- 0:13We've got Rob Eno coming up
- 0:15with his reaction to the biggest media
- 0:17fails in Minnesota.
- 0:18There has been some crazy drama between Josh Shapiro and Kamala Harris.
- 0:22That's going to be fun.
- 0:23We'll look at that.
- 0:24But we start by doing something that you may have thought was impossible.
- 0:27Yes,
- 0:27it's possible we're doing Don Lemon's
- 0:30new low.
- 0:31Yes,
- 0:31he's hit a new one.
- 0:32And you might have thought,
- 0:33well,
- 0:33wait a minute,
- 0:33wasn't he already
- 0:34the lowest form of humanity,
- 0:36uh,
- 0:36that's available?
- 0:37And that's pretty much true.
- 0:39Uh,
- 0:39but if he,
- 0:40uh,
- 0:40he's hitting a new one today.
- 0:41If you remember,
- 0:42Don Lemon,
- 0:43uh,
- 0:43a little history lesson here,
- 0:45used to be on CNN.
- 0:47He then was,
- 0:47uh,
- 0:48he got fired for basically telling women that they peak at 25 or something.
- 0:51I don't know,
- 0:52very strange segment.
- 0:53Uh,
- 0:54and I don't know how we would know anything about them,
- 0:55frankly.
- 0:56Uh,
- 0:57apparently he doesn't.
- 0:58Uh,
- 0:58and so he got fired from that job.
- 1:00He then went to Twitter for like a week,
- 1:03and then,
- 1:04uh,
- 1:04Elon Musk was like,
- 1:05I'm not giving you anything,
- 1:06you're,
- 1:06you're a disaster.
- 1:07At least that's how I remember it.
- 1:09And now he's kind of just like walking around with his phone.
- 1:11That's kind of the way this has,
- 1:12uh,
- 1:12ended for,
- 1:13for,
- 1:14uh,
- 1:15Don.
- 1:15And look,
- 1:15there's some really good journalism that gets done,
- 1:17uh,
- 1:17that way these days.
- 1:18This is not the old-timey days where you can't get anything accomplished.
- 1:22Uh,
- 1:22and I will say Don
- 1:24did manage to get himself in the papers today,
- 1:26so.
- 1:27We got that going on for you.
- 1:28Anti-ICE mob storms Minnesota church
- 1:30over pastors alleged ties to immigration enforcement.
- 1:34Very strange allegation,
- 1:36uh,
- 1:36very strange situation.
- 1:37Here is Don Lemon
- 1:39following,
- 1:39uh,
- 1:40some of these ICE
- 1:41protesters,
- 1:42anti-ICE protesters,
- 1:43uh,
- 1:44into
- 1:45an actual house of worship.
- 1:47Tell us why you're doing this.
- 1:48This is Operation Pull up,
- 1:49more of a clandestine operation.
- 1:51We show up somewhere that is a key location.
- 1:55They don't expect us to come there
- 1:57and then we
- 1:58disrupt business as usual.
- 1:59So that's what we're about to go do right now.
- 2:10Demanding justice for Renee Good and letting them know.
- 2:15will not stand.
- 2:16They cannot pretend to be a house of God.
- 2:19Harboring someone
- 2:21is directing ICE agents
- 2:24Our community and who killed Renee.
- 2:29You'd be surprised to know none of that's accurate,
- 2:32uh,
- 2:32but it was interesting to see Don
- 2:34before this whole situation began interviewing the
- 2:37people and finding out all about their
- 2:39plans,
- 2:40uh,
- 2:40but I mean it's an interesting one.
- 2:42Here is,
- 2:42uh,
- 2:42Don,
- 2:43uh,
- 2:43narrating a little of his own video here as they covered.
- 2:48The protests.
- 2:51So you can see the protesters here have gathered over here.
- 2:56They're in the middle of the church
- 2:58during the beginning of the church service,
- 2:59the pastor was speaking
- 3:01and
- 3:04stood up and said her piece
- 3:06and then the protesters surrounded her,
- 3:07but this is a clandestine mission.
- 3:09I think they found out one of,
- 3:11according to them,
- 3:12this is according to
- 3:14Operation Pull Up,
- 3:15that one of the pastors here is
- 3:18a member
- 3:19of ICS and so.
- 3:21Here we go.
- 3:22He's a fucking.
- 3:24Yeah,
- 3:25let me show you
- 3:26OK.
- 3:27And
- 3:28so,
- 3:29Is Don using those stupid glasses to do that?
- 3:31Is that where he's getting that video?
- 3:33Any opinion on that?
- 3:35Any thoughts?
- 3:36Is that what he's doing?
- 3:37It looked like it.
- 3:38It looked like,
- 3:38yeah,
- 3:38it looked like because the way the cameras moving,
- 3:40I just pictured Don with the stupid meta glasses walking around taking video.
- 3:44I don't know,
- 3:44just seems really goofy.
- 3:45By the way,
- 3:46a weird accusation,
- 3:47right,
- 3:47that a pastor at the church
- 3:49is running a,
- 3:51a part of ICE,
- 3:53a local chapter of ICE.
- 3:54I don't seem to know whether that's actually accurate or not.
- 3:57I've seen reporting on kind of.
- 3:59No one seems to be sure.
- 4:00In fact,
- 4:01we asked uh Harmeet Dillon today on the radio show,
- 4:04hey,
- 4:04is this,
- 4:04was there a guy that was involved with
- 4:06ICE?
- 4:07She said she had no information on it.
- 4:08They don't,
- 4:09they don't know,
- 4:09they're investigating it.
- 4:10What was fascinating about that is,
- 4:11first of all,
- 4:12you might know
- 4:13that even if he happens to be working for the federal government in some capacity,
- 4:17that does not make it OK to go and uh ransack his church or interrupt a service.
- 4:22That's not OK anyway,
- 4:23even if you're right.
- 4:25Uh,
- 4:25also,
- 4:25the guy wasn't even there,
- 4:26wasn't even that they were trying to target in this clandestine opportunity,
- 4:31uh,
- 4:32operation that they're,
- 4:32you know,
- 4:33performing on live streaming video.
- 4:35Um,
- 4:36and,
- 4:36uh,
- 4:36so we don't even know if it's true,
- 4:38but he wasn't even there,
- 4:39even if it was true.
- 4:40So we had a typical,
- 4:42the,
- 4:42the factual basis on these things,
- 4:43not always a strong suit.
- 4:45Uh,
- 4:45let me give you one more,
- 4:46uh,
- 4:46clip of what happened inside the church.
- 4:48Here they are chanting for Renee Good.
- 4:51Sorry.
- 4:52Yes.
- 4:55Justice for.
- 5:02you.
- 5:05We
- 5:05need.
- 5:08OK,
- 5:09uh,
- 5:09there is a bunch of morons.
- 5:10I,
- 5:10I guess it's what I'm,
- 5:11what I was showing you there with all the video.
- 5:13This is idiotic.
- 5:14Um,
- 5:15you might
- 5:15be interested to hear,
- 5:17and we'll get into Don Lemon's views on this,
- 5:19uh,
- 5:19particular moment in a little bit,
- 5:21but.
- 5:21Uh,
- 5:22you are not actually able to do what they did.
- 5:25Uh,
- 5:25I mean,
- 5:25you can physically do it as they,
- 5:27as they,
- 5:27I guess,
- 5:28accomplished,
- 5:28but you can't legally do
- 5:30what they did.
- 5:30We have a very strong tradition,
- 5:32of course,
- 5:32in this country,
- 5:33of the right to protest.
- 5:34That is something that is fundamentally ingrained in our society
- 5:37and something that's very important for us to protect.
- 5:39That being said,
- 5:40we also have one
- 5:41that,
- 5:41uh,
- 5:42you know,
- 5:42uh,
- 5:43gives you freedom to exercise your religion and to worship.
- 5:47And
- 5:48the problem
- 5:49with all of this,
- 5:50of course,
- 5:51is you went in there with your loud chanting.
