- 3:07and I said no, I didn't want it was my company,
- 3:10and I asked for it to be dissolved. Question it
- 3:14was your company in what way? Answer? It was my initials,
- 3:17So I was like, I don't want my initials, you know,
- 3:19someone else to be using my initials as their company.
- 3:23Question what position did you have in the company? Answer owner?
- 3:28I guess principal. Question Okay, who did Darren Endyke ask
- 3:31you to turn the company over to? Answer? I don't
- 3:33remember the name. Question when did he ask you to
- 3:36turn the company over Answer. I think it was twenty fifteen,
- 3:39probably the same time that it was dissolved. Question did
- 3:43he tell you why he asked you to do that? Answer?
- 3:45No question. Did you ask him why? Answer? No question.
- 3:50Tell me about the first time you interacted with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 3:53Answer The very first time was in La. He called
- 3:56me on the phone after Frederick Vacai introduced us, and
- 4:00I spoke with him, and he said he was going
- 4:02to be in LA and wanted me to fly out
- 4:04for a casting. And he was at Victoria's Secret Model
- 4:07Scout and then his office flew me out on a
- 4:10red eye from Honolulu to LA and I went to
- 4:12his hotel room at the Shutters on the Beach, got
- 4:15there in the morning, went to his hotel room, gave
- 4:18him my he had just he was like in his bedroom.
- 4:22I gave him my portfolio. He told me to undress,
- 4:25and I was like, it's Victoria's Secret, okay. So I
- 4:28got down into my bra and underwear and did a
- 4:30turn and he said, you know, thank you, I have
- 4:33to go to a meeting now. You're welcome to come
- 4:35back at four, you know, if you like. And I
- 4:38didn't really think anything of it. I was flying back
- 4:40to Hawaii that same day and I had never been
- 4:43to La so I didn't go back. And I remember
- 4:46him calling me around four probably and asking me where
- 4:48I was, and I was just like, I'm walking around
- 4:51Santa Monica before my flight, and he was visibly annoyed
- 4:55that I hadn't come back, and he mumbled something under
- 4:57his breath, and then I never heard from him again.
- 5:01And then months later, when I was working as a
- 5:03hostess at the w Hotel in Honolulu, there was a
- 5:06woman there that was interning at the front desk and
- 5:09she befriended me, learned about my story about being divorced
- 5:13and this fellowshipped and trapped in Hawaii, and she told
- 5:17me about a wealthy couple that was looking for a
- 5:19personal assistant and if I'd be interested in the job,
- 5:22and I was like, sounds like a dream come true. Yeah,
- 5:25And then she organized a flight for her and I
- 5:28to fly from Honolulu to Jeffrey's private island, and he
- 5:30met us at the dock when we arrived. We took
- 5:33a boat over to the island and I remember seeing
- 5:36him and thinking, oh shit, it's a Victoria's Secret guy.
- 5:40Like I hope he doesn't remember me because I didn't
- 5:42clearly didn't like me. He was annoyed with me, and
- 5:46now I won't get the job. Question how did you
- 5:49meet Frederick Focai? Answer at the Nemon Marcus in Honolulu.
- 5:53I was getting my makeup done at the one of
- 5:56the makeup counters and telling the makeup artist that I
- 5:59was trying to be a model, and she's like, oh,
- 6:01you should really meet Frederick Falcai. He would really like
- 6:04your look. He's here promoting his hair Caro line, So
- 6:08I knew. I was obsessed with fashion and magazines at
- 6:11the time, so I knew who he was. And she
- 6:14introduced me, and he said that he was doing a
- 6:16hair show in Maui, like in a couple of days
- 6:19in the next week, and would love for me to
- 6:22be in his show. So I flew to Maui and
- 6:24there was no hair show. Question who paid for the flight? Answer?
- 6:29I don't remember. I assume he did. Question what year
- 6:32might this have been? Answer it would have been late
- 6:35two thousand or early two thousand and one. Question and
- 6:39what were you told about Jeffrey Epstein prior to meeting him?
- 6:42Answer that he was a Victoria's Secret Model Scout. Frederick
- 6:46asked me if I could introduce me to his friend
- 6:49that was a Victoria's Secret Model Scout. Question. When did
- 6:53you first meet mister Epstein in person? Answer? At his
- 6:56hotel room in la at the Shutters. Question and can
- 7:00you describe to me how that took place? Can you
- 7:02set the scene? Who opened the door? Walk you through?
- 7:05Anyone else present? Answer? So he just had a massage,
- 7:10he had just gotten a massage and a massuse answered
- 7:12the door, and it was a large like suite, so
- 7:16it had a separate living room and a half bath
- 7:18and then the bedroom. And he showed me in and
- 7:21said that he just got a massage. And he showed
- 7:23me to like the half bath so I could freshen
- 7:25up from the red eye. And then she took me
- 7:28into his bedroom and I remember him being on the bed.
- 7:31I don't remember if he was like over the covers
- 7:33or under the covers. And that's where I gave him
- 7:35my portfolio and he was like lying on the bed
- 7:38and looking through my portfolio and I undressed. Mister Timmins.
- 7:42What year was that? Kellen Lay two thousands or early
- 7:46two thousand and one? Brignac asked a question, now, who
- 7:49is the massuse? I'll let you in answer, I'm not sure. Question,
- 7:53and you mentioned a friend reconnected you to mister Epstein
- 7:56months later? Who was that friend? Miss Ham? Can we
- 8:00go off record for a second, Brinnac, I'm going to
- 8:02ask the questions that are on the record. First. Are
- 8:05we on the record or off the record? Right now?
