Reynoldsburg is locking down its July Fourth celebration—this year, it’s strictly residents only. After a chaotic brawl shut down a nearby church festival, the city is taking extra precautions to keep its own event safe and secure. Everyone, including kids, needs a wristband—up to eight per household—with proof of residency required. Minors must be accompanied by a 21+ resident.
