Mega Edition: Howard Lutnick And The Epstein Duck And Dodge Routine (9/21/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
0:02
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. So Howard Lutnick has just given an interview
0:09
Speaker 1: and in that interview he was talking about Jeffrey Epstein
0:12
Speaker 1: who happened to be his next door neighbor. And according
0:16
Speaker 1: to the interview he gave on Pod Force One, he
0:20
Speaker 1: says that Jeffrey Epstein is the greatest blackmailer ever. And
0:23
Speaker 1: according to Howard Lutnick, him and his wife went to
0:26
Speaker 1: Epstein's one time and never went back again Because how
0:29
Speaker 1: creepy it was. And in an episode coming up. After
0:33
Speaker 1: we set the tone here. With this article. I'm going
0:35
Speaker 1: to talk to you a little bit more. About my
0:37
Speaker 1: experience working for Howard Lutnick. That's right folks. I worked
0:42
Speaker 1: for Cantor Fitzgerald. A lot of you know that. Some
0:45
Speaker 1: of you might not know that. But I worked for
0:48
Speaker 1: their gaming division in Las Vegas. And the name of
0:50
Speaker 1: that division. Was Cantor Gaming at first. And then. The
0:55
Speaker 1: name was changed to CG Gaming. The boss. Howard Lutnick.
1:01
Speaker 1: His chief here in town? Liamitis. And for those of
1:04
Speaker 1: you who don't know, the company ended up getting smacked
1:08
Speaker 1: with the biggest fine ever given out by the Gaming Commission.
1:12
Speaker 1: So we're going to talk more about that story in
1:14
Speaker 1: an episode coming up later today. But first, we're going
1:17
Speaker 1: to set the table and talk about what Howard Lutnick
1:19
Speaker 1: had to say when it comes to his ex-neighbor, Jeffrey Epstein.
1:24
Speaker 1: This article was published by the New York Post. Headline?
1:28
Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick calls ex-neighbor Jeffrey Epstein greatest blackmailer ever in
1:32
Speaker 1: Pod Force One interview. This article was authored by Josh Christensen.
1:39
Speaker 1: Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, in a notable break with the
1:42
Speaker 1: Department of Justice, claimed late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was the
1:46
Speaker 1: greatest blackmailer ever and may have traded the Fed's video
1:49
Speaker 1: of his rich and well-connected associates getting massages from young
1:52
Speaker 1: women in exchange for a controversial 2008 plea deal. Say
1:57
Speaker 1: what now? Howard Lutnick coming out and spitting some truth?
2:02
Speaker 1: Certainly not my experience working for the guy, but here
2:05
Speaker 1: we are. And I think it's significant to note that
2:07
Speaker 1: Lutnick is one of Trump's biggest confidants. So him coming
2:11
Speaker 1: out and saying this is pretty wild, honestly. It goes
2:14
Speaker 1: directly in the face of what we've been told by
2:16
Speaker 1: the DOJ, by Trump himself. So I wonder what the
2:19
Speaker 1: play is here. Now, of course, you know, I'm very
2:23
Speaker 1: cynical when it comes to all of this. So I
2:25
Speaker 1: always think there's some kind of play in motion. so
2:27
Speaker 1: we'll have to wait to see the other shoe drop,
2:30
Speaker 1: but there's no doubt that he's off the reservation when
2:32
Speaker 1: it comes to this kind of commentary. The question is,
2:36
Speaker 1: is it by design? The 64-year-old cabinet secretary, said Epstein himself,
2:42
Speaker 1: showed off his notorious massage room while giving Lutnik and
2:46
Speaker 1: his wife a tour of the infamous 71st Street townhouse
2:50
Speaker 1: after the couple moved in next door to the since-disgraced
2:53
Speaker 1: financier in 2005. Like, imagine living next to Epstein and
2:58
Speaker 1: not knowing what's going on, or pretending you don't know.
3:01
Speaker 1: He knows, and that's why he's coming out and saying this. Yo,
3:04
Speaker 1: Epstein's predation was so in your face and so brazen
3:09
Speaker 1: that anybody who was around him for any period of
3:11
Speaker 1: time can't really run around and talk about, oh, I
3:14
Speaker 1: had no idea what was going on. At the very least,
3:17
Speaker 1: you had to suspect that dude was up to no good.
3:20
Speaker 1: And if not, it's probably because you were willfully ignoring it.
3:27
Speaker 1: I say to him, massage tables in the middle of
3:30
Speaker 1: your house? How often do you have a massage? Lutnik recalled.
3:34
Speaker 1: And he says, every day. And then he gets like
3:37
Speaker 1: weirdly close to me and he says, and the right
3:39
Speaker 1: kind of massage. As in, hey, Mr. Lutnik, want to
3:43
Speaker 1: come over and get a little tuggy tug tug? Basically
3:46
Speaker 1: what Epstein's saying. And if you think that it was
3:49
Speaker 1: only Howard Lutnik that he was talking to like this,
3:52
Speaker 1: you're crazy. This is how these people talk. We all
3:55
Speaker 1: saw the birthday book. We saw the messages. So don't
3:58
Speaker 1: sit here and think that they're talking differently, especially when
4:01
Speaker 1: they're in private. Now, when they're in public, they're going
4:04
Speaker 1: to have their best face on, right? They're all great people.
4:08
Speaker 1: They're all fantastic pillars of the community. The real salt
4:11
Speaker 1: and earth type. The second the door closes, the mask
4:15
Speaker 1: comes off and the beast emerges. Lutnick said that he
4:19
Speaker 1: and his wife quickly excused themselves and left Epstein's home.
4:23
Speaker 1: And in the six to eight steps it takes to
4:25
Speaker 1: get from his house to my house, my wife and
4:27
Speaker 1: I decided that I will never be in the room
4:30
Speaker 1: with that disgusting person ever again. Well, I don't know
4:34
Speaker 1: if that's true or not, but throughout all the history
4:37
Speaker 1: and all the research, Lutnik's name hasn't popped up in
4:41
Speaker 1: any of these, you know, adventures that Epstein was on. Now,
4:44
Speaker 1: were they hanging out at Epstein's house or was Epstein
4:47
Speaker 1: over at his house? I don't know. I mean, they're neighbors,
4:50
Speaker 1: but just because they're neighbors doesn't mean they're friends. I
4:53
Speaker 1: know I have neighbors that I wouldn't associate with. Not
4:56
Speaker 1: because they're, you know, child molesters, but because we're just
4:59
Speaker 1: different people, right? Besides the casual wave and nod, hello,
5:03
Speaker 1: how you doing? We have nothing in common. No reason
5:06
Speaker 1: for me to be going to their little party or
5:08
Speaker 1: barbecue or whatever. When asked by Devine whether Epstein's rich
5:12
Speaker 1: and powerful associates, including the likes of Prince Andrew and
5:15
Speaker 1: Microsoft founder Bill Gates, could hang around him and not
5:18
Speaker 1: see what you saw, or did they see it and
5:20
Speaker 1: ignore it? Letnick responded, They participated. They get a massage.
5:25
Speaker 1: That was his MO was get a massage, get a massage.
5:28
Speaker 1: And what happened in the massage room, I assume, was
5:31
Speaker 1: on video. The Commerce Secretary went on. This guy was
5:34
Speaker 1: the greatest blackmailer ever. Blackmailed people. That's how he made money.
5:39
Speaker 1: And this isn't some regular person telling you this. This
5:42
Speaker 1: isn't me telling you this. This is Trump's Commerce Secretary,
5:46
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's neighbor, a guy that knows what's up. And
5:50
Speaker 1: as much as I'm not a big fan of Howard Lutnick,
5:53
Speaker 1: he's telling the truth here. All these people were definitely
5:56
Speaker 1: in that massage room, getting massages, and God knows what else.
6:02
Speaker 1: And if you think it wasn't recorded, if you think
6:04
Speaker 1: there's no video, you have not been paying attention. A
6:09
Speaker 1: spokesperson for Bill Gates told the Post in a statement,
6:11
Speaker 1: this is absolutely false. Gates met with Epstein to discuss
6:15
Speaker 1: philanthropy and nothing else. Well, why hasn't Bill Gates sued anybody?