- 5:54And stopped people from their ability
- 5:57to execute their First Amendment
- 5:59right
- 6:01for a right to be able to go to church services and be able to worship as you please.
- 6:06That's very,
- 6:07very important as well.
- 6:08Those things bump into each other and
- 6:10the law is very clear on which side wins when those two do bump into each other.
- 6:14DOJ vowing to press charges after activists disrupt church.
- 6:18Where Minnesota ICE officer is a,
- 6:19uh,
- 6:20uh,
- 6:20uh,
- 6:20Minnesota ICE official is a
- 6:22pastor.
- 6:23Again,
- 6:24uh,
- 6:24still some disagreement on that,
- 6:26but they're reporting,
- 6:27uh,
- 6:27ABC News is reporting,
- 6:28uh,
- 6:28he protested,
- 6:29uh,
- 6:29this is,
- 6:30uh,
- 6:30Nima,
- 6:31uh,
- 6:32Nakima
- 6:32Levy Armstrong.
- 6:33She's one of the heads of the anti-ICE protest part of this.
- 6:36She participated in the protest,
- 6:38um,
- 6:38and leads the local grassroots civil rights.
- 6:41Organization Racial Justice Network
- 6:44dismissed the potential DOJ investigation as a sham
- 6:46and a distraction
- 6:47from federal agents' actions in Minneapolis-Saint Paul.
- 6:50When you think about the federal government
- 6:51unleashing barbaric ICE agents upon our community
- 6:55and all the harm that they have caused,
- 6:57to have someone serving as a pastor who oversees these ICE agents
- 7:00is almost unfathomable to me,
- 7:02said Armstrong,
- 7:03who added she's an ordained reverend.
- 7:07Obviously,
- 7:07obviously.
- 7:08Oh,
- 7:08by the way,
- 7:09um,
- 7:09uh,
- 7:09Reverend,
- 7:10you might be interested to note
- 7:12that we don't care
- 7:13what your opinion is on this particular topic.
- 7:16The law doesn't care either.
- 7:17The law does not care if you think you should be a pastor
- 7:20and be a head,
- 7:21the head of ICE,
- 7:22the president of ICE,
- 7:22the king of ICE.
- 7:24None of that matters at all to the law.
- 7:26And I think you're about to find that out.
- 7:27Now here,
- 7:28uh,
- 7:28she is uh posting this particular clip.
- 7:32This is a,
- 7:32uh,
- 7:32post,
- 7:32I think on,
- 7:33is it Facebook?
- 7:35Friends,
- 7:36here's a clip
- 7:36of our demonstration this morning at City's Church in Saint Paul.
- 7:40David Easterwood is a pastor at this church and the
- 7:42acting field director for the ICE office in Saint Paul.
- 7:45It's time for judgment to begin,
- 7:47and it will begin in the house of God.
- 7:50Thank you to all the activists who showed up and independent journalists,
- 7:54Georgia Fort,
- 7:55Don Lemon,
- 7:57Dawoke Farmer 2.
- 7:59Now you should be,
- 8:00you should be aware that Da woke Farmer 1 was taken.
- 8:03Uh,
- 8:04so,
- 8:05Dawoke Farmer 2 and Brixton Hughes.
- 8:08Special thanks to Monique Colors Doty.
- 8:11Uh,
- 8:12Chantil Allen,
- 8:13Satara Strong Allen for co-organizing this
- 8:17mission from Black Lives Matter Minnesota,
- 8:20Black Lives Matter Twin Cities Metro,
- 8:23along with Racial Justice Network.
- 8:25They couldn't keep those.
- 8:26There's one,
- 8:27that was Minnesota.
- 8:28They didn't,
- 8:28it was just so packed they had to have a separate,
- 8:31uh,
- 8:31Twin Cities Metro version of Black Lives Matter
- 8:34so they could get more vacation homes.
- 8:36You gotta make sure,
- 8:37look,
- 8:38and to be fair,
- 8:39they're in Minnesota,
- 8:40they wanna go on vacation a lot.
- 8:42Perhaps it is the right thing to do,
- 8:44to just give them some,
- 8:46uh,
- 8:46beachside property somewhere,
- 8:48because it's freaking cold there.
- 8:49Anyway,
- 8:49uh,
- 8:50what's interesting about this is what,
- 8:51uh,
- 8:51because I noticed this right away,
- 8:52I was like,
- 8:52this seems like a bad idea if you happen to be this person.
- 8:55And,
- 8:56uh,
- 8:56Banee over at Red State said the same thing.
- 8:58Uh,
- 8:59she just posted everyone involved,
- 9:01uh,
- 9:01and then pinned it to her profile.
- 9:04Incredible,
- 9:04which it kind of is because
- 9:06what's happened there is a crime.
- 9:08So normally you don't necessarily post
- 9:12everybody
- 9:13involved in the crime,
- 9:14but apparently that was OK.
- 9:16Attorney General Pam Bondi,
- 9:18uh,
- 9:18decided to tweet on this.
- 9:19I just spoke to a pastor of Minnesota whose church was targeted.
- 9:22Attacks against law enforcement and the intimidation.
- 9:24Christians are being met with the full force of federal law.
- 9:27State leaders refuse to act responsibly to prevent lawlessness.
- 9:30The Department of Justice will remain mobilized to prosecute federal crimes
- 9:34and ensure that the rule of law prevails.
- 9:36Now I did,
- 9:36we did speak to Harvey Dillon earlier today on the radio show,
- 9:39as I mentioned,
- 9:40she
- 9:42indicated they were going to go forward
- 9:44with going after these people.
- 9:46There's a big,
- 9:46you know,
- 9:47look,
- 9:47there's a lot of.
- 9:49Unease
- 9:50about Pam Bondi's ability to to follow up
- 9:54on things like this.
- 9:56I know I get a lot of complaints.
- 9:57I talk to people a lot and they just don't
- 9:59like the fact that these arrests haven't already occurred,
- 10:02uh,
- 10:02not,
- 10:02not necessarily in this case,
- 10:03but previous cases,
- 10:04and they're worried about the,
- 10:06the
- 10:06arrests in this case occurring because they don't
- 10:09view this particular DOJ as following up
- 10:13as much as they should on this sort of stuff.
- 10:16I don't know.
- 10:16I mean,
- 10:16it's certainly a motivating factor,
- 10:18I think,
- 10:18to the president.
- 10:19Um,
- 10:20and we will see if this,
- 10:21uh,
- 10:22continues to go on.
- 10:23I do think though that,
- 10:24you know,
- 10:24the Tim Wall's idea of,
- 10:26well,
- 10:26since I'm not involved in this anymore,
- 10:28I'm dropping out of the race,
- 10:28they're going to give up.
- 10:29I don't think that's what conservatives are doing right now with the the story.
- 10:32I'm talking about the corruption.
- 10:33I'm talking about what's going on in Minneapolis,
- 10:35the targeting of ICE agents.
- 10:36This is an animating factor for,
- 10:38uh,
- 10:39voters on the right right now,
- 10:40and I don't think they're going to give up on it.
- 10:42We will see if the DOJ is able to
- 10:45kind of go a little bit farther.
- 10:46Career activists who disrupted Minneapolis Worship Church,
- 10:49a service also targeted Hegseth DC church.
- 10:51So not the first time.
- 10:53William Kelly,
- 10:53a self-described combat veteran,
- 10:55was captured on video storming into the sanctuary with a mob of
- 10:58other activists associated with Black Lives
- 11:00Matter and the Racial Justice Network.
- 11:02The demonstrators chant chanted.
- 11:04This is unbelievable.
- 11:05Hands up,
- 11:05don't shoot,
- 11:06and screamed at congregants,
- 11:07leaving them fake Christians because one of the church's
- 11:09pastors also serves as an ICE field director.
- 11:13Do you believe they're still chanting hands up,
- 11:14don't shoot?
- 11:15This is something that was debunked years and years and years ago.
