New York: "All Concealed Carriers Are Criminals"

Recent actions by the Democrat Communists in the New York Governor's mansion and the State legislature are exposing their true nature as they continue to treat lawful citizens as criminals. Applicants for concealed carry permits are being deeply investigated by the police, including having their neighbors interviewed for character references.
What's worse, Governor Hochul recently sent a memo to all NY Police Departments telling them that all concealed carriers they encounter are to be treated as armed criminals until proven otherwise!!