6:20
Speaker 1: A lot of people have had a lot to say
6:21
Speaker 1: about Bill Gates when it comes to Epstein and he
6:23
Speaker 1: hasn't said shit. Why not sue somebody if you're so innocent?
6:28
Speaker 1: And look, normal people like me and you, it's a
6:31
Speaker 1: whole different story, right? We want to get into a lawsuit.
6:33
Speaker 1: It's going to cost a bunch of dough. A guy
6:35
Speaker 1: like Bill Gates got more money than he knows what
6:38
Speaker 1: to do with. So if this is all a bunch
6:40
Speaker 1: of BS and everybody is lying on you and everybody's
6:43
Speaker 1: telling falsehoods, why doesn't your bitch ass sue somebody? Letnick added,
6:49
Speaker 1: I assume way back when they traded those videos in
6:52
Speaker 1: exchange for him getting that 18 month sentence, which allowed
6:55
Speaker 1: him to have visits to be out of jail. I mean,
6:58
Speaker 1: he's a serial sex offender. How could he get 18
7:01
Speaker 1: months and be able to go to his office during
7:03
Speaker 1: the day and his visitors and stuff? There must have
7:06
Speaker 1: been a trade. So my assumption, I have no knowledge,
7:09
Speaker 1: but my assumption is there was a trade for the
7:12
Speaker 1: videos because there were people on those videos, he also claimed.
7:17
Speaker 1: So is Howard Lutnick a conspiracy theorist? Because he's saying
7:21
Speaker 1: the same exact thing I've been saying, that the videos exist. Now,
7:25
Speaker 1: I won't say who's on those videos because I don't know.
7:27
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and make pretend. I
7:29
Speaker 1: have a list of people that I can give you
7:32
Speaker 1: who were on the video or who were in the
7:34
Speaker 1: house or whatever. I don't know. All I know is
7:36
Speaker 1: what's been reported. and what's been told to us by
7:39
Speaker 1: the survivors. But anyone who thinks they weren't recording in there,
7:42
Speaker 1: they weren't using these videos to make dossiers, you're crazy.
7:48
Speaker 1: The DOJ and the FBI released a memo July 6,
7:51
Speaker 1: claiming a systematic review had found that Epstein held no
7:54
Speaker 1: client list of rich and powerful associates. Well, that was
7:58
Speaker 1: all part of the hustle. There was never a list.
8:02
Speaker 1: The same thing I've told you for years now. Don't
8:04
Speaker 1: get bogged down with all the BS. Whenever you hear
8:07
Speaker 1: something catching fire in the media, always ask yourself why.
8:11
Speaker 1: Why are they talking about it now? Why are they
8:13
Speaker 1: bringing it up? And the list was always a distraction.
8:18
Speaker 1: The memo also stated that there was no credible evidence
8:21
Speaker 1: found that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions,
8:25
Speaker 1: and no evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged
8:29
Speaker 1: third parties. despite Epstein having harmed over 1,000 victims. Like,
8:33
Speaker 1: how can anyone believe it? Like, honestly, how can anyone
8:37
Speaker 1: believe it? I mean, they use the same game plan,
8:39
Speaker 1: the same blueprint, every time they want to cover something up.
8:43
Speaker 1: I mean, look at the octopus murders. Look at what
8:45
Speaker 1: happened with the Promise software. It goes on and on
8:48
Speaker 1: and on. Epstein, 66, was found dead in his Manhattan
8:54
Speaker 1: lockup on August 10th, 2019, while awaiting federal trial on
8:58
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. More than a decade prior, he had
9:01
Speaker 1: been forced in 2008 to register as a sex offender
9:05
Speaker 1: and plead guilty to Florida charges of soliciting prostitution and
9:09
Speaker 1: soliciting a minor for sex as part of an agreement
9:12
Speaker 1: that saw him serve no more than 13 months confinement,
9:16
Speaker 1: most of it on work release. So you know like
9:19
Speaker 1: when you were younger and your parents tried to ground
9:21
Speaker 1: you and you were so fucking annoying they let you
9:24
Speaker 1: go outside? Basically what happened here? Mr. Billionaire Child Diddler
9:28
Speaker 1: throws a fit so they give him what he wants.
9:32
Speaker 1: Epstein quietly paid girls hundreds of dollars to give him
9:35
Speaker 1: massages in his Florida home, though none who spoke with
9:39
Speaker 1: law enforcement said there were video recordings made of the encounters,
9:43
Speaker 1: according to a 2020 DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility report
9:48
Speaker 1: on the prosecution. That's because those encounters were for Epstein's
9:52
Speaker 1: own proclivities, his own desires, his own degeneracy. The other girls...
9:57
Speaker 1: Those were the girls that were being farmed out. The
10:00
Speaker 1: girls from Eastern Europe, the girls from South America, etc.
10:05
Speaker 1: Don't let them conflate the issue. The South Florida U.S.
10:08
Speaker 1: Attorney's Office, headed up then by Alex Acosta, had reached
10:12
Speaker 1: a non-prosecution agreement with Epstein due to evidentiary issues in
10:16
Speaker 1: order to force the financier to cop to state charges.
10:19
Speaker 1: Acosta has since expressed remorse about how its terms were
10:23
Speaker 1: not followed. Oh yeah, Mr. Acosta, another great guy. Not
10:28
Speaker 1: the man who's responsible for this, but certainly the man
10:32
Speaker 1: who acted as the patsy and certainly a willing participant.
10:36
Speaker 1: So yeah, Acosta being slammed, he deserves all of it.
10:40
Speaker 1: But let's not forget, he wasn't the one who gave
10:43
Speaker 1: the final okay for that deal. That came from Mukasey.
10:47
Speaker 1: That came from Philippe. The Palm Beach State Attorney's originally
10:51
Speaker 1: proposed resolution, no jail time for sex offender registration, was
10:55
Speaker 1: unacceptable to Mr. Acosta and his team, said attorney Jeffrey Neiman,
10:59
Speaker 1: who represented the ex-Miami prosecutor before a House panel grilling
11:03
Speaker 1: earlier this month. Mr. Acosta took responsibility for approving the
11:08
Speaker 1: final resolution, admitting that relying on the state system was
11:12
Speaker 1: a mistake. Neiman added, saying Epstein's sentencing and sex offender
11:16
Speaker 1: registry sent a message to the community that Epstein's conduct
11:19
Speaker 1: was unacceptable. I mean, how can you say that with
11:22
Speaker 1: a straight face? Now, I know you're a lawyer and
11:24
Speaker 1: all that, but really? Two years ago, a photo allegedly
11:28
Speaker 1: taken by Epstein showing himself with Gates at the Microsoft
11:32
Speaker 1: Founders Seattle office in March 2015, six years after he
11:36
Speaker 1: registered as a sex offender and went to prison. Gates
11:39
Speaker 1: met Epstein for the first time face to face at
11:42
Speaker 1: dinner in the latter's Manhattan townhouse in January 2011, according
11:47
Speaker 1: to the New York Times. President Trump enjoyed a close
11:51
Speaker 1: association with Epstein in the 90s and early 2000s, but
11:54
Speaker 1: revealed earlier this year he had booted Epstein from his
11:57
Speaker 1: Mar-a-Lago club after finding out that the pervert was recruiting
12:01
Speaker 1: masseuses from the spa to work for his lecherous ends.
12:06
Speaker 1: Hold up. Masseuses? Virginia was a spa girl, not even
12:11
Speaker 1: of age. You have to be 18 to be a masseuse.
12:15
Speaker 1: Breaking news, Virginia was not 18, so she was not
12:18
Speaker 1: a masseuse. Call it what it is, a little girl
12:21
Speaker 1: taken from a job that people get in high school, right?
12:25
Speaker 1: I'm going to be a spa attendant. I'm going to
12:27
Speaker 1: go and be a caddy. I'm going to go and work, etc., etc.