- 11:18It was supposed,
- 11:19what was it Michael Brown?
- 11:20I can't even remember what case this was.
- 11:22And uh supposedly uh it was rumored for a long time that he said hands up,
- 11:26don't shoot,
- 11:27and then got shot,
- 11:28and that wound up becoming a rallying cry
- 11:30for many on the left,
- 11:31who would go into various
- 11:33situations against law enforcement who had no
- 11:35desire or willingness or interest really in shooting them because they
- 11:38were
- 11:39largely boring.
- 11:40Um,
- 11:41they,
- 11:42they just kept saying hands up,
- 11:43don't shoot.
- 11:44Uh,
- 11:44we then of course found out that Michael Brown said nothing like that.
- 11:47Uh,
- 11:47actually,
- 11:48the story was completely wrong and he actually had all sorts of,
- 11:50there was reasons why that incident occurred
- 11:53that were quite clear,
- 11:54including assault and theft.
- 11:56A whole different situation though,
- 11:58but continue to just.
- 12:00Just kind of spouted out there.
- 12:01Hands up,
- 12:02don't shoot over and over and over again.
- 12:03Now Don Lemon,
- 12:04back to our Don Lemon storyline here.
- 12:06He's defending protesters who stormed Minneapolis church,
- 12:08uh,
- 12:09service believing that pastor was ICE affiliated.
- 12:11The former CNN host
- 12:13defended the disruption of the service by anti-Rice rioters,
- 12:16claiming they were acting in a manner,
- 12:18manner similar to civil rights protesters.
- 12:21This is the beginning of.
- 12:22What's going to happen here
- 12:23when you violate people's due process,
- 12:25when you pull people off the street,
- 12:27you start dragging them and hurting them and not abiding by the Constitution,
- 12:30you start doing all that and people get upset and angry,
- 12:33Lemon said,
- 12:34seemingly justifying it the whole way.
- 12:36Remember what the civil rights movement was about.
- 12:38Civil rights movement was about these very kinds of protests.
- 12:41Not at all,
- 12:42just to be clear,
- 12:43they were not at all,
- 12:45uh,
- 12:45like this.
- 12:47Not at all.
- 12:49Uh,
- 12:49what was happening in that situation was,
- 12:51was completely unjust.
- 12:52This is not a situation like that
- 12:54at all.
- 12:55You know,
- 12:56back in the day,
- 12:56there were times where the United States was very
- 12:58much letting itself down on its own standards,
- 13:01standards like the idea that all men were created equal,
- 13:04um,
- 13:05and not treating that as a legitimate part of our country,
- 13:08really part of our foundation.
- 13:10That's not the situation here.
- 13:12We're talking about people,
- 13:13in many cases,
- 13:13as we went over,
- 13:14I think it was last week,
- 13:16child molesters,
- 13:17murderers,
- 13:19people who are wanted for multiple instances of homicide.
- 13:23And we've got idiotic morons like Don Lemon thinking
- 13:26that's the same as the civil rights situ situation.
- 13:28It's not
- 13:29at all.
- 13:30These are not
- 13:31one thing,
- 13:31one of these things is not like the other.
- 13:34And again,
- 13:34you see Don's opinion here,
- 13:36right?
- 13:37When you do these things,
- 13:38well,
- 13:38of course this is going to happen.
- 13:39When you're mean to the people that I like.
- 13:43Well,
- 13:43of course we're gonna go and disrupt
- 13:45these church services.
- 13:47Again,
- 13:47probably gonna get Don in at least some trouble,
- 13:50some possibilities of trouble.
- 13:51I don't know if Don's gonna get in trouble for this one,
- 13:53but here he is,
- 13:54uh,
- 13:54one more time,
- 13:55talking to,
- 13:56uh,
- 13:56this pastor who was harassed
- 13:58at his own church,
- 13:59who is the victim of a crime,
- 14:02along with everybody else inside of that,
- 14:04uh,
- 14:04uh,
- 14:05uh,
- 14:05auditorium or uh church.
- 14:07Well,
- 14:07we'll talk about why that's a crime here in just a second,
- 14:10but here is Don.
- 14:11With his,
- 14:11I mean,
- 14:12you know,
- 14:12look,
- 14:12Don,
- 14:13Don Lemon's a moron.
- 14:14OK.
- 14:14We've known this for a very long time.
- 14:15Don Lemon's an idiot.
- 14:17But Don Lemon also,
- 14:18uh,
- 14:19thinks he knows something about not only civil rights,
- 14:22but also
- 14:23apparently the First Amendment,
- 14:24which he knows nothing about.
- 14:25Uh,
- 14:26here he is blabbering about it.
- 14:28What do you think of this?
- 14:29This is unacceptable.
- 14:30It's shameful.
- 14:31It's shameful.
- 14:33To interrupt
- 14:35gathering of Christians in worship.
- 14:39There were folks who say I have to take care of my flock.
- 14:42Listen,
- 14:43we live in,
- 14:43there's a Constitution and the First Amendment to freedom
- 14:46of speech and freedom to assemble and protest.
- 14:47What else is there?
- 14:48We're here to worship.
- 14:49We're here to worship Jesus because that's the hope of these cities.
- 14:52That's the hope of the world.
- 14:53Jesus Christ,
- 14:54I want to be very respectful.
- 14:55Please don't push me though.
- 14:56We're here.
- 14:57We're here to worship Jesus.
- 14:59That's why we're here.
- 15:01That's why we're here.
- 15:02That's what we're about.
- 15:03Don't you think Jesus would be understanding and
- 15:07we're about Jesus be understanding to try to talk to them as a one is willing to talk.
- 15:13To take care of my church and my family,
- 15:14so I ask that you actually
- 15:16would also leave this building.
- 15:17You don't want us to chronicle whatever you're here to worship.
- 15:20I'm always worship.
- 15:21I'm a Christian.
- 15:21We're here to,
- 15:22well,
- 15:22we're here to worship.
- 15:22We're here to worship.
- 15:23OK,
- 15:24thank you very much.
- 15:24I appreciate it.
- 15:25You can just almost sense the deep Christianity of Don Lemon in that moment,
- 15:28can't you?
- 15:29I mean,
- 15:29it's almost overwhelming.
- 15:30The spirit just
- 15:32jumping through your phone or your computer or your TV.
- 15:36It's just the Don Lemon version of Christianity is a little overwhelming for some.
- 15:41I will say it's too bright.
- 15:42The lights of God,
- 15:44a little too bright through Don.
- 15:45I will say,
- 15:46um,
- 15:46Don,
- 15:47again,
- 15:47I mentioned this before,
- 15:48is an idiot,
- 15:49um,
- 15:50and that's a,
- 15:50that's a problem
- 15:51for his analysis on the First Amendment.
- 15:53The First Amendment does not,
- 15:54uh,
- 15:54very much not allow you to go into a church service and disrupt it,
- 15:58uh,
- 15:58and prevent people who are
- 16:00in the middle of executing their First Amendment rights.
- 16:03To be able to worship
- 16:06This is quite clear,
- 16:07it's very clear in the law.
- 16:09We'll go through that here in a second.
- 16:12But he should know,
- 16:13and as to whether Jesus would be understanding,
- 16:16I'm sure he'd be understanding.
- 16:18I mean,
- 16:18he's pretty aware of most situations.
- 16:20He's actually a well-informed individual,
- 16:22um,
- 16:23but I will say,
- 16:24uh,
- 16:24stopping people from worshiping God,
- 16:27not necessarily the thing I think Jesus is most excited about,
- 16:31let's say.
- 16:31I'm just,
- 16:32you know,
- 16:33just a theory.
- 16:34Again,
- 16:34I'm not,
- 16:34I'm not a theologian,
- 16:35but I am a thinker.
- 16:37Now,
- 16:38why is Don Lemon in trouble potentially for
- 16:41breaking the law?
- 16:42Certainly the people
- 16:43in
- 16:44the church that came and did this protest,
- 16:46why are they in trouble?