- 8:07The reporter on the record, Ham I have to gets
- 8:11cut off by Brynac. Okay, we'll go off the record.
- 8:14They get back Brinac, we can go back on the record.
- 8:17Sarah Kellen, her name was redacted Brignac. Question, thank you,
- 8:22how did you meet redacted? Answer? She was interning at
- 8:26the front desk at the W Hotel in Honolulu. Apparently
- 8:29Jeffrey had gotten her the internship because he was friends
- 8:32with Tom Brock, who in the hotel. Question what did
- 8:36that friend tell you that persuaded you to reconnect with
- 8:38mister Epstein? Answer? Well, I didn't know that he was
- 8:43who she was introducing me to. She never told me
- 8:45his name. She just told me that there was a
- 8:48wealthy couple in New York that was looking for a
- 8:50traveling assistant and if I would be interested. She had
- 8:54taken some risque photos of me earlier, and I learned
- 8:56later that she sent them to Jeffrey and then started
- 8:59telling me about the job opportunity. Question can you provide
- 9:03any other details about the job opportunity and what an
- 9:06assistant meant here? Answer? Sorry? Can you gets cut off
- 9:11by the person asking the questions? Miss Brignac? Question? What
- 9:15did she tell you about the job opportunity? Answer? Not
- 9:18a lot, Just that their current assistant was looking to
- 9:21leave and they were looking for someone to replace her,
- 9:24and that they were based in New York. That was
- 9:26kind of it. You know, I was really desperately trying
- 9:29to get out of Hawaii, and I was going further
- 9:31and further into debt and had nowhere to go and
- 9:34really nowhere to go, So it sounded like a good opportunity,
- 9:37and I trusted her. Question outside of those reasons, is
- 9:41there anything else about the job opportunity that was attractive
- 9:44to you? Answer? I really didn't have much information other
- 9:48than that. Now, Miss Toland asked the question. Question, and
- 9:53you said that she knew Jeffrey because he helped her
- 9:56get a job at the hotel? Is that correct? Answer? Correct? Question?
- 10:01And do you know how they knew each other prior
- 10:04to that, or how that all played out? Answer? I
- 10:06don't question. Okay, now it's mister Biggs. Can I ask
- 10:10a question? I don't want to interrupt, but can I
- 10:12ask a question? Looking back on it, do you view
- 10:15this person as someone who might have been procuring on
- 10:18behalf of mister Epstein? Ham jumps in. I don't think
- 10:22she can speak to other victims truly, and I'm not
- 10:24sure she would have the ability to answer that question. Biggs,
- 10:28I guess I'm not asking about the other person per se,
- 10:32whether they're a victim or not. I'm asking whether, in reflection,
- 10:36do you think she was facilitating luring you went to
- 10:39mister Epstein's web. Mister Timmins, was she compensated for it?
- 10:44Kellen answers, I don't know. Timmins. Do you think that
- 10:47she was in a sexual relationship with Epstein? Kellen, I
- 10:50don't know. She never talked about it. Back to Miss
- 10:53Brignac question, so you mentioned meeting mister Epstein at his
- 10:57hotel room. What was your first impression? Answer? It's a
- 11:01good question. I didn't have a lot of interaction. It
- 11:03was just it was pretty quick to me. I mean
- 11:06it was obviously a little odd, not like the typical
- 11:08castings that I've been on being in the hotel room,
- 11:11but it seemed like he was there on business and
- 11:13the timing of it, and he just got a massage,
- 11:16So him being in the bedroom on the bed, didn't
- 11:19you know, it kind of made sense and you know,
- 11:21the massuse was there, so it all kind of added up.
- 11:24But yeah, I didn't really have like a very strong
- 11:26opinion at that point. Question, so he asked you to undress.
- 11:29What happens next question? I had just got into my
- 11:34brow and underwear, and that seemed logical since it was
- 11:37a victorious secret casting. And I remember just like doing
- 11:39a little turn turning around so he could see my body,
- 11:42and he flipped through my portfolio and then handed it
- 11:45back and was just like thanks, You're welcome to come
- 11:48back at four o'clock. But I didn't really think anything
- 11:50of it. I was like, I didn't really see the
- 11:52point in coming back because he had already seen me,
- 11:55So I kind of just dismissed that and I didn't
- 11:58go back. Question. Okay, so after you hear about the
- 12:01offer for the job to be the assistant to this
- 12:04wealthy couple, what happens. Next question redacted organize the flight
- 12:08for both of her and I to fly from Hawaii
- 12:10to Jeffrey's Island, and we arrived, Jeffrey picks us up
- 12:14at the dock, and I recognized him from the casting
- 12:17and I was like, I hope he doesn't remember me,
- 12:19because he didn't like me. He was clearly annoyed that
- 12:22I didn't come back, and then it's going to jeopardize
- 12:24me getting the job. And I never reminded him that
- 12:27we had met before, and I don't think he remembered
- 12:30me because he never brought it up. Question did you
- 12:33ever speak about it again? Answer? No? All right, folks,
- 12:38we're going to wrap up right here, and in the
- 12:40next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick
- 12:42up where we left off. All the information that goes
- 12:45with this episode can be found in the description box.