12:32
Speaker 1: But for Glenn Maxwell, and for this disgusting fuck Jeffrey Epstein,
12:36
Speaker 1: that became a fertile hunting ground. so they can go
12:39
Speaker 1: and find, as Glenn Maxwell put it, nubiles. People were
12:44
Speaker 1: taken out of the spa, hired by him, Trump told
12:47
Speaker 1: reporters aboard Air Force One, July 29th. When I heard
12:50
Speaker 1: about it, I told him, I said, listen, we don't
12:52
Speaker 1: want you taking our people, whether it was a spa
12:55
Speaker 1: or not spa, I don't want him taking people. And
12:57
Speaker 1: he was fine. And then not too long after that,
13:00
Speaker 1: he did it again. And I said, out of here. Well,
13:03
Speaker 1: we all know that there's multiple versions of that story too,
13:06
Speaker 1: so who the hell knows what's true and what's not.
13:09
Speaker 1: What we do know is that the two did have
13:11
Speaker 1: a relationship, that the two were friendly, and that the
13:14
Speaker 1: two did have a falling out. What we don't have
13:16
Speaker 1: are the details, right? We don't have all of the
13:19
Speaker 1: inside information about what Epstein and Trump were up to,
13:22
Speaker 1: if they were up to anything together. But what we
13:24
Speaker 1: do know for sure, and what I can tell you concretely,
13:28
Speaker 1: is that what's going on now is a cover-up. So
13:32
Speaker 1: the question once again becomes, who are you protecting and why?
13:38
Speaker 1: All of the information that goes with this episode can
13:40
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. What's up everyone and
13:43
Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Over the
13:48
Speaker 1: past few months, the House Oversight Committee that's been overseeing
13:51
Speaker 1: the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein has heard from multiple people
13:56
Speaker 1: about their time with Jeffrey Epstein or their time investigating
14:02
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, including former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary.
14:07
Speaker 1: And now this week, we're going to hear from Howard Lutnick,
14:10
Speaker 1: who is the Secretary of Commerce, and who has told
14:13
Speaker 1: us some falsehoods about his relationship with Epstein in the past.
14:18
Speaker 1: And I think the question for Lutnick is the same
14:20
Speaker 1: question that we have for everybody else. If there's nothing
14:24
Speaker 1: to see, if nothing happened, if you weren't really friends,
14:28
Speaker 1: why did you lie about it? Why not just be
14:31
Speaker 1: open and honest? Yeah, the guy was my neighbor. We
14:34
Speaker 1: hung out a few times. We weren't that close. I
14:36
Speaker 1: went to a few dinners with him. And hell, yeah,
14:39
Speaker 1: I was invited to his island. But instead of doing that,
14:44
Speaker 1: he decided to lie. And if you don't have anything
14:47
Speaker 1: to hide, why would you be lying? Why not just
14:50
Speaker 1: be honest about your relationship? Because now you're going to
14:53
Speaker 1: be under oath and you're going to be asked the
14:55
Speaker 1: same questions. The problem, though, is that there's no teeth.
14:59
Speaker 1: If nobody's been charged with perjury as of now, why
15:02
Speaker 1: would we think that anyone's ever going to be charged
15:04
Speaker 1: with perjury when it comes to lying to Congress about
15:07
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? So today, we have an article from Fox
15:11
Speaker 1: News and the headline, Howard Ludnick Forced to Face Jeffrey
15:15
Speaker 1: Epstein Ties During House Oversight Hearing. This article was authored
15:20
Speaker 1: by Adam Pack. The House Oversight Committee probe into late
15:24
Speaker 1: sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is turning focus... to another high-profile
15:28
Speaker 1: Trump administration figure this week. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is
15:32
Speaker 1: voluntarily appearing before the congressional panel on Wednesday for a
15:36
Speaker 1: transcribed interview regarding his prior relationship with Epstein, who died
15:40
Speaker 1: by suicide in 2019, allegedly, after being indicted on federal
15:45
Speaker 1: sex trafficking charges. And remember, Lutnick created his own problem here.
15:50
Speaker 1: When he was asked about Epstein, he lied. And it's
15:53
Speaker 1: because of those lies that he quote-unquote is now voluntarily appearing.
15:58
Speaker 1: Because if he didn't voluntarily appear, he would have been subpoenaed.
16:01
Speaker 1: And he knows that. But even so, I don't have
16:03
Speaker 1: any confidence in Congress to do the right thing. And
16:07
Speaker 1: certainly not in this committee. What have they done so
16:10
Speaker 1: far to give us confidence? In my opinion, they haven't
16:13
Speaker 1: done anything. They've been standing in the way. They've been
16:17
Speaker 1: an impediment. And they've been running cover for the cover-up.
16:23
Speaker 1: Lutnick's agreement to speak to the committee came after Representative
16:26
Speaker 1: Nancy Mace pledged to force a vote to subpoena his testimony.
16:30
Speaker 1: Like I was saying, just like Donald Trump signing the
16:33
Speaker 1: bill in the first place, didn't want to do it.
16:36
Speaker 1: His hand was forced. It was a veto-proof bill. And
16:39
Speaker 1: Donald Trump had no other choice but to sign it.
16:42
Speaker 1: Just like Howard Lutnick had no other choice but to
16:45
Speaker 1: appear before Congress. Whether that was voluntary or whether they
16:49
Speaker 1: compelled him to do so, the result was going to
16:52
Speaker 1: be the same. It's unclear how many lawmakers will attend. Oh, well,
16:57
Speaker 1: that's shocking. I'm sure that the GOP is just way
17:00
Speaker 1: too busy to get to the bottom of this. Now,
17:03
Speaker 1: if the Clintons were up here again, then, you know,
17:06
Speaker 1: the GOP members would be showing up with bells on.
17:09
Speaker 1: Anna Paulina Luna would be showing up with some of
17:12
Speaker 1: her interdimensional beings. These people don't take this serious. And
17:17
Speaker 1: that's one of the biggest problems I have. Because what
17:20
Speaker 1: it's turned into is a political football. And I don't
17:23
Speaker 1: think members of either party really care about what happened.
17:28
Speaker 1: I think that both parties only care about what they
17:30
Speaker 1: can gain from this. And let's be real. All of
17:34
Speaker 1: these politicians knew about this for years. This isn't new
17:37
Speaker 1: to them. They're only making pretend that they're outraged. They're
17:42
Speaker 1: only making pretend that this is new. The problem is,
17:47
Speaker 1: you know about it now. So if they don't act,
17:50
Speaker 1: then it's going to be a big problem for them
17:52
Speaker 1: come election season. But don't think for a minute any
17:54
Speaker 1: of these people care about you or the survivors. They don't.
17:58
Speaker 1: And that goes for Robert Garcia and for James Comer.
18:02
Speaker 1: It's unclear how many lawmakers will attend as the House
18:05
Speaker 1: of Representatives is in a district work period known as
18:09
Speaker 1: a recess this week. Still, Lutnick could face a grilling
18:12
Speaker 1: from House Oversight Committee ranking member Robert Garcia and other
18:15
Speaker 1: Democrats who have accused him of hiding the full scope
18:19
Speaker 1: of his past ties to Epstein. God forbid they have
18:24
Speaker 1: to work a little overtime in D.C. as you're strapping
18:27
Speaker 1: your boots on to go work your 19th shift this week.
18:32
Speaker 1: The disconnect that we see in D.C. to the rest
18:35
Speaker 1: of us is unbelievable. And it's not getting any better.
18:38
Speaker 1: The divide is just getting worse. And you have these
18:41
Speaker 1: chaos agents out there whose only goal is to split
18:45
Speaker 1: the populace, cause rifts, cause political fault lines, and to
18:50
Speaker 1: keep people busy with these petty squabbles. Because when we're
18:53
Speaker 1: busy with petty squabbles, we're not paying attention to what
18:57
Speaker 1: the real evil people in the room, the financial sector,
19:00
Speaker 1: are really up to. And I always find it ironic
19:03
Speaker 1: that all these people that are out here talking about
19:05
Speaker 1: PSYOP this and PSYOP that are always the first ones
19:08
Speaker 1: to fall for the PSYOP. The Secretary looks forward to
19:14
Speaker 1: addressing any questions on the record when he testifies voluntarily
19:17
Speaker 1: before the House Oversight Committee. A Department of Commerce spokesperson
19:21
Speaker 1: told Fox News Digital, He looks forward to putting to
19:24
Speaker 1: rest the inaccurate and baseless claims in the media designed
19:27
Speaker 1: to distract from the historic work underway at the Commerce Department.