- 16:47Well,
- 16:48multiple reasons,
- 16:49but MAGA,
- 16:50they're saying MAGA calls for Don Lemon to be
- 16:52arrested under FCE Act after a Minnesota church protest.
- 16:55Don Lemon,
- 16:56independent broadcaster since his departure from CNN,
- 16:58departure,
- 16:58an interesting word.
- 17:00I mean,
- 17:00he did leave,
- 17:02so I mean it was a departure.
- 17:03He was interviewing the participants during a
- 17:05live stream before they entered the church.
- 17:07He then followed the group inside as they
- 17:08chanted IC out and accused the pastor of collaborating
- 17:11with the agency.
- 17:12Worshippers in attendance subsequently left in droves.
- 17:15One churchgoer saying,
- 17:17uh,
- 17:17these people have come into our house and they've interrupted our worship.
- 17:20Interesting wording there.
- 17:22Everybody's gone home.
- 17:23Their point has been proven worthless,
- 17:25and so in the end,
- 17:26I think they lose.
- 17:27I feel violated,
- 17:28I feel interrupted,
- 17:29I feel angry.
- 17:30Now,
- 17:30why is it important?
- 17:31To note
- 17:32that uh a house of worship being interrupted
- 17:35is key to all of this talk about potential arrests in the future.
- 17:40It's because of the FaceC Act.
- 17:42Now there are other laws that they're trying to push and we'll see what comes of that,
- 17:45but the Face Act is kind of central to this,
- 17:46and if you remember what the Face Act is,
- 17:48we've talked about it many times.
- 17:49Face Act was a,
- 17:50a law that was,
- 17:52I think you could say arguably well-intentioned,
- 17:54at least by some.
- 17:56Which we kind of all have interacted with,
- 17:59at least through the conservative media,
- 18:01through the eyes of
- 18:02people like Catholic protesters who have
- 18:04gone and stood outside of abortion clinics
- 18:07and said,
- 18:07hey,
- 18:07you know,
- 18:07we don't think you should abort your kids.
- 18:11That if there's any sort of,
- 18:14any sort of uh
- 18:16uh
- 18:17impediment to
- 18:19to having someone go into an abortion clinic,
- 18:21like if someone wants to go into an abortion clinic,
- 18:22a woman's going in there,
- 18:23you can talk to her,
- 18:24you can shout at her,
- 18:25you can say things to try to convince her to stop and and and make sure that,
- 18:29you know,
- 18:30her baby gets born.
- 18:31That being said,
- 18:32you can't physically stop them from doing that.
- 18:35You can't stop them from walking in.
- 18:36You can't block the way.
- 18:38You can't set up a barricade.
- 18:40You can't do any of those things.
- 18:40Now,
- 18:41as we know,
- 18:42leftist protests do this stuff all the time.
- 18:44In fact,
- 18:44they're doing it to federal agents
- 18:45all the time.
- 18:48Goode herself was blocking the roadway for ICE agents.
- 18:52That is something you're not allowed to do.
- 18:54However,
- 18:54the FACE Act specifically deals with it when it comes to
- 18:57abortion clinics and similar facilities.
- 19:00What we haven't talked a lot about is part two of the Face Act.
- 19:05Let me show you the exact text of the of the important segment here,
- 19:08and this is this is the exact text of the law,
- 19:11and we'll go through the first part.
- 19:12Prohibited activities.
- 19:14Whoever by force or threat of force
- 19:15or by physical obstruction intentionally injures,
- 19:18intimidates,
- 19:19or interferes
- 19:20with or attempts to injure,
- 19:22intimidate or interfere with any person.
- 19:24Because that person has been
- 19:26in uh or in order to intimidate such person or other person
- 19:30or any class of persons from obtaining or providing reproductive health services.
- 19:33So specifically talks about abortion clinics basically here.
- 19:37You can't impede them,
- 19:37you can't stop them,
- 19:38you can't physically get in the way,
- 19:40you can't do any of that stuff.
- 19:41You can't.
- 19:42Intimidate them.
- 19:43You can try to convince them.
- 19:44You could try to persuade them.
- 19:45You can say what you're doing is totally wrong.
- 19:47Don't do it.
- 19:47Don't do it,
- 19:47don't do it.
- 19:48But you can't physically do that and you can't threaten them,
- 19:51for example.
- 19:52You can't say,
- 19:52if you go in there and do that,
- 19:54I'm going to blow up your car.
- 19:55You can't do any of that stuff.
- 19:56OK,
- 19:57so that's the part we've talked about quite a bit.
- 20:00Part two.
- 20:00And why did this get through?
- 20:02Part of it was
- 20:03because of part two.
- 20:04Basically,
- 20:05the left said,
- 20:06Well,
- 20:06we want you to stop you from,
- 20:08you know,
- 20:08uh,
- 20:09stopping people from going to abortion clinics,
- 20:11and the right said,
- 20:11Well,
- 20:12fine,
- 20:12but like we want you to stop interrupting church services.
- 20:16OK,
- 20:16so here's the.
- 20:17Text of the part that's going to potentially burn a lot of these protesters,
- 20:21whoever this is prohibited,
- 20:23whoever by force or threat of force or by physical obstruction
- 20:26intentionally injures,
- 20:27intimidates or interferes
- 20:29with or attempts to injure,
- 20:31intimidate or interfere.
- 20:34With any person
- 20:36lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise
- 20:38the First Amendment right of religious freedom
- 20:41at a place
- 20:42of religious
- 20:43worship.
- 20:44There's a little bit more to the law,
- 20:45not necessarily germane here,
- 20:46but the bottom line
- 20:48is that if you do exactly what they did,
- 20:51you are committing a crime against every person inside the church,
- 20:54every person in there who is trying to worship.
- 20:56If you go in there and you say,
- 20:58hey,
- 20:58we're interrupting this,
- 20:59we're interfering
- 21:00with people's right
- 21:01and ability
- 21:02to worship.
- 21:04You are guilty of a face act violation,
- 21:06and we've seen this can be serious crimes.
- 21:09Uh,
- 21:10let's see,
- 21:10what else can I get to here before the end of this.
- 21:12Uh,
- 21:12let me go to,
- 21:13we don't have time for this next clip.
- 21:15I'll go to this one here.
- 21:16Don Lemon,
- 21:17uh,
- 21:17bites back
- 21:18at MAGA after anti-ice confrontation is the headline.
- 21:22And just so you know,
- 21:23boys and girls,
- 21:24Don Lemon,
- 21:25apparently a biter.
- 21:27I said that,
- 21:27now that might be some information you need,
- 21:30not important to me,
- 21:31but apparently a biter.
- 21:33The MAGA administration and the fake news MAGAs
- 21:36are losing their mind over something that's not even
- 21:39true.
- 21:40So let me just make it clear,
- 21:42because this
- 21:44an assistant attorney general.
- 21:45I don't know,
- 21:46um,
- 21:46gosh,
- 21:46what's her name?
- 21:47something
- 21:47Hammett
- 21:50or whatever.
- 21:51So um.
- 21:54I have no affiliation to that organization.
- 21:56I didn't even know they were going to this church until we followed them there.
- 21:59We were there
- 22:00chronicling
- 22:01protests.
- 22:02Once the protests started in the church,
- 22:05we did an act of journalism which was
- 22:07report on it and talk to the people who were involved,
- 22:10which included the pastor,
- 22:11members of the church.
- 22:12And members of the organization,
- 22:13that's it.
- 22:14It's called journalism.
- 22:16First Amendment,
- 22:18all that stuff
- 22:19for all of you people who believe in the First Amendment,
- 22:21absolutist,
- 22:23there you go.
- 22:24So why don't you talk to
- 22:26the actual person who
- 22:28is in charge of the organization
- 22:30and whose idea it was to have the protests
- 22:33at the church before you start blaming me for stuff
- 22:35for which you have no idea.
- 22:38Thank you for your attention to this man.
