- 0:25Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 0:26Speaker 1: Go ahead?
- 0:27Speaker 4: Was Donald Trump ever on with Johnny Carson?
- 0:31Speaker 5: And did Johnny Carson like him?
- 0:35Speaker 1: That's a very good question. Well, yeah, Johnny Carson loved
- 0:38Speaker 1: him because guess where Johnny Carson had an apartment in
- 0:40Speaker 1: New York?
- 0:42Speaker 5: Trump Tower?
- 0:43Speaker 1: Trump Tower. That's right, the apartment there. I'm trying to
- 0:47Speaker 1: remember now. Of course he was on with Letterman a many, many,
- 0:50Speaker 1: many many times Carson went off the ear ninety two. Yeah,
- 0:55Speaker 1: I'll have to check on that. I have to check
- 0:56Speaker 1: on that. But of course many Letterman appearances, and Letterman
- 0:59Speaker 1: loved him. Everybody loved him. Colbert loved him and was
- 1:02Speaker 1: fawning all over him. Then the day he ran for office,
- 1:04Speaker 1: all of a sudden these guys hated him. But a
- 1:07Speaker 1: good question. We'll check on that. Let's go to Chris
- 1:09Speaker 1: in Manhattan. Chris, how you doing? How you doing good.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Listen, I want to talk about il han Omar and
- 1:16Speaker 2: because we're running out of time if nothing happens, let.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Me point out that Chris is a panikin everything. He's
- 1:24Speaker 1: always in panic. Where it's a disaster, everything's going to
- 1:26Speaker 1: go bad. Now, what are you panicking about?
- 1:28Speaker 5: Now?
- 1:28Speaker 6: Okay?
- 1:29Speaker 2: What's ill hand? Did she marry her brother or not?
- 1:33Speaker 2: Is she involved in the in the Medicare scandals?
- 1:35Speaker 6: There?
- 1:36Speaker 2: I just saw on to add that she's running. She's
- 1:38Speaker 2: running on universal school meals, green new deal, cancel school debt,
- 1:42Speaker 2: abolish ice. Those are her platforms. Why is nobody going
- 1:47Speaker 2: after and saying definitively that she did not marry her brother,
- 1:50Speaker 2: she did not commit.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Him aggression, which she is under investigation.
- 1:54Speaker 6: But what we waiting for?
- 1:55Speaker 2: It's been so long.
- 1:57Speaker 1: You gotta stop panicking. That's the way it works with
- 1:59Speaker 1: the these investigations. They take six months, eight months, they're
- 2:03Speaker 1: not three days. That's what it takes to calm down.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Calm down first, Obama, placed.
- 2:13Speaker 6: Within the gate where you live.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Do you have a window? All right? Look outside, it's
- 2:18Speaker 1: eighty it's sunny's most beautiful day in the world.
- 2:20Speaker 6: Enjoy the calm down.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Go in the Central Park. Enjoy yourself, stop worrying about it.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Let's go to Dave in Chicago. Dave, how you doing.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark. I'm doing very well.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Mark. We know from your Steve Moore interview that there
- 2:38Speaker 3: is a shortage of the memory chips and Apple has
- 2:41Speaker 3: increased the prices. Is this going to apply to new cars?
- 2:46Speaker 3: And lastly, do we have any information on the next
- 2:49Speaker 3: generation of iPhones?
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yes, we do. A word is they are going to
- 2:55Speaker 1: do the foldable phone where there's can be the regular
- 2:58Speaker 1: phones and then the one we unfolded and twice the
- 3:00Speaker 1: size of a screen. Uh, that's pretty good. Battery life
- 3:04Speaker 1: a lot longer in the new one. They're gonna make
- 3:07Speaker 1: it a little thicker, you know, usually they make them thinner.
- 3:09Speaker 1: It canna be a little thicker. That's the way to
- 3:11Speaker 1: get a lot more battery power in there. That's all
- 3:14Speaker 1: we know so far. It's the iPhone eighteen. It'll be
- 3:16Speaker 1: out in September. Good question. Let's go to Jerry Greenwich, Connecticut. Jerry,
- 3:21Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 3:23Speaker 4: I'm doing well, Thank you, Mark, Thank you for taking
- 3:25Speaker 4: my call. Jim's the lyrical from Texas. It claims there
- 3:30Speaker 4: is six genders with gender you see, I never know
- 3:34Speaker 4: what the gender he is?
- 3:35Speaker 1: See, Well, that question I can't answer. I don't think
- 3:38Speaker 1: he knows either. But is six or I thought they
- 3:40Speaker 1: have twelve genders now every time it's LGBTQ. Now it's
- 3:45Speaker 1: l g P t q X A B C seven.
- 3:48Speaker 4: He never declared to what gender he see it.
- 3:51Speaker 1: I don't know you really care what gender he is.
- 3:54Speaker 4: I don't care either, but you know.
- 3:56Speaker 1: I don't worry about it. But when he wants to go,
- 3:58Speaker 1: when he wants to go to the restroom, it's a
- 3:59Speaker 1: real am I he doesn't even know where to go.