19:32
Speaker 1: Historic work, is it? So everybody out there is just
19:36
Speaker 1: living it up? Everybody's having this great life and the
19:39
Speaker 1: Commerce Department's doing well? Well, that's weird. I thought we
19:44
Speaker 1: just had to refund all those tariffs. Seems like a
19:48
Speaker 1: kick to the balls, no? So the taxpayer gets nailed twice?
19:52
Speaker 1: That's cool. Sounds about right. These people spend like drunken pirates,
19:56
Speaker 1: and the rest of us pick up the bill. Lutnick,
20:01
Speaker 1: a billionaire businessman and former CEO of Wall Street firm
20:05
Speaker 1: Cantor Fitzgerald, said during an interview with the New York
20:07
Speaker 1: Post last year, that he broke off ties with Epstein
20:10
Speaker 1: in 2005. The two were formerly next-door neighbors in Manhattan's
20:15
Speaker 1: Upper East Side neighborhood. Their townhomes shared a wall. Didn't
20:19
Speaker 1: really know him, though. What do you mean? Guy lived
20:23
Speaker 1: next door. We shared a wall. I saw him in passing.
20:26
Speaker 1: We said hello. That's it. Fast forward to 2026. We
20:32
Speaker 1: see the emails. Howard Lutnick was on the island. Ah,
20:36
Speaker 1: but I was there for an hour. That's it. One hour.
20:39
Speaker 1: Can I ask you a question? When's the last time
20:43
Speaker 1: you went to lunch that wasn't work-related? That lasted less
20:47
Speaker 1: than an hour? And how many of those trips did
20:50
Speaker 1: you take on a yacht where you had to disembark,
20:53
Speaker 1: walk to the property, etc.? Because it would seem to me,
20:57
Speaker 1: and granted, I'm just some dumbass, that it would take
21:01
Speaker 1: a lot more than an hour to have lunch on
21:03
Speaker 1: an island with Jeffrey Epstein. However, Lutnick... The Commerce Secretary
21:08
Speaker 1: conceded in a Senate hearing in February that he and
21:11
Speaker 1: his family had a brief lunch with Epstein in 2012
21:13
Speaker 1: at his private Caribbean island after files dropped showing their
21:18
Speaker 1: contact continued beyond 2005. And look, not to beat a
21:21
Speaker 1: dead horse, but why are you lying? If that's all
21:24
Speaker 1: it was, you should have admitted that. I know it's embarrassing,
21:27
Speaker 1: but isn't it more embarrassing for this to continue to
21:30
Speaker 1: just drag on instead of getting out there in front
21:33
Speaker 1: of it and ending it quickly by telling the truth?
21:39
Speaker 1: We left with all my children, with my nannies, and
21:42
Speaker 1: my wife all together. We were on a family vacation,
21:45
Speaker 1: Lutnick told lawmakers. I don't recall why we did it,
21:48
Speaker 1: but we did. That seems like an odd statement to make.
21:52
Speaker 1: We left with all my children, with my nannies, and
21:54
Speaker 1: my wife. Why, was there a time when you left
21:57
Speaker 1: those people there? With Uncle Jeffy, while you went and
22:00
Speaker 1: did whatever it is people like Howard Lutnick do? Like,
22:04
Speaker 1: what does that even mean? Seems like a weird statement
22:07
Speaker 1: to me to make. I left with all my children,
22:10
Speaker 1: my nannies and my wife. What are you, Warren Jeffs?
22:15
Speaker 1: Congressional Democrats seized on the discrepancies in Lutnick's accounts during
22:19
Speaker 1: his testimony before the House Budget Committee in April. Why
22:23
Speaker 1: did you lie about your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein? Representative
22:27
Speaker 1: Madeline Dean asked Lutnick during the tense hearing. Lutnick did
22:31
Speaker 1: not answer the question directly, instead arguing that Dean's inquiry
22:34
Speaker 1: was not relevant to the hearing topic. Well, that's funny.
22:39
Speaker 1: considering that we had Pam Bondi get up there and
22:41
Speaker 1: talk about the Dow when she was supposed to be
22:43
Speaker 1: talking about Epstein. But of course, when it comes to
22:46
Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick, let's stay on topic. The Commerce Secretary has
22:50
Speaker 1: maintained that his connection to Epstein was limited and has
22:53
Speaker 1: not been accused of any wrongdoing. No, besides lying to
22:57
Speaker 1: the American public. As somebody who's representing the American public
23:02
Speaker 1: in the administration, I remember a time when that was
23:05
Speaker 1: enough to get you fired. But now we live in
23:08
Speaker 1: the age of scandal, where everything's cool, and every scumbag
23:11
Speaker 1: on the planet can run for office. Just take a
23:14
Speaker 1: look down in Florida, what's going on? James Fishback? Fucking
23:19
Speaker 1: Dan Blazerian? These dudes shouldn't pass the test to be
23:22
Speaker 1: the local dog catcher. Never mind people running for high office.
23:31
Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer praised Lutnick's decision to
23:35
Speaker 1: appear for a transcribed interview. I commend his demonstrated commitment
23:39
Speaker 1: to transparency and appreciate his willingness to engage with the committee,
23:44
Speaker 1: Comer said in a March statement to Fox News Digital.
23:47
Speaker 1: I look forward to his testimony. Well, so do I,
23:51
Speaker 1: and I think all of us do. I wonder what
23:53
Speaker 1: he's going to say. And I wonder if he's going
23:56
Speaker 1: to tell the truth. Lutnick is not the only Trump
23:59
Speaker 1: administration official to face questions this month as part of
24:03
Speaker 1: the committee's Epstein probe. Former Attorney General Pam Bondi is
24:07
Speaker 1: scheduled to sit for a transcribed interview on May 29th
24:11
Speaker 1: after being subpoenaed by Comer's committee. Democrats and a handful
24:15
Speaker 1: of Republicans had vowed to pursue contempt charges against Bondi
24:19
Speaker 1: over her handling of the Epstein files if she did
24:22
Speaker 1: not agree to testify before the committee. Fox News Digital
24:27
Speaker 1: reached out to the White House but did not hear
24:29
Speaker 1: back before publication. All right, so that's what we have
24:33
Speaker 1: in store for us this week when it comes to
24:35
Speaker 1: testimony in front of Congress. And thankfully, this one's going
24:39
Speaker 1: to be transcribed. The last few have been videos. So
24:42
Speaker 1: I like to have the transcripts. That way we can
24:44
Speaker 1: go through them. And hopefully they'll be out pretty quickly
24:48
Speaker 1: after his testimony wraps up. So once we have that transcript,
24:52
Speaker 1: we'll get it added to the catalog and we'll keep
24:54
Speaker 1: it moving. As far as this one, well, that's going
24:57
Speaker 1: to do it. All the information that goes with this episode,
25:01
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. What's up everyone
25:04
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So
25:09
Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick loves to tell people that he was grossed
25:13
Speaker 1: out by Jeffrey Epstein and that because he saw a
25:16
Speaker 1: massage table in the middle of Jeffrey Epstein's living room
25:20
Speaker 1: that him and his wife decided they'd never see Jeffrey
25:23
Speaker 1: Epstein ever again. Well, it turns out that's a lie
25:27
Speaker 1: and now there's receipts to prove it. But at this point,
25:30
Speaker 1: Does it even matter? We know there's not going to
25:33
Speaker 1: be any accountability coming from the Trump administration. And we
25:36
Speaker 1: know that somebody like Howard Lutnick doesn't have a moral
25:39
Speaker 1: bone in his body. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't
25:42
Speaker 1: call him out. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't put
25:44
Speaker 1: him on the carpet and talk about how much of
25:47
Speaker 1: a BS artist he really is. And what's with so
25:50
Speaker 1: many people that were Epstein adjacent being part of the
25:54
Speaker 1: Trump administration? It is absurd. I mean, then again, with
25:58
Speaker 1: Trump being the boss, Maybe that's a prerequisite they look for.