- 22:43Now,
- 22:43Don's obviously,
- 22:44did I mention he's an idiot?
- 22:45Uh,
- 22:46he is.
- 22:46Um,
- 22:47he thinks he's being very smart there.
- 22:48And first of all,
- 22:49of course,
- 22:49they are going to talk to the head of this organization,
- 22:51and that person is absolutely,
- 22:53um,
- 22:54in real trouble here.
- 22:56Is Don Lemon in trouble here?
- 22:58I,
- 22:58you know,
- 22:58the First Amendment does provide for a lot of protection for,
- 23:03uh,
- 23:03someone who
- 23:04says they're,
- 23:05you know,
- 23:05committing an act of journalism,
- 23:07as he put it.
- 23:08In,
- 23:09in one of these situations,
- 23:10I mean,
- 23:11you know,
- 23:11look,
- 23:12I think it's an important protection,
- 23:13frankly,
- 23:14we've talked about it before.
- 23:15Now the left does not think that.
- 23:17They prosecuted all sorts of people,
- 23:18for example,
- 23:18our own Steve Baker,
- 23:20for going into the Capitol and documenting what was going on there,
- 23:25and
- 23:26they tried to throw him in prison
- 23:28for that.
- 23:29Uh,
- 23:29they did it to a lot of people.
- 23:31Now some people were there and acted said they were journalists and weren't,
- 23:34but Steve quite clearly was.
- 23:35He's on video.
- 23:36We've talked about that before with him
- 23:38on this particular show,
- 23:39um.
- 23:42Most likely he will probably have a good defense there.
- 23:45Now,
- 23:45if they find out that he did know about this and was encouraging
- 23:48it before because they find out in text messages or whatever later on,
- 23:51it could be a totally different story.
- 23:52I don't know what Don does in his personal life,
- 23:54and nor do I want to.
- 23:55As I mentioned,
- 23:56he's a biter,
- 23:57but I will say that it is important
- 23:59for people to understand,
- 24:01even if Don Lemon isn't the central part of the charges here.
- 24:05And I do think there's a chance they,
- 24:07they try to make his life miserable,
- 24:08because,
- 24:09look,
- 24:10whether you think it's right or wrong,
- 24:11and I tend to think it's not a good idea,
- 24:13but.
- 24:14There's very clear things that go on with the process being the punishment,
- 24:18and the Trump administration,
- 24:20when they found people
- 24:21where they can do this sort of stuff to them
- 24:23and say,
- 24:24hey,
- 24:25you're technically in violation,
- 24:26or we think you're technically in violation,
- 24:27we might normally let this go,
- 24:28but this time we're not,
- 24:29they tend to go down those roads.
- 24:31We will see if that
- 24:33continues,
- 24:33but the people who actually
- 24:34organized the protest and went in there are in serious trouble.
- 24:37This is a blatant
- 24:39violation of the law.
- 24:40And we cannot allow this.
- 24:41This is happening over and over and over again,
- 24:44and it has to stop.
- 24:45Hopefully it will stop
- 24:47soon with charges coming against the people
- 24:49who are guilty of these crimes.
- 25:02Joined once again by Rob Eno,
- 25:04managing editor of Blaze News.
- 25:06Rob,
- 25:06how's it going?
- 25:07Is it that's just because you don't live in Minnesota?
- 25:09Yes.
- 25:11Although it's gonna be as icy cold here next week.
- 25:13That's true.
- 25:13Cold,
- 25:14hopefully fewer riots.
- 25:15Uh,
- 25:16that's what we're hoping for right now.
- 25:17Um,
- 25:18I,
- 25:18you know,
- 25:18we just went over all the stuff that,
- 25:19that went on over the weekend,
- 25:21and I,
- 25:22I don't know,
- 25:22I'm,
- 25:22I'm fascinated by
- 25:23Minnesota as really the center.
- 25:26Of political unrest for 6 years now.
- 25:29I mean,
- 25:29going back to at least George Floyd,
- 25:31I mean there's been so much stuff that's going on there,
- 25:33you know,
- 25:34what do you make of this situation and what is going on up there?
- 25:37It's crazy.
- 25:38I mean,
- 25:38now we have mostly peaceful
- 25:40church stormings,
- 25:42mostly that,
- 25:42is that,
- 25:43is that what the media is calling them?
- 25:44That's a thing,
- 25:45you know,
- 25:46ICE has
- 25:48federal
- 25:49law can be enforced by federal agents,
- 25:51and the state should not stop.
- 25:54Federal agents from enforcing federal law.
- 25:57Barack Obama had that lawsuit where he stopped Arizona
- 26:00from trying to enforce immigration law and said,
- 26:02well,
- 26:02the feds are the only people that can do it.
- 26:04Well,
- 26:04the feds are trying to do it
- 26:06and you have a state
- 26:07openly and actively,
- 26:09their leadership trying to stop it from happening
- 26:12and basically saying.
- 26:13that lawlessness is OK
- 26:15and that if you try to stop the lawlessness,
- 26:18you are an authoritarian
- 26:19regime and the media is lapping it up.
- 26:23That's exactly
- 26:24what's happening,
- 26:25you know,
- 26:25it started with this,
- 26:27um,
- 26:27I,
- 26:27I am not happy that somebody died,
- 26:30but for my entire life.
- 26:33Driving your car
- 26:35towards a
- 26:36police officer or a law enforcement officer has been known as suicide by cop.
- 26:41My entire life.
- 26:43They have called it suicide by cop.
- 26:46This is not like fun and games.
- 26:48It's not a peaceful protest when you drive a car.
- 26:51And that,
- 26:52I believe that that ICE officer had been.
- 26:55Like hospitalized because he had been run over by a car before.
- 26:58Yes,
- 26:59I mean you can understand why he might be a tad sensitive on that.
- 27:01And look,
- 27:02I brought this up before,
- 27:03if you didn't catch the show earlier.
- 27:06Just do two things.
- 27:08Look,
- 27:08when you're looking at this video,
- 27:10ask yourself two questions.
- 27:12Uh,
- 27:12was the,
- 27:13were the wheels
- 27:15of that car pointed at the officer when she starts accelerating?
- 27:19The answer to that is yes.
- 27:20Does he have his gun out
- 27:22before she starts accelerating?
- 27:24The answer to that is no.
- 27:25And those two things I think are very,
- 27:27very clear and they're going to be very central to whatever defense he has to muster,
- 27:30if he has to muster one.
- 27:31Honestly,
- 27:32right now the DOJ is not really doing
- 27:33much about,
- 27:34uh,
- 27:34you know,
- 27:34not,
- 27:35not going to be investigating.
- 27:36We'll see how,
- 27:36if that continues.
- 27:37Um.
- 27:38Let's go to the journalism side of this though,
- 27:40because,
- 27:40you know,
- 27:41the,
- 27:41the,
- 27:42um,
- 27:43uh,
- 27:43every person who has a cell phone has decided to
- 27:46go to Minneapolis now and is getting lots of footage,
- 27:48lots of them on the conservative side as well as the,
- 27:50uh,
- 27:51the left wing side.
- 27:51Don Lemon there,
- 27:53uh,
- 27:53following around protesters with a bunch of
- 27:55other journalists who went into this church
- 27:57and,
- 27:58and,
- 27:58and
- 27:59documented what was going on there now.
- 28:02We talked to Harvey Dillon earlier today,
- 28:03and she was,
- 28:04you know,
- 28:05uh coy about what,
- 28:06what they were planning on doing,
- 28:07but
- 28:08indicated she did not necessarily see this,
- 28:11uh,
- 28:11particular,
- 28:12she's a,
- 28:13um,
- 28:14a generic version of the Don Lemon case to talk about the Don Lemon case,
- 28:17but.
- 28:18Uh,
- 28:18I did not see this as a,
- 28:19an act of journalism and,
- 28:21and seemed to think that there was more to it than that.
- 28:22Should we,
- 28:23should,
- 28:24is that true,
- 28:24or should we be excited about this?
