. You can't let it discourage you.
- 13:00Speaker 5: And a lot of times people get emotional about these things.
- 13:04Speaker 4: That's why you hear so much.
- 13:05Speaker 5: Slander because like now you mad oh Nakaa did this
- 13:09Speaker 5: to you and not Couna did. That's no, you just quit,
- 13:11Speaker 5: like you know what I'm saying, You quit the process
- 13:13Speaker 5: essentially because if you would have stayed down, you would
- 13:15Speaker 5: have came up. Because that's what I did, and that's
- 13:18Speaker 5: what my ex did and that's what my you know
- 13:20Speaker 5: what I mean friends did, Like that's what I've helped
- 13:23Speaker 5: so many people through this program who listen. But it's
- 13:25Speaker 5: this it's a mindset thing, you know what I'm saying.
- 13:27Speaker 5: Most people don't have their mindset in order. Like I say,
- 13:29Speaker 5: it's entitlement. You feel like you owe something. It's like, nah, man,
- 13:32Speaker 5: you gotta go earn everything that you need that you
- 13:34Speaker 5: got out here, from property to business customers, like you
- 13:38Speaker 5: have to go and earn these things. You have to
- 13:40Speaker 5: go and show and prove. You have to like do
- 13:42Speaker 5: what you need to do in order to make things happen.
- 13:44Speaker 5: And most people operate in the space of instant gratification.
- 13:47Speaker 5: And I think the Internet has a lot to do
- 13:49Speaker 5: with that because you see people doing so well, and
- 13:51Speaker 5: you see people accomplishing things, and you see more of
- 13:53Speaker 5: the celebratory moments online.
- 13:55Speaker 4: You don't see the hard, behind the scenes grind that
- 13:58Speaker 4: it took. You don't see.
- 13:59Speaker 5: The offers that I put in and you know what
- 14:02Speaker 5: I mean, got turned down or got beat out by
- 14:04Speaker 5: cash offers. You didn't see the time we're almost lost
- 14:06Speaker 5: ten thousand dollars in earn this money because you know
- 14:09Speaker 5: what I mean, the contractors didn't do what they were