26:03
Speaker 1: The more time you spend with Jeffrey Epstein, the more
26:05
Speaker 1: chance you have of joining the administration. Today's article is
26:10
Speaker 1: from CBS News, and the headline, Lutnick and Epstein were
26:13
Speaker 1: in business together, Epstein files show. This article was authored
26:17
Speaker 1: by Daniel Rutnick and Graham Cates. And I've told you
26:23
Speaker 1: folks before that I worked for Howard Lutnick, And it
26:26
Speaker 1: was an absolute shitshow. The company was a shitshow. Management
26:29
Speaker 1: was a shitshow. All of the getaways we did, as
26:33
Speaker 1: far as management goes, shitshows. And of course, the company
26:37
Speaker 1: ended up going under because it was corrupt. And considering
26:41
Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick and who he is, it's not shocking. U.S.
26:46
Speaker 1: Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has said that he had limited
26:50
Speaker 1: interaction with Jeffrey Epstein, but documents show that they were
26:53
Speaker 1: in business together as recently as That's 2014. And once again,
26:57
Speaker 1: make sure you're paying attention to the timelines. He can't
27:01
Speaker 1: use the defense that I had no idea what Jeffrey
27:03
Speaker 1: Epstein was in 2014. You knew. You didn't care. And then,
27:07
Speaker 1: not only that, you had the audacity to get up
27:10
Speaker 1: there and lie to the American people in that interview,
27:13
Speaker 1: acting like you and Epstein were never chummy, like you
27:16
Speaker 1: were never buddies, and like you never had any business association. Well,
27:20
Speaker 1: it turns out that Howard Lutnick is just another liar.
27:24
Speaker 1: just like the rest of these so-called masters of the universe. What,
27:28
Speaker 1: you thought somebody with his net wealth really gave a
27:30
Speaker 1: shit about you? That he was doing the right thing
27:33
Speaker 1: and he was looking for justice? Instead, what he was doing,
27:37
Speaker 1: like the vast majority of these people, was enriching himself.
27:43
Speaker 1: Lutnik and Epstein each signed on behalf of limited liability
27:47
Speaker 1: companies that agreed on December 28th, 2012. to acquire stakes
27:52
Speaker 1: in a now shuttered advertising technology company called Adfin, documents
27:56
Speaker 1: released among the so-called Epstein Files show. What does that
28:00
Speaker 1: even mean, so-called Epstein Files? Are they not Epstein Files?
28:04
Speaker 1: Why are they so-called? I mean, something is, or it isn't.
28:07
Speaker 1: There's no gray area here, no nuance. The files are
28:11
Speaker 1: what they are. And for Howard Lutnick to get up
28:14
Speaker 1: there and tell us a bunch of BS about his
28:16
Speaker 1: relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and about how they weren't friends...
28:20
Speaker 1: It's just ridiculous. I remember a time when if you
28:24
Speaker 1: were a politician in this country, you at least had
28:26
Speaker 1: the good grace not to lie to the American people
28:29
Speaker 1: to their face. And now with the internet and with
28:32
Speaker 1: as much information that's out there, do you really think
28:35
Speaker 1: you're going to get away with that bullshit for very long?
28:38
Speaker 1: You know you're going to get called out. You know
28:39
Speaker 1: you're going to get caught. But the truth is, it
28:42
Speaker 1: doesn't even matter. When your boss is caught up in
28:45
Speaker 1: the same maelstrom you're caught up in, he can't go
28:47
Speaker 1: around firing people. For the same offenses, right? Because under
28:51
Speaker 1: normal circumstances, in a real world, with real justice and
28:55
Speaker 1: real people who gave a shit, Howard Lutnick, Donald Trump,
28:59
Speaker 1: all these people would be gone. Epstein and Lutnick's signatures
29:03
Speaker 1: appear on neighboring pages in the contract, with Epstein signing
29:08
Speaker 1: for a Southern Trust Company Incorporated and Lutnick for a
29:11
Speaker 1: limited liability company called CVA-FH1. The documents list nine shareholders
29:17
Speaker 1: in total. And you know when I talk about Rico
29:20
Speaker 1: all the time and why they didn't hit him with Rico?
29:22
Speaker 1: This is why. Because he was in bed with all
29:26
Speaker 1: these people the prosecutors knew and they knew the shitstorm
29:29
Speaker 1: that would come. So instead, they narrowly charged them. They
29:34
Speaker 1: narrowly charged Glenn Maxwell so they can provide protection for
29:39
Speaker 1: everybody else. And I've been trying to tell you folks
29:41
Speaker 1: that that's the big story here. That's the big issue,
29:45
Speaker 1: the cover-up. A lot of the crimes that have happened,
29:48
Speaker 1: you know, there's statute of limitations, there's roadblocks, but the
29:51
Speaker 1: cover-up is happening right now. And there's tangible evidence that
29:56
Speaker 1: proves that this is a cover-up. And of course, we
29:59
Speaker 1: want people to get perp-walked, who hurt kids, who abused women,
30:04
Speaker 1: and who committed crimes. But sometimes you have to get creative, right?
30:09
Speaker 1: And if that means going after people like Lutnik for
30:12
Speaker 1: being involved with Epstein financially, then so be it. Lutnik,
30:18
Speaker 1: the former chairman of the financial services firm Kenner Fitzgerald,
30:22
Speaker 1: who at one point lived next door to Epstein, told
30:25
Speaker 1: the New York Post in October that he and his
30:27
Speaker 1: wife Allison had cut ties with Epstein in 2005, deciding
30:31
Speaker 1: after taking a tour of Epstein's New York townhouse, I
30:35
Speaker 1: will never be in the room with that disgusting person
30:38
Speaker 1: ever again. So just lie to the American people, straight up,
30:42
Speaker 1: and nobody cares. All the tribalists, they don't give a shit.
30:45
Speaker 1: He's on our team. He's not lying. That's not true.
30:49
Speaker 1: Don't believe your eyes. Believe what we tell you. Just
30:52
Speaker 1: trust us, bro. Anybody who's out there operating like that
30:56
Speaker 1: currently is not somebody you should be listening to. Provide receipts,
31:00
Speaker 1: show some sources, or say, hey, look, this is my opinion.
31:04
Speaker 1: But defending people that are lying to you, lying to
31:07
Speaker 1: the American public, that's some wild work. And I got
31:10
Speaker 1: to tell you, that is not an America first position.
31:13
Speaker 1: Because America first means America first, not your political party
31:17
Speaker 1: and not your faves. However, it appears that Epstein and
31:23
Speaker 1: Lutnick continued to maintain contact, and emails show that they
31:26
Speaker 1: arranged calls and planned to have drinks in 2011. The
31:31
Speaker 1: following year, the couple and their four children planned a
31:34
Speaker 1: visit to Epstein's island, Little St. James, emails show. Lutnick
31:38
Speaker 1: was invited for lunch on December 24, 2012, and later
31:43
Speaker 1: Epstein's assistant wrote on behalf of Epstein, It was nice
31:46
Speaker 1: seeing you. Their adfin deal was signed four days later.
31:51
Speaker 1: So what are we going to do about it? We
31:53
Speaker 1: just going to accept that Howard Lutnick is lying to
31:55
Speaker 1: the American public and just move on, nod our heads
31:58
Speaker 1: and be like, you know what? We accept that and
32:00
Speaker 1: we expect it because at some point we become culpable.
32:04
Speaker 1: We keep electing these people. We keep giving them the
32:06
Speaker 1: cover that they need to stay in office. And then
32:09
Speaker 1: when there is this big ass controversy that shows up,
32:12
Speaker 1: everybody retreats to their tribe and doesn't give a shit
32:15
Speaker 1: about real justice. And keep in mind while you're doing that,
32:19
Speaker 1: These smarmy, disgusting sons of bitches are getting away with it.
32:24
Speaker 1: A source close to Lutnick told CBS News Kenner Fitzgerald
32:27
Speaker 1: was a small, minority investor in Adfin. At the time
32:31
Speaker 1: of doing the deal, as a minority investor, Mr. Lutnick
32:35
Speaker 1: would not have any knowledge of who the other investors were. Oh,
32:38
Speaker 1: of course not. No idea. Howie Lutnick had no idea.
32:43
Speaker 1: Just another guy who's been confused and another guy that
32:46
Speaker 1: was hosed by Epstein the Genius. Stop it. Nobody buys it.