- 28:26Um,
- 28:27I,
- 28:27I don't know if they're gonna do anything.
- 28:28They haven't done anything
- 28:29with any of this stuff anyways,
- 28:30right?
- 28:31I mean,
- 28:31that,
- 28:31that's the part that's,
- 28:33but I would,
- 28:33I would warn people on both
- 28:35sides,
- 28:37conservative
- 28:38journalists with cell phones,
- 28:39you know,
- 28:40cosplaying is.
- 28:41You know,
- 28:42war reporters with flak vests and things like that,
- 28:45and the left wing ones do not become the story yourself.
- 28:49Do not provocate things to happen so you can get video,
- 28:53and I think a lot of times on both sides
- 28:56that seems
- 28:57to happen,
- 28:57right?
- 28:58We had um Chris Ruffo who's.
- 29:00On,
- 29:00it's on Blaze News.
- 29:01They were out there in Minneapolis last week and
- 29:04we had video teams there and our guys
- 29:06went and just asked everybody questions and we had people from the
- 29:09left come up and want to talk to us and give us
- 29:11diatribes and we have people on the right that wanted to talk,
- 29:13you know,
- 29:13we just went and were journalists
- 29:16and documented what was happening,
- 29:18right?
- 29:19And that's,
- 29:19if you do that,
- 29:20I think you're fine.
- 29:22I think you crossed the line when,
- 29:24you know,
- 29:24you said,
- 29:24ask the question,
- 29:25right?
- 29:26You said.
- 29:27Were the wheels turned towards the guy?
- 29:29Yes.
- 29:29Did he have the gun out before?
- 29:31No.
- 29:32The New York Times did like a Zabruder film
- 29:34analysis
- 29:36frame by frame,
- 29:37stop motion to see the thing.
- 29:39That,
- 29:39that's activism.
- 29:42It's like journalism.
- 29:44That's,
- 29:44and,
- 29:44and,
- 29:45and everybody on the left is using that,
- 29:47well,
- 29:47see,
- 29:47no,
- 29:47this is exactly what happened.
- 29:49Now I will say
- 29:50there is a problem if it's true that they stopped medics from getting to her.
- 29:55That,
- 29:55that is a problem proven.
- 29:57That's not proven,
- 29:58but that is,
- 29:58that's been accused that has been accused.
- 30:00If that happened,
- 30:00that might be where they get into trouble,
- 30:02right?
- 30:02The ice,
- 30:03and,
- 30:03and I would be for that,
- 30:04you know,
- 30:05if you've shot somebody
- 30:06and the,
- 30:07the situation is diffused.
- 30:09You should allow medics to come in to try it.
- 30:12It's funny to hear you say this,
- 30:13Rob,
- 30:13because
- 30:14I,
- 30:14I was,
- 30:15I mentioned this to somebody the other day,
- 30:16I think I've even talked about it on the show a little bit.
- 30:18I have heard that type of take
- 30:21from a lot of people on the right.
- 30:23And what you just said was,
- 30:24you feel bad about this person
- 30:26dying.
- 30:27You wish it didn't happen.
- 30:29You are
- 30:30interested in
- 30:31criticism of ICE if facts
- 30:34pop up that prove that they are guilty.
- 30:37That's a nuanced look at this.
- 30:39I have not heard one time from anyone on the left
- 30:43any nuance in this issue.
- 30:44They can't even seem to bring up the idea
- 30:47that accelerating at an officer is a bad idea.
- 30:51They can't even bring up that concept.
- 30:53Why is it just our side that seems to look at these things and at least attempts
- 30:57to understand them?
- 30:58I don't get it because we're,
- 31:01we get accused of being activists and not journalists a lot,
- 31:03right?
- 31:03That that's what,
- 31:04you know,
- 31:05oh,
- 31:05you work for the Blaze,
- 31:06of course you say that opinions,
- 31:07right?
- 31:07We have opinions.
- 31:09The,
- 31:10the,
- 31:10the mainstream news media is supposed to be objective and biased,
- 31:13and they are unbiased and they are not
- 31:16because they have shown time and time again.
- 31:18That they are,
- 31:18that they are saying that ICE is wrong in every single instance.
- 31:22I mean,
- 31:22we,
- 31:22they,
- 31:22they stormed a church
- 31:24because they thought the pastor might work for ICE.
- 31:27Right?
- 31:27It wasn't even the right pastor,
- 31:29right?
- 31:29And we don't know if they,
- 31:30this guy even works for ICE,
- 31:32the other pastor.
- 31:33So even the,
- 31:34which is common,
- 31:35we,
- 31:35we saw ICE,
- 31:36you know,
- 31:36showed the videos.
- 31:37The guy who's,
- 31:37uh,
- 31:38taking his hoodie off,
- 31:39is forced to take his hoodie off as he's walking down the street.
- 31:41A guy who's like delivering like equipment,
- 31:44they think he's an ICE agent because he drives an SUV.
- 31:47And they start yelling at him,
- 31:48and this is happening all over the place.
- 31:50They don't even,
- 31:50they don't have their facts straight when we get,
- 31:51we have reporters being,
- 31:53being mugged.
- 31:55I think was it Nick Sorter,
- 31:56I think got mugged.
- 31:57And then the,
- 31:57the,
- 31:58the police said.
- 32:00Oh,
- 32:00you know,
- 32:00you were just in the wrong neighborhood.
- 32:03And,
- 32:03and you've got how our law works,
- 32:04yeah,
- 32:04and you've got,
- 32:05you've got Minnesota,
- 32:07you've got Minnesota
- 32:08state reps,
- 32:09I think,
- 32:09uh,
- 32:09Somalian,
- 32:10Minnesota,
- 32:11Somalian American,
- 32:11Minnesota state rep,
- 32:13they're saying,
- 32:13well,
- 32:13there should just be no go zones
- 32:15in the United States like there are in Europe that they say that don't exist,
- 32:18but we know they exist.
- 32:19I mean that,
- 32:20that is.
- 32:20Not the United States
- 32:22of America.
- 32:23And it's,
- 32:24and I think it's people like,
- 32:25like,
- 32:25I think Tim Waltz wants this.
- 32:27I think Tim Waltz resigned like a day too early.
- 32:31He said he wasn't going to run again because then this all blows up,
- 32:33right?
- 32:33And he's trying to be like the hero.
- 32:34But I mean,
- 32:35he has
- 32:37basically called.
- 32:39For open rebellion against the United States of
- 32:41America and the media is taking his side.
- 32:42I listened to a podcast the other day and there was a guy who
- 32:44was a who was a resident of a neighborhood and he was like,
- 32:48Hey,
- 32:48yeah,
- 32:48you know,
- 32:49ICE is out here and we're against them and
- 32:51And they tried to come for my neighbor but we were able to hold them off.
- 32:55What do you mean you were able to hold them off?
- 32:56These are federal law enforcement officials.
- 32:58There's no holding them off.
- 33:02That's an argument you can make in court later on to say whether you maybe
- 33:06charges were wrong or whatever,
- 33:08but like these people are out there
- 33:10and
- 33:11they're cosplaying.
- 33:13An actual war.
- 33:14They all think that they're warriors because they're
- 33:16on Twitter or they're on Blue Sky,
- 33:18you know,
- 33:19criticizing ICE,
- 33:19and then they get out there and you saw the face of that woman before she got shot.
- 33:22That's the part that hit me the most
- 33:24was
- 33:25watching her.
- 33:25She just thought this was a silly thing.
- 33:28You know,
- 33:28like,
- 33:28I mean,
- 33:28yeah,
- 33:29she was crazy and yeah,
- 33:30she's a leftist and yeah,
- 33:31she was trying to do all these things,
- 33:32but like to her it was just like sarcastic,
- 33:35like I'm gonna be a wise ass and say nasty things to these officers because
- 33:39I'm a badass.
- 33:41And she wound up paying with her life.
- 33:42That's Twitter in real life.
- 33:44And,
- 33:44and that's what they're training these people to do.