- 4:01Speaker 1: It's a I mean, listen, this just gets nuttier and
- 4:04Speaker 1: nuttier and nuttier. But it's it's it's great for it's
- 4:08Speaker 1: great for for Republicans. It's just going to help them
- 4:11Speaker 1: in the fall. Let's go to UH Richard in New Jersey. Richard,
- 4:15Speaker 1: how you doing?
- 4:17Speaker 4: Stay? Park?
- 4:20Speaker 1: Was like, I like a guy, it's sounds hey.
- 4:23Speaker 5: I just want to say, I just want to say
- 4:25Speaker 5: thank you. You're you're a terrific host. And you talk
- 4:27Speaker 5: about the problems with the bunker Busters and whynot why
- 4:31Speaker 5: do not you seeal? You off?
- 4:32Speaker 1: All the entrances well, as I said, we're doing that.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Oh that's good, all right, It's just's.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I hear dinging and banging and what are you doing
- 4:42Speaker 1: right now? That sounds like a car on.
- 4:43Speaker 5: My way to see my ninety nine year old mother
- 4:45Speaker 5: in the hospital, and I had to get the ticket
- 4:48Speaker 5: out of the boost of paper parking, so I had
- 4:51Speaker 5: to lean out of the car. And it's just walk
- 4:54Speaker 5: store anyway on a Friday when you take off. Why
- 4:57Speaker 5: don't you get VINCENTA.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Well, I don't know the Vince wants to do it.
- 5:00Speaker 1: We'll ask him. Uh, hey, where you're where you're parking,
- 5:05Speaker 1: you got to get like an actual paper ticket comes
- 5:07Speaker 1: out of a machine.
- 5:08Speaker 5: I got to get a paper ticket after paper parking
- 5:10Speaker 5: to go see somebody in hostitle go figure.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I know, but you would think it would be bluetooth everywhere.
- 5:14Speaker 1: You wouldn't have to get an actual paper ticket, you know,
- 5:16Speaker 1: and thanks thanks for calling. You know, these shopping malls
- 5:20Speaker 1: where you got to pay the park and you got
- 5:22Speaker 1: to get a ticket and then or if you buy something,
- 5:24Speaker 1: they'll stamp it and then you got to go out
- 5:27Speaker 1: and pay it a toll. But these shopping malls get
- 5:29Speaker 1: rid of that. All these malls are empty. They're desperate
- 5:33Speaker 1: for business. Stop charging people to park in there. It's
- 5:35Speaker 1: not even the money, it's just the waiting in line
- 5:37Speaker 1: to get out. Stop it at those shopping malls. Just
- 5:41Speaker 1: in fact. You know what, We'll give you five dollars
- 5:44Speaker 1: if you come to the mall. That would be better.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn Vincent.
- 5:49Speaker 6: How you doing, Good morning, Mark Buck. I would gladly
- 5:52Speaker 6: host the show for a day. I'd even join after
- 5:55Speaker 6: and say, Mack, come on, tell the truth. They sent
- 5:59Speaker 6: you to new iPhone eighteen to try out, right yet
- 6:03Speaker 6: not yet? Oh well, next month, Mark, Before you mentioned
- 6:07Speaker 6: that sixty eight million people watched the soccer game in
- 6:11Speaker 6: the United States, probably worldwide over three hundred million, because
- 6:16Speaker 6: all of my friends in Europe, in Italy and elsewhere
- 6:20Speaker 6: were watching the game, and they also had money on
- 6:23Speaker 6: the game. But unfortunately for the viewers here, that was
- 6:28Speaker 6: part of spain strategy. They knew Argentina was a strong team,
- 6:33Speaker 6: so what they decided to do was not let Argentina
- 6:37Speaker 6: get the ball and just here and there take opportunistic
- 6:41Speaker 6: shot gold shots. That was their strategy.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You know, but visit, what kind of game is this?
- 6:46Speaker 1: Where three hours nobody scores. What kind of game is that?
- 6:49Speaker 6: I look, Mark, all of my friends said the same thing,
- 6:53Speaker 6: and all of them unfortunately lost money because they thought
- 6:57Speaker 6: that Argentina was going to pull it up, added the
- 7:01Speaker 6: hat at the last minute. But you're right, Mark, that
- 7:04Speaker 6: was one of the most boring games I have ever seen.
- 7:09Speaker 6: The best World Cup was in twenty oh six between
- 7:13Speaker 6: Italy and France, where when in told the time there
- 7:17Speaker 6: was even some fisticuffs on the field, fighting kind of
- 7:21Speaker 6: gave me a like American hockey, that's what we want
- 7:23Speaker 6: to see.
- 7:24Speaker 1: That's good, Vincent, great point. Thanks for explaining all that
- 7:28Speaker 1: to us. Hey, when we come back, Charlie Gasparino will
- 7:30Speaker 1: be with us. He's got a lot to say about
- 7:32Speaker 1: Mom Donnie New York business. We'll get to that next
- 7:36Speaker 1: on seven to ten wor