32:53
Speaker 1: A spokesperson for the Commerce Department said this is nothing
32:56
Speaker 1: more than a failing attempt by the legacy media to
32:59
Speaker 1: distract from the administration's accomplishments, including securing trillions of dollars
33:04
Speaker 1: in investment, delivering historic trade deals, and fighting for the
33:07
Speaker 1: American worker. Like, where is all this greatness taking place?
33:12
Speaker 1: Because I don't see it. What prices are going down?
33:17
Speaker 1: How's life getting any easier? What are they even talking
33:21
Speaker 1: about right now? What happened to those Doge dividend checks?
33:25
Speaker 1: What happened to the tariff money we were going to get?
33:28
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's right. You're not getting any of that. Instead,
33:31
Speaker 1: what you're going to get is more bullshit, more lies,
33:35
Speaker 1: and more deceit. Correspondence relating to Adfin continued until at
33:41
Speaker 1: least 2014, when one of the shareholders, David Mitchell, wrote
33:45
Speaker 1: to Epstein regarding additional fundraising and involving Cantor Ventures, a
33:50
Speaker 1: venture capital subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald. Lutnick had been president
33:55
Speaker 1: and CEO of Cantor since 1991 and was elevated to
33:59
Speaker 1: chairman in 1996. Also in 1996, Epstein sold a property
34:05
Speaker 1: located at 11 East 71st Street in New York to
34:09
Speaker 1: an entity called Comet Trust, which two years later sold
34:13
Speaker 1: the property to Lutnick. It became his primary residence next
34:16
Speaker 1: door to Epstein's New York City mansion. By the time
34:20
Speaker 1: that Epstein and Lutnick agreed to buy stakes in Adfin,
34:23
Speaker 1: it had been more than four years since Epstein agreed
34:26
Speaker 1: to enter a guilty plea in Florida to state charges
34:30
Speaker 1: of procuring a child for a prostitution and soliciting a prostitute. Again,
34:35
Speaker 1: it has to be mentioned. He wasn't soliciting prostitutes. He
34:39
Speaker 1: was soliciting minors. Big difference. The case brought forth allegations
34:46
Speaker 1: of far broader sex trafficking and victimization of girls, but
34:50
Speaker 1: it wasn't until 2019 that Epstein was charged with federal felonies,
34:55
Speaker 1: including trafficking. He died in jail two weeks after his arrest.
35:00
Speaker 1: In the wake of the release of the Epstein files,
35:03
Speaker 1: Lutnik has been one of the broad international network of
35:06
Speaker 1: powerful Epstein associates who distanced themselves from the financier, only
35:11
Speaker 1: to be asked to now clarify the relationship with him
35:14
Speaker 1: That appear to be closer or lengthier than they previously acknowledged.
35:18
Speaker 1: This has always been the problem. And I dubbed it
35:20
Speaker 1: years ago as Epstein amnesia. You want to talk about
35:23
Speaker 1: Trump derangement syndrome? You fools have Epstein amnesia syndrome. Epstein
35:32
Speaker 1: appears to have been aware of the public relations challenge
35:35
Speaker 1: he posed to people close to him. Emails show in
35:39
Speaker 1: 2017 he agreed to donate $ 50, 000 to a dinner in
35:43
Speaker 1: honor of Lutnick. Hope PR is okay, Epstein wrote to
35:46
Speaker 1: billionaire hedge fund manager John Paulson, an organizer of the dinner.
35:52
Speaker 1: Epstein declined to take a table awarded to donors of
35:55
Speaker 1: that level, writing that Lutnick could fill the seats. Their
35:58
Speaker 1: relationship continued to the next year, 2018, when Lutnick emailed
36:03
Speaker 1: Epstein apparently complaining about an expansion plan for their neighboring
36:07
Speaker 1: Frick Collection art museum. Lutnick warned Epstein that the renovation
36:12
Speaker 1: might block your sunlight and your views. You should put
36:16
Speaker 1: in a letter. I'm sending a lawyer. Don't ignore this,
36:19
Speaker 1: Lutnick wrote to Epstein. Yeah, it's going to kill your sunlight.
36:24
Speaker 1: Who needs a museum? These people still think they live
36:27
Speaker 1: in the Gilded Age, but they're in for a rude
36:29
Speaker 1: awakening because people aren't into their bullshit anymore. And people
36:33
Speaker 1: like Howard Lutnick, they can lie, they can deny, and
36:36
Speaker 1: they can try and obfuscate. But now that the receipts
36:40
Speaker 1: are here, I think it's time for Howard Lutnick to
36:42
Speaker 1: answer some questions in front of Congress. All of the
36:45
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
36:49
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome to another
36:52
Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Ever since the Epstein files
36:56
Speaker 1: have dropped, we've talked about a lot of people that
36:59
Speaker 1: were close or friendly with Jeffrey Epstein. And one of
37:03
Speaker 1: the people who has been revealed to be closer to
37:06
Speaker 1: Epstein than they ever told us was none other than
37:10
Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick. And not only was Howard Lutnick close to
37:13
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, he was close to Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew.
37:18
Speaker 1: And according to a whistleblower, Cantor Fitzgerald had a plan
37:21
Speaker 1: in 2013 to buy themselves a prince. Today, we have
37:26
Speaker 1: an article from BBC and the headline, How U.S. Commerce
37:30
Speaker 1: Secretary's Epstein links were uncovered by British whistleblower. This article
37:36
Speaker 1: was authored by Andy Verity, Rob Byrne, and Ben Milne.
37:41
Speaker 1: A British man has told BBC how he unearthed evidence
37:44
Speaker 1: indicating that his former employer, Howard Lutnick, now U.S. Commerce Secretary,
37:49
Speaker 1: failed to disclose a business relationship with the pedophile financier,
37:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Wait a minute, you mean to tell me
37:56
Speaker 1: that Howard Lutnick, of all people, wasn't honest? I'm shocked. Shocked,
38:00
Speaker 1: I say. Said nobody ever. Howard Lutnick is one of
38:04
Speaker 1: the most dishonest people, maybe in the history of DC.
38:08
Speaker 1: And that's telling you a lot. How do I know? Well,
38:11
Speaker 1: I worked for Counter Fitzgerald, folks. Not for the financial
38:15
Speaker 1: arm of it, but for their gaming arm. And it
38:19
Speaker 1: was a shitshow. An absolute shitshow. One of the worst
38:23
Speaker 1: corporations I've ever worked for. You ever see Wolf of
38:25
Speaker 1: Wall Street? That's what it was like. Simon Andrees, previously
38:30
Speaker 1: a managing director at a Wall Street firm, discovered an
38:33
Speaker 1: email chain from 2018 in which Lutnik and Epstein had
38:37
Speaker 1: discussed the prospects of a startup business they were both
38:41
Speaker 1: involved in. Andrees shared his findings from the millions of
38:45
Speaker 1: released Epstein files with U.S. politicians on the influential House
38:49
Speaker 1: Oversight Committee website. ahead of an appearance there by Lutnick
38:53
Speaker 1: in May. And look, that's great. Everybody who has information
38:56
Speaker 1: should be turning it over. The problem is I don't
38:59
Speaker 1: trust the arbiters. I don't trust Congress. They've proven time
39:04
Speaker 1: and time again, they're not to be trusted. Now I
39:07
Speaker 1: understand that they're pretty much the only lifeline at this
39:11
Speaker 1: point to get justice, but that doesn't mean I'm confident.
39:16
Speaker 1: That doesn't mean I think that we could just pack
39:18
Speaker 1: it in and not keep their feet to the fire.
39:22
Speaker 1: Lutnick told the committee that, to the best of his knowledge,
39:24
Speaker 1: he had only learned this year that Epstein had been
39:26
Speaker 1: an investor in the firm. Speaking on his behalf, the U.S.
39:30
Speaker 1: Commerce Department told us there was no evidence of wrongdoing. Oh,
39:34
Speaker 1: of course not. Squeaky clean Howard Lutnick. Good old Howard Nutlick.
39:40
Speaker 1: The squeakiest clean man in the history of squeakiest clean men.