- 33:46And it's,
- 33:47it's absolutely
- 33:48horrendous.
- 33:49I mean,
- 33:49these are,
- 33:50we,
- 33:50we talk about NGOs and,
- 33:52and,
- 33:52and.
- 33:54I don't know if you really call this an NGO,
- 33:56but,
- 33:56um,
- 33:57nonprofits and,
- 33:59and organizations that train these people as,
- 34:01you know,
- 34:01as supporting domestic terrorism.
- 34:03And in this case,
- 34:04I think
- 34:05there,
- 34:05there is a case
- 34:07to possibly be made
- 34:09that they are training people
- 34:10and,
- 34:10and
- 34:11this driving cars into ICE agents didn't just happen in Minneapolis.
- 34:15It's happened all over the country.
- 34:16It's like their standard operating procedure.
- 34:19Mhm.
- 34:20Uh,
- 34:20it's shocking.
- 34:21Um,
- 34:22before you go though,
- 34:23um,
- 34:23I do want to hit maybe the more important thing of the day.
- 34:26I have to,
- 34:26I can't have you on without,
- 34:27uh,
- 34:28you being able to gloat over your New England Patriots going to yet another
- 34:31AFC championship.
- 34:3214 in 25 years.
- 34:33Yeah,
- 34:34yeah,
- 34:34it's only 14 in 25 years.
- 34:35Only it was a long 5 year drought.
- 34:37Yeah,
- 34:38it was 5 year drought.
- 34:39Uh,
- 34:40very impressive.
- 34:40First of all,
- 34:41I know you called it,
- 34:42you were on them,
- 34:42uh,
- 34:42early as a,
- 34:43as at least a contender for this,
- 34:45uh,
- 34:45turning around a couple of really rough seasons.
- 34:47Uh,
- 34:48first of all,
- 34:48you feel free to gloat,
- 34:49and also you,
- 34:50I guess,
- 34:51I mean,
- 34:51Sean McDermott fired from the Bills
- 34:54is pretty shocking as well.
- 34:55A lot,
- 34:55a lot of news in your division.
- 34:56Oh yeah,
- 34:56I know,
- 34:57it's fantastic.
- 34:58I mean,
- 34:58it's just,
- 34:58I,
- 34:58I don't,
- 34:59I was,
- 35:00it's funny,
- 35:00we've been going to this Patriots meetup group here in Dallas,
- 35:03and you know they they're.
- 35:04Weeks when we had 4 of us and 5 of us over the past 3 or 4 years,
- 35:08and there were like 50 people and I went to one of the waitresses.
- 35:11I'm like,
- 35:11well,
- 35:11this is a lot different than a couple of years ago,
- 35:13huh,
- 35:13when there was like 4 of us sitting upstairs at the upstairs bar.
- 35:16And it's funny because it's a Packers bar and they're gone,
- 35:19they're out,
- 35:19and we just basically took over their bar.
- 35:21Um,
- 35:22and it was fantastic.
- 35:23I mean,
- 35:23it's.
- 35:25It's the defense.
- 35:26I mean,
- 35:26Drake May is good.
- 35:28Um,
- 35:28he's got,
- 35:29he's,
- 35:30he doesn't look great the past couple of games,
- 35:31but he's good.
- 35:32Um,
- 35:33receivers are outstanding.
- 35:34That Keyshaw Booty,
- 35:35you got Moss
- 35:36catch in the end zone.
- 35:37I think you,
- 35:38you got Moss that's done for the year,
- 35:39but I don't think he'll be in there.
- 35:40But that,
- 35:41that secondary
- 35:43for two straight weeks made,
- 35:46made two really good quarterbacks.
- 35:49Looked like they were in fear of their life.
- 35:51Yes,
- 35:52I,
- 35:52I mean Hebert and,
- 35:53and
- 35:54CJ Stroud.
- 35:54CJ Stroud,
- 35:55um,
- 35:56if
- 35:57you were to
- 35:59If you were to get up to the line and spike the ball
- 36:03on every down,
- 36:03according to FanDuel,
- 36:05you would have a 39.8
- 36:07quarterback rating.
- 36:08CJ Strouds was 28.
- 36:11That's terrible.
- 36:13I mean,
- 36:13he was,
- 36:13he looked,
- 36:14I don't know if it was the weather.
- 36:15I mean,
- 36:15he hasn't played
- 36:17great since his rookie year,
- 36:18but still like I,
- 36:19he's been better than that.
- 36:20I mean that like he looked terrible in that game.
- 36:22I mean,
- 36:22I,
- 36:22I,
- 36:23it's tough,
- 36:23but it's good.
- 36:24I mean,
- 36:24I,
- 36:24I think I,
- 36:25I feel bad for Bo Nix.
- 36:26What,
- 36:27what's your reaction to the Buffalo situation?
- 36:29I,
- 36:30I mean,
- 36:31you can't,
- 36:31if you can't
- 36:32get to the Super Bowl,
- 36:34and you keep losing,
- 36:35they've got to find something.
- 36:36There's obviously something wrong with McDermott where he can't get there.
- 36:39Now there's,
- 36:39you know,
- 36:40Bills fans saying,
- 36:41well,
- 36:41you know,
- 36:41they're not giving Josh the,
- 36:43the people around him that he needs,
- 36:44so that's really a general manager thing.
- 36:46That seems,
- 36:47I'm surprised they're keeping him on because uh it seems
- 36:49like he's maybe clearing house was the right move here,
- 36:52right?
- 36:52I,
- 36:52I think it is.
- 36:53I mean,
- 36:53and,
- 36:53you know,
- 36:53Josh Allen's there for 5 more years,
- 36:564 more years.
- 36:56He's there till 2030.
- 36:57He's probably a little upset that he signed that contract now,
- 36:59um,
- 37:00but
- 37:01you know,
- 37:02it's.
- 37:04McDermott just can't get it done.
- 37:07You either can,
- 37:07you can either win or you can't.
- 37:08Like I,
- 37:08I've got a thing with quarterbacks,
- 37:10right?
- 37:10Um,
- 37:11I don't think as a quarterback you should get into the Hall of Fame
- 37:14unless you won a Super Bowl with your team.
- 37:17So I don't think Dan Marino should be a Hall of Fame quarterback
- 37:20because he did not win a Super Bowl with this team.
- 37:22He couldn't win a big game.
- 37:24That was McDermott's problem.
- 37:25That's,
- 37:26uh,
- 37:26I don't know if I agree with you on Marino,
- 37:27but I,
- 37:28you know,
- 37:29I do,
- 37:29I see what you're saying there.
- 37:30It is,
- 37:30it's the most important thing you're trying to do.
- 37:32Um,
- 37:33so,
- 37:33uh,
- 37:33that's interesting.
- 37:34Now the only.
- 37:34The only coach outside,
- 37:35uh,
- 37:36outside of your team left in that division is the Jets.
- 37:39Right,
- 37:39because it was his first year because they weren't gonna pull a,
- 37:42they weren't gonna pull a Gerard Mayo on him.
- 37:43They're like,
- 37:43we'll give you 2 years,
- 37:452 years.
- 37:45So,
- 37:45um,
- 37:46uh,
- 37:46fascinating.
- 37:46It's gonna be a lot of fun and,
- 37:47uh,
- 37:48you know,
- 37:48I,
- 37:49I am devastated that my poor Eagles,
- 37:51uh,
- 37:51just completely folded.
- 37:52But it was a great,
- 37:53it was a great troll from your Nick Foles.
- 37:54Yeah,
- 37:54yeah,
- 37:55Nick Foles was awesome.
- 37:56He was awesome where,
- 37:56where he said,
- 37:57you know.
- 37:58Patriots don't always beat the backup quarterback in the playoffs.
- 38:02It's fair,
- 38:02it's fair.
- 38:03And I will say,
- 38:04Eagles still Super Bowl champs for a few more weeks.
- 38:06Remember that.