39:46
Speaker 1: Andrees also discovered in the files that one of Lutnik
39:49
Speaker 1: firms had made plans in 2013 to go into business
39:52
Speaker 1: with another figure linked to Epstein, the then Prince Andrew,
39:57
Speaker 1: by commercially exploiting the contacts the former UK trade envoy
40:01
Speaker 1: had made. What it involved was a loan to Andrew
40:05
Speaker 1: Mountbatten-Windsor for £ 1 million to basically buy a prince, he
40:09
Speaker 1: tells File 4 on 4 Investigates. Now does that sound
40:13
Speaker 1: like something that's out of the realm of possibility? Of
40:16
Speaker 1: course not. That's what these people do. And I don't
40:20
Speaker 1: think people really understand the degeneracy that you find in
40:25
Speaker 1: these boardrooms. These people have so much money that the
40:29
Speaker 1: things that get me and you off would never get
40:32
Speaker 1: them off. And I'm not talking about sexually. I'm talking
40:35
Speaker 1: about in general. You know, you go to the casino.
40:38
Speaker 1: You want to blow a couple hundred. Cool. You're satiated.
40:41
Speaker 1: You're done. That's it. Party over. Do you think they
40:44
Speaker 1: get the same feelings? They have billions of dollars. So
40:48
Speaker 1: how did they get that cortisol blast? We all know.
40:51
Speaker 1: Just ask Jeffrey Epstein. I was completely shocked, says Andrees,
40:55
Speaker 1: describing the moment when he discovered his own name in
40:58
Speaker 1: the Epstein files. A massive collection of documents, photos, video,
41:02
Speaker 1: and emails relating to the notorious sex offender released by
41:06
Speaker 1: the U.S. government in the past year. The specific files
41:10
Speaker 1: in which Andrees appeared related to interviews he had given
41:13
Speaker 1: to the FBI while in dispute with his former employer,
41:16
Speaker 1: BGC Partners, a financial brokerage firm part of Lutnick's Kenner
41:21
Speaker 1: Fitzgerald Group. And I worked for a company called Kenner Gaming,
41:24
Speaker 1: and it was the gambling arm of Kenner Fitzgerald. And
41:28
Speaker 1: I was managing sportsbooks for them here in Las Vegas.
41:33
Speaker 1: In 2016, Andrees had raised concerns internally about about accounting
41:37
Speaker 1: irregularities at the firm. He was sacked in 2017, but
41:41
Speaker 1: some of the allegations later led to BGC being ordered
41:45
Speaker 1: to pay $ 3 million by the U.S. derivatives regulator for
41:50
Speaker 1: numerous supervision, reporting, and record-keeping violations. None of that shocks me,
41:55
Speaker 1: especially considering the scam that were running through the sportsbook.
41:58
Speaker 1: I mean, the Jersey Boy scandal was out of control.
42:03
Speaker 1: You have people laying money off at the sportsbook laundering it,
42:09
Speaker 1: moving lines, not getting it checked, all kinds of shit.
42:13
Speaker 1: At a casino in Las Vegas. And you really think
42:16
Speaker 1: that the regulators aren't going to nail you eventually? Like,
42:20
Speaker 1: the gaming board in Las Vegas might as well be
42:22
Speaker 1: the Stasi, right? They don't fuck around, not one bit.
42:26
Speaker 1: And it was only a matter of time before somebody
42:28
Speaker 1: got hemmed up and ratted. And that's exactly what happened.
42:32
Speaker 1: And for me, that was when the writing was on
42:34
Speaker 1: the wall. I mean, you can't be running an illegal
42:36
Speaker 1: book through your legal book, okay? Not exactly the kind
42:39
Speaker 1: of thing the regulators are okay with. BGC told us
42:43
Speaker 1: that Andres' allegations lack credibility and were categorically false. It
42:47
Speaker 1: said the claims had been investigated by authorities in several jurisdictions, which,
42:52
Speaker 1: according to BGC, had not substantiated the allegations. Well, Cantor
42:57
Speaker 1: told you that it's true. Might as well listen to them.
43:01
Speaker 1: Said nobody ever. Andrees spoke to the FBI about BGC
43:05
Speaker 1: and about the firm's ultimate boss, Lutnick, back in 2021,
43:09
Speaker 1: after Epstein had killed himself in jail while awaiting trial
43:12
Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges. The Epstein files show Andrees alleged
43:17
Speaker 1: that Lutnick had undeclared business ties with Epstein. The FBI
43:22
Speaker 1: did not investigate these accusations. They didn't investigate anything. So
43:26
Speaker 1: how can we say that anyone's exonerated, including the Donald
43:29
Speaker 1: Trump situation in South Carolina? Let's get a real investigation
43:34
Speaker 1: by a special counsel and let's put it all to bed.
43:37
Speaker 1: We can all move on to other things then. But
43:39
Speaker 1: they don't want to do it. Ask yourself why. Why
43:44
Speaker 1: are they refusing a special counsel? Why are they refusing
43:47
Speaker 1: the one mechanism we have to get a real look
43:49
Speaker 1: at this? Andres tells the BBC he was disappointed that
43:56
Speaker 1: few had seemed interested in what he had discovered. I'm
43:59
Speaker 1: exposing Howard Lutnick's relationship, financial links, with Jeffrey Epstein, and
44:03
Speaker 1: there's no interest. Nobody cared back then. All these politicians
44:06
Speaker 1: who say they care now, they didn't care back then.
44:09
Speaker 1: And I'm here to tell you that. I went through
44:11
Speaker 1: it in real time. And I watched all these people
44:14
Speaker 1: ignore the survivors and ignore what was happening. And now
44:17
Speaker 1: they show up, like some champions riding horses, wearing white armor.
44:25
Speaker 1: In 2025, Ludnick was appointed U.S. Commerce Secretary, at which
44:29
Speaker 1: point he sold his shares in Kenner Fitzgerald and passed
44:32
Speaker 1: control of the firm to his sons. On a podcast
44:34
Speaker 1: later that year, he claimed he had only ever met
44:37
Speaker 1: Epstein once, 20 years earlier, when they had been neighbors
44:41
Speaker 1: in Manhattan, and that he found out his behavior was gross.
44:45
Speaker 1: Oh yeah. We believe that story. I went over and
44:48
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was talking about massages, and I leaned over
44:51
Speaker 1: to my wife and said, we have to get out
44:52
Speaker 1: of here. I'm paraphrasing, but that's the gist of it.
44:56
Speaker 1: Who the fuck believed that? However, with the Epstein Files release,
45:01
Speaker 1: inconsistencies began to appear in this version of events. A
45:05
Speaker 1: photo showed Lutnick with Epstein on the Sex Offenders Caribbean Island,
45:09
Speaker 1: Little St. James, in December of 2012. But don't worry,
45:13
Speaker 1: he had his wife with him, his kids, his nannies,
45:16
Speaker 1: and some other degenerate dudes. No big deal though, nothing
45:19
Speaker 1: to see here. Who brings their kids to Jeffrey Epstein's
45:22
Speaker 1: island when he's already a convicted sex offender? Is anybody
45:27
Speaker 1: going to ask that question? Four years earlier, in Florida,
45:31
Speaker 1: Epstein had been sent to prison for two charges of
45:34
Speaker 1: soliciting prostitution, including one with a minor. Andrees suspected there
45:40
Speaker 1: was yet more to find in the Epstein files that
45:42
Speaker 1: could back up his claims, if only people knew where
45:44
Speaker 1: to look in the three and a half million pages
45:47
Speaker 1: of documents. Everyone was searching Lutnik, he says. He knew, though,
45:51
Speaker 1: that Cantor Fitzgerald executives preferred to use initials rather than
45:55
Speaker 1: full names in their emails. Andrees searched for HWL Howard
46:01
Speaker 1: William Lutnick and found emails sent to and from Epstein
46:05
Speaker 1: in 2018. Epstein had talked directly to Lutnick about a
46:08
Speaker 1: digital advertising company called Adfin, in which he and Lutnick's firm,
46:13
Speaker 1: Cantor Fitzgerald, had both invested. And I'm sure that that's true,
46:17
Speaker 1: because I know that at the time, We were pulling
46:20
Speaker 1: out a mobile gaming platform here in Las Vegas. And
46:23
Speaker 1: of course, you have to have ads in it, right?
46:25
Speaker 1: So all this betting at home was started by Kenner Fitzgerald.
46:30
Speaker 1: We were the first team to roll that out. And
46:33
Speaker 1: it allowed you to make wagers from your home. And look,
46:36
Speaker 1: the technology is cool as shit. I'll be the first
46:38
Speaker 1: to tell you. But when you have technology like that,
46:42
Speaker 1: it's great to have a platform or an app or
46:44
Speaker 1: whatever that deals with ads. so that was all baked
46:48
Speaker 1: into it. Andrees spotted correspondence where Epstein had directly asked
46:56
Speaker 1: the HWL account, what do you think the prospects for
46:59
Speaker 1: Adfin are? Lutnik responded, producing revenue finally. This is their year.
47:04
Speaker 1: Next 12 months, they need to become economically self-sufficient. Andrees
47:09
Speaker 1: then shared the information with U.S. politicians on the House
47:12
Speaker 1: Oversight Committee, the U.S. Congress's main investigatory committee. Lutnick agreed
47:17
Speaker 1: to appear before the committee in an off-camera hearing in May.
47:21
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, let him volunteer. Let him do it off-camera,
47:24
Speaker 1: like everybody else. Let's not hold anyone accountable for what
47:27
Speaker 1: they say. He's not been accused of any wrongdoing in
47:32
Speaker 1: connection with Epstein, and he told the committee, I unequivocally
47:35
Speaker 1: condemn the conduct attributed to Jeffrey Epstein and everyone who
47:39
Speaker 1: participated in his illegal activities. The survivors of his crimes
47:44
Speaker 1: deserve our respect and our support. What exactly have you
47:47
Speaker 1: done for him, Howie, besides pop off at the mouth
47:50
Speaker 1: and give lip service? Lutnick repeated his claim to the
47:54
Speaker 1: committee that he did not know until this year that
47:57
Speaker 1: Epstein had been a co-investor in Adfin. However, Democrats on
48:01
Speaker 1: the committee accused him of lying, and all 21 signed
48:05
Speaker 1: a letter demanding his resignation. Look, he lied, okay? I
48:10
Speaker 1: know people don't want to play politics and don't want
48:12
Speaker 1: to look at their own team, but I'm here to
48:14
Speaker 1: tell you, Howard Lutnick, is on Team Lutnik, not Team America,
48:18
Speaker 1: not you, not even Team Trump. The U.S. Commerce Department
48:24
Speaker 1: told us the allegations against Lutnik were a desperate partisan
48:28
Speaker 1: distraction from the historic work of this administration, adding that
48:32
Speaker 1: the Commerce Secretary has answered hundreds of questions before Congress
48:36
Speaker 1: and there's no evidence of wrongdoing or legitimate cause for concern. No,
48:40
Speaker 1: not at all. Everything's fine here, folks. Nothing to see.
48:44
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's next-door neighbor just lied to us about his relationship.
48:48
Speaker 1: And that next-door neighbor happens to be the Commerce Secretary.
48:51
Speaker 1: But nothing to see here. Why don't you move on?
48:54
Speaker 1: Have you heard we're bombing Iran again? Or maybe you
48:58
Speaker 1: want to talk about Nancy Guthrie. I mean, imagine having
49:01
Speaker 1: the audacity to tell us there's no room or reason
49:04
Speaker 1: for legitimate concern. Buddy, all I have is legitimate concern.
49:10
Speaker 1: And all of it's directed at your administration. Another discovery
49:15
Speaker 1: Andries made in the Epstein files concerned Lutnick's association with
49:19
Speaker 1: two other people who knew Epstein well, the then Prince
49:23
Speaker 1: Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Lutnick had been friends
49:27
Speaker 1: with Ferguson since the 90s and was a guest at
49:29
Speaker 1: Princess Eugenie's wedding in 2018. Documents in the file revealed
49:34
Speaker 1: his firm, Counter Fitzgerald, had a plan in 2013 to
49:37
Speaker 1: buy a prince. As Andrees put it, and exploit Andrew's
49:42
Speaker 1: contacts with wealthy individuals and sovereign institutions. Well, we all
49:46
Speaker 1: know he was for sale. If you're looking to buy
49:48
Speaker 1: a prince, you've come to the right place. Is there
49:53
Speaker 1: anything Andrew wouldn't do for some money? I don't know.
49:58
Speaker 1: I don't think so. I think that everything's on the table, honestly.
50:01
Speaker 1: Whether it's treason, or engaging in what he was engaging
50:05
Speaker 1: in with Jeffrey Epstein. Under the proposed terms of the deal,
50:09
Speaker 1: $ 1 million would be loaned to a firm controlled by
50:12
Speaker 1: the Prince, which would then be bound to do business
50:14
Speaker 1: exclusively with Kenner Fitzgerald. Epstein warned the Prince's business aide,
50:19
Speaker 1: David Stern, against the deal, the files reveal. One of
50:22
Speaker 1: his concerns was about the exclusivity of the deal under
50:25
Speaker 1: its terms. Andrew could only introduce wealthy clients to Kenner
50:29
Speaker 1: Fitzgerald and no one else. The files indicate that advisors
50:34
Speaker 1: to both Lutnick and the former Prince discussed the deal
50:37
Speaker 1: for four months. from August to November 2013, but it
50:41
Speaker 1: came to nothing. Asked about the deal, Kenner Fitzgerald did
50:44
Speaker 1: not deny the talks took place, but told the BBC
50:47
Speaker 1: it did not go into business with the former prince.
50:51
Speaker 1: Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor did not respond to a request for a comment. Well,
50:56
Speaker 1: no shit. What do you think he's going to say?
50:59
Speaker 1: He's not going to say anything. If we're waiting for
51:01
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew to speak up again, we're going to be
51:02
Speaker 1: waiting for a long time. Andrees, now 57, lives in
51:07
Speaker 1: a quiet Cornish seaside village, a world away from Wall Street.
51:11
Speaker 1: He says the litigation of the past decade has had
51:13
Speaker 1: a devastating effect on his career, his finances, and his health.
51:17
Speaker 1: Despite winning a financial award of $ 420, 000 for his whistleblowing
51:22
Speaker 1: from the U.S. regulator, Andrees says authorities in the U.S.
51:25
Speaker 1: and U.K. have failed to hold BGC and Cantor Fitzgerald
51:29
Speaker 1: properly to account. In order to protect him from retaliation
51:33
Speaker 1: by his former employer, for his reports of wrongdoing. That
51:37
Speaker 1: doesn't shock me. Howard Lutnick and Cantor, they don't play
51:41
Speaker 1: by the rules. BGC says it has strong policies protecting
51:45
Speaker 1: whistleblowers from retaliation and denies retaliating against Andrees. It says
51:50
Speaker 1: it had no involvement with him since his departure other
51:53
Speaker 1: than responding to litigation he has initiated. It maintains Andrees'
51:58
Speaker 1: employment was terminated after he refused to follow medical advice,
52:02
Speaker 1: declined to perform essential job duties, rejected reasonable accommodation, and
52:07
Speaker 1: ultimately abandoned his role. Speaking on behalf of Lutnick, the
52:11
Speaker 1: White House said the BBC's pathetic and desperate attempt to
52:14
Speaker 1: slander Secretary Lutnick will do nothing to change the fact
52:18
Speaker 1: that he's been the most consequential Commerce Secretary in modern history. Like,
52:23
Speaker 1: what planet do these people live on? There's actually people
52:27
Speaker 1: that believe that? That shit's wild. Because Howard Lutnick... is
52:33
Speaker 1: not somebody who's consequential. Howard Lutnick is just another piece
52:37
Speaker 1: of the puzzle, right? Another cog in the machine. Another
52:41
Speaker 1: scumbag that used his wealth and power to climb high. Meanwhile,
52:47
Speaker 1: at the same time, shitting on the rest of us.
52:49
Speaker 1: Treating the rest of us like we're stupid. And treating
52:53
Speaker 1: the rest of us like we should just move on. Well,
52:55
Speaker 1: guess what, Howard Lutnick? We're not moving on from shit.
53:00
Speaker 1: And we're certainly not moving on from the fact that
53:01
Speaker 1: you lied to everybody about your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
53:05
Speaker 1: In fact, we're digging deeper. All right, folks, that's going
53:11
Speaker 1: to do it for this one. All the information that
53:13
Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