- 38:07Uh,
- 38:07still defending champs at this
- 38:09kind of moment.
- 38:09Rob Eno,
- 38:10managing editor of Blaze News,
- 38:11a little football talk there
- 38:12at the end.
- 38:13Hey,
- 38:13look,
- 38:13we can talk about Minneapolis the whole time,
- 38:15but,
- 38:16uh,
- 38:16we're gonna,
- 38:16we're gonna wanna light ourselves on fire if we continue to do that.
- 38:19So,
- 38:20Rob,
- 38:20thanks so much for coming on.
- 38:21Thanks for having me on.
- 38:30One thing we talked about a few times is a,
- 38:32I've been watching these,
- 38:33I watch a lot of car reviews on,
- 38:34uh,
- 38:35on YouTube every once in a while when I'm like bored before bed and I'm just,
- 38:38you know,
- 38:38flipping through car reviews and they've been starting
- 38:40to review more of these Chinese electric vehicles,
- 38:43uh,
- 38:44and I,
- 38:44you know,
- 38:44look,
- 38:45I've never driven one.
- 38:47I don't know,
- 38:47but I will say some of the technology appears to be.
- 38:50Really significant and impressive
- 38:53to the fact of like I wonder if we're starting to actually not have the best
- 38:58of that market in this country.
- 39:00We basically blocked Chinese electric vehicles
- 39:04from coming into the country through massive,
- 39:06massive,
- 39:07massive,
- 39:07massive tariffs that were actually put on during the Biden administration
- 39:11and I think have been upped since Trump came into office as well.
- 39:14Anyway,
- 39:15Chinese electric vehicles are now making inroads in America.
- 39:18Experts are worried.
- 39:20The reason for this,
- 39:21it seems to be because
- 39:22we have been getting in this fight with Canada
- 39:24over tariffs and going back and forth with them.
- 39:27Canada finally just said,
- 39:28all right,
- 39:28well if you guys are going to do this to us,
- 39:30we're going to start dealing with China.
- 39:31Now it says something about Canada.
- 39:33Glenn went through a kind of a longer
- 39:36explanation as to the dynamic there,
- 39:37which is problematic,
- 39:38but
- 39:39the bottom line is they're going to start
- 39:40importing a bunch of these cars into Canada,
- 39:42and once they're there,
- 39:43they're likely to be here.
- 39:45And that is going to be a significant development for our auto market
- 39:50if people start seeing these things and they are as good as advertised,
- 39:52maybe they're not,
- 39:54but that could be something that's a massive situation with our
- 39:58auto industry.
- 39:59We'll get into that here more as that develops.
- 40:01The dollar dented as Trump tariff threats drive investors into safe
- 40:05havens.
- 40:06I will say.
- 40:07We just,
- 40:08we're at that point where we're just sitting here waiting for the Supreme Court.
- 40:11It's like,
- 40:12all right,
- 40:12get to it,
- 40:12guys,
- 40:13get to it.
- 40:14You know,
- 40:14Trump is like,
- 40:15no,
- 40:15we're gonna put new tariffs on Greenland,
- 40:17and every country that every country,
- 40:19excuse me,
- 40:20that doesn't agree with us on Greenland
- 40:21is gonna get tariffs,
- 40:22and they're
- 40:23adding all this stuff on,
- 40:24and we just don't know.
- 40:25It could be as early as tomorrow that all of this gets overturned.
- 40:27The Supreme Court is going to have a ruling on whether AEPA,
- 40:30which is this
- 40:32Economic emergency Protective Act
- 40:35that is available
- 40:37to the president for certain things,
- 40:38does not mention tariffs anywhere in the act.
- 40:40Trump has used it to say that tariffs are part of it.
- 40:44We will see what the Supreme Court says.
- 40:46Um,
- 40:46you know,
- 40:46I've been looking at some of the prediction markets.
- 40:47There's about a 70% chance these things get overturned,
- 40:51according to if you believe the markets or the,
- 40:53the common knowledge or common,
- 40:55uh,
- 40:55you know,
- 40:55common sense belief,
- 40:56at least
- 40:57from the markets these days.
- 40:59I don't know what's going to happen here.
- 41:00I think,
- 41:01I think there's a good chance it will get overturned.
- 41:02I think that the right thing is,
- 41:03honestly,
- 41:04it would be,
- 41:05um,
- 41:05but we don't know.
- 41:06And until that happens,
- 41:07all this stuff is just out there.
- 41:08Like he's just doing all this stuff,
- 41:09and we have no idea whether it's going to stand or not.
- 41:11It's impossible to have any certainty.
- 41:13I,
- 41:13I'd like to just know either way,
- 41:15frankly,
- 41:15at this point.
- 41:16Um,
- 41:16and finally,
- 41:16before we leave,
- 41:17uh,
- 41:17Josh,
- 41:17uh,
- 41:18Shapiro says he's got a new book out,
- 41:20Josh Shapiro,
- 41:20the,
- 41:20uh,
- 41:20governor of
- 41:21Pennsylvania.
- 41:22He says
- 41:23Kamala Harris's vetting team asked whether he
- 41:24was an agent of the Israeli government,
- 41:26because as you know,
- 41:27all Jews work together.
- 41:30Uh,
- 41:31so
- 41:32that's a good question for your vetting team,
- 41:34uh,
- 41:35there,
- 41:36Kamala.
- 41:36I mean,
- 41:37look,
- 41:37Kamala is a moron,
- 41:38and I don't know that she put this in there.
- 41:39We don't know,
- 41:40but
- 41:41you have to understand that one of the big concerns of the Democrats was
- 41:44they didn't want to piss off the Hamas part of their party,
- 41:47the pro-Hamas wing of the Democratic Party
- 41:50who.
- 41:50to do things like we saw
- 41:52at the church as we started the show with storming,
- 41:55making major protests,
- 41:58interrupting events.
- 41:59They didn't want that happening before
- 42:00their convention,
- 42:01so they were like,
- 42:02yeah,
- 42:02maybe we shouldn't bring a Jew onto the ticket.
- 42:05That's basically what happened,
- 42:06and that's my reporting.
- 42:08No,
- 42:08but it's pretty much well known that that's why they did this,
- 42:10or at least.
- 42:11Good chunk as to why they did this,
- 42:12and of course Kamala kind of bashed Shapiro in her book.
- 42:16Now Shapiro's revenge
- 42:18with her making her look kind of anti-Semitic potentially
- 42:21uh in his book.
- 42:22So
- 42:23lots of fun on the day if you thought
- 42:24it was only the Republican side that was dysfunctional,
- 42:27I've got news for you.
- 42:28It's definitely on the other side in spades as well.
- 42:42OK,
- 42:43so here's what happened.
- 42:45Everyone wants to go on a good vacation every once in a while,
- 42:48especially,
- 42:48I mean,
- 42:48think about the news that we talked about today.
- 42:49It'd be nice to kind of get away a little bit.
- 42:52If you happen to be a person
- 42:54who is interested in a,
- 42:55in a,
- 42:56in a real getaway,
- 42:57you may want to get on this list.
- 42:59You could now pay up to $1 million
- 43:01to reserve a hotel stay
- 43:04on the moon.
- 43:06Yes,
- 43:06here's the facility,
- 43:07uh,
- 43:08this is what they're gonna build out apparently
- 43:10up on the moon somewhere.
- 43:11It looks kind of like a White House.
- 43:13Uh,
- 43:14up on the moon,
- 43:14and you can go and you can stay there.
- 43:16Uh,
- 43:16the interior looks relatively luxurious,
- 43:19very,
- 43:19very nice.
- 43:19I will say,
- 43:20uh,
- 43:20it will not cover your entire stay on the moon.
- 43:23That's actually going to be more like $10 million a night.
- 43:26So,
- 43:26check that out.
- 43:27The good thing though is it starts
- 43:28in 2031,
- 43:30so they only hold your million dollars till then,
- 43:31and you can go up first in an inflatable structure,
- 43:34which sounds delightful.
